This is the first time I've used insurance to cover a damaged phone. The ease of replacing my iPhone 6 surprised me, I figured it would be a much bigger job but Asurion made it simple and easy. I hope to not have to use their service again, but am glad that I have this easy to use option.

I had my new phone for two weeks before I dropped it and shattered the screen. Fortunately, I purchased the Asurion plan. It was easy to file the claim online. My replacement phone arrived the very next day. Set up of the new phone was easy. Asurion provided a postage paid envelope to return my damaged phone. Very easy. Very satisfied.

I called on Friday evening and my phone arrived on Saturday around noon. It was a great experience. My phone was not operational so it was important to get my replacement phone as quickly as possible. The representative was extremely helpful and friendly.

This was not my first experience with Asurion. That being said once my frustration over damaging my phone subsided, relief set in knowing that I was covered. Unfortunately for me this is be my third claim in 10 years and every experience has been pleasant. The staff are quick to help me through the process and have never added stress to the situation. I appreciate the staff that you have put in place, it really shows that you care about your customer's experience.

Someone else signed for my phone that was supposed to be delivered to my address. I have no idea who this person was and Asurion wouldn't replace it. Now I'm out of $199 and I still don't know who signed for my phone or where it went. Upon calling them I was so rudely handled. Their customer service was horrible.

Asurion CSRs are great but the corporate processes are what kill the whole experience and make it unpleasant and extends the lifecycle of the claim which ultimately affects the end user and has the highest impact throughout the claim process regarding loss of time, financial burden, ancillary effects and added stress which should otherwise be reduced by insurance.

Service was fast but very unhappy that they sent me a gold phone. Didn't even ask if that would be ok. When I called to complain they said that was the only color they had. Well at that point I should have been given an alternative device. It cost a lot of money for the deductible not to mention the monthly insurance fees. Just think I should have a choice and not have a gold phone shoved down my throat with a "oh well" attitude.

Let me start by thanking Asurion for replacing my phone but I made numerous attempts to gain help in turn my phone off before returning it because I was told it could cost me 300-500 dollars if I did not turn it off. I went by the Verizon store and they were not able to assist me and I call tech. support and got no help but finally a lady by the name of Allisa told me to send it back like it was. Well I did and then I received a email stating I still needed to do something else. You're truly unhappy experience.

The replacement was a refurbished phone... which I've never had before. My phone was broken. I don't want someone else's fixed device. But I went with it. Turns out the speaker is broken. Can only make calls on speakerphone. Very inconvenient. Try to email. They say to call. Make a call. Told to factory reset the phone I'm on the line with. Of course that's going to disconnect... and it did.
Why do I need to troubleshoot a busted speaker? Try the live chat. After being disconnected on purposefully the first time, I tell them calling will only lead to the same trouble. And that this is the only phone I have. Can we possibly do it online. I get "Call this number. Make sure you are using a separate device... canned response here."
I'm in the middle of a move/renovation across state so I don't have time to sit on hold and wait. There was no attempt to contact me back after disconnection either. So I'm stuck with a phone that everyone can hear my conversation until I have time to call again. God hoping I don't drop my phone and chip it at some time between then.

The service was fast and simple to make the claim. My phone was shipped over night. Even though they entered the wrong address originally, it was still shipped in a timely manner. However this replacement phone seems to be used. The volume is not loud like my old phone. I am debating on just buying a new phone. Just seems like the speaker is going out.

I am extremely happy with your company! I dropped my phone on my concrete driveway and shattered the screen. I had a matte screen protector on it and I could still use it, but when I touched the screen it cracked a little more each time. I filled out my information on your website, which was very easy, and I had a new replacement phone within a day. This is great customer service! Especially when there are very few companies that actually follow through with their claim of good customer service. My old phone had to be sent back and that was very easy too. I just had to remove the battery and SIM card and ship it back in the postage paid envelope that you provided. Thank you again! I would definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.

I received the new replacement phone very quickly and it is working great. The paperwork needed for the replacement was not all that bad. Would recommend to family and friends. Hopefully will not have to use this service again, but it's good to know that I have this coverage on my phone.

