We received a replacement for my son's iPhone the very next day! I was impressed seeing as it was like 10pm at night when I paid for the deductible!! My son couldn't have been happier. A 20 year old without their lifeline is not a good thing!! Awesome job Asurion!!!

I took my broken phone to a Verizon dealer where the service tech filed the claim with Asurion. He stated I would have a new phone within 12 days. The new phone was on my doorstep in under 24 hours! It came with an envelope, prepaid, for the old phone to be sent back. I just put it in the mail box the next day. All my info was already on the new phone. It could not have been easier. That's the way to do business.

My granddaughter's boyfriend stomped her phone and it shattered. I filed a claim with Asurion and it was fast and we had a phone just in a few days. I am very please with Asurion because to fill out a claim is very easy, the instructions are very explanatory.

Always fast and professional! The best at what they do. User friendly online claim. As a business owner my phone is very important and without it can cost thousands of dollars. I have had to use Asurion many times. And each time they never fail. My phone arrives in the morning even with a claim at 7 pm. Unbelievable!

Asurion replaced my Samsung Galaxy S6, when I lost it, or it was stolen. Usually, I like to speak to a live person when I have a problem or submit a claim. However, their online claim form was simple, fast, and clear to understand and complete. I was a little worried when I listed my device, and the site said my phone was discontinued. That was short-lived as they actually replaced my S6 with a brand new S8. The phone arrived within 48 business hours of filing the claim. This has been the best experience I have had dealing with any sort of insurance, ever.

Phone received timely. Process to complete claim was very simple. Although phone received was refurbished, it was in like new condition with no imperfections visible. This was the first time utilizing. Hopefully don't have to do it again as the deductible is a bit pricey.

So glad I was able to get a phone the very next day. I called and the assistant was helpful and reviewed every step of the way. Sending my old phone was very easy too and 15 days is a good amount of time to return it! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a good phone ASAP.

I filed a claim, I received my phone the next day. A week later something happened to the new phone. I called it in and I had the new phone the following day and nothing out of pocket because there is a 1 yr warranty.

Started claim process on Saturday evening, received new phone by Monday! Did everything online. Very easy to complete. Very pleased with the whole process. Not that I want to do it again but if had to, I know I won't have any issues.

I received a refurbished iPhone 7 because my BRAND NEW phone was dropped but, what they sent, does not work properly either. Callers cannot hear me, I hear static on the phone and some of my calls/text messages don't go through. I'm not understanding, I pay a monthly fee to have this coverage and they send a used replacement that does not work properly.

I signed up when my phone was 49 for a cracked screen. Miraculously, after the S8 came out, the 7 Edge went up to 149. The customer service reps kept repeating whatever nonsense you trained them to say and shamed me ("well, it DID break" "Well, the full price is 649.00 so this is a good deal - otherwise a new one is like 500 more" - type of garbage). It was insulting. They should have said - "I'm not in charge, but that sure is terrible" or something else rather than trying to make me feel like an idiot who is LUCKY to even have a plan that after all the months I paid in + the 149 is not a pile less than the 649.00 for a new one... No integrity on Asurion's part, and lousy customer service... oh well. That's the state of business...

My phone is sending error reports and peering off, getting very hot, and part of the touch screen isn't working. I'm very unhappy and I don't trust your service. I don't want a refurbished phone if it's going to crap out. I want an upgrade.

Phone was quick on delivery time and works like new. Easy forms to fill out. Like the prepaid envelope to send return back. Like the email notices on shipping and tracking on both replacement and the return. Have done several claims over the years and no complaints yet.

Quick response. Was told by internet I had to replace entire phone but someone said had I called I could have just had screen replaced. Confusing. Took a few days to get phone but mine was working. Seems the store that sold the insurance doesn't know all the rules.

The process of receiving a new phone took close to 6 days. Way too long for people who run businesses with their phones. Very dissatisfied with the amount of time it took. It put me without a phone for too long losing potential new clients. Two thumbs down.

