    The overall phone replacement was fine except the hassle with the icloud and the "find my phone program" and saying that it was not removed from the old phone was the problem. The communication was good but we had to call a few times to make sure everything was done right otherwise they were going to bill us for the additional $500 bucks if it was done. This part of the process needs to be greatly improved and it would be best if this whole process was not required by the customer just to replace a phone.

    They never called back when they said they will, I basically had to call back about 3 times to follow up with the process. Also had to fill up an affidavit like I was lying that the screen broke, after they verify your identity and account a customer shouldn't be filing affidavits. Of course they gladly take my money every month. I have 4 phones insured with this company.

    Phone does not work. When I make calls, I can hear the other person clearly but they cannot hear my voice unless I use speaker. I have tried turning up the volume and tried going through the settings to see if something was up but nothing has helped.     I have another phone covered by the Geek Squad (Best Buy). While Best Buy was okay, and FINALLY got the job done, it was like pulling teeth in comparison. Asurion is completely organized and efficient. Asurion delivers on time as promised, and the instructions were clear, and left no questions. My replacement phone was up and running quickly within a reasonable amount of time. With Geek Squad, I had to actually go into their facility because the instructions were not clear.     Dealing with Asurion and getting my new phone sent to me was quick and easy. However, since I've gotten the replacement phone it drops calls all the time, people say they can't hear me when I talk on the phone (that it sounds muffled), and it randomly goes to the screen to turn off/die (black screen with spinning wheel) but doesn't turn off (this happens regardless of charge, can be 20% or 80%). My screen also has issues with me scrolling sometimes. It won't scroll or will click on things a centimeter away from where my finger is. Overall, I'm not very satisfied with my replacement. My old phone worked perfectly other than the cracked screen.

    Mostly our experience with Asurion has been good until we returned the device and then was told we didn't turn off "find my iPhone" on that device and continue to be told that we don't have it off. The phone itself wasn't functioning to do it from the actual device, but when we go into the iCloud account to do it we are continuing to be told it's not done, we have spoke to numerous people trying to solve. This is frustrating and continue to be unresolved.

    Although customer service has been mostly good, I have had a bad experience with the replacements. The first one stopped working within less than a week and the second one, which I'm stuck with for now, is not working properly. It overheats easily and if someone calls me I can't hear them unless I turn on speaker mode which limits the functionality of my phone. I tried to replace this one and they said I had to call from another phone, well I don't have another phone and I don't have access to another phone until next week so I'm stuck with this dysfunctional phone. I hope next phone works well.

    While I received my replacement device quickly and had no issues with that, I have been repeatedly contacted telling me that find my iPhone was not turned off on the old phone and that I could be charged $500.     I lost my phone and called them for a new one which I had insurance on. I received the phone the next day and took it to the Sprint store to get it activated, but the company had messed up and the phone wasn't operating properly. So I called them again and they said they'd send one right away. What happened when I looked up to get the tracking info? They said I had to send an affidavit for a new one (after they'd just sent me one the day before). So I filled it out, sent it back, and they told me it would arrive by the next day.

    I looked up the tracking info today and apparently it's going to be another 7-10 days before my claim can be processed and I can receive another phone (which, judging by past experience with them, has about a 50/50 chance of actually working). Asurion operates confidently because not only is it the largest phone insurance companies, but it's also one of the only ones, so almost all carriers in the US are forced to give into this monopoly of messed up phones, thus keeping Asurion and places like it in business.

    My phone was damaged and I called to use my ever increasing in price insurance. They sent a refurbished phone right away and within 2 days I had the replacement phone however the phone screen upon turning it on kept flickering. Within a day of having the phone the screen had lines and was unusable. I sent it back and received an immediate refurbished replacement. The phone looked new and I was excited however within a few minutes of turning it on the screen starts open areas and within an hour it's jumping in and out of apps without request. The refurbished phones are not on par with a new or even preowned phone.

