After losing my cell phone at Sky Harbor I waited a few days to see if anyone would return it. I lost hope and decided to have it replaced. I went online and was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was to put a request at Asurion's Web page. The process was super streamlined, no more than a few questions. Paid the replacement fee with my credit card, and it was done! The phone arrived in less than 18hrs! WOW! I was impressed!
Next day airport calls and tells me someone returned my lost phone! So I called ASURION and ask what to do with the new phone. They told me to put the phone (Galaxy S7) in the envelope that came with the new phone and drop it at the post office! Easy! I paid $125 (I think) for the replacement, that money should be returned to my credit card, if it hasn't already! With the awesome service this company has, I would not be surprised it already has been returned, but to be honest, I have not checked yet. Asurion's service is definitely impressive! Thank you, good job!

Quick & efficient service. New phone arrived quickly and return was easy with printed label for return. I have returned a couple of phones in last few months and have never received an email or text to confirm that it was received. If I was to say anything would make it better it would be to let me know that you received the phone that I returned.

I loved my Galaxy Note 4 Edge. I dropped the phone after nearly 2 years of never having a problem with it and when I called to get it fixed, was told they were no longer in stock. I settled for the Note 5 and paid the $200 fee, after paying over $250 for insurance the last two years I had the phone. $450 for a refurbished phone that's not what I wanted seems like a lot.

I received my replacement phone and it works great so far. The only problem was that I didn't get my phone for a few days. It took about 4 days to receive my replacement... instead of 24 hours. Was left without a phone for a few days not overnight.

I purchased a NEW Android Moto Z Droid in November making sure to purchase the insurance in the event of damage to my phone. Unfortunately, my phone sustained water damage and had to be replaced. The first disappointment came when I filed my claim and learned that my phone was out of stock and would be placed on back order. Thank goodness I kept my old phone to rely on. Secondly, the fact that I had to pay $149 to have the phone replaced when I already pay a monthly fee to carry the insurance was infuriating. And finally, when I purchased my BRAND NEW PHONE, I expected to have it replaced with a BRAND NEW PHONE and not a REFURBISHED one! So, I'll be generous and give you two stars. At the end of this contract, Verizon and Asurion will never again receive a penny of my business.

Every time I've had a problem with my phone Asurion has replaced it not only promptly but quickly. I have never been inconvenienced or been thru a long drawn out experience with Asurion. I do recommend and give Asurion's method of insurance claim process top ratings.

From a business perspective, with over 200 data lines, we experience occasional incidences that require replacement devices, and Asurion has been fantastic to work with! The claims site is very intuitive and user friendly and we always receive the replacement the next day.

I received my Galaxy S6 replacement phone which I was really excited about because I had been without a phone for two days. Then when I got the phone, I had to call a phone number to activate it which was very frustrating and took about an hour to finally activate the phone. Then after having a working phone for about 5 hours, the screen started flashing then went black and I again had another broken phone. After another two days without a phone, I got my current replacement phone and the front camera sounds like it rattles every time I open the front camera which makes me worried that this phone might break as well. I can definitely see the difference in these phones and new ones even though the Verizon worker said I should not be able to and I am unimpressed because I had to be without a phone for about a week.

Great customer service and super fast delivery. Well worth the money! I had no other options to fix the screen so it was just replaced. Everyone should really have the insurance as much as we use our phones. I appreciated the quick process to make the call and the fast delivery.

Phone had water damaged and Asurion sent us out a replacement phone overnight. Process was quick and easy. A great insurance company to work with. I have insurance on all my cell phones and will continue this insurance because of the peace of mind and easy and affordable process.

The telephone representative was very helpful. She answered all of our questions a day me the process of filing a claim very pain free. We had no problems and appreciated all of the help. My new phone arrived the next day as expected and the instructions included led us through the transfer and set up process.

So the charging port on my iPhone went bad and I paid the deductible of $250.00. They sent a refurbished phone that had the same problem. So they sent me a new one no charge. This one everyone I talk to says they can't hear me on Speaker. I take off the plastic cover of the screen to put on screen protector and it's cracked. So now my claim is under 24hr review. I'm not happy.

My son bought a cell phone on my account about 18 months cash. This was the phone that was broken. He was just using a lender from my other son who use to work for Verizon. Well you sent him a Galaxy 4. Sorry that don't cut it. Research my account and he wanted to replace the phone that Verizon that he paid for. Can you find out what phone it was. Or do I need to call Verizon myself. Thanks.

