My phone screen had cracked and after going on a vacation it stopped working entirely. I submitted my rather painless for to Asurion and they had a new phone to me the next day. It was fantastic. Thanks Asurion!

I made an insurance claim after dropping my phone under my lawn mower. The phone I received was obviously refurbished. I first noticed that the screen was not very secure. I powered up the phone and then noticed half the screen was black. Since receiving the phone I have noticed that the service reception is terrible compared to what I had. I have had times that it would not have service in Baton Rouge. I have also sat my phone beside my wife's and it would have no service while her phone had 2-3 bars.

The replacement phone that you guys sent me (LG G4) works fine, but I'm extremely disappointed with the replacement battery. The replacement battery that you sent lasts between 6 and 8 hours with minimal use, while my old battery (over a year old) lasted at least 12 hours with the exact same usage/conditions/phone settings/installed apps.
I realize that Asurion sends out refurbished phones and that's how you guys make your money, but I would expect better from the battery. I assume that this battery is also refurbished and wasn't tested well at all, which is disappointing considering the deductible and monthly rate that I pay for this insurance. The least you could do is ship out new batteries. It's ridiculous to have to charge a dead phone at lunch every day just to get it to last until I get home from work.

The process was quick and easy to exchange my daughter's phone that was broken. No problems whatsoever. A return envelope was also enclosed so that my daughter can return her old phone promptly. Thank you! I would recommend. :)

I didn't have to go through a lot of trouble shooting which is usually the case and received my replacement the next day! Right away I got the email and tracking number once it was available! Always very helpful and timely.

Getting a new phone was super fast and really pretty easy. After speaking to a customer service rep, they gave me the website to make my claim, I went online and did a search for how much it would cost for a replacement. I was disappointed it cost so much for a replacement, but did some research, called around, and still found it was cheaper than going elsewhere to get the part (cracked screen) replaced.

I accidentally dropped my phone in the hot tub, I had to call Asurion, to get another phone and they were great, received new phone the next day!! It was great!! They even had a package to send the old phone back for free.

We returned a replacement phone that we thought we needed on June 21st. Representative on phone said $149 credit would take 7-10 days. Nobody (either at Verizon or on the phone) mentioned that I needed to fill out of "refund request". I just got off the phone with another representative, who was very helpful, but it appears I will be waiting yet another 7-10 days. Absolutely ridiculous!

Initial replacement process was fast and easy... However a few weeks later we have another claim and a broken iPhone that caused a lot of problems and I had no phone to use on a planned trip for pictures and directions... Not too happy about receiving a ? Replacement... That was ? Broke??? Kind of a Hassle the second time around...

The process was effortless and received my new phone very fast. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I was told by Verizon the deductible would be $50 cheaper than it was. Other than that I was happy with the process. Easy process for anyone.

Asurion delivered my phone the next morning. The instructions to return my damaged phone were included in the shipment. The instructions were concise. It was simple and convenient. As soon as my claim was completed which only took a couple of minutes my phone was on my doorstep in less than 24 hours. My wife just gave birth to our first child the day before and was upset that she wasn't going to be able to capture the first moments of our new son's life. She was ecstatic when the phone arrived and she could take those pictures and connect with friends and family about our new addition.

The customer service department with Asurion was excellent. It did not take more than 20 minutes, and I think less, and I had a new phone on order. I was skeptical of the need for an insurance policy like this one, but with 3 children (one who painted my phone with water causing it to die) this was a good decision. My only complaint is this. My "replaced" phone has glitches and hiccups.
My first phone's battery was amazing and hardly had to be charged. This one needs charging at least once throughout the day on days it is more heavily used. That was not the case with my former phone. It's also important to note that your phone replacement is not a "new" phone, it's a refurbished phone. So, my replacement phone has some software glitches too, I think. For example, it does not always ring when a call is coming in. My 4s (really old) phone has been doing this for 2 years now, but it's really old. My Samsung replacement phone should not have these glitches. So... Just be aware, Asurion does not replace your phone with a new phone, at least not for me, it was a refurbished phone. That's it! Thank you, Asurion.

