We had a shattered iPad screen. Called Asurion, had our new device within 24 hours and a return box to send back our damaged device. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and fast result. We received the new iPad and a new charging device in less than 24 hours.

Prompt and professional service. The replacement phone was sent out promptly and the process was relatively painless. We would recommend Asurion's plan to our friends and family. We had another experience with Asurion when the same phone had a cracked screen a few months ago. The wait time to replace the screen was minimal.

Got phone next day and activated it within 5 minutes. Returning old phone was just as simple. Great help when calling in to activate. A second phone ended up going down. The process was just as simple as the first time. 2 for 2. Strongly recommend.

This is a great service due to speed, overnight is what is needed in these situations. The insurance give us peace of mind, I would recommend this to all customers. The online process was very easy, I was notified by company to make sure find my iPhone was off. I was expecting a notice of received device.

My SD card does not work in this phone. I put the same SD Card in my Chromebook and my photos come up. Mind you this is the same SD card from my original phone. Also, there is a problem with moisture. I understand the phone isn't water proof, but it is water resistant and both of my cameras are fogged from moisture? This is literally the 2nd problem I have had with an Asurion phone! Other than that, getting my phone was quick.

My only complaint would be not having the services I needed being available based off of my home ZIP Code as opposed to my billing ZIP Code, because what I needed was my screen to be replaced but those services were not located near my billing ZIP Code though there was a facility that could do this near my home ZIP Code. Other than that the service was great and the phone was delivered to me very quickly.

I was very pleased with the replacement process. It was a hassle free and easy online process to get the replacement into action. I received the replacement phone the very next day and was able to swap over phones that very afternoon. Thanks for your quick process in replacements.

Well other than not having the same exact phone I have... I had to get a different color which was not that big of a deal. The bad thing is this replaced phone has already broke. I was texting and the screen cracked... While in a case... So I have to replace the replacement cell which I am not happy about...

My son lost his phone on a sand dune and we were able to get a new phone a day and a half later. The process was very easy to navigate. I was able to get his phone reordered within about 10 minutes, on the road and without Wi-Fi. We were actually at the end of our 8 GB of data as well so I was surprised it went so smoothly.

Broken Microphone in iPhone 6: After taking my phone to Verizon and leaving with the phone in worse condition than it was when I got there, I took it to the Apple Store. The agent was able to diagnose the problem and assured me that I would receive a new phone in the next two business days, which I did. Friendly and knowledgeable service tech.

Asurion was very easy to work with over the phone. The automated system was direct and the representatives were helpful. We did have trouble turning off the old phone. Eventually through email we had direct access to the process. It would have been easier to have that specific information early on. Overall though we are very satisfied with Asurion and thank you for your help in replacing the phone for us.

Customer service was great and service time of item that was being delivered was received in a timely manner, as stated by the representative. Every question that was asked was answered with courtesy and respect. Worker was very knowledgeable about her job and completing the insurance claim and making sure that I had my phone the next day.

Overall went well, but the new SIM card didn't work and required Verizon's help to set it to my phone number. Also the phone's battery dies faster than my original phone did. However, I was very impressed with the ease of replacement and speed of delivery.

Service was very good. Only problem the home button on my replacement device is a little sticky when pressed, but I really didn't feel like sending it back because the rest of the phone was so perfect. I would also love it if the price was a little cheaper. I know one day shipping is pricey. I would of had it delivered in a week if that would save me money.

Replacement phone arrived in less than 12 hours from the time I filed my claim. Unfortunately the battery in the replacement phone is nowhere near as good as my old one. Barely lasts half a day. Otherwise good fast service and phone in like New condition, except for the battery.

Only problem was I was sent a mailer to return my broken device but the envelope was too small to send it back. That is confusing. Otherwise the process was efficient. I did have to get help at a Verizon store to complete the application for the replacement.

I lost my phone in Washington DC. Called Asurion. They were so understanding and shipped a new phone to me the next at the condos we were staying at. Had My phone by 10 the next morning. Can't thank them enough!!! I will always make sure I have them for phone insurance.

I recently had a factory defective issue with my phone. I visited a Verizon store on a Saturday. We filed my claim that day. My replacement phone was here that Monday at no charge. I can't express how easy it was to get my phone replaced. They definitely have my business.

