Everyone I spoke with was very attentive but Warren. I spoke with him twice and each time he seemed a little off, maybe I was just the phone call he got after dealing with someone that wasn't very nice. Other than that, you guys were great and I appreciate your business.

I returned my first Asurion replacement iPhone 6S because the speaker stopped working. Now my second Asurion replacement phone will not retain a charge longer than three hours. I was planning to call to ask for another phone. Please let me know how I should proceed.

For my Galaxy S7 edge... fast service. My screen was shattered and I got it replaced within the next day, but after a few weeks the backing came apart. I called and right away was able to schedule a replacement phone to be mailed to me at no cost. The customer service personnel seem to be very understanding. Would definitely recommend to others.

Broke my phone, stupid me, without proper protection on it. I went to my carrier and submitted a claim on my Asurion insurance. Within 2 days I had a new phone in my hands, with no hassle, no questions, no problem! They also provided a return envelope for my broken one, with postage paid. First time I've ever needed the insurance that I've always carried, and I'm grateful it was this company!

Fast replacement was greatly appreciated. A lot of paperwork for verification, but worth the hassle. Proof of who I am should be covered through Verizon sign up, log in, etc. Replacement phone worked perfectly and activated without hassle.

I was very pleased with the service and how fast I received my 'new'/refurbished phone. But the phone I was sent was defective. So I had to call in for another one. Was told to try different settings on the phone when I already did everything that was suggested (even though I shouldn't have to do anything in the setting to get the phone to work properly). It created an inconvenience.

I was so glad I had this coverage when my iPhone 6 128GB took a swim. The process was super fast and easy. The device is identical to my old one and works fine. Setup of the new phone was easy, but I got a little confused with the activation. Verizon helped me out with that part.

I keep getting phone calls saying that the phone that I returned is still tied to an Apple ID. According to Apple that phone is not tied to any ID. I do not want to get charged $500 for a phone that I've removed from Find My iPhone as required.

My son's iPhone 6 was actually bowing (bent) and not working properly. Not sure how that happened. Anyhow, Asurion had a new phone to him next day. Instructions were all very clear and return postage paid envelope provide so simply dropped old one in mailbox. A+ customer service. Glad we have this insurance on all phones.

The online firms were easy and user-friendly. The whole process was Amazing and easy and I was very satisfied with the customer service. The phone arrived the very next day and I was able to have it mailed to an address where it would be signed for. I would highly recommend this company.

While every representative is supportive, I would presume your system has not allowed 4 of your team members to send me a copy of my claim from January so I could get reimbursed from my credit card company (I don't remember which credit card was used). A minor fail from years of good service.

Phone is working okay. When receiving the phone I felt very stressed about setting up the phone and sending it back to Asurion but Verizon Wireless helped me to activate the phone and helped me to delete everything in the phone before mailing back to Asurion.

My phone was on its last leg after a tragic fall from my pocket a month or so earlier. I went to the Verizon store expecting to have to buy a new phone, but I really liked the phone I already had. When they told me I had insurance and could get a replacement for $99 I was so happy. But when they said I could get the replacement in the mail THE NEXT DAY I was floored. I had a little trouble setting the phone up, but the Verizon folks straightened it all out very quickly. THANK YOU!

New phone came in excellent condition, instructions were clear on transferring data. But, instructions were unclear regarding SIM card. They stated that if you receive a new SIM card in the package, to insert it into the replacement phone for use. If it didn't come with a new SIM card, use the one from your original phone. I received a new SIM card, put it in the replacement phone, and after hours of frustration trying to make it work I just put the original SIM card in and it worked. The instructions need to clarify this. I didn't know what to do with the new SIM card, so I just put it in the envelope with the damaged phone and sent it back.

I was 100% shocked that I got my phone on two days... over a weekend!!! I left for vacation the next day! The service I had over the phone was also phenomenal! It was the best experience one could have when the worst thing that could happen happened before vacation!

I got a phone a month ago. Over the month I've noticed that sometimes my pictures come out foggy, and at first I thought it was because my case or smudges on the camera but I started seeing moisture under the camera glass. This past weekend water was spilled on the phone that is supposed to be water resistant and even though we quickly dried it. The next day the phone was acting up and I could see water in the camera on front and back of the phone. I tried several methods of drying the phone but eventually it stopped working.
I called to see if the warranty covers it but I was told if it shows any signs of water damage I could have to pay up to $300. I am upset because I believe the phone was letting in moisture and malfunctioning before the water incident and it is supposed to be a water resistant phone. I do not believe I should have to pay $300 for a phone that was not in pristine condition to begin with. I am very frustrated and I will not pay for or use the insurance option ever again in the future.

