They have quick response and great service. I actually had two claims back to back and both were serviced extremely well. I had responses back promptly and my new phone arrived exactly on time. Instructions on setting up the new phone were easy to follow and complete. Worth every penny I pay for the insurance.

The experience wasn't bad at all, although there were issues with the first replacement phone. The first phone was slightly defective having the same issue as the phone I originally sent for a claim. The person who assisted me did a very great job assisting in a new replacement. Phone came in an orderly time and all is well.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Phone is brand new and practically flawless! Couldn't be happier! All they ask for in return is the cell phone and the battery and shipped me a brand new box with a charger and headphones. Phone fired right up and I was able to keep my number! Definitely recommend!

Bought total protection through Verizon and needed to replace Note 4 after dropping in water. Received replacement Note 4 quickly however phone will not charge using charging port. Called Asurion and was told they no longer have the Note 4. Was offered the Note 5 but on backorder for 5-7 days. It's now been over a month and still no phone and no estimated time when available. They suggested I find an old phone and activate it until phone becomes available. I paid $10.00 monthly for total protection for more than a year and another $150.00 deductible for a non-working phone. Not a happy customer!!!

At first I was sent a refurbished phone. The battery only lasted for four hours. Called and complained and was sent a new phone. Really think they should have sent me a new phone to start with considering I had an $800 phone. Was just happy to get the situation resolved. Was very unhappy at first. New phone made me completely satisfied.

The process to file a claim and replace my phone was simple. Asurion's customer service was friendly and courteous. We received a brand new phone within a couple days. They supplied a self addressed, stamped envelope for return of the broken phone... It was a pleasant surprise to have the replacement process be uncomplicated. I recommend Asurion's phone protection plan.

Asurion is probably the best, the easiest and the nicest company I've ever dealt with. The person that I spoke with was unbelievably courteous, polite, and very respectful. They answered every question that I had and explained everything I didn't understand. I've been telling and even getting my family and friends to get this insurance on all their phones. My existing phone could no longer take a charge so the Verizon personal helped me make a claim. Some information was lost in the transfer and I'm not sure this refurbished phone is 100% but the transaction was completed in a few days and the inconvenience was moderate.

I think the deductible is getting ridiculous. Your service was unbelievably fast. I had my phone the next day but I think the deductible is about twice what it should be. I could handle longer time to receive my device for a lot less money out of my pocket.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Phone wouldn't charge - replaced quickly, but the co-pay of $150 is a little much for a reconditioned 3 year old smartphone when a phone was sent back - I think if a phone is sent back (and will be reconditioned), a refund for the returned phone should be included (the phone was otherwise in excellent condition).

It was Amazing and simple!!! My phone (Note5) broke and I got a new one as soon I got my money. When I ordered it arrived the next day!!! I love it!! It was worth it! I think the hardest part was ID and forms where I sign as a proof it's my phone... Scan it and upload it. But hey it was worth it!!!

While I was very pleased with the speed of your replacement, I needed to go to a Verizon store to have the previous owners name removed from the phone. The phone (iPhone 6s) itself works wonderfully and looks brand new. I would recommend your insurance to my family and friends.

Phone called answered right away and new phone ordered and sent for the next day. Phone call took total of 20 minutes. I would highly recommend having insurance for your phone. Copay was high but could have been worse (150.00). The receptionist was extremely knowledgeable with the entire procedure.

I left the Country Nov. 26, 2016. Used my phone to make/respond to three (3) phone calls. Then I called Verizon to suspend the Service. International phone calls were too expensive. They did. On January 22, 2017, When I called back Verizon to re-install the service back because I was coming back into the States. My iPhone was totally dead. Nothing would work. I called your office yesterday 01-27-17. Reported the problem. They say, they will send me a new phone. A big Inconvenience. I've been without a way to communicate since the beginning of December of 2016.

