    The iPhone 6S that I received is not working properly. Specifically the camera does not focus properly when taking pictures. The picture quality is very subpar.     I am giving only two stars because, although the replacement time for the device was quick, the actual replacement phone was of terrible quality. I placed the refurbished phone in a case and put on the tempered glass screen protector and the very first time I dropped it on the ground (only from a seated height onto the dirt), the screen and the back of the phone cracked! It looks as if the back of the phone is made of cheap plastic the way that it broke. And the glass front screen crumbled, even with the case on! I am extremely dissatisfied with this service, especially considering I still had to pay so much!

    The ease of filing a claim and how fast the turnaround was for the claim was fantastic. I do think the $200 deductible is a little high, though. I've been paying $11/month for coverage for over 6 years without incident.     I was originally promised new device due to defect and overheating of a replacement device received only weeks before. I then received a new phone, however it wasn't the phone I already had, it was completely different model. Then told they can't promise a new phone and that I was lied to by previous rep. Took over a week to get correct phone out after several attempts with multiple reps that did not do what they said they would. I was hung up on at closing time and had to wait till next day to finish claim. Then rep did claim then canceled claim and never started new claim to ensure a new device like I was told. So had to wait several days over weekend to get another claim started when it should have been done already.

    Finally when I did get a claim started following Monday, I didn't even get what I originally started off with. I got my phone in a completely diff color and still got refurbished phone even though I was promised a new phone. I was charged $199 deductible for a like new phone to find out my phone is not even being produced anymore, which is why I received a different color. All in all horrible experience, by the way I'm 9 months pregnant, and stress of whole situation not healthy for me or baby, neither is being without a working phone for a whole week. I would never recommend this service to anyone and I did file a complaint with Verizon, regarding this poor service.

    Honda Gold Wing 2015 Navigation card - The original card didn't work. I called and the staff was so helpful... They walked us through the procedure and waited to see if it worked. When it didn't work, they told me to send it back and they would send a new one...     To be fair, they did respond quickly. But that is the only redeeming thing here. I rate my experience low for two reasons: 1. After paying 17 months and then a $150 deductible, I could just purchased a new phone. 2. Asurion only gives refurbished phones. The phone I received does not work right. It drops calls, apps stop working in mid-app, and worst of all, the battery only lasts about 8 hours out of the box. I should have filed a complaint and returned the phone. However, I went down this road years ago with Asurion and they would only send more refurbished phones. I gave up after three phones last time. I knew better than to carry this insurance but somehow I fell into the trap again. This time, I just bought a new phone on my own. Never again will Asurion get my money.

    I've used Asurion before and always got my phone the next day. This time around I ordered it on a Friday & it was supposed to come Saturday. That didn't happen at all. The phone came on Monday & I was very upset. Then when the phone came it had little light spots inside of the phone when you power it on. Now every time I FaceTime it cuts off mid convo smh.     I submitted a claim on 6/13/17 and had to submit documents 3 times. On 6/14, I called them. They were incredibly rude and after being on hold awhile told me they didn't get the documents. I submitted them yet again and was told I would be contacted within 2 hrs. Got email saying I would be contacted within 24 hrs. Nothing. Called 6/16, again they were very rude and put me on hold for awhile. Told me I had to cancel service for the phone and cancelled the claim. When asked why they didn't notify me, they had no answer.

    I resubmitted the claim, but it wouldn't allow me to change the shipping address. Called again, still rude. Told me I couldn't until I submitted the documents. I asked how when I had to enter the shipping address first, they couldn't answer. Finally got it submitted, but no access to shipping address, so no idea where it's going. Got email saying I would be contacted today. I have yet to hear from them. I'm so mad and frustrated.

    I dropped my notepad (LG G Pad x.3) and broke the screen. Called, told them what happened, and started a claim. Had to wait till I got paid, then called, paid, they shipped same day and I received a new one the next day as promised. The only bad thing was that I had to pay more to get it replaced then I paid for the pad itself! I had gotten this pad on sale for $69.00 and had to pay $99.00 to get it replaced!!! They say they go on the actual price of the product and they don't have time to check how much was actually paid. What a lame excuse!!! I thought the price was based on what I paid for the product.     Really disgusted with this service. First I spent 4 hours on the phone to get my insurance claim. I have a old Galaxy S6 Plus in gold. I call to file my claim and they tell me that all they have is black. Have no better options but to downgrade with them. So I received my product the next day that was supposed to be new with black marks on my screen. What kind of business is this? I am very dissatisfied with this and disgusted that every month they take my money to insure my phone that I purchased new and to end up getting the wrong phone and bad customer service. I will never use them again.

    Two weeks after purchasing a Samsung 8 plus, my granddaughter had an unfortunate accident when she was entering her classroom and her jacket caught on the edge of a desk at school. The only part that I was a little concerned about was that I kept receiving messages telling me to turn off "Find My iPhone" even after I had followed all the steps to turn it off.     I received a replacement phone for my broken screen. The phone took many attempts to turn on/off. After 2 days the "sleep" button stopped working. I filed a complaint and was asked to jump through more hoops by printing and verifying my identity, then was told I had to pay another $150 for quite possibly another garbage remanufactured phone.     I've used this care plan probably close to a dozen times over the years, for various items. At first, I gotta say that it was basically trouble free, other than usual of not being able to understand what the rep on the phone is saying. But I can honestly say that with each claim it has become harder and harder to complete one with these people... It's now almost to the point of ridiculously impossible. The majority of mine have been with cell phones, but there has been a few on gaming equipment also. I quit buying big ticket electronics, such as TVs, laptops, etc. from Walmart a long time ago. Personally, That just never did seem to turn out good at all. But I do like the Straight Talk no contact cell phone plans, and have used it faithfully for years. It's just too bad that the durability of most cell phones hasn't improved yet.