While traveling in Ireland my wife lost her cellphone. When we reported our loss Asurion wanted to send a phone to us but we decided to return to the States to settle our claim and I must say the lady handled our claim most professionally and with utmost courtesy. These people expedited a phone to us within 48 hours. The service was impeccable. I would recommend these guys to anyone with a cellular unit.

The only issue was that the Asurion Rep was not versed on what to do if your phone screen was cracked but still worked. She was not tech savvy so I ended up going to the APPLE STORE. It worked out fine but shouldn't the reps understand the actual issue? SIGH. Thanks for the fast turnaround on everything. I would definitely recommend using Asurion.

I am about to send back my 3rd replacement because it does not work. I wonder if reject phones from other customers are being recycled and replacements. The turn time to send New/used phones was short which is good. It is a great inconvenience to have to boot up a new phone multiple times in a matter of weeks!

After ordering my replacement phone, I was informed I'd receive it by the next day. It did not show until the third day. The phone I was sent has randomly shut itself off a dozen times since I received it. I'd like an iPhone 6s instead of the replacement 5s I was issued. Thank you.

Your company really needs to have your customer service representatives take a customer service class and if someone pays for insurance on a monthly basis and pays a large amount of money for a new product they expect to get a NEW product not a refurbished one!!! Horrible insurance company.

I paid the $200-ish dollars for a replacement Galaxy S7 Edge. It took a couple of days to get everything back up and running...apps, passwords, photos, etc. We hadn't tried the camera until about a week or two later and found that it was defective. I called in and was told I had to reset the device before a new replacement could be shipped out. Though I kind of understand the policy a reset would have wiped out all the work I put in to getting it back the way it needed to be and I wouldn't have had another phone to back it up to for call logs, text messages, etc. I opted to pay to have the camera replaced out of my own pocket. Horrible experience. Would not recommend your company for insurance.

The process is great, very convenient and user friendly. Also very fast. I would highly recommend this insurance plan to anyone with kids who have smartphones. I think the monthly pricing is fair. The deductible could be a little lower considering you get a rebuilt phone. Probably $100 would be better.

I got my phone the next day which was awesome! It worked great for the first two weeks. Now it only charges on a whim and doesn't hold a charge up save its life. I loved how expedient the company was but the quality of the phone was nothing more than subpar. Not the best experience I've ever had.

I removed this insurance. Yes they replaced the phone quickly but it was a used phone. Also the fact that my mother had to pay 150 dollars for an old used phone didn't make it better. I've been a customer for 4 years and never used insurance. The money we paid you guys could have been saved to buy a new phone. Another thing is you guys are quick to charge without even checking to see that you charge double on what we needed to pay off the phone.

To all the consumers out there please DO NOT BUY protection plan from ASURION. The description they have is not accurate. If they can't fix the computer they will just DENY the protection plan you had with them. I send in my laptop because I spill coffee on it and it won't turn back on. They send me a letter saying they found a roach inside the laptop so they are Cancelling the coverage. After I called to find out about it they say they send me a service agreement in which they mentions that. Be careful with these people. Give extra $10.00 and get SquareTrade warranty. They are better. My Amazon order # is **. With Tax I paid $140.81.

I understand needing to speak with the account holder for filing a claim. AFTER waiting and waiting to finally talk to a rep, I'm told I need to be the account holder. I had the account holder call back, verified the info. I call the next day still unable to complete my claim, "I need to speak with acct holder..." IF ONE REP spoke with the acct holder all reps should see that in their system, why keep having a customer call back...

AWFUL INSURANCE. They were more concerned about my water damaged iPhone and turning off iCloud so they can sell it before trying to help me get a replacement phone. They would not help me until iCloud was disabled which is hard when your phone is damaged AF. Paid $200 which was steep and they didn't even send me the same exact phone. Will cancel and get AppleCare next time!

