The service was great. We got the replacement tablet the next day, and were able to return the cracked merchandise promptly. I was very pleased with the service, and will use it again as needed. Don't know what else to say, but it says I need to write more, definitely do not like this part of the survey.

Easy, no worries, worth it! The situation of your phone being 'down' is already taxing, but with Asurion, it isn't long before all is good again! Definitely worth the investment. The process was clear and easy to follow. It was also very quick!

I lost my iPhone7, which is always stressful. I was impressed, the process to report it was very simple and it was replaced very quickly! I am very grateful that I purchased the insurance! It saved me $450 since I only paid my $200 deductible over the regular price of the phone.

The associate that I spoke with was nice and informative and I was satisfied with their assistance. But the phone that was sent to me already has battery issues. At around 40-30% it will shut off. I will now have to use the warranty to get another phone sent to me. The hassle of ordering and re setting up a new phone is very frustrating. I hope this cycle of events does not continue with the next phone that is sent to me.

Phone was broken with screen being cracked. Sent back and new one came back the next day. Did what was asked and everything went great! The phone was an iPhone 6 and after my parents have been paying insurance for over 1+ years we used it! Giving this service an A+!

My phones screen cracked. I filed my claim at 930 at night, by 11 pm I had a tracking number, by 10 am the next day I had a new phone delivered to my office. The turnaround time to get back on track was simply amazing. The claim process is super quick and user friendly.

Multiple malfunctioning refurbished phones and iCloud issues. After receiving two malfunctioning refurbished iPhone 6es, I finally received a new iPhone that works properly. However, Asurion is continuously calling and emailing me to tell me to turn Find My iPhone off and threatening to take $500 from my account. I am extremely upset by this because Find My iPhone is off and none of my old devices are linked to my account. It is frustrating to say the least.

The iPhone I got is slow and I can tell it's been refurbished. I want to return it to you and add more money and get a brand new phone. It's got too many flaws to list. The map is always on, the Bluetooth doesn't always work in my car, the volume is too low, and I can't do three way calls

The phone could not be repaired because Samsung does not provide needed parts. Asurion was very helpful in providing a replacement phone, a Samsung 5. The seating broke when SIM card was removed when troubleshooting with Verizon's Tech Coach. A representative at a Verizon store sent me to a phone repair shop to have it repaired. The repairman said the Samsung 3 could not be repaired because Samsung used very flimsy, delicate materials in the manufacture of the product and did not provide parts to repair. Thank you.

The phone I had only had ear piece speaker problems. The phone I received apparently had more serious issues. Screen lighting gets brighter by itself. And one other time my screen went dark and I couldn't get it to come back on. So I just laid the phone down and left it for awhile. It finally came back on. I should have just had my ear piece speaker repaired and kept my phone.

Service was okay. Customer pay insurance every month. When phone is not working customers should not receive a refurbished phone. Deductible is hundred and forty nine dollars. Place a phone order four weeks ago. Phone were defeated. Representative was try her best to assist with the first refurbished phone. Mail it back. Hope not to have any problem.

We ordered our replacement phone through Asurion. It was very easy to do. We got the exact same phone as before. Our phone was stolen from a locked storage area. After we placed the order we received it in about two days and I was able to have it sent to my place of employment to feel secure of getting the phone.

My phone shattered only days before I was set to have my second child. They assisted me in getting my new phone delivered a day after my original phone broke then helped me in setting up the new phone before my son got here! Absolutely kind and helpful for the whole process.

Completing the claim for my stolen phone was super easy and my replacement was at my house the next day. Did the entire process online! Great option especially for the weekend when you aren't open. My phone was stolen over a weekend and when I went to my service provider they had told me I had to wait until Monday to do anything with insurance because you aren't open on the weekend. However, I grabbed your flyer they had at the store and saw the website which was very helpfully cut out the waiting time! Thanks a bunch.

I appreciate the reminder calls to send back the damaged phone so that I would it get charged! The customer agent was very nice and polite and said she would call back if she doesn't receive the phone in a few days and she reminded me to keep the receipt.

