My phone was stolen while I was out of the country and my new phone was waiting for me at my house before I even got back!! Absolutely satisfied with Asurion!!! They did everything exactly how it should have been handled! I was able to reach all of my clients right when I returned!

After filing a claim for my daughter's broken Samsung Edge S7, we received the replacement phone very quickly. The new phone was in excellent to new condition. I was really impressed. The swap was also quick with no problems. We thank you.

The device that was sent to me was doing fine until a couple of weeks ago. It seems as though the screen is having some difficulties such as pressing apps on its own, simply not allowing me to text properly, the phone cuts off on its own, and overall functioning is just off. I think this has to be the worst experience I've had. When I first received the device, the previous owner didn't follow the proper steps to clearing their memory or simply signing out of their iCloud account. I feel that replacement devices should be in exceptional shape and working properly before being distributed to a new owner. Thank you!

Our claim was handled promptly and without any issues or delays! I filed our claim and within a couple of days I had my new phone! Setup also went without any problems or issues and I had all my contacts and photos still there. I didn't lose a thing!

Replacement phone for cracked/damaged screen - We are very pleased with the service provided to us by your company. There were no delays in receiving our replacement phone. We were extremely happy to find the device was new in the box and we were not given a refurbished phone. It means a lot when we use insurance and the replacement is new.

The iPhone 6 that was sent to me has a major connectivity issue with the screen. Random apps open without a single human touch. It's very annoying and I would like my phone to be replaced. I pay too much in insurance to have a replacement phone that operates WORSE than the one I sent in.

My phone fell into the toilet on a Saturday and stopped working. Called Asurion and had a new phone by Monday. Want crazy about paying $150 dollars to replace a phone that wasn't paid for yet but oh well. Everything else was great. Thanks.

I was on a multi state motorcycle ride and my phone broke. I stopped into a Verizon store who was beyond helpful, but once I started to talking to a claims officer it went downhill. Not since I was not staying at any hotels and only camping I had no address to mail my new phone to. So I located a Verizon store In a town I would be going through and contacted them about sending my phone to them. They said yes that was fine. But the claims rep said no that was against policy. Now I understand policy and you have to have it. But when they tell me to mail it some hotel or business but not a Verizon store because of liability issues that's messed up. So I give them my home address to ship the new phone to. But to my surprise it was shipped to you guessed it to the ** Verizon store they said they could not ship it to. So I had to travel back 2 states costing me time money and my vacation time. So to say I'm pissed is an understatement.

Sent me my first refurbished phone and the touch screen was extremely nonresponsive, you sent me a second one and a week after I received the devices the touch screen started acting on its own/nonresponsive and I have to lock and unlock the phone to get it to work. It is too late to get a second replacement and I don't want to pay another 125 dollars to get a new one "scratch that" refurbished one.

We returned our damage phone and received a new one. The new one seems to have a very sensitive screen. When scrolling on the screen - it will ask if we want to copy and paste. The texts and phone calls did not work about two weeks. Then the phone adjusted.

The only thing is, I left my sim card in the old phone with all my contacts on it. Is there any way I can get it back? Besides that the service was great. The process was simple and quick. My phone was discontinued but I was offered a upgraded replacement.

Phone does not hold a charge very well, I feel if I pay for insurance I should receive a NEW phone not a used one. And it's almost impossible to set anything up online, you have to go into a Verizon store that has AWFUL customer service.

Thanks so much for replacing my dad's iPhone 7 which was lost 6 days after purchased. We almost did not get the protection plan when we signed with Verizon, but it was totally a great idea to pay a little more every month than pay $700 to get a new phone.

Called Asurion for help on a new phone that was needed. Customer service was great and received my phone the very next day on a Saturday. I can't imagine not having this service since the phone was needed immediately for work and Asurion did their best.

My daughter's phone was ruined and we have paid for Asurion coverage so we used the service. It would have been cheaper to purchase a refurbished phone from Wal-Mart. There was no benefit to have this service. Second, the phone she received did not function correctly. Only half of the screen worked. She had to send the phone back to get a second replacement. We were very unhappy. I do not recommend that anyone keep coverage on their phone.

