I can't believe it! I lost my phone recently. But I can get a new phone as soon as possible. The payment is very easy. Also, the shipping is really fast, just 1 day. I got my new iPhone. Thank you guys protect my phone.

Granddaughter dropped phone on beach as tide came in during spring break in Puerto Rico 2 days before leaving for Miami. Phone received water damage. Claim submitted on 1st day in Miami and phone received next day. Would have been greater if phone could have been received in Puerto Rico within 24 hours rather than 72.

In the end I got a phone that is working. I had to have 3 sent out before I got a good one. I better keep my fingers crossed. I received replacements fast but the hassle of having to transfer everything and send back phones. I think they need to test them better before sending them out to us.

I paid the deductible but still had to spend $65 on a new case and hard face cover that were on the phone I lost. I feel that the accessories that were on my old phone should have been included with my replacement phone.

Not all who wander are lost. However I lost my phone and could not wander safely until it was replaced. It was sent quickly with no hassles. It was less expensive than buying a new phone and I greatly appreciate the fast response. Again, thank you very much. It is a terrible feeling to be disconnected from the world.

The delivery date took too long. This is our main phone so it was important for speedy delivery. Plus, no one attempted to notify reason for delay. Of all things, the color wasn't important to me! If someone would've just contacted me it would've resolved this problem.

After paying 150$ I was sent a new phone. Only a few weeks later the phone stopped working altogether for no reason. I went into Verizon and had them trouble shoot and they were unable to fix it. It simply was not turning on. I called Asurion from Verizon and told them the situation, and I was told that a new phone would be shipped to me the next day (this was on Tuesday). The lady I spoke with said that the credit card system was down but that I didn't need to worry because if there was an issue with the returned phone they would send me a bill.
The next day, I did not receive a phone. I had to go borrow someone's phone to reach back out to Asurion to figure out why I never received the phone. They sent me through an automated credit card system and it took all my cc info and the lady said that the reason I didn't get my phone was because there was no cc on file. Very frustrating when the lady I spoke with the day before said it wasn't a problem. There was no accountability and I was leaving out of town that day for business.
I had to have the phone sent to the out of town location, so I traveled without a phone, also frustrating. I showed up to the out of town location only to find that the phone did not show up that day either (Thursday). I called back to Asurion and again it sent me through the automated cc info, which I inputted again. After finally speaking with a rep she said that they did not have a cc on file which is why I didn't receive the phone on Friday. Again, extremely frustrating.
I finally received my phone on Saturday after 4.5 days of no phone trying to work without a phone, and every rep telling me that I would receive it the next day and that I was good to go. I would not recommend this company to anyone after this experience. It was truly disappointing and I would highly recommend figuring out the cc system to ensure you don't have anyone experience the frustration I had to deal with.

The overall process went well, however I had to pay over twice the amount expected as Asurion does not offer advertised screen replacement in all parts of the US. I had to replace the entire phone! Verizon never told me this when I purchased the insurance. :-( Their service was excellent however. Received replacement phone quickly.

Our daughter's phone had an issue and we went through our Verizon store to have it replaced. Within one day we had the replacement phone - wish was great, although the replacement one had a faulty screen. We went back to Verizon and within one day we had a new replacement phone. I really appreciate how you send the new phone and provide the materials to send in the old phone. I just had a return with another company and it was a nightmare, which really made me appreciate your service and efficiency.

The new phone arrived quickly and it was a very simple process. The return process was just as easy. They also replaced my charger which was damaged as well as the phone. Asurion is also cheap to pay for monthly.

I was pleased with the expediency with which my phone was replaced. I processed my claim on Tuesday and my replacement arrived on Wednesday. That level of response is phenomenal. My only concern is how to handle if the original phone is recovered. On all points EXCELLENT!!!

Easy and quick replacement. Was able to get a replacement device fairly quick and the process was simple. The Asurion representatives were nice and professional. I purchased a gold Note 5 due to the color choice. Unfortunately the color I purchased was no longer available so I had to settle for what they had.

