I was never email payment option. I had to call to make payment. This delayed the phone. This is my only gripe. It took to long to exchange the phone. The instruction need to be clear in the email of the process. So if you don't get email with payment option then you know something is wrong.

First phone was defective and when I called in to report it they overnight another phone to me. The representative on the phone was courteous and helpful. I was very happy with his/her patience. I had a pleasant experience with both customer representatives. So far so good!!

I dropped my phone on the hardwood floors in my kitchen and wound up with a cracked screen on a Sunday. I had a new phone the next day. They didn't have the Galaxy S8, so I got an upgrade to the S9 -- works for me!

My phone stopped working. The screen popped up. No phone calls could be made nor could photos be taken. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The instructions were clear. The phone arrived in two days. We had a good experience. So far the replaced phone works well.

Great service. Re-setting up was confusing. I turned off find my iPhone and deleted it but still got a message telling me to turn it off when I already did. Well I rechecked and verified it was deleted. Your feedback rating is terrible. I had to submit 6 times so far and did not go through yet.

Phone was delivered in a very quick manner, received the phone next day even though it was a Saturday! The phone I received works just like a new one. My old phone I could no longer hear anything unless I had my phone on speaker.

I had an excellent experience. I received my Samsung Galaxy S9+ replacement phone the next day at no extra cost. I was even offered for a technician to come out and set my new device up at no charge. This was the best experience I've ever had with an mobile insurance plan with Verizon. My last experience was absolutely awful. A huge improvement and I am one very satisfied customer! This was my daughter's phone. She said once she found out who to talk to, it was great. Took her 2 weeks of getting sent from one place to another. She had taken her old phone to Verizon to see if they could fix it. She left it with them. When she went back, they couldn't find it so she couldn't return it. She said when they called to help set up the new one, they were great. She was happy.

My screen on my phone stopped working on my galaxy s6, I filed an insurance claim online and it only took a few minutes to do. It didn’t give me more than one option to choose from for a replacement so my phone was replaced with a gold galaxy s7. I wish it would have given us at least 2 options to choose from but my phone was here the next day! No issues and activated my phone and it was all set!

My cat, yes seriously my cat, decided to use my phone as a chew toy and cracked the screen on it. Asurion quickly sent out a technician to fix my screen. When the technician was fixing my phone he accidentally cracked the back screen as well and the next day I had a replacement phone. I would recommend Asurion.

I bought a pool from Walmart with the Asurion protection plan. When I made my claim they never called me and canceled it, then I called again today and they reopened a claim. The frame is damaged and they told me it was cosmetic and would not cover it because it was so minor from the photos I sent them. I am out over 500.00 over this claim and they will NOT stand behind the warranty. I am making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over this to get some help because their protection plan is fraudulent if they do not warranty the products.

To be fair, I was not able to reconnect within 24 hours of filing my claim. I am still waiting on a replacement phone that is scheduled for delivery to my home on Friday, 12/7, while I filed on Tuesday 12/4. I was given to understand from the Verizon personnel at my local outlet that the delay is due to the holiday mail volume. If in fact I was supposed to have the phone the next day, I would like to know why I didn't, and what Asurion does for me if I am not reconnected in 24 hours. I have had a good experience with Asurion in the recent past, however.

Was great experience, was worried about the phone hooking up to 4g but y'all upgraded it. Only downside they didn't send the tool that opens the slot for the sim card. Had to take it to a Verizon store to install SIM, still don't have a tool but the rest was great.

My Metro phone was stolen. I reported it to the Metro store on a Saturday. They were able to request a new phone for me. It arrived by the next business day on Monday. I'm extremely happy with the excellent customer service received. Thank God for Asurion insurance. It was a $169 phone. I only had to pay the $50 deductible. The phone received was actually better than the one I purchased.

A week in and a replacement phone is still not on its way. Five hours, 4 phone calls and multiple disconnects while on hold were only the beginning of the worst customer experience I have ever had. A Supervisor who forgot to notate information needed for the claim to go through on its second attempt caused another phone call to an Adjuster who could not help and only make a notation for someone higher up that was not in the office. They take all your information, but can give you none. Unless you have hours to spend trying to get assistance, another company would be a better choice. I have another day of phone calls to make to corporate tomorrow in hopes to find someone who can take care of the situation.

