Easy process. Extremely quick delivery. Made me feel like Asurion takes its role in product replacement very seriously indeed. Frankly, I was surprised there was no necessary documentation I needed to submit to confirm that phone had been lost on the bus, though I was prepared to do so. So impressed, really. Great stuff.

My daughter's phone was recently damaged beyond the point of being usable or repairable. We filed an online claim with Asurion; the replacement phone was delivered the very next day. Prepaid return packaging was included for the damaged phone, with clear instructions. The entire process was very easy, and made a difficult situation more bearable. We also received a confirmation email when the damaged phone was received.

I have had to use Asurion more times than I would like, but with twin boys who are now 24 they have managed to lose and break several phones over the years. I highly recommend Asurion and don't know what I would have done without your coverage and fast efficient replacement service.

When I spoke with a rep on Monday they assured me my back ordered phone would be in by Saturday. That was 2 months ago and I'm still waiting. I called and asked for a return call 3 days ago. They do not care nor are they honest at any point.

I have previously written to you about my experience with Asurion so I'm not going to waste a lot of my time re-writing my displeasure with your company again. I will tell you that I was charged the $150 that appeared on my credit card bill, BUT I WAS NOT CREDITED BACK FOR THIS CHARGE. I did everything I was supposed to do and confirmed that you received the non-operating phone back. I'm not surprised the credit back to my credit card has not appeared on my account. I suppose it confirms your lousy service and your lousy operating procedures. If I don't receive my refund this week, I will contact my credit card company and recruit them to obtain my refund. Nuf sed.

We have used Asurion in the past for other claims, and it is always super easy to file and claim and the process is super fast as well. We appreciate the overnight delivery too which allowed our daughter to get back up and running and connected quickly.

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. Asurion, is very helpful and professional. It is very important that they find my iPhone is disconnected. If I ever break my phone again I am sure Asurion will come to the rescue. I do recommend that everyone insure their devices.

I had to call cause the website stated unable to process. At first didn't understand, but once I spoke to someone and was explained it was because the company didn't have the color. Once everything was explained, I was a happy person. I was thankful for the help I received by phone.

Called to file a claim for a broken phone due to being dropped. Instructions were very clear and easy, and my replacement phone was sent immediately and received the next day, which was a Saturday. Simple to call and get new phone activated and a return envelope was provided to send back the damaged phone.

Filing the claim was quick and easy. I was very impressed on how quickly I got my phone as well. The bad part is that after 2-3 days no one could hear me unless I was on speaker. I called and they sent me another replacement and again quick and easy. Very happy with the service but now this phone I have, the battery dies very quickly. Although it is quick and easy to call and maybe get fixed I just don't have time to do it again. For a $200 deductible maybe more reliable phones should be sent and if it's my second time calling I would definitely want a brand new phone.

I dropped my phone and it cracked. I followed the procedure for filing a claim. I received my new phone in a timely manner and I'm totally satisfied with the new phone. It was all good except that it took way too long for a replacement phone to be sent to us. You said it was on back order. I would of thought that you would have bought a replacement phone from anywhere that would have took less than a week. Luckily the phone started working. Good enough to get us by. No way was it one or two days to get one like you advertise.

The screen on my phone went out. With the screen black, I was completely unable to use my phone. Asurion processed my claim quickly. I received my phone within a day so I was not without a phone for too long. Because my phone still had a full charge, I had alarms and alerts going off and I could not turn them off. Asurion extended my return time to ensure that the battery would die before I placed it in the mail. The customer service rep was very kind and understanding. I always get the warranty coverage and would definitely tell a friend to get the coverage on any phone they ever get.

The phone I had was non functional due to water damage, I went online and filed a claim. The instructions were easy to follow, the phone was shipped to me in a day! I sent the broken phone back in the self addressed envelope within the two weeks to finish the transaction. I was very pleased with how easy and hassle free it was to get the phone replaced. The phone was promptly sent to me within 24hrs. I returned the phone within a week. I did not like the threating e-mails about this company not getting the phone. They were very accusatory, as if I was trying to keep the BROKE device.

This is not the first time we have used this insurance plan. It is excellent coverage and would highly recommend it to anyone who asks if it is worth it. A plus for your efforts.

As long as it's something that your protection plan covers, you will never have any problems. We are a corporate account and Asurion has been great with every claim. You get the replacement device within 1 day and they couldn't have made their return process simpler. Extremely happy with this company!

Great job. Got the phone the next day and set up in a few minutes. My daughter had been lost without it. Thank heavens for Asurion. No problems, no fuss, no trouble. The phone was an exact replacement and we downloaded the data from Google. She lost nothing. It would have been a bad economic time to have to pay for the phone right now, but we could handle the fair deductible.

