My phone's camera is slightly lower quality than before I replaced my phone. But they were punctual and effect with my ability to receive a new phone. I will probably contact my carrier again to get it fixed. Thanks for the support Asurion!

The replacement phone does not hold a charge like my original phone and the phone is super sensitive touch. Sometimes the phones just calls people at random and mute button randomly comes on. The customer service was good but the product sucks.

Since I got this phone, the battery dies extremely fast. At a full charge it's at 50% within an hour or so with minimal internet and phone usage. I take great care of this device having no scratches, cracks, or water damage. Very disappointment with this phone and would like a replacement.

I think if you have a phone for less than a month you should receive a BRAND NEW replacement phone instead of a refurbished one. You don't get a discount on the price of a new one, only now you are paying full price for a used one.

It's no secret I use you guys often, but the past three phones I've received from you have all had something wrong with them immediately upon receiving them. One can't connect to wifi, the other has a failing battery life, the last closed out of apps spontaneously.

I was very satisfied. I received my phone when I was supposed to. I has no trouble switching my phone over. I would recommend to my friends and family. Asurion did a very good job at getting my replacement phone to me.

I was pleased how quickly the Asurion tech came to my home to assess the damage on my iPhone 6. He determined that my phone screen was damaged beyond his ability to fix so he updated my status to cross ship brand new phone. FedEx delivered on time and activation was a breeze. Would recommend. Great job!

Fair but too expensive for coverage for an older model phone. Should charge for coverage for the model and date phone was bought. That sounds fair to the customer. And the customer is always right. Please consider for future warranty contracts.

I have had Asurion for years and they have never let me down. Unexpected things always happen and it is always good to know that one is always backed up by Asurion for whatever the situation. This insurance for mobile devices is worth having. Excellent service overall.

Smashed my phone screen and thought I had coverage. Looked on my bill and saw Asurion so I googled it. Within minutes I had a claim submitted and received my phone next business day. Very easy process. The phone I got had a black spot in the screen edge so I called to see about exchange process and the lady was very nice and helpful. Had the new phone next day. Can't beat that for service.

WORST customer service experience of my LIFE. So horrible I cancelled the insurance. I spoke to no less than 5 different customer service reps including one supervisor. I was told I didn't have insurance. I was told at one point that that was not even my phone number. I will tell EVERYONE how AWFUL my experience was. Then once I got my phone it took 3 calls to activate the device because you didn't even send the ESN number for Verizon to activate it. After 2 days, 5 phone calls and HOURS, YES HOURS of wasted time, I couldn't even get the phone activated because there was NO paperwork sent with the device. You SERIOUSLY need to train your people... and what's SAD IS THAT MY DAUGHTER WORKS FOR YOU. In my 25 years of customer service experience, I've never witnessed SUCH INCOMPETENCIES.

Damaged my Priv and they gave me a choice of a BB10 (4+ yrs old), or a Galaxy S7 which was refurbished. Between the $170 I spent on insurance and the $120 deductible I paid, I could have gotten the Galaxy for $200 on line. I thought the ins. would replace my phone with what I bought, i.e. the Priv. They said they don't make it anymore and I told them they do then she said they were out of stock. I asked for the supervisor who answered with, "May I help you?" Then I heard the dial tone. No one tried to call back. Will never use or recommend Asurion.

I am losing the pictures and also when I put new data in the phone for my contacts it sometimes keeps them and sometime it does not. I went back into Verizon and they told me that when the new phones came out that none of these phones work correctly. Well my old phone worked just fine until I lost it and turned the new one on. I am very disappointed that I did not know that this new phone that I paid 99.00 for will not work correctly I could have just purchased a new phone for 200.00 and had one that works. I paid insurance on a phone for several years and now am screwed for a phone.

