    We had 3 devices warranty. We are already having problems with one of them. Screen is acting up, has lines in it and is changing colors. The phone is also getting really warm.     I need two ratings; but since I still am not sure if I am getting charge $500 for a link that we removed... I don't know what to think, therefore I am very dissatisfied. At first, we were very satisfied when our replacement phone came to our rural home in less than 12 hours from when we put in the claim! We thought, this is great! We thought we removed the link to: "Find My Phone" but apparently we did not do it correctly. We then received an email, which we appreciated and followed those steps exactly to remove the link. On 4-12-17 we removed the link following your steps.

    Since that time I have received TWO voicemails thanking us for returning the phone, but telling us that the link has not been removed. We attempted to removed the link again as we have been threatened to be charged $500 if the link is not removed. We tried again to remove the link and "no device is found" is the message we got. I presume that once you removed the link, you can't do it a second time. I have called Asurion twice, the last date I called was 4/26/17. I left my name, phone number and a message to please call me back, but they have not. What if the phone had been lost, stolen or not returned? Would you still threaten being charge $500? Why can't I talk on the phone with a real person to resolve this issue? I am very much frustrated with Asurion at this point.

    I fell on my phone while on vacation. The morning after I got home I went to the Verizon store to show them the damage. The screen was completely ruined and the phone was actually bent. I filled out the information on the claim site and took note that it said it would take 12 hours to receive a replacement phone. True to their promise the replacement showed up Saturday morning at 11 am. The instructions for switching over were very easy to follow. I had an issue for a while because I couldn't access my old phone since the screen was so damaged. The replacement came with everything I needed including a new SIM card.

    I am very satisfied with the speed and customer service. The reason I rated 4 of 5 stars is I have noticed the refurbished phone loses battery life faster than my original phone and I have had intermittent issues with the phone not recognizing a charging cable when I plug it in. Other than that I am very pleased with the service I received!

    It was very hard to fill out the forms while traveling since it required a printer which I didn't have access to. The new phone is refurbished and doesn't work well. The battery lasts about 4 hours and goes down at 25% per hour with the same settings as my original phone that lasted all day. I am calling again tomorrow to request a new phone that works! The good part was it was delivered for a Sat delivery so it came very quickly once everything got sorted.

    The service provided was great, but the fact that you couldn't put the cost of the replacement device on my next phone bill left me in a position where I had to go literally buy another phone to use until I had the $140.00 to pay for the replacement. Luckily for me I bought a phone from Verizon and billed it to my next cycle. I returned the phone undamaged and was left with only a $35 restocking fee. No way to get around that, UNLESS you could work something out with Verizon and put the cost of the replacement device on the next phone bill, SO THAT others are not in the position I was in and have to buy a cheap device to have a phone to use 'til payday.

    I've had to use Asurion. My daughter just received a phone from you a month or two ago and it must be a refurbished one because it doesn't hold battery life. When we pay for the phone and insurance we would like a new phone instead of a refurbished one from somebody else. The phone still has glitches and loses battery life quickly. Is there any way we can get a return that is not refurbished?

    It took 3 tries to get this done. The first replacement the microphone didn't work - kind of important on a phone. Second replacement the screen display went dark the 2nd day so the phone couldn't be used. Insisted on a new phone which is now working. Don't you people check these phones before sending them?     I wasn't reconnected in 24 hours. After getting 2 different replacement devices with missing backs, I was finally given a complete replacement with a back included. It was time consuming, and frustrating, because no one seemed to know that the phone had a back. The most frustrating part was that I had to tell your reps to look up the phone which they should've already known, or had a KB (knowledge base) with this information. Not only did I feel like I was speaking a different language, I also felt like I had to train your reps on the device they provide... Anywho, glad it's over! I would much rather lose a limb than to have to go through this experience with you guys again.

    I'm was satisfied with the service I received. Representatives were helpful and friendly. However, I am currently experiencing an issue with my replacement phone. I believe I was sent a refurbished iPhone, and the earphone jack is caked with some sort of green/brown debris.     The phone sometimes overheats very quickly. Battery does not last very long at all. The lock button sticks sometimes and will not allow to lock then goes directly to shut down menu. The chargers are loose on it and do not stay secure. Phone freezes often.

    I filed a claim on 3/15/2017. I was told my phone was on back order, and most back orders ship within 3 to 7 days. I received the replacement phone on 3/29/17, twice as long as the Asurion rep had suggested. Immediately after powering on the replacement phone, the phone began to malfunction. I immediately called Asurion, went through troubleshooting exercise, and determined the phone was not operable. New claim started, and was once again told the phone was back ordered, and to expect a 3 to 7 day delivery time frame. The 2nd replacement phone did not arrive until 4/17/17, almost 3 weeks after filing the 2nd replacement for the faulty phone issued by Asurion. To top it off the 2nd replacement phone was the incorrect phone.

