Very fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend your service. There was very little wait time. I could understand the person I spoke with and she was extremely helpful, informative, professional and made the experience a pleasant one. My replacement phone came quickly and the instructions was easy to understand and follow.

Thanks for the quick turnaround of my daughter's replacement phone. We liked that it was a new phone not a refurbished phone. My comment is to use more packing material to protect the phone when shipping overnight. Also try to protect the phone from the cold weather during shipping.

I was shocked at how fast the replacement phone came in. Honestly I can't believe that it came in the day after I submit the claim. I would like the option to pay less than $100 for the replacement and accept a longer shipping time, but anyway, I would recommend to others.

The phone I received was not quite the same model. It did not come with instructions for its use. It was difficult to determine how to use some of the abilities of the phone which wasted my time and still causes some problems in determining how to use some of its features.

I lost my phone and had no idea where it was. We were very satisfied with the response to our claim. The claim was easy to complete. While we had some difficulty faxing the affidavit, we worked it out and had our replacement very quickly!

My son dropped his phone and cracked his screen. We were able to handle everything quickly and easily online and his replacement phone was here the very next day! We were shocked! Asurion shipped me a new phone the same night I submitted my claim, and it arrived the following night. The phone looks and works great, and I'm happy I had insurance as opposed to paying the full price for a new iPhone. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Replaced phone in timely manner. Got it activated and is working well. Would recommend Asurion to others. Took phone to Verizon wireless to activate. They did not transfer all my pictures because they failed to turn transfer on. Took phone to apple and they fixed the problem. Everything is good now.

We contacted you about our damaged phone and had a new one delivered within 20 hours. You made it easy to return the damaged phone. Process was very smooth and easy. I would recommend this to anyone who buys a phone to get the insurance in case the phone gets damaged.

My experience with the company has been the worst. The claim was for a dropped Note 7. I received the new phone from them and afterwards they wouldn't take the broken phone back that was recalled and instead charge me 460 dollars for a useless device that was recalled in the first place. Not to mention that on top of the 10 dollars a month that they charge for insurance they also charge extra 175 dollars deductible when you do a claim. I would have been a lot better by just having my screen replaced at a mall near to my location. I was escalated to a supervisor which was never willing to work with me or provide me with a solution for me to return the recalled phone. Stay as away as possible from this company. Be aware that this is the type of insurance you are buying from T-Mobile and is the biggest scam ever. You get away better by doing SquareTrade instead of this.

In the latter months of 2016 my brother and I got into a small scale fight, both suffering minor injuries. Unfortunately I had my phone in the pocket of my jacket at the time. Our scuffle ended when the aforementioned phone took to the sky's and landed about four feet away, screen down, on the only rock in the yard. The screen of my phone lost all functionality so I called to find out how much I was going to pay out of pocket for the replacement, and was pleasantly surprised when the operator told me the replacement would only cost about 35 dollars as long as I sent the damaged phone in (P.S. that 35 also covered shipping and handling both ways). I got my phone in less than 24 hours and hopefully won't need to use this service for awhile, but having this card in my hand helps me sleep a little easier at night.

Everything about this transaction went smoothly. Very fast replacement with no glitches at all. The only thing I did not like was the fact that a Verizon Customer Care Agent in store called in for me and explained the issue I was having with my phone, and explained to them that it was an equipment issue, and I still had to put a credit card on file just in case basically I lied. Other than that, was an awesome experience. Thanks.

My experience, hmmm. I get a text from Verizon saying my service will be discontinued but billing will continue. I call Verizon. They wash their hands. This is an Asurion issue. I live in CA. Someone put in a fake claim and requested a phone be mailed to Las Vegas to a random name. No red flags. Asurion sends the phone and black lists my phone. 6 days later calling daily, my phone is still blocked. Needless to say it's taking a lot from me not to use certain words on this review. AVOID Asurion if you don't want to be scammed! AVOID and let your friends know.

Asurion made it clear from the beginning that the iPhone had to be taken out of circulation. When we thought we had done it Asurion told us we had not done it correctly. Because they made the effort to inform us we were able to avoid a penalty. The operator / service reps were polite and very helpful. I am happy to recommend this service.

I was sent a replacement phone by Asurion 4-6 weeks ago and the phone they sent seemed like a refurbished cellphone – iPhone. It kept turning off and the screen would go dark. I finally called them this week when it would not turn on for 4 hours and had them send a replacement.

