Phone replacement claim — Very disappointed in the service! I'm not a technological-savvy individual and use my phone/device to connect and communicate with real people. I was constantly instructed to go to internet sites instead of being served well. As a business, customer service and satisfaction is a high priority and I provide a service that is professional and personal — You could use done lessons!

Replaced phone lost during an accident. Process on your website was smooth and easy. My negative comment is about not having a place to print out a receipt showing deductible was paid for records or to be sent to accident another insurance company for reimbursement. Called your help line and confirmed there is no way to print out per that transaction that I paid and you received my payment without using the print screen option on computer. Most web service have a print for records at the very end but when you submit on your webpage it's over.

Easy, carefree process. Took no time for replacement process from the time I reported the loss until the time I received the phone. Would recommend having Asurion product on all phones. Made it easy to return and it was hassle-free. Help was only a phone call away if needed.

I needed a replacement phone and with my busy schedule it took quite a bit of effort to even get this one. I have received complaints from everyone that I've talked to that they can't hear me. That is frustrating when I have to raise my voice and repeat myself or be "that look at me **" talking loud so everyone knows my business. The second issue is that the speed seems slower and the apps won't even open half the time or they freeze up and go black and I'm unable to open them. I can usually turn the phone off and then back on and reopen the app but this isn't the service I'm paying for. One star is generous guys, I'm rethinking my entire service.

I was paying Insurance since 2 years through AT&T. I lost my phone recently but from two weeks the Asurion customer representatives saying that, "Your claim was approved and it will be shipped in two business days." This was the same answer I was getting from two weeks from different persons. Every day they were giving the same answer. I was spending 4 hours in phone and online to reach them. They should say that YES or No I can save my time without waiting for my mobile but it was not correct way to respond to the customer. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen before. Worst experience and worst customer service by own experience.

The replacement process was very straightforward, not to mention quickly! I had the replacement phone within just a few days, and the old phone was received a few days after that. Very smooth transition! Would certainly utilize this service again!

The service was easy and in a timely manner. I would suggest Asurion to others. The process was easy and painless. The only problem I have is the on the phone I received the battery dies quicker than it should. I've owned a Galaxy S7 for a while and not had issues with it dying so quickly.

The replacement phone arrived the morning after claim was submitted and was working almost immediately. Returning the old phone was also easy as they supplied an envelope that could be dropped into any mailbox. Everything was easy.

I spilled wine on my phone and it stopped working... Boo. But I had Asurion insurance and they replaced my phone... Yay. But, the phone was a refurb and the speaker was blown... Boo. So Asurion sent me another refurb phone... Yay. But, my apps wouldn't load... Boo. So they sent me a brand new phone and it works great... Yay!!! I'm super happy with the service!!!

When I contacted Asurion regarding my damaged device, the representative file the claim on my behalf. At the end of the conversation I was told the new device would arrive the following day. I thought that was a mistake, but sure enough the device arrived the very next day via FedEx before 12 noon. Asurion kept their word and I highly recommend their services.

Dropped my phone/wallet in the ocean. Had a new phone delivered in less than 24 hours to the place I was staying!!! Great service. Would totally recommend the warranty to any friend or anybody who has service through Verizon!

I had a great experience. I got my phone fast and hooked up fast. But recently the volume will just stop in the middle of my Facebook and Instagram videos. It's a problem that has recently started up. I know I didn't do anything to it that would cause it to just stop playing sound in the middle of watching a video nor is it a problem I have ever had with any of my previous phones. I would like to know either how to fix it or what you will do to fix my problem. Thank you. Have a wonderful day.

My iPad had a cracked screen and needed to be replaced. I went online, filed a claim and received a replacement within two days. The whole process was seamless and stress free and I was able to continue on like nothing happened at all!

Everything was expedited and received within 24 hours. However, FedEx left the box in the rain and it was soaked. Thankfully the cellphone was not wet. The website was not as user friendly so I called and spoke with an associate, Amanda, who was very helpful in getting my problem resolved.

I started with Asurion cause I broke my Note 5. They sent me a new one the next day, I received it that night at 7pm. Once I received that phone the next day the home button and side button to cut off wouldn't work. So I sent it back after calling, they then sent me another and the camera on the back was busted to hell. So I called that night and argued and they eventually instead of sending me another Note five and $150 later I got a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I haven't had no problems since. It was a rough start but they made it right in the end, for that they earned a 5 star cause Verizon are awful with customer service. I would recommend to friends and family. Maybe not in the beginning but I would definitely now.