I WAS NOT reconnected within 24 hrs. as your email boasted. The phone was not in stock so it was more like four days. I can't believe that with a Samsung Galaxy that I know for certain was available in the Verizon store that it took that long to get a replacement. Your next day service in this instance was not. The further bad news was when they notified me that it shipped they said they did not have a battery which got me upset for no reason because as it turned out there was a battery in the shipment. The process as a whole is irritating in that people can not just get the problem taken care of at the store.
As I said previously, the store had plenty of phones and the simplest and most convenient to customers is to have the problem resolved at the store rather than having the customer do the "legwork". Then I had to return to the store to make sure that the new phone was reprogrammed properly. Again, this all should be taken care of in store at the time someone brings in a phone that need replacement. I pay more each month for insurance coverage than for the phone itself. You would think that convenience would be part of this coverage. VERY disappointed in Asurion.

Extremely upset that this is the 2nd time my Samsung broke a few months short of being paid off. I was very angry that the deductible was over $140. I owed little more than $100 on the phone. I am now paying for a new phone plus your deductible and coverage. My experience with Asurion was very opaque and in no way helpful. I depended on my provider.

Asurion agents give me conflicting information several times and have denied my claim because of a drop down menu error on their end. I still haven't received a replacement phone despite talking to several agents and filing claims. Get this, an Asurion agent named YUSSOKI gave me incorrect information and incorrectly filled out a claim in my name and repeatedly lied. I still don't know what information to put on my claim as I've been told different things. Would love it if management or anyone got in contact to help me.

I pay monthly and I also pay a 150 deductible to replace my phone. I expect to receive what I pay for. That is an insurance company to replace my broken phone with a working phone equal to or greater than what I have insured. My Motorola Droid Turbo 2 stopped working while overseas. When I returned to the states my claim was filed and the phone was waiting for me. After 2 hours of using it the phone would not power on again. It would go through the boot up and would only power on if was plugged in. The phone would show 100% charged. Once removed from the wall charger it would then turn itself off only a few short moments later. We called Asurion, got a replacement the next business day. Replacement phone 2 from Asurion had a blown speaker. Later that day the phone would boot then shut down and would continue the loop until it died and would not power on even though it was plugged in.
I called Asurion and asked they not send me a third refurbished phone and send me instead a new Droid Turbo 2. Since the phone is discontinued they offered to send me a comparable new phone. I agreed and had to wait 5 business days for an email so I could call in and then send me the new phone. 5 days later I received the email, called as directed and finished the claim. Since it was on Labor Day weekend I had to wait an additional 3 days to receive my new and not refurbished phone. When I received the new phone I was perturbed that it was another refurbished Droid Turbo 2 and not the Motorola Z force 2 I was promised. Well this latest phone they sent me has microphone issues and people are not able to hear me or ask if I'm in a Hurricane. So I call Asurion again today and now must wait another 5 to 7 business days because they sent me another broken and wrong phone.
Needless to say the rep I talked to said the reason they sent me another refurbished phone was because I opted out of it. The customer representative couldn't explain to me why anyone would wait 5 days without a phone just to say no don't send me the new phone I'm waiting for just send me the refurbished one I could have had you ship me 5 days ago. Also this representative would not let me speak to a supervisor of the last person I spoke with or even offer to speak to anyone else to resolve this issue. So now I wait again with a phone that I am unable talk to anybody with as I continue to pay for a service that has failed to perform as agreed upon. This has not been a dragged out process of the phone works for a week or months before it goes out. This whole process has just been over a period of 2 weeks. By the time I get my 4th replacement phone it will be 3 weeks.

I was pleased, the waiting 2 days was nerve racking. I have 2 independent contractor businesses so my phone is everything!! Thank you for your hard work to get it to me asap, I am sure I will always carry insurance for the reason above. I think you charge way too much for just the service it is and not really sure next time I need a phone and provider that I will stick with Verizon! I will definitely shops around. I don't really care for the 2 year contract. It's possible I won't haste a smart phone is the way to go.

