My phone was stolen and replaced as per the policy and the online process was excellent. The phone was received in a timely manner and the replacement was great. No hassles, no fuss. Back online in no time at all. The replacement was in like new condition.

I was looking for how to contact you today. I am very unhappy with this device. The battery is garbage. It shuts off between 50-30%. The fingerprint doesn't always work. I pay too much money to you to get a crap device. Very unhappy customer.

The whole process was easy. I filed a claim online. It's very easy to use not complicated at all. The whole process was fast simple and here the next day! I absolutely loved it. Would recommend this to my friends.

The phone I received was very clearly a refurbished phone, which I totally understand and would be okay with. However, my phone starts to die at anywhere from 56-37% and it's unpredictable and unreliable. I wasn't happy with my replacement.

Asurion did a fantastic job replacing my phone in a timely manner. The only issue I have with the replacement is Asurion being printed on my phone clearly stating it is refurbished. I don't enjoy paying an extra $11 a month plus an additional $200 for a claim only to have a phone that now feels like a hand me down.

My wife literally filed the claim at 6 pm and it said my son would have a new phone the next day and we kind of laughed and said "but that's a weekend so it will be Monday before we get it." Nope. The very next morning we had my son's new phone and it wasn't even out of commission a full 12 hours! That's the fastest service I have ever seen! Good to know as all of our other devices are insured by Asurion as well! Thanks again!

This unknown company charged my Mastercard $149.00. I disputed the claim and closed the account with Mastercard. Mastercard issued me a new account and Asurion Wireless Insurance again tried to charge 149.00 to the old account that had been closed.

They replaced the broken phone in less than 24 hours. I would recommend this company to all of my friends, and tell all my friends to tell their friends and family members as well as me telling everyone I see.

The service itself was excellent. I did it all online and had a new phone about 36 hours later. Very pleased with that. However, this replacement phone does not hold a charge for very long. Very unhappy with that. I will be contacting Verizon to see what can be done about getting yet another phone that will hold a charge for longer than a few hours.

I Accidentally washed my phone in the back pocket of my pants had a replacement phone one and a half days later. The replacement has been working great and was back in business in short order. I would happily recommend using Asurion to others.

This was a very easy to do process. All phone prompts were easy to follow and informative. When I was connected to the customer service person they answered all of my questions and concerns. They were also very friendly. Overall, excellent experience!

It was an easy process. The guy at Verizon walked us through it. Phone arrived a few days later. I was hoping the copay wouldn't be that high, but that's life. No problems. We had a very helpful salesman who made a breeze.

We were paying for phone insurance for 3 phones for almost 5 years. Asurion was agreed to replace one of our 3 phones, but when me and my son wanted to replace our iPhone 5s after using them for 4 years and we were offered another old model (iPhone SE). When we called customer service they offered us the new model but for the full price. Asurion now doesn't let us replace it online and we had to call again. The representatives were transferring me here and there, asked me for non-existing numbers and proofs of purchase for our 5-year-old phones and so on. Honestly, it took forever. We now want to close our insurance, and we'll never advise it to anybody. Waste of money and time. Thank you, Asurion.

My experience was overall good, I received my new phone promptly. Upon receiving my new phone I was not aware I had to send my broken phone back to you or get penalized with fees for not returning it. I am kind of confused on why I would have to send it back when I pay a monthly insurance fee in the event it breaks, lost or stolen. If I were have to lost it then would I have to pay a higher fee to replace the missing phone? If that's the case then why am I paying a monthly fee for insurance? You agree to insurance fees and have a deductible to pay once you initiate a claim?! Please explain.

I recently "drowned" my phone and was pleased to find out that I had taken out insurance when originally purchasing my phone. I was very pleased with the service I received when calling Asurion and was impressed with the customer service. BIG THING: I received emails telling me to turn off "Find My iPhone" and to reset my phone. Before you send those emails, you need to send an email telling us to upgrade our phones to the latest setting and back them up if possible. I spent 5 miserable hours trying to restore a back up of my phone. I got lucky, but this stress could have easily been avoided. PLEASE CHANGE THIS!! Overall, this was a great experience. The phone came super quickly and the packaging made the entire process easy (besides what I discussed above). $99 was a very reasonable price. I would recommend this service to friends. One other thing: I think the included SIM card should be optional. I didn't need it and now I have an extra SIM card and nowhere to put it. Great experience overall, but BACK UP PHONE first!!

