    The replacement phone was delivered pretty quickly and arrived well packaged. All seems to be in good working order. The resetting instructions of the phone could have gone a little smoother but that may have been an iPhone issue. I understand the value of some of these smartphones but deductibles could be less than they are.

    Filed a claim, sent damaged phone in and got new phone in the mail a couple of days later. Worked very well. My son got his new phone, transferred all his pictures, contacts, and music and was up and running almost immediately. I sent the damaged phone back a little bit later.     Sounds like I am in a tunnel when talking or people cannot hear me. Tried calling again and got the runaround. Need a new phone!!! Without being charged. You need to stop sending refurbished phones. This has happened more than once to us when needed to get a replacement phone.

    The process was made relatively easy by your team. However, I had a few difficulties with turning off Find my iPhone, which I shared with your staff. I still received emails saying that I would be charged $500 even though I had spoken to someone who had reassured me not to worry.     I have been sent a total of three refurbished phones by Asurion that do not work. This has ended being hours of my life on the phone with them, setting up new phones, transferring data, etc. Do not use refurbished phones Asurion if you can't make sure that they actually work. I also had a bad experience with inconsistent information between Verizon and Asurion over a new phone fee when eventually I had to go to the store and buy a new phone.

    The device itself is weak. Not working properly. The customer support at Verizon is absolutely terrible. They don't know anything about the device. They transfer me to Samsung and I get people in India who I can't understand and whose phone connections drop. My phone jams up. The ability to change the set up is not working properly.     I dropped my phone in the lake while fishing. I called and had a replacement within 36 hours. Pretty amazing. Can't get better service than that.     The whole experience, beginning at the Verizon store, was preposterous. The experience started in Manteo NC. Where the website for Verizon stated they opened at 9 AM to which we arrived and the "Open" sign was on, yet there was no one answering the door (which stated opening at 11). After waiting around for two hours and coming back we were told to wait for another five minutes before being helped.

    After explaining the situation to the lady she said she could have a phone at my door within 24 hours. I asked for a temporary replacement, to which she said that Asurion is not doing such. She offered me a burner phone for more than the cost of my insurance which I obviously refused to pay. After almost thirty five minutes of her assistance she said they would not be able to send me a new device within the 24 hours as it was a Sunday that the request was being submitted. She said it would be delivered on Tuesday between 8 AM and 5 PM and that I would need to be there to sign for it.

    We went around about that matter for about fifteen minutes as I had to work and no one would be home. After concluding that I would call off work and wait for the phone we moved on. She then explained that transferring data could be done when the damaged device's SIM card was placed in the new phone. Explained that my phone was beyond repair due to the salt water as it disintegrates the phone.

    Tuesday comes around. At this point we are at 48+ hours of interrupted service (since claim was filed). I waited all day for the postman. At 4:45 PM I decided to check the online tracking for the device to which it claims arrival occurred at 1:40ish PM. After waiting around all day I had an additional 3 hours wasted that I could have been out working to pay for the insurance because obviously no signature was required.

    Activating the new phone took an additional two days. I worked from 5 PM until 10 PM trying to activate the phone calling both Asurion and Verizon multiple times. During this time my phone "could not be activated with the information provided by the Verizon lady. After hours on the phone I was told the store in my area was closed and would need to call back the next day (all this time was using Skype call and Skype Credit costing even more money). I checked the website which said they closed at 11 PM and even tech support told me the store should have been open, but they were not.

    Called back the next morning to activate my phone; however due to the ticket put in the previous day, from my initial hours on the phone, I was told I would need to be called back; which I explained was not an option. I was placed on hold for thirty minutes only to be told that the problem needed to be escalated to IT and asked if I could again hold. After five minutes I was told that they removed the ticket put in which could take up to 24 hours to drop and that thy couldn't do anything to activate my phone until the ticket dropped. I spoke with the lady about how I was paying for an additional phone which at this point hadn't been used in what was going to be 5+ days. She asked how that could be, then I explained to her all of this and she said "well I can credit you the cost of the 5 days (coming out to be $10)".

    24 hours later I called to have my phone activated and after being on the phone via Skype additional time I was finally activated. Not only that but my information was not recovered by insertion of the previous SIM card as I was told it was lost information. I was told there was nothing I could do. Yet I paid to have only the screen fixed and was able to not only use the phone again, but recover my data in just enough time to send it back. If I would have known this was all that was needed I wouldn't have went through insurance at all because the fixing of my previous phone cost $68 and occurred in less than 3 days.