The trouble I had was mainly due to Apple, not to Asurion. Otherwise I would have ranked you 5. I have used Asurion many times and most times no problems. This phone was for my daughter. I don't like iPhones. I like my Moto Android.

The replacement for my water damaged phone was very efficient. Although the phone was back ordered it only took a week for the replacement of my iPhone SE. The instructions were very easy to follow and the return process was very easy with the postal mailer.

When trying to file my claim, I got very confused and took me about 3 or 4 tries before I eventually went up to the Verizon store. Finally, they helped me as much as they could. After three or four days I finally got the claim filed. It was about a two or three-week process.

My phone fell into the pool and was replaced immediately! Great service!! The staff really helped me and I was surprised to get a new phone the next day! Great service! Asurion made it very easy to get my son's phone replaced. He had an accident where the phone fell out of his pocket into my mop bucket. The fee I paid to replace his phone was minimal compared to the cost of purchasing the phone from Apple.

I recently turned in a claim for a broken screen on my Samsung tablet. A replacement tablet was sent to me within 24 hrs. The claim was handled in a professional manner and I continue to carry Asurion insurance on my tablet and cell phones.

My daughter dropped her iPhone 6 and obliterated her screen. We contacted Asurion and had her phone replacement the next day. We never had to even go to the store, since the claim was submitted online and the phone came to our door. We were very pleased with our service.

I had damage to my phone and I got same phone replacement. Initially they sent Galaxy S6, which is smaller screen size than Note 5. I requested same phone replacement and they honored my request. I hoped I would get one of the new model phones, but it was not in their inventory.

I am very disappointed as I was sold on the fact that I was paying this insurance and the big deductible to get a "brand new" replacement phone only to receive a refurbished replacement. Also there is a air bubble between the glass and phone which started separating within days of receiving it, so I would like a new actual new phone that I paid for. I found the process to replace my lost phone easy. The customer service was very helpful once I received the phone and assisted with getting the phone turned on. Once I found my old phone easy to return. Only criticism is that you need to tell people to take SIM card out and place into the original phone of found.

The replacement of my wife's broken Note 5 went very well. The replacement shipping took two days because I couldn't get the request in until in the afternoon. We are very happy with the S7 edge unit which was the replacement since the Note 5 is not being produced.

The first replacement phone I got because of my cracked screen, the maps and the Bluetooth weren't working properly so they had to send me another phone. So far the second phone has been working fine. It was just a process to keep transferring all of my things to the phone then having to erase, mail, and repeat. Phones should be checked more carefully to make sure all settings are working up to par.

I needed a phone and tried to use Asurion online. According to the online automated woman. I was so frustrated with her until I hung up. I went into a Verizon store and was able to talk to a human. He helped me and called Asurion and I spoke to a human. Once I explained my dilemma about my phone she helped me and I received my phone in a couple of days, I think. I know it was fast. Thanks.

My son's phone was boot looping so it was essentially broken. I contacted Cellular Services and they directed us where we needed to be. Asurion was a blessing and my son had his new phone within 24 hours. Two weeks later his phone was stolen and again he had a new one within 24 hours. If you don't believe things can't go wrong or the insurance is too high then try to replace it on your own. Asurion is the best thing to happen for me and my family.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my replacement phone. It still hasn't come. I was told the wait was 5-7 business days... it's been around 20. It's very inconvenient and assuring has not been able to replace my phone within a reasonable amount of time.

The second one that you sent me was nonfunctional as well. I spent 3 hrs on the phone trying to resolve this before finally calling Verizon and getting a phone from them. It took me a couple of time to get things situated with my phone replacement, I should of stayed with my original type of phone. I had the Note 5, and ended up switching to the S6 edge plus. The Note 5 time me is the better phone. If I have any more problems I won't hesitate to contact Asurion to get things resolved one. Thank you.

Received my phone promptly. Communication was clear, process went relatively smooth. However, the phone is poor quality. It can't connect to WiFi, and barely gets LTE- usually I have 3G, sometimes 1x, and sometimes no service at all (in places where I normally have perfectly fine service). I can't get WiFi in my bedroom, in my apartment, the only place it will connect is directly in front of the router. Also, the alarm sometimes makes sound, sometimes doesn't.