I have been a Verizon Customer for over 11 years. Asurion Phone Insurance SUCKS!!! The MOTO DROID I got in Feb 2017 has been replaced 4X due to problems. Each time Asurion replaced the phone they have sent a substandard used phone. The first replacement occurred within 12 days of getting the new MOTO DROID. Then that phone had a problem so they sent another used replacement that had a defective camera. Then that replacement phone was used and had a defective camera. Then was replaced with a used phone and I received today. It has a defective speaker.

Very fast delivery and professional during the whole transaction. The refurbished phone appeared brand new... the wife was happy, therefore I was very happy!! The deductible seems a bit steep, however, considering the price of phones these days, I suppose it's understandable.

When my phone crashed to the floor and shattered my screen, I had to put it in a Zip-lock bag to be able to use it without cutting myself. When I got to the Verizon store and told them about my insurance, they gave me good instructions about what to do. Within 24 hours, I had a new phone. Thank you for your excellent service!

My replacement phone freezes on a daily basis and I just found out my camera is blurry only on one half of the viewing area. I know these phones aren't brand new but one would think they would go through a quality control check first.

Loved the customer service and ZERO hassle to make a claim. I was shocked that the phone would come in 24 hours... and it Did! I definitely will keep this insurance on any of my devices. It was a tad pricey considering how many months I paid for insurance plus the 150 fee. Maybe for the top paying the 10 and 11 plan could get a break... but with way. Thank You! And I have already recommended.

You guys did a great job with the claim, I was having A LOT of technical issues with Verizon and claiming insurance to get my s7, a lot of confusion and many many hours in the store and on the phone and I was very very distraught and upset. I thought because Verizon had been messing up my phone info and what phone I had at the time of the claim, but you guys took my word and claimed it. I had to fill out an affidavit which I was displeased with, but with today's rampant fraudulent activity I understand. Keep it up. p.s. Prices could be about 25-50 bucks cheaper. I know it's a business but we're the young struggling middle class generation that's already getting bent over a barrel by big phone companies into paying 100-200 dollars a month just to have a reliable connection with the outside world. I was so thrilled that you upgraded my replacement phone to a S8 model. Big bonus for me. Now I cant wait til I pay off my S7 so I can replace it with an S8. My son couldn't believe that you replaced my S5 for a S8. Boy is he envious. I have never gotten anything so quick as my ordering the replacement at 8 pm and receiving it the next day at 11.

We had our phone replaced, but was not able to connect with the new SIM card that came along with it. We went to Verizon and the customer service tech said, "the iPhone does not recognize the SIM card so there's something wrong with the phone they gave you." I am very disappointed as its already takes a long process to get a replaced phone, now I have to call them again to get another phone to replace this one that was given to me broken.