Fast shipping for the replacement. It was a fairly simple process to complete the claim. It's a great idea to have protection on the device you use the most and depend on daily. It would be nice if there were more options for local repairs, but getting a new device for 150 is not a bad deal.

I wish I could rate this company zero stars. My experience with Asurion was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company. Customer service representatives were pleasant but not helpful at all. It took three weeks for me to get a new phone when I was promised one within a week. The repairman showed up and the piece he brought to fix the device was broken, and he only brought one. Then I had to wait another two weeks to finally get my claim accepted and the phone sent out. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a company and would not only not recommend it to anyone, but would actively recommend that you do NOT use this company. I had to call upwards of 20 times to finally get the help I needed.

I filed my claim and there was a really short turnaround time for my delivered replacement. I called to get help with set up (the rep was extremely helpful and friendly). After about 20 minutes on the phone we were back in business.

The turnaround time was fair. The setup required a lot of work with attached and Apple but that's not relevant to Asurion. Got my phone on the third day. I am satisfied with the overall set ice provided. Make sure to have patience when dealing with customer support.

Placed a claim and had to cancel it because somehow the phone started working. All online guides from AT&T and Samsung say that once this starts happening, it will never stop. However, we got lucky. The cancel process cannot be completed online, and it took a few phone calls to get it done, but it seems like it worked just fine. The two representatives at Asurion that I talked to were very helpful and got me the information I needed.
The claim process is easy and hassle free. This is the second time that we used it. It would be nice if the cancel process was easier. We put the claim in late at night and called first thing the next morning to cancel and it appeared it had already been shipped. Pretty good if you needed a new phone, but puts a wrinkle in the cancel process.

The online claim experience was easy and quick. I received the replacement phone in just 24 hours which was great. The only problem was that the SIM card could not be activated when we started up the phone. We called customer service for help but it still didn't work. We finally had to go to the Verizon store and they put in a new SIM card and that did the trick. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

I was very pleased with the process of my Asurion Phone Insurance. I called Thursday and my phone was delivered Friday. The only problem was FedEx the carrier that AT&T used. They have a problem of not reading notes on locked doors or just leaving packages on steps. Wish AT&T would have people sign for the deliveries to avoid having things stolen.

It was too much hassle to get the claim in. It was not specified what you needed in the emails only that you didn't get the documents. Specify what documents that you didn't get would have been more helpful and also I sent the document through Adobe and you could not retrieve it. Was not understandable on my behalf.

I was sent a faulty phone (by Asurion) for my claim, and waited a few days too long (only 1 week given) to contact them. This means I have to pay for ANOTHER phone for an issue with THEIR replacement.

The customer service rep aggressively went on the defensive when I asked a question about how to go about getting a refund owed to me for a canceled claim. Also, I was told they don't return the $112 from a canceled claim, unless we ask for it!? That seems very shady. As soon as the claim was canceled and the replacement phone was returned and received, they should have processed the refund to my AT&T account. Would they have kept money they didn't have any right to, if I hadn't noticed? That what the rep told me. This was my 2nd dealing with Asurion and both have been "near tears, frustrated beyond belief" experiences. Tameka was completely unprofessional.

I broke the front glass on my Galaxy S8+ at work on Saturday 12/1. Filed a claim online that night and opted to go with the repair rather than a refurbished replacement phone since the damage was so minor. Scheduled an appointment for today 12/4 and the technician arrived right on time, was courteous and professional. To top it all off I received a new battery, frame and rear glass on the repair ($300+ worth of parts) even though it was a simple crack on the front of the phone, the tech literally just transferred the camera and motherboard into a brand new phone. Overall, well worth the $8 a month I pay through AT&T. Top notch company, excellent customer service, would highly recommend to anyone.

I was a little worried when I was told my Blackberry could not be fixed at the center. They gave me your email address and I submitted the required paperwork. For over 2 weeks now my phone was stolen. On Nov 18, 2018 I contacted Sprint to put a stop on my phone. Also the same day I called Asurion and they denied my claim because they said I don't have insurance (lies, I do have insurance). I wasted 2 plus hours of my time with Sprint and Asurion, (as of matter fact, while I'm typing this I'm on hold with them) so at the end of every conversation they said the issue is solve. They request my card number and all, just for the next day to be back to day one. Very disappointed especially, when I get a office call at my job, telling me that if I don't solve this phone issue they might have to release me due to my phone is part of the job I'm doing. I do not recommend this insurance to nobody. I wish there was a no star button.