Asurion handled my claim promptly and with ease. It was a simple online process with clear instructions on how to return my damaged iPhone and when to expect a replacement. The replacement phone arrived as promised with very clear and concise instructions on how to setup the new phone. Return package with prepaid shipping was included making the exchange very convenient. Highly recommend their service.

I dropped my phone while out of town with my wife on vacation. Within 24 hours I had a new phone overnighted to me on the island where we were staying. I could not ask for better service. Wish that the premium that I had to pay was less, however, the service was timely and I received a new device.

My son dropped his phone while skateboarding. Cracked both screens. Contacted Asurion online and we had the replacement phone in less than 24 hours. Instructions were easy to follow and they made it easy to return the original phone by including a S.A.S.E. in the box. All I had to do was place the old phone in the envelope and put it in the mailbox. Great communication. They let me know as soon as they received my old phone so I didn't have to wonder if it was lost in the mail or in their office somewhere.
I have all my devices insured through Asurion. Luckily we don't have to use them often! :-) We did have to pay a $150 deductible which I thought was a little high, but it was for an iPhone 6. I'm not sure how they arrive at their deductibles because I don't recall a premium option for different deductibles when I signed up. That might be something to consider! I have four devices insured so it adds up. Perhaps another consideration would be a premium reduction for multiple devices. But like I said, service and communication was excellent! Thank you!

I lost Samsung Galaxy Edge 32gb recently and I called them for the claim. They approved the claim and I got the phone next day but it was S7 and not S7 Edge. When I called customer service to ask about it, they mentioned that they didn't have the phone in inventory and I have approved them to send me S7. I told the representative that such communication never happened and I was never given an option about waiting or getting the comparable phone instantly. But she kept iterating the same thing again and again, basically saying that I am lying about. I told her that it was a miscommunication at their end they need to take care of it, but she denied and said nothing can be done as I have accepted getting a different phone.
First of all they she was listening to me and not trusting me for the communication which has actually happened before for the phone claim. Secondly, even if they had to send a different phone from the same tier why didn't they send galaxy 8 which is in the same tier. No, because they have to just think about their profits by considering customers as cheaters and lying about the whole situation and being disrespectful towards them. Very disappointed about how they handled the whole situation!!

My phone has a cracked screen and cracked back. They told me I had to fill out some paper which I have done. Multiple times with a copy of my driver's license. Every time I fill out the form they come up with a reason why it's not good enough. I wouldn't recommend their insurance on any device. I would rather spend the money on a new phone than to deal with them. You pay them every month and when you need to use what you pay for they are no help at all.

Asurion made filing a claim extremely easy. My replacement device was shipped almost immediately and I received it sooner than expected. The return instructions were very simple and convenient. Tracking it was also very easy and as soon as they received my bad device, they emailed me so I knew it got there.

The whole claims process was a mess! Submitted payment, payment was rejected, never got notified it was rejected. Chat representative said they did not inform of rejected payment. Only found out by trying to figure out where my shipment was the next day. Idiotic.

I was surprised to find out that my replacement phone was not going to be a brand new out of the box phone, it was a refurbished phone. I paid for the insurance for almost two years and then I had to pay your deductible. Under that kind of insurance program I would come to expect new... not refurbished. Sure the phone works fine and I have a year warranty, but to me it's the principle of the situation.

Although damaging a phone and having to replace it is certainly inconvenient I have to say my Asurion insurance worked exactly as advertised. Pretty painless to get a replacement and return the damaged phone. Will definitely recommend having insurance in place.

This is at least the 5th time I have used phone replacement; I am paying for insurance on two phones. You are always asking for a deductible before you will mail out a phone. You never advise of any new prices that are added to my account, henceforth you keep charging me for phones that my insurance should have covered.

I thought your service was great! The representative I spoke was friendly and helpful! When I was sick to my stomach because I dropped and lost my phone in a lake, I was relieved my insurance covered it. I received a voicemail late June telling me I may be charged $300 for not returning my phone! It's at the bottom of a lake! I was very clear to everyone I spoke with and no one said I would be charged $300 for not returning my phone! Please tell me this is just an error!