Service and trade in was super easy. Really nice to be able to do it online. The phone came in the next day which was not too bad. To ship back the old phone was convenient that I received the shipping label and the bag. Was given the option to ship home or to a post office.

I had a very difficult and frustrating time dealing with Asurion this last go-round. I have multiple phones on my account and when my son's phone got damaged, even after I established my bona fides as the account holder, I got no help from your associates, who would not assist me with any details to process the claim until I got someone from Verizon on the line with me, to get past the bureaucratic roadblock. My girlfriend thinks I'm crazy to deal with you. Instead of making things possible, you made them very hard.

Easy to use online claim process, clear and a very quick new phone shipment. I'm very happy with this insurance and how easy it is to make a claim, follow up and send back the old phone. The only thing that would be useful might be some direction about what needs to be deleted from the broken phone before returning it.

Replacement phone is great. Phone was initially on back order which was unfortunate. I chose another device that was available and realized I made a very good decision. I rate this 4 stars because I had to wait almost a week before device was not on backorder.

They take someone else's broke phone that they have fixed and send it to you and make you pay for it! Then they make you send your broke phone in so they can do the same ** to them!!! Hell of a deal they got going on. Charge you monthly then make you pay a big deductible for someone else's broke ass phone!!!

I received my replacement phone quickly which I was very appreciative of. However I quickly discovered the new phone did not function properly. The battery died very quickly compared to my old phone, and it proved incompatible with most chargers. Genuine Apple iPhone chargers will not charge this phone, I have tested it on many cords and out of dozens only two have ever been able to charge it and very slowly at that. The phone also frequently drops calls, and doesn't get good service in areas other Verizon users seem to have perfect service. Asurion has replaced lost phones for me in the past and I have never had this issue, I'm thinking this particular one was not refurbished very well.

It was not that the service was so bad. My problem is that I received a message stating that find my iPhone was still on. I had no idea how to do this. The next email told me that I had to turn it off or face a 500.00 fine. Ok really! I finally got into the cloud thing to turn it off. I had no idea which phone it was and managed to turn them both off. It was a real thrill to get the other phone back on with all data and apps. I still do not have all music and pictures. I think that Asurion needs to be a bit more user friendly.

The replacement process was amazing. Every rep I spoke with was professional & friendly. I can't say enough good things about them! My beef is with the cost though. I post plenty of money monthly on all my devices, but I still had to pay another $99! Not to mention, my damage device was brand new but I received a "refurbished" model, which is a fancy way to say used. For the money I'm paying, I would prefer a new model on the rare occasions I have to replace a new phone.
But, I do have to compliment the customer service & the speed & ease with which I got a replacement. Unfortunately, it did take more than 24 hours to get the replacement, so that's not exactly accurate advertising. Still, I want to stress how awesome the employees I spoke to were! I even had to call in again after my old phone was misplaced (I thought it was in the mail already) & they extended my deadline with no trouble whatsoever when I explained I'm disabled & had been to the ER several times. Reward your employees, but maybe rethink your pricing. I've been told since that I could have used a different service that was cheaper to sell my old phone & buy a new or old device for a lot less money & without paying the monthly insurance fees.

My wife dunked her iPhone 6 in a cooler. We tried rice and DampRid to dry it to no avail. We have Asurion Ins on the phone, and they replaced it with a similar reconditioned iPhone. There was a slight "dim spot" on the replacement display, but it was adequate. The process took $149 and a few days.

I had a broken screen on my iPhone. I filed my claim on the website on a Saturday and by Monday, I had a replacement delivered to my home. Very satisfied with the phone coverage/replacement plan. I did, however, find it annoying that while searching for my insurance info, I couldn't find anything on my actual Verizon bill. The bill states that I pay every month for the coverage but no contact info is found within the invoice. It would be nice to include the contact number/website on the bill for convenience. Thanks.

The replacement phone worked great. The instructions were easy to follow but should stress the importance of the replacement of the new SIM card inside the new phone. Honestly the SIM card should be installed before the phone is shipped.

