My phone was dropped in the water and was no longer working, and after having to provide the affidavit, and the deductible they would send the phone this was on Thursday I never got it. However you were wonderful. You helped me get one at the store in Tuscaloosa. Being military I need a phone asap. I understand the process and why you have it in place but you need to make special circumstances for military and first responders and medical personnel. We all have Id's that can prove who we are.

I was never told about a $150 deductible. To hold me liable for an additional $500 for my own property, is legally questionable. I feel like Verizon got me to pay two hundred dollars (after two years of payments) to hold me on the line for an additional $650. This is not how business should be done.

The iPhone 6 I received does not work most of the time. I have to reboot it and when you click on icon, it jumps all over the place so I have to keep shutting it off. It is using all my data by opening apps & I cannot take pictures or view texts. Brought it to Verizon & they did a "hard reboot" and sent me on my way. VERY UNHAPPY & NEED THIS JUNKY PHONE REPLACED.

Got my replacement phone in 1 day. No complaints at all. Fast accurate and easy to work with. Making a claim is easy. Their website to submit your information about your phone and why it needs to be replaced is nicely set up. I like that I did not have to even make a phone call. I recommend using Asurion to everyone.

Thank you Asurion for completing my claim so fast. This was the second claim I had to file this calendar year. Although I had to provide proof of my identity, it still was easier than purchasing a new phone. I absolutely understand why I was asked for the proof, and hopefully you won't hear from me again for a long time.

I am most satisfied, the easiest thing I have ever done. I was happy to find out I had taken out the insurance. Next day service is just incredible. It was so exciting to share this experience with my coworkers and friends. I was also happy that replacing my own would only cost $99.00 and it appears to be a bit newer.

When my husband had a problem with his phone and the display was not working properly, I call Asurion. Initially, I gave them information for the wrong phone model, but after that was sorted out, Asurion got the correct phone into our hands. As long as the proper credits to my credit card account are made, then all is well.

The instruction to deactivate the old phone and use the new one was more confusing and made it more complicated than it should be... That made me very disappointed. I actually had to go to the Verizon store and have them do it for me.

You replaced my Note 3 with a Note 5. I may not have chosen that phone as a purchase because it has no access to the battery, but upgrading was nice. You were incredibly fast and the return was processed promptly. I have no complaints.

Very smooth and easy experience. Received the new phone in no time and all phone correspondence was pleasant and easy. Price was very fair. No hassle at all. Just helpful and pleasant service. I did have a little trouble with the website, but local Verizon rep was very helpful.

I had this phone (iPhone 6s) for about a little over a month but, my device since I got it my phone crashes and the microphone does not work. Personally I would like another phone. I pay too much to get phones that don't work well. My earphones got messed up with my old phone. The replacement did not work.

I was pleased with how easy the process was. I accidentally got my phone wet on the very day I moved to a new house in a new state. I submitted the claim online and I received my replacement phone the very next day. Thank you for making this so easy!

An online claim was filed on the Sunday prior to the Memorial Day holiday but Asurion sent me a refurbished replacement pretty quickly. Asurion also gave instructions for disassociating my ID with my damaged phone before returning it. My only trouble was not being able to power on my damaged phone to clear it before sending it to Asurion.

I was satisfied with the customer service part of the insurance package. The people on the phone were very accommodating and the phone arrived the next day which was great. Unfortunately the phone was refurbished and my wife has had some hiccups with the replacement phone. We are actually thinking of buying a new phone if we have any more problems with the replacement phone.

So easy, so fast, wonderful service. I love going through Asurion. It really took all the stress out of the horrible situation. I submitted my claim online in 5 minutes, and my phone was there the next day at 9 am. Then the box came with all the instructions and information I needed, and I sealed up my cleared broken phone in the packet that came in the box, stuck it in the mail, and a few days later got a confirmation email letting me know they got it.

Excellent service by all those involved especially at the Verizon Center Smith Haven Mall. The product came just as they had said next day. Asurion called to back up and make sure that the product was delivered on time. I would recommend all to use Asurion for your phone!

The phone I ordered to replace my Samsung Galaxy S8 stopped working after a week, claiming the charging port was wet when the phone has not touched water. The phone has not come in any contact with water, and is now refusing to accept a charge via the connector.

