The person with whom I spoke was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to have my new phone shipped and the old one returned the minimum of fuss. The exchange was made simple and quickly. I received the new phone the next day with the packaging to return the old phone - just drop it in the mail!

I was going out of town and the replacement was sent to my hotel... I was so relieved! Seamless flawless service! Agent was helpful - but told me I wasn't authorized to call in for my repair - when IM the one that pays the bills, signed up for service and am the main contact!

Next day replacement? Took almost 2 months. Have since dropped insurance for the whole account. Will find insurance elsewhere. And had to purchase a device to use when I went on vacation since couldn't get my replacement from Asurion in a timely fashion.

My daughter's phone broke when she dropped it and all we had to do was pay the replacement deductible and we had a replacement phone within 24 hours. The return process was very easy as well! They included an envelope that had prepaid shipping. All we had to do was then off Find My iPhone and put it in the mail!

We needed a replacement phone because of water damage and we weren't able to get a replacement phone right away because our particular model was discontinued. Asurion informed us it was back ordered and kept us on their radar until one became available. They even gave us courtesy calls to keep us informed of the status of our claim. Very delighted.

My daughter's screen was cracked when her dog decided to pick her phone up and bring it to her. Asurion had a tech call and schedule a convenient time to fix the screen. It was fixed within 72 hours. Her dog got her phone again- in his mouth, less than a week later (!!). Took the case off and bit the screen and the home button rendering her phone unusable. She had a replacement phone overnight and all is well. Thank you!!

I have always had good experiences with you, the process is easy and getting a phone right away is awesome! The only complaint I have is my last phone. The droid I got covered with you and the first day I received it I dropped it literally 3 inches from the ground and it cracked the screen but I kept it because it wasn't a huge crack. I was just upset. It's supposed to be gorilla glass but it cracked within 12 hours on a short, not hard drop... so that just upset me how easy it broke. I just ordered a new one from you so I'm hoping this one lasts! Yes, I have a case and screen protector. But otherwise everything is good!

I replaced my galaxy s7 recently and the battery is overheating when I'm using it, or when I charge it. Doesn't hold a charge very long, even when it's fully charged. Customer service representatives are nice, when I can reach them... But I keep getting disconnected and or have to repeat myself to the point of double frustration... I've been reconnected, transferred, put on hold, transferred again... Disconnected, call again, rinse and repeat. This happens every time I have to call Asurion.

A horrible 'thud' phone. I am leaving Verizon. Your service is terrible, bad, Do not refer. Get out of Verizon as soon as you can. The products are defective. I'm going to AT&T or some other company. I'm not Going to receive defective products that need to be returned a great expense of time and money. I don't need this and I'm not gonna take this so do with it whatever you want but it's ridiculous.

Bought a 2017 MacBook Air from the MCX. Next day I spill my whole cup of Coke on it like an idiot. Good thing I bought the protection plan from Asurion right? Start a claim. Wait 3-5 business days to have box sent to me to ship laptop. Ship laptop. Was told from day I ship laptop, it would be ten day max until I either get it back repaired, get a replacement, or refund to buy another one. Determined unrepairable after 11 days. They give me two options as a replacement: a Acer laptop, or a 2015 MacBook Air (I only knew it was a 2015 because I checked the specs and the processor was different-- if I didn't review all the specs I would have never known until it got to me and was too late.) Since I turned in a 2017 MacBook Air I was confused why this wasn't one of my options for a replacement, so called them to find out.
They claim I sent in a 2012 MacBook Air, and they were actually offering me an upgrade. I tell them this was absolutely not the case; I still have the box and part/serial/model number and receipt all indicating it was indeed a 2017, and I would not accept a 2015 replacement. They say I need to wait 1-2 business days for a call from the repair department to confirm. I ask if they can just transfer me to whatever necessary department instead of waiting to be called back. Apparently this department does not accept incoming calls (?!) so I have to wait. I wait, another department calls back confirming I sent in a 2012 MacBook. I tell them again to get their shit together because I'm not taking anything other than the MacBook Air with the same specs as I sent in. Again have to wait another 1-2 business days to hear from another department.
It's been 20 days so far and I STILL have yet to get this issue resolved, and I'm the one suffering the consequences of their negligent mistakes. And the fact that I have to wait 1-2 business days for a call back because for some ** reason they can't just connect me then and there is absolutely insane. I actually received a call at 7am on a Friday (today) and missed it by like two seconds because I was sleeping, called the same number back and was told I would have to wait 1-2 business days for a call back from the person whom I missed.
This makes absolutely no sense. I have been trying to just get a refund at this point so I can go back to the MCX and just buy another one, because I'm not accepting a 2015, and this whole process has been a nightmare. Make sure you CHECK THE DETAILS of what they're trying to replace your product with, or you'll end up with a model older than what you had originally paid for/sent in (if you even end up with a replacement at all, scam artists.)