We received getting numerous notices and phone calls that Cloud was not deactivated on the phone we returned. I advised one of the persons I spoke with that we followed your instructions numerous times and I was told they couldn't help me to just follow the instructions again. I asked if they could confirm it worked and they said they could not. I still don't know if we were successful shutting off Cloud and I really don't want to be charged $500 fine.

I needed a phone replacement because of a broken camera due to physical damage. The process was smooth and painless. I had a new phone the next day. I would highly recommend this insurance company despite the deductible being a little high. It's better than buying a phone outright for $900.

There was a lot of upfront delays with finding out HOW to execute this phone replacement. This is not obvious and could be better. More personal guidance would help too. However, once the correct site and the information was loaded, the new phone was delivered promptly and there were good directions for return of the old phone.

The insurance claim process was simple and fairly quick. Received my phone next day as promised. However the speaker and microphone are messed up, people can't hear me and the speaker randomly makes a popping noise. Also the battery life last half what my old phone did.

I lost my phone in a taxi in NYC. The cab driver kept the phone. My friend had called me and he answered my phone. He never turned it in. Thief. I contacted Asurion immediately before I left NYC. My replacement phone was here in 2 days. I did not want refurbished phone though.

I was extremely pleased with the service and replacement of my daughter's iPhone 5s. It was easier than I thought it would be and quite frankly could not believe we received a new phone the next day, while we were on vacation. My daughter's phone suffered water damage and became inoperable. We will continue to pay for insurance on all 4 of our phones and very glad we had this insurance.

I shattered my screen on my iPad. I called Verizon to see if I had coverage and I did. I filled out a claim online and had a new iPad within a couple days. It was even a better model than I had before. There was a small deductible of a couple hundred dollars but this was an iPad Pro and the newest model. I also received prepaid packaging to send in my old iPad. It was really easy.

Samsung 7 - We received our new phone after paying our deductible. The phone arrived timely, and we brought it into Verizon to get it suited with a new protective case, and to have the info transferred over. My daughter started using it but it was not charging properly and she didn't want to tell me because she didn't want to give up her phone for another 5 plus days. I told her she could take her 53% charged phone to camp with her so she could use the phone as a camera and run the charge down.
To make matters worse she accidentally left the phone at the bunkhouse they were staying at for a week and we had to wait for the next group to bring her phone home. Finally got the phone back and called Asurion on Saturday. They were apologetic and told us we would have her new phone by Wednesday. The phone did not show up and has now been rescheduled for Thursday. So we still have no working phone for her as of yet and that's where I have to end my experience.

My son broke his iPhone. You sent me a new iPhone by next day but was just dropped off on my porch and was stolen by the time I got home from work. Same day you sent me another phone which I did receive but asked to please have a signature instead of just leaving on porch so the same thing doesn't happen again. Still got left on porch but neighbor called me and I had him grab it until I got home. Phones are very expensive and should require signature.

The representatives could not have been more helpful. When my daughter received her phone she threw away the envelope to mail it back. They were very gracious in sending another envelope and were even willing to allow her extra time to return the old phone.

I received my replacement phone in great timing. No hassle with filing the claim. They received my claim and processed my claim in 24 hours. I paid my deductible and within a few hours they emailed me that my replacement phone was on its way. Great service all the way around.

I called to report the damaged phone in the evening. The replacement phone arrived the next day. It looked new. Directions for activating did not work but Verizon was able to activate the phone quickly. There is some indication that the battery in the replacement phone is not as good as the one that came with the original phone. Does Asurion put a new OEM battery in replacement phones or just check to be sure the existing battery meets some standard that may be lower than that for an original battery?

iPhone dropped and wasn't turning on anymore. Filed a claim with Asurion online. Paid the deductible fee and new phone arrived the next. Phone was like new. Took the broken phone, followed the instructions and mail back to company. Excellent services!