Past experience with Asurion had been excellent. Recently had to have my 6s replaced. Could not charge the phone. Phone arrived next day. Could not recognize SIM card. Returned it followed by a replacement that when making a call the person I was calling could not hear me whether using the speaker or not. Received a replacement not on current version so when setting up it could not restore until it was set up as a new phone, upgrading to current version and then restoring from iCloud.
The monthly premium I am responsible for is included on my bill and the cost of the replacement automatically debited to my account. Maybe because this all happened over a week when I was trying to communicate with doctors and hospital staff about a family member emergency medical condition in which I was the contact person added to my extreme frustration. I shared the importance of my communication needs, however I received no letter of apology or credit from Asurion even though I have been a faithful client.

Replacement phone doesn't work properly. Constantly stuck in 3G vs 4G. Terrible reception. Regularly disconnects and drops data connection. Bluetooth won't recognize any devices. Replacement model was identical to my broken phone. I know how phone SHOULD work. Overall TERRIBLE quality control by your company.

When I bought my S8, I bought insurance with Asurion through Verizon, without knowing that such a basic and commonplace repair as screen replacement for the Samsung Galaxy S8 64GB Black is simply NOT available. Certainly a suspicious move on Asurion's part... opting not to insure screen damage for one of the most notoriously fragile devices on the market... ALL without being able to give any definitive reasons for why the model is currently not eligible for this type of coverage. Perhaps Asurion works well for other makes and models but if you have the Samsung Galaxy S8, Asurion insurance simply and inexplicably cannot help you for anything less than full device replacement.

Warranty return - Quick and easy but had a hard time identifying which iPhone had been damaged to turn off "Track My iPhone". But I just turned off all the iPhones and will reconnect at a later date. My phone had cracked with the screen protector on. Technician had come out to place of business to replace screen. After he'd replaced the screen, the keyboard did not work. He actually further damaged my phone and I would have actually just preferred my cracked screen. Contacted Asurion asking for refund because the tech was the one who damaged my phone further and received no response. Sounds likes a scam when a tech further damaged your phone forcing you to pay an additional $79 for an entirely new phone totaling $170 after screen replacement as well.

I did not deal with anyone from customer service directly. But I will say, this service in general is wonderful. Just a month or so ago I had to file a claim for the first time and the process was smooth and easy, and just yesterday I had another accident. I had to file another document verifying I wasn't claiming fraud and the price was still the same, as was the convenient shipping and ease of process. The phones are always delivered promptly. You make buying insurance worth every penny.

We had 2 replacement cell phones that ended up being defective. We spent hours at the Verizon store trying to figure out what was wrong with them and to see if they could make them work. Verizon couldn't get them to work. It seems like there are some quality control issues with the refurbished phones. Seems like someone needs to make sure they work before they send them out to customers.

I made my report of a damaged phone, on one afternoon, and received a new replacement cell phone less than twenty-four hours the next day, along with a no postage required return package for the damaged phone. I had dropped my Samsung Galaxy 7 and the screen cracked, but even worse, the jarring apparently destroyed some of the internals as well. I use my phone mostly for business to receive calls and keep up with email. This happened on a Friday, and I was leaving Sunday for out of town meetings. I had two identical phones. Both with broken glass. You fixed one with replacement glass the other you made me get a replacement phone. No one could tell me why. Your customer service sucks and the people were rude. Only telling me that what the computer says. No one had the ability to override the almighty computer. Not even the so-called upper management.

Your service response was quick and perfect. I tell everyone how trouble free and quick I received a new phone. At no time did I feel like, when I filed a claim that I wasn't going to run into road blocks. The only time that wasn't great was picking out a new phone. Unfortunately the phone I had was not in production anymore and I felt like the phones I had to pick from were not as good as the phone I had. Other than that I have no complaints. Excellent service.

The process was good, the people were helpful. We had to replace the replacement due to a faulty touchscreen. Now the 2nd replacement phone has less memory than our original phone, the battery dies quickly, but at least we did not have a lack of communication for more than 2 days.

Damaged cell phone. Went to Verizon store and the manager of the store filled out the request for the cell to be replaced. The phone was sent to me via express mail in 48 hours. The phone was activated and 90% of my contacts intact. Will recommend your company.

