    Applying for service was good. Received phone quickly but the phone has not been good. It is my son's phone and he can call out on phone and caller can hear him but he cannot hear who he is calling. We have tried different settings and nothing seems to fix problem. Phone needs to be replaced with a phone that works. I would appreciate someone from there calling me to correct issue or get another phone.

    The device when it was stolen, did not have the sim card on it. The insurance says they cannot approve the claim for the device which was inactive during the theft. Isn't it supposed to cover the devices on my line?? "Asurion's policy is for the wireless number associated with the account." What is the use of paying for the insurance?!

    Made the claim through Asurion and had the replacement phone in just a matter of a few days. Received the exact replacement model for the deductible amount of $50.00 per the policy.     The "brand new replacement phone" that I was sent is clearly a poorly refurbished iPhone. From the moment I activated it, it was worse off than the phone I dropped in water that it was replacing. There are constant keyboard glitches and the battery life is horrible. It turns off without warning. After all of these issues within the first 24 hours of using my replacement phone, I contacted Asurion about the issues. That was nearly 2 months ago. I'm still waiting to hear back. Needless to say, I won't be paying for insurance on my next phone.

    My daughter's phone broke, we called for a replacement. The one Asurion sent was old, refurbished phone that did not work. We even took it to Verizon, could not get it to work. Again had to send it back. Waste of time, money, effort. After getting upset then they sent a proper phone. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Paying for insurance for two years, purpose is to have the problem resolved quickly, easily, efficiently. My daughter had to leave town in a school trip without her phone. The only reason why she has a phone is so we can communicate. I feel the system is flawed. They just sent the cheapest thing. I felt so taken advantage of by the company. We are evaluating if we should keep insurance.

    Everything has gone well with your company with other claims. This last one was confusing and a bit stressful. We sent in the damaged phone as instructed then got an email that the find my iPhone wasn't off. My daughter did it again, as she had done it prior to sending.     Other than cost great. You did not have my phone so I was upgraded. The edge is not a very steady phone. Nevertheless I have a phone. My new edge screen cracked the moment it came out the box.     My wife use to teach computers at middle school and a severe auto accident and she became disabled. She bought a additional warranty for a HP laptop computer. The computer has never worked from the first day. She has spent countless hours on the phone with tech support having them take over the computer several times over the last 2-2 1/2 years. After fruitless attempts to fix the computer the techs would say to send in the computer. Well it has been sent in 4 time for repairs and of course doesn't count the countless times she has talked to the techs over the phone. Each time it would come back they said it was fixed only to have my wife spend more time on the phone and then sending it in again. Well it is going in again a 5th time.

    Asurion is completely worthless as a warranty company in our opinion. When the warranty runs out next year we can use the laptop as a paperweight and have flushed about $600 down the drain on a computer that has NEVER WORKED. We've asked for our money back from HSN. We have asked for a new computer or our money back from Asurion and all they said is to send it in and they will fix it.

    First let's start with if I wasn't required to give a star this company wouldn't have got a star but unfortunately they require you at least give one star. This company deserves 0 stars. I buy products from Walmart all the time and I try to always make sure to get the protection plan to be safe just in case something happens to my product. Well back in January I filed a claim on one of my products. I get an email saying the egift card will be sent to my email within 48 hours. So I wait those 48 hours and still nothing so I contact the company only to be told my claim is under review. I figured that was kind normal, but boy was I wrong. The man I spoke with told me to go ahead and dispose of the product. Then he told me the claim would be approved.

    Good thing I didnt dispose of the product as the next person I spoke to told me I had to donate the product and submit a form proving that I did so. The product wasnt working right so donating it made no sense but I did what they were requiring me to do. Then from there I got the runaround and waited another week and a half to receive my payment. Instead of the normal egift card that I always request they instead said they had to cut a paper check. Which made the wait to replace my product even longer. After I received my payment I figured the nightmare was over. I was so wrong.

    Since then I have filed 4 other claims. 2 for space heaters, 1 for a cell phone and 1 for a video game. The space heaters were smelling like they were on fire, I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and the video game was scratched up and cracked. All legit reasons to file a claim. Well each time I filed I waited the allotted amount of time only to not receive payment and so I called and chatted with them each time to only be told each time that I was "RANDOMLY" selected to be under salvage review. Not one time was I selected oh no but a total of 5 times I have got "RANDOMLY" selected for salvage review. Any normal person would know that this is not random. It is them picking me because I pissed them off and wanted answers.

    I guess the moral of the story is don't purchase the insurance plans and if you do make sure you do not piss them off because they are a petty company that will hold up your claim for weeks just out of spite. I have never had a problem with this company until this year and I have used this company for years 10+. I have never been randomly selected either until this year as well. Do not use this company. Send letters, emails, call Walmart and request they change companies. LET'S STAND UP TO THIS COMPANY AND LET THEM KNOW THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS. Without us customers your lights wouldn't be on and you wouldn't be able to pay your workers.