The initial claims process was very easy, I especially liked that they overnighted the phone to my office so I could get it activated right away. The replacement phone screen stopped working after about 48 hours so I feared that getting another replacement would be a difficult process. After about 10 minutes on the phone with a wonderful customer service representative, my new (new) phone was on the way and arrived the next day. Best customer service I have received from insurance thus far, my only complaint is that I wish every other business cared enough to provide such wonderful service to their customers! Asurion should look into providing customer service lessons to other businesses!

The service was great. I appreciated the fast delivery of my device. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Since my device had to be ordered none were in stock. You far exceeded the time frame in which I was expecting my phone by a week which I was very impressed with. I highly recommend everyone to obtain their insurance thru Asurion.

Was very impressed with the extremely quick delivery of the replacement phone. It was shipped the night of the reported damage, and arrived the next day by early afternoon. Was also very easy to return the damaged phone, just a quick drop in the local mailbox.

Found the process difficult. Made at least fifteen calls before I was able to get my phone and get it working because the coordination between Apple and Asurion was poor. The majority of people I spoke to were pleasant and helpful. I hope I never have to go through your process again.

I will be dropping this coverage very soon. For the price I pay per month plus the deductible, I could have bought a brand new phone not someone else's refurbished junk. The 1st phone I received died within 24 hours. The 2nd one I received is ok but still a used phone. The customer service was good but for the price, this plan is not worth it.

Headphone jack does not work. I did nothing and have an OtterBox. It has not worked since I first used phone. It only works if you tilt the phone and hold the wire. Everything else was fine, but I was expecting a phone that worked completely. It would be wonderful if this could be fixed. Since, we pay for your services every month.

I would have preferred to make the claim by phone but my call was disconnected several times. I tried to complete the forms online but was disconnected twice and found the instructions about the affidavit very difficult to follow. When I thought I had completed the forms I submitted it. It was several days before I found out that the affidavit I had submitted was not acceptable. It was difficult to find the affidavit form and to completed in the format you needed.

The service was good. The phone that I was sent is having issues. It freezes up on the lock screen. Won't open just a black screen. Have to reset the whole phone In order to get back access. My old phone never had this problem before it was damaged.

There is not a direct number for me to speak directly to someone. I had to call 1 million numbers just to get a person. Secondly nobody could walk me through how to deactivate my phone from iCloud. To this day I don't know if it has been resolved. No one has notified me so I am not happy with that at all. Communication is very poor.

Was not pleased that first device had to be taken to Verizon store to activate, however was unnecessary trip because instructions for phone were outdated. Subsequently found out technician did not document transaction properly on screen for replacement phone. Then found out phone was replaced with refurbished item that malfunctioned. In the end I received a new phone that I love! Thanks! All reps were professional at all times. I do appreciate that.

The phone you guys sent me is as bad as the one I returned and I called and was told I need to call from another phone to test it. I straight up told the lady the phone was froze up. I'm regretting paying the insurance for another phone. Never been so disappointed. $200 and I can barely use my phone a 1/4 of the time.

Upon presenting malfunctioning phone to Verizon, your rep was contacted authorizing new phone and arrangements to send you broken one. New one arrived NEXT day with clear instructions for return. Very impressive response. Payment deductible was reasonable. Speed was important because leaving country in a week.

Not much of a problem getting the phone replaced, a little hassle with sending in the forms, never was told all the forms did not get received until I contacted them a week later. Once they got the forms the phone came. Maybe send an email out saying it's not complete.

I received a broken phone. Within weeks the glue is coming off and causing the phone to lose charge. I've been trying to get help from your company and Verizon and received no help. I don't feel I should have to pay another 150 for a phone I did not damage.

Insurance is there to help when you have a problem with the item that you're insuring. I was having technical issues with my phone. Even a Verizon technician said my phone was defective (battery & brightness issues). When I contacted Asurion I was told they couldn't do anything because my screen had tiny chips on the corner. Long story short I had to pay $149 to replace my phone which is ridiculous. I'm not paying for insurance on my next phone. I will take my chances.

My phone vibrated into the dish water. I called Asurion, the person I spoke with was very helpful! I received my new phone the next day. I set it up and I'm back in business. The only thing I'm not sure about is whether you received my damaged phone. I wrote the claim # on the envelope. Other than that, I would surely recommend your service to a friend!

The replacement phone we were given was defective. The touch screen was intermittently unresponsive to the degree that the phone was at times unusable. My son at college using the replacement device did not end up returning it on time.