Had a great experience with Asurion but FedEx lost my phone and it took almost three weeks for FedEx to admit they lost and send the information to Asurion so they could send another phone. Once they sent the replacement phone it came the next day.

Asurion replaced my Droid Maxx with an identical phone. However, it was malfunctioning. They immediately sent me a new Droid Z Moto play and I would highly recommend them to friends. They worked with Verizon and made it right! I love my new phone.

Was not happy about the location of a repair shop that could have fixed the screen on the spot. Asurion should have such repair shops conveniently located in our five boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island) in New York City.

We filed a claim online, and received a used iphone with 48 hours. The "new" phone works great! So we returned the broken phone (great that the return postage envelope was included). So convenient. I did got an email about the "Find my phone" not switched off. But I fixed the problem. Thank you.

Asurion has always been an effective service in insuring phones and replacing broken devices. However, my only real complaint is how expensive it is to get a replacement after I pay for insurance to begin with and rarely use it. Auto insurance companies have accident forgiveness, and Asurion could probably benefit in customer satisfaction if they offered something similar when someone pays and rarely uses the service.

The fingerprint ID did not work on iPhone 7 and the passcode was forgotten. Upon following the instructions on the website, a claim for damaged device was submitted. Follow-up emails were received from Asurion stating the claim was received and what action were being taken. A new phone was sent and received within 24 hours. Very pleased with the experience.

Last month I have to replaced my device as it was damaged and no longer working properly. I am happy to say that the service I received was excellent and I glad I had the opportunity to speak to a live agent. I actually prefer speaking to a live person rather than processing this request via an automated promoting system. The process safe and easy and I received my device timely and returning the device was easy to understand.

The phone came quickly with zero hassle. It was a quick and convenient experience. After putting in my information delivery happened within 24 hours and they had the flexibility to deliver to a non-home address. The price of the replacement was steep but so much cheaper compared to the alternative options! They also made returning the broken device so easy!

I received a replacement phone after losing my iPhone and within three weeks the refurbished junk Asurion sent me would no longer hold a charge. Since the phone was past one week old there was nothing they could do. They said I could send it in to have a tech look at it, but then I would be phoneless until they decided a resolution. To make matters worse if the phone came back and there was something wrong with the port, I would owe them $300. Are you kidding me? What a rip off!!! Bottom line, if you are a consumer, cancel your plan with Asurion, save your money, don't lose your phone and in the event you do, use your upgrade and get the phone from your carrier or find another avenue to obtain a replacement. I will never be an Asurion customer again.

Was told you no longer carried my phone Samsung j6v. And their only comparable phone they could give me was a downgraded phone because they said it was in the same deductible bracket and that I could not pay to get something different. It was a mess. Also that they couldn't send their phone for at least 7-9 business days because a comparable phone was on back order. I Got a phone they offered me but I ended up going back into Verizon store and buying a new phone.

Another time I broke the screen of my iPhone and got an appointment to fix it the same day. The technician took only 10-15 min and got me a brand new screen. You did great with getting a new phone to us which we are grateful, but it had to be back ordered which created a lot of difficulty. It is unfortunate that one can't get a replacement phone at the Verizon store if it is out of stock through Asurion. I can understand when you have it in stock that you need to go through Asurion but when it is out of stock and you have to wait a much longer timeframe, it can really wreck havoc with your business or whatever you need that phone for. Thank you for getting it out to us immediately when it did get back in stock. I believe you deserve 5 stars for service, other than the difficulty not being able to replace it immediately caused. Therefore because it caused great issues within my business, I dropped it down to 3 stars. Thank you.

The system in place is seems more to frustrate you than to help you. Not easy to use and every time you call representatives seem to play hot potato with your call. My call got passed around several times before I ACCIDENTALLY got disconnected. Take a picture of all your personal information for we can overcharge you for a refurbished phone. Roll the dice if it works out for you and how long will it last? ANSWER Less than 90 days then you get to redo the entire fun process $100 plus enjoy the circus.

I had already paid $9.00/mo. for 18 mos. when I filed my claim. Then I was charged $149.00 deductible for a total of 311.00. The cost for my Galaxy S6 was $476.00. What kind of "**" insurance plan is this. I can see paying the monthly premium, but the deductible is total crap. Insurance rip-off!