I was very pleased with the prompt replacement of my cell phone when it was damaged beyond repair. Your web site made it quick and easy to fill out and the directions were easy to follow. I was also very happy that my new phone was delivered the very next day. Having this insurance is so much better than paying full price for a lost or damaged phone. My new phone was sent within 24hrs and I was good to go! No problems with the people and/or the service. The first phone I was sent did have a camera issue but I was able to get a hold of Asurion and they sent a new phone again within 24 hrs. Very hassle free experience. Happy with the results.

My wife lost a brand new Sprint iPhone. We had the replacement insurance through Sprint's Asurion. They refused the claim stating there was no air time on the phone, even though the Sprint salesman had verified the phone number by calling it at the time of purchase. Even worse, Asurion process just drops your claim without even notifying you. DO NOT BUY THE INSURANCE. IT IS FAKE!!! Their process and people lie to you. Had one of their reps say the claim was approved and I would get an email on how to pay the deductible. Never got an email. Called them, and was then told the claim was denied. They threaten their customers with a note saying they will take legal action for anyone making false claims. They need to be sued for lies and false claims to their customers. I'm a 10 year customer of Sprint with 5 active cell phones. They lost my business for life.

Initially you sent a replacement phone that didn't have a working speaker. The manager who resolved my problem made up for it. My rating went from a 1 to a 5+. My phone is vital to me so the manager's help made things right. New phone is functioning very nicely.

The replacement I received worked fine for a week, then the screen blacked out, became snowy, sluggish, and slow, unresponsive. It was still under warranty and sent it to Samsung for repairs. It was a Galaxy S8+. I received it within a week, and it's been working fine for the past few weeks.

On vacation and needed assistance. A little extra paperwork that was slightly inconvenient as I needed to find a printer and scanner to return executed docs. But was extremely happy to only be without my phone for 1-2 days versus whole vacation! Very thankful.

The whole process was easy to complete and we received the iPad very fast. But our new iPad has a line in the top of the screen. I'm not sure if this was refurbished or what but I am not pleased with it having a blemish upon arrival.

I'm glad that I had insurance on my iPhone 6. I shattered the screen, and I was able to submit my claim online, get a replacement sent right away, and they provided an easy way for me to return the damaged phone. Instructions were clear and thorough. Because I had backed up my phone through iCloud, everything transferred over to my replacement phone. I'm very happy. Now I can wait for iPhone 8 to come out before upgrading.

I had to wait an extra 24 hours for phone for some reason. The phone doesn't quite work right, lots of glitches, battery life is quite poor and phone dies when it gets to 20%. Overall you seem to get the phone to the person quickly and the process is relatively simple, so I appreciate that.

Then replacement phone was back ordered, but the replacement did come in just over a week. Elkhorn Verizon helped me set up the replacement phone. What I mean is that the replacement phone I received shorts out a little. The screen flashes and at times looks like a 1990 computer monitor and I cannot listen to music with my ear buds because the sound keeps automatically turning down. But I do like the service you'll provide although it's a rather lengthy process you have to go through to order a replacement phone. I couldn't myself order my own phone even though I was paying with my own money. I lost the return envelope and I couldn't even place an order for another envelope. I was left with no means to return it as customer service couldn't help me at all and my father was unreachable. Eventually found the return envelope a few days before I would have been charged. These kinds of mistakes by consumers like me are very common especially to the younger typically poorer consumer. With better made phones and phone cases coming out every year you have to hook the next generation on the protection of insurance and for that you need a more transparent and ergonomic system of returns. All together I loved the service. It was easy for my father place a claim, for me to pay as a third party, and my phone came in perfect shape.
The service is fast, reliable, affordable, and saves you money. But it was hard as being the user of the phone but unable to make an progress as 22 year old college student with my father for weeks on this phone and I ended up losing an apartment because I was unreachable. I understand under your policies and guidelines things couldn't have gone differently, but I also gave you my honest opinion.

My replacement phone was defective. Half my info was trapped on it and I was unable to delete it or remove "find my iPhone". I was tossed back and forth between Asurion, Verizon and Apple. None of the companies communicate with each other which made the problem unresolvable. I spent countless hours on the phone a day for 3 weeks to fix the problem. It was a nightmare. Asurion was not helpful or understanding of the situation, nor considerate of the time it took me to find a resolution. It was beyond frustrating.

