Replacement process was quick and easy and the activation only took a few minutes! From filling out my stolen phone form to getting my phone was only 2 days and the phone call to activate was less than 10 minutes.

My phone had been causing me many troubles. Just randomly turning off, not keeping charge, dropping calls with 3 bars, often freezing up completely and taking forever to do simple tasks. Went in to see if it would be covered. As quick as a few questions the process was simple. I was sent a new phone with 48 hours. Upgrade works great! Only thing was they never said it was gonna be a refurbished phone, not that I really care, after 3+ years of 10 bucks a month I've spent 350 to that cost.. just saying.
Only actual problem was the horrible lack of instructions for the phone, very very poorly explained transfer process, phone not updated with new "smart switch" app, had to take it to the store for them to help get it right. No pic (to insert the new tiny sim card). The website for the smart switch was also a joke... didn't even work.. had to Google search to even get the right info. So overall the process was ok but needs some attention to detail. So was it worth it... yeah I guess.. I spent way over 350 bucks anyway so kinda yes and kinda no... definitely nice not to have the hit of a phone all at once.

I was very pleased that my new phone got here lickety split. I wish it were that easy to get my info from my old phone to the new one but since my screen was broke I had to wait for a new one to arrive at the repair shop and then they were able to transfer all my info. I will for sure recommend Asurion to friends and family. Thanks again, Martha

The customer service agent was very prompt, courteous and helpful. The replacement phone has taken a little bit to get used to, but is a quality phone with which I am pleased. My only wish is that while my old phone was a Kyocera rugged which was waterproof, shockproof, etc. my new phone is an Edge and I am scared to death I will drop it. Thanks for helping us.

I was thrilled. It was Simple, quick, and the agent was very helpful. I felt like my privacy was protected but not overdone. It’s my mom's phone and knowing she can have exactly the same phone is really important to her. The replacement phone came within a day or two.

Fast, easy service. I am really please with Asurion as an insurance company for my phone, they are expensive items and accidents happens. The only thing I am having trouble with is to delete my information from the old phone, as the screen is black they could not help me at AT&T store. I have still to figure it out how to send it.

The customer service was excellent, courteous and knowledgeable. She made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen. We received the replacement phone the very next day, and there was virtually no downtime. Received the same exact phone that needed replacing. Completely satisfied with this insurance.

My first claim took a long time to verify, almost an hour on the phone, but when I had to send that replacement phone back after just a few days, the second round was much smoother. The faulty phone was replaced quickly with no questions asked.

Stayed determined to complete my phone replacement throughout my difficulty recovering my Apple ID. Asurion reps guided me through the process several different times until I finally got it right. It was frustrating but I could not have done it without the reps.

Didn’t have to mess with the affidavit. Much quicker turnaround. Shouldn’t have to verify my identity for every claim when funds are being deducted from my account every month. There has to be a better way to distinguish between loyal customers and fraud.

Having had at and t for many years, I have never had to file a claim for a lost phone and was actually dreading it thinking that it would be a long drawn out process. Fast, simple and easy process for my replacement device. I was able to receive my device by mail and activate it, all from the comfort of my own home. I do wish that the deductible was a bit lower, after paying insurance for years, having to pay 199 to replace a covered device seems a bit excessive.

I lost my iPhone X around 3 months ago and I called Asurion for claim my phone. They took all the information they required and refused to claim my phone after one week. The very bad thing is that the customer service representatives are not ready to give me reason why they don't give me new device. Strongly recommend you guys not to go with Asurion, Don't pay Asurion for nothing.

The whole process was simple and easy! The new phone came very quick. The only part of the process that needs improvement is dealing with AT&T when setting up the new phone. I was on the phone, on and off hold, for over an hour setting up the new phone. Overall, smooth process.

I was very pleased with the service received. They were able to schedule the repair around our schedule. When the repair didn't go as planned they sent replacement phone out the next day. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and they resolved and problems very fast.

The service was alright. I did appreciate the fact I was able to keep track of my replacement phone online. My only complaint was with the website. I had a lot of trouble uploading my documents. In certain instances the website seemed to be out of service.

Cell phone stopped working, filed a claim online. Phone was replaced and received as promised. The condition of the replacement phone was like new. Customer service was available to answer all of my questions. There was no delay in response, I even had follow-up questions after the phone was received, help was also available to set up the replacement phone.