Once I uploaded my affidavit and sent it through my phone, it was reviewed and shipped that same day (Thursday) and I received it the next day! My only issue was the first representative that I spoke to. She gave me false information stating that on Wednesday when I filed my claim I could receive my phone Thursday. Then she told I had a whole other step that I needed to take with the impression that I had access to a fax machine and/or printer.
I completely understand human error and I am a very logical thinker. I’m customer service. Honesty is best. Tell me you have to review everything and then you’ll be able to advise me of an estimated arrival time. That I can appreciate. Not yes you’ll get it for sure on Thursday but then 2 minutes later I have another process and it’s a whole other day later and then she told me, "It’s a very new phone and you wouldn’t believe how many people will use my information to get it," which I know so it was absolutely unnecessary for her to say. But other than that... the next representative that I spoke to was awesome and it was smooth sailing after that.

My iPad was stolen while traveling in the UK on Oct 22, 2018, and I filed a claim with Asurion. Asurion asked me to verify my identity which I did and then asked for the date my iPad was taken. After going back and forth with Asurion they denied my claim because they said my iPad was used after the date it was stolen. I contacted my wireless carrier AT&T and they said that their records show my iPad last used on Oct 10, 2018. We faithfully pay a monthly fee in case something unexpected happens and I make my first claim and I was accused of lying. Asurion should not be allowed to call me a liar, and then lie by saying they have records to show my iPad was used after it was stolen.

Carrier is Metro PCS. When I first got my I phone I didn’t think I’d lose it. But something told me get insurance so I did. A year later I end up having to use it. It was simple and quick. I got my phone the next day. I did have to pay a deductible but again it was worth it. I was able to retrieve all my information because I previously backed it up to my iCloud. Yes it was that simple. I recommend getting insurance on your device and always backing up to iCloud or Google. Just in case. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My phone would not go out of the startup mode. Went to local store where have had issues with service. Got Clarence for 2nd time and he is awesome! He tried to start the phone, tried to reset to factory and nothing worked. He set me up on the phone to Asurion and I had my new phone the next day. I had some issues setting it up and called the number enclosed and they had it straightened out in very short time. The new phone needed a software update.

So I liked the way I was able to file a claim and received the replacement phone. The issue is I am 100% sure I deleted all of the iCloud information along with all personal information from the phone. But last night I received a call from someone claiming to be from you all stating I did not and requesting my log in information and passwords over the phone so they could erase it. First off I am not giving out passwords or any other info over the phone to anybody. Secondly I told them if it need to be done they could send me back the phone and I would take care of it. They responded with okay and hung up. So you might want to check on that.

Everything went smoothly. This was my first time to have to ever use cell phone insurance and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. I was satisfied with service, but it would be better if I could of picked my device up from the local FedEx. It was supposed to arrive in 24 hours but instead it arrived in 4 days. When I called to speak to customer service representative he informed me that a signature is required. It can only be delivered to address and not changed for pickup even if FedEx didn't leave package. I have to write a note to FedEx and sign it in order for my device to be left on my porch.

I did not like having to send in my photo ID. I have been paying my insurance and gave you the passcode to unlock the phone. Couldn't be given a guarantee about the safety of my photo ID. The first phone received did not work and had to return it delaying me from getting my phone. Returning that phone was much simpler than the first.

I have been paying insurance on the phone since 2015 and this is the only claim. So, I was expecting the replacement to be covered in full. The entire process went very well and quickly and I'm very satisfied due to the first person I encountered, the second person, not so much. I received the new phone earlier than expected. I was able to set up everything and then call to have the phone activated before the scheduled call from Asurion. The first lady was very helpful and knowledgeable making sure all was good before completing the call. The only exception or incompetent person I encountered was when he called at the approximate time. I explained the only issue I had was setting up my email. He said ok and was unsure what to do then terminated the call leaving me to figure it out. I did not call back. Seems everywhere today you run into people who can only lead you into the cave, but once there they seem to disappear leaving you to complete the expedition on your own.