My son was mugged and his phone stolen. I contacted Verizon and they provided the Asurion contact number. We filled out the necessary forms and a replacement was provided in a timely manner. Because his phone was no longer available, we were provided with the next comparable substitution, an iPhone SE.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disgust with this company's choice of delivery for their replacement phones. This has been one of the most ridiculous systems for both contacting the company involved and the delivery of the replacement phones. I would rate their overall service at half a star, absolutely terrible if I could. They claim they will get the phone to you in 1-3 days. NOT TRUE. The best they will do is SHIP the phone to you using a crappy minimal delivery agreement they have with FEDEX. The first phone they sent over night was left outside my apartment by FedEx with no signature and not even a doorbell ring. NO INDICATION A DELIVERY HAD BEEN MADE. The phone was stolen from outside of my apartment unbeknownst to me.
When I called to find out about it they told me my phone was delivered. I told them I was home, no one rang the doorbell and I wouldn't be calling about the delivery if the phone had been delivered. I DID NOT HAVE ANY PHONE. So then they refused to send it back to the same address because of the crappy delivery system they pay for. I had to have it delivered to my work address. The phone they sent me was a refurbished piece of crap. It had the same issues with static and was even worse than the phone I was replacing because the new replacement phone was so bad you cannot hear the person on the other end who is calling. SO I had to call them and tell them the replacement phone was worse than the original. SO they said they would send another replacement phone out.
HOWEVER, I travel for work so since it was Saturday I had to ask them to deliver it to my place of business which has restricted hours. Business hours of 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. So then they sent then new replacement phone but they pay for some minimal crappy FEDEX service and they only give you FIXED UNCHANGEABLE DELIVERY HOURS. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT DELIVERY SERVICE. So the first delivery for the second phone was delivered after 3 p.m. when the business I work at is CLOSED. SO they didn't leave a note, they didn't do anything at all for me, the recipient, to get the phone. Without notice to me FEDEX immediately returned the second phone to ASURION. I tried calling every one to try to get a delivery time to me when I could be available. NO CHANCE. Not one person with Asurion or FedEx would accommodate my need for delivery during specific hours..
I am waiting now for the third attempted delivery and Asurion will make no further effort to deliver the phone to me even though the new window of delivery also will be when my business is closed. It has been over a week. I still do not have my replacement phone. I have had no assistance from Asurion in my efforts to get the phone delivered to me and Fed Ex has told me that any delivery issues are because of the contract they have with ASURION. This company is lying when they tell you they will get a phone to you in 3 days. I have had nothing but frustration with the CRAPPY MINIMAL DELIVERY SERVICE CONTRACT THAT ASURION HAS WITH FEDEX. I would never use them again. There are also communication and billing problems.
Asurion bills through AT&T but AT&T will not answer questions about your bill from ASURION even though the ASURION charges are billed through AT&T. So when you get your AT&T bill you will see that you are paying about $25 dollars in extra fees even though you already paid a standard fee for the insurance. When asked, AT&T refuses to answer any of those questions on the bill, referring you to ASURION, who does not send a bill but provides the service. I think this is a huge scam and they are charging extra fees for a pre-paid insurance service but because it is between two companies you can never get a straight answer about the billing. AT&T and ASURION are a rip off and do not provide good customer service.
I am still waiting for the phone to be delivered. I have been told by FedEx that if I really want the item and they still do not deliver it when my business is open today, I can hope to try to catch the FedEx guy in the warehouse before it gets sent back again to Asurion because that is the minimal contract they pay for the delivery of the phones, and FedEx says my delivery issues must be taken to Asurion. Who will do nothing for me under these circumstances. The worst customer service I have experienced in years.

My iPhone was damaged with the screen being cracked, and did not work. I contacted Asurion on the computer. My iPhone was replaced and received within two days. I have the insurance on all of my phones. It is nice to know that if they are ever damaged, they can be replaced for just the deductible.

We had to have an iPhone replace because of a cracked screen. The first phone that was sent to us was defective because it would not connect to WiFi and the Map apps did not work. After following All directions to try to correct the problem, we sent the phone back and had a second replacement phone sent to us that works perfectly!

My current phone was not available so I receive the Samsung Galaxy S6, I asked if it can hold SD memory card. They said yes. When I got it there was no SD card slot, still disappointed. Would recommend people to have more information on devices or not rush the call. Thanks.

I got it quickly! I stunt like paying years of insurance premiums to have to pay so much to get a replacement phone, especially when I find out that the actual phone is no longer near the price. Unrelated to this service it took me over 2 weeks to be able to get all of my things downloaded from the other phone because of bad condition the other phone was in. I missed the deadline on returning it and now getting billed. I'm going to try to work that out with the company and am faithful that they will reimburse me what they've currently charged me for keeping the phone longer than I was supposed to. But I did not have a choice.