I am glad I had insurance but it seemed to cost me more to replace my device than I was originally told it would cost. I am very disappointed with that. I am glad that the new device came within 24 hrs and I still had to pay for a new cover plate because my old one could not transfer over. I appreciated the assistance from the people at AT&T.

My husband’s phone was destroyed/damaged on a Monday morning. I filed a claim within minutes, I was told his phone would ship in two to three business days. Phone shipped out that day and was delivered by 4:30 pm on the second business day. Everything I needed to send in the damaged phone was in the same package and instructions were easy to follow. I was also given a discount due to never having filed a claim before.

everyone I spoke with was polite and understanding that I am 72 and may need a little extra time to explain how I lost my phone and no one thought that I was being Trump about the reason. I have been with AT&T for approximately 25 years and this is the first time I've lost one. My first cell phone was in a bag in the 80s and I don't remember who the service provider was but I think it was AT&T. I made a good choice!

My phone was lost and for my first time ever I was doing a insurance claim. I normally don't get insurance on anything electronic but for the first time I did. Asurion gave me the ring around for TWO days - made me change my account from my husband to my name, send my ID, fill out the affidavit and etc. Every time was something. Honestly when I think about it made me feel like I was lying or a scam. You want to know I hope they catch real scammer and not make someone going through serious situations even worst of a situation.

I have a iPhone through Verizon. Other than my screen being cracked my phone worked perfect. Made a claim through Asurion, they came to my house and repaired the screen. In the process of the repair the tech broke my finger print recognition button. He said I had to call Asurion to make another appointment for him to come back and fix the button because he only had supplies for cracked screen. So I called right after he left and set a appointment for the next day between 5-7 pm. 5-7pm came and went, no one arrived. I called Asurion again, this time I was told that they only fix cracked glass. I told them to find a repair shop close to me and pay to have it fixed or send a new phone. The sent a refurbished phone. They are unwilling to take responsibility for the damage their tech did to my perfectly working phone prior to the tech touching it and the mental anguish they have caused.

I was great. Come to find out it wasn't the phone that was messing up, it was my charger I was using in my truck. The person that handle my case was very professional and it took a day longer for my phone to be delivered but was still a quick turnaround.

The issues with my replacement phone were things the tech coach could fix over the air but two were not fixable by the tech coach so they replaced my refurbished replacement for my replacement phone with a new one of a newer model of Samsung Galaxy phone.

I am pleased to have the Asurion coverage for my daughter's phone. We filed a claim and received a replacement phone. However, the replacement phone was one that kept coming up with the No Service error. We had a phone like that previously. So we had to file an additional claim for the replacement phone. And through both processes the staff were helpful and efficient in getting things done. We have 3 phones with Asurion coverage.

Never returned my call to finish the claim. If I didn't answer their questions then I couldn't complete the claim. The questions they were asking me were; what is your mother's maiden name, what kind of car do you drive and what street did I live on when I was a child. I felt like they were asking me these questions so they could sell my information. They stated these questions were for security reasons but I entered the claim through the Verizon website which has a two step authentication. I also had to give Asurion my 4 digit code so that should have been enough info. Needless to say still have not received my replacement phone.

The phone being replaced was a company phone. Things worked out OK but there is room for improvement. The directions were not clear. I got the impression I could do the setup on a computer but it required another phone which I did not have. I had to drive to another work site and borrow the foreman’s phone to complete the setup.

I dropped phone in bath and had to get new one. The deductible was very reasonable. Much less than with other plans and my phone was delivered to me in 1 day. I had trouble setting up the new phone but the customer service people walked me thru it. Not a bad thing to say about the whole experience.

I told the Greeter name and why I there for. She look like she put my name down but never did. I waited for 1hr until someone was free to ask what was going on and why haven’t I been called. The store need more employees or they shouldn’t all take their break at the same time. At one point it was only the security guard inside store.

Grandsons phone wouldnt stay charged. After two previous attempts my third call got everything resolved. I use chat often for questions because the in store reps aren’t easy to work with. The only real complaint I would have is your wait times, and the inability to connect to a human without pressing a ton of numbers first. I would prefer to just be able to hit zero and have someone talk to me about my issues. Than determine what department I need to speak to.

I’ve used this service twice and every time I’m so glad I have it. I received my new phone the next day after I made the claim. The claim was easy and straightforward. If there is one thing that could change; I would suggest putting a reminder somewhere in the box with the new phone to delete all content off the old phone as a reminder. They do email a reminder, but I was so excited to have my phone again and it came so fast that the email came after I had already sent the old phone back. Other than that highly highly recommend.