Did my claim online and was easy to fill out and summit. My new phone arrived within two weeks. I was surprised when they sent me an Edge S7 since my old phone was an Edge S6. I would recommend them to my friends. I am well pleased!

The phone was lost in the dumper of the city. I went and reported lost to the store and stop the service on that iPhone. Two days later I had my replacement. Great job and fast. I had no problems with the insurance company or the AT&T service.

Excellent, fast service. However, deductible is way too high considering amount paid monthly for over 4 years. Complete replacement for damaged phone kept me in touch for personal and business use. I highly recommend using this insurance company for your phone.

Anyone I spoke with was very helpful and polite. The emails were great for telling you your next step. Awesome service all the way around. The returning of the old device is simple. You are provided with a return shipping label, bubble envelope to put the old device in and simple instructions.

First replacement phone was told it was delivered and it didn’t show up, a second replacement was sent out immediately and arrived. I had problems with the GPS and antenna on the second phone so a third replacement was sent out right away and I’m satisfied with my phone.

After providing Asurion with all my information I received my replacement device the very next day. I was originally told it could take 24 hours to process my paperwork but it took way less time than that. The only real complaint I have is having to print out the affidavit. Not everyone has access to a printer. It would be much easier to be allowed to just fill out the form online.

They quickly refunded my iPhone 6 with another reconditioned iPhone 6 and they included a new cord and new earphones. Because I hadn’t had a claim they only charged me $75 for the replacement phone. Everything came neatly wrapped with return postage and links to instructions.

I think it’s a little too much to pay for the phones, since we pay so much for insurance, we can cover the phone value, without turning into the insurance but, the customer service it’s good.

Great experience. But the cost of the replacement phone is very high. That cost should go towards paying off the device. If I pay to have protection and then turn around and pay for a replacement. And then I get a refurbished phone and not a new one.

Decent experience except I pay for insurance monthly, then I pay a deductible to get my phone replaced, and what did I get sent, a rebuilt phone that is slow and locks up. Needless to say not only will I be dropping Verizon after my plan is up, I won't have phone insurance again.

I dropped my phone and was devastated! Asurion replaced the device very timely with excellent customer service. Although my new phone often just shuts down, I’m sure if I call they will help. It is not to the point where it bothers me much, but it seems that something may not be right.

Quick, easy, affordable... The first replacement phone should be free if you've been with metro a certain amount of years. Using the system was easy. All shipping back to return is free and everything was given through mail so that made it much easier.

Haven’t had to make a claim in many years, so was uneasy making one, however the online claim process was super easy and quick. I received my replacement device the next day! Setup of my replacement device was super easy! The only halfway negative I can think of is the high deductible, even not filling a claim in four years I still had to pay over $100. I think that’s a little high, but still definitely recommend keeping it on all devices.

There was no problem in replacing the phone and the delivery of replacement phone was very fast. I liked being able to track the status of phone delivery. The chat with customer service was helpful also. I would recommend to family and friends to purchase insurance when buying a phone.

This was second claim in less than a year on a two year old phone. Phone replacement cost $250 with insurance, decided to repair cracked screen for $49. Since they had no screen in stock, they replaced phone for same cost $49. Great deal from Asurion! Three phones cost approx $1000 + cost of insurance. Better than one for $800. Asurion experience made AT&T experience better. And I bought a better case so hopefully it doesn't happen again.

My brand new phone busted to pieces not even 48 hours after buying it. Jason at AT&T wireless in Lakeland was on the ball. The replacement was ordered at 630pm on Tuesday eve Ingram and arrived at 9am the following day. He and Veronica made everything seamless. I will continue service with att because of their help.

Lisa assisted me with my phone transfer and activation. She was extremely helpful and kind. She was patient with me as I had to go slower due to my recent eye surgery it was difficult for me to read the things she needed. I was pleasantly surprised because this was the easiest phone transfer activation I've ever done and it was done in my living room over the the phone in less than 1 hour. I usually spend 4 hours frustrated in store. I was very pleased with the entire service. After submitting my claim after 4pm I had my replacement phone before 3pm the next day at my door step. 5 star satisfaction.