I got the phone in a timely manner, however the process was not. I had to scan in documents and wait for a response back before I could order the phone, which meant I had to go without a phone for almost two days before I could utilize a service that I pay for on monthly basis.

It took 6 days to get my phone. I sent email affidavit and it took them 3 days to reply. I do EVERYTHING with my phone. So losing 6 days was terrible on my business. And to pay a $200 deductible almost as much as my car insurance is insane. Customer service is clueless and did not help.

I didn't experience any problems with getting one of my phones replaced once I submitted the claim and documentation needed to Asurion. The phone was delivered on time and was in pristine condition. I would recommend this company to anyone who has cellphones for their insurance needs.

I don't remember when I dropped but the screen on my Android was broken. In a few days it stopped working! I got a new one shipped fairly rapidly after going to the Verizon store & paying my deductible. Thank you Asurion!

I received my replacement phone and the replacement phone was damaged. Although not physically evident, there was a humming or ring noise in the background that made it difficult to hear the callers and for them to hear me. I called your number and I was transferred to three people to verify the issue. As you know I had to call back on a separate line, which I did and once they determined it was the device itself, I was told the replacement would be in my office the following day. I called back three days later and was told the paperwork just needed to be finalized and I would get another replacement.

My phone was stolen on a trip abroad, and I had a new phone waiting for me at my home upon my return. Asurion was terrific and made a difficult time easier. I will save their number in my phone for future issues that might arise.

I submitted a claim on an Apple laptop and was told it was not fixable. So, I accepted the replacement option and received a new MacBook. I have just realized that they did not replace with the same model laptop - I sent them a 256MB machine and they sent me a 128MB machine. I have called and spoken with the company and they tell me "too bad, we can't do anything about that." Wow!! Attorney General's office and small claims will be hearing about this!! Beware, and check your replacement devices carefully!

Galaxy S7 Phone Replacement - Great experience. There was no requirement to take the damaged phone to a local repair facility or send it in for evaluation before a replacement was sent. The replacement phone arrived the day after filing a claim and included packaging and postage to return the damaged phone. Notification that the returned phone was received came about 10 days after the phone was sent.

It was kinda confusing with every time I called I was asked for different information. However, it all worked all great and we are very satisfied with the overall service. Evidently there was an issue verifying my account but I was never contacted or notified of such an issue. I would check on line and my status would say I would hear from someone within 24 hours. I would check again after a day and would receive notice that I would hear something within 48 hours. After many days of not hearing anything, I called and was told the claim was denied and my account was cancelled. I was told to call another number to follow up. I called that number and finally got the issue resolved. I was without a phone for 5 to 6 days due to the poor communication. It was also stressful when told my account was cancelled as it came across that I had done something wrong. Not fun or good customer service.

The only thing preventing 5 stars is that when submitting my claim the website froze and I had to complete call over phone. This happened when I had to replace my son's phone also. I commented on this at the time it occurred as well.

1st. The phone's screen would constantly freeze. 2nd. The phone would turn off randomly. 3rd. The phone that was sent to me was the wrong model. 4th. Was used and scratched instead of new. 5th. At random times blue boxes are on the screen and freezes the screen. And even though, we were still on the second claim, my insurance was cancel without a notice. I'm still not satisfied, still paying, with a defective phone. So tired.

Replacing my iPhone was their priority. They understood the criticality of having my iPhone replaced ASAP. I had it the next day. The phone was overnighted. The process on me is painless and easy as it should be. The automated system was the best I've had that I did not mind it at all over a real person on the line. Automated system has always annoyed me because they are difficult to use or does not make any sense. As if they have not tested it on real people.

Replacement phone. The phone will not let me screen shot and send the picture to my gallery. The volume also has to be silent or on the loudest setting. I have tried to set the volume to the middle but the volume bar will move all the way to the right - to the loudest setting. Other than that delivery was perfect, I got it the day after I filed the claim.

This was my first time ever losing a phone. Luckily I had insurance. Working with the knowledgeable customer service rep made filing my claim and receiving a replacement phone (next day shipping) easy peasy! Phone was replaced quickly and satisfactorily. I dropped my previous phone in the pool and could not repair it. Had to get a new phone and it was replaced with another phone very quickly and satisfactorily. Only problem was my original phone was no longer available so had to learn how to use new one. The website was easy to use and very straightforward. The only complaint I could even have was that there were not a lot of options of replacement phones to choose from... I had an issue with the wait time on agents receiving and reviewing the claim. One screen told me 24hrs while another screen online said 3 days. I called back in 3.5 days and no one has even revised. The agent place me on hold and accepted my claim. Why hadn't anyone review. It was very frustrating. Please clarify the wait time for claims for the customers. Thanks.