I needed my phone changed (Note 4)... Well I been told I could not get my replacement due to no more production on it. So I asked them if I can get Note 5 instead. I received same response. WHAT??? So I asked them if they can give me any phone with same or bigger screen. I GOT DENIED AGAIN. Their policy requires them to give a phone with same "internal " so I asked for a phone with a s-pen... Well they claim it doesn't fall of category of "internal comparison" So they sent me a smaller phone with stupid curve edges and no s-pen. WELL DONE ASURION - WELL DONE...NOT!!!

When I went through the process online, I was told that my broken phone did not qualify to be replaced. Then I clicked the Chat button and chatted with an Asurion representative. According to the representative, she couldn't figure out why it said that my broken phone did not qualify. In a matter of a few minutes, the representative took care of my problem and a replacement phone was mailed to me.

You replaced the machine with a refurbished Ellipsis which never was able to get a sim card connection so you replaced it again with another refurbished Ellipsis which came with a sim card that would not function! After contacting Verizon they sent me a new sim card which also did not work. After two days of long conversations with Verizon tech support, the machine still failed and I gave up and told Verizon to remove the device from my data plan! I have been using it with WiFi and works sometimes until it decides to just turn off. Then will not reboot unless it is connected to a charger even though the battery shows 40%. So no--- I am not a satisfied customer and will most likely never buy insurance again from you or for sure will never buy an Ellipsis again.

Everything was pretty quick and easy. I did all my work online and the site was easy for me to navigate and figure what I needed to do. The only problem I saw was they were sold out of my phone at the moment. :P Booo right? It was ok though. They sent me an email as soon as it came in and I had a new one within 24 hours of that. Thank God I had insurance. LOL.

I was very disappointed when the phone was on backorder. I reached out to your CSR to no avail on getting a device sooner. No offer for discounts. No other options. We ended up having to pay more money for another phone until the new one arrived.

Excellent customer service and really fast return time. My husband had his replacement phone within 24 hrs of his other one breaking. So, it literally took less than 24 hrs to get it to me... I called around to see about having it fixed prior to calling Asurion. The only thing that could have made my experience better was to not have to pay the deductible. I was told my insurance covered anything and everything and that there was no deductible. However that was not Asurion's fault.

I got my replacement very quickly but I think it's ridiculous that I had to pay 200$ for a new phone when I pay insurance on my device every month. If I pay insurance then there shouldn't be a deductible.

Had an issue with my phone replacement. Sent one out was not up to standards and merely sent out another one with no questions asked. Agent was courteous. All my questions were answered and received in a timely fashion. A fine job by all. The only problem was the first phone they sent out. The quality checked whoever check to get a terrible job but that was quickly corrected by Asurion.

The service and ordering was very simple and prompt!! HOWEVER, my phone was broken less than two days later (I dropped it). When I tried to make another claim, I was not allowed to and told I cannot receive another phone. I am phoneless once again, and have been for a month.

Galaxy s7 edge - The fact that they got my replacement to me in less than 24 hours was a plus, the only thing that I didn't like was they didn't have my original phone on stock. I had the titanium and had to settle for a gold one instead.

The charging cord wasn't working and the screen corner was cracked. I don't appreciate that the replacement wasn't anything that I was hoping to get a new phone not this iPhone 6s that has problems with the home button and how the lock button is starting to get stuck.

It's completely simple process, the claim took less than five minutes to approve. And the very next morning, boom! Got a new phone. The next day just put in the damaged phone into the shipping sleeve, and send it off in your mail box. The system works great, I would recommend this to everyone.

The original phone (LG G5) was dropped, cracked, and dropped in water. It still worked but was gradually deteriorating in texting and camera functions. When I had it replaced, it cost more than I expected but significantly less than buying a new one. It was replaced quickly and courteously. Thank you.

My Husband dropped his phone, the glass cracked and the phone was not usable. The touch screen was not working. We called Verizon, they connected us with Asurion, my husband had a new phone 2 days later. He was very happy.

The first phone I had replaced was great... until it was stolen. This second phone I got has already started to act up. The screen is coming off so it throws off the sensor inside and won't always register touch or sometimes thinks the touch happened somewhere else of the screen. The phone also doesn't hold a charge for very long at all. Previous phones I've gotten have batteries that last at least a day, this one doesn't. The phone also gets very, very warm when I use maps for more than an hour. This new phone doesn't have water damage and has only been dropped like once, so I'm not super happy to have all these problems only a few weeks into having it.

