The seminars are good and I keep going back. I wanted to improve my business and make more money in the industry I am in at a faster pace than what I was doing on my own. Whatever level you're at, Mike Ferry will help you get better a lot faster.

I attended some of Mike Ferry's retreats then I signed up. My business has improved and I feel like I've developed some stronger sales skills. The seminars are great. It works for some people. You just have to have the discipline to do it.

I signed up for the Mike Ferry coaching to improve my skills and my business and since then, I’ve doubled my business numbers. The seminars are amazing. The quality of them is the best. It was a difficult year for everybody and unfortunately, we could not have live events but Mike adapted very well to the situation.

I've been going to the seminars for 33 years, and I wouldn't miss one. Instead of floundering when I first got into business, I created a business plan based on Mike's advice. I distanced myself in terms of production and income from everybody else in my marketplace. And in 2010, I sold 274 homes, which is almost unheard of, just following Mike and his company's advice. Mike Ferry’s organization certainly helped. Signing up for coaching made it a whole lot better on my life and business. The Superstar Retreat was good and the Production Retreat. Then I did Prospecting Clinics in Vegas, which was nice too. The seminars were top quality. Mike Ferry does a great job and I’d recommend him to anyone. The whole system is amazing and they're all professional. I enjoy it.

I signed up for Mike Ferry coaching to improve my business. I had about 70% increase over the last five years. I always enjoy going to the retreat. We're not doing that now, but the last retreat that we did that was virtual was really good. The seminars are very high quality. My experience with Mike Ferry has been great.

When I was in Florida, my first broker told me about Mike and that was how I started. I know I needed training. I feel sorry for somebody who doesn't go through any kind of training. I don't know how you could do this business without any kind of training. I understand why people fail. Mike Ferry does a good job. The problem is he keeps bragging about how everybody's doing all these deals. It's great for them, but it really doesn't do anything for me. It just makes me feel like I don't know what the hell I'm doing or I’m not making progress the way I thought I would.

It was a few years ago when I signed up for the Mike Ferry coaching. It was to help me with my skills, to get more accountable and just to get better overall. It's impacted me greatly, both personally and professionally. Professionally speaking, my production has gone up probably two and a half times what it used to be when I first started three years ago. And they improved my business. I'll also continue to be their client because there is always more to learn and it always helps to be reminded of the things that you need to be doing. The seminars are great as well and I've been going to seminars ever since I've been in the business. We haven't had any this year but they're great learning opportunities and networking opportunities with other like-minded people. With them, I learned how to be a better agent, how to incorporate processes into my business, and how to create better experiences for my clients. My experience with them is unlike anything else I've ever seen and it's something that all real estate agents should take part in. They were professional and it was like learning from a master.

I had gone to several events, saw that the same people were there, knew that regardless of what I thought I knew about Real Estate or what I was doing that really, in order to be effective and do bigger numbers, I needed help. So, I signed up with The Mike Ferry Organization hoping to learn how to be a better agent and a better professional. I attended the superstar retreat and the production retreat. I've also attended one event at the beginning of the year, which is good for starting off, and one right after the halfway point, which is again good for refocusing. I live in Mike's local market, Las Vegas, and his office is here. So, prospecting clinics are very good. And there's nothing that's not good. The seminars are great and I can't wait for them to get back to in-person because the virtual is not the same.

I signed up for Mike Ferry coaching as a recommendation and it has dramatically changed my business. It keeps my mindset strong, helps me polish my skills and helps me run a very good, smart, functioning business. The seminars are spectacular and A-plus quality. I can’t imagine not having them in my life. I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing today without them.

I wanted to improve my business and signed up with The Mike Ferry Organization. I was able to increase the number of transactions from about 25 to 40 this year. The numbers analyzer is kind of dated though. It could be a bit more up-to-date on its technology. But the seminars are excellent and I attend as often as I can. I go to get some motivation, to learn a few new things, and to meet more productive agents. I've learned to not be afraid to make a lot of money.

