    The phone I received is not even similar to my old phone. Smaller charging life, horrible and phone gets way too hot!! Not happy. When a phone is out of stock something very similar should be offered. I'm stuck with a phone that's smaller and not what I was paying for. I paid 140 for a phone that doesn't help me with what I use my phone for.

    Customer service was great. Price for refurbished iPhone at $300 (200 + 1yr monthly fees) was not worth it, especially when we are providing the company another phone that is (usually) easily refurbished.     The first phone that was sent, was most likely refurbished, and after transferring ALL of my data, which is a contact list of over 5500 people, and something like 50,000 texts, we learned the screen was NOT attached/working properly. We had to order a new replacement phone. I couldn't BELIEVE your company would send a NON working phone under my contract, and completely WASTE my time having to retransfer ALL of the information to another phone.

    First it was difficult to file a claim after being robbed. You ask for stuff like the serial number etc, that's information you should already possess. Then after submitting the claim several emails came at once saying information wasn't complete etc, that wasn't the case at all. You were simply making my day far more difficult by suspecting fraud. So I had to go somewhere and copy my driver's license and police report, then fax it to you like it was 1982! I pay you month after month and never have a claim. When my phone, my auto, my computer and many other possessions were stolen you sent me on a rat race the exact same day. Y'all are a joke!

    My daughter's screen was broken on her phone, so a technician came out didn't know what he was doing and after fixing the screen broke the phone so it wouldn't work. Got a new phone the next day and whoever refurbished it did a bad job considering the battery blew about 2 weeks later. Brett in customer service treated me like I was stupid while I was on the phone. He never closed it so I took off work to wait for a phone that never showed. Ended up calling again.     I was told that I would receive an email on how to continue my claim within 3 hours. The email never arrived. I called 4 times before it was suggested that I use my claim ID to go to the website and continue the claim. There I was furnished instruction on faxing or uploading the completed form and supporting documents. I chose to FAX. Big mistake. 3 more phone calls where they indicated that they had not received documents took place. I decided to try the upload process. That worked. It was Sunday so I didn't get my replacement phone until Tuesday. Instructions for activating phone did not work. BTW - I luckily asked about a deductible. Oh yes there was one. That should have been discussed on my first call. I would have assigned this experience 1 star except your staff were very nice and tried to help. They just couldn't help very much.

    Annoyed at the fact that I called to start a claim rather than going online thinking it be faster. However the incompetent operator advised me that phone replacement would take 2wks. I told her I couldn't wait so long cause I had a driving trip alone with my kids, within a couples of days. She argued with me. I called Apple and Verizon. I didn't think it was fair... They gave options but I had to spend some extra money on top of the deductible. Bottom line's took an 8 hour drive, w/out a phone. When I came back from my trip I see I had missed an email from the stupid customer service, lady (Asurion) which she failed to let me know that I could start a claim on their website. Funny she also didn't tell me it would be delivered the next day!!

    I think she really wanted to send me a refurbished phone, just cause didn't think it was fair for me to wait 2wks. As told her, "I don't fail to pay my monthly fees. Why should fail to do your job on a timely matter." It's pathetic that customer service people take things personally and as a result I was out of my phone for a week. Ugh. I suggest you train people more on the options customers have. It's customer service. Be nice to the people who pay for you to keep your job...

    The screen on my iPhone 6 replacement is more curved than the factory screen.     The touchscreen on my replacement device stops working every five minutes for about fifteen minutes up to thirty minutes at a time. I have tried resetting the phone, turning it on and off, leaving it untouched for an hour, nothing has worked to make the touchscreen start to work. The device did not get wet and has had this problem since the first day of receiving the replacement device. Very dissatisfied and hope I can receive another device, that functions properly.

    I would be better off buying a 1997 cell phone than buying this piece of crap that I was sent. I would like to mention that the staff was great help!! But this phone has a major glitch. There are these spots on the screen that never go away. The screen glitches when looking at photos. I have had to hard reset the phone tons of times because it stalls and freezes up. Today the phone constantly vibrates due to the fact that it seems to think someone is silencing the ringer on and off. I will have to buy a new phone and when I do, I will make sure not to bother to get the insurance, along with the rest of our company devices both being serviced by Verizon and AT&T.

    After losing my cell phone at Sky Harbor I waited a few days to see if anyone would return it. I lost hope and decided to have it replaced. I went online and was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was to put a request at Asurion's Web page. The process was super streamlined, no more than a few questions. Paid the replacement fee with my credit card, and it was done! The phone arrived in less than 18hrs! WOW! I was impressed!

    Next day airport calls and tells me someone returned my lost phone! So I called ASURION and ask what to do with the new phone. They told me to put the phone (Galaxy S7) in the envelope that came with the new phone and drop it at the post office! Easy! I paid $125 (I think) for the replacement, that money should be returned to my credit card, if it hasn't already!     I purchased a NEW Android Moto Z Droid in November making sure to purchase the insurance in the event of damage to my phone. Unfortunately, my phone sustained water damage and had to be replaced. The first disappointment came when I filed my claim and learned that my phone was out of stock and would be placed on back order. Thank goodness I kept my old phone to rely on. Secondly, the fact that I had to pay $149 to have the phone replaced when I already pay a monthly fee to carry the insurance was infuriating. And finally, when I purchased my BRAND NEW PHONE, I expected to have it replaced with a BRAND NEW PHONE and not a REFURBISHED one! So, I'll be generous and give you two stars. At the end of this contract, Verizon and Asurion will never again receive a penny of my business.