I am extremely dissatisfied in both the claim itself taking several attempts and countless hours, and even more upset that when my device arrived, it was flawed. The replacement's screen freezes regularly and restarts a half dozen times a day.

My phone was stolen while I was traveling. I contacted Asurion and received excellent customer service. They were very helpful over the phone while I was out of country and made me feel relieved to be their customer. I had a new phone shipped to me within 24 hours, which was more than I was hoping for! I have received 3 phones in the past week from Asurion who don't really assure me of anything. First phone was the wrong phone, second and third phone worked for less than a day each. They won't reimburse my cost for their service or the $200 I had to pay for the replacement. When calling in, they remind their customers that false claims will be met with legal action but the only false claim I see from my experience is from them and their poorly refurbished phones. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely wonderful! Back up and running in less than 24 hours. But to me just like regular insurance you have to pay monthly for policy then have to pay your deductible still. So I have to pay 11 dollars and month which is 132 a year and still pay 100 deductible. So where does my 11 dollars a month go? Only to make them more rich. Makes no sense.

Yeah this is the first time that I was actually able to get my phone exchange in a timely fashion. Every time I've had to deal with you guys I've had a very bad experience where I was accused of committing fraud which never happened. Have me fill out affidavit and I refuse to do it because I pay for your insurance treating me like I'm a thief and I'm not. That I had to get Verizon multiple times because your workers are very unprofessional. Management and all I really do not like dealing with you people but I have to because you were the only carrier the Verizon carrier for insurance. Don't mistake this is I like you guys. I don't. If Verizon gave me another opportunity to go with another company I would jump on it in a heartbeat.
I really do not like dealing with your company. Do to me all my bad experiences with multiple but when you're the only company out there and you guys are mistreating customers at the time I do. I have paid a lot of money to your companies over the years and I've had my phone in. The few times that I've had to I've had nothing but headaches trying to get anything my phone. You should learn that make your customers happy by making the process easy and your employees with management not take advantage of your customers. They're paying your guys' paycheck and keeping you guys in business. I am a very disgruntled customer and like I said in a heartbeat if there's another company I would go with them as fast as I got started.

Received replacement iPhone as part of insurance claim. The replacement unit was defective. Dirt and debris were found in power port, speakers, and headphone jack. External microphone for speaker phone would not work, home button was off centered. Had insurance program offered by carrier yet was charged a two hundred dollar deductible.

Very pleased with my experience replacing my damaged Galaxy S7 with Asurion's cell phone protection plan. Customer service was VERY helpful and pleasant in processing my claim. Within just a very few minutes on the phone my claim was processed and a new S7 was shipped overnight and received the next day. Also included was a prepaid shipping package to return my damaged phone. Very pleased with this service and the representative that handled my claim. Two thumbs up!

Cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy 6 edge plus. Was quoted $149 for replacement phone. Which I thought was high as I don't read the details of my contract. Was expecting to pay $99. Phone came surprising fast as I live in Hawaii. Made claim Sunday night, got phone Tuesday evening. OK with replacement phone however when I got my credit card statement the charge was $199 not the $149 she had quoted. Replacement is refurbished.

My experience with Asurion was quick and efficient. My web experience was a little cumbersome but after completing the online form, the device arrived quickly and the return process was simple. It would be helpful to have a follow up email indicating the return device was received. Especially, with the steep fine if you don't return within the time allotted.

Service has always been great, but I am extremely disappointed that my model was not carried and I was given a "comparable model". If you spend $500+ on a specific phone, you would expect your insurance would cover what you paid for. Now all of my model-specific accessories are useless.

I was able to receive a replacement phone within 24 hours of submitting a ticket online. The check online took me only a matter of minutes and was very easy to do. No complaints. I wish there was a way to get a phone same day, that would be 5 star. But the logistics of that are challenging short of having store fronts everywhere. However, cellphones are so integral in our lives, it is almost needed.

Asurion staff were excellent, helped me to complete my request for the replacement phone which it arrived as scheduled with no delays, I had to call Verizon customer service to walk me through with set up and retrieving other apps... no problem from there on. Both phones that I received have technical issues. The HTC's video is skipping. The voice and picture doesn't match. The Samsung's issues are as follows: headphones jack messes with the phone. When headphones are plugged in it acts crazy. Not only that but when the headphones are plugged in the sound quality is awful. Can't hear the person speaking.