My daughter dropped her phone and glass shattered. Technician was great, repaired it but then a day later it didn't work. They replaced it free and received it right away. I would recommend this service. Very professional and fast service. No complaints!

Experience was not a positive one - took almost 4 weeks to get through the entire process. Did not have my phone and Asurion would not allow me to pick another phone. Also, was supposed to get updates every 2 days - I had to call every 3rd day on my own to get an update.

My iPhone 6S's screen cracked after a fall of approximately 3 feet and landing in a puddle. I'm a Paramedic and constantly use my phone for work purposes. Asurion had a clean, fully functioning refurbished unit at my door step the next day. Thank you for your reliable and expedient service.

The process was relatively simple, straight forward and as expected. My replacement phone came as promised and there was no hassle other than having to return to Verizon for activation. I would recommend this insurance to others if asked. I truly appreciated being able to understand the representative who answered the phone.

I have to say I had my doubts but they did exactly what they said they would do. Within 24 hours we had our new Comparable device and we were back up and running. It was well worth the small monthly charge we pay. Gives us peace of mind that should an accident happen, we'll be set.

Replacing phone not much of problem. Just that having to fill out an affidavit to get phone replaced was annoying. Somehow the ESN number got crossed and caused a delay in replacing phone. Even doing affidavit at Verizon store. Phone still received in timely manner.

I dropped and cracked my phone on a Friday evening. Prepared to be without a phone for the whole weekend. I go online to open a claim. No hassle, no red-tape. I paid my deductible and had my phone was at my door Saturday morning. Will definitely keep my insurance with Asurion. They are the true meaning of what insurance is for.

Terrible - the new phone is horrible, no one can hear me without it being on speaker. I have been to Verizon 3 times with no satisfaction. Then I received my recent statement and I have been charged for the phone. Not a happy customer at all.

Ultimately we got our replacement phone, but for the first time with Asurion, there were plenty of bumps and unnecessary delays along the way. We had faxed ID and an affidavit right from Verizon store. No one notified us it had to be done again (and why?). Expecting it Tuesday, we got it Saturday (a long time to be without a phone). And only communications were when I called.

I'm glad we had the insurance for my son's LG phone. Asurion was easy to work. I would recommend it to everyone because accidents happen. When I first tried to make the claim over the internet, it didn't work. I ended up calling Asurion and it was no problem.

I called Asurion around 8:30 PM on the Friday evening my phone stopped working, and UPS delivered my new phone Saturday morning before 9:30 AM. Asurion was fast and easy! Then, I was late returning my device. I was given several reminders and extra time with no penalty. Excellent experience for me! Thank you Asurion!

One issue I had is that the phone was delivered to the wrong address. I had to drive around the neighborhood to find it. The FedEx driver drove right past us and left on the door step of the wrong person. I realize this is not Asurion's doing, but perhaps there should be some steps in place to protect such an expensive item being left at the wrong location. The phone thumb print feature does not work.

The phone I realize is probably a "refurbished" phone, not brand new. The phone screen freezes often and randomly shuts down and needs to be restarted. There is no new CIMS card in the replacement phone. Could this be part of the problem? This is EXTREMELY inconvenient!! What are my options?? Please respond with a reasonable solution. Do I file another claim? Or will another phone be an option?

I submitted a claim online to replace my phone after it got wet and I had a new phone the next day after submitting my claim. The replacement phone was not working properly so I called Asurion again and they sent me a replacement the very next day. My new phone works great and I am happy with the experience.

Super quick, very clear and concise directions, every step well planned. Amazingly fast shipping. My replacement phone only rings about half as loud as the previous one, but oh well. Didn't like that the replacement phone came with Apple's highest software, which I couldn't undo. They should ship with the software they originally came with and let people update if they want to. All my apps and prefs were on OS9, the phone came with 10, and I had to reinstall everything individually to get them to work; so much for backups. Also, even though I had shut off Apple ID and erased the old phone, I've had massive problems with Apple ID ever since. I blame that mostly on OS10 and Apple's increasingly bad software quality.