We are not thrilled about getting refurbished equipment. The previous time we had a claim the phone worked for about an hour. This time you had no stock and we were without a phone for over a week so "Asurion allowed you to reconnect within 24 hours of completing your claim." This did not happen either. We are seriously considering replacing with refurbished equipment from Amazon or the like as we would have saved a substantial amount of money and not having to pay for insurance as well. What would you do?

It was good. They did everything I asked them to do. I will continue to pay my insurance to protect my device. It came in a timely manner when I made the claim. I do recommend everyone to have that insurance plan on their phone. I will make sure I continue with you all.

I found the phone I lost. I called to see if I could return my insurance replacement phone. I was outside the 7 day window. I could not return my insurance claim phone. I was told by the representative I spoke with it was due to the fact that I had reported my phone as lost and it could not be used anymore. That is crazy. My lost phone was only 12 hours old when lost. My replacement phone was put in an otter box phone case immediately. You did not send me a reconditioned phone but a brand new in the box phone.
I only used the phone, I would have been able to send phone back in original box with nothing but the tape broken on the seal. It seems like it would have been worth it to you to take a perfectly good phone back and refund my $199. But I am not in your business and maybe I am off my rocker to think such crazy things. I threw my original phone in trash. Seems like such a waste. If this is not what your company policy intended maybe you should review the training procedures for your customer service agents.

Before returning my iPhone that had a display that would not respond to touch, I was told to turn off the "Find My iPhone" app. I did that, went to the website and had a chat with a representative that confirmed that it was done. I received an email a week later explaining that I will be charged because it was never turned off. I immediately emailed the company asking them to contact me directly to have this resolved. It's been 5 days and still have not had a response from the company. They said that they are going to take $500 out of my checking account because of this.

The process was simple. However the replacement phone was not great. I can tell that the cell phone was a refurbished phone. I also have to get a different system due to the replacement phone. Previously, I had a simple cell phone, now I have a complicated and extensive phone with lots of apps which I really do not care for. I also notice that the phone's sound volume is minimal, telling me that it is an inferior phone. But overall, I'll tolerate the replacement phone until my contract ends, in February.

They didn't have a S5 like I had and sent a S6. That would have been no big deal except it wouldn't work. After numerous calls to figure it out they sent me a different one. That one works better but still a lot worse than my S5. When the new one came it didn't come with a return envelope for the old one. We called 2 different times and they said they would FedEx me one and as of now I still have not received it.

I was in a circle of calls with customer support and when I explained my problem with the iPhone disconnect again to the last person, he asked me the same questions. He was not paying attention to what I stated. I was at Verizon at this point because of the trouble I was having. The manager there took the phone from me hearing the circle continuing and explained again. The gentleman finally pushed through the order to replace the phone. I have new problems I need to address but time is minimal and afraid of what I'll go through. Both my sons and my phones charging ports need to be replaced. Can you advise me how I can address this in a timely manner?

Returned broken iPhone that I was unable to turn off iCloud on so I went on the iCloud from my computer and deleted it from the iCloud. I got several emails saying I would be charged $500 if I didn't turn off iCloud! I had Verizon and your guys walk me through turning it off several times and it wouldn't show the phone because I did it correct the first time. Nobody could sent me an email confirming I spoke with them and got this done so I could prove it's been done. Very frustrated with no paper trail to prove anything!

I've had AT&T for my cell phone for almost 4 years now. Long story short, my cell phone is broken electronically and the reps at the AT&T store will not help me open a claim to get it replaced. I pay money every month for insurance, I called Asurion several times at no avail. I tried to put the claim in online, got rejected. I am switching to Comcast Mobile and I will never give my business to AT&T again.

My damaged phone was given back to Verizon and a new phone was sent back to me in about two days. Then with the help of Verizon my new device was set up and ready for use in about an hour, the whole process went very smoothly. If anything like this happens again, I hope not, but I do know Asurion will take care of the problem swiftly. Thank you!

I called and less than 15 min I was done. And I got my replacement the next day around noon! I was surprised with how fast it got here. My new phone is in excellent condition! I had no problems at all with the new phone I received. Took it to Verizon and they got it up and running for me!