My screen on my Galaxy S7 quit working while I was on family vacation 8** miles away from home. I called and got great friendly service that was patient with me. They sent the phone to me at the vacation house and would've originally got there the last day there and we would've been gone by the time postal arrived. They got it to me a day sooner and phone seems to work fine and the sound seems louder than my previous Galaxy S7. Thank you.

Having paid monthly for full coverage through Verizon for my cell phone I discovered when I actually filed a claim for a lost phone that a) the replacement offered was a different, inferior brand and b) would take 3 to 7 days to obtain. So I have been forced to purchase a new phone. This insurance is a waste of money.

I've had the phone for about a month now and it constantly is dropped calls. I never had this issue with my old phone. I've tried different sim cards and restoring, even spoke with Google support but they said they can't do anything because it's refurbished. It is disappointing paying for insurance only to receive a refurbished phone that is worse than my old one. I was better off just not having insurance and upgrading through Verizon. Very disappointed.

The process to execute a claim was easy and the replacement phone came within 24 hours of the claim. My only issue is the cost. After paying the monthly fee month over month, I was disappointed to have to pay an additional charge of $150 towards a new phone.

The battery is horrible junk. What was it a old battery because this one dies in 2 hrs... It's crap. I want a new battery I paid 100. For junk. How can you send someone a dead battery when they pay that much? I would like a new battery. The phone is great. It's just this bad battery.

Having a phone go down, with essentially everything on board, is nightmarish. You got my replacement out quickly and I'm grateful. My deductible didn't hurt as much as a new phone would have. The only reason this isn't a 5 star, my replacement phone doesn't function as well as my old phone did. It has connection and signal issues, which I didn't notice for about a month, way past the time you give your customers to report any malfunctions, only 7 days, which clearly isn't enough time. Hopefully that's not by design. Best regards.

The iPhone 6s they sent the battery wouldn't hold a charge for more than 60 minutes of talking! I ended up buying a new phone! The insurance is not worth the money you pay for it. The phone they sent cost me $149.00 with the insurance and it was not a good phone!!!

There is only one problem that seems to be common with the refurbished phones and it is battery life! Other than that the experience with Asurion is excellent! Asurion is an outstanding insurance company for phones and I will continue to use them on all my cell phones! I would recommend everyone use them to insure their phones!

Not only was your entire customer service staff completely and utterly incompetent, but I should have never have had to use them. Had your backward, dysfunctional system identified my very real street address I would have never needed to use them. Never have I had such a negative experience with a company in my life. I will never use your company again, and I will very likely switch carriers for the sole sake of never having to correspond with your service ever again.

Well the phone I had was no longer available but the phone I got was supposed to be comparable. So far learning the phone's in and outs has been a little different. There are a few things that I do not like about the phone itself but couldn't get a different one as this was the only phone I was told was available for me. If my phone was not available then I should have had more of a choice in what phone it was replaced with and not in a matter of speaking forced to take a phone I didn't necessarily want. That being said the delivery time frame was very on point. Great job there. I'm just disappointed that I pay for the insurance and have no real options. If I'm paying for something I should have a choice.

Asurion is the bomb! No hassles, prompt service and super easy re-connect. The phone I received the very next day after my claim was made said that it was refurbished, but after very close examination I could not tell it apart from the brand new product!

May 4th, 2017 - iPhone did not need to be replaced so I returned replacement phone immediately (did not even open package). When I called Asurion on May 18th inquiring about my refund, they told me it would take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up on my account (however, it only took 2 weeks for the charge to show up on my AT&T bill!). July 15th and still no refund so I call back. They can't seem to find any notes of my call but show I did call on the 18th of May but they don't know why. They do show the phone was returned in early May and will go ahead and process the refund (really??). Now they tell me it will be another 1-2 billing cycles before I'll see the refund on my account. And AT&T advise me not to cancel my insurance with Asurion as this will cause more problems so I have insurance on a phone I don't need!

Everything went very smoothly and a new phone was sent out immediately. The process was great and my son was able to go on vacation with a working phone. I went to the Verizon store and they filled out all forms for us to get the process moving. I am happy we had purchased the insurance.