    Asurion and AT&T have told me that's what I pay for with insurance and refuse to do anything to correct the problem except offer me upgrade to pay more for a newer version which I don't want. I would like an iPhone 6 Plus that works. Send a new one of that version. My original phone never had these problems and was under a year old. My business is suffering, my phone is its main source. I am deeply disappointed. I intend to switch to another carrier ASAP!

    I made an insurance claim after dropping my phone under my lawn mower. The phone I received was obviously refurbished. I first noticed that the screen was not very secure. I powered up the phone and then noticed half the screen was black. Since receiving the phone I have noticed that the service reception is terrible compared to what I had.     The replacement phone that you guys sent me (LG G4) works fine, but I'm extremely disappointed with the replacement battery. The replacement battery that you sent lasts between 6 and 8 hours with minimal use, while my old battery (over a year old) lasted at least 12 hours with the exact same usage/conditions/phone settings/installed apps.

    I realize that Asurion sends out refurbished phones and that's how you guys make your money, but I would expect better from the battery. I assume that this battery is also refurbished and wasn't tested well at all, which is disappointing considering the deductible and monthly rate that I pay for this insurance. The least you could do is ship out new batteries. It's ridiculous to have to charge a dead phone at lunch every day just to get it to last until I get home from work.

    The customer service department with Asurion was excellent. It did not take more than 20 minutes, and I think less, and I had a new phone on order. I was skeptical of the need for an insurance policy like this one, but with 3 children (one who painted my phone with water causing it to die) this was a good decision. My only complaint is this. My "replaced" phone has glitches and hiccups.

    My first phone's battery was amazing and hardly had to be charged. This one needs charging at least once throughout the day on days it is more heavily used. That was not the case with my former phone. It's also important to note that your phone replacement is not a "new" phone, it's a refurbished phone. So, my replacement phone has some software glitches too, I think. For example, it does not always ring when a call is coming in. My 4s (really old) phone has been doing this for 2 years now, but it's really old. My Samsung replacement phone should not have these glitches. So... Just be aware, Asurion does not replace your phone with a new phone, at least not for me, it was a refurbished phone. That's it! Thank you, Asurion.

    My son dropped his phone while skateboarding. Cracked both screens. Contacted Asurion online and we had the replacement phone in less than 24 hours. Instructions were easy to follow and they made it easy to return the original phone by including a S.A.S.E. in the box. All I had to do was place the old phone in the envelope and put it in the mailbox. Great communication. They let me know as soon as they received my old phone so I didn't have to wonder if it was lost in the mail or in their office somewhere.

    I have all my devices insured through Asurion. Luckily we don't have to use them often! :-) We did have to pay a $150 deductible which I thought was a little high, but it was for an iPhone 6. I'm not sure how they arrive at their deductibles because I don't recall a premium option for different deductibles when I signed up. That might be something to consider!     I lost Samsung Galaxy Edge 32gb recently and I called them for the claim. They approved the claim and I got the phone next day but it was S7 and not S7 Edge. When I called customer service to ask about it, they mentioned that they didn't have the phone in inventory and I have approved them to send me S7. I told the representative that such communication never happened and I was never given an option about waiting or getting the comparable phone instantly. But she kept iterating the same thing again and again, basically saying that I am lying about. I told her that it was a miscommunication at their end they need to take care of it, but she denied and said nothing can be done as I have accepted getting a different phone.

    First of all they she was listening to me and not trusting me for the communication which has actually happened before for the phone claim. Secondly, even if they had to send a different phone from the same tier why didn't they send galaxy 8 which is in the same tier. No, because they have to just think about their profits by considering customers as cheaters and lying about the whole situation and being disrespectful towards them. Very disappointed about how they handled the whole situation!!

    My phone has a cracked screen and cracked back. They told me I had to fill out some paper which I have done. Multiple times with a copy of my driver's license. Every time I fill out the form they come up with a reason why it's not good enough. I wouldn't recommend their insurance on any device. The whole process took way too many steps and took 10 days. My daughter list her phone and she sent one email and had the phone in 2 days. How does that make sense?
