I mowed over my phone and it was in shattered and destroyed. I received my replacement phone set up and ready within 4 days. Easy to work with and customer friendly process. I would not hesitate to utilized Asurion again. It was worth it to buy the insurance. Thanks!

I dropped my iPhone damaging the display. Asurion handled my claim very quickly. My new phone arrived quickly and right on time. My only complaint is that the company refurbishing your phones is doing a terrible job. I had to have my replacement phone replaced two additional times because you sent me one with a bad battery, and a second with a bad microphone so people couldn't hear me speak. Your customer service was great, but you guys need to have Apple refurbish your iPhones, not the third party you have doing it currently.

My screen protection was damaged by pine cone sap and it was easy to get a replacement screen. I am fairly hard on my phone and I am always putting it in my coat pocket with multiple other items. I have found the cover works very well to protect the screen from scratching and it is very easy to clean.

I paid $200 a month and a half ago and received a refurbished phone. However, the screen is lifted on the bottom right, there's scratches where the volume buttons are and the phone keeps shutting off on its own. I didn't care too much about the exterior of the phone as long as it worked fine but the phone started acting up here and there. I really thought this problem would go away plus I have a 5 week old baby so getting around to calling Verizon then speaking with Asurion was last on my list.
BUT in between all of this I dropped my phone. There is a black ink spot, a size of a pin head, on the inside of the phone that I told them about. Talk about being honest... Asurion wants me to start another claim and pay another $200 dollars for another refurbished phone. Which now finding this website, they send out a lot of phones that are not properly fixed. So if your phone doesn't work perfectly, do me a favor and get your money's worth because they are screwing us over. They will send you another phone free if it doesn't work like a new one as long as you don't "damage" it... even though they can send you a damaged phone.

Asurion responded quickly to my claim regarding the theft of my cell phone. They accepted the claim the same day that I filed, and had a new replacement phone to me within 48 hours. No problems, very quick and easy to navigate their website.

At first they sent me a cheap replacement that wasn't the same size. Wasn't the same phone at all of what I had. Took 3 days to get it then I complained about the phone they sent me, give him the information they wanted, waited a week. No phone to replace the cheap one they sent me. Call back. Said I didn't give him the information. Finally got the same phone back another 4 days later. I've had replacement phones before. Had no problem. Got to me in under 24 hours. This time was terrible.

Asurion has had my back twice. They are easy to work with and give prompt service. The costs are reasonable, definitely worth the peace of mind knowing that a replacement device is only a day away. I always insure my phones through them.

Brand new, powered on, cuts off when it wants to for no reason. I didn't expect it to be as good as a new phone being it is a refurbished Note 4 but I expected more than in the first 10 minutes to have problems. If trouble started that soon, other problems will continue to arise in time I am sure. I just felt like after paying insurance for over 2 years, that paid for the phone itself and then the 150 deductible on top of that. To have problems straight out of the box was a unfair deal and I got shafted.

My experience with Asurion was great. Customer services rep handled my claim immediately the first time I called and explained to me all of what I needed to know and what I was to expect. My replacement phone was sent to me promptly. It arrived the next morning. Instructions inside new phone were right on point and it was a fast set up. Thank you!

Phone arrived fast and in what seemed to be good condition. Home button gets stuck but still works. That's what you get with refurbished phones. On off button stopped working about a week later, but started working right before I went to have repaired.

To make a long story short! We called Asurion for our warranty with our washer and dryer. They came out for the dryer. They had someone come look at it, fixed it and then it broke again. We also had a Samsung washer that had all kinds of problems as well. They sent someone out. The guy looked at it, ordered parts, came back, put the parts on. Still is not working. Order some other parts, came back, tried those parts, tried to fix it. Again didn't work.
All this time is passing and I have NO washer. I have 5 children and a husband that needs his Navy uniform is cleaned so I don't have time to be going back and forth to a Laundromat and spending tons of money for no reason. They still are ordering another part and it is on back order. I have been having to wait for almost 1 1/2 for a washer.
I will never get this warranty from this company ever. I will just save my money and buy a brand-new washing machine or dryer. I am not a person to be upset easily but come on you could have gotten better workers and rushed the part knowing we would have to wait this long for a washer... Also their customer service manager they can't never help you. Oooh and they only refund $20 of your Laundry cost and for a family of 7 people don't cut it!!! Would never recommend You to Anyone! Just save your own money!

