    You were quick to get the refurbished phone to us. However it was just that.... a refurbished phone that did not keep a charge for over 2 hours and it would not stay connected to wifi. You should stop sending refurbished equipment to people that pay you hundreds of dollars in insurance fees. In our case thousands of dollars over the past years.

    To begin with, I was allowed only to email choice as a replacement. The replacement tablet was, from reading the many reviews, inferior. When it got to me, the SIM card that came with the Ellipsis wasn't compatible with it. Y'all sent another card, and it wasn't compatible either. I had to go to a store myself to get a SIM card that would work. Finally, there have been so many issues with the tablet you sent that I am replacing it. I think I'll be ditching my insurance because it, obviously, isn't worth it.

    GPS/Google Maps doesn't work well if at all. Sometimes, phone is extremely slow. I've had 4 or 5 Note 4's and this is the worst one ever. Called and y'all told me to factory reset it. After I had just lost and replaced my previous phone. Didn't work! Does anyone else insure phones? I will be looking out for them whenever I decide to get current.

    Basically, you didn't do well. I had to wait a very long time, the person I spoke to was difficult to understand, and, I didn't get a replacement for the phone I had, I got a completely different one. Of course, everything was different and it kept dropping calls, literally 95% of the time. Took it into Verizon and the lady said, "I know exactly what's wrong." Pushed a couple of buttons and then it worked but, I'm in Real Estate and it was extremely frustrating to have that happen. I live 18 miles from the nearest Verizon store. Bottom line: not satisfied at all!

    In the beginning of your online claim application you ask if the phone was working and stated I would only pay 50.00 to have the screen replaced. At the end you changed and said it had to be replaced for 100.00. No it's not just a screen it's a new phone and all the downloading stuff is involved which did not go well at all. Had to get Verizon to get the phone working. As far as I am concerned you stole 50.00 from me because you could.

    Asurion insurance is a complete waste of money. Made a claim after making 2 years of monthly payments and a $200 deductible. Asurion sent me a defective, refurbished phone in response to the claim. When I reported the defective phone, I was told that they have no phones in the color of the insured phone. Lousy customer service, no value to the service makes me a completely dissatisfied "former" customer.

    I contacted Asurion after the replacement phone was received and the incorrect sims card was sent in box. I took the replacement phone to Verizon to have the replacement phone activated and the Verizon representative said that the sims card was not the right one. Could not use the old one... Go he charged me for the correct one $10 and tax I was told by the Asurion telephone customer service rep that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the sims card but as of this date... No word or reimbursement received in mail? Please look into this matter. Thank you.

    Let me start by saying WE all must follow rules, whether it is Asurion rules or life's rules. I never have had an issue before now! My son (26) accidentally broke his phone again for the 3rd time in 2017, not a good thing, but nonetheless it happens. I have 6 phones on my account all insured. You Asurion, in your contract says phones can be replaced 3 times a year with a deductible payment to help defray costs. Well that's ok but to practically accuse us of FRAUD and filling out affidavits was not a pleasant experience. Waiting days for an answer with no phone was unpleasant. Personally I expected a lot more from a company like yours. You insure millions of phones at millions of dollars and not everyone makes a claim so again it's all about the bottom line, let's screw the little guy if at all possible!

    On the call with the representative to give my payment information and finalize the claim, they somehow entered that I hung up on the rep even though the conversation was over. Because of this, my phone was never mailed out that Thursday. After waiting til Saturday to call on claim status and figure out why my phone never arrived, I had to go thru payment info and other details all over again. Since it was now Saturday, and mail doesn't run on Sunday, I didn't receive my phone until Monday.     Faulty reconditioned phone - Unfortunately I need to return this phone. The camera does not focus nor holds still. It “wobbles” as you hold it.     One of my biggest complications was getting find my phone removed from my iPhone before turning the phone in. Due to water damage the phone could not be accessed, but was still on.     Here is a company that insists you send your phone back the next day but then takes up to a month to claim your phone was received and under warranty.     I was originally offered three replacement items for a broken tablet that were sub-par in almost every specification, screen size, processor, RAM, battery life, etc. I brought this up to a CS representative and I was given a refund for the original value of the tablet. The refund was offered as an "e-gift card" that could have been delivered within hours. Somehow the "system" logged it as a check refund.     I was made to fill out an affidavit to prove that I was indeed the owner of a stolen phone. I had to submit personal documentation in order to prove my identity that I was extremely uncomfortable providing to Asurion given that there were no clear privacy information rules, no explanation given as to what information will be shared with other entities, if any, and no confirmation that their data is secure. With all of the recent privacy breaches, I highly doubt that Asurion can keep my information personal. Totally unnecessary to request this affidavit since I confirmed all other information needed to file a claim. For the cost of this insurance, you get nothing in return.     I have had Asurion for years and never needed a replacement phone. This year I finally did. The process to get a replacement phone is pretty intimidating. Perhaps Asurion can keep track of how often a person requires a replacement phone.