I’ve been with Mike Ferry for 13 years, so my experience has been excellent. Signing up for coaching impacted your life 1000%. I love the seminars and I attend them. I participate in the superstar retreat in Vegas and the production trip. However, this was the first year I missed the Vegas retreat.

I signed up back in 2010 to scale up my business. When I joined, I was doing 10 to 12 deals. Now, I'm doing around 50 to 55 transactions. I always learn something new from them. I don't make American money. So when they offered Canadian dollars, I accepted it. For the first six months, I wasn’t happy. I did not anything. And then Mike Ferry came himself discussed with me. He came here and I explained the situation. And then in the last four months, he changed my coach. Then the coaching started working on me. Mike Ferry Organization has been wonderful.

I was hoping to be a better agent and make more money, and they delivered beyond. I get good value for what they're providing and it helps me in my business. I couldn't live without their coaching and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Mike is a great man. His coaching is right on-spot. I learned my whole real estate career from them. They're a great company, but I needed a different perspective. So I decided to switch to a different company.

I was with Mike Ferry for almost 10 years. They have a lot of great coaches and a great system. Their seminars and events were very good. It was always good to meet with amazing people, and that became like a family at some point. It was amazing meeting with a lot of great, great, great top producers. It was good for quite a while but then I decided to go a different route. I went with a different coach that is not a Mike Ferry coach, but he was trained by Mike Ferry at some point.

Mike completely changed my life. I’ve been with him since 1995 and I live a great life today because of him. When I first met him in ’95, I was doing predominantly buyers because my broker at the time said that you work with buyers and don’t want listings. But once I learned about the listing process and the presentations and how to price properties, my life changed. I could do more in less time. And I had more control over my schedule over the transactions. And I was able to double in more deals because I already had a huge pool of buyers. I knew how to get buyers and once I put in the listing side of it, it was a huge gamechanger for me. The most I’d ever done was 252 deals and made a little over $2 million.

I originally signed up with Mike Ferry because it provides you with a direction with which to reach out to people that wanna sell homes. It provides you with kind of script and things to talk to them about and a strategy to use. Coaching gives you more of the sense of what you can do and accomplish if you're by yourself. If you take the program seriously, you can become successful. You follow the procedures and stick by the program. You don’t have to be super intelligent. You just have to follow the game plan. The beginning steps are small steps at first and then you keep at it until it becomes natural to you to do almost on a daily basis. I was in it for about 8 years and they delivered. Some of it becomes somewhat repetitive. They continue to try to improve on that so it doesn’t seem that way when you go to his presentations. There’s about 4 major ones you go to a year. The reason for that is that way you stay on course. If you don’t hear it over and over again, you won’t stay on course.

A lady I knew that was very successful was being coached through MFO. So I went to a conference and saw a lot of people that are doing a lot more business than me. Obviously, they’re doing something right. So, I joined in and everybody’s been great. I got nothing but utmost respect for everybody in MFO and everything they’ve done for me and my family. The value that you get from Mike is incredible. For somebody young in their career, they may hear what Mike has to say up on that stage, but it really doesn’t all sink in. The repetitious boredom, strong mindset, and things you don’t necessarily understand when you’re fresh in the business and excited about it start to come to fruition later in life. As your career matures, you start to realize that everything Mike has preached is really a key component of what your business needs to be and what you need to do to be successful.

All the top agents are using The Mike Ferry Organization and their reputation is great in training. I jumped on as soon as I got my real estate license and I don’t think that I would have survived in the real estate market if I hadn’t been with them. I can attribute all of my success to them for training me on how to be on schedule, how to be diligent about my work, how to negotiate, and what scripts to use.

I've been their client for a long time and I'm very happy with them. I like their system. They are meeting my expectation. They kick my butt, and it's important to keep me going.