The first replacement was defective and when I contacted them, they got a new one out to me the next day. I was very pleased with their quick response to the problem. I don't know how often a replacement phone is defective, but this was the first time we had this problem.

I received the phone promptly and in good condition. Only down side it had 2 documents still on it from previous owner. It wasn't completely cleaned out, so I deleted them myself and phone has been working perfectly. In the future I suggest your techs do a better job.

It took a long time but the approval was given. Although my same type of phone was not given, the other model is working good. The old phone came from Asurion and hopefully this replacement doesn't endure the same problems due to the item being refurbished.

I was extremely pleased with how smoothly the process went to replace my daughter's broken phone from start to finish. The customer service representative was most helpful when I made the initial call. I received the replacement phone the next day and the instructions stepped me through taking the data from the old phone and moving to the new phone. I recently made a claim with Asurion. My wife's phone got damaged on a trip up to her parents for Thanksgiving. She let me know the damage had occurred. I filed a claim shortly after. I got an email stating the claim had been completed. Several days went by with no phone so I called regarding the claim and was told that it did not process completely for some reason...so I re-filed a claim.
This time we received the phone in 2 days. We activated the phone and found out the next morning that the phone battery could not hold a charge and were also provided with a non-Apple charger. So I called in regarding this issue and filed another claim. Finally on the third try and a little over a week later we received a phone that worked. Not ideal, but at least in the end we were able to get a replacement phone and stay out of contract with our carrier which saves us $$ each month. I will say that I have made a claim in the past and it typically goes very smoothly and you get your phone within a day typically - so it's a great service to have and has been worth it to us.

I bought an iPhone and not even having it for a month and it was stolen at a bar. I was so furious because every other phone at retail cost about $650 dollars and I didn't want to spend that kind of money after I had just purchased an iPhone. Asurion replaced the item the next day.

I pay $10.99/mo for insurance on a 64GB rose-gold 6s iPhone. After 9 months, it gets dropped, screen broken. I file claim on Sunday, they send new one - arrives Wednesday. Open box, it's space grey. Call them. "The color is cosmetic. We don't cover that in the warranty... We don't have any in stock & don't know if we will [ever]... I'm sure Apple and AT&T have the phone, but we don't, so we cannot replace it with the rose-gold... No we do not have a waiting list and even if you wait, we will not replace it with the rose-gold." I am typically a VERY reasonable person, but I waited for this particular phone to become available before I purchased a new phone & I expect the phone to be replaced with the same phone I purchased. Refurbished is fine. Asurion is not!

Very fast response, received next day and back in action by the end of the next day. I would recommend this to everyone. Only downfall is you can only use the service 2 times and they cancel your coverage. Sometimes accidents happen and it seems like when it does it repeats itself. However very good ins. to have if that's a problem.

I called in yet again to have my washer serviced because I am still having the same issues with it as I started having back in Oct of 2016 when I first contacted them. The first time they sent out a company called (Randys) here in AL. The guy Roger was able to fix my washer and now it is having the same issues. I contacted warranty department again and they rudely gave me (never asked) a date for this coming Friday. Well the company (D&J) called me back yesterday and stated they couldn't come until next Wednesday and that I needed to contact the warranty dept to reschedule. But honest they gave me grief because they were sent out the first time I originally called back in Oct but Asurion sent out 3 other people to my house in the same day and they pretty much didn't want to waste their time again.
So I called Asurion back yesterday and they were trying to reschedule me and they stated that well the sup was going to call me back so I am back on the phone again and they are stating that it will be weeks out before someone can fix it and that they are trying to get me reimbursed. But I have to wait 3 business calls for a call back so pretty much I am screwed.

After mailing my cellphone as I was instructed to do, I found that due to Asurion's faulty software the label UPS has didn't communicate with Asurion's office therefore delaying my insurance payment for days. Horrible for the customer. Also even though the UPS tracking verified the package en route it didn't matter... Unprofessional in my opinion, at best.

I had a great experience using Asurion and they were very helpful and prompt about getting me a replacement phone after the screen broke and the phone was completely unusable. I would definitely recommend Asurion to a friend, and I am very glad that I did have insurance. I use my phone for work and it was paramount that I got my phone replaced so I could make/receive phone calls. My only recommendation is to make the deductible cheaper. Maybe $100 instead of $150. That would be nice! Thank you Asurion!