The experience went very smoothly. We received the new phone when promised. We were able to get it set up through Verizon with no problems. I have however received a couple of emails stating that the old phone needs to be returned. It was returned a couple of weeks ago and when I called this morning I was informed by your automated system that the phone had been received.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen on my iPhone 6s. I had purchased the 2-year replacement warranty called "ExcellencePlus" through Costco. The plan states it covers "drops, spills & cracked screens". I filed an online claim. The system said it couldn't process the claim so I had to call in. I tried calling a number of times but was on hold upwards of 20 minutes. I didn't get through. I checked online a couple days later and it said the claim was in process. Nothing happened though.
I finally got through to a representative. This was 9 days after I filed the claim. The rep said they didn't have any iPhones in stock. She said I could go to a service provider and get the screen repaired and they would reimburse me. I said I would prefer they send me a new phone when they have it in stock. She said they couldn't do that. She said I would have to call back everyday to see if they have any phones in stock. She said I could buy a new phone and they would reimburse me, but then the "plan would be fulfilled" and I couldn't use it anymore (the plan was supposed to cover up to 4 replacement phones over a two-year period).
The representative was completely unhelpful and the "protection plan" is completely useless. I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to process this claim and I'm still left with a broken phone. It appears my remedy is to call every day, wait on hold for 20 minutes, and see if they have a phone in stock. Or, buy a replacement phone and have the plan cancelled. Extremely frustrating to deal with this company.

After my new phone arrived, I decided to return it. I contacted your customer service rep and was instructed to return it in the envelope that it came with and I would be refunded the $200 deductible. After confirming its arrival back at Asurion, I contacted customer service, was told it was received in acceptable condition, and my refund was being processed. After waiting 2 billing cycles with no credit, I called again and was told I was no longer getting a refund.

The process was fine. The fact that I had to wait for about a week+ to get a replacement was frustrating. I understand that the Pixel is in short supply at retail and so here as well, but it doesn't feel right to be paying for 'insurance' that when needed isn't available to me. If the delay had been longer, I would have escalated it, but thankfully that didn't happen.

I received my replacement phone very quickly! I was very pleased. If ever in the situation again, I don't have to worry about any delay in getting my new phone. Customer service was also helpful in explaining what to expect and what my out of pocket expense was going to be.

My daughter lost her phone in Spain while studying this past semester. Asurion was remarkable in getting her phone to her in a reasonable time. I called on a Friday in a panic and the president called me back to help even though it was a weekend and they were closed.

Once it was clear I needed a new phone, Asurion accepted the claim without putting me through unnecessary hoops and quickly sent me a new phone that is working well. Returning my old phone was an easy process as well.

When I received the replacement phone, I started having the following issues with the phone. First, while I am on a phone call, the earpiece speaker gives me static sounds when I increase the volume. Second, after using the phone the screen gets warm when not in use.

My original phone was replaced due to water exposure and I did get a new one promptly from your company which was nice. The phone I got as replacement is full of issues. Won't hold a charge or even charge with the charger you sent me or others. It gets extremely hot just doing minor things like sending you this email. I have eliminated the apps and tried everything. Resigned to the fact you gave me a lemon. If I pay for a phone and a premium of insurance I expect to get quality back. Not someone else's broken phone that you "refurbish" to make tolerable only with the factory settings.

They claim that they provide replacement phones in 24hrs and it is not true. The duplication of information (inputting on the website and then repeating the information on the form), the confirmation of identity process is horrible and needs to be revamped. I submitted my phone claim on Thursday and did not get through the entire process until Monday of the following week. Every step takes review of at least 24-48 hrs, meanwhile I continued to cut my fingers on the screen of the phone because the screen shattered. I will be terminating my phone insurance with Asurion after more than 10 years as a customer.

Every month there is a payment for my phone to Asurion in the event that my phone is lost or damage. In order for me to replace my phone I have to pay them $200. At the time of the incident I didn't have $200. I had to wait 'til I had gathered the money to be able to replace my phone. Of course, when I call and give them the date I damaged my phone they were quick to respond in saying, I couldn't get a replacement because it was beyond the 60 days. Really? What's the point of paying for insurance if they can't insure you. I finally got a chance to explain why I took so long. The operator spoke with a supervisor and eventually was told that I would get my replacement. They took my card number for payment. Couple days went by and no phone.
I called Asurion and they told me that Sprint had blocked it. I called Sprint and their response was that they have nothing to do with that. They kept pointing fingers at each other. I didn't receive a notice from Asurion of what was going on. I had to call them to find out!!! All they could say is "Our apologies for not contacting you." Up to this point I still have no phone. Asurion is more than happy to take your money. It's now has been over a month since this situation. What is the purpose of paying insurance if they will not help and keep your money. They are horrible for doing this. Do not use them as your insurance.