I recently had a mishap with my phone: it fell into the toilet!! I wasn't able to revive it so I went to Verizon & ordered a replacement. Asurion is an excellent insurance. I have an experience; my cell phone was damaged beyond repair, I did file the case at Verizon office while I am in travel status. I don't have access to personal cell phone and Asurion replace the device within the time frame by shipping a new device.

Son's phone screen cracked - not sure why - and was no longer serviceable. We contacted Asurion the next day. New phone arrived within 2 days, after $100 deposit. The sales staff at Verizon didn't have any information about my deductible, or insurance policy at all - even though that's where I purchased said policy. My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 phone screen cracked. Verizon would not cover it under warranty, so I had to file a claim with Asurion. The service was great and phone was received the very next day. Only issue was Asurion said there was no more Note 5s being made so they had to ship me the Galaxy 6 edge. I do not care for that model and I had no case or accessories for the phone.

They tell you that the phone should be like new... Well mine had a spot up at top left corner of screen, a lot of apps keep shutting down unexpectedly every day, and the battery doesn't hold no kind of charge... So apparently the phones aren't like new like they advertise.

The replacement was conveniently fast and very expensive. I received a phone that had a screen replacement and was obvious about it. In the sunlight it can be seen. The turnaround on the replacement was fast but the screen job on the replacement phone was ridiculous.

Fast service made for easy replacement. Slight confusion on returned phone that we were not able to clear from iCloud. Thankfully Asurion's team waived the huge charge that comes if you can't clear the phone as Verizon had not even been able to do it either.

Although the service representative was polite and helpful the fact is the phones I received were defective. The first replacement would not charge on its own charger, it's kept being glitchy, and then it stopped reading my SIM card. The second phone was also reconditioned. I have canceled my insurance and purchased a new phone. Paying for insurance was a waste of money and time.

The only reason I put Fair is because my return phone could not be turned on. I did find my iPhone on my computer with help from an Apple employee. Then I get an email from Asurion saying I didn't do it. I emailed back stating I had and computer states removed.

Complete transaction for my claim was completed online. Replacement phone arrived the next day. Everything was easy for the reporting process. Returning the phone was easy, however, the USPS did not properly report delivery of the returned phone. If I had this to do over again I would purchase USPS insurance on the return.

I received a new phone within 24 hours from when reported as promised. I didn't report until a Monday evening since I was still hoping my phone would dry out. I received a new phone Wednesday morning. Everything worked perfectly. First time I've ever had to do this but it was fabulous! Great job!

My only real criticism is that when I provided the date the item was lost on was incorrect my claim was instantly denied without a real clear explanation as to how I could correct the info given. The denial page was very generalized and uninformative.

The screen protector was not applied properly on the phone screen and immediately peeled off. The screen was not cleaned properly before installing therefore I had to purchase one and get it installed. Otherwise your overall role in replacing a damaged phone is Flawless.

Replaced my son's Google pixel with a brand new phone. My son cracked the screen after only a month, kind of a freak accident. Not impressed that the pixel cracked too easy. Gorilla glass? Getting my replacement phone was no hassle and very fast. I love the online process of just a few questions and boom! That sucker was in the mail. Also, even easier is the returning of the broken phone (if it's still in your possession). They are also very fair about return time for the phone before charging your account. The only bummer is for a $200 deductible the refurbed screen is much less of a quality than my original and gives the oil slick rainbow effect while also isn't very touch responsive on my "edges" of the screen. Also the camera has a large chunk missing on the back of the phone. Overall, a good experience!