The initial overall service with Asurion was great! They were timely and quite professional. The only problem I can truly say I had with them was that whenever my replacement items came in, one of my items was broken when I received the package. Included in my box were the phone, case, SD card, and headphones. Everything was fine except for the headphones which were already somewhat opened. Upon further inspection, the miniature remote that comes along on one was the headphone cords was broken into 3 pieces. Other than that, my experience was very swell.

I was very pleased with the speed of the replacement, and the courteous service received. My wife's phone was replaced within 24 hours of making the claim, resulting in a very minimum downtime for her. The only issue I have with the entire process is the cost of the deductible. After paying the monthly cost for insurance, a $150 deductible seems excessive. While I greatly appreciate the tremendous service, I would like to see lower deductibles for phone replacement.

Excellent customer service and process was very easy to aid with replacing my lost cell phone. Once the requested amount for the replacement cell phone was approved, the replacement process was well under way. I received in a timely manner with no issues.

The last iPad you sent me was evidently used because all I did was charge it and it says enter passcode to open it and I never even tried to set it up? So I have this iPad that is no good to me. It says go to iTunes but my computer will not open iTunes. What can you do to help me?

Received phone fast but now this one is doing the same as the other one. Sometimes wouldn't answer when I push answer, shuts off when I am looking at something and some applications will stop working. Can't remove kid mode. Still not getting some of my text and sometimes it takes a long time for them to go through.

So the process was easy. The service was good. But I'm a little concerned that I'm going to be charged for not turning off Find My iPhone when I know I in fact did. I received an email saying I'd be charged 500. However I know I turned it off. I name all my iPhones the same thing which is Caswanna's iPhone. I fear because they all have the same name I'm going to be charged for having Find My iPhone on the phone that I now possess and not the one I sent back. To top it off I now have to replace the phone again and now I have to fill out legal documents which does bother me because I need it to correspond with my child's daycare and babysitters. I don't have access to scanners or now even a phone to take a picture of the documents. So this process is upsetting me just a little. But overall Asurion is pretty legit.

Very Quick to file a claim, but you were out of stock on my (Samsung) phone and it took almost two weeks for me to receive a replacement phone. I feel that an alternate phone should have been offered since the delay was so long. Otherwise everything was fine.

I received my iPhone 6s plus replacement within 24hrs which was promise, after receiving I had issues activating it, but eventually got it to work. The product works, but glitches and freezes from time to time. Sometimes becomes stuck in headphone mode so I can't use speaker. Overall I'm somewhat satisfied.

Got me a replacement unit for a lost phone in less than a day. With Google backup and Asurion it was like I'd never lost my phone. Fantastic service and patient customer service. Everything was easy and quick and seamless with Asurion and I even got an upgrade to a new model because my old one was out of stock. Asurion is wonderful.

You guys good, fabulous. You got a phone in stock sooner than thought and got it out to me. But it would be good if Asurion would communicate with Verizon so THEY know what is available. Rumors of a local repair facility being able to fix my phone, but then can't because of brand. It's time consuming and VERY frustrating. Just update the stores so they know what can be done and what they should be telling customers.

I am not satisfied with the service I received. I called the day after activating the replacement phone I was sent because the battery only lasts a few hours. The gentlemen who helped me said the situation had to be reviewed and I still have not heard anything back and I'm dealing with a phone that doesn't work properly.

I was given an inaccurate account of the coverage for my phone by Asurion when the claim was opened. When the claim was reviewed the coverage had changed from what was first told to me. I was also told by Customer Service that no reason existed why coverage was different. Very disappointing.

After the loss of my original iPhone 6, I was sent a refurbished replacement phone, just like my original that would not keep service. I was on the phone with my provider for over an hour trying to fix the situation, and was never resolved through my phone company. Luckily I was sent another phone free of charge which I use now. My current phone does not have flash when using the camera or a flashlight, and sometimes freezes up but I don't want to go through the process a third time just to get another iPhone 6 and not something upgraded. I thought refurbished meant it was like new. I am disappointed.

