    Was informed that the price to repair my phone was 75 dollars in the brochure. When I made my claim, I had to pay 150 as they do not have a repair facility near me which after some research, I found that that was untrue. It didn't make a difference though and had to pay anyway. Then the replacement phone they gave me broke in less than 2 weeks, and they tried to get another 150 out of me to get that replaced.

    I was told I needed to disable "Find My iPhone" app before sending my phone back to them and if I didn't I would receive an insanely steep fine. I followed their instructions exactly, disabling the app, but then received an email weeks later that I had NOT successfully disabled. They again provided instructions on how to disable, and I followed them perfectly. I have not heard back. I emailed and asked for confirmation that I had successfully disabled, but heard nothing back. How am I to know if I am to be fined? And if I am, that would be incredibly unfair. Also, can somebody tell me how their privacy works? I had a lot of pictures on the phone I sent back, private notes as well.

    Reason I was dissatisfied was you sent me a replace LG5 - I took phone to a Verizon store paid 30 dollars for screensaver and case was 30. Phone screen already cracked everywhere.     On the good side you were very quick to get the replacement device. On the frustrating side we have had an issue with the link for Find my iPhone.     I had broken my $400 phone and went to my service provider who let me call my phone's insurance provider and I was told that a replacement phone would be overnighted and would arrive the next day, which was the day before a major holiday. I asked what if I'm not home cause I'm at work and the representative said the phone will have a note saying that it must be left on doorstep if no one is answers the door. Well it wasn't now. This isn't Asurion's fault cause I called FedEx and they talked to the delivery driver who said he didn't leave the package cause it wasn't a safe location even though I have a security camera watching my front door and driveway. (& yes it's clearly visible)

    So I didn't get it till 3-4 days later and it seemed like the phone was a little bit lighter than my original but it worked ok for about ten days then it kept giving me these notifications saying device storage is almost full or rejected incoming text, delete old text to receive incoming texts. I never had either of those problems with my original phone. Not these ones like now my fingerprint sensor doesn't work to unlock the phone but does to lock it and my phone's gestures don't work for turning them on just off like my flashlight.

    I should be able to chop twice and it turn on and off. It won't turn it on and same with twisting to open the camera and a relative heard me complaining and said it was probably a refurbished phone and come to find out it is and I'm supposed to make payments for a refurbished phone so I paid a $100 deductible and $400 on payments for a refurbished phone. In my opinion that is a very dirtbag thing for the service provider and insurance provider to do and I will not be recommending either of them to anyone.

    The first phone did not work. We spent two hours in the store trying to get a sim card. They returned it and another one was to be delivered and it was delivered and signed for by someone else. Unknown where. Had to go to the store and they called your facility and we finally got a replacement. It took another two hours to get all of this resolved.     My son lost or had his cell phone stolen on the 4th of July while we were on vacation. I filed a claim as soon as I could get to a computer and have nothing but issues with Asurion. After about a week, of not receiving the phone I reached out to the chat representative and was told that the phone was on backorder. I requested a discount or waive of the 200 dollar deductible which is ridiculous in itself. I was told on multiple occasions that it was company policy not waive or discount deductible fees. Well, I tried back over couple of days still on backorder.

    My son tried to call at the end of last week and they told him that our claim was filed during a system change and the claim was lost. So the claim was re-entered and he was assured that he would receive the phone Monday of this week. He was admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery on Tuesday and we did not know until later in the day because he had not phone. I called the Asurion and was told it was in queue to ship and that I should have it within two days and that I would receive a tracking number via email when it ships. The same thing that I had been told many other times before. So two days come and gone and my son is still in the hospital and no phone.

    I reached out Asurion on once again and was told that my claim was stuck. The issue has been fixed and would be delivered Monday or Tuesday. I asked for a tracking number, but was told that I would receive a tracking number via email once it ships. Again I had heard that sooo many times in the last month. The operator told me that she cannot give a tracking number because it had not yet shipped. So still here in limbo down 200 dollars and not phone with the same runaround answers.