Copay has been increased 100%. It now rivals cost to just buy new phone... replacement is a refurbished phone that can barely hold a charge on standby for half a day... I don't plan on ever using service again. I'm already stuck saving to replace a phone; I just paid 200 for through copay. It shouldn't matter but I am a 20+ year customer of Sprint and have had Asurion since day one with all 5 lines. 1 of those lines are used for online business sales chat only so for the last 18 months I've never used this phone for a voice call. Anyway phone screen cracked. Called to file claim and was turned down because I had not made a voice call in the last 90 days. Now not even my Sprint rep who sells me my phones nor any rep from Sprint was aware of this rule. I have an iPad that I don't use much that I guess would not be covered even though I was paying my bill for the line plus insurance so I have been ineligible for one year and six months. My iPad has not been turned on for several months and is not covered. I also have an older mother who uses her phone once every 6 months which makes that phone insurance worthless. Now I've been paying approx 13 per month for each line.
I've been with Sprint since 1997 with 5 lines so I've been a day one customer of Asurion and have been paying them with no problems since they started. No one was willing to help. It's like having car insurance and something happens to your car but your insurance company says because you haven't drove your car it's not covered. Even the Sprint csr laughed and said was unacceptable however since I was not under contract for any of my lines they would only help me if I renewed my contract. I don't feel that I should be forced to sign up or waste my renewal on something I'm paying for.
Sprint was absolutely worthless and after being one of their biggest supporters for years was let down big time. I feel that everyone should be made aware of this loophole which is totally BS. They would not refund the money they took over all those months even after telling me that what I have been paying for I was not covered. Sprint kept saying, "Well it's not us it's a third party" but they had no Problem taking my money. I just feel like if you're paying for a service and you become ineligible that after a certain amount of time they would contact you or give your money Back. It's the same thing as Sprint and Asurion taking money out of my wallet. Crazy part is even after I was turned down, they are still taking the money out for insurance even though I'm not able to use it. Crazy scam. Sprint and Asurion are bums.

I was very happy with the quickness of replace the defective Samsung Galaxy S7. I do believe that paying for insurance on the phone and having a $200 deposit is kind of bs. Especially when Samsung is having problems with their phones overheating and blowing up (Which mine overheated and started strobing uncontrollably until the battery died). A year ago, I purchased a Brigadier smartphone from Verizon and took out insurance on the phone. Three days ago, I dropped my phone in my yard. Before I found it, my dog found it and chewed it up. I contacted my Verizon store where I purchased the phone. A very nice young man explained my option and provided the phone number of Asurion, the company that insured the phone. My options were I could pay off the balance owed on the phone, $257, and buy a new phone or file a claim with Asurion for a replacement phone.
The next morning, I called the phone number for Asurion and was given a website to use to file my claim. I went to the website provided to me by Asurion and filed my claim. The last step on in the process notified me that my phone was no longer and to pick a substitute phone from a list. The list consisted one phone, a standard DuraForce by Kyocera. I was given no other choice.
During the filing process, I was informed that I had a $99 deductible. Ok, that sounded reasonable for replacement of a $400+ phone. After they charged my credit card to cover my deductible, I was told I would receive a new email confirming my claim. When I was finished filing the online claim, I researched the DuraForce standard phone by Kyocera and discovered that Walmart sells it for $99. I paid insurance premium monthly for a year and when I filed a claim on a four hundred dollars phone I am charged a $99 deductible and offered a phone has just happens to cost $99.
So, I am in the hole for one year worth of insurance premium, still owe $257 on a phone that was insured, and have no phone because I intend to refuse to accept their "comparable item". I have a heart condition and having a phone is extremely important to me but since I have to replace a $400 phone, I will buy one of my own choice not accept a cheap substitute. P.S. I did go to the store that sold me my phone and the Manager said he had no responsibility for the insurance he sold me and was licensed by Verizon and had no responsibility to help resolve my issue.

I advise a new solution to provide the same customer security, satisfaction, and claim service without the hassle and annoyance of the additional requirements deemed necessary without representation of reasoning. One wonders if it was loss on company's end or security of customers/client base...

This phone was a replacement & within 24 hours the volume was coming out of the mouth piece. It was replaced the next day & everything has been good since then. From what info that was on the 1st phone it was a refurbished phone. This phone is working correctly. Thank you for quick & accurate service.