I had already returned the first phone because the volume on the phone was so low. The second replacement phone has the same issue, so I just gave up. My original phone was drowned during a military exercise. Asurion replaced my phone the next day. The first replacement, however, was a refurbished dud. It would not respond to button or screen commands. After 2 days of trying to work with it, I called Asurion to send another replacement. Another phone was sent the next day, and it's still working like a champ. All in all, Asurion customer service was good. I would give them a 5-stars, but the first replacement itself had to be replaced. Glad to trust Asurion with our phones, speaker system, and TV!

My phone quit working and I went into Sprint store. They said it's a manufacturer's problem and to file w/ insurance. Went online w/ Asurion and filed claim and was told my phone would be sent next day. I did not receive it but I did get an email stating I would get it in "5" days!!! I called company. Said this was not acceptable as I needed to be out of town in the next few days. After getting hung up on 3 times in which I was not being verbally abusive or anything of that nature, I finally was connected w/ a "customer care rep" who contacted UPS and intercepted the package and said she WOULD have a phone OVERNIGHTED to me. She "ASSURED" me I would have it!!!
The day I am to get it I get an email that didn't even make any sense but it said, "We have shipped your device. FEDEX picked it up from our facility on 6/15/2017" however it's only 6/10/17??? What does this mean exactly. So of course I called and was told that they had NO IDEA why my email says that but that I should get the phone on June14??? I requested to speak to "CUSTOMER CARE" because apparently they really CARE, and was told, "Oh we are sorry it was not overnighted but that you should get it maybe the 13th or 14th??? Why do I pay for this insurance??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE!!!

I cracked my screen and wanted to get it replaced. I filed a claim online. Had to wait for the part. Asurion canceled the claim because it wasn't fixed within 7 days. The part came in, the store called. I tried to file another claim and it would not allow me to file it. Went to the store and spent an hour on the phone with Asurion while at the store and they couldn't file the claim either. Your solution, send me a new phone for the same $79 even though all I needed was new glass. Phone comes in, go to finish the claim online, you try to charge me $199! After wasting another hour or so on the phone, and talking to a 5th person, your solution is to send me a new phone for $79.
Finally after about 2 weeks and wasting at least 3 hours of my life, I have a new phone that I didn't need. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. After reading this, what would you rate yourselves? How are you going to improve as a company after hearing about my experience? I will not hold my breath for a response.

My initial experience with Frank was very pleasant. When he transferred me to the next representative, she was rude and refused to process my claim or transfer me to a supervisor without explanation. I had to go through Verizon to get the issue resolved and was then given a courteous rep who was able to process our claim. They had our accounts confused with another claim and insisted that we were not following the terms and conditions. I was very put off by this experience.

I do not send faxes... ever. It's an outdated, old, and increasingly difficult thing to find, and once you do, good luck. After paying per page (when you can simply use an iPhone to take a quick photo and send it instantly!) you can only hope it goes through. So, I had to make the trip to FedEx. Sure enough, after all this, 2 pages went through; the other, Asurion told me, they couldn't read properly, even though all 3 pages were identical in darkness! I had to go back yet AGAIN, pay more money, and hope this page went through, all the while without a working phone!
Finally received the phone... and it had to be SENT BACK. All the phones they send out are old ones, so good luck with problems. This phone had a lot of issues. I will never, ever deal with a company that is so old-fashioned that it makes you send faxes. Plus, for the $10 a month (times 2 years) I paid them for this insurance, plus the $150 for this old phone, I could have just purchased a phone right at the Apple counter!!! Waste of time and energy, and $$$!

My granddaughter's phone screen went black suddenly and it could not be repaired. I called in to Asurion and had a replacement in less than 24 hours (went from an iPhone 5C to the iPhone SE) with double the GB for the deductible of $100. I would have to have upgraded her phone and be paying an additional $30/month otherwise. Love this service and would definitely recommend.

I feel by paying for insurance you shouldn't have to come out of pocket when something happens to your phone, that's what insurance is for. It's supposed to cover that without any additional money out of pocket but other than that I loved how fast I received my phone so thank you.

Broke my phone screen on the lawn mower. Sent it in for replacement and new phone has very very poor battery life. I don't want to pay another $199 to have it warrantied so I think I'm stuck. I was very dissatisfied with this claim. The representatives were nice. The problem was it took approximately two weeks to receive my replacement because my S7 Edge was out of stock. This is a very common phone and it was out of stock. Luckily my glass was only broken and I didn't lose it or I would have been without a phone for two weeks. I was disappointed in that I only got the body of the phone and nothing else. For the amount of insurance, it seems a while phone could be replaced. No back, no battery, no charger. I had replaced another phone with the other insurance and a complete phone with charger was sent.