I knew that I needed to do something in order to get my business to go better and so I signed up with Mike Ferry Coaching. I started in 2012 and I’ve been to every one of the main ones except this one right now. A lot of the seminars are reviewing of what we’ve already been learning and a lot of it is skills that we’re developing, objection handling techniques, and learning those things from other people. Being a coaching client is great. As a newer agent, I was doing like 20 deals a year. Now, I’m doing like 110 deals a year. What I liked about Mike Ferry is that he had a clear process and system as to how to get there, and it wasn’t like fluff. It wasn’t like, “Hey, look, it’s really simple. All you have to…” He’s like, “Dude, it’s gonna be hard work.” His thing was, “Give me five to seven years of your life and I’ll make you a superstar,” and it’s true if you put in the work. It has been 13 years since I’ve been in. I’ve gone through a marriage. I’ve gone through a divorce. I have a beautiful child. I joined Mike Ferry when the market was declining. I knew I needed coaching. I was with a large brokerage and I knew that my brokerage wasn’t going to be able to support me through the downturn. My income level had gotten to a certain point. I was doing probably about 18 to 28 transactions without coaching, and I wanted to get better.

I signed up 10 years ago, the market was in the tank, and I needed another strategy. Mike Ferry's seminars are good. They always get me pumped up. It's really simple and you just have to do the basics every day. The only thing that struck me about was that Mike talked about how he used his vendors to train his assistant. Maybe other parts of the country are still like that, but where I'm from, we don’t really have to train our assistant anymore because the office typically has transaction coordinators, and there are a lot of people that have already been trained as transaction coordinators that one can hire and they can charge $300 at closing. Maybe the rest of the country isn’t like that.

Mike Ferry coaching is all about discipline. That's the primary thing you learn and that's everything. The sales business requires you to grind every day, so you need the motivation and the skills, and that's what they give you. I've been coaching with the organization for over 10 years and it's been very good. I have a lot of personal stuff I need to deal with in my family, so I've actually have not been to any Mike Ferry seminars in the last seven years. But I used to and I used to go all the time. But that's why I have the coaching. It's always about the coach and, fortunately, I had a really good coach for many years. My coach is Tony and he's really one of the best. I've been coaching with him for about 5 years now. I see myself remaining a Mike Ferry coaching client until I retire, which is gonna be in another 5 years.

The Mike Ferry Organization's coaching has made us more productive, work more efficiently and follow a system that is proven to work. They repackage the information they give and depending on where a person is in their career, they take it differently. Thus far, they have managed to increase our business.

I knew that the company needed a coach. We were hoping to learn how to run our company better and run a company that could last forever. I’ve been in real estate for 35 years. I’ve been involved with Mike for over 20 years. Signing up for the coaching has impacted the mental aspect of my business and being with business-like people. As long as I’m in real estate and I’m a full-time professional, the coaching will be a part of my business planning and what I do. It’s very important.

You do it because it’s what you wanna do. They only suggest and the individual has to want it. If you don’t want it, you just ignore the calls. You pay for the coaching and you’re obligated for one year. After that, it become a month-to-month, so if you wanna drop out, you just drop out. You wanna come back to it, you gotta sign up for a year again.

I wanted to be the best agent I could ever be and Mike Ferry is working out great. Since signing up, I have better schedule, better life, and better family life. I have more skills and I am smarter. I have access to better people and better tools. I am able to mastermind with people that are doing more than me and I have friendships that have lasted all these years.

Mike Ferry's seminars are wonderful. It gets me going again. I like the content that he does. Even though it's the same every year, he shakes it up and throws it back out in different ways. He has done a really good job with that. With my coaching, I've learned to stay on schedule and learn the scripts.

With Mike Ferry's coaching, I've been able to be more consistent with my schedule. That has helped me to be more consistent with my business as well. I've learned different sales techniques, the importance of asking questions to influence people, being accountable and the importance of having a good mindset. Thus far, I've attended the Toronto mini-retreat and the listing workshop. They were very helpful to refine different skills and techniques and help my mindset.