My experience was the worst. I was out of town and when I called in to request a new phone. I was told that I would need to fill out a loss form and submit a copy of my driver's license, a copy of a phone bill or a copy of the purchase of the phone and then I could not email it and that I had to send it by fax. I happen to be at a work convention and found it very difficult to get out of the meeting and to seek out all that information. After the expense of doing so I waited for a day only to get an email stating that the fax that they had received was not as legible as they would like it to be and resubmit the paperwork which I did. The day went by and I called to see if they had received the fax. I was told that it would take 24 hours to check it out. I had to beg to send it in by email because of The expense and time to find a fax machine.
After emailing the paperwork and taking time to call having to wait on hold again I was told that it would take another 24 hours to check to see if they have received the information. Four days have gone by and they told me that it had to be reviewed and I would receive an answer within the next 24 hours. I was so upset and I activated that I called Verizon to see if they could help. They could do nothing which was even a bigger disappointment. So I asked him to be fair and kind and to never sell this coverage to anyone else about the phone because of the experience I was having. Five days went by and no phone. Every chance I get I tell people about my bad experience and tell them that whatever they do do not use your company. It is the worst.

The service was fast and excellent. I would recommend the company to family and friends. It was easy to complete the forms and mail the phone out to you. It came back with a return envelope for the damage cell phone at no cost to the consumer. That is good public relations for the company.

The only area of concern is how many prompts it takes to get someone on the phone. After that, the communication was excellent and the person was very helpful. The replacement phone was delivered then next morning. The service worked as intended.

I received the phone and it is working perfect however when I received it had a small ding on the back of phone. Now the whole back of the phone is cracked. I called Asurion. They wanted me to pay another 150 for a insurance claim so the phone works great however it is cracked and no one will do anything about it.

MY daughter's phone was in a pool. I called Asurion and the service on the phone to handle the request was so helpful and courteous. The operator could only be described as delightful to speak with. I wish I could remember her name now. I admit I felt the monthly fee was excessive but since I have now used the service, I can say it's worth it. The process was so smooth and the packaging when the phone arrived was easy to figure out and made it so frictionless. I would highly recommend to any family especially for kids. It's simply foolish not to get insurance an expensive phone.

This was the most dreadful experience. I cracked the screen in my iPhone. I have been paying for insurance for several years. The technician that came to repair my phone didn't waste time in conveying to me how unhappy he was with his job. After he used my bathroom and after I gave him a tip he left but not before he ran over two of my planters destroying them completely. I called Asurion to tell them of these developments. They apologized profusely and said they would send a new phone and a $50 gift card to replace damaged planters (even though I paid substantially more for these items). As of today I have not received any gift card plus I have had the added inconvenience of downloading apps, sign into all my accounts, etc. All this just to replace a cracked screen and now I have a refurbished phone. Shame on you Asurion.

My Galaxy S7 developed a blotch on the screen a week after I received it, then became totally unresponsive. The phone was always protected, and was never dropped!!! Nonetheless, I was forced to pay $150 to replace it. Horrible! Of course, I could not be without a phone, so I paid up. I feel that my money should be refunded, and that Samsung needs to get its act together. Until then, its on Asurion...

Overall, very satisfied. We had to replace two phones within about five to six days. Both replacement phones were refurbished and both phones had issues with the screen not working properly. However, Asurion then replaced both refurbished phones with new phones.

The service was wonderful. We talked to two ladies. While on hold we were cut off but someone called back right away. Both woman were polite and helpful you. They promised our phone would be there the next day and first thing in the morning. You just don't get that kind of service anymore.

I was surprised on how quick my phone was replaced. I am a happy person now. Good insurance institution. I lost my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 at ShopRite, Brookdale and went through stress but I remembered I had Asurion. I called them and response was marvelous.