It was a real hassle to get my replacement phone sent. In the past when I needed one it was much easier. And also the battery life on this phone is just as bad as the one it replaced. It would have been much better to just buy a new phone and have a better battery.

I lost my phone in the lake while fishing. Made a claim online when I got home that Friday evening. A new phone was send the NEXT DAY on a Saturday!!! Less than 24 hours after the claim was made. AWESOME service.

This was a fast and accurate process. Verizon kept up their promise. I received a quality replacement phone. It was an easy process to follow. They tried to fix it over the phone first with remote service. Verified that it could not be easily fixed so sent me a replacement.

Trying to get a hold of someone is a huge pain. First I called and the entire time I was on hold they wanted me to use the website. Once I was tired of trying to use the phone I went to the website only to get halfway done and was forced to call back. When I got a hold of a rep I was informed I wasn't allowed to take care of the transaction because I wasn't on the list (Which I am, I set the business account up and pay the bill). Rather irritating.

The phone I received from Asurion did not work properly. It was returned to Verizon and replaced with another phone, which I was told by a manager was something that shouldn't have happened. I found the whole experience of paying $100 for the crapshoot of a repaired phone that may not work well, very disappointing. No one at Asurion was rude on the phone. I had no problems with Asurion's customer service. It's the process that was difficult.

My phone was lost. I gathered my insurance papers, went to the phone store and asked for and received assistance. Talked to Asurion representative and explained what happened. Had a replacement the next day. No worries. All was well. Thank you.

The Asurion experience was flawlessly simple and fast. The new phone arrived as promised and the return process for the broken phone was simple, also. This insurance has proven to be a great investment and I will continue to keep the insurance as long as I keep having a cell phone.

The service to report the phone and getting it was fantastic, but my phone absolutely does not work. It continually freezes, screen goes blank - I can tell this is not a new phone which is very frustrating. I would welcome any help as I have updated the software, done a restart per the customer service, and nothing is working.

If I could I would not give Asurion any stars. They are deceitful, unprofessional and negligent. I recently contacted Asurion for a replacement iPhone. The original phone we received began to malfunction and the screen was not working properly. Asurion replaced my original iPhone along with my $112 deductible. The iPhone we received seemed to be refurbished and we discovered this when the screen began to lift and cut the ear of my Significant Other and children, then the screen began to malfunction again. I was not sure if I would be able to send the phone back since this was a replacement phone and was not sure Asurion would accept the phone. For safety reasons, we had the screen changed but the phone still was not working properly. I then decided to contact Asurion and see what I could do.
I explained the entire situation even the part that we had the screen changed for safety reasons due to the lifting screen. The gal I was speaking to acknowledged that this was a problem they were having with replacement refurbished phones. I asked her if I could still send it in to be covered under warranty after she explained that I would not need to pay a deductible and it was within a year since the last replacement. I sent in the replacement iPhone and then a few weeks later I get a box with the broken phone and a note stating that the warranty was voided and I now owed $599.99 for the phone and it was already charged to my account.
I contacted Asurion to find out why the phone had voided it warranty and I was told due to the screen replacement. I explained that I did tell the gal I spoke to and she advised me to ship the phone back. I was upfront with what we did. I am not being held responsible for paying the $599.99. Why should I be responsible when I told them the situation. If she knew that by me changing the screen voided the warranty why did she have me send in the phone. I feel like Asurion took advantage of me and lied by telling me to send back my phone. Especially when I only had $100.00+ left to pay for the payments on the phone with AT&T. This is not it. On top of the $599.99 I still need to finish the remaining balance on the payment plan. I don't see how I am responsible for paying the $599.99 when I was upfront on what happened to the phone. This rep gave me the wrong info.
After finishing the installments and paying for the $599.99 as well as the monthly installment payments I have now paid $1700+ for an iPhone 6. This is ridiculous. This is total fraud and Asurion taking advantage of us. Also the next replacement phone is not working properly either and the screen still malfunctions. I think Asurion needs to take responsibility for the mistake and I am also holding AT&T liable as they have provided their consumers with this insurance carrier.