I was sent a refurbished phone that overheated, battery took over 4 hours to get a full charge, screen would enlarge on its own and then it would take me an hour before I could get it back down to right size and make it operable again (couldn't even turn the phone off), and phone kept going into a "no service" state. I was totally dissatisfied with the replacement phone. They did end up sending me a brand new phone after my complaints, but for all the money they make from you insuring your device, the replacement should always be a new phone in my opinion.

I needed to replace a broken cell phone and you were very timely and helpful throughout the process to make sure I got everything done correctly. My only complaint is that I feel the insurance is high considering the deductible and amount each month since I have only made to make one claim since using it and that's on one phone, have never had to use it on the other two phones so have considered dropping it.

I got my phone within a day of breaking my old one. I thought that was great. I do think you guys should open stores where you can go in and get your phone replaced on the spot. That would be really awesome but still to have a new phone within a day is really quality service if you ask me. I do think that with having to pay the monthly fee to have the insurance I shouldn't have to pay $150 when I need a replacement. In my opinion the price should be a little cheaper because of the monthly fee but either way honestly I am really satisfied.

The phone I received turns off on its own, the battery life is short, and the phone itself is slower than my old phone. When the phone turns off I have to hold the top button and the home button for 10 seconds before it turns back on. It's happened multiple times.

After filing a claim with Asurion to replace a water damaged phone that was purchased just 5 days earlier I was sent an affidavit to sign which I did. I was told I would be receiving a second email within 3-6 hours where I could then pay to have the phone replaced by the next day. After waiting a full 24 hours I contacted Asurion to inquire about the second email that I never received, nor did they bother to contact me at all. I was then told my claim was denied due to not having ins. I contacted my phone provider and they confirmed I did in fact have ins.
I then called back to let them know I did have ins. and was then told I needed to call my provider to get proof when I last used the phone. Just one runaround after another. Will never bother to purchase ins. again and I still have not resolved this issue because my phone provider says they can't tell when my phone was last used. It shouldn't matter. I pay for the ins. plus have to pay $50 for a replacement so why does it matter when I used my phone last. Just a lousy company to deal with.

I accidentally sent Asurion my damaged device before I transferred all my information over from it to my new phone. I contacted them immediately to see if they were able to return the phone to me so that I could transfer the information and then send it back. They told me they were unable to return the phone because it was against their policy. When I asked why that was their policy, they were unable to give me a reason. I lost years of important information, notes, texts, and pictures. I was completely devastated by this and by their unwillingness to help me with my situation. I'm unsure why this policy exists and why they aren't willing to make exceptions in cases like this.

I spent literally 10 hours trying to pay with an e-check for the deductible on my stolen phone. Like so many people who have their wallets and purses stolen, I had NO CREDIT CARD or debit card, which is an incredibly common occurrence when reporting a stolen phone -- but which Asurion not only doesn't anticipate, they refuse to accommodate. I used their online chat to no avail. They told me to shut the claim down, refresh, try again in an hour, etc. but although I entered all the checking account information correctly, their website said it could not be verified. I tried to call customer service, but they only exist during business hours?!
When I finally called the next day, they CONFIRMED that the website doesn't take checks. Why offer it? They don't know. It's all just a FRAUD, a SCAM, a huge time-waster for those who don't have a credit card. Then they PRETENDED to try to my e-check info through their system and kept saying it didn't work, even though I tried three different checking accounts and routinely pay with e-checks out of these accounts. They said it was NOT their system (which it clearly was) and that I need to check with my bank... I offered to SEND THEM the check, and they refused -- they don't take checks.
That's the bottom line: THEY DO NOT TAKE CHECKS, not on their website, not through their "customer solutions" ** line, nor if you send them one, but they have created the SHAM of accepting checks as a tremendous time-waster for the crime victim who loses their phone and all credit cards at the same time. What kind of horrible insurance company does this?! You can't go into your phone store and give them cash, you have absolutely no solution to getting your new phone while you wait to receive your new credit cards... So if you're traveling and not at home for a week, you're totally ** BY ASURION. They are the worst. Choose any other option if you can.