The phone I received as a replacement does work as well as my old phone. I have difficulty calling out and I've been told that with incoming calls, it goes right back to voicemail and the phone makes a short hum sound a lot while I'm talking.

Numerous messages to remove the lost iPhone from the iCloud account. The phone was removed from the account. We even took screenshots. Yet they continued to send emails and call saying they were going to bill me for the phone if it was not done immediately. It had a $65 case from the Verizon store. What they sent was a thin piece of clear vinyl that will barely protect against scratches.

Phone had been knocked off a couch or table by large dog and landed on a hard wood floor. Phone face was shattered and phone would not turn on at all. Normally I do not have a problem with Asurion. THIS time around was awful. It took several phone calls, several chats to complete this return. The very first girl I spoke with was rude and unhelpful and told me I was just mad that she wasn't saying what I wanted to hear. (She may need some coaching and development since she is paid to provide customer service and empathy.) It was an iPhone, and even though the phone was smashed and wouldn't come on, we went onto the iCloud to remove it at least 5 times, only to keep receiving calls and emails that it had not been done. In any case, I guess/hope that all is resolved now. Thank you.

When I realized I had broken my tablet, Verizon showed me how to file a claim. I did so online and the process was easy and quick. I got my new tablet in just a couple of days. Verizon helped me set it up and life resumed normalcy!

Before you charge us the deductible it should be explained that you cannot mail a replacement phone to a student that lives in dormitory housing. Totally dissatisfied that my daughter had to find an alternative address to ship her phone to. Totally unacceptable to find out after going through the whole process. Also the online claim process is terrible and needs to be more user-friendly. Hope I never have to go this process again.

The first phone you sent was 2 different colors and the second one wouldn't turn on at all. I kept the twin colored phone. Shuts off a lot and always freezes. Terrible replacements. The phone is terrible. Super terrible.

The new phone has features that were downloaded and are worthless for me. Also, the battery life is only about 7 hours with it on power save mode. The upgrade has added Kindle and things such as that. It is hard to get the screen to work since it is not sensitive to the touch.

Phone is not fully functional. The phone's GPS function DOES NOT WORK! I have restarted it, reset it, downloaded different map apps. Nothing is working. You sent a defective refurbished phone, and I would like a replacement.

Super fast turn around after claim was submitted. Phone was actually there next day as promised in our area that is nearly unheard of. Would recommend this insurance for anyone that has the potential to damage or ruin a phone. Online claim was pretty simple to fill out and return envelope makes it easy to send the old phone back.

Had my Galaxy S6 replaced due to cracked screen. Received my new one the next day. Battery barely stays charged. Have to continuously restart it. And the call speaker is so faint you can barely hear people when they are talking to you. Not very satisfied at all.

I have been promised my replacement iPhone for two months, sent the cell back to them with assurance of replacement, including purchase receipts. Then received call they were sending me costs of phone because they had no replacement. I have been promised a call from Montreal, check and nothing. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.

Called for dishwasher repair on 04-21-17. Sent someone out on 04-25-17. I have been getting the run around ever since. There is a part that is needed and has been discontinued. Each day I call Asurion they say they will call back within one business day to discuss. It has been almost a month and I am no better off. Very very bad customer relations experience. They try to discourage you to just "give up" because calling them is such a time consuming experience and you get NOWHERE!

I have Verizon's Total Mobile Coverage, so when my LG V20's screen was cracked all I had to do was some quick internet search, found the Asurion website, answered some simple questions, and my claim was processed immediately with my new phone in my hand the next day, put my old phone in the provided return envelope, and drop it in a mailbox, and done. The whole process was by far the best insurance claim process I have ever had.

We got our phone timely but needed help with turning off find my phone cloud. We tried it but didn't work. We switched to Sprint and don't have an iPhone and only two days before we are charged for not turning it off. No help with the websites just want a person to help.

The right side of the screen of the replacement phone does not work all the time. Something is wrong with it. Can't use some of the numbers on the keypad or when texting, several letters are not possible unless I rotate the phone to put the letters at a different location on the touch screen. Service for timing was great and change over directions were good.

I lost my cell phone in transit from Sydney, Australia to Detroit, Michigan on United Airlines. It was not found in Sydney Airport, San Francisco airport, airport lounges, or on planes via San Francisco, after 3 days of search. It was replaced within 24 hours of reporting the loss by overnight courier.