My grandfather is at end of life care and I had to travel to NY unexpectedly when the phone had been shipped. The automated system allowed me to easily extend the time I would be mailing it out (past the 15 day window) without having to explain myself. Unfortunately, as we moved him to Hospice - I had to extend yet again; and I received a "courtesy call", which truly was a courtesy call. The woman was very kind and understanding and I didn't have to deal with threats or generic messages which consist of someone reading from a piece of paper. Thank you for practicing some humanity in a corporate country which seems to lack it, more than practice it.

The return envelope was accidentally discarded and I've spoken with two representatives that said they were mailing me a new envelope so that I can return the damaged phone. However as of 7/15/17 I still have not received the envelope. I realize I'm going to be charged for this phone if the old one doesn't get returned soon. I need an envelope.

We sent in our 50-inch Vizio Smart TV because the screen was intermittently blacking out. At no time did they tell us to take a picture of our TV before we shipped it so there would be a date time stamp on it. We paid over $700 for this TV from Walmart. We got an email from them saying it was repaired, and when we received it, we looked it up and turned it on and the interior screen was cracked. We contacted them to let them know that we received a damaged, and they asked us if we had taken a picture of it before we shipped it. We told him we did not, and they refused our extended warranty. They are claiming, that we were trying to scam them to get a new TV which is completely not the situation.
In the end they put some representative named David ID number **, who I have to assume is their worst customer representative. He told us that we are not going to get anything fixed as we are trying to scam them. Again, at no time during any of our conversation with any of their reps prior to shipping it, or on any of the shipping instructions does it state to take a picture of the TV or any electronics for that matter prior to shipping in case of a situation as this. This is a scam company.

I now have my "new" phone which does not have the same apps as my old one which I found just a few days after receiving the one from you. I would like info on returning the replacement you provided and continuing with the one I lost. I understand the one I lost had ALL info on it erased and cannot be used again. Is this correct? Also, if it is returned to you do I get paid for it? The entire process has been a hassle and I'm considering dropping this insurance.

It was challenging to get through the process when working with employee through chat feature. They were often short and ended conversation prematurely by transferring me to a survey causing me to have to start over on three occasions. Otherwise, my device was replaced and that was a tremendous positive.

Asurion made sure that my request was met. I had a broken screen scheduled to be prepared and had issues with the repair screen so Asurion shipped me a new phone within the next day! I was so relieved as I didn't have to go another day without access to a phone. The representative that helped me was very polite, attentive, and efficient.

My phone only lasted 1 month. Now I'm having to wait 7 days to receive another phone, because they are backed up. My phone bill should be adjusted to a lower rate considering this issue. I also asked for any kind of phone. I work away from home, on the water. Anything would have helped. Also, the first LG V10 worked just fine several months with the 1 crack on the screen. The 2nd LG V10 only lasted 1 month. They both crashed the same exact way, internal issue! So, with that being said, why should I have to pay over 1 hundred dollars for internal defective product.

I went to my local Verizon store where I pay an extra fee every month for insurance. They gave me Asurion's online information! I filled it out and they sent me a phone - refurbished (scratched on the back) and of course it came with notice and instructions. I followed the instructions got my phone set up and the speaker didn't work unless you pressed the speaker button on my I phone! A bit inconvenient!
I called Asurion and was told to wipe and start again! I did and the problem still wasn't solved! I phoned them again and I got a song and dance how it was me! I called again and was told to open another claim. I did this! I now have 3 phones due to their stupidity and horrible service! My 3 phone has issues and I would rather keep the phone until they fix this problem! I do not want a REFURBISHED phone!!! I paid top dollar phone my phone and insurance! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Had to wait a week for replacement. I keep getting messages about the Find my phone feature. I have disconnected and deleted from my iCloud account yet I continue to get messages saying this needs to be done. I do not know what else needs to be done and it is very difficult to get in touch with a live person.

I received replacement device in timely manner BUT it is apparently a refurbished device which is defective. I am now overseas with a device with a touch screen that responds only intermittently. I have limited access to email, camera, photos, GPS, internet, indeed all apps. Saddest is inability to take photos of family reunion which occurs once a decade. I feel insecure with inability to obtain directions.