My husband does consulting work for a very large company. He uses his phone for both personal and business. When he dropped his phone and cracked the glass so badly he was having issues using it. He went to the Verizon store to buy another one, they informed him that he had insurance on his broken one and for a small fee it could be replaced. The whole process was quick and easy. Within 24 hours he received a new phone and mailed back the broken one. He was never without use of a phone. I'm so glad I had the insurance and I am very pleased with how quick and easy the replacement process was.

To be quick. Got new phone and when on vacation next day Phone fell in wife's car on the way down and cracked the back. Cosmetic Front is perfect. Take it to Verizon, they reset it and say it's fixed. It is not. Take it to a different one. They put a new sim card in and no change. Had for about 3 weeks maybe still junk.

At a district Rotary meeting I had my Sony tablet with me. Returned from the meeting and shortly thereafter I went to my shoulder bag briefcase and could not find my tablet. Reported it to your company and a day later I had a new tablet. Thank God for insurance and your company.

The whole process of having a replacement phone sent after my wife's phone stopped working was easy. I just went online. Told Asurion what happen. The next business day a phone was delivered with a box to send the broken one back. I could not be happier with their system.

I didn't need you after all. Phone works great now! It was very hard to get to the claim part even when my Verizon customer service person was helping me. We got disconnected twice. Not a good customer oriented feel to the whole thing. I was very happy that the phone started working and has not had any problems since.

Paid for insurance, told I had to pay $149 deductible. My overnight delivery for replaced phone took 72 hours. The phone I received has had continual issues such as muting when talking to someone, typing letters sticking, and it wouldn't let me play my iTunes.

Up to this point I had given Asurion a five star rating for processing my claim. They are indeed good at that; however, it ends there. On the evening of the day that I mailed in my old phone, my wireless antenna quit working. I called into Asurion and received what I can best describe as marginal tech support. After it was confirmed that the wireless antenna wasn't working, TS advised me that a replacement phone would be sent overnight. I'm sure this is another re-built device that has gone through the much less than rigorous quality control as the present poorly re-built device.
My view of Asurion from this experience is just like the replacement phone they sent me: it looks great on the outside, but it's held together very loosely on the inside. You can bet that when I get a newer model phone, that I will get coverage from a different outfit. I gave you guys five stars on my last phone survey that I requested not to participate in, just to get off the phone.

My replacement phone arrived at my house the next morning by next day as promised by the company. New phone was in excellent shape. Setting it up was pretty much self explanatory, although they could include a few more instructions as theirs were pretty much non existent. I did have to call Verizon and ask about the whole sim card. Turns out if you have your old one it is way easier to just plug that into the new phone. Returning the old phone was easy, put it into the envelope and drop it in my mailbox. Asurion did let me know when they received my old phone back.

Start to finish, the whole process is simple and straightforward. I've had insurance for my phones for years and the few occasions I've had to warranty, all have been great experiences. As far as recovery goes, Verizon and Samsung both have excellent recovery software and my pictures are all protected with Dropbox too. Thank you Asurion.

Turnaround was quick. The documents were understandable. Everything needed to get the new phone working was included in the shipment. It came sooner than expected. One issue is the chat agent initially started a claim after I already started one. I had to go back and figure out which claim was the one I started and delete the other. The agent didn't delete the one he started.

It was extremely easy to report online that this phone had been stolen. I received a new phone quickly and although I had to pay $150, that is far less than what I would have had to pay to buy a new phone on my own. I am thankful that my phone was insured with Asurion.

The replacement phone I got can only take calls on speaker, I don't know what to do. Everything else works perfectly. When I take calls the other person says they can't hear me but they can only hear me on speaker. If I send it back will I get recharged? Other than that the shipping and service was fast.

My first, and hopefully only experience with Asurion was great! I dropped my new Verizon Samsung Galaxy 8 plus phone 6 weeks after the purchase. Even though I had an Otterbox phone cover on my phone, the impact of the drop damaged the phone beyond repair. I placed my claim with Asurion almost immediately, and paid my 199.00 deductible. I received my brand new identical Samsung Galaxy 8 plus in 2 days. I would have received my replacement phone the next day. However, because this happened on a Saturday, the next business day that I could receive the phone was on Monday. Asurion made sure that I had a another brand new phone in my possession as soon as possible. Thank you very much Asurion!