The paperwork was easy to fill out and send, had no issues there. The new phone was sent quickly and had worked great. They didn't have the same color (silver) of the phone I had, and I got a different charger but it still works. Overall a good experience.

Too costly, the cost to purchase a new phone was ridiculous and not a brand new phone. I think a new phone should be included. I'd hoped for more customer service in activating the phone this was lacking considerably. I had to go into the store to get help when it was alluded that all could be done following the instructions in the box.

The claim was very easy to process and the replacement phone has worked out great. The new phone was mailed promptly and it was very easy to send in the damaged phone. I would recommend this insurance to my family and friends. My son is happy to have a working phone.

I had no issues with your company, until I received a call. You said you hadn't received the return item sent to you. The item in question was returned to you in a timely manner in the return prepaid envelope. Please consider this matter over and done. As a reminder look at your receiving department prior to contacting customers asking for broken devices. And wanting to charge $300.00. Got it GOOD!

I had dropped my phone in the toilet, water damage. Tried rice, didn't work. Called, they were very quick and friendly, they gathered up info and helped me get set up to get a new phone. Received phone next day. I couldn't figure out how to transfer data so they were very quick to helped me with that. They were very polite and helpful through the process. It was a great experience. My new phone is working fine, always remember to not put your phone in your back pocket, because it's easy to forget.

This is not the first time I've used Asurion. Years ago I had my first iPhone for less than a year when I needed a replacement and went through 2 replacement phones before I had one that "worked". Years later nothing with Asurion has changed. My battery on my iPhone 6 was wearing out and I contemplated purchasing an upgrade or simply using the insurance to get a replacement.
My first replacement was horrible. I went to Verizon to have the phone activated and immediately attempted to make a phone call. After much frustration I realized the microphone didn't work. I could only make a phone call on speaker phone. I was leaving to go out of town and had to make do. I put my destination in the GPS only to realize the GPS did not work! I tried downloading apps and the location in the phone just didn't work. Worst road trip ever. So I eventually got another replacement. I spent hours doing another content transfer. And realized when setting up the security on the phone, the thumbprint recognition feature did not work. In fact the touch sensitivity on the phone is off. I couldn't get back to the home screen so I've had to set up a home icon for when the home button will not work.
To top things off. I let Asurion know multiple times that I cannot turn off the find my iPhone feature on my original device. I was locked out of my iCloud account and have also been on the phone with Apple multiple times only to be told there is nothing they can do except for me to create a new iCloud. Even so I have received an Email stating I have 10 days before I'm charged $500. The suspense and headache has been a nuisance. I wish I would have just purchased a brand new phone instead of dealing with this for the past month and it's still ongoing. I've spoken to so many of Asurion's representatives and only ONE has been knowledgeable and pleasant - some think you can take a battery out of an iPhone or are just plain rude. I can assure you I will never pay for Asurion insurance again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. Every replacement phone is NOT checked thoroughly, but a rather useless, refurbished POS.

I was a little disappointed that I got a refurbished phone (iPhone 6s) with pen marks all over it. Also the headphone jack was missing the white piece inside it that keeps the headphones in tight. I understand I broke my phone but 11$ a month plus 200 dollars for a refurbished phone is a little ridiculous.

I filed a glass repair on my Samsung Galaxy S6 to be replaced onsite. After the tech botched the repair twice on within 2 hours and then left my phone useless, I called Asurion and they stepped in and offered a complete phone replacement for the cost of the glass repair to be delivered overnight. Awesome experience with Asurion. I had no problem on the phone with them or had no problem whatsoever getting a new replacement phone. I was up and running in 24 hours and they paid postage to have my other phone returned. I did not like the $149 fee because I pay $15 a month for insurance. But who does like the fees. I also like the fact that they did not have my particular phone in stock so they were forced to upgrade me to a newer model at no charge to me. Overall it was a great experience

The service associated with the iPhone replacement process was fine, but the quality of the product was a disappointment. I assume sending a refurbished phone is allowed by contract, but the one sent won't charge beyond 75%. The fix was to send it back and start over with another phone. This is a royal pain to do and a big inconvenience. I chose to keep it and deal with the shortcoming. Quality control is extremely lacking. If systemic you will have a hard time justifying your cost.

I had a pretty good experience with my replacement device! The Asurion employee on the phone made a great effort to make sure I was taken care of. They did not have any LG V10 available at the time, so she upgraded me to a LG V20 instead. The only problem was that it was on back order and it took Asurion about a month to get my replacement to me. I was lucky enough that my old phone was still operational for the duration of the delay. Also she did not mention to me that the new phone has a completely different charger, so to my surprise I had to buy about 4 new chargers. I love my new phone now though! Thank you Asurion for replacing my old phone and upgrading me to a new one!