The phone came quickly. The site recommends having it delivered to work because you'll have to sign for it. I left comments for where it was to be delivered. FedEx took it to the wrong department and let someone else sign for it. The refurbished phone won't charge wirelessly but will charge with the cord. Overall satisfied.

Had broken screen/phone. Received replacement next day and was able to get back connected in less than 24 hours. Very helpful on the phone when I had questions with the set up. With return packaging, it was easy to return broken device in the mail and go about my day. Great turn around service.

My son had dropped his phone into a puddle and the phone stopped working. I got a hold of Asurion and with a couple questions of what happened they approved the claim and within 24 hours we had a replacement phone at the house and ready to go. No hassle, no fuss.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service for the second time. Had to submit claim 3 times before finally having action taken and process was exceptionally slow. Very inconvenient to work with when on vacation and without a printer. Use a different insurance if you can. Awful!

Terrible experience. iPhone insurance much too expensive. Took way too long to get replacement and replacement phone only worked for 30 minutes. For what I paid monthly and the deductible I should not have been sent a reconditioned phone. I would not recommend or ever purchase again.

The process seemed to have worked well. Got my replacement handheld. No problems. My previous phone was cracked Galaxy S7 edge. The deductibles seem to get higher everyday which is somewhat irritating. The people on the phone were nice and knowledgeable.

I was very happy with my experience. The first phone I received wouldn't connect to my bluetooth devices and when I called to get help the very helpful tech had me try a couple things and when I told her the result of one of the test she told me without question that they would send me a different phone. I'm very happy with all my experiences with this company.

I received a refurbished Samsung Galaxy 7 to replace my damaged Samsung Note 3. I was surprised to see several options since my white Samsung Note 3 was no longer produced and out of stock. I received the product quickly with clear instructions on how to activate the new phone and return the old phone. Adequate time was provided for my return.

I had a lot of difficulty activating phone, but that was a Apple issue. The insurance and replacement service was easy to use. The equipment was nice. I have no complaints, I did receive a notice that I did not erase the phone, which I thought I had done, but was given ample amount of time to do that after phone was returned.

My screen works when it wants to, I have to turn my phone on and off multiple times to unfreeze it. It calls people on its own, and most times I will miss calls because I can not answer them being that my screen stops working all the time. Very disappointed. Would like a new product.

This is the second time I have been through the replacement process and I found it to be very quick and efficient. The ability enter claims online in our current Internet environment is critical. The process of doing so, however, can be tedious and time consuming but that was not the case for Asurion. Keep up the good work!

The phone fails, it is 110% refurbished. It turns the screen black and a message comes up with little letters in white and red and restarts the phone... I would like to change it for an iPhone, I don't trust Samsung anymore after my last 2 Asurion experience.

I lost my iPhone and went inside a Verizon wireless store. The representative helped me file a claim through Asurion online. I was glad I had insurance through them because the next day I had a phone mailed to my house. Their service is great!

My new phone arrived very promptly and has given me no trouble. Asurion has been quite helpful. Due the high cost of smart phones these days, I would highly recommend taking out the insurance. The phone I received is a piece of crap and I need to get it replaced again. It crashes, it does not hold a charge, speaker crackles, earphone doesn't work, won't hook calls up on my Bluetooth! The whole transferring the phone over was a two-day process, having to download new operating systems... Frustrated beyond belief!

I paid the $160 for the replacement phone. It came quickly, and we set it up. The next day it shut off by itself and we reset it by pressing and holding both buttons. It was ok again for a couple of weeks, but now shuts itself off periodically and will only turn on with the reset. I realize it is probably refurbished, but I still expect it to function properly.

The promise of 24 hours to resolve is akin to a bait and switch. First I'm advised that underwriting will take 24 hours to respond, then 24 business hours. No one ever reached out to me, but I called almost daily. So much misinformation, change of story, we're behind explanations, product on back order, etc. It was a very disjointed process. If I didn't constantly follow up via phone, which is hard to do without a phone, I probably never would have received a replacement.