Replacement cellphone. Service was fair. I made mistake on dates of damage to my phone. It was not caught by your people. It was concerning date of damage. It was an obvious mistake on my part. That typing should have been questioned.

No issues at all this time. Excellent service at a quick pace. My son's phone is as good as new even though it's refurbished. First time (my device) I had to get a device exchanged three times before it worked. Refurbished didn't work out well that time.

Excellent. Arrived quickly. Process was easy and I was able to completely file the claim on my own without having to contact a rep. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had to file a claim for a broken screen. I knew what to expect, but the ease of everything being online is a huge help to hen. I rated them three stars because while they technically provided the service they said they would, the manner in which they spoke to me could've been done better. It was a situation where they take my address to verify where my package is going. I live in Houston where currently there is little access to other places around me due to flooding (something that does not happen often). The address they read out (and I mistakenly confirmed out of habit) is not accessible to me at this time. In the same phone call, I asked them to please let me change that address. They refused, they placed me on hold for all of 5 seconds and said that it was impossible.
I called the package service they used, and they informed me that Asurion had to give the ok for reroute of the package. I called them back and they still refused to help me. When I asked for an explanation why they simply said that once they file it, they have no control over anything having to do with the package. I would've received this news better had they not had a rude, condescending tone. Then the representative proceeded to seemingly attack me over the phone by asking, "Well why did you say yes!? They read the address out to you and everything." (I had just explained to him the situation in Houston) and why I said yes. They need better people skills. The company itself is great, however their reps are bad with people.

The first thing I noticed upon receiving, the - volume button was not easy to press as the +. With a protective case on it's impossible. The connection in my house is poor. My husband/guest have fabulous connections. So I know it's the phone and not the service.

iPhone 7 - When I'm listening to music it randomly shuts off and then shows a loading symbol before it shows me the main screen with my music no longer playing. The process for it to turn back on can take 5 minutes. Also it randomly kicks me out of apps and freezes. Not very happy, but other than that, the battery is great.

I had to purchase a new phone for my son because the charge port was damaged. The phone was practically brand new (it was purchased in May). I wasn't pleased at all about the deductible I had to pay. I personally believe the deductibles should be cheaper.

While I am glad that we had your insurance coverage, it's hard for me to be excited about your solution. I think that we had to wait over three weeks for my son to get a replacement phone. They were "on backorder". It's hard for me to believe that finding a new phone of the model he had in this very large country could actually take that long. We were disappointed to say the least. I would be much happier if we were allowed to obtain the new equipment from the same store where we bought it, and let you and them work out the cost. Overall, we were very disappointed with the long delay in getting a replacement.

The quality of the refurbished phones is poor. My initial found that I bought worked just fine until the internal speaker went out. And the refurbished ones are horrible. There is no quality to them at all and I'm going to have to take this one back now that my friends - who were here as evacuees from Hurricane Harvey- have left the house. Each refurbished phone had a different problem. So there is no quality control going on.

Phone replacement - The process itself was quite easy. The only thing stopping me from 5 stars is the long wait on the phone when I walked in to speak to somebody. The wait on hold was excessive. I called on two times and both times the hold time until you could speak to somebody was too long.

So getting the phone right away was nice. Getting the phone and having to set it up to find out that some of my stuff didn't save or back up kind of sucked. But the ultimate thing was when one day out of the blue my new replacement phone just woke up, and shut off for no reason whatsoever that I could see and when it came back on, everything that I had already set up on it like, the screensaver, wallpapers, ringtones etc... All of that was gone!!! Oh and the biggest thing was having insurance on my phone but then my deductible was $149.00 was crazy!!! Not ok. but I get it.

Double charged on account today for tablet replacement that was not the unit originally sent in. Two tablets arrived. Had to discuss with Verizon yesterday how to handle the situation, followed their advice, and today I've been charged twice. I can't give this unprotected unit to a child. Sent one unit back today per Verizon suggestion. Will work on this new unit. Prior to going to Verizon, called several times, but due to high volume of calls and bad weather could not get thru. Frustrated.