    I received my Galaxy S6 replacement phone which I was really excited about because I had been without a phone for two days. Then when I got the phone, I had to call a phone number to activate it which was very frustrating and took about an hour to finally activate the phone. Then after having a working phone for about 5 hours, the screen started flashing then went black and I again had another broken phone.     I had to send back the first phone given to me due to battery and wifi problems. I sent it back and was continually sent phone calls and letters stating that I had not returned it, which I had to call and give the tracking info to prove that it was there. After about 2 weeks, the phone that was the 2nd replacement starting having the same issues, and its battery life is only a few hours including standby. I called to try and get this resolved and was told that I needed another phone to troubleshoot mine. I don't have another phone and can't call from another one, but I was given attitude and told I wouldn't be helped until I called from another phone. I have a malfunctioning phone and can do nothing to help fix it, and I am incredibly disappointed in Asurion's poor refurbished phones as well as the customer service to try and fix said problems.

    The glass shattered on my iPhone 7 when I dropped it on our wood floor. I took it to Verizon and they instructed me how to file a claim with Asurion. I filed the claim immediately, and the new phone arrived the next day. The process itself was simple. I was very impressed with the speed and ease with which everything was done.

    However, once I set up the new phone, I had difficulty getting it to work, and it took multiple calls back and forth between myself, Verizon, and Asurion to get it up and running. Once it was up and running it became clear to me instantly that this phone does not work as seamlessly as my old phone with shattered glass. It loses messages that I start as soon as I switch to another screen, it drops calls all the time, and it loses its Bluetooth connection to my headset every 5 minutes or so, so I am constantly having to switch it back to my headset from the phone. The service was quick and painless, but paying monthly for insurance on my plan, only to have to spend $200 for a "new" phone that doesn't work as well as my old phone is a bitter pill to swallow.

    I had a phone (Galaxy note 5) replaced by Asurion and they sent me a refurbished phone. 6 months after I got the phone the screen started delaminating from phone. Asurion said that it was not covered on warranty and wants to charge me $149.00 to replace my phone. I have 16 phones and I'm changing all my insurance to Cellular One insurance. I would not recommend them for insurance.

    The process used to be a lot simpler and faster when you could fill out the form and basically have the phone the next day. Now the process involves a review period which is never 24 hours and honestly the reconditioned phones are garbage and always have a problem but it's not worth going through the entire process to receive another phone so you just deal with it. I'm very dissatisfied but the only other option is not to have insurance and I guess that would be worse but not by much.

    I broke the screen on my original iPhone in September, so I filed a claim. I was upset to find that I would be sent a refurbished phone while paying a ridiculous $200 deductible. I was promptly sent a replacement iPhone 6 Plus. Within a month, I noticed lots of problems with the refurbished phone. It was very slow, the battery drained quickly and charged slowly, and the sounds were intermittent -- this included the alarm clock sounds (overslept several times before I figured it out).

    After several months of trying to make do because I hate transferring everything over, I finally called them (thankful for a 1-year warranty). They sent me another iPhone 6 Plus the next day, within 5 days, That phone wouldn't stay on and would try (and fail) to reboot over and over and over again, the Apple logo just blinked off and on. Every once in a while, I would get it to stay on for a few minutes. Nothing I did fixed it. I called and went through some troubleshooting methods with Asurion customer service, nothing helped.

    Finally, I called and told them it's unusable. The representative put me on hold and came back and said they didn't have anymore iPhone 6 Pluses to send me and so they would be sending me a brand new iPhone 7 Plus, and I received it the very next day. So, in that respect I'm pleased; though, I should've been sent a new iPhone to begin with.

    Now I have a new issue with them. Just as I was instructed, I turned off the "Find My iPhone" feature, I checked the cloud and did everything to ensure it was removed as they threatened to charge me $500 if I didn't. It's gone, the old phone isn't listed under "my devices" anywhere on the cloud or the Find My iPhone app. However, I continue to get harassing emails and phone calls from them telling me that I haven't turned the feature off and they're going to charge me $500 if I don't fix the problem. I have called them repeatedly and told them it's off and they say, "Ok, we recorded it on your account, you won't be charged." I find that odd, if it's really THAT big of an issue, why the nonchalant "ok" statement?

    Apparently, that's not good enough for them because it's weeks later, and they're STILL calling me. I believe the problem is that the phone is so completely screwed up and they can't even get it to stay on to verify the feature is turned off, so they send me the emails and call me to make sure... or, they're trying to swindle me out of $500. I don't have $500, so good luck with that. I would advise anyone dealing with them to be persistent with everything.

    Replaced damaged phone thru them. Replacement phone (in the insurance refurb box) could not be activated since it was listed as stolen/lost. Spent 5 hours on the phone to wireless provider, since calls to Asurion rolled back to provider. Provider could do nothing. It was up to Asurion. Asurion supposedly closed because it was a weekend. Got a person who said they were with Asurion one time, but she supposedly could not hear me, although everyone before her could. Gave me a phone number that rolled back to the provider NINE different times. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never again! Anybody has to have better service than this. Wireless provider (Cricket Wireless) would do nothing to assist with the issue.

It took many, many hours to confirm that was the case, but finally the tech support gave up and sent out another phone. I called Asurion and they basically told me I had to wait even longer for them to send me out another phone. The customer service rep was very rude and had no interest in accommodating me for the inconvenience.