I lost my phone and had it replaced within 24 hours. I had excellent service from the time I turned in my claim until my phone was delivered the following day. I have had some trouble with the replacement phone and am working through those problems. I do not like getting a refurbished phone.

My son's phone suddenly stopped working. I was able to get a replacement though it took, 3 calls to Verizon and two calls to Asurion. Eventually things got sorted out once everyone was on the same page.

The overall phone replacement was fine except the hassle with the icloud and the "find my phone program" and saying that it was not removed from the old phone was the problem. The communication was good but we had to call a few times to make sure everything was done right otherwise they were going to bill us for the additional $500 bucks if it was done. This part of the process needs to be greatly improved and it would be best if this whole process was not required by the customer just to replace a phone.

They never called back when they said they will, I basically had to call back about 3 times to follow up with the process. Also had to fill up an affidavit like I was lying that the screen broke, after they verify your identity and account a customer shouldn't be filing affidavits. Of course they gladly take my money every month. I have 4 phones insured with this company.

My son dropped his back pack without realizing his Samsung Galaxy was inside of it, cracking the screen and causing the phone to malfunction. I contacted Asurion that evening and my son had a new phone by the next day. No issues whatsoever with the return process. The new phone is a refurbished Galaxy 8, so far so good.

Phone does not work. When I make calls, I can hear the other person clearly but they cannot hear my voice unless I use speaker. I have tried turning up the volume and tried going through the settings to see if something was up but nothing has helped. People say that my voice is extremely low and they can barely hear anything I say.

The call to your center was promptly answered. The service rep took my information and told me when to expect the return box in the mail. The return vehicle arrived as stated and had complete instructions on what to do to return the IPhone. So I followed instructions, sent it off, and received acknowledgement of receipt by you shortly thereafter. No issues at all.

I had my iPhone seven plus replaced. The instructions for the return was easy to follow. The device is in mint condition, I received it in less than two days like promised. I would suggest that everyone use the service. If you have to use it you're still at the same spot regarding your upgrade.

Samsung S8 replacement. I received my replacement phone within one day of placing my claim. It was incredibly easy to activate my new phone. Instructions were very complete and helpful. Sending the old phone back to Asurion was a snap. Very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone.

Asurion was so easy to use and well worth the cost to insure for my son's phone. Amazingly fast which was great since he was leaving on a trip. I wish the insurance part had been linked to my provider's web page a little better but I think that is more on the provider's fault.

I have another phone covered by the Geek Squad (Best Buy). While Best Buy was okay, and FINALLY got the job done, it was like pulling teeth in comparison. Asurion is completely organized and efficient. Asurion delivers on time as promised, and the instructions were clear, and left no questions. My replacement phone was up and running quickly within a reasonable amount of time. With Geek Squad, I had to actually go into their facility because the instructions were not clear. Even after that, the "agent" at Geek Squad was clueless. I actually ended up at Verizon to finish the process. I have used Asurion before, and will certainly use them on future phones as well.

Screen cracked on phone after 3 days purchasing it. The insurance representative assisting me in the process and was very helpful. Unfortunately, my only complaint is the instruction materials sent with the phone in transferring data and activating new phone was not very informative. Especially, for a person who is not smartphone savvy. It was very inconvenient for me to go to the Verizon to have them perform it for me.

My wife didn't get the phone she's paying for. At the time her daughter was very sick and she was flustered. The people were polite and respectful. They did everything right. The problem was they aren't able to help her with the name of her phone. She told them the Droid Turbo that has the camera attachment. They said they didn't have knowledge about the different phones. It was simple to make a claim and the replacement was processed fast. I'm glad I have this service. Mobile site made it easy for me to file my claim. The supplied prepaid envelope to return phone was a plus too. I was happy it included tracking which gave me peace of mind.

My initial claim was processed in a timely manner. I had issues with 2 of the refurbished phones but Asurion sent me a new one in a timely fashion which I've had no problems with yet but I'm hoping there will be no other issues due to it being brand new.