    First it took 2 phones for our warranty claim. I called in, made the claim and was told you had new phones on the shelf and that I would get one. I got a used Samsung S7 with a scratched screen and a faulty charger that won't charge any device I have. I call in, talk to the next person and again I'm told there are new Samsung S7 on your shelf and I'll get one of them. I got another used phone and a bad charger. I believe I pay $10 a month per phone for warranty and then $150 when I make the claim. It shouldn't take 2 phones to get a decent one and if I'm being told I get a new one and used ones show up, it doesn't make me happy.

    Overall it was easy to get a replacement phone and send my old one back with a few issues. First, the charger that came with the new phone was not the fast charger this phone originally came with which was part of the reason I was replacing it.     I have service with Sprint phone service. I bought a new phone late February 2016 and it suffered water damage on April 22 2017. I called Asurion who referred me to go to a local Sprint store to have a tech look at it which he verified the damage. Called Asurion from the Sprint store to get my replacement phone. The deductible is $200.00. I used all three of my credit cards and all were declined as well as my debit card. My banks verified I had the money in the accounts and could see where Asurion pushed three payments through in the amount of 0 dollars. So the problem is on the Asurion side, not mine. My wife and I called several times trying to speak to a supervisor and still got nowhere. Asurion denied the problem was on their side with the transactions. So, my wife used her credit cards which have several thousand dollars of credit available.

    Again, after trying to use a dozen different credit cards Asurion rejected them all. My wife also called her bank and was told the same thing they told me, there is plenty of money in accounts and the problem was coming from Asurion. So several different credit card companies verified the funds are available and Asurion has an issue with their computer system. We tried one more time to speak with someone from Sprint to see what else we could do about getting my replacement phone and told them the problem Asurion was giving us. The Sprint employee called Asurion and later called us back saying Asurion was rude to her also. The Sprint employee told my wife she was going to have her supervisor call us back but no one ever did. This is totally unacceptable. As a insurance company they should have more than one way to allow customers to pay the lousy $200.00 deductible in cases such as this.

    I called to make a claim on my LG G5. I received a refurbished one and the battery would not stay in. So I called and they had me send it back, only to receive another refurbished phone which froze, Verizon was unable to troubleshoot. So back on the phone with Asurion. They sent me a "new" phone this time and the wizard would not work. Wizard setup will not work.

    So I am on hold for 2 hours trying to speak to a manager to ask how I can make sure my next phone will work, and they are ignoring me and dodging my calls. I even had to try a couple times.     8 months ago I had my new IPhone 6s in my pocket on a 108 degree day here in good old sunny California. My pocket got really hot, so I removed my phone which got even hotter before it died for good. We called Asurion, whose helpful staff was very courteous. I was sent another phone within two days after paying a $200.00 deductible (which doesn't include our monthly fee). Set up takes a while and I always have issues. None of my ringtones ever transferred and I lose valuable info each time this happens. Ringer works some days, some days no ringer at all. (Yes, volume is on and all settings checked.)

    Within two weeks, the phone ringer only worked once in a while, all ringtones, which is excruciating to set up, are gone and the battery life is terrible. So I call again and, it's like groundhog day. We go through the whole process again. Staff is nice and responsive, and they send out yet another phone. Yay! I go through the whole painful set up once again, presto, within two weeks, the exact same issues as before. Mind you, even with my backup to the cloud, I still lose data, my ringer doesn't work for each call, no matter how many times I go to CNet to do 15 things to get it to work, and alas I still lose all the ringtones I set up once again, (purchased through iTunes btw). I am a very unhappy camper. I call again and get yet another phone!

    Groundhog day again, I go through the painful process of setup of another phone and a few months later... PRESTO! Ringer not working daily, battery gets hot, battery life is terrible - lasts a few hours with a full charge, ringtones work some days and some days they don't... It's a complete joke. These refurbished phone suck... I am not happy with the insurance at all. Now, I get to call them once again. But this time, if I am not sent a new phone, we are canceling the insurance on our whole family of phones...

    Do not trust this insurance for your phone. Asurion is practically a scam. And every phone service provider uses them. They sent me a certified pre-owned phone after my phone got stolen in February and paying the $200 deductible, without informing me that's what I would be receiving. The phone had trouble connecting to wifis and the home button stopped working about a week ago. I wrote the insurance and didn't get a reply. Last night the phone went black when it had a charge and hasn't turned on since. I am yet again losing content and photos because of this company.

    The Apple tech I spoke to today informed me they (the insurance company) is known for putting non-Apple parts in the phones. They also attached the wrong serial number to the phone, which caused me issues with getting in touch with Apple, and when he did find the right serial number, it was shown that the phone had been inactive for 196 days. I've had it for two months. Just a heads up.