    The entire process cost me over $170 and that's applying the Verizon credit to the Skype bill. I was extremely dissatisfied with the fact that no one knew the process of how this was to all occur. I was also extremely dissatisfied with the amount of time I had to put in to have the whole situation corrected, as I am paying for the service and not the one getting paid. The duration of time it took to get my replacement was only the beginning, but then by the incompetence of the staff itself I was forced to suffer longer. To put the nail in the coffin I was at a loss for all of my data on my previous phone with no assurance from either side, Verizon or Asurion, and refusing to lose all of that valuable information I then decided to pay more out of pocket (at a lower cost I might add) to retrieve what I was told was Unretrievable.

    My last true complaint is the fact that single lines need to be taken into consideration. All forms of communication required a call, or a call back; understanding that in today's age we have other forms of communication which all require payment of some method you would think the company would be more aware of the time this process takes. I have no landline to make calls. I had no phone to make these calls on. I was forced to pay even more out of pocket with a company I can count on (Skype) just to process this whole debacle through).

    My phone was shattered so we asked for a new one. You sent a new one of the color that I wanted that didn't turn on so I then had to mail that back to you and get yet another phone, but I couldn't get it in the color I wanted because you didn't have it anymore. I was kind of upset because I really wanted that color. So I got everything mailed back to you and you talked to my mom and told her everything was finished and we were set, but then you emailed to tell me I had to do more steps in order to finish the process.     The phone worked fine for a few days. Then starting glitching and the buttons wouldn't work all of the fine. I noticed a crease in the screen like it had been previously bent. I ran my fingers over the crease while in the OtterBox and a crack formed where the crease was. It was never out of OtterBox. I continued to use it since the crack was not that noticeable but now it has what I'm told is the touch disease. I believe I was sent a bad phone but took me a little bit to figure it out. Very dissatisfied as I paid $200 for this replacement.

    I have to say that I am very impressed and surprised the experience that I had the type of service that I did. I was expecting that it wouldn't be so seamless because it was all automated and it was done thru email. But to my surprise I was very happy from the beginning of filing the claim to when I received my phone. I had to file a claim on 2 of our phones within a month and I received exceptional service both times.     I am not happy with the service I received with my recent claim. I had broken my glass but otherwise the phone was fine. I took it to my local Verizon dealer. He told me he thought there was a service where I could have my glass replaced locally. I need this as I was leaving on vacation soon. The manager called you guys and asked if this was available as he thought it was and was told yes. I was standing there while he had you on speakerphone. The representative said yes it was and they would even come to the house to do it. The manager said great and set up a claim.

    Then the next day I get a letter saying you want me to send my phone back. I called you and the representative told me no such service was available and I would have to send my phone in. I told him what both I and the Verizon manager had been told. Your representative told me again no such service was available and no representative of yours would say that it was and I would have to send my phone in. I don't like being told I am lying. Both myself and the Verizon manager heard your representative say it was. I ended up paying to have it done locally.

    When I received my first replacement cellular telephone it was defective. The camera did not work and I had to send it back, which would have been no big deal; however, I was advised that a new phone would not be sent to me until I sent them a copy of my driver's license along with an affidavit form.     By far the worst experience I have ever had with any company in the entire world. Even the CEO apparently doesn't really have much information about the company itself. They got my phone, my refund was given back, but my phone is still under a blacklist. I was told by the CEO apparently, that it should take 24-48 hours for activation.     I purchased a drone, which did not work out of the box. I thought the warranty I purchased would repair or replace the product after the manufacturer told me there is no warranty on the product.     First rep I spoke with three weeks ago hung up on me after he couldn't figure out how to work his headset. Second rep I called right after argued with me for five minutes regarding me not wanting my replacement device sent to my home address in Arizona and instead sent to a different address in California. My new device arrives, the speakerphone function is broken. I call back again a couple days later and try to get an unbroken device. I need it shipped to a difficult address apparently.