You will never know how grateful I was to receive my new phone (Galaxy Note 5) back from your company and so fast I couldn't believe it. The entire experience was awesome. Answered a question or two. I needed more help switching over from old phone to new & received the best assist I ever could have hoped for from a patient, supportive, knowledgeable TechCoach in Tennessee. I don't know what I'd have done w/o her. All aspects of my experience were completely satisfactory, except I'm still not happy to have had to pay 149$ deductible.

After I paid my deductible you sent me a phone that didn't even work. It turned on and got to the first start up page but that's all it did. You sent me another phone but if I'm paying that much for phone I need it to work the first time. It took a week tor the phone and I was not able to go to work without it. Had to be taken off the schedule.

Everything was great with the claim and quick response. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than five is because the phone I received is not in perfect shape. It works, but the back button in the lower left corner is very, very, very dim. The middle button is dim and the right side button is fine. It works so I didn't call and report the issue. I desperately needed the phone and I didn't have the time to set up another phone, preferences and passwords. Like I said, it works, but not like a new phone.

I took screen grabs of each screen of claim process. Nowhere did it mention I had to send in broken device. This phone was used for business & contains proprietary information & don't trust software format. Only way I'll send it is in a 1000pcs.

I had to send back the first phone given to me due to battery and wifi problems. I sent it back and was continually sent phone calls and letters stating that I had not returned it, which I had to call and give the tracking info to prove that it was there. After about 2 weeks, the phone that was the 2nd replacement starting having the same issues, and its battery life is only a few hours including standby. I called to try and get this resolved and was told that I needed another phone to troubleshoot mine. I don't have another phone and can't call from another one, but I was given attitude and told I wouldn't be helped until I called from another phone. I have a malfunctioning phone and can do nothing to help fix it, and I am incredibly disappointed in Asurion's poor refurbished phones as well as the customer service to try and fix said problems.

This was a very nice, smooth experience. My replacement phone was shipped to me the very next day so there was no interruption in my service. I was very pleased. I will state that the Reps on the phone have been very professional and helpful. My only issue with Asurion would be, that if you have to replace the phone more than once under warranty. You should automatically replace it with a new phone or give them an upgraded phone. I had to send phones back several times and then setup the refurbished ones again. Very annoying.

Got me a replacement phone quickly and seems to be working great. Customer service agent was friendly and helpful. The deductible was reasonable and I would use the service again. I was back up in running in less than 48 hours. The prepaid label and package was easy to use to return damaged device.

The glass shattered on my iPhone 7 when I dropped it on our wood floor. I took it to Verizon and they instructed me how to file a claim with Asurion. I filed the claim immediately, and the new phone arrived the next day. The process itself was simple. I was very impressed with the speed and ease with which everything was done.
However, once I set up the new phone, I had difficulty getting it to work, and it took multiple calls back and forth between myself, Verizon, and Asurion to get it up and running. Once it was up and running it became clear to me instantly that this phone does not work as seamlessly as my old phone with shattered glass. It loses messages that I start as soon as I switch to another screen, it drops calls all the time, and it loses its Bluetooth connection to my headset every 5 minutes or so, so I am constantly having to switch it back to my headset from the phone. The service was quick and painless, but paying monthly for insurance on my plan, only to have to spend $200 for a "new" phone that doesn't work as well as my old phone is a bitter pill to swallow.

My Husband dropped his iPhone While fishing in Florida. After some struggle to find out about replacement, Asurion was quick and efficient but Verizon was not too helpful with reinstating info after we received the new phone. It seemed to be more of an inconvenience. Thank you.

Everything about the actual return process of my damaged phone for a new one went well, but the refurbished replacement's battery life is SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than my original (which was already a couple years old, so I'm a bit disappointed the new one is so much worse) and WAY more frustrating is that said replacement has a very serious issue with the touch screen freezing up almost every time I use it (which requires me to use the power button to turn it off and then on again, often REPEATEDLY in each instance) to get it to work again, so... :/

The first replacement phone had a problem. I could receive calls but everyone had a hard time hearing my response. Many would hang up or hear faint words with or without the speaker function. This phone was received on the day of a second trip for business. The second phone was received a day late but everything works well.