I lost a phone into a lake. Having paid the extra insurance for years on end, that shouldn't be a problem. I have probably 6+ hours invested in waiting on hold, being transferred back and forth and setting the replacement up. Once I got everything plugged in and updated, the junk refurbished phone won't even take a charge above 1%. As I type this, I am on hold trying to get a replacement for my replacement and am on hold for 12 minutes so far without talking to anybody.

I dropped my iPhone 7 and the screen cracked so I decided to get it replaced. The entire process went smooth and I received my new phone in the mail fast. Will definitely recommend Asurion to all of my friends and colleagues. I am one happy customer.

My phone was destroyed by water. I filed the claim and the next day the new phone was here. Along with it was very simple instructions to show me what to do with the old phone and how to get my new phone connected.

It was practically effortless! The staff was helpful, and I had a new phone within 3 days! The whole process was very concise and the staff at the Verizon store was informative and not too pushy. I would recommend Asurion to a friend. I think the deductible was not too bad either.

Galaxy note 7 edge replacement - So overall the process was not too difficult but one thing I disliked a lot was that it took about 2 weeks to get my item in stock and once I filed my initial claim there was literally no way to contact customer service as every time I would call they'd ask me for my information and once they retrieved my claim information it automatically routed me to an automated machine that told me the same thing (your device is on back order) and hung up. That said the replacement phone I got works great. Happy with that. Thank you.

The phone you sent me was defective. I took it to 2 Verizon stores and both confirmed that the phone did not work. I returned it in the self-addressed envelope and label that you provided. I included a brief note in the package explaining that the phone was defective. I also called your company office to file a report of this problem and my intent to return the phone. This was done well within the week that I received the phone. I received my credit card statement with a charge of $99.00 for the deductible. There should have been a credit of $99.00 for my return. There was not. I respectfully ask that you look into this and credit my credit card for the full $99.00.

Filed claim online and was done in less than 5 minutes! I have talked to Asurion before to file a claim and it took forever, I recommend filing online to anybody! I work in customer service for a mobile phone company and I tell anybody that needs to file to use Asurion's website. It's fast, quick and painless.

I called in with a phone issue at 7:30 pm on a weekday and had a replacement by 10 am the very next morning. Can't beat that for an amazing service, with minimal downtime. The customer service representative was very thorough and didn't question the fact that a new phone was warranted. I appreciate that very much.

I had to get a replacement Samsung Note 4. My original took a beating. I will say the quality and functions have been reliably fair. My refurbished phone has had issues with lagging. Issues with crashing. Issues with select apps. But I was able to secure settings that helped eliminate the issues. Overall a fair and good working phone.

Excellent response and method to schedule appointments. Technician showed up as scheduled and was very professional. He was knowledgeable in the repair. My refrigerator is from 2006 (GE French Door model). Even recommended that I apply lubricant to door seals for easy functioning and less binding.

My replacement phone was delivered in 24 hours!!! What a relief, especially because my youngest son is in the Army and over in South Korea. I was literally worried so much while my phone was not working, that I would miss a call from him!

My phone was damaged by water. The next day my new phone was delivered to me. The only problem I have is why do we pay $11 monthly for total coverage, but our deductible is $149? If someone could explain that to me it would be greatly appreciated.

You did super on the first claim. No issues. The second claim was a disaster. You turned off the wrong phone. Not cool. You sent the replacement Android phone promptly... with an iPhone SIM card. Another two day wait for the correct SIM card. And bonus! You sent two sim cards two different ways. I am grateful that you gave us a choice between returning the phone for the cost of the deductible when the stolen phone was found. We opted to keep it as a spare.