I recently had a problem with my AT&T iPhone 6s. Not only was the screen cracked, but the phone itself stopped working. So, through Asurion, I filed a claim to get a new phone. I was very happy that it was only going to cost me around $170 instead of buying a brand new phone for $700. However, when I received the phone, I was having problems restoring it from a backup from iCloud. So, right off the bat, after trying for a whole day, my so called "new" or "working refurbished" phone was not doing its job.
After figuring out a way to restore it tethered to iTunes on my MacBook, I quickly came to realize the phone was not functioning properly. After a few seconds of using it, the screen would stop responding to touch, which should not be happening. I was very upset. I decided to wait a week or so before taking action to see if this problem would go away, and sure enough, it did not. Not only was it annoying to have to click my phone screen off constantly in order to attempt to somehow fix the screen every minute or so, I was disappointed at the quality of the phone. I made a call to Asurion two nights ago and explained my replacement phone was not working.
After reading countless terrible Asurion reviews, I was convinced they were going to give me a hard time and have me pay for a new phone, and in that case, I was prepared to expect the worst. However, the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, and she immediately apologized for the difficulties I was having and told me I would get another replacement phone (that I did not have to pay for). Overall, I was very upset at the beginning of this process, but I can't complain because in the end, I got what I wanted and it works fine. Would it have been nice to receive what I was promised first? Yes, but not everything goes perfectly I guess. I am happy with the phone I have now, but I am not giving a perfect rating because it took multiple tries to get to this point.

My phone was stolen on July 2, right away I reported it with Sprint and Asurion. I had issue getting on the section I needed to download the files I needed to send Asurion. Now with my job, it requires me to be away a lot and I'm not much of a techie person. I went to Sprint and a sales agent walked me through the steps and it was a success. I sent Asurion the affidavit and federal issued ID. That was July 6 2017 and it's been a whole week and I have not a received an email from Asurion.
I finally have a day off and I contacted Asurion about the issue I have not received any information about my claim. The call desk representative told me it's because the federal issued ID was not good enough. I asked then why have not received anything through email letting me of this. I always mentioned that I have been checking my emails faithfully and not once have I received anything about it. If that was the case I would have sent my state ID.
At the time the only thing I had on me was my federal issued ID. I was so upset due to the fact I didn't receive any sort of contact about why I was still waiting and two the fact that I could not use my current number from stolen phone unto my temporary phone. These are things that are so inconvenience on company to put on their consumers. I wish I would have gotten some sort of update as to why I'm still waiting. I thought maybe they were busy so many other claims that's the reason I haven't received an email.
My families and friends has been trying to contact me and I was just hoping that I would receive my phone that I put a claim for. I might have a temporary phone but it was no point to give it out if the phone is just end up on stand by mode once I get my claim settled. I didn't want everyone to change my phone number to temp number back to my original number. Plus in case my job needs to get a hold of me it would also be a inconvenience to them to also change since Asurion won't allow my original number to be put on my temp. phone until I receive my phone through the mail.
Things happen in everyday life, like I said I know Asurion can get busy but they have to do better for their consumer. Something like tells me that they don't care and they don't care that inconvenience people by not communicating with their consumers. Hopefully there's another insurance company I can go through after my claim is done. People need their phone and to do good business with good companies and feel like we're at their mercy.

I am true believer in protecting a piece of equipment that is easily underestimated. Asurion understands the value they have. Over the last 9 years at Verizon, I've had TEC Coverage since day 1. At first, I wasn't happy that my exact phone wasn't available, the Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge. But I had a chance to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I'm very happy with my replacement. The new phone takes great pictures and the power consumption is a lot less than the 7 Edge.

Asurion insurance company is who covers extended warranties for Walmart and other place but this is about Walmart protection plan, so I purchased my tv and purchased the extended warranty thinking I would be covered. Only had the tv for a year. Tried to use the extended warranty. Not only was I left on hold for over an hour with nobody answered, they sent a technician out. He assured me the problem was due to overheating and that he had to get a different part to fix the tv. I said great. He asked me to contact Asurion and they would schedule the next technician so I did, I spoke with 2 different supervisors Petra, and Adrian both were not helpful at all. Not only did my claim was denied never had an email or and phone call to let me know my claim was denied.
I specifically explained the tv was overheating. The technician said there was multiple cracks in the screen and it was done by the customer. They were so unprofessional. They actually told me to not purchase through them and they didn't need my business. I recommend don't purchase any products that use Asurion as their warranty/coverage is the biggest rip off. Don't believe me. Look at their reviews. I'm sure if they saw this they wouldn't even care about unhappy customer. Do yourself a favor go to Cosco, Best Buy, anywhere else that doesn't use Asurion. Their personnel isn't helpful and their supervisors are rude. Hope this help. Never buying another product through Walmart. They try and push the coverage. Good luck people.