The claim was handled poorly. I was told that I didn't have insurance multiple times. However, I escalated and someone else said they could see it. My claim wasn't processed timely. I had to call in 5 times and escalate to the office of the CEO. They kept saying employees of Verizon are handled differently. I was told my supervisor would have to call to verify insurance was on my personal line, which he doesn't have access to. Just wrong information time and time again. Very disappointed. I'll be cancelling my coverage. The replacement phone is not in good condition.

Experience/service was good. Product was not. The iPhone 6plus does not work properly. Apps will not open, screen changes on its own, unable to make calls, text and does not respond to touch. A white bar appears on top of screen. Reboot does not improve product.

Replacement phone process went very smooth! Each person I spoke with from Asurion was very helpful and pleasant. It arrived when promised. We were able to get phone connected and we were connected in no time. I have Asurion protection on other phones on my plan also.

Asurion replaced the broken iPhone in a very timely manner, they were very easy to work with. A postage paid envelope was included so we did not even have to pay for postage to return the broken phone. I will continue to carry their coverage on our cell phones.

The replacement qualification form was fair, brief and straightforward. Following that, I promptly received my replacement iPhone6 within 24 hours and immediately returned my damaged phone. The replacement iPhone6 worked perfectly and actually outperformed the one I returned. I am thoroughly satisfied with the Asurion insurance coverage that I have used on all three phones for many years in my Verizon account. I plan to continue using Asurion always.

Not as easy as advertised. The process was not smooth. The person on the phone was interrogating me like I was not telling the truth. I am not sure your service is worth it. Plus the "lost my iPhone" portion was tough to do when the phone is BROKEN!!

The process was easy and simple enough when I had to replace my phone. However one of the main features I use is the camera and the replacement one is awful. I can take a picture but it's blurry and not focused. I haven't called to see my options but my camera was such great quality and now it's not.

Fast Service, but, phone that was replaced didn't seem new, had a small scratch on the glass. I sent my old phone in the same day and weeks later was called by a recorded message and said I would be charged for the phone if I didn't return it. No way to speak to a live person.

It was so simple to go online. Enter your information and the new phone arrived the next day. It comes with an easy envelope for the return that you can drop in your mailbox. The speed is great because you have no downtime. Excellent job and only wish it didn't cost so much.

I needed a replacement for my new iPhone, which was found shattered on the ground. I went to my carrier's store, where I was advised that Asurion would replace the phone after an insurance claim was submitted. I went home that night and submitted the insurance claim online. It was quick and simple, and Asurion sent my replacement phone within less than 24 hours. The process for returning my damaged phone was simple as well. Asurion provides an envelope for the customer to send the damaged phone back to them. I was completely happy with my experience with Asurion.

After spending the $199 deductible for my iPhone, I started to think back when my deductible was only $50 and what I find a little difficult to digest is that when you buy a cell phone it is new from the factory, but when you have it replaced it is a refurbished phone. I have had crashing issues, stalling issues and after all the updates and calling Verizon for some technical support the iPhone is still sluggish and sticky. I would try to get another iPhone, but after all the trouble one has to go through to reinstall everything and update stuff, weighing the time it takes to do everything necessary to get the replacement phone to whatever 'normal' level is for you and have it not be a value added experience, is depressing to say the least.
I like my iPhone 6S Plus, but the original iPhone was much better and if I would have done a little research before I filed my claim and paid the $199.00 I could have had the screen changed for $100.00 with a lifetime guarantee and a killer screen protector... The clam experience was virtually painless because I didn't need to talk with anyone.

My iPad was replaced within 48 hours of being lost. Got new iPad downloaded from the Cloud. Only lost handful of pictures. I am extremely pleased with rapid response and quality of service. First, it's frustrating that I pay $10 a month for insurance, then pay $200 for a replacement phone, just to get a refurbished phone. Might as well just pay full price for a new one. It's the same difference at the end. Second, my replacement phone came with defects. When I make calls, the people on the other side cannot hear me — only when I have my phone on speaker phone. In other words, when I am in public I cannot have a private conversation without everyone hearing my entire conversation because I have to have it on speaker phone at all times.