Once I made contact there were no questions. Since my phone was no longer in product, they actually upgraded my phone to a newer model and it was in my hands the next day. It was my first claim but not my family's and we have yet to be disappointed. I will happily continue to use Asurion as my insurance company on all of my family's phones and tablets.

The phone that we were issued to replace our lost phone is terrible. Has lots of glitches! It is clearly a very poorly refurbished phone. Am cancelling insurance from this company. The replacement phones are so bad it is not worth our money every month.

We ordered a phone to replace my son's broken phone. The one we first received had a loose home button. But Asurion was very helpful when I called to get help to get another replacement phone. They shipped a new one that works perfectly. We were very happy with their service!

The phone we needed to replace was no longer available. The phone choices were not that great and the phone we got is terrible. The volume when playing music turns off and on. The phone is not user friendly. Also the SIM card that was sent with phone did not work. Verizon our cell phone provider had to overnight different SIM card to me.

My iPhone got wet and stopped working, so I needed a replacement. I learned from Asurion that the replacement would cost $200 despite the fact that the phone was insured. When I got my replacement device from Asurion, it was obviously a refurbished phone and wouldn't hold a charge for more than an hour or two. I returned the replacement and got another phone from Asurion.
This second replacement also has issues. The home button is not responsive and now, two weeks in, the phone will not charge. I am going to have to send this piece of garbage back and start over again with replacement #3. At this point, I'm wondering why I even bothered with insurance. I am still paying for the original, new phone with insurance fees plus the extra $200 for the water damage and have a crummy, used phone that doesn't work. Next time, I won't purchase through Verizon and won't bother with insurance.

I can currently only communicate with people on speaker phone or with a headset. When I try to hold the phone to my ear people who call me can't understand me and I can't understand them. I don't want to pay another $150 for a new phone for fear it doesn't work as well. I am making due but I am greatly disappointed with the phone I received and don't know who to contact or how to remedy the situation.

You replaced my Galaxy s5 with a Galaxy s6… "UPGRADE" but the damn thing won't stay charged longer than 5 hrs. My s5 would last a day and a half, the replacement phone I received does within 5 hrs and if I use it even quicker. I have woken up, went to read news articles and found the phone below 40% even before I got out of bed. It is not the network because my wife's phone operated fine and so does the other two tablets I'm now forced to carry with me because of this POS galaxy s6. Why would I return it and pay another 150 for another s6? The phone is bogus compared to the s5 and yet you refuse to replace my phone with one that is comparable.

Was very easy to contact and get a replacement cell send out overnight. Well worth the money to have this protection for my cell. I would recommend cell owners to carry the Asurion coverage when they purchase a cell, especially for their teenagers who seems to not understand how to keep their cells protected.

I had to call and trade multiple times with Asurion after breaking my phone. Here's what happened: I broke my phone and called to get it replaced, they no longer carried my phone so they told me I would get "upgraded" to the next phone. I was sent three of these upgraded phones and constantly had to call and get a new one sent because they didn't work. I would have to stand still to talk to someone and half of the time they still couldn't hear me. These phones were brand new so it wasn't a problem with them being refurbished. We finally were able to switch to a completely different phone and I haven't had any trouble since then. It was a good experience except when I had a hold on my account for "doing too many claims in a small period of time". I'm glad that my phone finally works and I am not calling here every other day but when I did have to call everyone was very helpful.

The first phone came to me defective, the sound would not work. The second phone came in fine. Customer service was very helpful. I am now dealing with Verizon, trying to get charges removed from my bill for an extra line they created when activating my replacement phone. Customer service I give a 9. Technical I give a 4. Verizon I give a 2.

We called with issues due to the battery not holding the charge. A replacement phone that was the same as the one we had was delivered in 2 days. It was easy to submit a request. I am very pleased with Asurion's quality and speed of service. When my daughter accidentally dropped her iPhone 7 and cracked the screen, I filed a claim for a screen replacement and immediately received a voucher for a local iPhone repair shop. However, an hour later, we discovered that the phone was no longer responsive and that there had been more significant damage. It was very easy to modify the claim, and my daughter received a new phone the next day.

Glad I got the phone in good condition but three days after I got the phone I took it out of the case and found the back screen glass broken without being dropped and in a case at all times. I'm not sure if the refurbished phone you sent had the back screen replaced but I've never had that happen to a phone when I always have a case that at least covers the back.