Very happy that I got the family plan with Asurion. It sure has paid off. I bought the whole family iPhone 7 plus that they absolutely love, but knowing the kids (even big ones) accidents happen. Sometimes I don't want to make a mistake if everything is online, but when I'm speaking with a representative that knows everything it helps that he/she reassures me that all my info and process is correct.

The paperwork was a bit of a hassle but once we got through all of that the process was easy enough. The Verizon rep was somewhat helpful in getting the claim started. I was not overly excited about the $150 fee to replace the phone but I guess with the cost of phones these days that isn't too bad. Overall, I was okay with the process.

The process for my damaged phone was too long and tedious. I had to send several emails as well as download and fill out an affidavit then find someone to scan and send it back. The whole process took way too many steps and took 10 days. My daughter list her phone and she sent one email and had the phone in 2 days. How does that make sense? I would like to retrieve my pictures from my phone I sent in... How can you make that possible?

I cracked my phone screen within a few months of owning my LG v20. The process was quick and easy. Just had to fill out the claim form and provide the proper verification and I had my new phone by Monday (I filed the claim on Friday). Had no trouble replacing my phone or sending back my old one.

The phone isn't good of a quality and it has touch screen problems, preventing me from texting or going on apps. It freezes every now and then, forcing me to restart the whole phone. The back camera is also messed up, not allowing me to take the pictures that I want.

In the past we have been extremely satisfied, they have either fixed or completely replaced the item. However this time I have had to sent the Tablet back twice for the same problems and it still isn't fixed! Now they are saying there is something else wrong with it and I should make another claim - pay $75.00 again to get it fixed properly. This has been going on since March.

I was denied the use of my insurance when I applied online & was sent back to Verizon for a replacement. Verizon sent me back to Asurion & over the phone I was able to access my insurance. It wasn't easy to access but I am glad I have a working phone. The phone I received, though, has some glitches, like a speakerphone that doesn't quite work perfectly. Also, slow responsiveness in the keypad. It seems like a refurbished phone.

My phone was stolen on a Friday. I contacted Asurion on Saturday and by paying my deductible I had a brand new phone by Monday with no hassle. I thought the care and service was great and I was ever so thankful that I had insurance on a three-month old iPhone 7.

My daughter's phone (an old Samsung S3 mini) totally stopped taking pictures - it was older anyway - it got replaced in a timely manner by Asurion. Didn't have any issues with timing, service, nor call center. Would recommend them, especially since these phones are used everyday!

Phone replacement claim — Very disappointed in the service! I'm not a technological-savvy individual and use my phone/device to connect and communicate with real people. I was constantly instructed to go to internet sites instead of being served well. As a business, customer service and satisfaction is a high priority and I provide a service that is professional and personal — You could use done lessons!

Replaced phone lost during an accident. Process on your website was smooth and easy. My negative comment is about not having a place to print out a receipt showing deductible was paid for records or to be sent to accident another insurance company for reimbursement. Called your help line and confirmed there is no way to print out per that transaction that I paid and you received my payment without using the print screen option on computer. Most web service have a print for records at the very end but when you submit on your webpage it's over.

I needed a replacement phone and with my busy schedule it took quite a bit of effort to even get this one. I have received complaints from everyone that I've talked to that they can't hear me. That is frustrating when I have to raise my voice and repeat myself or be "that look at me **" talking loud so everyone knows my business. The second issue is that the speed seems slower and the apps won't even open half the time or they freeze up and go black and I'm unable to open them. I can usually turn the phone off and then back on and reopen the app but this isn't the service I'm paying for. One star is generous guys, I'm rethinking my entire service.

I was paying Insurance since 2 years through AT&T. I lost my phone recently but from two weeks the Asurion customer representatives saying that, "Your claim was approved and it will be shipped in two business days." This was the same answer I was getting from two weeks from different persons. Every day they were giving the same answer. I was spending 4 hours in phone and online to reach them. They should say that YES or No I can save my time without waiting for my mobile but it was not correct way to respond to the customer. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen before. Worst experience and worst customer service by own experience.