Fast service, no questions on the replacement. I am so thankful that we had warranty on this phone. Even though the phone was in a life proof the can still be damaged. Lesson learned, I highly encourage people to use a screen protector anytime they have a phone unless their case covers the front.

Having the insurance was a lifesaver. I got a new phone within 24 hours and saved my vacation from being ruined. It was a very quick and easy transaction. Everyone was very helpful through the process. Without the insurance the cost of a replacement phone would have been too much.

My phone's power button got jammed in. Could not turn it on or off. It would just keep trying till the battery died. Filed a claim and paid about $200 only to find out they did not have a Pixel XL available. (Would be 3 to 6 week wait.) As I use my phone for work and needed it ASAP I had to get the Pixel... a lot smaller. Not happy!

The replacement phone came already on and overheating. It overheats every time I charge it or use it over a few minutes. It overheated so bad the screen messed up and it burns my face. I feel I was overcharged because of the quality of product I received.

I didn't realize that the insurance that we carried for our iPhones from AT&T was going to provide a refurbished phone. I got my phone today and it locked up when trying to identify the wifi in our home. I got in my car and went to the AT&T store for them to unlock and set up my phone. Got it loaded and went back home. By the time I got back it was HOT. So HOT that I can't hold it. Googled and turned off location services which helped to cool it down. Meanwhile the battery isn't holding a charge. Awesome. Have called and am having yet another phone sent. I hate Asurion and do not recommend at all.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Asurion. It was easy to file the claim and the phone was to me in less than 24 hours which would have given them 5 stars. However the phone they sent me was defective and the screen would not work. So another 24 hours later I was on my second phone. I am thankful that they will replace if broken but sending out a broken phone is not acceptable. They also do not have a plan in place if the 2nd phone or 3rd or 4th phones are defective. Which is discouraging because, if it happened, I do not want to be without a phone for that long or have to buy a new one knowing I won't get a usable phone. Overall I am happy with the speed of getting the phone but concerned to use the insurance and still not having a working phone.

After filing my report on the website, I was told that I needed to call the representative to confirm information. So I called, and was told I will receive a phone call in 24 hours to confirm information. No call for 2 days so I called back and was told the same information. Why was my shipping/order put on hold? Never received an explanation and I needed my new phone quickly.

Great service provided. Never had issues dealing with Asurion. They get your phone to you quickly and even provide warranty, their customer service reps are very respectful and courteous and now they can even find you a location to have your screen replaced for half the cost.

Horrible customer service. Trying to get a fraudulent charge removed for 2 months now. Spoke with both Asurion and Sprint Corporate. Neither company communicates with the other or knows what the other is doing. Keep getting notices about a past due amount for the fraud charge.

I was pleased to receive my phone quickly. There were no issues setting up or moving files. That was the good. Phone was in good condition came complete with battery, SIM and charger - again Good. However, I don't know if it is the battery or the phone... but I have to charge it twice per day. I am not operating anything more or differently than I did with my previous phone. In that matter I am very disappointed. Within minutes of starting it up, the battery level drops to 90%... by the end of the day. Note: no WIFI being used and there is no "searching for signal". It is down to less than 30%. In that I am very very disappointed in that I will have to shell out $50 for a new battery. :(

I had purchased a new phone from Verizon and on the same day when I went in to pay the claim I called Verizon 30 minutes later to cancel the claim. They never cancelled and did not refund my $49 deductible. They had an incorrect address on file and sent a replacement phone that was never received. They claim they sent another one, yet that one was not received. The customer service people I encountered for two weeks ensured my check was in the mail. Finally, when I reached a manager she explained that the claim was denied and that they will send another phone because they could see the address was incorrect. So now I'm out almost 50$ and don't have any replacement phone. Lies, all lies! Shame on you Asurion. #rippedoff

I was happy overall with my experience. I was confused because the instructions said to place the damaged phone in the envelope or something along those lines. However, it came with a fold up slotted sleeve protection type of plastic and cardboard. I used the sleeve it came with and mailed it, but I was not sure if that was what Asurion wanted exactly. Other than that the replacement was a bit pricey at $150.00. I am almost due for an upgrade, and I was thinking it would be $100.00 from past experience. One of our phones the screen cracked and then the screen turned black. I was able to go online and tell you what happened to the phone. It was an easy process to fill out all the questions online. Had to get a second replacement phone as the first phone had screen issues as well as software issues. But the person that helped me on the phone with my 2nd replacement was top notch. The 2nd replacement phone has worked well thus far, has "locked up" a few times which is annoying, my old phone never did that, and had to have reset, has scratches on the case, but it's covered by my phone case, so not a huge deal.