They are phenomenal and life-changing for me. I've listened to the advice and to take action. I go every year to their events and the Superstar Retrest in July was the most impactful. There was about 4,000 to 5,000 agents that were there. So the energy levels ended up much higher than a smaller event. You have that as well as the aspect of seeing some of the most successful and getting introduced to some of the most successful Realtors in the nation. So, what better way to improve your business than to hang out with people who are succeeding in the higher level than yourself?

When I started out with Real Estate, I had no guidance, experience and skill. The Mike Ferry Organization helped me become a better business person and a better person with my mindset, skill and attitude. Sometimes, our ego is so big that it’s in the way. So, I have to learn a better skill and Mike Ferry taught me how to think better and bigger. Then when you do well and become a better person, you can help other people. I’ve been with them for about seven years. My business is way better and I still continue to learn. I really put a lot of effort to improve my skills and my business. It changed my life and my family's life. Once you see the true value behind the teaching and coaching, it’s really a small pay. You pay upfront but it’s a very small price compared to the return that you make.a

I mark all my coaching calls down every week when I talk to my coach. I've already had 221 coaching calls and I’ve been with them for about 4 years now. They've made my work hours shorter, but production has been doubled since I’ve joined just because of the organization, the right guidance, and the accountability. I do to the Superstar Retreat every year as well. I used to go twice a year when they had an East Coast and West Coast, but they just have one now. There, I like the interaction with the high-producing agents and different ideas to talk about. Also, listening to Mike is special because he is probably the most informative and down-to-earth of any of the other speakers. It’s not a rah-rah meeting because it’s an actual, factual, “Here’s what you need to do, guys.”

The Mike Ferry Organization has been amazing. I went to an event and I saw my current coach, Steve **, speak, and I knew I wanted to get involved with being in an organization where he's coaching. I was hoping to learn about best business practices. Since 2014 I'm up 8x on my income. Mike is getting back to basics, and getting back to the best practices for real estate. It's a simple business, we complicate it. And so, everyone else out there wants to talk about everything else under the sun on how to make a profit. Mike's the only one who keeps it consistent with the basics which is what everybody is actually missing. Everything he teaches I've probably gotten it like 11%, so I got like an additional 89% to go. And yet, my business is really, really hitting strides under the organization. If you can't afford to join Mike Ferry it's a red flag. You most certainly need Mike Ferry.

To implement my listing process in my business, I signed up with them. It had a positive impact and I learned sales skills. I was taught how to operate the business as a business, and I'm benefiting from that. I enjoyed the seminars and events in Las Vegas, Production or Superstar Retreat. It was an opportunity to work on the business instead of continuously working in the business. Also, the seminars were high quality and there were good information. The Mike Ferry Organization has been doing a good job and they should keep it up. I even referred them to somebody today.

I’ve been in coaching since 2014. I grew up in real estate my entire life and I have a dad who’s been in real estate. I’ve seen his business go up and down, sideways, backwards, forwards, and I didn’t wanna go through that. I used to work at Best Buy making $40,000 a year. I did that for 10 years and now, I’ve been in real estate for five years. In July of 2020, I’ll be a full-time for five years. I’m making a lot more than $40,000 all because of coaching. The events are very positive, and like-minded people help you with your mindset and with things that you’re being challenged with day-to-day.

I have had a wonderful experience with The Mike Ferry Organization. I learned that one of my competitors in my market place was coaching with them, and I said, “If it’s good enough for him, it’s good enough for me.” So, I signed up that day. My goal was to have a more proactive sales system to increase the amount of business that we do. Working with them has exceeded my expectations. It’s a long time to be sitting, but the content is relevant and very strong. Our business has doubled since that time and I’m hoping I am at that breakthrough stage where I can take it even further than where it presently is. I’m very satisfied. As a matter of fact, I see myself becoming a coach at some point.