The service was easy and in a timely manner. I would suggest Asurion to others. The process was easy and painless. The only problem I have is the on the phone I received the battery dies quicker than it should. I've owned a Galaxy S7 for a while and not had issues with it dying so quickly.

So Asurion sent me another refurb phone... Yay. But, my apps wouldn't load... Boo. So they sent me a brand new phone and it works great... Yay!!! I'm super happy with the service!!!

When I contacted Asurion regarding my damaged device, the representative file the claim on my behalf. At the end of the conversation I was told the new device would arrive the following day. I thought that was a mistake, but sure enough the device arrived the very next day via FedEx before 12 noon. Asurion kept their word and I highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience. I got my phone fast and hooked up fast. But recently the volume will just stop in the middle of my Facebook and Instagram videos. It's a problem that has recently started up. I know I didn't do anything to it that would cause it to just stop playing sound in the middle of watching a video nor is it a problem I have ever had with any of my previous phones. Everything was expedited and received within 24 hours. However, FedEx left the box in the rain and it was soaked. Thankfully the cellphone was not wet. The website was not as user friendly so I called and spoke with an associate, Amanda, who was very helpful in getting my problem resolved.

I started with Asurion cause I broke my Note 5. They sent me a new one the next day, I received it that night at 7pm. Once I received that phone the next day the home button and side button to cut off wouldn't work. So I sent it back after calling, they then sent me another and the camera on the back was busted to hell. So I called that night and argued and they eventually instead of sending me another Note five and $150 later I got a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I haven't had no problems since. It was a rough start but they made it right in the end, for that they earned a 5 star cause Verizon are awful with customer service. I would recommend to friends and family. Maybe not in the beginning but I would definitely now.

Had a great experience with Asurion but FedEx lost my phone and it took almost three weeks for FedEx to admit they lost and send the information to Asurion so they could send another phone. Once they sent the replacement phone it came the next day.

Asurion replaced my Droid Maxx with an identical phone. However, it was malfunctioning. They immediately sent me a new Droid Z Moto play and I would highly recommend them to friends. They worked with Verizon and made it right! I love my new phone.

We filed a claim online, and received a used iphone with 48 hours. The "new" phone works great! So we returned the broken phone (great that the return postage envelope was included). So convenient. I did got an email about the "Find my phone" not switched off. But I fixed the problem. Thank you.

Asurion has always been an effective service in insuring phones and replacing broken devices. However, my only real complaint is how expensive it is to get a replacement after I pay for insurance to begin with and rarely use it. Auto insurance companies have accident forgiveness, and Asurion could probably benefit in customer satisfaction if they offered something similar when someone pays and rarely uses the service.

The fingerprint ID did not work on iPhone 7 and the passcode was forgotten. Upon following the instructions on the website, a claim for damaged device was submitted. Follow-up emails were received from Asurion stating the claim was received and what action were being taken. A new phone was sent and received within 24 hours. Very pleased with the experience.

Last month I have to replaced my device as it was damaged and no longer working properly. I am happy to say that the service I received was excellent and I glad I had the opportunity to speak to a live agent. I actually prefer speaking to a live person rather than processing this request via an automated promoting system. I received a replacement phone after losing my iPhone and within three weeks the refurbished junk Asurion sent me would no longer hold a charge. Since the phone was past one week old there was nothing they could do. They said I could send it in to have a tech look at it, but then I would be phoneless until they decided a resolution. To make matters worse if the phone came back and there was something wrong with the port, I would owe them $300. Are you kidding me? What a rip off!!! Bottom line, if you are a consumer, cancel your plan with Asurion, save your money, don't lose your phone and in the event you do, use your upgrade and get the phone from your carrier or find another avenue to obtain a replacement. I will never be an Asurion customer again.