First I wasn't real happy that I got a recycled phone for the price. Second I would love to know how when I had the best protection screen cover on it that the screen cracked and not the cover? There should be a way to recover what I had saved to transfer to the new phone even if the screen is black.

I was very dissatisfied with my product. I had gotten a replacement phone with this company. I have the same exact problems as I did with my other phone before I got my replacement. Given the timeframe in which my phone was damaged and I pursued a replacement, Asurion shipped me a comparable phone immediately, and within a day or two of testing I was up and running with little difficulty. Packaging and respective cables and adapters were intact, and the ability to download the instructions (not included) left me suitably able to carry on without my previous phone.

An issue: The latest replacement phone that was shipped is beginning to experience the same issues that plagued the previous refurbished replacement phone. Those issues revolved around stability issues. Sometimes the phone would freeze up. Also sometimes the phone would not allow one to hang up.

I received my cell phone when I was out of town so finally was able to activate on my return. I am concerned the phone is malfunctioning. Seems to freeze on different screens. I'll keep track of how often and let you know if it needs to be replaced again. I will be unavailable the next few days but plan to call next week if I continue to notice problems. My phone was accidentally stepped on and totally destroyed. Asurion quickly replaced the phone. The whole process only took a few moments to answer the questions. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend! I will remain a customer and have all my phones insured by them.

Customer service was awesome & handled my claim quickly & was very efficient. Only issue was the earbuds were configured for 2 right ears. Very strange. First off you sent me a cracked phone. Now the screen of the phone is not turning on but you can still turn Siri on but with a black screen. Honestly you should send a new phone because it's only been one month. I spent 200 dollars on a phone that you would assume would work but no I got one one that ** out after one month. Not happy.

Phone has a problem. Screen was separating from touch pad, making a clicking sound. Rep told me it was physical damage and that I needed to file a new claim and pay $200. The phone is three weeks old. I'm getting rid of insurance. It's garbage.

Received my replacement phone but defected. Called and mailing out another device and still have not received my working phone. During the process of activating it took a week long due to issues with phone that was sent finally after activation notices that my replacement phone was not working properly.

I was unaware when I agreed to be insured by Asurion that I would get an iPhone with aftermarket, unapproved Apple parts. I knew it would be refurbished, however, I did not realize that it would be with inadequate parts. The phone is slow and does not perform like my old one. I would not recommend Asurion for anyone that has an Apple product.

My phone was stolen in Chicago and the service I received on the phone and the extra step that was taken to ensure I got a phone right away was AWESOME!!! I rated a 4 because the phone I received is worthless. It shuts down all the time and I have been to the Verizon store 3 times this month for help. I filed a claim and received my replacement phone very quickly. The initial experience was great. The problem is that I was sent a phone whose battery cannot hold a charge. Now wherever I go I have to worry about my phone dying when I need it.

Asurion advised me twice that I did not turn off my "Find my iPhone" feature on my damaged phone although I DID. Now I'm anticipating for there to be some issue with that that I will have to deal with. Filing the claim online however was a fast and easy process.

I got the first replacement phone and sent my phone back to Asurion. I noticed the next day that with the new phone I was having difficulty hearing the caller. I found I could click on the speaker button and hear but that is very inconvenient. I contacted Asurion about the replacement phone and they sent me another phone. I have not found any issues at this time with the second replacement. I appreciate the fast response to my issues.

Replacement phone - First it was my touch screen was glitchy, then it was my battery not holding a charge for 3 hours, and now I don't even have a speaker to hear someone talking to me on the phone. I paid $150 for a new phone that should be working better than what it is right now and I feel like you guys screwed me over. This is very unacceptable. I would really like to hear back from someone at Asurion.

I'm so thankful to be an Asurion customer! Naturally, my 17 year old cherishes her phone and can't spend 10 seconds without it. Cracking the front screen and then the phone no longer holding a charge, she needed a new one... and fast! Her new phone came overnight and her info and photos etc transferred quite easily. A very easy, quick and quality solution to what she deemed was a MAJOR problem. :)

Our son broke his phone while studying abroad in Australia. Asurion immediately helped us file the claim and send another phone to our son within a week. So nice to know that this insurance paid off. We would recommend this to anyone with kids or young adult children who need the extra protection.

The process to file a claim with Asurion was very easy. Replacement phone was received quickly and ready to use. Glad I had the insurance protection because you never know when an accident will happen. I would highly recommend to have the coverage in place when needed.