I got a refurb from Asurion. Nothing but problems. WiFi stopped working, Bluetooth stopped working. Factory reset failed to resolve the problems. Had a great phone, replacement was garbage. For the deductible and the monthly cost, I get a previously broken device? I was insuring a new device. If it was a car, your insurance company would enable you to replace it. What they wouldn't do is give you a car that doesn't work.

I had 2 phones that were damaged and getting the replacement was easy. I did the claim online and it was self explanatory. When I was going to return the damaged phones I realized I lost one of them here at home, there was a follow up letter sent to me, reminding me to return the second phone. I called and explained and they were very understanding and the next day I found it and returned it.

Hello, I made a claim through Asurion for my phone plan that consist of four phones. I make payments of $339.82 on time, I even pay extra cash when I can. So Asurion had me return the phone when I completely unlinked the broken iPhone through the "find my iPhone" service and restored the iPhone to factory setting like they told me to, but I was not able to turn off the phone, due to the completely damaged screen of the iPhone that did not work. I followed the instructions that were given, through an email on how to remove your iPhone from your iCloud account. At first I deleted the replacement iPhone on accident, thinking that is was the broken phone because there were two iPhones on the iCloud account. Then Asurion sent me a reminder email, that I did not remove the claimed phone from my account, of course that was my fault.
So I went ahead and corrected the issue, this time ensuring that I followed the instruction on how to remove the iPhone from the iCloud service. I removed the broken phone that was visible on the "find my iPhone" service. And still I keep receiving phone calls that I did not comply with their guidelines. What the heck is going on? I don't want to have to pay a fine of $500 to $900 dollar fine. I did what I suppose to do but the customer service is not helpful. I pay too much money already for these phone.

The process of replacing the phone was very easy. I am happy to have the online portion because I was able to report the lost/damaged phone immediately when I got home which was after 11pm. I understand that I could not start the process until the next morning. The only issue that I had with the process was the mandatory signature from UPS or FedEx. The delivery driver did not ring the bell and just left a note on my door. I ended up calling the delivery company and had to fight to get a re-delivery the next day. They wanted to drop off the package at a liquor store in the neighborhood. I am sorry I do not think that is appropriate. I understand the need to hand a package like this to a real person but there should be a better attempt to or the available of a text message to confirm delivery.

I received a new phone because I had dropped my old one and cracked the front screen and the volume switch wasn't working. I received a new phone, that is great, except that whenever I make a call, I can hear everyone just fine, but even if I am yelling into the phone they struggle hearing me. If I use my headphones it works fine, so I'm thinking something is wrong with the speaker. Is there anything that I can do? This is used for work so I have to make a lot of calls on it.

I was relatively satisfied but of course when you lose your phone, you want things done as quickly as possible. It could have been a little faster but there was the necessary paperwork and the verification process which took longer than I would have liked. Also, you do not get a brand new phone but a refurbished one so I understand. So far the refurbished phone is working fine. It's still was an expense I didn't need to incur but I am glad I did not have to Pay full price.

I had to replace my Google Pixel 64GB phone, but since they could replace it (as it is not AT&T listed phone), they could only give me a Samsung Edge 7 as per their replacement equivalent. I lost 200$ and I would not recommend it for devices that is not AT&T to use this insurance. Please do the insurance at the place of purchase if it is not a regular AT&T device.

Originally when I started my case with Asurion I was just going to get the screen fixed of my son's iPhone SE. I was informed when I took it to the store to get the screen fixed that there was more damage than just the screen, so I was not charged the deductible instead it was put towards a replacement phone. The replacement phone was on back order but Asurion kept me updated every step of the way, and the great thing to me was that I did not have to pay the rest of the deductible until the phone came in. Once the phone was in I was sent an e-mail to confirm and pay the rest of the amount. I then received the phone the next day and it has been working since. My son is very Happy. Excellent experience.

Additionally the phone I received is of lesser quality than my original phone. The screen type is different making it harder to see in bright light and with sunglasses on. I started by submitting a claim online. I was denied and was disappointed because I did not understand the explanation that I did not have coverage on the date I made the claim. I went into the Verizon store and the associate called and helped me to get the claim processed. I was very pleased with the ease and speed of replacing my broken iPhone through Asurion. The instructions were easy to follow. My phone arrived the next day, and I only needed to drop my broken phone in a postage paid envelope, and drop it in the mail.

I was able to enjoy a new phone within the next day of damaging my phone. Fast and easy to process. I've had Asurion for a long time now and have had to use it on more than one occasion due to mishaps and asurion has never failed me. Worth every penny!