Your company is the absolute worst to do business with. Took you 48 hours to review my claim paperwork. Took you 4 days to get me a phone and then wasn't even the phone I had. I run a business and my phone is extremely important to run my business. Would be easier and less stressful to just buy a phone outright at full price. Absolutely terrible experience. It's ridiculous how I had to file a claim over 3 times to get a replacement. I already pay insurance in my bill and was willing to pay the deductible right away. Yet it took me like 4 days to finally get to a real person have them charge my debit card and have a phone in the mail. Very frustrated with the experience.

I had to return the replacement phone to get another replacement phone and it's still not working properly. Sure I can receive and make calls but the phone doesn't scroll properly. And reading articles is nearly impossible because it jumps to another story. I thought paying the monthly insurance for nearly 2 years would assure me the same quality phone. Very disappointed.

I have had many problems with the phone I was sent to replace my broken phone. It dies at random times when I have more than enough battery, and also glitches a lot and switches to other apps and things on my phone on its own. Very dissatisfied with this phone.

After 3 defective phones I'm canceling this phone insurance. Last month my phone was stolen from a restroom so I called for a replacement phone and paid the deposit. The 1ST phone I received I could not activate. I took it to Sprint and they said it was LOCKED and I needed to call Asurion again. Asurion could not unlock the phone and promised to send a 2ND phone... 3 days later, I received the 2ND phone which immediately after activation I noticed the speakers were blown. It sounded horrible and I could only converse in intercom mode.
I called Asurion 3rd time trying hard not to explode. I was advised that since I had so many complaints my claims had to be reviewed. Then 2 days later... on a Monday before 10am I was surprised at how promptly it had arrived. Opened the package to find a CHARGER! No phone??? I called a 4th time and received yet another phone in which I could not activate online or With a rep over the phone. I went back to Sprint and after 3 hours they advised they were not able to fix this 3rd device either. So I sent all 3 devices back. I have an email stating that Asurion received them. Yet, when I called questioning my refund today, I was advised that the devices show "in route" and to call back Friday. I give Up!

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen pretty badly. Within a day Asurion had me with a brand new phone of the same make and model, and I was back in business in no time. I highly recommend Asurion for folks getting new expensive phones. The price to replace the phone is a lot cheaper than buying a whole new one.

This company has jerked me around for 2 months on the 140.00 they owe me. I purchased 2 laptops tablet on 4-24-17 with insurance. Cracked the screen and the device wouldn't charge fully on one. Filed my claim on May 28th (because we don't repair these yet just so happens I work at "We fix it" aka Batteries Plus Bulbs one of the top ten out of 700 stores nationwide) but anyways a new tablet should work right! So first check was sent to Walmart's address for me because I didn't click Walmart gift card and I picked up in store then I call back and update my address and the woman said she would send another check out. Found out today she never issued this imaginary check. I highly recommend Squaretrade.

I was so pleased to find I had purchased $9 insurance on my costly phone and digital devices which was nested in the Verizon monthly payment. After having a window in my vehicle smashed to steal a backpack that was loaded for a trip, I called Verizon to cancel service on the iPad Pro which was in the backpack. The Verizon lady reminded me that I could have a replacement for the stolen iPad Pro and put me through to Asurion. 1 day after I spoke to the kind Asurion associate I received the expedited shipment of the replacement iPad Pro. Asurion treated me so well. Very compassionate & helpful service at a stressful time for me. I definitely will keep Asurion policies in force and recommend this protection insurance to family and friends as well.

I was on vacation and my mobile phone got damaged and was fully covered! Asurion claim process was fast and easy. They overnighted my phone replacement. They even sent the shipping label and envelope to return the damaged product. The deductibles are low too.

My phone was dropped in the water and was no longer working, and after having to provide the affidavit, and the deductible they would send the phone this was on Thursday I never got it. However you were wonderful. You helped me get one at the store in Tuscaloosa. Being military I need a phone asap. I understand the process and why you have it in place but you need to make special circumstances for military and first responders and medical personnel. We all have Id's that can prove who we are.

I was never told about a $150 deductible. To hold me liable for an additional $500 for my own property, is legally questionable. I feel like Verizon got me to pay two hundred dollars (after two years of payments) to hold me on the line for an additional $650. This is not how business should be done.

The iPhone 6 I received does not work most of the time. I have to reboot it and when you click on icon, it jumps all over the place so I have to keep shutting it off. It is using all my data by opening apps & I cannot take pictures or view texts. Brought it to Verizon & they did a "hard reboot" and sent me on my way. VERY UNHAPPY & NEED THIS JUNKY PHONE REPLACED.