My iPhone just stopped working one day. All my apps disappeared and I couldn't make or receive any calls or texts. I contacted Asurion and made a claim. I received my new phone in 48 hours and returned my broken phone to them after I followed their directions on how to do so. I would definitely work with Asurion again if needed. Their online claim form is easy to understand and fill out and they are extremely prompt with getting me a replacement phone.

Phone would not work. Called and received replacement and sent back old one all in a couple of days. Very satisfied with the explanation of how to do the process and the quickness involved and the politeness of the lady I was dealing with. Good experience!!!

I have previously called in a claim on a phone and it was such a relief after initially thinking it couldn't be replaced. So this time around, I knew I could rely on Asurion. This time around I claimed online. The experience was just as straightforward, but seemed to take longer because I had to print and upload the forms, rather than being able to edit the documents online.

The replacement device arrived within 48 hours and was in like new condition. The online process for filing a claim was simple and only took about 10 minutes. This was a very pain-free experience. I carry insurance on all of my wireless devices and will continue to do so in the future.

While I received my phone in a timely fashion, it is malfunctioning. Even Verizon could not get it to work and now must be replaced yet again. This is not what is supposed to happen to ease one's mind when one's phone is stolen, to begin with. If you are going to send refurbished phones, they ought to work.

The timing and the advisement of call back never received was less than satisfactory. The rep took my claim, gave no additional information and the contact was ended. I was also not provided information that I would received refurbished phone. Having dealt with Asurion before getting a new phone I think at minimum I would be given information that a refurbished phone will given for this situation or in general.

I would have given a 5 except my multiple emails went unanswered about the receipt of our device return. I emailed several times with no response. Getting the replacement device went flawlessly. Feels like the process was not completed. I look forward to this happening.

After the return - Mostly my experience has been good, except one thing. I did turn off the 'find my phone' feature. Talked to multiple people and told them it's off while looking online at the website. I'm still getting calls saying it's on. Calls = harassing.

The insurance company replaced my daughter's lost phone very quickly. The activation instructions were not the greatest, but I figured it out. Packaging was OK. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. Hope this is the last time we need it.

I was surprised I got a reconditioned phone but so far it is working fine. I think when you get the plan that should be explained. Everything else was fine. The people I worked with were very helpful. Replacement was done quickly.

Our grandson's phone was stolen on a Thursday. We waited until Friday afternoon to make a claim with Asurion in case it was recovered. Asurion guaranteed delivery by noon on Saturday and it came right at noon. We weren't hassled with lots of questions, but they made the process easy.

There were no surprises. I received my new phone in a timely manner. I was a little reticent about completely programming my new unit, but all went well, using the mysterious cloud. My new Samsung Galaxy S7 is working well.

My replacement came the very next day. I was very excited to have a phone back. Unfortunately my replacement is full of system glitches and is not user friendly. As a traveling salesman my mobile phone is needed. I will continue using this insurance but I can't wait until my upgrade time is here to replace this phone. I would recommend a more strenuous quality check on your refurbished phones. Thanks for getting my phone so quickly.

Home button doesn't work. Keeps turning on and off by itself. When left on the charger it does the same thing. Drains my battery in less than a couple hours if not left on the charger. It has been this way since a couple days after receiving the device.

I had a phone (Galaxy note 5) replaced by Asurion and they sent me a refurbished phone. 6 months after I got the phone the screen started delaminating from phone. Asurion said that it was not covered on warranty and wants to charge me $149.00 to replace my phone. I have 16 phones and I'm changing all my insurance to Cellular One insurance. I would not recommend them for insurance.

The process used to be a lot simpler and faster when you could fill out the form and basically have the phone the next day. Now the process involves a review period which is never 24 hours and honestly the reconditioned phones are garbage and always have a problem but it's not worth going through the entire process to receive another phone so you just deal with it. I'm very dissatisfied but the only other option is not to have insurance and I guess that would be worse but not by much.