Quick turnaround and lucky a neighbor received on a Saturday delivery... I was out of town when iPhone was stolen and told the customer service to set for Monday or Tuesday delivery! Apparently a breakdown in communication! The replacement phone is working fine.

I dropped my smartphone and the screen fractured, only 2 weeks after I got it. I was traveling, so I called Asurion, they promptly sent me an email with the claim form attached. I completed the form and submitted it. That evening I got an email informing me that my phone would be arriving the next day, asking for my work address so that it could be delivered during business hours. The phone came that afternoon, with easy instructions for how to return the broken one. Great service!

I returned I5 phone. Went to Verizon to double check Find My IPhone was indeed disabled. One week later I get an email telling me I am going to be charged $500.00 because that app wasn't turned off. I had to contact Apple to verify it was disabled. Contacted your company to verify and got no satisfaction to verify app disabled. Your Customer Service rep was no help. Very disappointed.

Prompt, easy replacement for a damaged phone. Well pleased with the ease of the process. The frustrating part was on the transferring of the info of the old phone to the new device, not your issue, but that of the phone carrier. Thank you and will always carry this insurance.

Although the response was quick and accurate, the replacement equipment for some reason is very slow, compared with my previous equipment; it keeps having delays in answers to commands. I've tried to update software and see if it can improve, however, keeps being very slow.

My wife dropped her phone in the toilet and we had forgotten that we had damage coverage with Asurion. When we went to Verizon to see what our options were Verizon told us about our coverage. We contacted Asurion and were informed that her phone was no longer available, but they would replace her phone another model close to what she had. The next day we received her new phone which was an upgrade from the phone she had. We are very satisfied with the coverage and service provided by Asurion.

The assistance I received from Customer Service over the phone was excellent. It is sad that when you go into a Verizon store (27534), they were unable to assist me with programming my replacement, Therefore, I was referred to contacting Verizon Customer Service.

I appreciate the promptness of the response, and the customer service was very professional. I received my replacement phone very quickly and was up and running. The problem was battery life. The battery standby or daily life sucks. I typically have to charge my phone during the day, as it can run down to a red low battery indicator, without any programs running in the background. My former three iPhones never had this issue. Thanks for the quick service, but put in a new battery when you send out a replacement phone. This is unacceptable.

Everything was easy-peasy. The only downside (not really) was I had to wait til 6:00pm for the UPS guy to deliver. We are at the end of his route so this always happens. It wasn't your fault. This was for my grandson's phone. We have had Asurion for several years and, especially for him, we wouldn't be without it. I have my iPad and iPhone insured as well and have never had to use it.

I spoke with a representative from the company. They were professional, proficient and extremely personable. The replacement phone was shipped right away, and was received the following day. Sending back the damaged device was easy. All information was on the box, and the shipping prepaid. Again, the company was extremely easy to deal with. We could not have been happier.

The service was outstanding. My daughter dropped her Edge & both the front & back glass spiderwebbed & she couldn't use her camera. I called & she had replacement phone the next day. We called support to activate the new phone, the customer service rep stayed on the phone with us until it finished downloading her information. I appreciate the coverage of the phone and the fast arrival, however I did not have a great experience initiating the claim online, most inconvenient, I kept getting error messages, couldn't verify my address then couldn't provide payment information. I used your chat multiple times as there was not a phone number for customers to call, I finally got a chat rep that couldn't help me and gave me the number to call, in which was automated... unbelievable. I did eventually submit claim, but not enjoyable.

Fell in salt water (Atlantic Ocean) resulting in severe water damage. Tried to have local company restore my data. Was too far gone and Asurion supported that effort, by replacing phone next day and taking back my old phone after it was determined that data was unrecoverable.

I was amazed at how fast you replaced my phone. Sure, I could have purchased warranty coverage a LITTLE cheaper, but the level of your service could not have been any better. It is truly worth having this insurance even if you never use it because if you ever did you will be pleased with the quick turnaround and receiving a good product as if you picked it up from the store.

Paid $200 for a new phone because they couldn't fix just the broken screen. Through a game approx 3 weeks after receiving the phone discovered there was a hairline crack on the inside of the glass. They wanted another $200. Cancelled insurance immediately and will never use them again.