The service was very prompt after I visited a Verizon store. I received a brochure telling me how to go online to my original phone missing. So I received the replacement phone and paid the $200.00 deductible. After receiving that phone within a few days I mailed the newest back and chose to have my original reactivated. I sent my HP Notebook f387wm (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) to Asurion for screen repair and they sent it back with a regular screen, but mine was a touchscreen. I sent it back in for correction and when I got it back I noticed that on start up there was a battery failure notice that wasn't there before I sent it in for repair the 1st time. After start up finished I noticed my battery wasn't charging and I got suspicious. I took the battery off and checked it out, only to find that it was the wrong battery for my laptop. After searching the internet and finding a manual for my laptop model # I am 100% certain that the battery I currently have is NOT the original one that came with the laptop. The battery clearly states that it has a power output of 10.95Vdc, 2670mAh. The laptop input is 19.5Vdc. (I rest my case.)

My experience with your service/company was excellent. The only issue that I had was this: I had a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 in gold. When I went to order the replacement using your online service, it told me that that phone had been discontinued, so I had no other option except the Galaxy 7 Edge, which I did not want. However, when I called to speak with a representative, I was informed that there were other Notes, just in a different color. I would recommend that you offer the same phone, but available in other color options, as a replacement on your website.

I contacted you regarding my son's phone that was stolen while he was in Spain. The process to have the phone replaced was hassle free and for that I am appreciative. HOWEVER... we originally made arrangements through you to ship the phone to my son who is studying abroad in Switzerland. But then found someone going that could deliver it. You NEVER indicated that we needed to speak to our provider or suggest there was anything that needed to be done. As a result, our son has a phone and that is useless as it had to be activated in the US in order for it to have service via our provider, Verizon. There was no way for us to know that phone had to be activated. This has left our son in an unsafe situation and that he has over 2 1/2 months with a phone that is inoperable. Except for when he is on wifi. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.

I was shocked and disappointed with the amount of the "deductible" for replacing my Samsung Note 4 after it became damaged. I had an occasion to use this insurance a few years ago and was subject to a $50 deductible. This time the "deductible" was $149 for a "refurbished" phone. After paying $10 per month for this insurance for over 2 years, I would have been better off saving my money and buying a new phone myself.

My first replacement phone was defective (could only hear if on speaker phone). The replacement was a hassle to get including multiple phone calls to Asurion to people that couldn't help (told me everything from must call from different phone to call different number even though they gave me the one I called). Finally got replacement and it doesn't work well either (dies at 20% battery randomly, ringer for phone and vibrate defective). Such a terrible experience.

All I did was pay my fee, which was really cheap even though I had a brand-new, really expensive phone! It was in my mail the next day -- as promised, and extremely easy to set back up. They let me keep my SIM card, and provided packaging to send my old phone back without having to pay for stamping. It was so, so easy. I hope I don't ever drop my phone back in the toilet, but if I do, I'll make sure to come to Asurion.

My phone was stolen and while I was able to protect it from being invaded, I was lost without it. Thankfully, I wasn't without it for long. Asurion got a new phone to me overnight! While transferring all that data isn't easy, getting a new phone was. What a relief!

The phone arrived in the mail the next day like they said it would. It was easy getting things set up, but shortly after receiving it the phone freezes up a lot. So my son has to turn the phone off several times a day to restart it.

Submitted a claim and devices. The first phone not functioning properly. Same thing with the second one. Third one worked. If I have $150 deductible I should get a phone that works the first time. Sounds like your QA people are being trained well enough. Get it together.

I have had a very bad experience dealing with replacing my stolen phone. The 1st phone replacement came quickly but the person on the other end of the line could not hear me speak. The 2nd phone, the Bluetooth didn't work.

Phone came quickly. Disappointed that the phone was not in the best shape. Replacement phone had dirt in the charge port and was slightly scratched. Would have liked to received a phone in good shape after spending 150 bucks. The phone did work properly other than the used quality.