This has by far been the worst customer experience I've encountered in a very long time! I submitted my claim online on 7/6/17 and received notice that I needed to call to complete the claim. Honestly, that is when the beginning of this nightmare. I called and was told my claim was completed and has been escalated, but wasn't given a reason why. The representative told me that we would be contacted via phone or email on next steps. I received an email on 7/7/17 to complete my claim online and I did. I never received a tracking email as I was supposed to so I called. I called every day from 7/8/17-7/13/17 and was not given consistent or accurate communication.
For days 1-5 I kept being told the phone will arrive tomorrow. Day 6 and 7 I received recommendation to go purchase the Samsung 7 Edge and obtain reimbursement within 7-10 business days. I finally settled for receiving a check for the value of the phone to arrive in 3-5 business days. End to End, I will be without a phone for 13 - 14 days... that is unacceptable. If I could rate this experience as less than 1 I would. I have a phone plan with four phones... I am praying to GOD that I never have to submit another claim through Asurion!!!

Overnight must only mean if ordered on a weekday. Claim was filed on Sunday morning and the phone arrived on Wednesday. I think part of the shipping problem was our local delivery hub goofing something up because the tracking said it was delivered Tuesday. All in all it worked out just fine.

Imagine falling up the steps with your brand new Samsung S8+ in your pocket. You hit pretty hard, but are unhurt. You then realize that you landed right on your phone that was in your pocket! I dropped my iPhone damaging the display. Asurion handled my claim very quickly. My new phone arrived quickly and right on time. My only complaint is that the company refurbishing your phones is doing a terrible job. I had to have my replacement phone replaced two additional times because you sent me one with a bad battery, and a second with a bad microphone so people couldn't hear me speak. Your customer service was great, but you guys need to have Apple refurbish your iPhones, not the third party you have doing it currently.

My screen protection was damaged by pine cone sap and it was easy to get a replacement screen. I am fairly hard on my phone and I am always putting it in my coat pocket with multiple other items. I have found the cover works very well to protect the screen from scratching and it is very easy to clean.

I paid $200 a month and a half ago and received a refurbished phone. However, the screen is lifted on the bottom right, there's scratches where the volume buttons are and the phone keeps shutting off on its own. I didn't care too much about the exterior of the phone as long as it worked fine but the phone started acting up here and there. I really thought this problem would go away plus I have a 5 week old baby so getting around to calling Verizon then speaking with Asurion was last on my list.
BUT in between all of this I dropped my phone. There is a black ink spot, a size of a pin head, on the inside of the phone that I told them about. Talk about being honest... Asurion wants me to start another claim and pay another $200 dollars for another refurbished phone. Which now finding this website, they send out a lot of phones that are not properly fixed. So if your phone doesn't work perfectly, do me a favor and get your money's worth because they are screwing us over. They will send you another phone free if it doesn't work like a new one as long as you don't "damage" it... even though they can send you a damaged phone.

Brand new, powered on, cuts off when it wants to for no reason. I didn't expect it to be as good as a new phone being it is a refurbished Note 4 but I expected more than in the first 10 minutes to have problems. If trouble started that soon, other problems will continue to arise in time I am sure. I just felt like after paying insurance for over 2 years, that paid for the phone itself and then the 150 deductible on top of that. To have problems straight out of the box was a unfair deal and I got shafted.

My experience with Asurion was great. Customer services rep handled my claim immediately the first time I called and explained to me all of what I needed to know and what I was to expect. My replacement phone was sent to me promptly. It arrived the next morning. Instructions inside new phone were right on point and it was a fast set up. Thank you!

Phone arrived fast and in what seemed to be good condition. Home button gets stuck but still works. That's what you get with refurbished phones. On off button stopped working about a week later, but started working right before I went to have repaired.