    I forgot to mention when I called a supervisor I was told that the other option was to go to the phone store and purchase a phone outright (in addition to the 200 deductible that I have already spent) and I could send them a receipt and that they would send me the reimbursement. Nope, I am waiting a month on a phone that I spent 200 on, no telling how long it would take to get 700 back. Terrible company, terrible customer service. I will cancel all of policies when I get the phone in question, if that ever happens.

    The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the device because I have issues with the phone. I'm not able to erase the apps that I've downloaded thru the main screen.     My phone recently stopped functioning. I contacted Asurion and submitted a claim 4 times and got declined 3 times so far. Mind you, my phone is insured and I haven't submitted a claim within 3 years. They are still not able to get me a replacement. This situation has been going on for 4 days now and still no news regarding when I should be receiving my phone. I plan on canceling my insurance with them, once this issue is resolved and will rely on AppleCare moving forward. It has been the worst customer experience thus far. Asurion is truly incompetent and unable to get a simple phone issue solved for a client asap. Insurance companies in my opinion are filled lots of dishonest people. I am frustrated.

    I really not pleased. I had to pay $150 for a replacement phone because the phone's indicator (the little white square box) had red x's in it which supposedly means the phone got wet. But the phone never got wet. I gave in & just paid the $150, then I get the replacement & that one also has the indicator showing the little red x's. So I was sent a replacement phone that had the same defect the phone I returned had. Now what happens if I need to return the refurbished phone? The Verizon store clerk said the humidity could have set the indicator off when they shipped it. So why is it OK for you to send me a bad phone when I had to pay $150 to get one with the same thing.

    Asurion insurance is the worst deal ever to exist. I ended up paying $530 in insurance (25 months of a $10 fee plus $280 after tax for the deductible) plus the initial $800 for the phone only to end up with a ** refurbished S6 Edge that has a cheap plastic screen instead of a gorilla glass one. DO NOT sign up for their insurance. It would be much better to just get a new phone through your provider, unless if you're prone to breaking your phone every month.

    I honestly wish I knew where to start with the problems and multiple lies I received from 7 different people I had to talk to over a 3 day period. Every person had a different price for how much it cost to replace my phone and even one person told me that I could actually get the phone repaired at a local shop and it would be covered by Asurion. Well I assume they quickly realized that they wouldn't make money of that so they changed it up and put me on the phone with someone else who told me that it was absolutely not an option to get it repaired because the named shop didn't have the materials to do so.

    I then called the shop and they told me that not only did they have the materials to repair the phone but they had done 5 repairs on the same model device that week and Asurion covered it, get your company missed out on too much money that week and I drew the short stick. On the final call there was a Verizon agent on 3 way and after hearing how poorly your company treats customers she offered to take $100 off my next bill and basically all I had to pay was $49 for the replacement phone which in theory was just a refurbished phone. Which also means I had to send the broken phone back to Asurion which means that they repaired the phone and resides it as an insurance claim replacement phone that the next person with bad luck will receive.

    But this has to be impossible right? Because according to everyone I spoke to on the phone it is absolutely impossible to repair a broken screen on the S7 Edge, that's a lie. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with due to incompetence and overall rudeness, I pay extra on my bill a month to get screwed by Asurion so I am actively searching for another phone insurance option. I wish I didn't even have to give a star because 1 is too much.

    I went to ATT when my phone got damaged. Even though I was in the store with an ATT representative, and had to government issued IDs Asurion did not accept my answers to some stupid questions they were asking about ME. So even though being with an actual ATT employee, inside an ATT store, I had to fill out an affidavit, get a copy of my picture ID, go to Kinko's to Fax them an affidavit... That was Friday. They finally accepted my ID on Monday, and now telling me it's going to take 2 more days. That's Wednesday... I will be out of a phone, and income for 5 days.

    I have no idea why I was paying for this insurance at all... As soon as I get my new phone I will cancel all the insurance on my bill... It is better to put that money aside, than pay these people $10 a month and then a deductible, and not get a phone when something happens.