I broke the screen on my original iPhone in September, so I filed a claim. I was upset to find that I would be sent a refurbished phone while paying a ridiculous $200 deductible. I was promptly sent a replacement iPhone 6 Plus. Within a month, I noticed lots of problems with the refurbished phone. It was very slow, the battery drained quickly and charged slowly, and the sounds were intermittent -- this included the alarm clock sounds (overslept several times before I figured it out).
After several months of trying to make do because I hate transferring everything over, I finally called them (thankful for a 1-year warranty). They sent me another iPhone 6 Plus the next day, within 5 days, That phone wouldn't stay on and would try (and fail) to reboot over and over and over again, the Apple logo just blinked off and on. Every once in a while, I would get it to stay on for a few minutes. Nothing I did fixed it. I called and went through some troubleshooting methods with Asurion customer service, nothing helped.
Finally, I called and told them it's unusable. The representative put me on hold and came back and said they didn't have anymore iPhone 6 Pluses to send me and so they would be sending me a brand new iPhone 7 Plus, and I received it the very next day. So, in that respect I'm pleased; though, I should've been sent a new iPhone to begin with.
Now I have a new issue with them. Just as I was instructed, I turned off the "Find My iPhone" feature, I checked the cloud and did everything to ensure it was removed as they threatened to charge me $500 if I didn't. It's gone, the old phone isn't listed under "my devices" anywhere on the cloud or the Find My iPhone app. However, I continue to get harassing emails and phone calls from them telling me that I haven't turned the feature off and they're going to charge me $500 if I don't fix the problem. I have called them repeatedly and told them it's off and they say, "Ok, we recorded it on your account, you won't be charged." I find that odd, if it's really THAT big of an issue, why the nonchalant "ok" statement?
Apparently, that's not good enough for them because it's weeks later, and they're STILL calling me. I believe the problem is that the phone is so completely screwed up and they can't even get it to stay on to verify the feature is turned off, so they send me the emails and call me to make sure... or, they're trying to swindle me out of $500. I don't have $500, so good luck with that. I would advise anyone dealing with them to be persistent with everything.

Delivered the replacement phone within a day and gave plenty of time to send broken phone. Was very easy to send back the broken phone that I had. They send a package already to you with the new phone so all you have to do is put the old phone in there and send it back.

I dropped my brand new phone in the toilet, it of course stopped working! Verizon contacted you to replace my phone, it was to be delivered the next day! I was super happy! It actually came first thing in the morning!! The only thing I didn't like was, I had a brand new phone, which I'm still paying for, and had to pay you to send me a refurbished phone! That part I don't understand.

I was able to get my phone in a timely manner. However I never received my car charger which was supposed to be sent when one was available. It never came. I also had to send a signed affidavit which I had to download and then send and then scan my ID before the process would be complete. It was sort of annoying.

Both times I've used your service I've had to use the warranty department because the phone I got had a blown speaker. Their phone system is a joke with only keypad commands and no operator. I will be canceling my coverage.

Asurion representative was very knowledgeable and helpful with the exchange of my damaged phone and replacement device. I tried to handle the situation online (my computer skills are not very proficient), so they talked me through the process and was executed just as they explained it would be. We put our trust and confidence in Asurion and were not disappointed. Unfortunately, the phone we needed replacing was on backorder for a brief period (to no fault of Asurion). Asurion kept us posted every other day, by text and/or email. As soon as a phone was available, it was sent out next day delivery. I would recommend Asurion to anyone for peace of mind, just in case.

I've made several claims with Asurion over the years and continue to be impressed with the quality of service. The claim process is very easy and they ship replacement phones extremely quickly. I have filed a claim at 4:30 pm and had a replacement phone by noon the next day. Very impressive.

Replaced damaged phone thru them. Replacement phone (in the insurance refurb box) could not be activated since it was listed as stolen/lost. Spent 5 hours on the phone to wireless provider, since calls to Asurion rolled back to provider. Provider could do nothing. It was up to Asurion. Asurion supposedly closed because it was a weekend. Got a person who said they were with Asurion one time, but she supposedly could not hear me, although everyone before her could. Gave me a phone number that rolled back to the provider NINE different times. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never again! Anybody has to have better service than this. Wireless provider (Cricket Wireless) would do nothing to assist with the issue.

The first phone I received as a replacement would not connect to the network. It took many, many hours to confirm that was the case, but finally the tech support gave up and sent out another phone. The second phone, which I have now, connected right away, but the touch screen is very bad. I have to push buttons many times before it recognizes I did. I'm trying to get another phone sent out but I am having trouble getting through to customer service. Whatever verification you are doing to test these phones is terrible! I am going to request a third phone and I'm very doubtful it will be acceptable, after my previous experiences, but I'm willing to try.