The process was extremely easy and quick. The phone was received quickly. I was very happy with the whole experience. The only thing that would make it better would be that the deductible be lowered to $50 or $75. It's a bit high at about $150-$200 depending on your phone.

Our experience was ok in getting the replacement phone. It came the next day after we finally got authorizations straight on the account. However, the glass front of the phone is coming apart from the backing... will need to file another claim!

Very fast replacement for the damaged tablet. Customer service rep was very helpful in expediting the transaction. Although the package was adequate, the replacement tablet was loosely secured and could have sustained damage. Might need to look into some additional material other than the plastic wrap.

The replacement phone Galaxy S8+ arrived the next day. Everything was easily transferred from one phone to the other. Only complaint is the deductible is too high, any deductible amount should not be 1/4 of the cost of an item. That would be the equivalent of a 10,000.00 deduction on a vehicle. Accidents do happen and money does matter.

My phone was stolen and I went to your website on my home laptop which is directly connected to the modem/router. Your webpage never loaded after the 'enter all your info here' page. I tried multiple times but it would always have the spinning 'loading' symbol but would never load the next. After four and a half hours of this, with reboots, changing firewall settings, testing the internet connection, and all the other standard 'try this first' stuff, your page still wouldn't load so I got seriously angry and quit trying. Luckily when I went to the local Verizon store on Monday the gentleman there had no problems whatsoever which just made me angrier. But when my replacement phone was at my door less than 24 hours after the visit to Verizon, I felt better and was happy I had used restraint and not called to scream and cuss in my frustration. Thank you for the quick service and the great replacement phone.
Also, my phone was stolen but you sent the envelope for a return. I feel bad about this because I can't send you my old phone. I was tempted to go look through my storage unit and find an old busted phone to send you back so the envelope would be used at least. Don't ask me why I have broken cell phones in storage. I really have no idea other than "It seemed like there was a reason for this but I don't know what it was."

The replacement phone I received does not have working GPS. Now any app using geolocation is not working. This is especially frustrating when using google maps, an essential app for any smartphone. Overall customer service was very helpful, just wish the actual hardware was functioning properly.

We purchased iPhone insurance through Asurion and I've had two horrible experiences. First my son's phone was broken, and they replaced it with one that was called later by a technician a Frankenstein of parts. The sound stopped working almost immediately and the rest of the phone followed quickly. When they opened it at the Apple store they said some of the components weren't even connected. And good luck trying to file a claim... they put you through so many hoops, ask for so much ID, driver's license photos, anything they can do to lessen the likelihood that you will follow through and actually use the service you have been paying for for the last few years. Don't use Asurion.