My replacement phone has a speaker issue which makes listening to videos without headphones or Bluetooth difficult... It is almost as if it had water damage or something at one point. Everything else works as it should. I also did not receive a key for the SIM port with the new phone.

I was out of state traveling and thought I lost phone. I made the call from a Verizon store, but I was prohibited from having it sent to Verizon. After filing claim, found phone 20 min later. Attempted to call back and cancel. Even though it had not shipped I was unable to cancel the claim and was told refuse delivery on a delivery that requires no signature. Basically I had to take the new phone.

I dropped my phone and cracked the corner of the screen while on a cruise. I used it until I got back home and then went to Verizon to report the loss. I went one morning and received a replacement phone with the next day's mail delivery. That's really remarkable!

Hello - I was very pleased how quick replacement device arrived. I was a little confused and unsure how to erase my original device before returning it - I ended up calling help # to assist with procedure - instructions weren't all that clear. Problem with phone calls disconnecting after couple weeks on replacement device and flashing screens. Called help # and had to reset phone which hassle as had to reorder. Some of previous apps now lost due to reset. Don't like fact that replacements are refurbished as pay monthly insurance fee plus the $100+ ($150?) deductible. I hope no future problems with this replacement. Thank you.

First one I got was great. The second one I received has a faulty camera to the point where you can hear the camera trying to focus. I got the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Overall it's alright, wish they'd triple check everything before sending them out.

I am not happy with the very high deductible ($199) for a phone that was stolen within 48 hours of the original purchase or for that matter anytime. This needs to be told by reps. that sell your insurance. For just $600 more I could have bought the phone straight out. Your customer should be able to select a payment plan based on the deductible associated with the payments - yes like most insurances (ie. auto...). I was very surprised and disappointed with this aspect of the insurance.

I'm happy I have my phone insured with Asurion, as it really is a great company that gets your new phone to you ASAP. It's quick and easy, with fair pricing. However, this particular experience was pretty awful. The phone got shipped to the wrong address the first time and had to get sent back to Asurion, but otherwise it would've gotten to me within 24 hours as promised. When fixing that with a customer service representative on the phone, she entered the wrong ZIP code, and therefore wrong address a second time, and it had to be sent back again.
With weekends and a holiday thrown in, it took me 2 weeks to get my new phone. In the end, though, they were extremely helpful in setting up the new device when I got it and sent me appropriate compensation for having so much trouble. Bad experience, but great company. I continue to keep my phone insured through them and highly recommend (just double check the address 5 times before you get off the phone)!

Excellent service honoring warranty on the phone replaced approximately 35 days ago. That phone failed not dropped and no damage, it just quit working. Nice to know that you also overnighted to us. It is now up and running again. When used to having phone, you become dependent on it.

The process was super easy! Got my phone in great time. But my phone is not charging inside of my car. Passengers' phones are allowed to charge but won't connect. I've tried different cables etc. I have a 2015 Hyundai Elantra, so it shouldn't be a problem.

The representatives are nice, but I'm on my 3rd replacement and it still doesn’t work. Replacement phones should work the first time as it is a huge inconvenience to switch everything 4 or 5 times! Asurion rep couldn't help me figure out my shipping method, wasted my time. Got my replacement phone which took me a few days to re enter passwords and upload the same app (an awful process). Only a few weeks into using it and now the phone is barely taking a charge. Keeps saying my phone is moist when it is not (nowhere near water), and saying I'm not using the original charger when I'm using the phone that came in the box with the phone. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

The policy of removing "find my iPhone" from a damaged device with no visibility on the screen before returning was very trying. A $500 fine is ridiculous if you are not able to access your screen or password due to a head injury preventing you from recalling anything. No compassion for injury at all. Just added to an already very stressful situation. The iPhone shop had to intervene which meant two 60 mile round trips. Please show more compassion to your customers. I have paid fees for years to keep this coverage and I am certain after my history some compassion could have and should have been exercised on your part.

The replacement phone will not hold a charge. It lasts less than 2 hours. Calls to Asurion have not been successful yet even though it has a 12 month warranty. I will try calling one more time. The new phone also eats photos and deletes things it's not supposed to. Worst though is the battery will not stay charged.