My phone's protective case routinely turns the ringer off so I can not hear it. I routinely take my phone back out of the POs protective case that turns the ringer off. Over time my phone was not consistently protected as it should have been due to my need to hear it ring (imagine that). That is how I wound up in this situation, you came through for me during one of my many case removal ringer turn back on arms full of groceries episodes. My screen is cracked - I call Asurion at 6:30 PM my time. I have a new phone by noon the following day. Then, there was a problem with getting the new unit to connect to the internet. I call again, and ask some questions. They answer, tell me they will send a new phone in case the solutions they suggest don't work. I go to a Verizon store and they fix the problem. I STILL get a new phone the next day. All I have to do is refuse shipment of the newest phone and voila - all is taken care of. Easiest experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Kudos to Asurion.

We had a day delay due to extreme snow storms and they emailed to let me know and apologized, but it was understandable. I put in a claim for a replacement phone and I received the phone the very next day. The problem is, the phone was severely damaged. Cracked screen, cracked camera, the phone was bent, and the screen was completely black even when powered on. I called Asurion and they basically told me I had to wait even longer for them to send me out another phone. The customer service rep was very rude and had no interest in accommodating me for the inconvenience.

Granddaughter dropped phone on beach as tide came in during spring break in Puerto Rico 2 days before leaving for Miami. Phone received water damage. Claim submitted on 1st day in Miami and phone received next day. Would have been greater if phone could have been received in Puerto Rico within 24 hours rather than 72.

In the end I got a phone that is working. I had to have 3 sent out before I got a good one. I better keep my fingers crossed. I received replacements fast but the hassle of having to transfer everything and send back phones. I think they need to test them better before sending them out to us.

The delivery date took too long. This is our main phone so it was important for speedy delivery. Plus, no one attempted to notify reason for delay. Of all things, the color wasn't important to me! If someone would've just contacted me it would've resolved this problem.

After paying 150$ I was sent a new phone. Only a few weeks later the phone stopped working altogether for no reason. I went into Verizon and had them trouble shoot and they were unable to fix it. It simply was not turning on. I called Asurion from Verizon and told them the situation, and I was told that a new phone would be shipped to me the next day (this was on Tuesday). The lady I spoke with said that the credit card system was down but that I didn't need to worry because if there was an issue with the returned phone they would send me a bill.
The next day, I did not receive a phone. I had to go borrow someone's phone to reach back out to Asurion to figure out why I never received the phone. They sent me through an automated credit card system and it took all my cc info and the lady said that the reason I didn't get my phone was because there was no cc on file. Very frustrating when the lady I spoke with the day before said it wasn't a problem. There was no accountability and I was leaving out of town that day for business.
I had to have the phone sent to the out of town location, so I traveled without a phone, also frustrating. I showed up to the out of town location only to find that the phone did not show up that day either (Thursday). I called back to Asurion and again it sent me through the automated cc info, which I inputted again. After finally speaking with a rep she said that they did not have a cc on file which is why I didn't receive the phone on Friday. Again, extremely frustrating.
I finally received my phone on Saturday after 4.5 days of no phone trying to work without a phone, and every rep telling me that I would receive it the next day and that I was good to go. I would not recommend this company to anyone after this experience. It was truly disappointing and I would highly recommend figuring out the cc system to ensure you don't have anyone experience the frustration I had to deal with.

The overall process went well, however I had to pay over twice the amount expected as Asurion does not offer advertised screen replacement in all parts of the US. I had to replace the entire phone! Verizon never told me this when I purchased the insurance. :-( Their service was excellent however. Received replacement phone quickly.

Our daughter's phone had an issue and we went through our Verizon store to have it replaced. Within one day we had the replacement phone - wish was great, although the replacement one had a faulty screen. We went back to Verizon and within one day we had a new replacement phone. I needed my phone changed (Note 4)... Well I been told I could not get my replacement due to no more production on it. So I asked them if I can get Note 5 instead. I received same response. WHAT??? So I asked them if they can give me any phone with same or bigger screen. I GOT DENIED AGAIN. Their policy requires them to give a phone with same "internal " so I asked for a phone with a s-pen... Well they claim it doesn't fall of category of "internal comparison" So they sent me a smaller phone with stupid curve edges and no s-pen. WELL DONE ASURION - WELL DONE...NOT!!!