To make a long story short! We called Asurion for our warranty with our washer and dryer. They came out for the dryer. They had someone come look at it, fixed it and then it broke again. We also had a Samsung washer that had all kinds of problems as well. They sent someone out. The guy looked at it, ordered parts, came back, put the parts on. Still is not working. Order some other parts, came back, tried those parts, tried to fix it. Again didn't work.
All this time is passing and I have NO washer. I have 5 children and a husband that needs his Navy uniform is cleaned so I don't have time to be going back and forth to a Laundromat and spending tons of money for no reason. They still are ordering another part and it is on back order. I have been having to wait for almost 1 1/2 for a washer.
I will never get this warranty from this company ever. I will just save my money and buy a brand-new washing machine or dryer. I am not a person to be upset easily but come on you could have gotten better workers and rushed the part knowing we would have to wait this long for a washer... Also their customer service manager they can't never help you. Oooh and they only refund $20 of your Laundry cost and for a family of 7 people don't cut it!!! Would never recommend You to Anyone! Just save your own money!

My husband does consulting work for a very large company. He uses his phone for both personal and business. When he dropped his phone and cracked the glass so badly he was having issues using it. He went to the Verizon store to buy another one, they informed him that he had insurance on his broken one and for a small fee it could be replaced. The whole process was quick and easy. Within 24 hours he received a new phone and mailed back the broken one. He was never without use of a phone. I'm so glad I had the insurance and I am very pleased with how quick and easy the replacement process was.

To be quick. Got new phone and when on vacation next day Phone fell in wife's car on the way down and cracked the back. Cosmetic Front is perfect. Take it to Verizon, they reset it and say it's fixed. It is not. Take it to a different one. They put a new sim card in and no change. Had for about 3 weeks maybe still junk.

I dropped my phone and shattered it, they replaced it within 24 hours of making the claim. It was easy to file for the claim, they just asked a couple of questions about what happened and what condition the phone was in, it was replaced. Thank you and great service.

The whole process of having a replacement phone sent after my wife's phone stopped working was easy. I just went online. Told Asurion what happen. The next business day a phone was delivered with a box to send the broken one back. I could not be happier with their system.

I didn't need you after all. Phone works great now! It was very hard to get to the claim part even when my Verizon customer service person was helping me. We got disconnected twice. Not a good customer oriented feel to the whole thing. I was very happy that the phone started working and has not had any problems since.

Paid for insurance, told I had to pay $149 deductible. My overnight delivery for replaced phone took 72 hours. The phone I received has had continual issues such as muting when talking to someone, typing letters sticking, and it wouldn't let me play my iTunes.

Up to this point I had given Asurion a five star rating for processing my claim. They are indeed good at that; however, it ends there. On the evening of the day that I mailed in my old phone, my wireless antenna quit working. I called into Asurion and received what I can best describe as marginal tech support. After it was confirmed that the wireless antenna wasn't working, TS advised me that a replacement phone would be sent overnight. I'm sure this is another re-built device that has gone through the much less than rigorous quality control as the present poorly re-built device.
My view of Asurion from this experience is just like the replacement phone they sent me: it looks great on the outside, but it's held together very loosely on the inside. You can bet that when I get a newer model phone, that I will get coverage from a different outfit. I gave you guys five stars on my last phone survey that I requested not to participate in, just to get off the phone.

My replacement phone arrived at my house the next morning by next day as promised by the company. New phone was in excellent shape. Setting it up was pretty much self explanatory, although they could include a few more instructions as theirs were pretty much non existent. I did have to call Verizon and ask about the whole sim card. Turns out if you have your old one it is way easier to just plug that into the new phone. Returning the old phone was easy, put it into the envelope and drop it in my mailbox. Asurion did let me know when they received my old phone back.

Start to finish, the whole process is simple and straightforward. I've had insurance for my phones for years and the few occasions I've had to warranty, all have been great experiences. Turnaround was quick. The documents were understandable. Everything needed to get the new phone working was included in the shipment. It came sooner than expected. One issue is the chat agent initially started a claim after I already started one. I had to go back and figure out which claim was the one I started and delete the other. The agent didn't delete the one he started.

The replacement phone doesn't work. Can't hear most of the time. Alarm doesn't work-don't make any sound but vibrate even though it's not on vibration mode. Need a replacement for the replacement. And got wrong charger. I need to get another one.

It was extremely easy to report online that this phone had been stolen. I received a new phone quickly and although I had to pay $150, that is far less than what I would have had to pay to buy a new phone on my own. I am thankful that my phone was insured with Asurion.

The replacement phone I got can only take calls on speaker, I don't know what to do. Everything else works perfectly. When I take calls the other person says they can't hear me but they can only hear me on speaker. If I send it back will I get recharged? Other than that the shipping and service was fast.