My issue with Asurion has nothing to do with customer service but only with the phones they provide as a replacement. When you pay $30/month for insurance and a deductible of $199, you should not get a refurbished phone but a brand new phone. I had to go through 3 refurbished phones which all arrived defective before they sent me a new phone. It was an aggravating experience as each time I had to get the newly arrived phone up and running only to find a major problem.

My husband's phone got to the point where he no longer could make or receive calls and we sat down and made a phone call to get a new phone. The folks made it very easy and he got his phone in less than two days!!!

I set up service to replaced my cracked screen and they said they would be out the next day between certain hours to repair my phone. They charged my card and never showed up, they never even gave me a call. I had to call into them an hour after the latest time they said they would be there. They told me at that point that my work was too far away from my home address to do the repairs (10 miles). So I tried to set up for the next day and they said I had to fill out a affidavit and send it back to them. So I did and waited 24 hour for them to respond and say that it was good.
I set up another screen replacement then for a day that I was home, again no call no show and they charged my card a second time. I called in and requested to speak to a supervisor and advised her of my situation. She said she will get a new phone out to me the next day and that she will get my money reimbursed. The new phone showed up the next day and I returned my old one. Reimbursement didn't happen for over 6 weeks to where I had to call and ask about it. I then saw the reimbursement the following week. The only reason they get one star is because 0 stars is not an option... thank you for wasting my time and money!

4 out of the 5 people I spoke with had no idea what they were talking about and were rude. I will never use this service again and will tell others to do the same. Please train your customer service reps to be knowledgeable about the insurance and to not just tell me to go online to solve my problem.

There is a difference between a new cell phone and a replacement. When I answer a call I see a blank screen and have to hit the on/off toggle to see who is calling. Also, a number of my contacts did not transfer over. I will reconsider insuring my next new phone.

I had dropped my phone. It was easy to replace. This is the 3rd time I've damaged a phone. The claim was easy to submit and it was sent in 2 business days. No problems whatsoever. It was very easy to file a claim.

Once through the pre-recorded selections, the customer service provided very professional, rapid service in the replacement of my damaged phone. The phone came in as reported date of arrival. Once the phone was fully charged the new phone was married to my account and after verifying the settings, email, contacts and pictures the new phone was ready for use. After verifying the old phone was 100% wiped and no data was remaining I placed the phone in the mail for return to Asurion.

Both my wife and I had both phones go between 30 days and we were never without a phone for more a day or 2. Definitely best money ever spent and I would recommend to anyone to make sure they have insurance. It's been a hassle free experience since I joined Asurion.

I went into Verizon on a Monday and ordered a replacement insurance phone. The phone is supposed to be delivered overnight to be received the next day. For some reason the Asurion representative told me not to give my Building and Apt. number, so the delivery would go to my main office. The phone never came. I had to reorder it on Wed. On Thursday, they sent the wrong phone. I then received an LG V20, which they convinced me to take, which is better, and then phone didn't come until Monday. The phone does not work. I refused the charges for this phone. It drops calls, and the screenshot never works. This experience has been a true nightmare.

The service was great but, I haven't had this phone a full month and I started having problems yesterday. My volume button doesn't work now and the screenshot function stopped working. I'm sending it back. The help and the employees are great but this particular refurbished phone is not holding up. I'm not really that happy.

I have to say that the amount of time I have been trying to get my money refunded is totally ridiculous!!! MY first call to was on April 3rd, in which I told the rep that we did not have to have the phone screen fixed because it was not broken rather the screen protector was and would like a refund. Was told no problem and I would receive it 3-five business days. So, I called back the following week and was told that the refund not go in until the 7th and it will take up to ten days. Again I wait, call back on the 25th and now told that it was never finalized and that they put it through, and another 3 days. I wait until after the weekend to see.
Today the 29th I call back and am told the same thing, not put through and another three to five days!!! It would have been faster with a check!!! ON May 3rd it will be a MONTH!!! I want my money back!!! I have never had a refund take as long as this, and feel that I am getting a runaround! I am so upset!!! Their system needs to be fixed. Not good customer service!