I was given a replacement S7 Edge that has touch screen issues. Unable to answer phone or type on the phone without several attempts. I am NOT HAPPY with you giving your customers a non-working refurbished phone. I will make sure to no longer use your services in the future!

The whole Phone replacement process was great. The new phone arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The return of the old phone was easy. Box and UPS return sticker were enclosed. I have not had any problems with replacement phone. It is working beautifully.

I was VERY pleased with your service. I was glad that I had purchased the insurance, however, I still had to pay $99.00 for the replacement. The phone arrived in less than twenty-four hours then the fun began of "finding" everything as my SIM card was with the phone BAH! Thank you.

Dealing with Asurion and getting my new phone sent to me was quick and easy. However, since I've gotten the replacement phone it drops calls all the time, people say they can't hear me when I talk on the phone (that it sounds muffled), and it randomly goes to the screen to turn off/die (black screen with spinning wheel) but doesn't turn off (this happens regardless of charge, can be 20% or 80%). My screen also has issues with me scrolling sometimes. It won't scroll or will click on things a centimeter away from where my finger is. Overall, I'm not very satisfied with my replacement. My old phone worked perfectly other than the cracked screen.

Broke my phone and when I requested an exchange you were out of stock with no set date on when I would get another phone. That was a little frustrating. But once my phone was in stock and ready to ship Asurion kept me informed and got the phone to me quickly after that.

My old Samsung Android J3's display got a crack while in my pocket as I accidentally struck a table corner. The customer service rep. was polite, professional, assigned a case number and instructed me to take my phone to an authorized Verizon dealer to get a replacement. I did that and got an exact replacement and they were able to retrieve information that was on my damaged phone. The process was smooth, seamless and I am very happy.

Replaced Damaged Pixel XL. My new phone was overnighted at no cost and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. My phone had a badly cracked screen and had lost all screen functioning. This crack happened despite it being in a case... Thanks to Asurion I didn't have to eat the whole coat of the phone!

My husband received the refurbished iPhone 6 replacement in less than 36 hours from the initial submission for the insured phone to the phone in his hand! Marvelous work Asurion! The replacement iPhone does not maintain a charge more than about 12 hours. Sometimes there's an echo like noise a tapping noise when he's speaking that the party he speaks to hears the noise. It gets very warm when carried in his pocket.

The phone arrived timely but it has failed to port over half of the data. Having to manually type data into phone before sending other one back. It doesn't ring that Loud. Hard to hear when on speaker. I'm suspicious that the so called phone was refurbished with similar problem as last. I'm switching phones and phone company. Sick and tired.

My phone fell in the lake and I was completely freaked out, as I use my cell phone for everything, especially work! My whole life was on that phone, including many cherished photos. I filed my claim just before 9 PM on a Thursday evening, and BEFORE 12 NOON the next day, my replacement phone arrived. I couldn't be more pleased with Asurion! I had my Former S7 Edge with a bit of TouchScreen Rot on the screen. Nothing major. So coming home from the LIRR I cracked the screen on it. I went to Verizon the next day. Called Asurion at the store and got it handled. New phone arrived overnight. A+.

The replacement phone drops calls and sounds garbled from both ends. Sad to lose my contacts and photos. It was difficult to turn off the Find my iPhone application, but it finally was achieved. I did receive the phone in a timely manner.

The whole experience with getting a replacement phone through Asurion was seamless and easy! The company did a great job of making everything simple and, most importantly, fast! Our replacement device was delivered in no time and the process to set it up was met with no problems. The only problem that we encountered was the replacement device not getting service about a month after receiving it. The phone will not keep a charge. I have to have a cord everywhere I go. Three hours in to my work day, I have to plug up my phone. As soon as I get in the car, I have to plug up my phone. If I were in an emergency situation, I didn't know that the phone would hold out for me.