Definitely appreciate the prompt service, and the grace period to get the phone back at this point... Have always had problems with Verizon phone replacements, and upgrades. It was better this time than the last time. Though the contacts still copy wrong & improperly, where they now cross mix, and copy over multiple times, and it takes me forever to straighten it out. Have Unknown files of close to 2000 or so that are all mixed up, along with other contacts that have copied at least twice, up to 20 plus times. Have started to sort things out. It can be extremely frustrating with files copying and mixing over & over in the Unknown files.
That is the biggest reason why it takes me so long to return the old phones. My present old phone has a charging port problem, diagnosed initially by Verizon. Also before the repair option was available, I had previously replaced 2 screens due to having no choice, as it was that, or lose a large amount of data. Have had to put a lot of personal money into this phone...
As far as data backup, and transfer, it has never been a simple procedure with Verizon, as every time something comes up to make matters miserable, or cause some delay one way or the other. As previously mentioned, though the transfer was better this time, the file mixing and copying has greatly exacerbated to a point of being almost out of control. Only other issue that I noticed was the phone battery drains rather quickly for a brand new phone and battery. For the sake of my peace of mind, it would be great if you could sent out a new battery...
Thank you for asking my opinion. Do realize much of this concern sits with Verizon. Also, if you have any recommendations to simplify these matters now, and in the future, please let me know. Any additional help, if available, is always appreciated. Still have some stuff that I must transfer and take care of on my own. Overall, I found everyone I dealt with at Asurion to be very professional. I actually only had a problem with the US Post Office because they didn't scan the package I had returned the phone in when I mailed it from St. Louis on 9/9/17. I just put it in the mailbox outside the post office. It finally was scanned when it arrived in Memphis almost 2 weeks later. My suggestion is that you advise your customers to go to the counter at the P.O. so the postal clerk can scan the returning package and give the customer a receipt.

The title came to repair my screen, however when he put the new screen on he did not clean the inside. So when the camera was turned I'm to selfie mode, the picture is cloudy. I called Asurion to ask but he coming back to clean it, but they ended up sending a new phone the next day. It's very easy dealing with them over this.

Easy process went through without a "hiccup". I sent in the phone that was not working correctly, they sent me a refurbished phone that is working perfectly. I would have no problem recommending this insurance or process to a friend. My new phone is working great.

Asurion was very accommodating and sent out a replacement phone immediately. We were able to get my daughter's replacement phone in under 24 hours, which is frankly amazing. They were also very lenient in allowing us time to send in the damaged phone.

They sent a faulty refurbished iPhone 6 at first, but replaced the non operable phone with a new iPhone 7 immediately, since they had no other available iPhone 6's. Great recovery from an initial stumble! The 7 had half the memory of my stolen 6, but it met my needs.

My first refurbished replacement was not working properly, then the second refurbished replacement didn't work properly, so I was doubting the whole reason for insurance at all. On the third try, I was given a new phone, different model. Works great. Still though, adding up all the insurance payments plus the cost of the replacement, I would have been better off not having insurance.

My phone that I sent back was working perfect. The only reason I use the insurance to get my phone replaced was because I wanted my screen not cracked. Got my replacement and my phone sometimes take forever to load a video and the Camera sucks! It doesn't auto focus. The camera behind the phone.

Issues using website - Called customer service and Shantee ans. explained issue and she just started talking. Asked her to slow down as I am not comp literate. She just started to talk again. I asked her to stop talking and give me a chance to do what she req. She became hostile and would only say a form was missing, asked her 4x to get me super, finally she did. Will got on phone and after brief conversation solved issues. He was great. Only reason gave you 3 star.

iPhone 6S Replacement - Asurion did a great job replacing the phone I smashed, falling with it in my back pocket. They next day shipped a replacement with instructions on backing up old phone information and removing it from my iTunes etc. The new phone arrived the next day via UPS with instructions on how to easily activate. They also set a prepaid envelope to return the old phone. It was an easy and painless process, Thanks!

First I would like to say that the online filing of the claim was very smooth. They have a great website and it was much less hassle than expected. When I received the replacement however, it was dirty (as in- flakes of some kind of black rubbery stuff in and around the plug insert). I attempted calling and emailing photos about this with no response. Also there is a permanent dark mark on the screen which is annoying and the battery has terrible lifespan (often a full charge is dead by the end of the day). Frustrated.