This was the easiest and most helpful service ever. I wasn't able to claim my phone until late hours and it was still OVERNIGHTED to me and was there the next day. That is terrific customer service. It also saved me that hassle of having to come up with a ton of money for a new phone.

Asurion was very helpful and fast in replacing my cellphone. That was very much appreciated. The phone does not hold a charge like my old one did though. I have changed all settings to preserve but can't make it through a day. Frustrated with that.

I really am the cause of my disappointment. Perhaps I should start with Verizon instead of Asurion. Had I known I was going to have a deductible of $200 for a cell phone I would have NEVER signed up. I realize that's not an issue for a lot of people. But, I'm not one of those people. I can got to MetroPC's and get a smart phone and get much cheaper everything. So in hindsight I'll be making absolutely sure to spread the word... That so called full coverage insurance they try to sell you.. is a bit of a lie!!! I am canceling both and going cheaper. This isn't worth it!

My original Motorola Droid phone used to work after it dropped. I was not given a choice of phones but told I would receive a Motorola Droid Turbo II. The phone worked fine for 27 days, then it would no longer charge. The next Motorola Droid Turbo II was received the next day. Very fast response. However this new phone gets so hot I need to use the speaker feature, which I am told does not deliver a reliable voice to my caller.

I submitted a claim for a replacement device when mine was damaged. I received the phone within 24-hours, however, the new phone had some security locks that I could not bypass and I was unable to use all the functions of the phone - specifically my home phone and camera. After a few days, and visiting two Sprint locations the technicians were unable to resolve the issue and recommended that we simply replace the replacement phone through Asurion. Sprint submitted the claim on my behalf [while I left the phone with them for repairs] and it was sent to the wrong address.
Myself and a Sprint rep called Asurion to resolve the matter and we were promised that it would be sent to the correct address the following day. The following day, Asurion sent the phone to the wrong address again!! I pay a monthly fee for this service, in addition to that a $200 deductible to USE the service, all for a replacement phone that didn't work, and whose replacement was sent to the wrong address.

My experience of getting my phone replaced was painless. I had the new phone within a few hours of completing the claim. The replacement is better than the original. I found it very easy to file a claim. Upon completing the claim it was a quick arrival of my replacement device. This was the second time I've had to file a claim and both times have been super easy and quick. Hassle free and definitely worth every penny. Excellent service! I had broken my phone so I went through my insurance with Verizon which sent me to you. I got my replacement phone and soon began to realize that the battery was dying extremely fast or charge super fast. It would be at 10% and when I would plug it in it would go to 40% so I knew it was messed up. I called, got another one sent to me and now this one the flashlight doesn't work. The flash wants to work occasionally and the volume buttons are pushed in. These refurbished phones I keep getting sent to me totally suck. This is the second one I'm having problems with and now I need to call once AGAIN to have another one sent to me.

The replacement device I received has several issues and does not work like new. The most prevalent of these is that the GPS is off when I use location services for directions, it does not know where I am and does not update I travel.

Aside from the fact that my replacement phone could not be delivered on a Sunday, which forced me to go without a phone for 2 days, the service was adequate. Filing the claim wasn't difficult and the return was easy with the pre-paid return envelope provided. Although the instructions for transferring data to my new phone were included in the shipment of my replacement phone, I do not blame Asurion for the fact that those instructions caused a lot of data loss, as that issue was more a Cloud/Verizon mishap.

The phone was in good shape but incoming calls are terrible cause something is wrong with the speaker. When someone is talking through the speaker it sounds like a blown car speaker and don't get clarity. As I need to get another phone sent to me it is a hassle to transfer everything over a 3rd time to another phone. Miss my newer phone.

My replacement (7 Edge) came quickly. The phone runs much slower than my last one and doesn't get good call reception. Also the charger and headphones did not match my device. I don't know how this could happen. I received a phone from this company before and it was flawless.

The process was a huge pain. I work out of town on construction sites. Not very easy to scan and email all the info they needed even though I gave all the same info over the phone. When I received my new phone, screen cracked and battery will not last over 4-5 hours. Called them, was put on hold for 45 min. Don't have that kind of time to sit around on hold. Called Verizon. They wouldn't do anything about it. So basically wasted 200.00 for deductible plus all the monthly payments could have just bought a phone for all that. I would get rid of their service if it was me. I am cancelling mine. Not worth the cost.