Mostly our experience with Asurion has been good until we returned the device and then was told we didn't turn off "find my iPhone" on that device and continue to be told that we don't have it off. The phone itself wasn't functioning to do it from the actual device, but when we go into the iCloud account to do it we are continuing to be told it's not done, we have spoke to numerous people trying to solve. This is frustrating and continue to be unresolved.

Although customer service has been mostly good, I have had a bad experience with the replacements. The first one stopped working within less than a week and the second one, which I'm stuck with for now, is not working properly. It overheats easily and if someone calls me I can't hear them unless I turn on speaker mode which limits the functionality of my phone. I tried to replace this one and they said I had to call from another phone, well I don't have another phone and I don't have access to another phone until next week so I'm stuck with this dysfunctional phone. I hope next phone works well.

Had to make many calls and took over a month to get a replacement phone. It was worse than a root canal without anesthesia! They kept on trying to convince us to take an inferior phone. When we finally thought we would have a replacement phone in about a week, that did not happen. Numerous more calls and threatening remarks before we finally got a phone about another week later. By far the worst experience! This is not insurance!

While I received my replacement device quickly and had no issues with that, I have been repeatedly contacted telling me that find my iPhone was not turned off on the old phone and that I could be charged $500. I had to contact Apple tech support to ensure that it was not listed as a device on my account per the serial number. I did not have to do anything to disconnect it which tells me I did it correctly to begin with but was told at least 5 times by email/mail/phone that it was still connected to my iCloud account.

The service I received was very good, however the first time I called in December, I was told that the replacement phone would cost $200. I decided to wait, but the cracks were becoming a problem so I finally decided I had to replace the phone and when I called the second time, the price was $149, but I'm not sure why there was a reduction. I completed the claim and received a new phone the following day with instructions for returning the damaged phone. All in all, pretty easy.

I lost my phone and called them for a new one which I had insurance on. I received the phone the next day and took it to the Sprint store to get it activated, but the company had messed up and the phone wasn't operating properly. So I called them again and they said they'd send one right away. What happened when I looked up to get the tracking info? They said I had to send an affidavit for a new one (after they'd just sent me one the day before). So I filled it out, sent it back, and they told me it would arrive by the next day.
I looked up the tracking info today and apparently it's going to be another 7-10 days before my claim can be processed and I can receive another phone (which, judging by past experience with them, has about a 50/50 chance of actually working). Asurion operates confidently because not only is it the largest phone insurance companies, but it's also one of the only ones, so almost all carriers in the US are forced to give into this monopoly of messed up phones, thus keeping Asurion and places like it in business.

We needed to replace two phones on our business account. The process to submit the claims was cumbersome; the phones that have arrived required multiple trips to Verizon to set up properly; and one phone never worked which then required another complete replacement through verizon. Very dissatisfied and wish I would have purchased the new phones instead of submitting claims. Customer service has been helpful, but the process was very, very disappointing.

It's a beautiful hotel resort with the exception of the construction. I enjoyed my stay. I do believe that the prices associated with the hotel are little on the costly side but the water park co-located with the resort is a benefit. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous.

My phone was damaged and I called to use my ever increasing in price insurance. They sent a refurbished phone right away and within 2 days I had the replacement phone however the phone screen upon turning it on kept flickering. Within a day of having the phone the screen had lines and was unusable. I sent it back and received an immediate refurbished replacement. The phone looked new and I was excited however within a few minutes of turning it on the screen starts open areas and within an hour it's jumping in and out of apps without request. The refurbished phones are not on par with a new or even preowned phone.
Asurion and AT&T have told me that's what I pay for with insurance and refuse to do anything to correct the problem except offer me upgrade to pay more for a newer version which I don't want. I would like an iPhone 6 Plus that works. Send a new one of that version. My original phone never had these problems and was under a year old. My business is suffering, my phone is its main source. I am deeply disappointed. I intend to switch to another carrier ASAP!

Since I babysit two small grandchildren, it is my source of communication and daily planner. I feel so fortunate that I had the sense to purchase Asurion insurance. My claim was quickly processed over the phone and a new cell phone, the same one I had, was sent right out to me. It was so easy and such a relief to get back up and running. I highly recommend Asurion. We all think it can't happen to us, but it can and does.