Unhappy with the electrical cord for charging. It is difficult to manipulate and when I went to a Verizon store to see if they had another cord they could give me I was told I needed to contact you. I informed them this was not good customer service and when I was dismissed by the sales person I decided to use my old cords as the white charger would not allow me to insert the charging cord into the phone. I have called to complain several times. You sent a phone that was being monitored by a plumbing company and they have since shut off the phone. Your customer service has been less than helpful. If the deductible was not so high; I'd have rated it perfect. It just seemed like too high a percentage of the original cost of the phone. The phone was expensive to start off and I pay a pretty decent premium every month. The deductible seems like it should be around 10% not 30-35%.

Very easy process. This is the 3rd time I have used these services and each time it has been exactly the same. VERY EASY!! Thank you. Always worth it to get the insurance for myself as I always seem to have use for it. Guess that means that I am not too good at keeping my phone too long lol.

My son was away at camp and dropped his iPhone in the lake. When he came home on Friday, I called immediately for a replacement. His replacement was received Saturday. Just in time for his return to camp that Monday.

So simple to replace my daughter's phone. When I called to replace it or find out procedures, the customer service rep was friendly and professional. Returning the phone couldn't have been easier and the replacement phone came quickly. Definitely would recommend!

I realize that your approach is a one fix for everything. In my case the it was overkill and more expensive. You sent me a new phone, required me to return the old one, and then I had to go to the Verizon dealer and spend several hours while all my data was transferred to the new phone and the old one was wiped clean. Even then I had to reset-up all my e-mail accounts and I am still running into issues with some. For much less money I SHOULD have gone to the Apple store, at the Mall, dropped off the phone, did some shopping, picked repaired phone up in 2 hours with no loss of data. I am sure if the phone had been lost or stolen or badly damaged your approach would be good. In this case it was not.

My iPad recharging mechanism stopped working four days before I was leaving on vacation and I didn't think I had a chance in the world of getting a claim processed in time! But Asurion saved the day. The exchange process works great. No complaints. However, the phone battery won't last 10 hours. Refurbished equipment works, just not as long as my old phone. Would recommend this to friends and family. But it is not cheap... 10 per month for 28 months and then had to pay a deductible of $150. So $430 for a used phone with a half life battery.

The service was quick but the reconditioned phone I received broke just after the 10 day warranty time which I think is a poor warranty for a reconditioned phone!! So I had to take my reconditioned phone to get the screen replaced which cost me another $240.00! I was advised that I could do another claim but would be my last one for a year!

I thought replacing my phone would be a long process and I would be without a phone for a while. I was completely wrong. I filed my claim, paid, and the next day I had my new phone. Dropped my old phone in the mailbox and was done. Smile. Easy. No problems.

I am so happy that I actually got to speak to a real person versus a machine or online. I tried the online claim first with problems so I decided to call. The customer service was excellent! The rep was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Keep getting a message on my phone that my phone is already associated with an Apple ID. Receivers can barely hear my voice during a phone call. I have to use speaker. This is the worst experience I've received from this company. Needs improvement of refurbished phones.

The process of having my phone replaced was painless, quick, and easy. There were no extra hurdles. The only problem I had was getting all of the information back on my phone, but it was mostly some missing phone numbers which I am slowly recovering.

Your representative didn't listen nor was she helpful, and she sent the wrong phone and I had to go through the process a second time. I still don't have a credit for the $149.00 error. I'm considering canceling my insurance.

I put in the claim at 10 pm & had next day arrival! Can't beat that!!! I would strongly recommend this plan. I wasn't happy about the deductible but was definitely excited when we received it in less than 24 hrs.

Had my replacement phone in less than 24 hours. Very helpful. Saturday delivery was fantastic... A+++. Pleasure doing business with... I pay a lot for my protection and it still cost one hundred and fifty dollars but I was back in action in under twenty four hours so that was great.