Although at first this seemed rather simple it got rather complicated and made my review less than satisfied. First, my daughter was careful to remove her find my iPhone as instructed, but then apparently there was another step to remove from my iCloud. That wasn't really clear, but regardless about 2 weeks after the return I got a call asking me to do that. I did so yet still got calls about removing. I called and asked for someone to call me back, yet never received a call. I will be VERY upset if I am charged more based on this given that we have done everything Asurion asked.

Replacement phone was sub quality. Earpiece on calls is very low and only able to hear when in speaker mode or with headphones. Constantly crashes. Alerts get stuck on screen unless restart entire device. Gets frozen constantly even though 90% storage space still available.

I damaged my phone 6/30, I requested a replacement phone for next day. Received but couldn't activate reason being the company never release the phone from being lost. They tell me it take 24/48 to be released but I paid for overnight. Next day still have not released the line. They assured me this would be corrected. LIESSSSSSS once again. They tell me they will make sure I have the phone by Wednesday. Lies. They never ordered it. They tell me I will have the phone by Thursday. Once again still no phone and yet I'm paying for a service I don't have. I guess you get what you pay for... worst company. No one takes accountability, nor sees anything through and you can't talk with the higher ups because they just don't care.

I recently had my phone replaced under warranty through Asurion. Unfortunately, they were no longer replacing my exact model phone which was a Samsung Galaxy Note II. I was not offered a comparable model (phone with a stylus) but sent a Samsung Galaxy S6. I had become reliant on the stylus function of my Note Ii, so I was very disappointed that Asurion did not provide a comparable replacement. I expressed my dissatisfaction with Verizon but was told they had no control over what phones were chosen as replacements. So, I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't suit my needs.

That is not very satisfactory because if I am out in public or want to have a private conversation even at home it makes it impossible. The resetting instructions of the phone could have gone a little smoother but that may have been an iPhone issue. I still received emails saying that I would be charged $500 even though I had spoken to someone who had reassured me not to worry. I have been sent a total of three refurbished phones by Asurion that do not work. This has ended being hours of my life on the phone with them, setting up new phones, transferring data, etc. Do not use refurbished phones Asurion if you can't make sure that they actually work. The device itself is weak. Not working properly. The customer support at Verizon is absolutely terrible. They don't know anything about the device. They transfer me to Samsung and I get people in India who I can't understand and whose phone connections drop. My phone jams up. The ability to change the set up is not working properly. I dropped my phone in the lake while fishing. I called and had a replacement within 36 hours. Pretty amazing. Can't get better service than that. I was surprised that nearly all my data and information was intact. During that experience I installed their tech app which allows them to take over my phone and fix stuff. The whole experience, beginning at the Verizon store, was preposterous. The experience started in Manteo NC. Where the website for Verizon stated they opened at 9 AM to which we arrived and the "Open" sign was on, yet there was no one answering the door (which stated opening at 11). After waiting around for two hours and coming back we were told to wait for another five minutes before being helped.
After explaining the situation to the lady she said she could have a phone at my door within 24 hours. I asked for a temporary replacement, to which she said that Asurion is not doing such. She offered me a burner phone for more than the cost of my insurance which I obviously refused to pay. After almost thirty five minutes of her assistance she said they would not be able to send me a new device within the 24 hours as it was a Sunday that the request was being submitted. She said it would be delivered on Tuesday between 8 AM and 5 PM and that I would need to be there to sign for it.
We went around about that matter for about fifteen minutes as I had to work and no one would be home. After concluding that I would call off work and wait for the phone we moved on. She then explained that transferring data could be done when the damaged device's SIM card was placed in the new phone. Explained that my phone was beyond repair due to the salt water as it disintegrates the phone.
Tuesday comes around. At this point we are at 48+ hours of interrupted service (since claim was filed). I waited all day for the postman. At 4:45 PM I decided to check the online tracking for the device to which it claims arrival occurred at 1:40ish PM. After waiting around all day I had an additional 3 hours wasted that I could have been out working to pay for the insurance because obviously no signature was required.
Activating the new phone took an additional two days. I worked from 5 PM until 10 PM trying to activate the phone calling both Asurion and Verizon multiple times. During this time my phone "could not be activated with the information provided by the Verizon lady. After hours on the phone I was told the store in my area was closed and would need to call back the next day (all this time was using Skype call and Skype Credit costing even more money). I checked the website which said they closed at 11 PM and even tech support told me the store should have been open, but they were not.
Called back the next morning to activate my phone; however due to the ticket put in the previous day, from my initial hours on the phone, I was told I would need to be called back; which I explained was not an option. I was placed on hold for thirty minutes only to be told that the problem needed to be escalated to IT and asked if I could again hold. After five minutes I was told that they removed the ticket put in which could take up to 24 hours to drop and that thy couldn't do anything to activate my phone until the ticket dropped. I spoke with the lady about how I was paying for an additional phone which at this point hadn't been used in what was going to be 5+ days. She asked how that could be, then I explained to her all of this and she said "well I can credit you the cost of the 5 days (coming out to be $10)".
24 hours later I called to have my phone activated and after being on the phone via Skype additional time I was finally activated. Not only that but my information was not recovered by insertion of the previous SIM card as I was told it was lost information. I was told there was nothing I could do. Yet I paid to have only the screen fixed and was able to not only use the phone again, but recover my data in just enough time to send it back. If I would have known this was all that was needed I wouldn't have went through insurance at all because the fixing of my previous phone cost $68 and occurred in less than 3 days.
The entire process cost me over $170 and that's applying the Verizon credit to the Skype bill. I was extremely dissatisfied with the fact that no one knew the process of how this was to all occur. I was also extremely dissatisfied with the amount of time I had to put in to have the whole situation corrected, as I am paying for the service and not the one getting paid. The duration of time it took to get my replacement was only the beginning, but then by the incompetence of the staff itself I was forced to suffer longer. To put the nail in the coffin I was at a loss for all of my data on my previous phone with no assurance from either side, Verizon or Asurion, and refusing to lose all of that valuable information I then decided to pay more out of pocket (at a lower cost I might add) to retrieve what I was told was Unretrievable.
My last true complaint is the fact that single lines need to be taken into consideration. All forms of communication required a call, or a call back; understanding that in today's age we have other forms of communication which all require payment of some method you would think the company would be more aware of the time this process takes. I have no landline to make calls. I had no phone to make these calls on. I was forced to pay even more out of pocket with a company I can count on (Skype) just to process this whole debacle through).