I absolutely love being a part of their coaching program. I got into Real Estate about eight years ago, and the first two years I kinda just winged it. So I wanted a little bit more guidance and structure. I was introduced by another local agent about The Mike Ferry Organization. I’m a coach for Mike Ferry and from what I hear from my clients and what I feel myself, it would be nice to have more workshops in more locations so it’s not so difficult to travel to them. My clients would like to see more events in more regional areas so that they can drive to events rather than go through the hotel and the airline. Being involved with Mike for many, many years as a client, it has completely changed our lives. My wife and I are in the business, and once we found Mike, we found a system to follow. We found an organization to our business and it grew exponentially. We now make a lot of money thanks to him. We attend everything and the most valuable feedback he has ever given is to treat your business like a business.

A couple of years ago, I went to an event and Mike's son was there and I thought it was time for me to learn from him. He knows a lot and I like what was presented, which was why I signed up for coaching. Mike was in Montreal, too, a long time ago. I love Ramona, my coach, and I am totally satisfied with her. She is absolutely amazing. She understands my challenges and always has good advice to give to me, and she follows Mike Ferry religiously.

Mike Ferry's coaching is overrated. It's good to know how to call and how to solicit, but the price they charge for the coaching is way above what we're getting. I signed up for a year and went to a couple of seminars and events. I got a couple of positive things, but I found that you come away with the same things all the time. You need to hear something that's gonna push you to the next level and I don't find that Mike Ferry's coaching does that at all times. You need to know your market, what to do in your market and the time it is to take from the level you are to the other level. Everyone does not learn the same way and the system doesn't always work for the same people. Canada is a different country to America and the way it's done in America is not the way it's done in Canada.

I need help with my business and so I signed up for Mike Ferry coaching. I see value in going to Mike Ferry seminars and events. They’re good quality, and skills are the main things I've learned. I really like the community and the coaches.

I signed up with The Mike Ferry Organization six years ago to improve my selling skill and they delivered on my expectations. Their seminars are always very nice. Mike Ferry is somebody that you can talk to. He's not just a person on the stage, he's somebody that you can go and ask special questions that you feel more comfortable asking directly. So I like it and Larry is an excellent replacement for Mike Ferry. They provide a lot of information and reminders. You forget approximately 85% of the discussions a week or even a day after, so it's always good to be reminded. It's a nice surrounding with winners. There are scripts and you've got to know your scripts and the response to objections to be able to communicate with people. But you need as much dedication to your work. Even if you have a Ferrari and you don't pump the engine, you don't go fast.

My husband and I work together and he has had fantastic results with Mike Ferry. If it wasn't for The Mike Ferry Organization, we won't be as successful in our business, with our clients and our team. It has been amazingly positive. Mike Ferry just keeps it simple. It's very repetitive because he's just drilling in the basic fundamentals, but it's what you need. He's fun, to the point and a great speaker. His whole life is all about training and helping other people become successful and he's walking the talk.

The service at The Mike Ferry Organization is as promised, with weekly coaching calls. As any teacher-student relationship, the student is not always as respective as they should be and there are some minor differences of opinion but that has nothing to do with the MFO organiztion. They provided all the services that they said they would provide and they were extremely helpful. I've been to large and small seminars. The small one was 650 people and the big ones have been over 4,000, which was a lot of people in one room. I just returned from one of the Prospecting Clinics and have to say it was totally AWESOME! Ready to book another, and in fact, told them to pencil me in for one coming up in a couple months. In a nutshell, I went to focus on working on a couple different specific types of leads. We learned tips and advice, etc., but more than that, we learned hands-on and with plenty of individual training/coaching right there on the spot in our own cubicles that were equipped with mirrors (to smile while you call), phones with headsets, notebook with scripts, logging sheets, daily schedule/routine to follow, tips, notes area and more. Just needed to bring your Chromebook/laptop, leads (unless those are online or on your cell phone, etc) & anything else you’d want to use like 3X5 cards to log each appointment/hot lead, writing tools/highlighters, other scripts, etc.