Took too long to get my phone. Unfortunately, my claim required a signed legal form. I was not told when making the claim. I was travelling so did not have access to email without the form. Only when not delivered to hotel as promised did I chase it up. Again, since I was travelling, I could not easily download or print scan and return. I made it clear I was travelling when I made the claim, none of this was mentioned. When I managed to access the form, it basically repeated what I had already told you so it implied I was not trusted. Essentially for my 6-day trip I was without a phone for 5 days. Hardly next day. Very disappointed.

With all the security measures, phone replacement was a little trickier than necessary. My first choice was to go to a Verizon store and have them help, but all they could do was refer me online. And the clerk said it was really easy, but it wasn't as easy as he mentioned. I like having an online option, but when I take the time to go to the store for help with a real person, that real person should be able to help me. I signed up for the plan in the store, so why couldn't they help me there? That was frustrating, but it ended well, even though it took a few days.

They won't pay a claim for a phone that wasn't actually used on the date of claim. My son dropped his in a glass of liquid. Claim denied because he didn't receive a text or call before it happened on that day. Paid for insurance on that line for 3+ years. Not anymore. Cancelled insurance on 4 lines and will never pay it again. Total scam.

Old phone placed in envelope and placed in mailbox and mailed back next day according to instructions. But have been receiving letters saying I'll have to pay $125 because phone hasn't arrived back to you. New phone arrived quickly, but has echo on it when calling other wireless phones. My daughter's phone was damaged beyond repair. I opened the claim 5 months prior to finishing the claim in January. It was a simple and organized process to finish up the claim. It's always been very simple for my daughter, who lives in a different state, to coordinate receiving the new phone and shipping back the damaged one.

Sent a refurbished replacement that didn't quite work right so Asurion sent an upgraded new phone with accessories immediately. All questions and concerns were handled accurately and quickly. Great service. Just wish insurance and copay wasn't quite so expensive as I am on a fixed income.

I was told that UPS would leave or make 3 attempts to deliver. After 1st attempt on a Friday, package sent to UPS store Brockton, MA which isn't on Saturday and Sunday. Had to wait until Monday to get phone.

Thanks so much, absolute life saver. Removing the Find my Iphone from the old phone was the hardest part. I hate that I was not able to retrieve any of my things from the old phone, but the new phone was delivery very quickly, which was excellent.

Dealing with insurance on my phone is the easiest ever. All you have to do is fill out the information online, and the next day, you get your new phone. They send you set up information for your phone and you pack up your old phone and send it back in the envelope. That easy!

I called my cellphone provider to report an issue with our phone. It turned out to be covered by insurance so they connected me with a representative at Asurion. The rep was friendly and walked me through what needed to be done. I received the new phone promptly w/ postage paid envelope to return the damaged phone. All went very quick and easy.

My daughter's phone would not turn on. Went to Verizon store. They could not help me. Had to go online. Had to send my daughter's phone back. Got new one in mail. That part is awesome. Had no idea when I bought the insurance that it's a one time thing. Had to use the insurance and then buy it again for the new phone. Not really happy with this at all. It's a lot of money in addition to the cost of the phone. I even asked the guy who sold us the phone at the Verizon store about this specifically because my daughter is young. He told me it the insurance was good for 2 years. Outright lie. Not happy at all.

Dropped phone in water at Gulf Shores. I had my replacement phone the next morning. It was sent over-night to me and that was wonderful. The only downside was that I didn't realize I had a $199.00 deductible on this insurance. Thanks for getting me back up and running so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation.

I was very pleased with how easy and streamlined the exchange was. The exchange was for my 17-year-old son who cannot live without his phone. The exchange came the next day. The refurbished phone worked very well and was in good condition. My only concern is the deductible was $149. That's very high considering I already spent hundreds for the original phone in addition to paying the monthly insurance premium.

Quick next day turnaround. Phone line had a long wait time which was frustrating and I had to wait an hour to get to an internet connection to go online to initiate insurance replacement. The phone I have now is refurbished and voice texting doesn't work well and phone keeps freezing up and I have to power down frequently to get it working again. There seems to be lots of glitches with this replacement phone. Wish your insurance provided new phones not refurbished. My original phone was only a month old when lost.

