Great service. Timely delivery of phone. Always a good service with Asurion. Thank you for your fast response in this matter. Still would rather not have to pay any kind of fee though. I pay 11 a month insurance for my phones that should cover that.

I called for a new phone then was sent the wrong phone. First I was sent a Galaxy 3 instead of a Galaxy 7, but after that it was real quick to get the right phone. So with all that I was pleased with the service got the 7 within a day. I would recommend Asurion.

Very polite and reasonable, knowledgeable and fast delivery. Representative was willing and able to help with whatever I needed. From dialing the number to receiving my replacement phone was less than 2 days. I have tried this online and always had issues. I highly recommend just to call. There's nothing like talking to an ACTUAL person in today's world.

Getting my replacement phone was easy and had a super quick delivery! Got phone the next day! The only issue is that the cigarette lighter adapter that was sent doesn't fit phone. Other than that, great experience. I will continue to use the service.

When I called to make a claim about my phone, you were very understanding and got a new phone to me quickly. I called back to let you know my phone had been found, was being sent to me as I was in another state when it happened. Your people told me to keep the new phone in case old one was damaged in any way, it was but still works and you still told me to keep the new phone because of the damage. You guys were awesome for me! Thank you!

Asurion shipped my replacement phone the next day. It was the wrong phone so I contacted them and they shipped the correct phone in a day or so. When I received my new phone, I was upgraded to the Galaxy S6 because they no longer make the Galaxy S5. Asurion was professional and responsive. Good company to work with.

I had my iPhone 6 Plus replaced with an iPhone 6s Plus due to the fact that there were no more iPhone 6 Plus in new condition since they had sent me 2 already and both had issues. Thank you very much Asurion. I run a business so it was a huge inconvenience that I kept receiving defective phones but you made up for it by sending me a new one!

Couldn't ask for better or quicker service. Very easy to process and follow instructions. Since I had to file a claim I'm glad it was through Asurion. I didn't have to talk with anyone on the phone. It was that easy to handle. I filed the claim online late one afternoon and my new phone was mailed out the very next day. I would of had it within 48 hours if there hadn't been extreme weather conditions. A person couldn't ask for more.

Every time I've had to submit a claim with Asurion, it has been a disappointment. Yes, a new phone does get to your place within one business day, but what about just a repair? I went in yesterday to repair the screen on my Samsung Note 5 (white). Even though the body of my phone is in perfect condition, I had to pay for a whole new Note 5 because they did not have the parts to repair a WHITE Note 5. I had to pay $200 to get an all new BLACK Note 5 instead of paying only the $100 that I was quoted to repair my phone.
I had originally from the start of my contract purchased a BLACK Note 5, but when I made a claim last year, they said the BLACK Note 5 was not available and I was forced to get an all new WHITE Note 5. Every time I make a claim, my phone's parts are somehow not available in my color and I am forced to switch colors plus in this most recent case pay twice as much as I should have had to. $200 vs $100 may not be a lot to your company, but it's a lot to me and I've been a customer for years to only get screwed over in the end. No, they weren't willing to give me any kind of discount for their company's lack of the correct parts.

My phone was broken while on vacation in Florida. The request was made on a Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 from the Miami Airport and the replacement was at my home at 10:00 the next day. Amazing how quickly my request was turned around. I wasn't one day without a phone. Thank you.

I was extremely satisfied with everything about the replacement process. The speed of the process was fantastic. I was really frustrated after I accidentally sent my iPhone 6 through the wash in my coat pocket, but Asurion's robust process took the sting out of the situation. Documentation was excellent.

Great service but sent me a tiny bubble wrap package just big enough for a smartphone to send my tablet back in and I had to buy material to package it up in just to send back. All in all I would say good service and fast shipping but just need to know what people are sending back so you can send them the right packaging.

Defective LCD. Got my phone replaced within 24 hour and had time to recover all my information from previous phone. Fast service. I went to the nearest store no hassle. Only paid $200 instead of the full dollar amount for phone or risking getting scammed with a locked or blocked phone.

I dropped my iPhone 6s as I was walking in to work. After a year of such clumsiness, the screen finally decided to shatter. I logged onto Verizon, and saw that luckily, I was insured! I went to Asurion's web page, and filled out a claim. Less than 24 hours later, I had a new phone hand delivered to me by the UPS man. Included in my package was step-by-step instructions on transferring my info to the new phone. My package also came with a new charger, which was very much appreciated. All in all, my experience was fantastic, and I'm very grateful I had insurance on my phone! Asurion did an awesome job!!!