I was happy to have my Moto Z phone back to working order however, Your company tried to send me a phone that was worth half the value. After canceling the claim, I made a new claim and demanded the phone that I have the insurance on, I was told my phone was on back order. I had to wait somewhere around a week before I was told that I could complete my order and have a new phone sent to me. I'm sure it's in the fine print, but I'm not exactly happy that I was sent a "refurbished" phone instead of an actual new phone.

If you send me a device that has a problem and I follow all of your procedures before I ask for a replacement why do you make it such a problem? Before I talked to a supervisor the other lady was going to hang up on me because she tried to put the problem back on me. Had a 2 year old Galaxy S6 with cracked screen that Asurion demand a $200 deductible for a phone that has a resale value of $140. They go on to offer me an upgrade that I already can get from Sprint without them. This Insurance is not worth it. Considering my insurance payments and the deductible +/- $280 + Deductible $200 + Purchase Price of phone $600 = $1080. Then they replace it with a $140 refurbished phone. Something definitely is not right here. I pay double the value of a phone to get a refurbished phone.

Finally receive my phone iPhone 6S. Thank goodness my bill did not go up. My son had iPhone SE. I do not think you need to guarantee delivery on a phone when you are not sure about the inventory.

I think the experience went ok, had to call up to find out why they have not contacted me, and it was over 24 hours. Should be done quicker, all the info that was asked was sent ASAP. After being accepted, they do send your phone, but you wait all day for the delivery, there has to be a better way, hopefully it does get improved.

I was pleased with how quickly you replaced the phone for me, however the battery dies extremely quickly. I had some issues with my previous phone, but nothing nearly this bad. I have to charge my phone before I leave for class in the morning and then again when I get home before work just for it to last. Very disappointing and time consuming/inconvenient. I had a claim opened to replace my new phone. I paid $149 for a deductible and a phone, the wrong (and scratched) phone was sent to me. They told me a replacement phone would take 72 hours since it was on a weekend so I requested a refund. I tried opening a claim to just have my screen replaced that weekend, but they told me there wasn't an authorized technician in all of San Diego?!! (Entered shocked and confused and then frustrated response here!)
This claim was opened on 7/20/17. The phone was returned the same day it was received (7/22) and I have yet to receive a refund. I have contacted them and they have said a refund was issued on 8/2/17, however it will take 30-60 days to receive my $149. I have cancelled my insurance (that I have paid on 2 devices for 5 years). This is unacceptable. Apple Care is the way to go. They charge $99 for coverage and can get repairs and replacements SAME DAY. No BS, and I don't pay an arm and a leg... Hopping around here wobbly after Asurion. My head popped off a few times as well.

My girlfriend's phone broke and we had to have it replaced. It took a few days as expected but the new phone's phone charger doesn't work at all. Luckily we both have the same phone (Moto Z Play) so we now have to share chargers which is very inconvenient.

I would give 5 stars for how the actual replacement process got handled, but the experience getting the process started was frustrating. My original request to replace my malfunctioning iPhone because of damage from dropping the phone and a cracked screen was denied. I was told the malfunctioning of the phone was related to the phone itself, and I would have to go to Apple to have the phone fixed/replaced. After going through another appeal process, the denial was reversed and the phone replaced. From that point forward it was a 5 star process, but the upfront process was a 0 star.

First of all my phone had water damage and it took 4 days to get a replacement because Asurion 'lost' the first claim order and I had to re-do it. I lost THREE DAYS of work on my phone because of their screw up and all they said was "I apologize, you're going to have to fill out another claim, we'll be in touch with you in 24 hours after reviewing your new claim." Then, once I got my new phone, I did everything right and they kept calling me threatening to charge me $500 because a feature wasn't turned off (which it was!!!). I received about 8 follow up phone calls and finally had to call the right department who ensured me that I indeed did do it right and "Sorry for the phone calls of fear that you would owe us $500." I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I'm going straight to Apple and buying my phone there and getting Apple Care.