My son fell off a boat into the ocean while on a fishing trip. We were in a family vacation and we tried to dry it out, left it alone for a couple days, and tried to charge it. Nothing worked and it was dead. Salt water I guess. I went to my Verizon store in town where we have our family account with 4 phones on it. I have insurance on both my children's phones. They explained how to get in touch with your company and their website. I explained the entire situation to them, paid the $180 or so, and the new phone was delivered the very next day. The replacement phone had somebody else's email address in it when I went to set up my own. I would have been better off not paying the insurance and just snagging a used one online.

The cost to replace my device was $149 not including the monthly fee I have already paid. This is much too high for a device that is 2 models out of date. A cost of $50 for this model phone is more appropriate. Otherwise replacement was relatively easy.

The first phone sent to me was the wrong device. The second device did not work properly AT ALL. Dropped calls, no one could hear me, "sounded like I was underwater", I'd be reading mail and the screen would shut off, back to home screen... and on and on. I finally returned it at the store and got a brand new phone, because your refurbished replacement phones are basically JUNK. Not happy with the products you replace with and the customer service was adequate at the most and frustrating as well.

I broke my phone on Monday, and we were set to go out of town early Wednesday morning. Asurion got a replacement phone to me by Tuesday evening, but by Friday of that same week, the replacement phone was shutting off and draining battery from 40% to 0% in a matter of minutes. On top of that, the Touch ID would stop working off and on. If I am going to pay money each month for insurance coverage, plus a deductible to use the insurance I'm already paying for, I ought to at least get a working phone.
When I called to report the bad replacement phone I was offered yet another refurbished phone until I told the sales rep I was going to do an early upgrade with Verizon and cancel my insurance coverage. At that time I was offered a "brand new" iPhone 7 without going through Verizon so I would have no contract. We were not allowed any refund of our deductible for getting a broken replacement phone.

This is the first time that my experience with Asurion left me less than satisfied. I didn't get my phone on the day it was promised and I received 4 or 5 confirmation numbers before anyone could tell me how I could track my phone. I have a daughter in the military and she needed her phone before reporting back to her duty station and obviously this never happened but Asurion did not hesitate when taking out the fee for the phone. After it was all said and done I should have been reimbursed for my troubles. This was an awful experience.

It was not the best experience because the price was high amount for a product that is horrible. I pay how much for insurance and when I got the phone it would have delays within a month and I did not download many apps or anything. Also the headphones broke after three uses and I don't blast my music. This is horrible service and I am upset that I paid this much for a phone and appliances like this. Oh also the shipping in itself was a problem but I know that is not the company's fault so I'll save that for another complaint.

Besides having to call repeatedly and explaining my situation to numerous customer service reps (I use that term loosely), who all seem to not be able to read any notes that the last rep left on their system, they stole $339 from my bank account. I had a customer service rep look into it and said they made an error in withdrawing the money because the phone was received and signed for the same day and the withdrawal was not meant to come out at all if they received the damaged phone and even if they didn't it was not scheduled until the end of the NEXT month.
He said I needed to fax them a copy of my bank statement (cause that is not too personal to prove that THEY took my money), and once received they would call me and let me know they have it and that they would be fixing the charge. I faxed it and received confirmation that the fax was received... no call. Called back a couple of days later. They said they didn't get it. Faxed it again, got confirmation, no call. Called them back again. They said they didn't get it. Went to my bank and had them fax the information again, where my bank also told me that Asurion did a Point Of Sale withdrawal of the funds NOT just a hold on it should the damaged phone not show up. Still no call, until I sent an email to Asurion after yet another customer service rep was of NO HELP at all.
So then the office of the CEO contacts me to say, "Oh we received your fax (funny it came after the email but days after I sent the fax)." She said she will forward it on the accounting department and get back to me. She called back two days later to say "Sorry the accounting department says they can't see that transaction. They only see the one where the deductible for the claim came out." I said "Well I sent you proof that there was a point of sale withdrawal to Asurion on the date and the funds came out." She said she would send it back to accounting again.
Then today called to say again, "Sorry we can't see the withdrawal on our end, is there anything else we can do for you???" Are you serious? You haven't done a thing for me but steal $339 and raise my blood pressure. I should have cancelled my account right from the start when I called the phone number they had printed on their return envelopes to ask a question and the number was actually for their competitor who laughed and said they get those calls all the time and gave me their correct number. These people are crooks and I will be going to the Better Business Bureau, my bank, Freedom Mobile, and any blog where people need to know if a company is reputable or not to tell them what these people consider customer service and ethical business.