I would recommend friends. The only issue that I had was the amount of co-pay that had to be paid. Especially since I pay for the insurance every month. The amount to pay to get your phone replaced, I feel was way too high. My wife had to wait a long time before her phone could be replaced because of three co-pay amount.

I don't know what crap you are referring to about this employee being able to "reconnect" within 24 hours, but that is total nonsense. It seemed the person I was talking to was doing everything possible to make it so difficult to turn in the claim so as to make it NOT happen. I was very frustrated with it all. I have found we can cover the phones through homeowners insurance and can DUMP Asurion. That's my encouragement to everyone on Facebook, etc. If anyone does care and wants to talk to me about how it REALLY went, call me. I doubt it will happen.

You did a great job, and in a timely fashion. The reason I didn't give you 5 stars, was because I pay a monthly fee for the insurance on all my devices. But still had to pay a $100.00 deductible for the tablet. My son has broken 3 of these and all by accident. So they aren't made to last!

Seriously wish every company's customer service was as good as this. Went online at about 9:00 pm and filled out the required information for a phone replacement. The phone was at my house the next morning by 10:00 am. This is the 2nd time I've had to do this, once over the phone and once via the internet, and both times were so easy and the phones came the next day. The first time, the phone was even shipped to another state for me because it was my grandma's phone. Awesome job!

The iPhone went belly up. Just quit working and so I called it in and it was a very easy transaction. Paid my $200 deductible and It was cheaper than having to buy a new phone even though the replacement phone was brand new. Thanks.

Great job. I appreciate the fast restoration of my cell phone. My only suggestion is to dial down the iCloud disabling reminders. I followed your directions. Then I got paranoid because I kept getting reminders. Next I got a call to walk me through the process online and I had completed the phone disconnection correctly. When my phone was damaged by water Asurion replaced my phone very quickly even though their distribution facilities delivery time could have been delayed by hurricane activity that had very recently hit that area of the country. I definitely would recommend their insurance to friends and family.

I received the phone quickly, so far it seems to be working properly except the media volume does not work unless it is hooked to an outside speaker. That is the only way I am able to hear any type media (Facebook, music, YouTube, etc.) otherwise everything else seems to be working on the phone. I am not sure what I need to do to get this correct beings it is a refurbished phone that was sent to me.

This was such a seamless process. The phone works fine except it will not let me add my fingerprints for security. That feature do not work at all. My last phone I was able to add it. I can add my fingerprint to the other phones in my house, so I know how to add it. It also will not let me do some other features my other phone let me do.

I have used this service twice in replacing completely broken phones. Both times the phone technically worked but the touch screen went black and didn't respond. Both times I received a replacement THE NEXT DAY. Quick, easy, and very convenient. My phone has worked decently. The first few days it was fine, then the home button started clicking as if it were broken somehow but it has since stopped doing it. I received a phone from Asurion which was defective. After sending the phone back, I received another defective phone. I ended up buying a new phone and after I sent back the defective phone Asurion has not yet refunded me the $149 deductible I paid. They were giving me the runaround claiming they did not receive the phone even though they tracked it and admitted they received it. I still have yet to receive a refund to my account.

Went to Verizon on a Saturday, and new phone was received on Tuesday. Easy transaction. A month later, the earphone speaker went on the replacement phone. Phone was shipped out immediately and received the next evening. Unfortunately the speaker phone is not working on the replacement phone and it too needs to be replaced. The only problem we had was the phone we received was refurbished and it does not completely work. When making phone calls you can hear on the phone just fine but anybody who calls you hears the echo of themselves in the background hears everything repeated back to them which is really annoying.

I travel away from home living in a RV due to my type of work. With no days off it can be difficult to wait all day in person for phone delivery. I was able to find someone in a nearby RV park, use their address and have them be present all day for the delivery. Contacted the person in evening and the package was not delivered. After checking the tracking it showed to be delivered earlier in the day. The phone was found one street over at the wrong address on the porch without a signature. The homeowners did not know it was there till they came home. All ended well and phone is working fine.