I contacted Asurion to fix or replace my son's new phone. He only had it about two weeks. Using online was easy and I was kept aware of how long it would take to receive his new phone as it was on backorder. Once we received the new phone it was very easy to activate it. We did not need to go to our wireless store to have the phone activated. Returning the damaged phone was also quite simple. Most definitely worth the 99.00 to have it replaced.

It was probably one of the worst days of my life. My dearest friend of 40 years died very suddenly. I came home from the wake and sat down in a chair, emotionally drained, I fell asleep. On Tuesday, I scheduled an appointment for a screen repair for Saturday late afternoon. On Saturday at 11am, the tech called me to tell me that he didn't have the part. I could not reschedule, as the next day, I was moving 50 miles away to a location which didn't have the option for screen repair. I contacted Asurion who insisted my only option was to pay the higher deductible for the replacement. Even though the appointment cancellation was their fault, they weren't willing to work with me at all to provide me a replacement at a lower cost or with a tech. So ridiculous considering I had paid over $200 in insurance. They have no regard for customer satisfaction.

Very fast shipping and no-hassle service. However, you only gave me the option to get a new s7 because they do not make the Note5 and the Note7 was famously recalled. I had a note5 because I need a large screen since my vision is poor. You should give people that option and in this case you would have saved $$ and I would have gotten the phone that I needed. When our phone got crazy and wouldn't work, we just let Asurion know and they made the process easy to take care of it. No hassles. Simple. I was a little panicked by the note saying it would cost $500 if Find my Phone wasn't turned off. I was afraid that was where they would try to nail me. Got home from work 2/28/17 was excited to see my replacement phone had arrived just to open it up and there are 2 cracks. One on top and one on bottom of phone??? I call Asurion 3/1/17 to report it. They offer to send out another phone but now my phone is on back order and they can not give me an approximation on when I receive the 2nd replacement device.
I am only frustrated because I was sent a damaged device and now have to wait I do not know how long for Asurion to fix their mistake? Also be told that they cant guarantee I will receive the same color? I'm just frustrated. Needed to vent! Just don't think it's right for me to have to be put on back order when it is their mistake, when I know if I were to call to call in tomorrow and say "Hey my phones been lost, pay another $200 deductible, I would have next day delivery with No Back Order."

I started a claim on my unbroken cellphone. My phone wasn't broken. I could finally see it AND called back to apologize... And am happy with my phone not being damage and didn't have to pay a $199 deductible again.

Needed to replace my daughter's IPhone while away at college. The process was easy and quick. Having 3 teenagers, I have used this Insurance numerous times with excellent service. When your child is halfway across the country without any means of communication home when there is an issue with their phone, quick replacement is essential.

Have been paying monthly premiums without complaint for 18 months with no claims. I lose my phone and they deny the claim because the phone is in my husband's name, and the insurance is in my name. Awful, awful company beware!!!

Decided to replace phone with cracked screen. Had to research the address to start claim. That was not immediately evident. Once started, claim process was easy. Service was fast and received exactly when expected. Everything took place just how it was explained. No surprises. No complaints.

My screen was shattered by my own carelessness. My Asurion Insurance covered the damage and shipped me a new phone overnight, absolutely no questions asked. They also sent me a padded envelope to return my damaged phone in with no postage to be paid by me.

Replacement Phone arrived quickly and was relatively easy to restore - with the help of our teenage son. Phone was in perfect condition, although the charger looked really odd - not the large cube of Apple but a rounded wedge. Asurion did a great job and I would feel comfortable recommending your company to a friend!!!

Phone arrived in good shape with good instructions to reboot and take all the information off the old phone. Everything was fine and quickly done within 2 days. SIM card was easy to replace. Directions are easy to follow. Was exactly the same phone as the one that was damaged. No problems.

I put my phone thru the wash. It was ruined. I went to Verizon and they informed me I had insurance and would have a phone within 48 hours and they were right! I was thrilled and relieved at the same time! I actually added insurance to our tablets as well!