When I went through the process online, I was told that my broken phone did not qualify to be replaced. Then I clicked the Chat button and chatted with an Asurion representative. According to the representative, she couldn't figure out why it said that my broken phone did not qualify. In a matter of a few minutes, the representative took care of my problem and a replacement phone was mailed to me.

You replaced the machine with a refurbished Ellipsis which never was able to get a sim card connection so you replaced it again with another refurbished Ellipsis which came with a sim card that would not function! After contacting Verizon they sent me a new sim card which also did not work. After two days of long conversations with Verizon tech support, the machine still failed and I gave up and told Verizon to remove the device from my data plan! I have been using it with WiFi and works sometimes until it decides to just turn off. Then will not reboot unless it is connected to a charger even though the battery shows 40%. So no--- I am not a satisfied customer and will most likely never buy insurance again from you or for sure will never buy an Ellipsis again.

I was very disappointed when the phone was on backorder. I reached out to your CSR to no avail on getting a device sooner. No offer for discounts. No other options. We ended up having to pay more money for another phone until the new one arrived.

Excellent customer service and really fast return time. My husband had his replacement phone within 24 hrs of his other one breaking. So, it literally took less than 24 hrs to get it to me... I called around to see about having it fixed prior to calling Asurion. The only thing that could have made my experience better was to not have to pay the deductible. I was told my insurance covered anything and everything and that there was no deductible. However that was not Asurion's fault.

I got my replacement very quickly but I think it's ridiculous that I had to pay 200$ for a new phone when I pay insurance on my device every month. If I pay insurance then there shouldn't be a deductible.

What a pleasant surprise! I had my new phone less than 24 hours after notifying you there was a problem (dog jerked leash and phone went flying into a puddle). SO impressed!! Had an issue with my phone replacement. Sent one out was not up to standards and merely sent out another one with no questions asked. Agent was courteous. All my questions were answered and received in a timely fashion. A fine job by all. The only problem was the first phone they sent out. The quality checked whoever check to get a terrible job but that was quickly corrected by Asurion.

The service and ordering was very simple and prompt!! HOWEVER, my phone was broken less than two days later (I dropped it). When I tried to make another claim, I was not allowed to and told I cannot receive another phone. I am phoneless once again, and have been for a month.

Galaxy s7 edge - The fact that they got my replacement to me in less than 24 hours was a plus, the only thing that I didn't like was they didn't have my original phone on stock. I had the titanium and had to settle for a gold one instead.

The charging cord wasn't working and the screen corner was cracked. I don't appreciate that the replacement wasn't anything that I was hoping to get a new phone not this iPhone 6s that has problems with the home button and how the lock button is starting to get stuck.

It's completely simple process, the claim took less than five minutes to approve. And the very next morning, boom! Got a new phone. The next day just put in the damaged phone into the shipping sleeve, and send it off in your mail box. The system works great, I would recommend this to everyone.

The original phone (LG G5) was dropped, cracked, and dropped in water. It still worked but was gradually deteriorating in texting and camera functions. When I had it replaced, it cost more than I expected but significantly less than buying a new one. It was replaced quickly and courteously. Thank you.

My Husband dropped his phone, the glass cracked and the phone was not usable. The touch screen was not working. We called Verizon, they connected us with Asurion, my husband had a new phone 2 days later. He was very happy.

The first phone I had replaced was great... until it was stolen. This second phone I got has already started to act up. The screen is coming off so it throws off the sensor inside and won't always register touch or sometimes thinks the touch happened somewhere else of the screen. The phone also doesn't hold a charge for very long at all. Previous phones I've gotten have batteries that last at least a day, this one doesn't. The phone also gets very, very warm when I use maps for more than an hour. This new phone doesn't have water damage and has only been dropped like once, so I'm not super happy to have all these problems only a few weeks into having it.

I am extremely dissatisfied in both the claim itself taking several attempts and countless hours, and even more upset that when my device arrived, it was flawed. The replacement's screen freezes regularly and restarts a half dozen times a day.

My phone was stolen while I was traveling. I contacted Asurion and received excellent customer service. They were very helpful over the phone while I was out of country and made me feel relieved to be their customer. I had a new phone shipped to me within 24 hours, which was more than I was hoping for! I would recommend them to any person who desires quality, affordable service.