Got my replacement phone in 1 day. No complaints at all. Fast accurate and easy to work with. Making a claim is easy. Their website to submit your information about your phone and why it needs to be replaced is nicely set up. I like that I did not have to even make a phone call. When my husband had a problem with his phone and the display was not working properly, I call Asurion. Initially, I gave them information for the wrong phone model, but after that was sorted out, Asurion got the correct phone into our hands. I had this phone (iPhone 6s) for about a little over a month but, my device since I got it my phone crashes and the microphone does not work. Personally I would like another phone. I pay too much to get phones that don't work well. My earphones got messed up with my old phone. The replacement did not work.

An online claim was filed on the Sunday prior to the Memorial Day holiday but Asurion sent me a refurbished replacement pretty quickly. Asurion also gave instructions for disassociating my ID with my damaged phone before returning it. My only trouble was not being able to power on my damaged phone to clear it before sending it to Asurion.

I was satisfied with the customer service part of the insurance package. The people on the phone were very accommodating and the phone arrived the next day which was great. Unfortunately the phone was refurbished and my wife has had some hiccups with the replacement phone. We are actually thinking of buying a new phone if we have any more problems with the replacement phone.

So easy, so fast, wonderful service. I love going through Asurion. It really took all the stress out of the horrible situation. I submitted my claim online in 5 minutes, and my phone was there the next day at 9 am. Then the box came with all the instructions and information I needed, and I sealed up my cleared broken phone in the packet that came in the box, stuck it in the mail, and a few days later got a confirmation email letting me know they got it.

The phone I ordered to replace my Samsung Galaxy S8 stopped working after a week, claiming the charging port was wet when the phone has not touched water. The phone has not come in any contact with water, and is now refusing to accept a charge via the connector.

The initial overall service with Asurion was great! They were timely and quite professional. The only problem I can truly say I had with them was that whenever my replacement items came in, one of my items was broken when I received the package. Included in my box were the phone, case, SD card, and headphones. Everything was fine except for the headphones which were already somewhat opened. Upon further inspection, the miniature remote that comes along on one was the headphone cords was broken into 3 pieces. Other than that, my experience was very swell.

I was very pleased with the speed of the replacement, and the courteous service received. My wife's phone was replaced within 24 hours of making the claim, resulting in a very minimum downtime for her. The only issue I have with the entire process is the cost of the deductible. After paying the monthly cost for insurance, a $150 deductible seems excessive. While I greatly appreciate the tremendous service, I would like to see lower deductibles for phone replacement.

Received phone fast but now this one is doing the same as the other one. Sometimes wouldn't answer when I push answer, shuts off when I am looking at something and some applications will stop working. Can't remove kid mode. Still not getting some of my text and sometimes it takes a long time for them to go through.

So the process was easy. The service was good. But I'm a little concerned that I'm going to be charged for not turning off Find My iPhone when I know I in fact did. I received an email saying I'd be charged 500. However I know I turned it off. I name all my iPhones the same thing which is Caswanna's iPhone. I fear because they all have the same name I'm going to be charged for having Find My iPhone on the phone that I now possess and not the one I sent back. To top it off I now have to replace the phone again and now I have to fill out legal documents which does bother me because I need it to correspond with my child's daycare and babysitters. I don't have access to scanners or now even a phone to take a picture of the documents. So this process is upsetting me just a little. But overall Asurion is pretty legit.

I received my iPhone 6s plus replacement within 24hrs which was promise, after receiving I had issues activating it, but eventually got it to work. The product works, but glitches and freezes from time to time. Sometimes becomes stuck in headphone mode so I can't use speaker. Overall I'm somewhat satisfied.

Rumors of a local repair facility being able to fix my phone, but then can't because of brand. It's time consuming and VERY frustrating. After the loss of my original iPhone 6, I was sent a refurbished replacement phone, just like my original that would not keep service. I was on the phone with my provider for over an hour trying to fix the situation, and was never resolved through my phone company. Luckily I was sent another phone free of charge which I use now. My current phone does not have flash when using the camera or a flashlight, and sometimes freezes up but I don't want to go through the process a third time just to get another iPhone 6 and not something upgraded. I thought refurbished meant it was like new. I am disappointed.

I dropped my smartphone and the screen fractured, only 2 weeks after I got it. I was traveling, so I called Asurion, they promptly sent me an email with the claim form attached. I completed the form and submitted it. That evening I got an email informing me that my phone would be arriving the next day, asking for my work address so that it could be delivered during business hours. The phone came that afternoon, with easy instructions for how to return the broken one. Great service!