Using the online services were difficult to navigate. Once I was able to talk with a customer service rep, the process went smoothly. The new phone was received when promised and is working great. I am glad I insured my son's phone. I recommend getting insurance to all my friends.

I didn't do anything and now my replacement phone is not working. Very disappointed and frustrated. I am going to call customer support to see what they say as I really don't want to spend another $200 to replace my replacement. If I did something to it, I would own up to it but this time it just stopped working. Ughhh!

I was very satisfied with the turnaround time to receive my replacement phone while on vacation. I will definitely recommend Asurion to my friends and family and remind them how important it is to have insurance on your phone. Thank goodness I have insurance. It would've been expensive to replace out of pocket.

I had to wait for months for my Google Pixel to get replaced. I would call every few weeks and I was told that "We don't have any at this time. Call again in a few weeks" resulting in me having to buy a cheap phone from Walmart. I love the product but I have never had service so shabby, your service department could teach crooked used car dealers!

When I bought our phones I thought it would be a good idea to put insurance on them because they are very expensive. When my daughter broke hers I was glad that I did because if I would have had to buy it outright it would have costed me over 500 dollars. Having Asurion was great because all I had to do was go online, report her accident, and I got a message that I would have my her phone the next day. Wow! that was fast and easy. Thank you Asurion for making the incident seem less devastating.

My phone was shattered so we asked for a new one. You sent a new one of the color that I wanted that didn't turn on so I then had to mail that back to you and get yet another phone, but I couldn't get it in the color I wanted because you didn't have it anymore. I was kind of upset because I really wanted that color. So I got everything mailed back to you and you talked to my mom and told her everything was finished and we were set, but then you emailed to tell me I had to do more steps in order to finish the process. Overall I was just displeased with the fact that I was sent an unworking phone, leaving me with no phone for multiple days, and then resulting in me not getting the phone I desired.