I actually do have feedback on this phone. We've carried Asurion insurance on our other phones in the past. My husband had to use it once, and I had to use it once, years ago. Both times we were very pleased. This time, not so much. I don't know if this is a refurbished phone or a new one, but it has been quirky almost since day one. I've just not taken the time as of yet to contact you.
There was a "lump" in the screen-- oddly enough it is not as noticeable now, but can still be felt. It is slow in reaction time when texting or writing notes... the radio came on all by itself one time, when I wasn't even using the phone or holding it... and several other odd things I can't think of at the moment. Other than the broken button, my old phone worked much better. I just don't feel secure with this phone! I'm afraid it's going to completely conk out and I do not want to pay another $100 to get another replacement. What can we do about this "odd" phone??

Camera on phone broke so we called in to replace the device. The call in center was quick and easy. No hassles or issue on getting the problem resolved. The shipping and handling was also quick, easy, and fast. The only thing I am unhappy with is the replacement device. It must be refurbished because it has a lot of issues. It shuts off on its own and the screen does not work properly. I hate that you pay an amount every month then also have to pay an extra fee for insurance just to get a replacement phone that doesn't work. I might as well stop paying insurance and pay for a new one in cash. I'm sure I've already paid more than it's worth in insurance and I still have a broken device. Not happy with the product they provide.

Asurion is so dishonest that they cannot even make up their minds WHICH lies they want to tell their customers. The really sad part of the lying is that their service is actually not bad otherwise, but the lies completely taint the customer experience. Asurion runs the cell phone "protection" insurance program for Verizon and some other carriers.
Their primary way of interacting with customer claims is through their website phoneclaim.com -- which is where the customer is supposed to enter and track their claim as well as the only source of information from Asurion about the program. The website includes a table that specifically states the time when the customer will receive their replacement for a lost, stolen, or damaged phone. According to that table, the customer will always get their phone on the next day unless the claim is processed on Saturday, in which case the replacement will be delivered on Monday because UPS doesn't deliver on Sundays. The table specifically states that for claims processed on Sunday the replacement phone will be delivered on Monday.
My claim was processed on Sunday morning (4/9). The automated acknowledgement on the website said my phone would be delivered on Monday (4/10). Asurion then sent me two emails, each saying my replacement phone would be delivered on Monday (4/10). Asurion also sent me another email with the UPS tracking number for my replacement phone. UPS showed that the phone had been picked up from Asurion on Sunday and would be delivered on Monday.
On Monday the phone was not delivered. When it became late enough to make delivery doubtful I contacted Asurion. Their representative told me that they had given the package to UPS and that I should call UPS about it. (The representative was very clear that Asurion did not care at all about the package once they gave it to UPS.)
I checked with UPS at 5 PM on Monday and they insisted that the package was on their truck and "out for delivery" so it would absolutely be delivered before the end of day. At 6 PM UPS changed ALL the tracking data to make it appear that the phone had never been out for delivery on Monday and would be delivered on Tuesday (4/11). When I called UPS about the problem and the changed tracking data, they refused to provide any information beyond the statement that the package was now scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. I spoke with a "supervisor" but got the same runaround because I was only the recipient, not the shipper, and thus not anyone UPS considered a customer.
I called Asurion again and, of course, got several very sincere-sounding apologies but no real information. I spoke with a supervisor at Asurion who apologized and assured me the phone should have been delivered today. She then asked me to wait on hold while she called UPS to see if there was any information about why the phone had not been delivered. When she came back she had a completely different story! Now she had "just realized today is Monday" and the claim was processed on Sunday. Now the Asurion line had suddenly become that there were no UPS pickups on Sunday (despite UPS tracking having show the pickup) and that claims processed on Sundays are always delivered on Tuesday. I pointed out that this was not what their website says and not what Asurion said in their emails, and she told me that those were ALL wrong.

I did not realize that the replacement phone was a 'refurbished' phone. I am STILL paying for my phone and feel ripped off that the quality is no longer there with the replacement phone. Phone does not stayed charged like my first phone. I won't sign up for insurance if fraud is used. I should have been told upfront that the phone would not be a NEW phone if I needed a replacement phone. Very disappointed.