While I was connected within 24 hours of completing claim, it took me more than 48 hours to complete the claim. The online process would not work for my account for some unbeknownst reason. Safe to say my only phone was my cell phone which didn't work. This caused me great difficulty in completing the claim. Further, everyone in the call center had no idea what they were doing and couldn't tell my why my claim hasn't been updated or what was specifically wrong with my submissions. The policy says claims will be processed in eight hours I believe. That is a flat out lie. Moreover, my replacement phone is terrible. It glitches, has a terrible battery, and did not come with genuine replacement accessories. Asurion is a complete racket because it's the only insurer for major carriers and has zero quality control.

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of using Asurion's services twice in the last year and both times my expectations were surpassed with both the experience and the replacement phones. The first time the phone was delivered and after programming it I noticed the screen was cracked which was only noticeable on the black screen. Asurion sent a replacement the next day. This insurance is something that is a must with today's phones and is so easy from start to finish absolutely painless.

I was very pleased with the speed my phone was replaced. Water spilled on my one day old phone on the seat of my car. It went dead in a short time. Two days later you sent a new phone to my house. I was very impressed.

Phone replacement for iPhone 6 - The process was pretty straightforward and the phone arrived in good condition in a timely manner. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that the charger that was sent with it doesn't fit the phone. If that were Replaced it would be a five. Thanks!

I lost my phone at EDC VEGAS and this was the easiest process I have ever had when filing a claim. Effortless and more than accommodating. Received no flak. Just got my phone replaced. After having an exciting time stuck in Vegas with no phone and no way to contact anyone after getting home they made it almost enjoyable. Minus the fee (but that's to be expected).

My iPhone with a faulty microphone was replaced, with a refurbished phone that had a working microphone, however the battery of the refurbished phone barely holds a charge. If fully charged, and minimally used for talk/text/data, the phone will die in 2-3 hours, which is significantly worse than my old iPhone which could last all day before dropping to low power levels.

Looks of phone - It had a slight chip on the face of the phone, I mentioned it over the phone in an earlier conversation. I would have traded it back in, but I didn't want to go through the hassle again, especially since it was overlooked from your end and still sent to me anyway.

We were very pleased with the ease of filing a claim and the very quick turn around to receive our new phone. Our claim was filed in the afternoon and the phone delivered by the next morning. Return service on the old phone is also very easy. We highly recommend this insurance.

My old phone got dropped, it cracked the LCD. Took it to Verizon in Lincoln IL. I had to pay them $150.00 Dollars to get it replaced. I then took it to Decatur IL. Located on Mound and 51 and Steven ** took great care of me. They set it up downloading all my pictures, my Memos, and videos. Steven ** knew his stuff and was friendly, careful to explain any questions I had!!! Thank You!!!

They use stall tactics to delay the claim/shipment. They refuse to ship to a UPS store where I have my post office box. Their system does not show payments. One delay after another. They then claim the phone will be shipped only to profess now the deductible payment has not been made. More efforts to not pay the claim. This is the most mismanaged company I have ever dealt with. Typical insurance company mentality of doing all that is possible to NOT pay a claim. I paid the deductible, got confirmation the phone would be shipped; next day was told it would not be shipped due to lack of payment.

I was very disappointed that I needed to escalate my concerns twice before receiving replacement. I paid the insurance for multiple years and $149 to obtain a replacement that was not quite the same size as my old device. Very frustrated with dollars paid on insurance and $149 in addition only to get something less.

The process or questions over the phone seem long. Recommend collecting some of this information before hand and just validate with the customer. After the call everything else went smoothly. Hopefully my teenagers can hold on to the cell phones.

I called my service provider, Verizon, and told about the incident. I was reminded that I had insurance. I followed the instructions, and then I got a new phone! I paid the $20 fee and was very happy with the transaction.

Asurion is very efficient and helpful. Their questions of how to replace a phone is easy to follow. They are usually on time with their replacement. So far with every replacement I had to do with my kids' phones they were quick and helpful. When I hadn't switched off the where's my phone button they helped me through the system to find where it was and didn't charge me for leaving it on when sent back.

Very quick to receive new phone, and simple to return the broken phone. If it wasn't for the Asurion insurance I would have had to purchase a brand new phone at full price, which I wasn't prepared to do. Would strongly recommend to others to get this coverage on any phone that they get.

Good experience. My only concern was that I had a hard time removing Find my iPhone on my daughter’s phone and even though Verizon helped, I kept receiving messages that I better have or I will be charged. Scared me that I didn't do it right.