The professional service and speedy processing of my claim was a wonderful delight. And I am especially happy I received an upgrade phone at no additional charge. My only complaint is the charging cord for my device is abnormally short.

The phone was returned promptly. My damaged phone was a total loss and a new phone was provided. Not knowing a great deal about repairs or how to handle this situation, I was very pleased to receive my new phone promptly and easy to understand instructions as to how to return the damaged one.

My charging port broke on my phone and I had a replacement the next day. The customer service representative was understanding and did everything she could to help me out. Even got me a newer model of the phone I had. Amazing service!

There should be no reason a legitimate request is denied. Enough money is sent to this company that all requests should be honored, whether it is broken or internal. Not everyone registers equipment with more than us consumers we should be afforded that right and courtesy. I received my phone in a timely manner. The consumer should also be told if the product received is new or refurbished. The return was effortless.

My Teenage son damaged his new smartphone. A baseball cleat punctured the screen while in a separate pocket of his backpack. Thankful we purchased a warranty plan when upgrading him to a smartphone. Seamless replacement of phone! I would highly recommend Asurion to any cell phone customers.

I had a very bad time the first I contacted you guys. I was given the wrong phone and carrier and was not happy and was treated very poorly. I had Verizon call and help me. Did not help when I got my new iPhone. I did not get compensation for my troubles. It helps when you do things like that. I was on the phone for 4 hours.

Once we got through Verizon to you we got speedy service, but it was two calls and 35 minutes of jumping through hoops to get there. Now we are having issues with the replacement phone and will be calling this weekend to see how we can fix those issues. So it has been a both good and bad experience.

About a month ago, I accidentally ran over my phone with my semi-truck. Thank goodness my wife said we're keeping insurance on it, so I was able to get a replacement phone in no time. It's like I didn't even break it. It was very easy to set my phone back up. My wife received it and had no problems getting it ready for me. ;-)

Samsung 7 cell was replaced after screen got small crack. Phone matched phone replaced. It arrived quickly. Only drawback is the amount to pay since the phone owned was already paid in full. However the service was professional and responsive.

My replacement phone is messing up. When I try to take pics, it glitches every time and the flashlight button glitches. I'm not happy at all with this phone. I would like a new replacement phone. I'm not happy with the phone you sent me.

Mine was damaged and after a short phone call a replacement for a similar device was sent. I received it within 2 days with very clear directions on how to set up the new phone and return the old one. The person who took my claim on the phone was courteous and handled things promptly.

I contacted Asurion on a Saturday for a replacement device for my daughter. The company gave great direction and instructions regarding the process. The phone arrived on Monday. I was able to receive the phone when they advised us it would come and then returned the broken device. I am glad we had the insurance in this instance. Thanks for the service.

My device was delivered in a timely manner. When I called support for help with setup; the agent was knowledgeable and patient. He helped me get my new device set up. The new phone works as expected; I haven't had an issues with it up to this point.

This phone is worst than the one I had feature-wise. I can't afford another $150 to replace the replacement. Just sucks. Probably won't get insurance again. It's not worth it. Just get a new phone next time and deal with paying for that.

I lost my phone in the airport before leaving for the easter holiday. I called the next day and received a replacement phone the day after that. However, the battery died, so I called and they sent a replacement for that one and I received it in another 24 hours. Unfortunately, that phone didn't charge properly and was dying, so I called again and they sent me out another phone. Third time was a charm. I got a brand-new phone (the first was new, the second was refurbished) and it is working great. I don't love the new $250 replacement fee to get a new phone but they don't hassle you and they do send a replacement out right away. They did apologize for the issues I had and the new replacement phone is guaranteed for a full year, so I'm very happy now.

The phone (LG G4) arrived quickly, setup was easy, but after using the phone now for a few weeks the touch screen does not work most of the time and the camera does not focus very good. Have to turn the phone screen on or off with the button on the back of the phone.

Service was great. Only disappointment was I had to choose a rose gold iPhone 7 Plus because the glossy black was out of stock which was my original phone. I really wanted my black one back but my screen would have fallen off by the time the black was restocked.