I have received 3 phones in the past week from Asurion who don't really assure me of anything. First phone was the wrong phone, second and third phone worked for less than a day each. They won't reimburse my cost for their service or the $200 I had to pay for the replacement. When calling in, they remind their customers that false claims will be met with legal action but the only false claim I see from my experience is from them and their poorly refurbished phones. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely wonderful! Back up and running in less than 24 hours. But to me just like regular insurance you have to pay monthly for policy then have to pay your deductible still. So I have to pay 11 dollars and month which is 132 a year and still pay 100 deductible. So where does my 11 dollars a month go? Only to make them more rich. Makes no sense.

I gave 3 out of 5 stars because I did receive my replacement phone fairly quickly. However the charger that came with the phone did not work and it was not an Apple charger. It was a generic one. I ended up have to go out and purchase a charger.

Yeah this is the first time that I was actually able to get my phone exchange in a timely fashion. Every time I've had to deal with you guys I've had a very bad experience where I was accused of committing fraud which never happened. Have me fill out affidavit and I refuse to do it because I pay for your insurance treating me like I'm a thief and I'm not. That I had to get Verizon multiple times because your workers are very unprofessional. Management and all I really do not like dealing with you people but I have to because you were the only carrier the Verizon carrier for insurance. Don't mistake this is I like you guys. I don't. If Verizon gave me another opportunity to go with another company I would jump on it in a heartbeat.
I really do not like dealing with your company. Do to me all my bad experiences with multiple but when you're the only company out there and you guys are mistreating customers at the time I do. I have paid a lot of money to your companies over the years and I've had my phone in. The few times that I've had to I've had nothing but headaches trying to get anything my phone. You should learn that make your customers happy by making the process easy and your employees with management not take advantage of your customers. They're paying your guys' paycheck and keeping you guys in business. I am a very disgruntled customer and like I said in a heartbeat if there's another company I would go with them as fast as I got started.

My wife's phone was cracked/damaged so we file a claimed with Asurion. The claim was handled quickly and we had the phone the next day. Excellent service not much more to add. It's a comfort to know that Asurion is there when we needed them the most.

Received replacement iPhone as part of insurance claim. The replacement unit was defective. Dirt and debris were found in power port, speakers, and headphone jack. External microphone for speaker phone would not work, home button was off centered. Had insurance program offered by carrier yet was charged a two hundred dollar deductible.

Very pleased with my experience replacing my damaged Galaxy S7 with Asurion's cell phone protection plan. Customer service was VERY helpful and pleasant in processing my claim. Within just a very few minutes on the phone my claim was processed and a new S7 was shipped overnight and received the next day. Also included was a prepaid shipping package to return my damaged phone. Very pleased with this service and the representative that handled my claim. Two thumbs up!

Phone had to be replaced. It was not charging. Even though we were out of town the phone was in our possession within a day. The first phone that was sent could not be uploaded with contacts. Another phone had to be sent.

Cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy 6 edge plus. Was quoted $149 for replacement phone. Which I thought was high as I don't read the details of my contract. Was expecting to pay $99. Phone came surprising fast as I live in Hawaii. Made claim Sunday night, got phone Tuesday evening. OK with replacement phone however when I got my credit card statement the charge was $199 not the $149 she had quoted. Replacement is refurbished.

My experience with Asurion was quick and efficient. My web experience was a little cumbersome but after completing the online form, the device arrived quickly and the return process was simple. It would be helpful to have a follow up email indicating the return device was received. Especially, with the steep fine if you don't return within the time allotted.

Service has always been great, but I am extremely disappointed that my model was not carried and I was given a "comparable model". If you spend $500+ on a specific phone, you would expect your insurance would cover what you paid for. Now all of my model-specific accessories are useless.

No complaints. I wish there was a way to get a phone same day, that would be 5 star. But the logistics of that are challenging short of having store fronts everywhere. However, cellphones are so integral in our lives, it is almost needed.

Asurion staff were excellent, helped me to complete my request for the replacement phone which it arrived as scheduled with no delays, I had to call Verizon customer service to walk me through with set up and retrieving other apps... no problem from there on. To this day we haven't had any problems.

Both phones that I received have technical issues. The HTC's video is skipping. The voice and picture doesn't match. The Samsung's issues are as follows: headphones jack messes with the phone. When headphones are plugged in it acts crazy. Not only that but when the headphones are plugged in the sound quality is awful. Can't hear the person speaking.