    I received a replacement phone because the switch that turned my iPhone from silent to loud was not switching anymore. The iPhone I received from you guys was not in the best condition either. I understand that they are refurbished but within the first week I noticed the battery life on the new phone did not last as long as my old phone. If I could have kept my old phone I would have if it had not been for the switch.     When I initially made my claim I had to wait for about a week, since my tablet was on backorder. But once I was notified, I called and I received my tablet the next day. GREAT. The return process was not so smooth, along with my tablet I received a return envelope, however it was not big enough for my tablet. I called right away and advised of the problem, they assured me that they would send me an envelope big enough for my tablet.     The process of getting my new phone was a nightmare. I took the day off of work and literally all day except for once to use the restroom was 15ft away from the door. I received an email stating that they tried to deliver my package but I was not home to sign. I called UPS first then Asurion with dissatisfaction and it seemed to go downhill from there. I spoke with a gentleman at UPS who wasn't interested at all in customer service then turned to the company who hired them (Asurion) who made it clear once it's out of their hands it's no longer their problem.

    My issue was Asurion is who I was doing business with and not UPS. Now that I've basically been turned away by both companies who said it's not their issue or it's protocol I turned to UPS customer service. They send me back and forth taking a total of around 2 hours. I finally have it set to pick my phone up at the UPS local but the next morning I get an email saying my package was on the truck to be delivered. While at work because I couldn't take the day off again continued to argue with people from UPS on what I can do to get my phone. Their suggestion was to pick it up that night between 8-9pm or Saturday at the local UPS before noon. If not it could be shipped back because they only make 2-3 attempts to a drop the package. After a lot of stress and fighting I finally was able to get my phone after two and a half days.

    I know a lot of this is about UPS BUT again I was doing business with Asurion not UPS. When I buy something from let's say Amazon it has not always gone great but what I can say is they are always there to help and make sure their customer walks away with a good feeling. Not the case here. Asurion ships the package and once that is done it's like you're no longer a customer. When someone says it will be delivered within 24 hrs yes they shipped it within 24 hrs but getting to me is a whole other story.

    I expected more from your company than just a drop in the mail. I would expect you to be with me through the entire process until the phone was dropped in my hands. It would be like the phone that might come up missing in the mail. Would you tell your customer at that point, "Sorry we gave it to UPS. It's their problem now"? Asurion cost me around $8 a month for several years and this is not what I would expect from a company who takes the money but doesn't see through their promise to customers.

    In November there was a manufacturer recall of my phone and I received it from Motorola within 24 hrs of my call. The thing is it was waiting for me at home when I got home from work which most people have to do to afford things like Asurion. When you use a company like UPS who gives you a 12 hr window in a day with no exceptions. This means you have to take the day off of work and by no means use the bathroom because the delivery person knocks as softly as possible. This Asurion is not what I consider customer service. I was very displeased with my experience working with you.

    The only positive thing I have to say is that the replacement device they sent me was very quick to arrive and the instructions were easy to follow. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the replacement device I was sent. I was under the impression that for $200 I would be sent a brand new device (NOT A REFURBISHED ONE). After using the refurbished device for 2 days, I noticed that the center home button was very loose and I could rock my finger back and forth on it. I also noticed that the battery life was awful-- worse than my original device that I turned in to Asurion (which also did not have a loose center button). The battery would drain to 60% after being fully charged only after about 20 minutes of use.

    I called Asurion to tell them my issues with the replacement device and they told me I would have to go into a Verizon store and speak with someone. When I went to the Verizon store the only thing they could offer me was a brand new phone at full sale price. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Asurion and wish that I could get my money back. Maybe someone there will read this and offer me my money back. I will not be using Asurion again and will be dealing with Apple directly if something happens to my device in the future. Thank you.

    I had to get a replacement device for my 64gb Rose Gold IPhone 6s Plus. The device I received works fine until I use the calling feature. Whenever I get a phone call or try to make one, the volume is so faint that I have a terrible time trying to hear the person on the other end. Even with the volume turned all the way up I can barely hear anything. The person on the other end has troubles hearing me as well. I usually just talk to people on speaker whenever I get a phone call. I would ask for a replacement but do not feel going through that process again. I understand that all replacement devices are just refurbished devices, but the screening process has got to get better to ensure people don't receive duds.

    I wasn't aware that I had to pay to receive a new phone so I was a little upset about that but it was fine since I needed a phone. I was hoping to get my old model but I ended up getting a new one so I need to go buy a new phone case raising the cost which again was fine. MY main issue is that when you sent me the phone you sent me the wrong sim card and I had to go to the Verizon over in Superstition Springs which was very tedious in addition to the fees I paid.

    We had an Ellipsis 8 in tablet stolen and the replacement for it freezes up on us. And it took a while for the old tablet to reach you guys but other than that customer service was really good.