Upon receiving the replacement phone, I attempted to remove the old phone from the iCloud, then sent the phone back. I have received numerous voice messages saying that the phone is still connected to the iCloud however when I look it up on the computer the only one I see on my iCloud account is the current one I'm using. I have no idea how to resolve the situation. Every time I call Asurion, I get another voicemail and have to leave my phone number and name. The return calls comes in the way of a voicemail again. I hope it is resolved, but I have no way to confirm it and I hope I do not get a $500 charge!

This is the 3rd replacement phone on my plan I've received from Asurion. It always seems that these phones have some sort of issue within a few weeks. Twice now the phones won't hold a strong charge or will just die suddenly with 40 or 50% battery left. But if you leave it for a few minutes and turn it on again, it has 20% battery... but will die again out of nowhere. And the glass seems overly sensitive. Both my teenagers replaced their phone for broken screen and within days the screen shattered from the slightest tap on a table or drop to their hardwood floor from the night stand. Just wonder if Asurion uses high-quality refurbish materials. The service is quick and easy which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Had my Verizon tablet replaced which had a broken screen. The transition that took place was great. I will give a ten. However, there must be a way to have the screen replaced without having to replace the whole tablet. I was not happy to have to replace my whole tablet, when the tablet itself was not damaged.

Replacing my damaged Samsung S7 - I quickly got a technician to come and check the cellphone. Once he identified that it couldn't get fix, I got in contact with an Asurion agent who quickly asked questions and got an order in for my new cellphone. The cellphone arrived the next day and I turned in mine. It was a very good and easy experience. The only thing I did not like was having to pay still a considerable amount for the replacement phone but that is just part of the plan I have.

My husband's phone had a mishap and the screen was cracked inside the phone. I checked with the dealer we got the phone from and they advised to contact Asurion online. I used the chat system and was helped by an agent. She set up for a replacement phone to be sent the next day and packaging to return the damaged phone. If I was not how could I have access to a printer scanning to email, also screen was smashed so I couldn't use my phone. I had to borrow a phone. The first replacement phone sent to me did not working correctly. The keyboard would freeze. After NUMEROUS phone calls and tech support help, over course of two weeks, another phone was finally sent to replace the replacement phone. Very inconvenient. A few years ago, I had to use this insurance to replace a defective phone. Kind of a hassle and took nearly two weeks! THIS TIME WAS GREAT! I lost my phone, reported it the next day and filed the claim online. I received the reconditioned replacement the following day, as promised, and it was a seamless process. On 3/14/17 my phone was broken. We called our phone carrier who directed us to Asurion as we had full insurance on the device. We were told we would have to pay a $200.00 deductible which we paid the same day. At this time we were told the device would be 3-7 business days as it was back-ordered. The phone did not show up within this time frame. We placed several calls to Asurion and were told that 3-7 business days was their normal time frame but it could take months. They then canceled our claim and we had to basically start over. We never received the same answer twice.
Upon calling yesterday 4/6/17 we were finally given a UPS tracking code. Upon checking UPS we discovered they were shipping to the wrong address. We called them immediately and were told they couldn't change it, even though it hadn't been picked up by UPS yet, and that they were supposed to confirm the address before shipping (but they didn't), then said, "Let's hope whoever gets it sends it back and if not you will have to wait until another device comes in." This has been the worst experience. Very poor customer service with unmet delivery promises and no reasonable expectations to receive the replacement device. I would recommend them to no one!

I have a very busy lifestyle and depend on my phone. Initially I was so impressed by their service. It was so fast and found my deductible very reasonable. I get my new device within a day! I quickly activated it and send my old phone back. A few hours later, the replacement phone stops working. I missed meetings, important phone calls, and important information because I thought I had gotten what I asked for. I talked to my friends about it, and this seems to be a common occurrence. I am very upset and hurt that I trusted them and a lot of things went bad for me.
When I went online to start a new claim, 1. they said that they did not cover this type of situation and best of luck, to call my service provider. 2. I call customer service and they tell me I have no insurance. But how? I filed a claim, got a defective phone that does not work through your insurance and now you're going to deny me as a customer? 3. I call my phone provider and they contact them, and they finally get me taken care of. My replacement phone is supposed to arrive the next day. Hopefully this time it's one that actually works but I am doubtful. In conclusion, I would not recommend anyone to use this company. I would hate for anyone to have the experience I did by getting a replacement phone that does not work. Used to be a loyal customer that is very dissatisfied by this experience and guarantees that I will not, nor any of my family and friends use it.