    Long story short, I currently have an $80 claim on an LG treasure still pending after being UPS'ed back to them at least 2 weeks ago, with a broken screen. And I'm not nervous when it comes to enquiring about it. Cause back when I first called them to check on my claim status, all of a sudden I get stuck in what these jerks called the "Random Product verification process", which takes up to 3 business days to complete... Random my **.

    And those 3 should of been up on 6/12 and here it is 6/16 and still no e-gift card in my inbox, or anywhere else for that matter and after numerous emails and at least 2 maybe 3 phone calls, these scumbags have pushed me to the point of giving up and no longer caring about any of it and left me wishing that I could shove that product care plan and busted phone up Asurion's **... And don't foresee anything changing anytime soon. And I don't know what else to do. I am done contacting them, because it is completely useless and their lies and fake apologies only infuriate me even more. Chalk it up as a lesson learned I guess. You can safely bet that I'll never purchase another one ever again!!!

    I was so happy when I realize that I have placed the insurance on my new phones. My wife was at Fiesta Texas in San Antonio and we bought a pouch to put her iPhone in. The pouch was supposed to be waterproof. Unfortunately it wasn't. When she walked out of the water park the phone was flooded in water. We try to dry it for several days. There was nothing that would turn this thing on. Yes I immediately call my insurance provider and it was such an easy transaction. By the following day I had my new phone.     I was sent a phone with a little crack in the camera. I didn't think much about it. It did not affect me. Now a month later I was answering a call and my finger broke the glass on the camera. I called and the lady I spoke to told me it was my fault, and void the warranty.     New phone came in excellent condition, instructions were clear on transferring data. But, instructions were unclear regarding SIM card. They stated that if you receive a new SIM card in the package, to insert it into the replacement phone for use. If it didn't come with a new SIM card, use the one from your original phone. I received a new SIM card, put it in the replacement phone, and after hours of frustration trying to make it work I just put the original SIM card in and it worked. The instructions need to clarify this. I didn't know what to do with the new SIM card, so I just put it in the envelope with the damaged phone and sent it back.

    I got a phone a month ago. Over the month I've noticed that sometimes my pictures come out foggy, and at first I thought it was because my case or smudges on the camera but I started seeing moisture under the camera glass. This past weekend water was spilled on the phone that is supposed to be water resistant and even though we quickly dried it. The next day the phone was acting up and I could see water in the camera on front and back of the phone. I tried several methods of drying the phone but eventually it stopped working.

    I called to see if the warranty covers it but I was told if it shows any signs of water damage I could have to pay up to $300. I am upset because I believe the phone was letting in moisture and malfunctioning before the water incident and it is supposed to be a water resistant phone. I do not believe I should have to pay $300 for a phone that was not in pristine condition to begin with. I am very frustrated and I will not pay for or use the insurance option ever again in the future.

    I paid the $200-ish dollars for a replacement Galaxy S7 Edge. It took a couple of days to get everything back up and running...apps, passwords, photos, etc. We hadn't tried the camera until about a week or two later and found that it was defective. I called in and was told I had to reset the device before a new replacement could be shipped out. Though I kind of understand the policy a reset would have wiped out all the work I put in to getting it back the way it needed to be and I wouldn't have had another phone to back it up to for call logs, text messages, etc. I opted to pay to have the camera replaced out of my own pocket.     To all the consumers out there please DO NOT BUY protection plan from ASURION. The description they have is not accurate. If they can't fix the computer they will just DENY the protection plan you had with them. I send in my laptop because I spill coffee on it and it won't turn back on. They send me a letter saying they found a roach inside the laptop so they are Cancelling the coverage. After I called to find out about it they say they send me a service agreement in which they mentions that. Be careful with these people. Give extra $10.00 and get SquareTrade warranty.     Past experience with Asurion had been excellent. Recently had to have my 6s replaced. Could not charge the phone. Phone arrived next day. Could not recognize SIM card. Returned it followed by a replacement that when making a call the person I was calling could not hear me whether using the speaker or not. Received a replacement not on current version so when setting up it could not restore until it was set up as a new phone, upgrading to current version and then restoring from iCloud.

    The monthly premium I am responsible for is included on my bill and the cost of the replacement automatically debited to my account. Maybe because this all happened over a week when I was trying to communicate with doctors and hospital staff about a family member emergency medical condition in which I was the contact person added to my extreme frustration.     Replacement phone doesn't work properly. Constantly stuck in 3G vs 4G. Terrible reception. Regularly disconnects and drops data connection. Bluetooth won't recognize any devices. Replacement model was identical to my broken phone. I know how phone SHOULD work. Overall TERRIBLE quality control by your company.
