I ordered my replacement device Tuesday morning and within the next day it shipped. I received my device on Thursday, which was really comforting for me after having my device stolen. Receiving my replacement drive so fast really made me appreciate having AT&T as my carrier.

I wish I could have had a choice in the replacement phone, but it works fine. My replacement came right away with no hassle. I have mailed my other phone back but don’t know if y’all received it. Very good instructions for transferring phone data.

I’ve been using Verizon for years and all throughout the device has been exceptional. Very personable and understanding with speedy service. I cracked my phone screen when I dropped it. I went online and submitted a claim through the online portal. The replacement phone arrived within a couple of days and the instructions for activation were very clear. This is the second time I have used Asurion and they have been great both times.

Very fast response by Asurion. I received replacement phone with easy to activate instructions. I also received acknowledgement when my broken device was received by them. I would recommend insurance plan because we never know what can happen and phones are very expensive now.

I lost my cell during move across town, & didnt have time to spend getting my phone replaced. I had an alternate to use until the move was finished. When move was over, it took many phone calls to get info & affidavit to Asurion, because I can't access email w/ locked out Google account.

Excellent service. They talk with very nicely and they understand our problem. I received my phone next day. All technical staff are very knowledgeable. They create case number and after that they send us email and we track our phone when we delivered.

My phone had water damage. It was difficult to get through to someone and the website was next to worthless. Also, I didn't know my passcode and a reset couldn't be sent because my old phone was dead. Once I finally did get someone at AT&T and then Asurion, I was able to order a new phone. It came a day sooner than I thought, so congrats on that front. I got the new phone restored from my computer, but then I needed to speak to someone at Asurion to figure out whether I needed to install the new sim card or use the old one. They were helpful and we fixed the problem.

I went online to file my claim which was quick. The response was within minutes and my replacement watch arrived the next day before noon. The following day I enclosed my damaged watch in the box, my new watch came in with the labels provided. It couldn't have been any simpler.

I called when my phone stopped charging. The first person I talked to told me it was not covered. I was transferred to another person who did a great job and took care of the process of getting me a replacement phone.

The customer service which I received on the phone was very professional, knowledgeable and great. The only issue we had was I needed to contact you twice and I needed two phones sent to me in order to get one phone fixed. The inventory you stocked should be quality inspected prior to sending it to your customers. All good thanks.

Easy process. Just long hold time on ATT had to call 2 times to get info about last time I used phone. ATT said yall had the info already but I had to call ATT after I spoke to yall. Process was pretty smooth other than a couple of reschedules that required us to move some things around. It ended up being a full replacement device because of the multiple reschedules. The new device was sent timely and we received it in the mail timely.

I had a great experience replacing the s10e which we have to pay $200.00 but when it came to getting the IPHONE 10 XR replaced under warranty which was no cost I didn’t get that done. G1ot disconnected when the transaction was just about complete then couldn’t get back in contact with anyone to finish it.

I love how you offered me the box, packing slip, tape, so I didn’t have to worry about needing to find those products. I loved the service and know if I have any issue in the further y’all would take care of it.

Asurion provided me with wonderful service. I was able to talk to a real person who spoke American English. What a treat! He assured me that my phone would be replaced and with a newer model. The phone reached me the next day. I am very appreciative of the excellent response.

The phone came quickly. The only issue is that the phone already had the liquid indicator set off. Phone looked brand new, so the fact that the liquid damage indicator was already triggered is concerning. Other than that, it was good experience overall.

It was very easy doing the claim in the web. I received my replacement the following day and it was very easy to activated the new phone. It was self explanatory and within minutes the phone was back in services and ready to go.

I had my new phone in less than 48 hours. The replacement phone is great. Same phone I had just a newer version and a slightly different color. I love this new phone. Asurion did a fantastic job in getting my replacement phone to me asap and it was a simple transaction. However, getting my new phone up and running was a horrible experience. When called the toll free number to transfer old phone to new phone was told to go online. Went online and followed instructions and didn't work. Found another toll free number and when talking with the Verizon person got disconnected. Called back again and person said ok they have it and then got disconnected again! Then found out they shut off the wrong phone and mixed up two of our phones! Had to make a trip to our local Verizon store, wait 30 minutes for them to fix our phones in 2 minutes time. Needs to be a better way to transfer old phone info to new phone.

I recently fell in the Gulf with my phone in my pocket. It fell out and went to the bottom. Next day I went to AT&T store and was informed we had purchased insurance. Gave me a pamphlet to file a claim and the next day I had a new phone and back in business. Thank you very much for the fine service.

Quick process, easy to call in and redeem warranty, replacement phone came in the mail the next 2 Days with a return label and packaging. The only issue I had was I received a refurbished phone and the battery power runs out quicker than expected compared to a new phone with a new battery.

ATT was able to get my new phone up and back to normal within 2 days except for AOL and I had to go directly to AOL in order to get my mail back. While it took 2 days I am certain my technical ability was part of the problem.

Within one day I had my new replacement phone. My customer service agent was very friendly and helpful. I would use this Insurance service again because I feel that they listen to me. Did not argue or give me any grief about the reason I needed to replace my existing phone and the phone I got was in perfect condition. I am very happy.