It is very good. The service was good and got my phone the next day. Luckily I had a phone insurance and can get my phone back. This was the first time I lost my phone in 20 years and all my devices have a protect plan so that it won't have to pay full price.

I called to place a claim on my broken phone. Within a day my replacement phone was in its way to me step by step on what to do to get reconnected and with a return box for the old one. Hassle free and easy instructions on what to do was greatly appreciated.

The phone worked fine for a few days. Then starting glitching and the buttons wouldn't work all of the fine. I noticed a crease in the screen like it had been previously bent. I ran my fingers over the crease while in the OtterBox and a crack formed where the crease was. It was never out of OtterBox. I continued to use it since the crack was not that noticeable but now it has what I'm told is the touch disease. I believe I was sent a bad phone but took me a little bit to figure it out. Very dissatisfied as I paid $200 for this replacement.

I have to say that I am very impressed and surprised the experience that I had the type of service that I did. I was expecting that it wouldn't be so seamless because it was all automated and it was done thru email. But to my surprise I was very happy from the beginning of filing the claim to when I received my phone. I had to file a claim on 2 of our phones within a month and I received exceptional service both times. I also had an issue with not turning off the iCloud feature and I got a friendly reminder email stating that I needed to turn it off, with instructions on how to do it. Kudos to Asurion for what could have been a bad experience was very pleasant and EASY! Thank you Asurion for all your help. Thank you, A very happy customer!

Asurion was awesome. They replaced my phone overnight by Fedex. It was great. I was really freaked out to lose my phone, and they made the process so much easier. I had to talk to a customer service representative when making my claim. She was very helpful!

I am not happy with the service I received with my recent claim. I had broken my glass but otherwise the phone was fine. I took it to my local Verizon dealer. He told me he thought there was a service where I could have my glass replaced locally. I need this as I was leaving on vacation soon. The manager called you guys and asked if this was available as he thought it was and was told yes. I was standing there while he had you on speakerphone. The representative said yes it was and they would even come to the house to do it. The manager said great and set up a claim.
Then the next day I get a letter saying you want me to send my phone back. I called you and the representative told me no such service was available and I would have to send my phone in. I told him what both I and the Verizon manager had been told. Your representative told me again no such service was available and no representative of yours would say that it was and I would have to send my phone in. I don't like being told I am lying. Both myself and the Verizon manager heard your representative say it was. I ended up paying to have it done locally.

Asurion replaced my broken phone and I was up and running in a couple of days. It was as easy as 1, 2, 3. They even sent me a prepaid envelope to send back my broken device with complete instructions on what to do and expect.

Had an issue with my tablet not reading my SIM card anymore. After trying to get it fixed at a Verizon Store it was determined that it needed to be replaced. Replaced it through insurance was quick and painless. Expensive but fair. I will keep, my devices insured.

I had a Sony Xperia and I love that phone and I thought it would be replaced but turns out you get to choose which phone you want and they only had two to choose from!! Not Sony! HTC sucks. I feel like if I have insurance for a Sony it should be replaced for a Sony.

The service was prompt and we received a spanky new phone that we were able to connect and use immediately. We did have a major problem with Asurion emailing and calling saying that the phone was not taken off of find my phone when in fact it had been. We went through that for a couple of weeks, contacted Apple and they said it was taken off. Asurion told us that sometimes an automated system sends incorrect messages. It was a bit of a pain.

My daughter's iPhone was destroyed in a post-crash automobile fire. Along with the shock of the crash and her injuries, loss of her phone was most concerning to her. There was quick replacement and good info on lost device and instructions to render it useless. It showed the last time the device was used or updated and how to erase any data. The replacement device, though not the same one, was just as good as the one lost.

I was very pleased with the ease and expedience of calling in my claim, after consulting with my Verizon store in Westbury. The new phone arrived within two days, as promised. After I postponed activating the new phone, I had no problem activating the new phone, and transferring data and docs was easy. There was very little guidance transferring programs and apps.

My iPhone was stolen on Saturday, and the replacement phone was delivered on Monday (no deliveries on Sunday). Filling out the required form was easy; the whole experience was effortless and successful. Much as I like Apple, their insurance only covers damage, not loss, so Asurion is a much better option.