I felt my first interaction with Asurion was AWESOME. I had my replacement cell phone within 24 hours. After charging I was back to my regular usage. The prompt service was well worth the deductible. We've received our phone fast and efficiently. A couple issues I did have was that the link that was sent for the find my phone verification was not working. I couldn't tell if the find your phone device was still activated because the link was bad. Also we only had the phone for a few weeks and already are having issues with it. The phone keeps shutting off and we cannot text from it. Huge disappointment considering I just spent $150 for it.

I was a little taken by the cost of my deductible being 199 but at the same time I could say it was reasonable given the actual cost of the phone. My phone was actually horrible from being dropped on the concrete at work several times. I am highly satisfied on the contrary.

The refurbished phone I received has a loose home button and can hardly hold a battery charge. I've tried calling and apparently there was nothing that could be done. I don't remember the name of whom I spoke to. But it was explained to me that if I wanted another replacement I would have to pay another $200 deductible even though it was your phone that you have me that was broke. This is why I hate getting a refurbished phone because there is always some issue.

I found that your company made replacing my damaged phone very simple and easy until I got to the iCloud account part. I had to get help from my Verizon person to understand what you needed. After that the whole procedure went flawlessly. I would recommend your insurance to my friends.

I was very satisfied with Asurion and their claim process, from the initial chat feature when I first started to calling in when my exact phone was showing up as back ordered online - they took great care of me. My phone was delivered and I was back on track within 24 hours of submitting my claim.

Everyone was so nice. Customer service was really helpful in the process. I had a cracked screen. We submitted the claim and the next day you sent me a replacement phone. I then mailed the one with the cracked screen back to you. Thank you for all your help, now I feel efficient again.

Had to downgrade phones due to a discontinuation of my current model and color. Customer service doesn't see this as an issue. Discontinuing insurance coverage, as I'm unsure of what they would replace this phone with. Also, replacement phones are used and imperfect (scratch on screen).

The service was fantastic. The only problem I have is the phone is NOT working properly. Was this a rebuilt phone? For the cost of the insurance and the additional fee, this should be a new phone. The phone continues to have sounds like bubbles when moving it, picking it up or approaching my ear. I have/do close out anything that was open on a regular basis. What next?

The service I received while filing the claim was great. I was very happy that I could just go online vs having to call and file the claim. Another added plus is that you receive the phone the very next day which is great when your phone doesn't work. I found it great that you could also replace accessories.

My Asurion insured LG tablet was damaged the day before I was scheduled to attend a softball tournament in Cary, NC. Since I could not wait a day for my tablet to be repaired or replaced, I was forced to purchase a new one. Following my return, Asurion and Verizon were able to resolve an issue with the telephone number (which had been assigned to my new tablet) and were able to send me a replacement tablet. Since the LG tablet was no longer available, Asurion sent me an equivalent ellipsis tablet, which I received the next business day.

My iPhone 6s was replaced with a refurb that had marks on the back and people have trouble hearing me, half the time the screen doesn't register that I touched it so it doesn't open the app requested or hit letters/numbers.

The replacement phone is a piece of junk. It is slow, slow, slow. Touchscreen takes 4 or 5 touches to make it work, sometime I cannot hear the person I am talking to and sometime they cannot hear me.

Upon receiving my phone it seemed to work fine and had no problems. After about a week (having not dropped the device or done anything of the nature) the home button cracked when I applied average pressure to it. That aside the phone's battery does not keep a charge at all, and if I allow the battery to fully drain - the phone will show the Apple icon and then shut off for 30 minutes after I plug it in.

Overall I was quite satisfied with my Asurion experience in replacing my damaged Pixel XL. It took awhile to get the replacement because of the backorder for Pixel phones. But this backlog pertained to Pixel phones all over, even retail phone stores.