I returned I5 phone. Went to Verizon to double check Find My IPhone was indeed disabled. One week later I get an email telling me I am going to be charged $500.00 because that app wasn't turned off. I had to contact Apple to verify it was disabled. Contacted your company to verify and got no satisfaction to verify app disabled. Your Customer Service rep was no help. Very disappointed.

My wife dropped her phone in the toilet and we had forgotten that we had damage coverage with Asurion. When we went to Verizon to see what our options were Verizon told us about our coverage. We contacted Asurion and were informed that her phone was no longer available, but they would replace her phone another model close to what she had. I appreciate the promptness of the response, and the customer service was very professional. I received my replacement phone very quickly and was up and running. The problem was battery life. The battery standby or daily life sucks. I typically have to charge my phone during the day, as it can run down to a red low battery indicator, without any programs running in the background. Everything was easy-peasy. The only downside (not really) was I had to wait til 6:00pm for the UPS guy to deliver. We are at the end of his route so this always happens. It wasn't your fault. This was for my grandson's phone. We have had Asurion for several years and, especially for him, we wouldn't be without it. I have my iPad and iPhone insured as well and have never had to use it.

I appreciate the coverage of the phone and the fast arrival, however I did not have a great experience initiating the claim online, most inconvenient, I kept getting error messages, couldn't verify my address then couldn't provide payment information. I used your chat multiple times as there was not a phone number for customers to call, I finally got a chat rep that couldn't help me and gave me the number to call, in which was automated... unbelievable. I was out of state traveling and thought I lost phone. I made the call from a Verizon store, but I was prohibited from having it sent to Verizon. After filing claim, found phone 20 min later. Attempted to call back and cancel. Even though it had not shipped I was unable to cancel the claim and was told refuse delivery on a delivery that requires no signature. Basically I had to take the new phone.

Hello - I was very pleased how quick replacement device arrived. I was a little confused and unsure how to erase my original device before returning it - I ended up calling help # to assist with procedure - instructions weren't all that clear. Problem with phone calls disconnecting after couple weeks on replacement device and flashing screens. Called help # and had to reset phone which hassle as had to reorder. Some of previous apps now lost due to reset. Don't like fact that replacements are refurbished as pay monthly insurance fee plus the $100+ ($150?) deductible. I am not happy with the very high deductible ($199) for a phone that was stolen within 48 hours of the original purchase or for that matter anytime. This needs to be told by reps. that sell your insurance. For just $600 more I could have bought the phone straight out. Your customer should be able to select a payment plan based on the deductible associated with the payments - yes like most insurances (ie. auto...). I was very surprised and disappointed with this aspect of the insurance.

I'm happy I have my phone insured with Asurion, as it really is a great company that gets your new phone to you ASAP. It's quick and easy, with fair pricing. However, this particular experience was pretty awful. The phone got shipped to the wrong address the first time and had to get sent back to Asurion, but otherwise it would've gotten to me within 24 hours as promised. When fixing that with a customer service representative on the phone, she entered the wrong ZIP code, and therefore wrong address a second time, and it had to be sent back again.
With weekends and a holiday thrown in, it took me 2 weeks to get my new phone. In the end, though, they were extremely helpful in setting up the new device when I got it and sent me appropriate compensation for having so much trouble. Bad experience, but great company. I continue to keep my phone insured through them and highly recommend (just double check the address 5 times before you get off the phone)!

I was very happy with the service. I tried taking c/o it online but was not able to, because the model a had could not be located. They did find one that has a larger screen, they asked if I would be ok with it, I agreed and it arrived just in time.

We had insurance with Asurion from Verizon Wireless. Daughter lost phone we couldn't find it. We filed a claim and got the new phone next day. Very happy with quick return time. A plus service. We gladly use them again and all of our phones are insured with this insurance company, very fast replacement time on phone next day was at my office by 9 am.

The price of Insurance coverage tripled and I not knowing the change until I needed to use or claim the insurance was a surprise to me. Yes I do need a way to communicate with people either family, friends or for either business or work. I do know it's a way to capitalize on the economy.

Good experience. Only negative was not being able to confirm that we turned find my phone off because the old phone was not usable (could have been user error). Otherwise loved how quick it was and easy to send back old phone - made the experience very easy.

