    I had a broken screen on my iPhone. I filed my claim on the website on a Saturday and by Monday, I had a replacement delivered to my home. Very satisfied with the phone coverage/replacement plan. I did, however, find it annoying that while searching for my insurance info, I couldn't find anything on my actual Verizon bill. The bill states that I pay every month for the coverage but no contact info is found within the invoice. It would be nice to include the contact number/website on the bill for convenience. Thanks.

    My wife lost a brand new Sprint iPhone. We had the replacement insurance through Sprint's Asurion. They refused the claim stating there was no air time on the phone, even though the Sprint salesman had verified the phone number by calling it at the time of purchase. Even worse, Asurion process just drops your claim without even notifying you. DO NOT BUY THE INSURANCE. IT IS FAKE!!! Their process and people lie to you. Had one of their reps say the claim was approved and I would get an email on how to pay the deductible. Never got an email. Called them, and was then told the claim was denied. They threaten their customers with a note saying they will take legal action for anyone making false claims. They need to be sued for lies and false claims to their customers. I'm a 10 year customer of Sprint with 5 active cell phones. They lost my business for life.

    I couldn't myself order my own phone even though I was paying with my own money. I lost the return envelope and I couldn't even place an order for another envelope. I was left with no means to return it as customer service couldn't help me at all and my father was unreachable. Eventually found the return envelope a few days before I would have been charged. These kinds of mistakes by consumers like me are very common especially to the younger typically poorer consumer. With better made phones and phone cases coming out every year you have to hook the next generation on the protection of insurance and for that you need a more transparent and ergonomic system of returns. All together I loved the service. It was easy for my father place a claim, for me to pay as a third party, and my phone came in perfect shape.

    The service is fast, reliable, affordable, and saves you money. But it was hard as being the user of the phone but unable to make an progress as 22 year old college student with my father for weeks on this phone and I ended up losing an apartment because I was unreachable. I understand under your policies and guidelines things couldn't have gone differently, but I also gave you my honest opinion.

    My replacement phone was defective. Half my info was trapped on it and I was unable to delete it or remove "find my iPhone". I was tossed back and forth between Asurion, Verizon and Apple.     The customer rep was friendly and accommodating. She told me what to do to process my claim for replacement. We are not satisfied with replacement phone as the sound when you call or receive a call, you could barely hear the person talking. You have to turn on the speaker feature to be able to hear the person you're talking to. It has nothing to do with the phone carrier because all the phones in my household have good signal. Only this particular phone. I think the replacement phone is defective. Several times it just freezes up and just turn off by itself. The sound issues is still going on and I would like to have a better and working replacement phone like the one that was lost. If you could send me a new one and I would return this one.     WORST experience!!! They are complete jerks and totally dishonest. I filed my first claim for a broken screen. They said it's ok for them to replace a new red iPhone 7 plus for a refurbished iPhone silver and I still had to pay $175.00 as a deductible. Does this sound right and honest? All I want is what I had replaced!!! I pay a monthly fee and still pay more than a screen costs to replace and I expect that they can be decent and replace the item with the same thing.

    My complaint is that my device was actually not replaced within 24 hours, due to the incident occurring later in the day on a Saturday. I did not receive my new device until Tuesday. I was told Sunday did not count, and then I was unable to complete my request immediately as apparently cash was not an acceptable form for payment for it (my debit and credit cards were damaged in the same incident as my phone).     I damaged my iPhone 6 Plus and contacted your company per my provider (Verizon) orders. After completing forms and paying a deductible you mailed me replacement.     After the claim I was told I would have to pay a $99.00 deductible to get my replacement phone. I was not told this when I was sold the insurance. Be aware that you do not get a new phone... I got a refurbished one. Again when I was sold the insurance I was not told that I would get a used phone as a replacement... When you have a car accident and total the car you get a new one... Not a refurbished one. Finally, the used phone that I got was not "cleaned" in other words there was still personal and private information on the phone!!     I purchased a Rheem Hot Water Heater from Home Depot on September 20, 2015, and purchased an extended warranty with Asurion. On August 14, 2017, I called Asurion and told them that my hot water heater was leaking and leaking water on to the electrical circuits in side causing shorting out and throwing sparks. A true FIRE HAZARD. They told me that it would take a minimum of two days before they could get someone out to fix it. Even though there was an actual fire hazard.

    Now 3 days later no one has come and I received a call saying that they were unable to find someone to fix it. That I should receive a call tomorrow if they can find someone to come out. This is unacceptable to me. This company is very unprofessional and is unable to carry out the work that it is contracted to do. Home Depot should be aware of this company's business practices. It is a VERY VERY bad reflection on Home Depot because they said I would not have to worry about repairs if I purchased this extended warranty. This whole situation is unbelievable and again UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. With this kind of FIRE HAZARD I pray that I do not burn in my sleep because this company does not have the resources to honor its contracts with Home Depot customers. Heaven help us until this company can honor its warranty. I sure do not want to burn in my sleep because of this company.

    I am a military. I purchased a TV through a navy exchange store and at the store was advertised to purchase a protection plan from Asurion which would cover me on several situations and one of those was the 'accidental drop off'. As a matter of fact this is listed also inside their brochure. Once moving into the new apartment the TV accidentally slipped and the screen now has several lines through the picture (not cracks!). Called Asurion, just to find out the ugly surprise that I was not covered on this subject!!! So my question is, why buy the protection plan in the first place? Asurion customer service named Adrian told me that the store seller did not provide me the correct information and that I should deal with the store. This is so wrong! I buy a product from Asurion, and the store is only the link in between, is the clerk.

    Asurion must take full responsibility of its own products (in this case the brochure and provide the cover just as it has stated) of the information given out (from whoever person). I asked Adrian to speak with someone else (meaning his manager, or supervisor) and he started acting a smart ass saying that there is no someone else, and that I should say the word 'manager' or 'supervisor' if I intended to speak with one. They have messed up so badly and now they don't want to take their responsibility. Just think of how many people buy their protection plan (thinking they are covered) for to find what their money was STOLEN!!! Adrian told me several times that he is sorry and that he understands how I feel... Well, sorry doesn't cut this and I do not feel like Asurion stole my money and lied, this really happened! Asurion LIED and STOLE my money.

    I told the representative that I had dropped my phone and the screen no longer worked. Lines were visible in the screen but the touch screen did NOT function. She set up an appointment to have it fixed, in my home. He was 3 hrs late due to scheduling mishaps. When the repairman arrived, he then told me he wouldn't be able to fix my phone due to not being able to see if the camera was functioning.     It sucks. Fortunately I found the phone. I would have had to wait til Monday and delivery was finally tried after 5 pm. I canceled your service and refused the phone and you owe me $99. If I have a problem I will go buy a phone when I need one.

    My son lost his phone. It was replaced a few days later! I found the claim process quick and easy. I was worried about the review process and that it wouldn't be allowed but I received the email that approved the replacement. The new phone came a few days later.

    I had a very positive experience in getting my phone replaced after it was damaged due to severe weather and could not be recovered. It was an easy process, it was cheaper than upgrading (which I didn't need), it was quick, and I was very pleased with the end result. I'm glad I had my phone's insurance to fall back on.

    The replacement phone was defective. I had to have it replaced as well. I spent 2 hours on the help line and finally got it to activate. Then, the quality of the phone calls was poor. The phone cut out several times, echoed and dropped calls. I called Verizon and had them replace it.