Quick and efficient service to get phone ordered. Phone was supposed to arrive next day. When checked shipping stated was delayed due to late pick up. Called to get options. Needed a phone quick due to going out of town. Service rep was not very helpful with options even though it was their fault. The phone ended up showing up that day but would have like a bit more from money the rep. Payment was easy and decision phone is great. Overall good experience just one bad seed.

I had a very satisfactory experience with Asurion and their customer service. The process was handled promptly and professionally. I went on their website to fill out the report and claim form and called them with some questions at which time they were very helpful and answered all my questions. Shipping was very quick also.

Within 3 weeks, 3 of our covered phones were dropped, got wet, or lost. No questioning or being accused of trying to rip them off. Transactions handled with compassion & fairness. Phones replaced within a day & damaged phones returned postage paid. Staff friendly & courteous. $99 VS $500+ for upgrade on Verizon was nice.

I lost my phone and thought I might have trouble getting it replaced quickly. I don't have a landline so being without a phone in this day and age is very, very inconvenient. The representative I talked to was very helpful and courteous. Her concern was getting me back up and running as soon as possible. The service was very helpful and prompt. Everyone was very helpful and the replacement iPhone came the next day. No issues at all. Delivery was very prompt. The only issue for some would be delivery has to be signed for, so my way around that was to deliver to my work. It was no problem to change the delivery address and I thought that was great service. Job well done! Would highly recommend to carry this insurance considering the cost of buying a new iPhone thru your phone carrier.

Phone was stolen. Phone replacement was fast and simple, all information was taken online. Status and shipping updates were emailed to me on a daily basis. And the best part was that we received our replacement in a few days as promised. We then took the phone to our local dealer who set it up quickly.

My daughter lost her phone on a vacation and had to fly out three days later with no way to communicate. I was able to contact Asurion for a replacement. Asurion did a great job of getting a replacement phone out quick and delivered to her the next day. Can't think of anything that could have been done better in regard to this replacement experience.

I had been carrying this policy for almost 2 years. When my phone quit functioning properly (and paying the deductible) these guys replaced my phone with an upgrade. The service was fast and my phone is amazing! Would highly recommend if you are buying a high end phone!

The only thing that was not perfect with my replacement note 5 was the s Pen. It doesn't work. That seems to be the weak spot for the phone. That and the charging port. That's not the fault of Asurion, that's more a Samsung thing I would say. We got the phone in a timely manner and it was easy to return the broken phone.

Got a replacement phone from Asurion and after a few days the Wi-Fi just quit on my new phone. Not sure if it was hardware or software but Asurion had me another replacement within 24 hours free of charge. Glad I have the insurance.

I'm satisfied with the transaction, however I still think the deductible is too much. The replacement phone can not cost what I paid, so I am still paying for another phone in addition to the monthly fee, so it's definitely not a bargain to have this insurance unless you're looking at full retail price, which no one pays anymore.

Thank you for the quick response and service. I got my phone the very next day!! Super important because my grandma was ill and I needed to stay in touch with family and friends. Especially having children. The only thing I would recommend that needed change would be to include a tool to remove the SD card holder. Luckily I had one on hand. If I didn't I would have had to go get one at a store.

A replacement phone was received (in Hawaii!) within 2 days and putting it into service immediately was a snap! The quick delivery to Hawaii (where there is no "overnight" mail) means that the claim was processed immediately and the replacement phone shipped out to me on the same day. My experience with Asurion was great. The website was easy to use and my phone was scheduled for delivery for the next day. The only problem I had was with the UPS delivery. It was not delivered as promised. I had to wait 3 more days to receive my phone and I had to go to the main UPS facility. I would recommend using FedEx over UPS in the future.

I needed to replace my iPhone 6S after losing it this past New Year's Eve. Asurion was quick with replacing it, and for only $200! We pay a monthly fee to have Asurion insurance through Verizon which we ended up having to use when our iPhone was broken in an accident. We then have to pay a $200 deductible on top of the monthly fees in order to get a replacement phone. We received a refurbished iPhone that NEVER should have left their warehouse. It had a significant internal hardware issue and Verizon sent me on a wild goose chase trying to fix it when I finally was told by someone at Apple that this defect cannot be fixed and the phone has to be replaced.
Countless wasted hours later I am now dealing with Asurion. Finally after four phone calls to them a customer service rep agreed to send me a replacement phone. When I expressed my concern over receiving a phone with defective internal hardware, she refuses to address this concern and basically told me I get what I get. If I receive another refurbished phone with an internal hardware defect I will be contacting an attorney.