The new iPhone I received does not charge properly. It takes forever to charge. When it dies and you plug in it take at least 30 minutes before you can turn it back on. It also does not hold a charge for as long as my old device. It last about half the day.

I had a Note 5, you sent a S7 Edge which sucks. I hate this phone. You claim there are no more Note 5 but eBay has plenty. The S7 edge is not even close to the Note 5. Not even close! Had bad experiences in the past with phones being replaced in getting here, but this was the opposite. This was great, got my phone quickly and didn't have any problems. Only negative is that my phone says refurbished on the back. Overall it was fast!

As sad as I was that I had to utilize my insurance over an expense cracked screen, it was handled very promptly with no issues. I got my phone the next day and sent my phone the day after. The instructions were simple to follow and the customer support was helpful.

I lost my phone/wallet so when I lost one I lost everything. My phone was overnighted and they set up delivery for 10:30 am and I had the option to have them hold my phone and pick it up @ FedEx. Everything worked like clockwork. Excellent job.

I had my Samsung S7 replaced in early March 2017. When I got the phone replaced there was a crack on the upper right hand corner of the screen. I called Asurion immediately to let them know of the defect on the phone. The male representative that I spoke to that day (March 9th 2017) called me a liar and said they (Asurion) does not send out broken phones. I asked to speak to his manager and he said to hold for a moment then he hung up on me. Well a couple of weeks later, my volume buttons stopped working. I went to my local Verizon store and the rep there contacted Asurion to let them know the situation. The Asurion rep said that they will replace my replacement phone but will probably charge me $500 for the broken replacement as it was my fault the screen was cracked. I assured them that I did not crack the screen and that I called them (Asurion) the same day to report the cracked screen.
The Asurion Rep said that they don't even show me calling and the last time they replaced my phone was in October of 2014! I told them they are incorrect as I have the receipt of the new replacement from March 2017. Again, I asked to speak to a manager. She was very rude to me and asked if I would like to take a survey on how she treated me to which I replied "Yes, I would love to take that survey!" I waited a few seconds and then she hung up on me but not before I could hear her call me a ** before hanging up. I am at my wit's end and I do not suggest getting phone insurance. The rudeness of these reps at Asurion is astounding! They have permanently lost my business as well as my employer's business, my family's business and several law firms here in my state. I have contacted my circle of people and all of them have now cancelled their monthly insurance premiums! I feel you owe me an apology, Asurion!

After having insurance with Asurion for years at $11 a month & only 2 claims ever it took 3 days of bickering back and forth just to get them to replace it (Note 5). I had to get Verizon involved because they kept saying I wasn't covered and when they finally gave in and covered I didn't even get the same one.

If there was a zero star rating I would have given it. Less than three weeks after getting the replacement phone - it broke in the exact same place. The plastic hinge is a poor design that is susceptible to cracks and shattering. Thank God we kept my wife's older model because at least it works.

When I began submitting my claim, the website was freezing or not allowing me to advance. I had to make multiple attempts to submit the claim. However, once the claim was submitted, the process went flawlessly and I quickly received my new device. It was simple to return my damaged device with the included package and postage. My phone replacement was fairly easy and quick although since my phone wouldn't power on it and we have multiple phones it was confusing to make sure the "find my phone" option was turned off. However, whenever I use my speakerphone the sound cuts in and out for the person I am speaking with. I thought it was a fluke but it now happens every time I place the phone on speaker. Last time I was on a conference call I was leading. Everyone was telling me my phone was cutting in and out even though I couldn't tell from my end. I am most likely going to have to return the phone or take it and see if it can be corrected.

I have been using this company for a while for my apple phones however, after a few months after the replacements I have notice that the unit don't work properly. This is the second iPhone 6plus that I had to replace at a cost of $199. Ouch. I'm a person that takes well care of my phones. I have screen protection and the best iPhone case that you can think of. Next time I'll just buy the Apple care from Apple so I won't have to deal with this mess. I have another phone that needs service and I'm afraid to get a replacement because of the cost. I never have any issue when I buy these product new from apple. I think is just the refurbish items that have issues. Again I'll be sticking with the Apple care from now on.

Asurion was very helpful in processing my two insurance claims and I had lost my phone that I was to return or I would have been fined $225. They resolved it without me having to pay this fine. I would recommend Asurion to anybody!!