    When I first went to set up the replacement, I was informed that my model phone (the LG v10) was out of stock and I had to choose a different model and was suggested the new LG v20, so I continued on and then had problems with the website not accepting my work address (as I was instructed to give since a signature was required) and after multiple customer service people helping me, apparently my claim was restarted and completed with the proper mailing address for my work. However, during this time, I suppose you guys had gotten some more LG v10 phones in, and I was not informed to expect a v10 instead of the v20 I had originally agreed to.

    In the meantime, I ordered a new case to fit the new phone and new home and car chargers to work with the v20 since it uses a USB-C connection and not the micro-USB that my previous phones used. So imagine my surprise when I opened the box at work to find a v10. So I had to return all the items I had gotten to prepare for the new phone.

    Perhaps some better communication would have saved me a lot of shipping charges from Amazon.com. The phone is fine and does the job. I just feel the ball was dropped in communicating to me this change while a lot of frustration could have also been saved had your website just accepted that maybe I know the address to the place I work, where I receive plenty of mail on a daily basis.

    I have been paying $10 each month for over 18 months and when I did lose my phone, Asurion sent me a repaired, previously owned/used iPhone on which the keyboard has a mind of its own. Our Ipad screen was cracked so we sent it for repair. The Ipad came back with new broken screen.     Hello. I received my replacement phone quickly and it is working fine. My issue is with the numerous phone calls I have received telling me that the Find My iPhone was not turned off. It actually was turned off properly after the first phone call from Asurion. The rep walked me through the steps and it was off. I continued to receive about one call per week for the next few weeks telling me it was not turned off.

    Extremely concerned about the $500 fee associated with this, I would call Asurion to confirm the app was indeed shut. Each time I was connected to different representatives and different departments. Very time-consuming. Very frustrating. This happened at least three, separate times.     All is well with the replacement. The only issue we had was in the shipment time frame. It was supposed to be an overnight shipment but instead it was a two-day delivery. If there is a problem with delivery schedules then call it a two-day delivery not an overnight one.

    This insurance is a rip off. I have been paying it for over 2 years and when my phone broke and tried to get it replaced they said my deductible is $225 because of my make and model of my phone which is a old Samsung Galaxy note 4 Edge. It just seemed extremely high to me to have to pay that amount when it is already a 2-year-old phone. I even asked if they had a cheaper replacement and the customer service told me no that it goes by make and model but they do not make my model of phone anymore, so obviously it should be cheaper I think in my opinion if they are going to give a regular model not the Note model that I currently have and that still works. I just had it in my pocket and leaned against something and cracked the screen. It does not affect the functionality of the phone, just didn't want a phone with a cracked screen.

    The folks we spoke with on the phone were very polite and helpful. The online process to file a claim was quick and easy... BUT it took three devices sent to us before one worked correctly. The first one was refurbished (said so on the back of the phone and came in a non-factory box) and did not function correctly when set up. They sent us another refurbished one, we sent first replacement back, and the same issue with the second replacement device.     I purchased a cell phone from Walmart and I broke it. I asked for and almost immediately received a replacement. The replacement's hardware was defective and so I asked for an exchange for the replacement.     Disappointed. While on vacation my phone was stolen. It was a brand new iPhone 7. I only had it two weeks. I began the steps to get it replaced right away. Trying to find a place to print the affidavit while out of town was frustrating. Then when I received my phone I discovered I did not receive a new iPhone but a refurbished one. I thought I was receiving the exact phone that was lost not a refurbished one!! They need to set up a procedure where when a phone is lost or stolen a person can go into AT&T and get a new phone rather than having to wait for it to be mailed to you. When you get the replacement phone your AT&T account is charged so you are not directly paying Asurion so surely they can create a way to just get a new phone at the store and sign the affidavit at the store.

    The screen on the iPhone 6 had been shattered. I carry the multi device protection pack insurance. I contacted Asurion, set up an appointment which was canceled because they did not have the part needed. Next appt. was on a Friday. Two repairmen came to my house to repair the screen. I handed them a perfectly working phone, with the exception of the cracked screen. After they worked on it, put a new screen on, they gave me back a phone that did not work at all. They were not able to do any more work on it. They did not have the parts, again. They told me there was nothing they could do, call the company for a replacement and left.

    I called Asurion, they told me they could get a replacement out to me by Monday. I asked for something sooner since they broke the phone. Told me I should have called before 5:00. However, the repairmen did not get to my house until 5:30. I asked for them to contact AT&T to get me a loaner phone until the new one came. Nothing they could do or would do to fix the situation. I was never told before they tried to fix the screen, that it may not work and the phone would not work. I spoke to a supervisor, he was not helpful at all. I asked him if I would be getting a survey, he told me "no" but would not tell me why.

Original OS died and then so did the replacement which is always a refurb. Much happier with brand new phone. Both LG's were the worst phone I have ever had... problems from day 1.