I'm having issues with the phone you sent me. The phone cuts off when it gets to 20-22% battery life. Once I plug it back into the charger I must wait a few minutes and then restart phone. I thought the shipping was the only good part. The phone I have received, obviously has manufacturer problems with the battery. After contacting you guys by phone, I am told to do the troubleshooting. The last thing I was told was, factory reset. After doing so, the phone still has problems. Blinks in and out when I am touching the screen. Does not want to answer when I touch screen or very hard to hang up if I am leaving a message on someone else's phone. I have to go punch the 6 digit code to unlock just to hang up but generally takes three times to get the code right because the screen does not react when I touch the code so air time just keeps rolling until the persons phone I calling runs out of space for the message. The one I had before was a better phone but did not work well either. Can I get a new phone that works properly? Thank you.

My daughter took a spill when running Saturday morning during cross country practice and completely shattered the screen on her brand new iPhone 7. We were told thru our Verizon store to place a claim thru Asurion insurance, that we purchased at the time we purchased the phone. We were told that we would fill out the claim and be directed to a local store that would replace the screen for $49. Unfortunately, once the claim was completed, the Asurion representative informed us that there was no local store that was authorized to replace screens and that we would need to have the phone replaced instead for $150.
This news was initially a bummer, but worked out best overall. When we looked into having the screen replaced at the local Apple store, it was going to cost us > $150 anyway. So, by going thru Asurion, we get a new phone with a year warranty. The replacement phone came in 1 day, which was pretty awesome considering she shattered it on Saturday morning. She had the new phone in hand by 10 am on Monday. Asurion sent us a postage paid envelope and instructions on how to return the damaged phone. Trouble free process and all worked out in the end. It would be nice to actually have authorized dealers in my area that would replace the screen for the $49 as I was originally told considering less than 2 months before, I bought the phone outright for $700.

I have had Asurion insurance on our phones for a long time and have submitted only one claim since joining Verizon. When I attempted to file a claim it took several phone calls that were forced to automated response electronic operators telling me had to submit an online claim. This process took 5- days to get me a replacement phone. When I did a warm body in the phone they verify my claim number and transferred me to an automated response recording. Terrible service. This is totally unsatisfactory and the worst customer service experience.

I filed a claim for my phone Nexus 6 which they no longer offer, so I was told I would received a Samsung Galaxy 8. I go to file the claim and now they have changed the phone to a Samsung Galaxy 7 which has not even close the capabilities of the Nexus 6 with a 6 inch screen where the 7 has a 5 inch screen. They now offer me a Note 4 which is considerably older. Get this now they tell me that if I don't like the phone they won't take it back and it's going to cost me 228 to get it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DON'T GET THIS INSURANCE. THE AGENTS don't know what they are doing. I was on hold 30 minutes. You would be better buying a phone and getting insurance through Worth Ave. Group. I only paid 7 dollars a month and they sent me a check get a brand new phone.

After basically being harassed by Asurion with 5-6 different emails and phone calls to complete a step I had already done (remove Find my iPhone) I had to delete with screenshot proof, all my devices from iCloud and then add the ones I still had back on. This was a major hassle as I had deleted find my iPhone in the beginning as requested. When I finally told the gentlemen on the phone that I had screenshot proof he told me maybe he had old info and he couldn't even get in to verify that Find my iPhone was indeed turned off. With the directions being wrong my phone still had pictures etc in it that I could not wipe off because I had already cut service off from the old phone (bad directions on Your part as it should have been done first before service was moved to the new phone).
So all In all, I am glad I have a new phone but your directions and customer service left much to be desired. I honestly feel like Asurion tries to charge that extra $500 to everyone they can and sees if they are savvy enough to fight it. In closing, please rewrite your directions. It's hard enough to lose a phone; don't add to the hassle.