Ordered replacement phone and took off the day it was suppose to arrive since it needed a signature. It didn't show up the next day so I had someone wait for it the next day. It didn't show up that day so I looked up status of new phone and it said it did not have a silver one in stock so new phone wasn't sent so I had to contact to pick out different one. They should of sent email or text message notifying me that they weren't sending one out versus wasting 2 days. I ordered a different colored one. Had it sent to my work so I didn't need to take time off again. It arrived next day. I spent a whole day setting up and downloading info on my replacement phone. The touchscreen wouldn't work all the time.
I called and they told me to do quick reset. So continued setting everything up repeatedly having to do quick reset and restarts. Just to find out phone touchscreen didn't work. Called and they now had a silver one so they sent me out a different one. Got that the next day. Had to start over, updating and downloading info on new phone. Had to erase everything off the broken phone which was stressful since the screen would lock up and would have do a quick reset or restart after a couple touches on the screen. I talked to support about my frustration that the phone was broke that they sent me. Didn't really care much about all the extra trouble I had to go through. Said I could talk to my carrier Verizon. Biggest complaint send out a replacement phone that works. My time is valuable and I wasted plenty with no compensation for your error in sending me a broken phone.

Very satisfied, I carry insurance on 4 devices. I would strongly encourage everyone to carry the insurance because you never know when you might need it. Replacement was easy and fast. Wish the deductibles were lower though. Setup was a little hard. Needed to call the helpline to carrier to get set up. Phone that was replaced was not the same as phone we got through Asurion. They give you used phones, they are not new ones which is a bummer.

I recently had an accident with my phone and had to file a claim with Asurion. They sent me a phone that was nothing close to my phone. When I called they told me that that's all they had in the warehouse and it was the closest compatible phone to mine. My Nexus phone has a 6.1 inch screen and the Samsung they sent me has a 5 inch screen. How is this compatible? I am very disappointed and will cancel all the insurance on all the devices.

The exchange between my broken phone and what I believe to be a refurbished phone went quickly. However, I'm very displeased with the phone I received because the battery drains way too fast. I didn't have this with my old phone. Before I could go on two days without charging it, now I have to charge two to three times a day. That doesn't speak for good customer service, considering only my screen was cracked and aside from that my phone was perfect.

Super customer service, lost my phone 2x in a 13 month period and they didn't give me too hard a time about it... Just had to fill out affidavit. Replacement phone arrived the next day. I'm very satisfied and happy to have the service.

My experience was great. I called and reported my phone missing. They asked for information which I was able to provide without digging around for numbers or receipts or such. Then, my phone arrived at the destination I asked it to be delivered - Can't get much better than that - thanks.

Very easy process to get the phone replaced. It came the next day and we took it to our local Verizon and they got us back running! I'm very satisfied with the expedited service. We will continue to keep our devices protected with this plan.

I very was pleased with the replacement process. Did receive my phone within 24 hours of starting and completing my claim. The customer service members that assisted me was good to work with. I had no hassle from either person that helped.

I had my replacement phone within 18 hours. The people I dealt with were courteous, professional and polite. They were more than willing to help us replace the phone we lost and get the new one set up. We would absolutely recommend everyone to purchase this insurance.

Customer service was excellent. Person helping with claim friendly. Only problem I had was that she told me I HAD to be home to sign for new phone. Since I wasn't going to be I had to have it delivered to another address. It went to other address and was left out in the rain. Nobody had to sign for it.

Everything is good, good customer service. Only thing I hate is that I have to wait the hours for you to respond and I have to do everything by a fax machine. It's just not that user friendly. Not everyone has access to a fax machine and to wait the hours for a response. I had to use my work fax machine and stay at my job to wait for your response... Thank you!!

Well out of town visiting my sister who had just given birth I had an issue with my phone. They were awesome. They ship my new phone to her house so I wasn't without a phone for very long. This is why you pay for insurance so that way if things happen you can get a new phone and get back to your life. Thank you very much.

I dropped my phone in water and needless to say it quit working. Being a Realtor, I need my phone at all times and also need access to my contacts and emails. I contacted Asurion at 6:00 PM and received a replacement phone by 1:00 PM the next day. This was exceptional service and I recommend Asurion to anyone that requires a fantastic back up service in cases of emergencies.

Everything went smooth with the replacement. New device came as expected, undamaged in freight transit. Switch over was done without a hitch. Everything went okay. The damaged phone was packaged up in the enclosed postage paid envelope and dropped in the mail box at the local post office.

My son's phone fell in a small puddle. Just enough to ruin his phone! This was quickly rectified by the excellent and timely customer service we received from Asurion! I believe you get what you pay for, and I'm happy with the service I receive.