I ordered my phone, received my new phone 2 days later. Activated it with no problems. I put my old phone in the mail, easy exchange. My new phone works just fine, I really appreciate the work you guys do over at Asurion. You all really do a great job.

I could not have been happier with the speed of service I received. I also could not believe they delivered on Christmas Eve. The customer service department was quick and nice. It only took one phone call to solve my problem.

I'm very happy my phone stopped charging 2 days before Christmas. I called about getting a replacement. Even though it was that close to a holiday I was told I would get my new phone in 24 hr. Sure enough I got it the day of Christmas Eve. I was very happy to be able to talk to my family on Christmas. Best services ever. The lady I talked to was very nice and helpful as well. Definitely will recommend. Thank you.

The associates were very helpful and made it easy to replace the broken device. They were very knowledgeable and provided additional information about the plan details. I hope I do not need to use the service again, but know if and when I do, it will be almost a pleasure.

Was pleased with the service though I thought 200 dollars was a lot for a phone that I had long enough to pay with my monthly insurance protection. I had my phone for 2 years before I needed the insurance. As far as everything else I was very happy.

I severely damaged my iPhone 7 just one month after purchasing it and was devastated! Thanks to investing in Asurion, its protection saved me money and further heartbreak of paying full price for a brand new phone. The representative gave me the comfort needed to know that a replacement phone would be back in my hands a couple days later. Fortunately, I held onto my iPhone 6 in the interim. Don't hesitate to pay the small, monthly premiums in Asurion. You won't regret it when needed the most.

The Iphone 6 does not hold a charge due to a software update which can only be completed through the Apple store. It would be nice if it came with the latest upgrade. Or the software was available through the Asurion website.

It is just awful service. I have been a customer with Sprint for over 16 years, and I always insure my phones. I used like Asurion, but on November I put a claim that I lost my iPhone 6 36GB, and they send me the wrong phone. They send me a iPhone plus 16GB. Since then, I have spend a total of 25 hours in the phone hours.
Things you didn't know about Asurion. They never call you back. They told me that. I was talking to four different people, and they finally passed me to a nice lady that was very helpful, and she finally agreed with me that she was going to send me the correct one, and that it was their mistake, then, she said, "I think is cutting", and it hang up. I waited for her call, and she never call me back. I'm not a person that gets mad easily, but honestly the way that call center train their employees to lie and lie. My sister used to work for a sprint call center, and she shared with me all of the stuff they do. She told me that they are not train to help us. After, I waited for a call that I never got.
I finally decided to call them back, and talk to Vivi, and she said that they are not allow to call back, because they phone "don't let them call out", so I guess pretty much impossible. Then guess what, that call also dropped! At this point I think any person in their sane mind, would be going crazy. I cant believe that I was not going to get a call back from that nice lady, that was almost done with my call. The last thing I heard from her was. "Looks like we will be able to send you the 36GB, and then she said. Then the call drops. The last person I talk to is Catina ** and she said. I asked her if she could look at my notes so, I didn't have to explain everything, and she said "I don't see any notes from anyone. I'm honestly want a urgent call from some that one what they are doing.

Contacted your office, explained the problem & within 24 hours I had a new phone. This happened just a few days before Christmas!! Never thought I would get a new phone that fast!! Asurion was courteous & handled my call expeditiously. It made my Christmas a very happy one instead of a painful experience! Thanks.

Very impressive service. The response to my situation was great. I would recommend your company to everyone. It was a hassle free time to fix my problem. While it was a stressful free experience I hope I don't have to go through it again with that particular phone. That phone belongs to my wife who is on call from a large hospital and communication between her and the hospital is vital.

The service was quick. I was able to get my phone the next day after my claim was filed. I just wish I could've gotten my original colored phone. The replacement was good though. I would recommend everybody to have insurance on their phone. More expensive to buy a new one, least expensive to pay for a replacement.