My Samsung S6 phone failed; I drove straight to a Verizon Wireless center in Reston VA but was told I had to complete the loss form online; which I did at that center - on a loaner iPad. That online claim application, apparently was unacceptable; as I next had to download the form (which I had just completed); re-complete it by hand, scan it into a laptop and upload it to the Asurion site again. The Verizon center staff were at first reluctant to help do this. Note - I manually entered in the form the exact same information as I had completed online.
Then I waited for a phone to be delivered; I received a notification the next day that that black S6 phone I had previously owned was no longer available but that I could have a S6 white phone. It came the next day - and cost me $150 - the deductible. I spent four hours reinstalling all my apps including my office apps for communication. I purchased and installed a screen saver for $30. Then this phone failed 24 hours later.
I contacted Asurion and was told that the original phone replacement was now available(?). This second replacement arrived the next day; and after another four hours of configuring and app uploading I was back in operation. Again, after another screen saver purchase. I'm sure you're aware of this; but with Applecare for $99 - you bring your old iPhone to the Apple store, it is replaced on site, all the apps are loaded and you're done.
I guess I don't understand why spare Samsung phones are not stored at the Verizon Wireless Centers; new phones are there? I think I'm switching to Apple next time... Maybe to T-mobile also. Honestly, I would have cancelled my Verizon Wireless Account on the spot if I didn't have a long term contract commitment. I'm quite disappointed in Verizon's customer service; in its stores, and with Asurion's policies and procedures for replacing damaged equipment. You collectively are simply non competitive and certainly not customer attentive. PS - I'm expecting a credit for the three days of service... I didn't have.

The service from Asurion was great, however I am having issues with my phone. I get no signal and calls are always broke up now. Anything internet related is slow or does not open. Please send me another phone to replace it. Samsung S8 Edge Black.

Overall the claim service was satisfactory. However the cust. service person I dealt with seemed a little frazzled and spoke way too fast when going through the procedure to file a claim and send my damaged phone to your service center, but everything worked out and I had a new phone in 24 hours.

Face of phone cracked after dropping phone. Phone was replaced per overnight delivery. Great service, even though deductible was rather high. In the past, I carried insurance on both my phones, but since the deductible more than I can afford, I had to drop insurance on one phone. Please try to make your deductibles a little less expense, especially for those that seldom use the coverage. Thank you, :-)

We had Galaxy S7 that was in case, but bumped the corner of a desk and cracked the screen. We had insurance so we tried to file a claim only to be prompted that the claim must be approved. The approval took 24 hours. Then we find out there are no S7's in stock. After 3 days I called and was told I could purchase a phone at full price and then file a claim to receive the difference (less the deductible). I think not the way Asurion is run. It took 4 more days for units to become available. Why have insurance if it doesn't cover you needed? Thank goodness the phone still worked during this extended period. Either Asurion need to change several policies or Verizon needs to find a company that can fulfill the commitments with their contracted customers.

After trying rice and other means my phone was still not functioning properly. The salesperson at Verizon gave me the information to make my claim with Asurion. I had no problems making my claim. My phone was replaced hassle free and very fast! I am very glad I had the insurance on my phone. I would recommend to a friend.

I had lost my phone and trying to get a new one I had to pay for the insurance coverage of $150 and they charged my card 2x and I had to call them back and they reversed it and then a week later they recharged my card back again and received overdraft fees. I had to escalate to a supervisor until I was able to get that transaction reversed as the customer service rep was not willing to help me out. Wasted a good 2 hours on the phone.

Phone was left on top of car. We had hoped someone would try to return it to us, unfortunately no one did. Asurion replaced it quickly. The online process was easy to follow. The deductible cost was fair. Replacement phone came to our house and has worked well.

The phone conversation was excellent and I got my iPhone on the next day. Inside the box, it contains one refurbished iPhone, one sheet of the instruction how to install SIM, one SIM card, and a non-Apple iPhone charger. There was no earphone. So I gave 4 stars because the good service but missing part and non Apple charger.

Received new phone, returned old phone. It's not Asurion that I have a problem with, it's the whole insurance process. We pay monthly for insurance and still have to pay a large amount to get a new phone. And it is very time consuming, sometimes a couple weeks.

We received a new device, but the replacement device does not work right. Shuts off on its own while you are working on it and does not start up right. Just have not had the time to contact you about it. Very upset about the whole thing.

I received my device very fast! It works great! It is nice to have a camera that works now! I just hope this times my camera lenses doesn't break again while in an Otter Box. The tech at the store was surprised as well and said I must of hit something just right.

These guys at Asurion were the complete opposite of my experience with SquareTrade! Hassle free, with literally overnight delivery at all costs. I put in a request on Sunday night around 11 PM and they still had my phone replacement to me the next day before noon. And this was the second warranty claim I filed with them only a few days apart for separate lines. They definitely honor the extended warranty. Replacement iPhone 7 and Galaxy S7 work great...