Since my loss occurred on a Friday I did not get my replacement until Monday mid afternoon. The process could have gone faster but due to the fact that I went to a Verizon store and ask for assistance in filing the claim and they were reluctant to help creating a delay in filing the claim. This was not an Asurion issue and Asurion did a good job.

Good communication, fast service. I would like to add that the battery pack or "juice pack" is not made well. It opens at the slightest impact. This causes the phone to fall out resulting in possible damage. This is what happened to my device. Though I would not recommend this product to anyone, I would recommend this service.

The only thing I was disappointed with was that my replacement wasn't the same device I had before. Though the replacement is nice I feel it is definitely a downgrade from my previous device. Other than that, the claim service was good.

I had fast service, even on a claim submitted late in the day. Submitted claim online around 5:00 PM. Replacement phone arrived overnight! Whole process was easy (except for verifying that "Find My iPhone" was turned off since the old phone wouldn't work). That was the most worrisome part since they say they will charge up to $500 if it is not turned off. Overall this was a great experience. Last time... not so much! But things appear to have improved greatly.

2 weeks after purchasing my new LG G5 I dropped it and cracked the screen. I immediately contacted Asurion but was told they did not have my phone in stock. My daughter's iPhone quit working and I called the warranty division and they explained the process in a way that was understandable! The turn around was within 24-hours! The process was very simple! You go online and fill out your information. You wait one day and they will send you the replacement phone in the mail. I think I actually got mine the day after I made my claim! Not only that, but they also make it easy to send back the phone you are replacing. I was also told that I could request my original color if I had to return it under the warranty. I lost my phone exactly one week ago, I called and they had me filled out some form and send them my photo ID which I did and I keep on getting claim deny then I had my dad add me to the account as a authorize user. We received our first phone in 24 hrs, but after setting it up my husband realized it didn't work correctly... After contacting Verizon & Apple he realized the Find my iPhone app wasn't turned off~ He received a replacement within another 24 hrs. My son dropped his Apple laptop around Christmas, the screen cracked. We have had the Asurion full coverage from ATT which covers all phones and laptops in your home. Anyway, I opened a claim ticket with all the information about my son's Apple laptop. They agreed they would be able to fix a broken screen and I sent the laptop in. They received it on January 9th and I received an email from Asurion saying I should hear from them in 3 to 5 business days. I didn't hear anything after that, I called every few days and they could not tell me anything.
Then on January 24th I get an email that they ordered parts and it should only be a couple days delay. We kept calling and spoke with the Asurion ATT CEO office. They didn't know anything, they acted like they were emailing us a buyout and that the maximum was $1500, but our laptop cost $2,500 and we never received any emails. I'm not sure why they can't fix a screen on a laptop. They Apple store said they could fix it no problem.
So now that we said we just want our laptop back, it's been a week and they don't seem to know where our laptop is or what is happening with it. This is unbelievable. I was told we would have the laptop back in 3-5 days, then 10 days and now it's been 25 days and we still have no idea what is happening with our laptop. This is the biggest waste of money!!! RIPOFF. Plus we have no way to get our laptop back. My son is a Junior in college, obviously he doesn't have his laptop with him at college. This is just crazy. When I call they act like I'm crazy for calling about my laptop. We seem to have no recall but to wait and pray that we get our laptop back.

I had two phones for which paid insurance and a premium on. After paying the deductibles they sent two broken phones to my home address. When I reported the phones as broken they refused to send replacements unless I moved to a different address in New York, saying that my apartment building address was not allowable. These guys should be sued on behalf of all of the customers who have been defrauded by them. DO NOT INSURE YOUR PHONES THROUGH AT&T OR OTHERWISE. It is a waste of money as they are a fraud.