My first, and hopefully only experience with Asurion was great! I dropped my new Verizon Samsung Galaxy 8 plus phone 6 weeks after the purchase. Even though I had an Otterbox phone cover on my phone, the impact of the drop damaged the phone beyond repair. I placed my claim with Asurion almost immediately, and paid my 199.00 deductible. I received my brand new identical Samsung Galaxy 8 plus in 2 days. I would have received my replacement phone the next day. However, because this happened on a Saturday, the next business day that I could receive the phone was on Monday. Asurion made sure that I had a another brand new phone in my possession as soon as possible. Thank you very much Asurion!

Your company is the absolute worst to do business with. Took you 48 hours to review my claim paperwork. Took you 4 days to get me a phone and then wasn't even the phone I had. I run a business and my phone is extremely important to run my business. Would be easier and less stressful to just buy a phone outright at full price. Absolutely terrible experience. I sincerely hope your competition puts you out of business.

It's ridiculous how I had to file a claim over 3 times to get a replacement. I already pay insurance in my bill and was willing to pay the deductible right away. Yet it took me like 4 days to finally get to a real person have them charge my debit card and have a phone in the mail. Very frustrated with the experience.

I had to return the replacement phone to get another replacement phone and it's still not working properly. Sure I can receive and make calls but the phone doesn't scroll properly. And reading articles is nearly impossible because it jumps to another story. I thought paying the monthly insurance for nearly 2 years would assure me the same quality phone. Very disappointed.

I have had many problems with the phone I was sent to replace my broken phone. It dies at random times when I have more than enough battery, and also glitches a lot and switches to other apps and things on my phone on its own. Very dissatisfied with this phone.

After 3 defective phones I'm canceling this phone insurance. Last month my phone was stolen from a restroom so I called for a replacement phone and paid the deposit. The 1ST phone I received I could not activate. I took it to Sprint and they said it was LOCKED and I needed to call Asurion again. Asurion could not unlock the phone and promised to send a 2ND phone... 3 days later, I received the 2ND phone which immediately after activation I noticed the speakers were blown. It sounded horrible and I could only converse in intercom mode.
I called Asurion 3rd time trying hard not to explode. I was advised that since I had so many complaints my claims had to be reviewed. Then 2 days later... on a Monday before 10am I was surprised at how promptly it had arrived. Opened the package to find a CHARGER! No phone??? I called a 4th time and received yet another phone in which I could not activate online or With a rep over the phone. I went back to Sprint and after 3 hours they advised they were not able to fix this 3rd device either. So I sent all 3 devices back. I have an email stating that Asurion received them. Yet, when I called questioning my refund today, I was advised that the devices show "in route" and to call back Friday. I give Up!

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen pretty badly. Within a day Asurion had me with a brand new phone of the same make and model, and I was back in business in no time. I highly recommend Asurion for folks getting new expensive phones. The price to replace the phone is a lot cheaper than buying a whole new one.

This company has jerked me around for 2 months on the 140.00 they owe me. I purchased 2 laptops tablet on 4-24-17 with insurance. Cracked the screen and the device wouldn't charge fully on one. Filed my claim on May 28th (because we don't repair these yet just so happens I work at "We fix it" aka Batteries Plus Bulbs one of the top ten out of 700 stores nationwide) but anyways a new tablet should work right! So first check was sent to Walmart's address for me because I didn't click Walmart gift card and I picked up in store then I call back and update my address and the woman said she would send another check out. Found out today she never issued this imaginary check. I highly recommend Squaretrade.

I was so pleased to find I had purchased $9 insurance on my costly phone and digital devices which was nested in the Verizon monthly payment. After having a window in my vehicle smashed to steal a backpack that was loaded for a trip, I called Verizon to cancel service on the iPad Pro which was in the backpack. The Verizon lady reminded me that I could have a replacement for the stolen iPad Pro and put me through to Asurion. 1 day after I spoke to the kind Asurion associate I received the expedited shipment of the replacement iPad Pro. Asurion treated me so well. Very compassionate & helpful service at a stressful time for me. I definitely will keep Asurion policies in force and recommend this protection insurance to family and friends as well.

I was on vacation and my mobile phone got damaged and was fully covered! Asurion claim process was fast and easy. They overnighted my phone replacement. They even sent the shipping label and envelope to return the damaged product. The deductibles are low too.