    I spend quite literally fifteen minutes repeating the address to the rep, spelling it out and asking him to read back the address I gave him. Totally unable to get it right. He asks to put me on a brief hold, hangs up on me instead. Call back, I explain that the last rep hung up on me, nothing he can do and start the whole process over again with the new rep named Dusty. Get to the address part again and he's having a hard time putting it in because of the character limit you have on certain fields. He says he's getting "creative" and after a five minute hold, he tells me that the adjusters put a hold on the address.

    He informs me I will not get my phone and that I will need to call back in 24 hours. We wait on hold trying to get ahold of the adjusters for another twenty-seven minutes. I give up and will try back tomorrow. I call the next day and the new rep tells me my address has been approved. "That's great! Please repeat back the address it's going to." The name, street name, and unit number are correct. But Dusty put Chandler, AZ instead of California. The rep fixes it and it puts another hold on my account going to the adjusters.

    We wait on hold for the adjusters again, nothing after half an hour. I call back two days later, this new rep is Tina. Explain the situation about how several reps have hung up on me and where I'm at and see if she can help. She seems preoccupied with something else, I ask and she asks to put on a brief hold. I ask if she's going to hang up on me like every other rep, she starts yelling at me saying that she's a new rep and this is procedure. I get upset and demand her supervisor. She immediately hangs up on me. I call back wanting to speak with a supervisor, but then Tina calls me from another phone and tells me, "The line was disconnected."

    She asks if I really want to talk to a supervisor. I say yes and she informs me there will be quite a wait and they won't be able to help like she can. She tells me the correct address I need the phone shipped to, says there's no hold and I confirm; I just want to get off the phone (I've now been on for roughly two hours). The phone arrives, I download all my apps in a couple hours. Receive a call from a friend, the phone's broken. The other person sounds extremely muffled and muted. Regretfully call back again to deal with more bologna from you guys.

    Have learned my lesson, your reps are useless, I immediately request a supervisor. The rep put a me on hold for forty-two minutes, checking back on the dot every two minutes to see if I'm paying attention. I finally get to a supervisor named Angel and she takes care of my issue promptly and professionally. She's going to send me a new S7 because they don't make the S6 anymore. I'll take a hit on the memory, from my old 64GB, but I just want a new phone that hasn't been "Refurbished by Asurion" cause those are all trash. Phone just arrived this morning. Hopefully I won't be disappointed again, which your company doesn't seem to have a hard time doing.

    It is a shame Asurion has a monopoly on wireless phone insurance. Your service, used replacement products, and service scheduling practices are disgusting. If someone can seek phone insurance elsewhere, they should do so before considering a contract with a major phone carrier. I cracked my screen and learned I could have it repaired for a lesser deductible. So, I tried this route. I scheduled an appointment for repair at my home. The window was 2-4 hours. Several minutes after the scheduled latest arrival time, the tech called me and advised he was an hour away and just starting another service call and that I would be next in the queue. If I did not have to work that night, this would not have been an issue, but that was not the case. I don't blame the tech--it is not his fault his company and Asurion permit overbooking like the airlines.

    So, not wanting to be burned twice, I called Asurion back, paid the higher deductible and waited for my replacement. The phone arrived in a timely manner but was used and the battery in the iPhone7 they sent is trash. It won't hold a charge more than a day with little usage. Considering how much we pay for phone insurance, and seldom take advantage of using this insurance, I would expect them to provide a better replacement. They are just in it for the money obviously and could give a rats about taking care of their customers. Instead of dealing with this company again, I will just buy another phone. I heard you can get a different insurance through Costco, I have not checked it out yet, but this is the last time I use Asurion. Don't waste your money on Asurion.

    There should be a clause, that within 7-14 days, even if moisture gets into the phone, and you've already paid your deductible, you are allowed another at no cost. Recently, I had to get a 2nd replacement, due to moisture. It was not spilled on. I was then told, based on the climate I live in, it happens.     Well I really was happy with the website and the speed the phone arrived. My only issue and it's not a real bad one, is the replacement phone doesn't ring all the time if it stays on for more than 1 day. The camera locks up and will not take pictures until I turn the phone off. The screen locks up quite a bit. I just have not complained because I work 7 days a week 12 hours a day and I don't have time to get online and complain.

    I gave 5 star rating for past delivery of my cellphone. My cellphone look brand-new but I notice the camera had a crack, I still can take pictures and all with no problem.