My claimed was first denied then later accepted. I later find out the phone I have is not available and I will wait up to 7 days to maybe get replacement. No other phone or solution offered. I cannot wait 7 days. I am required to have a phone for my employment. I will never ever do business with this company again. Insurance without a solution is not insurance. Just a waste of money.

No hassle about filing claim! Got replacement device the next day! No out of pocket fee other than the deductible which was very reasonable. Returning was little to nothing with return package slip included and you could call and have UPS pick package up. The process was easy and will refer family and friends.

I've used Asurion multiple times, and normally it is very smooth with no problems. This time however I made a mistake, I put an old phone of mine in the envelope and accidentally sent it instead of the one that was damaged. I called MULTIPLE times, and was told there was nothing that can be done until finally getting somebody that told me to call back a few days later and maybe they can catch it and send it back to me, which was an easy way for them to get off the phone. I understand that I sent the incorrect phone, but it couldn't be so difficult to just send it back to me and let me send the correct one back. I even offered to pay shipping, was told no and hung up on over and over, was put on hold for 45 minutes one time so they wouldn't have to talk to me. Very unhappy. Would love some assistance with this. Call or email me if somebody wants to help **.

1st replacement didn't work - they sent another right away. Noticed that our second replacement phone is refurbished - I thought we were suppose to get a NEW phone. 2nd replacement works fine though. Also don't like having to give my credit card number. Even though we were not charged I had to give the card number before they would send the replacement.

Original iPhone got damaged so I filed a claim with Asurion. Paid my $100 deductible to get a replacement "refurbished" phone only to have the microphone go out on the phone less than 70 days later. They don't care though because they only will cover the replacement phone for 60 days. Now they say I have to file a new claim, pay a $100 deductible again, plus then they will then drop me from the insurance. This is fraud if you ask me. They are cheating people. I feel like there is some law being broken here. They have all the power and we just have to take it... Not right!!

I had to submit a claim for a replacement phone as my original was having issues. I was upset that you all sent me 3 refurbished phone that I had to return, all with the same issues. The touchscreen on each of them did not respond correctly to commands given. Having to take the time to call back and submit another claim was a pain however Asurion was accommodating each time. I finally asked for a new phone, not a refurbished... Asurion accommodated and now we are happy with a perfect working phone. Just thought it was strange that each refurbished phone I received presented the same problem, so I wanted to submit a review so perhaps this can be looked into. Enjoying our new working phone. It delivered in less than 24 hours so that was awesome. I did notice that the headphone jack was crushed or something but seems to be working fine. Not exactly sure. Other than that it got here quick so no complaints. Thanks for being around so I didn't have to pay for a whole new iPhone 6S.

The phones were replaced in a timely manner. The credit for the 2nd charge took too long. But in the end the transactions were handled accordingly. Although the replacement cost is a bit pricey, this would be a part of your service that should be reviewed and tweaked.

Asurion customer service has blown me away. The replacement phone we received had issues with a black spot on side of screen within 3 days of using. I didn't call it in right away due to lack of time then the spot started to grow bigger and touch screen use was compromised. I called in and they had a replacement on the way. Very happy with your service!

The process of getting the phone replaced was simple and straightforward as I have done it before. The problem is the phone itself. The product had scratches on the screen when I received it and the GPS does not work correctly. The phone cannot find itself the web browser and everything, internet or data related is excessively slow and every app or device or tool that is related to or uses your location does not function assuming due to the lack of GPS communication therefore I am very dissatisfied with my replacement device.

My old phone had been stolen and when I got my "new" phone from Asurion I couldn't activate it. When I called Asurion the customer service rep didn't know what to do. So I called Verizon and they helped me get it going. The Asurion rep was "clueless" and not helpful at all. I expected better service but was disappointed.

The service was great but the expense was higher Than expected. $149 copay was a little excessive in my opinion considering my new device is a lower cost item than the device lost. Note 5 replaced with S7. It is my understanding that the S7 is a newer model so the replacement was acceptable.

We were very please with how quickly and easy it was to have the insured phone replaced. We did not know we could have submitted the claim online and went into our Verizon store. The specialist, Sammy **, was very helpful in getting our claim submitted. We had our replacement within a couple of days. I would recommend Asurion to anyone who asked if the insurance is a worthwhile investment.