I filed the claim on Wednesday. Replacement phone made it to Alaska by Friday. New phone was downloaded and ready to go on Sunday. Amazing. I was also very surprised at the reasonable deductible. I lost an iPhone & first replacement was not an iPhone, it was a Samsung. This was a difficult transition from something I was comfortable (iPhone) to a new device. And I was still paying for the iPhone. Verizon associate advised me to contact Asurion again & complain about the replacement. On second try I was shipped next day delivery of an iPhone just like the one that was stolen/lost.

I easily filed a claim online, 2 days later received a satisfactory replacement. Having some trouble with the charger but the phone is just like new. No complaints other than the high deductible. It sure beats the cost of a new replacement.

Representative was very helpful and expedient. When you lose your phone and are worried about having service, it’s so good to have your insurance rep make it easy for you to quickly get a replacement. I would recommend Asurion to others based on their helpfulness to me.

I really like Asurion because they always help and get it done quick you are never without a phone no longer than two days unless they don’t have your phone in stock. I like that you can do it anytime no matter what time or day it is.

I was pickpocketed while on vacation and I was so upset about the loss of my cell phone. Upon my return home, my phone was replaced promptly and I was very satisfied with the service I received from Asurion.

I had a very good experience, with talking to the representative. She was very helpful I got help straight away. I was happy that I was able to get a new phone within 24 hours. I have to say I think the cost of $175 is a lot to replace an older phone as I can probably get one for $50! So if lost I don’t think I would use the insurance next time, unless I had a new phone.

Asurion was very quick with getting me my replacement device. I had a few questions too and they were very helpful when I called. They definitely make it hassle free and worry free with device replacement. It is definitely worth every penny spent a month to protect my phones knowing I can get it replaced so easily when an inevitable accident happens.

My experience was a great one. Very helpful and guided me they the process. My attendant help me every step of the way. I had to start over and she stayed on the phone and helped to the end. The AT&T carrier is the only service provider that I have ever use and I am not looking to change.

It just couldn't have been easier! Online claim submission was simple, the phone arrived in just a couple days, and then ProTech support got the phone activated in minutes. So glad I purchased this insurance! In the long run, I came out well ahead.

Placing the damaged device in the mail tomorrow. (4/13/19) I received the device in a timely manner. I’m hoping it is received by you in a timely manner. Dealing with AT&T’s and iCloud, which only allow so much storage with having to pay extra money, it has taken more time getting my personal and important items saved so I will not lose what important to me. I do hate that I have to pay $125 for an insurance claim that I have been paying monthly for years and have never had had a claim this far. In which is an iPhone malfunction. According to the AT&T help this is a problem with the iPhone 7. Hope this one sent to me holds up better since the one that is being sent back is not even paid off. About $750 and it doesn’t last 30 months? Other than that GOOD JOB.

I have just tried to submit a claim on two Asurion websites and on the phone three times. Each time, the website gets "stuck" so that the claimant cannot move on to the next step, and on the phone, after a lengthy runaround, Asurion hangs up on the caller. They sure are saving a lot of money, not paying claims that cannot be submitted.

Very unhappy with the experience. I have used Asurion for years as my phone insurance. Whenever a cracked screen or lost phone happens I would simply go on their website, file a claim and they'd send me a phone. My most recent experience was different. They now require someone to print out forms, sign them and scan them and upload to their site. First of all this is an ancient practice of printing something out and signing it but secondly their website does not work.
Every time you try uploading your scanned in documents it emails you back and tells you that it's unreadable. Then you call their customer service they can't tell you why your documents didn't go through, or why they couldn't be read. I had to fill out my form 4 different times and scan and send (I don't even have a scanner at home) and they still said that the document wasn't received. Finally they suggested I FAX the document. This worked and I got my phone but Asurion, your website doesn't work correctly. Not only did this happen to me but I have read that it is happening to many other people as well.

An equal replacement phone was sent and received in a very short period of time. It only took one day, 24 hours, from when the claim was first started until the replacement phone was in hand and another hour until it was up and running.

Transaction was easy. Got a new phone quickly. Sent old one back. Everything worked out fine. Could have been a disaster and that I would’ve been without a phone and my work contacts for days so I’m very pleased with how quick everything went. Will keep coverage on this new phone too so that if anything goes wrong with it I will be covered.