Was told you no longer carried my phone Samsung j6v. And their only comparable phone they could give me was a downgraded phone because they said it was in the same deductible bracket and that I could not pay to get something different. It was a mess. Also that they couldn't send their phone for at least 7-9 business days because a comparable phone was on back order. I Got a phone they offered me but I ended up going back into Verizon store and buying a new phone.

Another time I broke the screen of my iPhone and got an appointment to fix it the same day. The technician took only 10-15 min and got me a brand new screen. You did great with getting a new phone to us which we are grateful, but it had to be back ordered which created a lot of difficulty. It is unfortunate that one can't get a replacement phone at the Verizon store if it is out of stock through Asurion. I can understand when you have it in stock that you need to go through Asurion but when it is out of stock and you have to wait a much longer timeframe, it can really wreck havoc with your business or whatever you need that phone for. Thank you for getting it out to us immediately when it did get back in stock. I believe you deserve 5 stars for service, other than the difficulty not being able to replace it immediately caused. The system in place is seems more to frustrate you than to help you. Not easy to use and every time you call representatives seem to play hot potato with your call. My call got passed around several times before I ACCIDENTALLY got disconnected. Take a picture of all your personal information for we can overcharge you for a refurbished phone. Roll the dice if it works out for you and how long will it last? ANSWER Less than 90 days then you get to redo the entire fun process $100 plus enjoy the circus.

I had already paid $9.00/mo. for 18 mos. when I filed my claim. Then I was charged $149.00 deductible for a total of 311.00. The cost for my Galaxy S6 was $476.00. What kind of "**" insurance plan is this. I can see paying the monthly premium, but the deductible is total crap. Insurance rip-off!

My screen on my Galaxy S7 quit working while I was on family vacation 8** miles away from home. I called and got great friendly service that was patient with me. They sent the phone to me at the vacation house and would've originally got there the last day there and we would've been gone by the time postal arrived. I've had the phone for about a month now and it constantly is dropped calls. I never had this issue with my old phone. I've tried different sim cards and restoring, even spoke with Google support but they said they can't do anything because it's refurbished. It is disappointing paying for insurance only to receive a refurbished phone that is worse than my old one. I was better off just not having insurance and upgrading through Verizon. Very disappointed.

Having a phone go down, with essentially everything on board, is nightmarish. You got my replacement out quickly and I'm grateful. My deductible didn't hurt as much as a new phone would have. The only reason this isn't a 5 star, my replacement phone doesn't function as well as my old phone did. It has connection and signal issues, which I didn't notice for about a month, way past the time you give your customers to report any malfunctions, only 7 days, which clearly isn't enough time. Well the phone I had was no longer available but the phone I got was supposed to be comparable. So far learning the phone's in and outs has been a little different. There are a few things that I do not like about the phone itself but couldn't get a different one as this was the only phone I was told was available for me. If my phone was not available then I should have had more of a choice in what phone it was replaced with and not in a matter of speaking forced to take a phone I didn't necessarily want. That being said the delivery time frame was very on point. Great job there. I'm just disappointed that I pay for the insurance and have no real options. May 4th, 2017 - iPhone did not need to be replaced so I returned replacement phone immediately (did not even open package). When I called Asurion on May 18th inquiring about my refund, they told me it would take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up on my account (however, it only took 2 weeks for the charge to show up on my AT&T bill!). July 15th and still no refund so I call back. They can't seem to find any notes of my call but show I did call on the 18th of May but they don't know why. They do show the phone was returned in early May and will go ahead and process the refund (really??). Now they tell me it will be another 1-2 billing cycles before I'll see the refund on my account. And AT&T advise me not to cancel my insurance with Asurion as this will cause more problems so I have insurance on a phone I don't need!