The customer rep was friendly and accommodating. She told me what to do to process my claim for replacement. We are not satisfied with replacement phone as the sound when you call or receive a call, you could barely hear the person talking. You have to turn on the speaker feature to be able to hear the person you're talking to. It has nothing to do with the phone carrier because all the phones in my household have good signal. Only this particular phone. I think the replacement phone is defective. Several times it just freezes up and just turn off by itself. The sound issues is still going on and I would like to have a better and working replacement phone like the one that was lost. If you could send me a new one and I would return this one. I would really appreciate.

WORST experience!!! They are complete jerks and totally dishonest. I filed my first claim for a broken screen. They said it's ok for them to replace a new red iPhone 7 plus for a refurbished iPhone silver and I still had to pay $175.00 as a deductible. Does this sound right and honest? All I want is what I had replaced!!! I pay a monthly fee and still pay more than a screen costs to replace and I expect that they can be decent and replace the item with the same thing.

My complaint is that my device was actually not replaced within 24 hours, due to the incident occurring later in the day on a Saturday. I did not receive my new device until Tuesday. I was told Sunday did not count, and then I was unable to complete my request immediately as apparently cash was not an acceptable form for payment for it (my debit and credit cards were damaged in the same incident as my phone). This was frustrating as my friend, whose phone is insured through a different company, got her replacement same day, on a Sunday, while mine didn't show up until Tuesday and I was without a phone since Saturday evening. Once it did arrive, it's been fine, no complaints there, just the inconvenience of the replacement.

Since I manage all the cell phones for the company I work for, it sometimes takes a while to get the phone to the employee, switched over, and back to me to mail in. We returned the iPhone but we keep getting messages/notifications that we did not take it off of the cloud - we have done this several times and are not sure what we are doing wrong that causes us to keep getting notifications. We called the customer service # and explained and asked for help and were told - "Ok don't worry about it - if you get another notification, call back". Asurion had my LG V20 on back order, so I had to wait about 5 days til I received it. However, my tablet was replaced with a better model the day after I filed the claim. Very quick service! If you're buying a device on a payment plan or contract, you really need to get the insurance. I had both of my devices stolen. If I didn't have the insurance, it would've cost a small fortune to get it all back.

Defective product provided! Within 24 hrs of activation the device failed. Upon my return to Verizon they were told to delete and deactivate! Within 24 hrs, failure again! After insisting that phone be replaced I waited 2 days to find that the agent had dropped the ball and failed to process shipment or notify me of a problem requiring 3 hrs of my work day while traveling to submit paperwork to validate claim. I had already been charged $149.00 for a defective phone and denial on 1st request for replacement of that phone. After 2nd fail, I was asked to provide a credit card # To process. After refusal that was waived. The final receipt of the replacement of the replacement did correct the problem. After this experience I am actively looking for another more friendly provider of service!

Replacement iPhone 5s - I've been meaning to reach out but haven't had the time, but this will work. The replacement phone I was sent is defective. It randomly turns off regardless of battery level, and the only way to get it back on is to leave it on a charger for anywhere from 1-4 hours so far. This has happened about 5 times since I received it and is an incredible inconvenience. Not what I expect to pay $100 for after already paying a monthly fee for the last several years. I'd like a new phone and a refund sent to me ASAP. There should be better quality control on the replacement phones sent to your customers.

I damaged my iPhone 6 Plus and contacted your company per my provider (Verizon) orders. After completing forms and paying a deductible you mailed me replacement. The phone your company sent was covered in some type of cat or dog hair. The hair was actually between the screen and the old screen protector. Also, the phone did not charge or operate correctly. Lastly, I could only talk on the speaker phone option.
I called your sorry excuse for a company and they said they would next day a new phone. The phone never arrived the next day. Two days later the phone did come but could not be updated with my iCloud info because it was so old. After three hours on the phone with Apple I was able to update the phone. Inexcusable service. How dare a company send out a junk cell phone and call it a replacement? I have contacted Verizon and plan to change to AT&T and this is their only insurance provider. Also, I have contacted the BBB and explained my situation. Wish you had negative numbers in your star review.