I never do reviews but due to the horrible experience I have had I went out of my way to create an account and write a review. They gave me false information which led me to not having my new phone on time. 2 people I spoke with were blatantly rude and shouldn't have jobs in customer service. I wish another mobile company used a different insurance company because I would transfer my service in a quick second over having to deal with them ever again in my lifetime.

I was very pleased with the help that I got when I called in for the replacement phone. She was nothing but kind and thoughtful. Very informative. I couldn't have asked for a better person to speak with. My only issue is the price for the insurance monthly. If you go a year or two and don't use it you still don't get a discount.

Asurion rep couldn't help me figure out my shipping method, wasted my time. Got my replacement phone which took me a few days to re enter passwords and upload the same app (an awful process). Only a few weeks into using it and now the phone is barely taking a charge. Keeps saying my phone is moist when it is not (nowhere near water), and saying I'm not using the original charger when I'm using the phone that came in the box with the phone. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

Amazing! New phone replacement delivered the next day. Awesome service. It was so easy to do and quickly completed. I would definitely recommend as an insurance company. The only thing that could be better would be the option to pay a higher premium for a lower deductible.

I had to file a claim on my Samsung Galaxy S8. Everything went better than expected. My only complaint is I feel that since I have never filed a claim before, I feel the $199 deductible is ridiculous. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say. I am truly grateful for the service Asurion provides and is spot on handling and processing claims in a timely manner. Thank you.

The policy of removing "find my iPhone" from a damaged device with no visibility on the screen before returning was very trying. A $500 fine is ridiculous if you are not able to access your screen or password due to a head injury preventing you from recalling anything. No compassion for injury at all. Just added to an already very stressful situation. The iPhone shop had to intervene which meant two 60 mile round trips. Please show more compassion to your customers. I have paid fees for years to keep this coverage and I am certain after my history some compassion could have and should have been exercised on your part.

The replacement process was easy, fast, and painless. However, the replacement phone I received has issues with the speakerphone function. Anytime I attempt to use the speakerphone, the person on the other line cannot hear me. It's almost as if it's muting me... inconvenient.

Replacement of damaged Samsung s7 edge: My first encounter with Asurion I submitted a claim an discovered the deductible was higher than expected. I later found out from a Verizon Representative that the deductible had been lowered, therefore I reconsidered my claim & settled for that amount because damage was worsening... still somewhat high but managed not entirely satisfied.

The replacement phone will not hold a charge. It lasts less than 2 hours. Calls to Asurion have not been successful yet even though it has a 12 month warranty. I will try calling one more time. The new phone also eats photos and deletes things it's not supposed to. Worst though is the battery will not stay charged.

Although at first this seemed rather simple it got rather complicated and made my review less than satisfied. First, my daughter was careful to remove her find my iPhone as instructed, but then apparently there was another step to remove from my iCloud. That wasn't really clear, but regardless about 2 weeks after the return I got a call asking me to do that. I did so yet still got calls about removing. I called and asked for someone to call me back, yet never received a call. I will be VERY upset if I am charged more based on this given that we have done everything Asurion asked.

Replacement phone was sub quality. Earpiece on calls is very low and only able to hear when in speaker mode or with headphones. Constantly crashes. Alerts get stuck on screen unless restart entire device. Gets frozen constantly even though 90% storage space still available.

I damaged my phone 6/30, I requested a replacement phone for next day. Received but couldn't activate reason being the company never release the phone from being lost. They tell me it take 24/48 to be released but I paid for overnight. Next day still have not released the line. They assured me this would be corrected. LIESSSSSSS once again. They tell me they will make sure I have the phone by Wednesday. Lies. They never ordered it. They tell me I will have the phone by Thursday. Once again still no phone and yet I'm paying for a service I don't have. I guess you get what you pay for... worst company. No one takes accountability, nor sees anything through and you can't talk with the higher ups because they just don't care.

I recently had my phone replaced under warranty through Asurion. Unfortunately, they were no longer replacing my exact model phone which was a Samsung Galaxy Note II. I was not offered a comparable model (phone with a stylus) but sent a Samsung Galaxy S6. I had become reliant on the stylus function of my Note Ii, so I was very disappointed that Asurion did not provide a comparable replacement. I expressed my dissatisfaction with Verizon but was told they had no control over what phones were chosen as replacements. So, I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't suit my needs.

The replacement phone I received has some problems with the person on the other end hearing me unless I put it on speaker phone. That is not very satisfactory because if I am out in public or want to have a private conversation even at home it makes it impossible. Your service was quick and the instructions were clear so that was nice.