My experience with filing a claim was very extraneous. I was advised to file a claim online and did so. I have Total equipment protection included in my Verizon phone contract with Asurion and it covers me if my phone is lost, stolen, or damaged. After filing a claim online I was told I had to download the affidavit form and submit my government issued ID. I was told after submitting the forms it would be three hours before I was contact to resume my claim. After it has been approved which is completely and inconvenience the affidavit form was literally confirming account information which is already filled out when filing the claim and then I was told my claim was canceled. So now I'm still without my replacement phone and called in even chatted online and was given no further assistance. So the $9 additional that I pay a month for coverage on my phone was not helpful here. It is a week later and I still have no results and no replacement phone.

Up and running in a couple days time, had to find time out of my busy schedule to get in the office to get it all switched over. Just wish there was a way the new phone could come as a complete mirrored phone as my old one and also not to have to update system and apps right out of the box on my data plan!!! It took several hours at my local Verizon store to complete everything, but they were happy to do it.

Thankful for the service but... I've had the phone for two years and paying insurance throughout, and having to pay an additional $150+ was a bit much. Again thankful for the replacement & fast service.

Someone stole my phone while I was out of town for New Years. I thought because of the holidays and it being the weekend it would take forever to replace. Asurion did a great job replacing my phone fast and hassle free.

This company seems like a scam! They send recycled broken phones to replace your broken phone. I got two "like new" phones from them after the first one was broken out of the box. That is also after paying over $200 in insurance, and not including the cost of the deductible. I've never been this mad at a company before in my life. (Side note: their review email only brings you to Consumer Affairs if you had a positive experience, a negative experience redirects you to their customer service form. Everything they do seems underhanded.)

I've submitted my claim and I got a new phone the next day. The service is definitely great. I'd recommend Asurion to anyone looking for great protection on their phone. Anything can happen while handling your phone during a conversation, Asurion gets your back.

We had our device replaced in less than 48 hrs from putting in the claim. Well worth the money for this service. I will make sure to keep on all my new devices to me time and money if accident happens.

We were pleased with the process to replace a nearly brand new iPhone 7 that was stolen from my daughter's purse at a restaurant. I wasn't thrilled with the $200 deductible but it beats full cost of replacement. Service was efficient and convenient. Glad we had it.

This is my 4th LG V20 due to malfunctioning 3 times and theft once. Always helpful and take care of whatever problem I have. Well worth what I pay every month for insurance! They even sent me this phone after so many problems with my Note 5.

My phone was stolen and I reported it that evening and received my replacement the next morning. I called support and within minutes my phone was set and ready to go. All I had to do was sync my phone. The service was excellent.

At first it was kinda ridiculous! But after my 3rd try of not getting anywhere I went to the store and they helped me... I was so frustrated... I got my phone. The person who answered the phone at Asurion wasn't VERY helpful.

Some people may say having cell phone insurance is a waste of money. Well with the retail price on cells phones and if you're self employed like me your phone is a must have thing these days. Things just happen no matter if you have the best Otter Box case and I even put non-slip tape on the edges of my case which helps. Asurion has been there for me with their fast service and they understand some of us are just not perfect. They have been a very understanding company. All I can say thanks for keep rolling.You Rock Asurion!!

I received great, friendly and fast service in replacing my phone. Asurion exceeded my expectations. I will make sure to tell all of my friends about them. I was able to explain the defaults I had with my current phone and they were able to fix them within 2 days. Best customer service.

Did a great job. It was very good service and fast and very good customer service. If my phone breaks again I would definitely use this again. But it was a lil costly for the small cracks but it's ok. It was very fast service.

They have the best customer service! My husband could not remember his iCloud information to shut off find my iPhone. The phone has been submerged and it was unable to turn on. Maria did everything she could so we didn't have to pay the 500 fine. She set us up with Apple and had the issue fixed! Not many companies will help you save money!

I am happy with the service and the speed in which my claim was handled, the company expedited my phone replacement and though the shipper, FedEx did not deliver on date specified, I still received it and got it operational in a timely fashion so thank you again.

I dropped my phone about 8 feet and I couldn't see the screen anymore. My new phone got to me the next day. Reloading my phone was very easy. The directions were easy to follow. I'm glad that I had your insurance on my phones. I will never be without this insurance.

Began online, but it froze midway through and I ended up calling and speaking with a rep. There was some misinformation between the in store rep and the phone rep, regarding the length of time it would take to receive the replacement device.

I had no comment. Everything was done on time. The only thing is that why I had to pay so much money for a new replacement phone. I have anything else to say but that I receive the phone on time and I was able to transfer all my contact and other files plus my photo.