I dropped my phone causing a chip/crack on the edge of the glass. Remembering I had Asurion put my mind at ease. I figured I would get the glass replaced and have the phone back in use in a few days. After completing a short claim form on-line, I was informed the phone would be replaced. From there all it took was paying the $150 deductible and my replacement phone was on the way. Next day the phone arrived before noon. Activation was a breeze. Transferring data and pictures was all easy as could be. Great job. Great job With getting the phone however y'all delivered my 700.00 dollar phone on my door step where it could be stolen. Other than that, it was great putting me back in the loop of things. Thanks for your help fr fr... Glad I had y'all support.

I am very pleased with Asurion. I have two sons who are very rough with their devices and have had nothing but great customer service out of my insurance. I have always had very quick and very competent service and the devices have always been shipped in a timely manner.

I received the replacement phone extremely fast and was absolutely pleased with it, phone is perfect and my wife is a happy camper yet again. We were about to leave on a trip and needed her phone because she had to stay in touch with her family. Thanks for being so fast with the replacement.

Received a broken phone to replace my daughter's stolen phone. A joke... I call and call after 25 calls with no help. I'm filling another claim to try to get some sort of resolution to this. Not sure why we have insurance to just get someone else broken junk.

The phone that was sent was incompatible with all of my cords and accessories, I have no way to use my PayPal here card reader. Honestly I would have saved about 100.00 if I would have just bought a used phone off craigslist and I wouldn't have had to buy all new cords and chargers. More info and a better description would have been better, phones listed and shown online were not available and the reps were very pushy to just get a phone shipped out. They didn't care what one.

Lost phone - As always Asurion was efficient and quick in getting me my replacement device. Their site is easy to use and the whole process is very simple and great. When I've had to speak to someone their representatives are always very helpful and polite.

Yes I recommend that everyone insure their device. The replacement process was very easy and fast. Thank you Asurion. I lost my phone. Upon retracing my steps I realize that I had dropped it and by the time I returned to where I had dropped it someone had ran over it. Again the replacement process was very fast and very easy.

I pay monthly for insurance and I had to pay $150 for a replacement phone that is still not working. It is restarting all the time on its own and on the back I noticed it says refurbished by Asurion so who knows what kind of crap they put into this.

The phone replacement process is quick and easy with minimal down time. The replacement phone had Some problems but with a call to tech support we got the issue resolved and I was back using my phone in no time. I would recommend Asurion to anyone who uses their phone in an extreme environment.

Very happy with getting a replacement phone in a timely manner but the quality of the phone is poor. Doesn't hold a charge and incoming callers complain they can't hear me as my voice is muffled. I don't like the fact it's refurbished and I will most likely purchase Apple care in the future. I've paid for insurance for years and not happy that I didn't get what I thought would be a new phone. First claim made will be my last with Verizon Insurance Plan.

Asurion sent out a replacement phone very quickly to me. I was without a phone for the weekend, and had my phone by Tuesday. I love the expedited service! I now know the Benefit of having insurance, vs buying a completely new device. Filing the claim online was very simple and straight to the point.

The whole process of filing our claim for our daughter's phone was seamless. We filed online over that weekend and the phone was here on the following Tuesday afternoon. The process was very straightforward and easy to complete. Would highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and very helpful over the phone and the phone arrived as promised. The device is AWFUL!! It won't hold a charge. It has to be charged about every hour or so and randomly dies even when it is charged!!! I need another replacement!!!

I was very happy with the service I received. I did not get good service at all from Verizon at their Kent store. They ended up charging me $80-90, and taking my old phone, and I left with nothing. NOTHING. Thanks for your help. Very Appreciative.

My phone was cracked and I was leaving the country within four days. This company worked very hard to ensure that I had a working phone before leaving the country. Although you didn't have my phone in stock, you were able to provide me with a comparable model. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Replacement phone arrived on time and their suggestion to have it delivered to work was a good idea for safety reasons. The deductible is very steep when there are no good cases for protection. Easy to do online. Packaging for new phone was lacking.

Broke my phone, called Asurion at 6:30 in the evening and had my replacement phone by noon the next day. The person I spoke to was very thorough, and very considerate of my sense of urgency. I am very satisfied.