Although Apple advertises their iPhone 7 as water resistant it doesn't take much water to disable their phone. Thanks to Asurion's insurance we were able to get my daughters phone replaced without the exorbitant cost Apple would charge for a new phone.

Was please with process. Filed one day received phone next day. Only complaint is I dropped phone in mailbox next day in return envelope. Received call 2 weeks later that phone had not been received. Tracking number that had been removed from bottom of label could not be tracked, kept saying it was not in system or invalid.

I called and was transferred to process the replacement of phone and was given instructions. The phone call was followed up by an email with the same instructions which were very helpful as the phone was a company phone and I was able to give the printed instructions to the user which made the exchange go very smooth.

My phone came the next day. The return envelope makes it easy to send the damaged phone back. I was a little nervous that I didn't turn my phone locator off because I kept getting emails about it. I guess it was fine since I wasn't notified regarding it.

I was very impressed with how quickly my new phone was received. I did have one problem, the display was damaged. It looked like the blue light filter was on, but only half of the screen. The keyboard (where the color was wrong) was not very responsive. One callback, and one business day later, I had another Note 5 that was working properly. That is the only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5. Make sure the quality assurance picks up on these flaws!

I have always had insurance on my phone's but have never had to use it for my own negligence. Words can't describe the feeling of watching your phone fall, in SLOOOW motion, and finally picking it up only to find it's rendered completely useless! I'm still in shock of how great my experience was with this phone protection program! Filed my claim very easily online, received the phone replacement by the very next day. I accidentally lost the returning label so I contacted the online Asurion team, they sent me a new one and was able to send the damaged phone very easily. Those I spoke with were all courteous. I received a refurbished phone and my phone that was stolen was not refurbished. The first phone I spent a lot of time setting up and in two days it quit working. The second phone was sent promptly but I have problems with it also. I am not happy that I had insurance and still had to spend $150 for a refurbished phone. Had I not had insurance I could have spent that $150 toward a new phone.

The entire experience of returning my broken iPhone to getting the exact same replacement was painless and lightning quick. I had to exchange my phone for a new one because my old phone cracked. The process in obtaining the phone through Asurion was easy once a person is able to get through the phone process. The online process was easy because the instructions were not clear. I had to call the 888 number. Once I completed that process, it was smooth sailing.

I was on a hike with my dog when he decided to chase a deer, after catching him after a half mile dead run through a swamp in New Jersey I was missing my phone. After a fruitless search I had to find my way back to the trail and to the car. After stopping into a Verizon store and filling out a claim and paying the copay, I had my phone on the porch the next day. (I do wish UPS would have rang my doorbell). All in all a easy straightforward process, highly recommend using them, as they even cover lost and stolen.

Lost tablet, tried to lock & recover, to no avail. Went to Verizon store to cancel service & they advised we had Asurion coverage. Called & they sent replacement tablet timely, but new SIM card did not work & required us to go into a store for a different one. Otherwise, great customer service on phone & in stores.

My replacement device was freezing a lot and the battery drains faster than any phone I've had. However, when I called to complain about this I was pretty much treated as I was lying and told to just factory reset the phone and that all phones were tested before they were sent out. I have to charge this replacement phone at least 3 or 4 times a day. The freezing has settled down some but I should not have to charge it that much.

I accidentally destroy my phone... and yet I have to pay ** $150 for a USED phone from you people-a phone that probably is infected with a virus because it doesn't work right. The iPhone I received always wigs out and Siri comes on out of nowhere. I feel as if this is a refurbished phone and am disappointed in what I have received. The phone's battery dies. Not last as long as my old iPhone 7. Maybe half a day.

I am not satisfied with my replacement. Due to the fact it is refurbished. Has not been running correctly. Claiming l have a virus and different apps pop up when not in use. Very upsetting considering you get your monthly payment and no one wants to make good of this issue.