My grandfather is at end of life care and I had to travel to NY unexpectedly when the phone had been shipped. The automated system allowed me to easily extend the time I would be mailing it out (past the 15 day window) without having to explain myself. Unfortunately, as we moved him to Hospice - I had to extend yet again; and I received a "courtesy call", which truly was a courtesy call. The woman was very kind and understanding and I didn't have to deal with threats or generic messages which consist of someone reading from a piece of paper. We sent in our 50-inch Vizio Smart TV because the screen was intermittently blacking out. At no time did they tell us to take a picture of our TV before we shipped it so there would be a date time stamp on it. We paid over $700 for this TV from Walmart. We got an email from them saying it was repaired, and when we received it, we looked it up and turned it on and the interior screen was cracked. We contacted them to let them know that we received a damaged, and they asked us if we had taken a picture of it before we shipped it. We told him we did not, and they refused our extended warranty. They are claiming, that we were trying to scam them to get a new TV which is completely not the situation.
In the end they put some representative named David ID number **, who I have to assume is their worst customer representative. He told us that we are not going to get anything fixed as we are trying to scam them. Again, at no time during any of our conversation with any of their reps prior to shipping it, or on any of the shipping instructions does it state to take a picture of the TV or any electronics for that matter prior to shipping in case of a situation as this. This is a scam company.

My phone only lasted 1 month. Now I'm having to wait 7 days to receive another phone, because they are backed up. My phone bill should be adjusted to a lower rate considering this issue. I also asked for any kind of phone. I work away from home, on the water. Anything would have helped. Also, the first LG V10 worked just fine several months with the 1 crack on the screen. The 2nd LG V10 only lasted 1 month. They both crashed the same exact way, internal issue! So, with that being said, why should I have to pay over 1 hundred dollars for internal defective product.

I went to my local Verizon store where I pay an extra fee every month for insurance. They gave me Asurion's online information! I filled it out and they sent me a phone - refurbished (scratched on the back) and of course it came with notice and instructions. I followed the instructions got my phone set up and the speaker didn't work unless you pressed the speaker button on my I phone! A bit inconvenient!
I called Asurion and was told to wipe and start again! I did and the problem still wasn't solved! I phoned them again and I got a song and dance how it was me! I called again and was told to open another claim. I did this! I now have 3 phones due to their stupidity and horrible service! I received replacement device in timely manner BUT it is apparently a refurbished device which is defective. I am now overseas with a device with a touch screen that responds only intermittently. I have limited access to email, camera, photos, GPS, internet, indeed all apps. Saddest is inability to take photos of family reunion which occurs once a decade. I recently had a problem with my AT&T iPhone 6s. Not only was the screen cracked, but the phone itself stopped working. So, through Asurion, I filed a claim to get a new phone. I was very happy that it was only going to cost me around $170 instead of buying a brand new phone for $700. However, when I received the phone, I was having problems restoring it from a backup from iCloud. So, right off the bat, after trying for a whole day, my so called "new" or "working refurbished" phone was not doing its job.
After figuring out a way to restore it tethered to iTunes on my MacBook, I quickly came to realize the phone was not functioning properly. After a few seconds of using it, the screen would stop responding to touch, which should not be happening. I was very upset. I decided to wait a week or so before taking action to see if this problem would go away, and sure enough, it did not. Not only was it annoying to have to click my phone screen off constantly in order to attempt to somehow fix the screen every minute or so, I was disappointed at the quality of the phone. I made a call to Asurion two nights ago and explained my replacement phone was not working.
After reading countless terrible Asurion reviews, I was convinced they were going to give me a hard time and have me pay for a new phone, and in that case, I was prepared to expect the worst. However, the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, and she immediately apologized for the difficulties I was having and told me I would get another replacement phone (that I did not have to pay for). Overall, I was very upset at the beginning of this process, but I can't complain because in the end, I got what I wanted and it works fine. Would it have been nice to receive what I was promised first? Yes, but not everything goes perfectly I guess. I am happy with the phone I have now, but I am not giving a perfect rating because it took multiple tries to get to this point.