When I got the phone, I noticed that the power button when pressed did not feel normal or like the previous phone I had replaced. So two days later I called Asurion's customer service and reported that issue so it could be in the record for future concerns because now when use the fingerprint button which is the power button it will not recognize my fingerprint. But other than that the phone works fine.

I had to use Asurion to replace my stolen iPhone. With this being said I figured I'd receive an iPhone that actually worked, and to my surprise my "new" iPhone didn't have a back light so you could never see the screen. I had to go to Verizon and to Apple and neither one could fix it because it's an Asurion phone. Already being out a phone for three days I then was out three more days to receive another one from Verizon. I lost out on work and my Marines above me were not happy when they could not contact me after they knew I got a replacement phone. I will never go through the headache of using Asurion again.

After dropping my iPhone in the hot, soapy dish sink water, even for just a second or two... my phone was ruined. I went to Verizon within an hour after the accident, and with the help of Asurion, I had a new phone the next day - Sunday - it was amazingly fast service!!! Asurion was very efficient and kind and helpful with replacing my iPhone. (So was Verizon). I am so happy that I had already purchased the insurance because really, people just can't do without insurance for everyday accidental happenings! Thank you Asurion! (It is so worth the insurance cost, also for the peace of mind it gives me.).

Recently I was caught in a heavy downpour at an Amusement Park. My phone was down in my bag, but managed to get water logged anyway. It died. My deductible was less than paying for a new device so I decided to use my insurance. My new phone arrived quickly, but I don't think it is "new." I can't talk on the phone unless it is on speaker, plugged into my Aux cord, or on Bluetooth. Oh well. Next time, I will bring plastic to the Amusement Park to protect the phone I have.

This isn't the first time I have used Asurion. I have 5 phones and have used this insurance policy enough to know that I can replace a phone in 24 hrs and it will work like new. I have been having multiple problems with this replacement phone since my original was stolen. I have not been receiving notification of voicemail calls; the phone is dropping phone calls; the power shut off imaging is constantly appearing in the middle of my searches on the web; the icons that I have prioritized on my home screen do not remain. I have been unable to get to Verizon to see if they can correct these concerns due to personal crises with my mother's health.

I am completely disgusted with this company. I am on appointment 5 with trying to get a phone screen fixed. The first appointment they never called 30 minutes prior to arrival as stated in the email. The second day the technician called me and stated that he had to use the screen he had on him for my phone on a another fix because it had broke the first time he did this other person's phone so he rescheduled our appointment to the very next day. This technician never called 30 minutes prior to the appointment as stated in the email and never showed up to the appointment location. I called the Asurion number and told them what had happen and they called the technician, he then told the customer service lady that I told him if I was not at the meeting place I would be at Subway where I worked. I DO NOT WORK AT SUBWAY AND NEVER ONCE SAID I WORKED AT SUBWAY OR WOULD EVEN BE THERE.
So she then told me she would reschedule me for the 4th time and it was a Sunday. My appointment was from 5-7. I never received a confirmation email so I called them and they tell me their technicians don't work on Sundays. WHY would someone from this company tell me I am able to get an appointment on a Sunday if they don't have someone to repair it!!!! So I would have wasted my gas going to meet this person AGAIN and they would NOT even have been there. So now I spoke with a manager who rescheduled my appointment for the 5th time and says she made a comment for them to call me as the email states "about 30 minutes prior to arrival."
I am so disgusted that AT&T is a part of this company. If I don't get my phone fixed this final time I will be speaking to the highest person I possibly can and posting horrible reviews everywhere and suggesting people to get their phones fixed ELSEWHERE. This company is **. I should not be on my 5th appointment. They are to call the customer before the appointment and I have yet to have the call be except for him to tell me he cant fix my phone because he used my screen for someone else **.

I called Asurion about my son's phone that had been dropped in the street and then got run over by a car. The phone was a mess. Upon receiving my replacement the camera on the replacement did not work. Also, the device continued to restart on its own.