I lost 2 phones (iPhone BOGO) that I just purchased the same day. I called AT&T to report the incident and they suspended the lines on the phones. I have an old phone upgraded to one of the iPhone and since AT&T suspended the line on the iPhones they reactivated one number back to my old phone. The new iPhones have insurance. When I filed the claim it was denied. Asurion claiming they don't cover loss of the devices but only data on the devices. Since AT&T suspended the lines on the iPhones when I reported the incident that showed both phones were never activated. Because there were no activity on the data. The claim was denied and they can not replaced the loss devices.
Asurion Insurance covers loss device is very misleading. I say false misrepresentation to customers and consumer. Nothing in their brochure says that they only cover data for newly purchased devices. I never heard of it and absurd. Worst they have me bouncing back to AT&T and AT&T back to them. Pointing fingers and no one wants to take full responsibility. Now I'm stuck with the iPhones (I don't have) monthly plan.

Everything in the process was good and easy. Very good service but the new device has a malfunction. Bad battery. At first it was shutting down at 90%. I had to bring my power bank everywhere. Then I don't know what happen but it worked a little better but still shutting down at 30-40%.

It was very difficult to connect and upload pictures on your web page. The process should be much easier. Customer service representatives were next to useless. Saying go to a computer. If you can't easily get a replacement phone using a friend's phone there is something very wrong. Back in July 2017 it seemed much easier. I got nothing but bad things to say about the process.

I pay a monthly fee for this service on my phone bill, have never used it, and the one time I do there is a huge deductible. The phone they sent me was not new. It was remanufactured, and does not work as well as the one I sent. I didn't call to replace it because the customer service is horrible. It was not worth the hassle to deal with it. Only reason I did was the screen on my phone was completely destroyed. The power button on the phone they sent is worn out and doesn't function properly. Only thing they did correct was ship the phone overnight. It was a huge hassle to get approved for the replacement and they never said it was going to be remanufactured. The company was not helpful, the phone they sent is garbage, the service they provide is not worth the money, and it was a big hassle dealing with them.

Filed claim regarding damaged Samsung galaxy s5. Asurion representative was very courteous and helpful. An exact replacement of my phone was not available. I was given the option for a replacement in another color or if that was unsatisfactory to me, I was offered an upgrade in the same color as the damaged phone. I opted for the upgrade. I received the replacement in a timely manner. Asurion exceeded my expectations.

At first I was extremely upset because in the video of how to file a claim with you guys, you put that you need a IMEI number located on the box of the phone of the purchase. Seriously, who keeps those boxes? I don't. I was so upset, I called Verizon to just say forget it to my phone and get another one. Thankfully the Verizon sales associate assured me that he had the IMEI number and it should plainly state in the Asurion video that your carrier of the phone should have all that information. Phone came quickly, thank you for that.

Second bad experience in a row. The first claim, you didn't have my phone in stock and told me, "You probably wouldn't get anymore in." So I was forced to upgrade to the Edge, which cost me more money and I cannot stand that phone. The wrap around glass feature is the worst and causes it to break almost immediately. I picked my original phone because of its durability. So for the second claim, I traded with my son when his phone was broken and did 2 claims. I was not allowed to downgrade back to my original phone and was stuck with another Edge.
Both phones came in and the instructions were wrong on how to activate them. I spent 2 hours trying to fix the situation with Verizon and then ended up having to go to the store to get the numbers correct and both phones working. My son then promptly broke his Edge, and now I have to spend more money to get another edge just to see how long this one will last. Never-ending costly nightmare. At least the people at Verizon were helpful. I think I would've saved more money not having the insurance in the first place. 500+ on deductibles and then what I pay every month for the insurance is more than I would have paid for outright replacing my S7 on my own. I wouldn't be stuck with this terrible Edge either.

My phone fell out of my purse while traveling. We were able to contact the person who found it, but they would not return it. I was very upset. I reported it. My service was outstanding! The representative was very understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. My phone arrived the very next day as I was told it would. My only complaint is that I think the price I paid was too much, considering I've been paying insurance on it for almost 2 years.