My phone was stolen on July 2, right away I reported it with Sprint and Asurion. I had issue getting on the section I needed to download the files I needed to send Asurion. Now with my job, it requires me to be away a lot and I'm not much of a techie person. I went to Sprint and a sales agent walked me through the steps and it was a success. I sent Asurion the affidavit and federal issued ID. That was July 6 2017 and it's been a whole week and I have not a received an email from Asurion.
I finally have a day off and I contacted Asurion about the issue I have not received any information about my claim. The call desk representative told me it's because the federal issued ID was not good enough. I asked then why have not received anything through email letting me of this. I always mentioned that I have been checking my emails faithfully and not once have I received anything about it. If that was the case I would have sent my state ID.
At the time the only thing I had on me was my federal issued ID. I was so upset due to the fact I didn't receive any sort of contact about why I was still waiting and two the fact that I could not use my current number from stolen phone unto my temporary phone. These are things that are so inconvenience on company to put on their consumers. I wish I would have gotten some sort of update as to why I'm still waiting. I thought maybe they were busy so many other claims that's the reason I haven't received an email.
My families and friends has been trying to contact me and I was just hoping that I would receive my phone that I put a claim for. I might have a temporary phone but it was no point to give it out if the phone is just end up on stand by mode once I get my claim settled. I didn't want everyone to change my phone number to temp number back to my original number. Plus in case my job needs to get a hold of me it would also be a inconvenience to them to also change since Asurion won't allow my original number to be put on my temp. phone until I receive my phone through the mail.
Things happen in everyday life, like I said I know Asurion can get busy but they have to do better for their consumer. Something like tells me that they don't care and they don't care that inconvenience people by not communicating with their consumers. Hopefully there's another insurance company I can go through after my claim is done. People need their phone and to do good business with good companies and feel like we're at their mercy.

I dropped my phone at a concert and cracked the screen at around 7pm on a Tuesday, and got on Asurion and ordered a new one on the spot -- had my confirmation within 30 minutes. My phone was delivered to my home the next day (Wednesday) at 11:45 am, less than 24 hours later. Could not have been happier with the service.

My son had his phone stolen on Norfolk Naval Base. He received his phone quickly and was back in service next day. It was critical because he is in the United States NAVY and could be called at any time to report for service so the quick response by you was greatly appreciated.

The process of getting a replacement phone was simple and very easy! Once I got my new phone activated it's been stating my storage is full, and doesn't keep a full day charge. I am headed to the Verizon store today to see what might be an issue and troubleshoot.

The online process was very simple and fast. No questions were asked and the device was replaced in 24 hours. We live 40 miles away from the nearest Verizon store so the online option is great for us. Just finding the time to go to the store can be a challenge in itself.

I am true believer in protecting a piece of equipment that is easily underestimated. Asurion understands the value they have. Over the last 9 years at Verizon, I've had TEC Coverage since day 1. Filed a claim maybe 2 or 3 times. All of which happened in the last 2 years. Never did I think I would lose or break a phone being that I work with them all day. Having a replacement overnighted shows me that Asurion cares about my tool used to communicate, navigate, Faceit and Snap It or whatever it may be. Peace of mind is what I get with Asurion! Had to send the phone back. It didn't work. Probably no service had take and do a troubleshoot. Verizon couldn't get any service. Had to wait for another and buy another glass protected which isn't cheap! Hopefully the second one works better!

The phone was ok, wife did not really like it. It also cost additional cost for a new car charger. And the cost of another phone cover. You should have told me that this phone would require the additional cost. Retired person on a limited budget. I hope in the future you would let people know that when you charge type of phones, there will be additional cost.

The Asurion process was a smooth transaction. The process is explained, payment was accepted and my replacement phone was on its way. My only disappointments are in the quality of the phone itself. Being sold under the guise that the screen would not crack easily. Found out that was not the case. Landed battery side down, falling from less than 3 feet. Customer service was excellent and fulfilled their side of the deal!

At first, I wasn't happy that my exact phone wasn't available, the Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge. But I had a chance to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I'm very happy with my replacement. The new phone takes great pictures and the power consumption is a lot less than the 7 Edge.