The replacement phone I received had a bad touchscreen. It quickly got worse over the couple weeks I had the phone. I tried calling customer service, but I was unable to talk to anyone because I was unable to use the touchscreen to input my phone number (a requirement to talk to anyone in customer service). I ended up having to go to a Verizon store in order to call customer service. The customer service rep had me reset the phone, which I had already did at home, but she said that didn't count since I was at home. I was then told to call back if that didn't help. Of course it didn't help. In the end the Verizon staff member was able to help me get a new replacement phone (she deserved 5 stars).

My son's phone broke so we needed a replacement. Went online, set everything up and it was at the house in 2 days. Then he sent back the broken one by regular mail. Everything was as expected, everything went smoothly and everyone is happier for it. Thank you for making this transaction. Was so quick and easy!

I wasn't aware the deductible was so high, I wish it were more reasonable considering we pay monthly regardless. I think it should be reduced by half, even if the monthly fee had to be slightly raised. Furthermore, the delivery was vague and ended up being late. Perhaps using the United States Postal Service would be a more reliable.

When I filed my claim, I was told the phone was in backorder. Days later, still on backorder. I contacted customer service on numerous occasions asking if I could have an alternative, and they told me no every time. 7 days after I placed my order, I went online again (I checked the status every day) and I finally was informed that the phone I had was discontinued and I was offered an alternative. So, over a week without a phone, told by multiple people I had to wait it out, never notified that my phone was discontinued, except by a website portal 7 days later? Poor execution.

Very pleased with ease of claim and turnaround time! I have been using Asurion for my devices with Verizon for many years now and I remain pleased with the service writ large. Would like to see a lower deductible on the equipment.

I was negligent in my Recreational rock Crawler and my phone slipped out of my pocket and in the path of my tires and it was destroyed. Asurion made this easy as I was unsure I was covered for my own neglect, phone call took maybe 15 mins. Thanks for everything!

The service representative was very helpful in guiding me through the steps needed to get my phone replaced. The process was easy, and the phone arrived the next day. Returning the broken phone was simple and I was able to place it in the regular mail, instead of trying to find a mail service to drop it off. I would definitely recommend Asurion.

Other than the unfortunate accident of dropping my new iPhone 7s (without my new Otterbox on it yet) 2 days after purchase and spending an additional $200, the experience with Asurion was great. I would have never thought the phone would slip so easily out of my hand. Our floors are granite tile in the kitchen area. NOT GOOD FOR PHONES! Thank you for your service (replacement because of cracked screen).

The only issue I have with Asurion is the cost. Otherwise, this is the best service money can buy relative to replacement plans. The process is fast and easy. The people are pleasant and professional and extremely helpful. I am completely pleased and satisfied with this service and would highly recommend it.

The service was easy to use and very prompt. My daughter lost her phone, originally thinking we would find it, we suspended the service. Once we determined it was really lost, I contacted Asurion through the Verizon website and she had a new phone in less than 24 hours.

The process was easy to use to replace our water damaged iPhone. The replacement phone was not new (refurbished); it is a serviceable replacement but the battery life is not as good as with the phone it replaced. We did not understand that the replacement phone would not be new.

I ordered this phone only a few weeks ago and My screen has two hairline cracks already and I've never even dropped it yet. Not very happy with this phone replacement. I think the screen on my replacement was somehow faulty. Sincerely, unhappy customer.

Screen was cracked in an iPhone 7 I had purchased through Verizon in April. Replacement arrived within 24 hours. I didn't expect that level of service especially since we live in a small town in North Carolina. Instructions for return were clear. I took my old and new phones into a Verizon office to be sure I had cleared the old phone as required. Shipping return was easy.

Expected run around and difficulty with receiving replacement but my experience was completely the opposite. Received replacement phone promptly and when they said I would. Felt informed throughout entire process. Would highly recommend to anyone asking if having the insurance is worth having.