Asurion insurance company is who covers extended warranties for Walmart and other place but this is about Walmart protection plan, so I purchased my tv and purchased the extended warranty thinking I would be covered. Only had the tv for a year. Tried to use the extended warranty. Not only was I left on hold for over an hour with nobody answered, they sent a technician out. He assured me the problem was due to overheating and that he had to get a different part to fix the tv. I said great. He asked me to contact Asurion and they would schedule the next technician so I did, I spoke with 2 different supervisors Petra, and Adrian both were not helpful at all. Not only did my claim was denied never had an email or and phone call to let me know my claim was denied.
I specifically explained the tv was overheating. The technician said there was multiple cracks in the screen and it was done by the customer. They were so unprofessional. They actually told me to not purchase through them and they didn't need my business. I recommend don't purchase any products that use Asurion as their warranty/coverage is the biggest rip off. Don't believe me. Look at their reviews. I'm sure if they saw this they wouldn't even care about unhappy customer. Do yourself a favor go to Cosco, Best Buy, anywhere else that doesn't use Asurion. Their personnel isn't helpful and their supervisors are rude. Hope this help. Never buying another product through Walmart. They try and push the coverage. Good luck people.

This has by far been the worst customer experience I've encountered in a very long time! I submitted my claim online on 7/6/17 and received notice that I needed to call to complete the claim. Honestly, that is when the beginning of this nightmare. I called and was told my claim was completed and has been escalated, but wasn't given a reason why. The representative told me that we would be contacted via phone or email on next steps. I received an email on 7/7/17 to complete my claim online and I did. I never received a tracking email as I was supposed to so I called. I called every day from 7/8/17-7/13/17 and was not given consistent or accurate communication.
For days 1-5 I kept being told the phone will arrive tomorrow. Day 6 and 7 I received recommendation to go purchase the Samsung 7 Edge and obtain reimbursement within 7-10 business days. I finally settled for receiving a check for the value of the phone to arrive in 3-5 business days. End to End, I will be without a phone for 13 - 14 days... that is unacceptable. If I could rate this experience as less than 1 I would. I have a phone plan with four phones... I am praying to GOD that I never have to submit another claim through Asurion!!!

My husband broke his brand new phone (of course). Asurion was wonderful. We had a brand new phone the very next morning! As we use this phone for our business, having a new phone that fast was essential. And Asurion provided a prepaid box for us to return the broken phone. Easy-peasy! Piece of ** company. Sent me a broken phone last night. Turned off my old phone already. So no phone now for over 24 hours. On the phone with Sprint last night for an hour. The replacement was good, and time frame. You should have the website redone to make it easier to navigate. Too many steps in process and it is unclear. Definitely good to have the pop up helpers online to answer questions. That was the most helpful part.

Overnight must only mean if ordered on a weekday. Claim was filed on Sunday morning and the phone arrived on Wednesday. I think part of the shipping problem was our local delivery hub goofing something up because the tracking said it was delivered Tuesday. All in all it worked out just fine.

The only problem I am having with the replacement is it gets hot when charging. It worries me a little but I will see how it goes. I have had to replace a few phones through Asurion and each time they fairly take care of all of my concerns.

Website not user friendly. Choice did not truly reflect the problem. I had to cancel and resubmit at least 5 times in order for the claim to go through. Some technical terms were not understood. There should be a definition of terms embedded in the program.

I dealt with Asurion on a weekend and had my phone by Monday morning. It was a quick, easy process. I was pleasantly surprised they process claims on Saturdays - it saved me one day without my phone. They were pleasant and easy to deal with and I am thankful I had the coverage.

Imagine falling up the steps with your brand new Samsung S8+ in your pocket. You hit pretty hard, but are unhurt. You then realize that you landed right on your phone that was in your pocket! You check it and confirm what you imagined, it's crushed. We are thankful that we had put insurance on this purchase, and within 24 hours a brand new phone was received. With the ever rising costs and purchase requirements for these items, it requires this type of service. Thank you!

Very simple process. Really don't have anything negative to say. Would be nice if they would implement a program where deductible would be waived if claim free for several years. I was shocked at how fast my replacement came. The new phone was on my doorstep the very next day.