There's always something to learn from Mike Ferry Coaching. They are the best organization in real estate, so I signed up with them. Their scripts are very good and the conferences are excellent. I also like the Mike Ferry TV. When I have time to listen to it, I always learn very well. It's down-to-earth, very informative and we can use it with our clients. I've done other coaching, and I've enjoyed the Mike Ferry Coaching. I had a great coach and I like John. He was very well-organized and always had an answer for everything. His answers were very valuable because I used it a few times. And they helped me to move forward with a client. I enjoyed that part.

I've been a client of Mike Ferry and his organization for 20 years and it’s because it has a lot of value to me and my business. I get the shared experience of my coach, who speaks with a lot of people that are doing the same thing that I am. That shared knowledge is tremendously valuable. There is also brainstorming which goes back to that knowledge piece. That pool of knowledge and the accountability are the two biggest areas that impact my life and my business. I also always attend the seminars and events. The seminars are basically the same material over and over again. You're reminded of the activities that you should be doing and the skill sets that you should be developing. So a lot of it is repetitious. But great basketball players do the same thing. They run the same drills over and over again. And that is what makes the seminars so valuable. On top of that, Mike is genuinely concerned for the success of anybody inside of his organization.

Mike Ferry looked like they had a good recipe for success so I joined them. I was looking for some guidance and hoping to learn everything. They've delivered my expectations very much. We’re doing okay and it’s been quite a good experience. The coaching has impacted a lot on my business and it's been very profound. I’ve been with them for seven years and I attend five seminars in a year. They’re good, very informative, and inspiring. I learn all sorts of things, consistency, method, techniques, meeting people, and like-minded individuals. The Mike Ferry Organization is a results-oriented company. What I've learned from them has been all-encompassing. But I wouldn’t recommend Mike Ferry at all if someone is in my market and competing against me, but if it was someone outside of my market, I’d recommend them highly.

I looked at the market and the agents who were working with Mike Ferry's program, and I realized that they were outperforming the other agents in the same market. I, on the other hand, wanted to learn how to be more efficient, run my business as a profit center and improve my life and that was what I saw the Mike Ferry system was doing. Mike Ferry's coaching program is a very down-to-earth, sensible, no-nonsense plan which made sense to me and it fit what I was looking for. Ultimately, I did 92, and my production has done well or increased in spite of the market. Particularly in 2005 and 2006 when the market went down, my production went up.

Signing up for a Mike Ferry coaching has been a successful experience. It gives me a great base for growing the business. I learned the system on how to run the business and help my customers to get the best service. My production is significantly higher compared to what it would have been if I didn’t have a coaching service. So, I would remain as a coaching client. I make more money with Mike Ferry so I decided to sign up for his coaching. I've been involved with him off and on since 1994. It's not as much as learning as it is making sure I do the things that I know I need to do. And also, we'll get a lot of input from other parts of the country on what's going on, what's working, what's not working, and so forth.

I signed up for Mike Ferry coaching because of the introduction from our managing broker. I wanted to learn how to make money, and they surely delivered. Signing up was easy and it was just signing the paper. Mike has made who I am today. The seminars are absolutely essential to a real estate agent’s business. If I had a life agreement to sign with him, I’d sign it. Mike’s been like a father-figure to me and I just would be following him. I’m a Mike Ferry guy for life and there’s nothing I would not do for Mike. I’d take a bullet for him.

I was looking at the top agents in my office and they were participating in Mike Ferry. So, I also signed up to learn a way to scale my business up and make more money. I told myself, “If I have to work this hard, I’m not sure I wanna stay in real estate.” So, I decided to get a coach and that changed everything. I went from 17 deals to 35 deals the next year. My coaches kept me on track.

I also planned to learn their sales system to effectively list property in high volume and so far, it has worked fantastically. I’ve been in coaching for many years and last year was a tough year for me for a variety of reasons. I knew that by going to the event at The Mike Ferry Organization, I would get some great information from Mike. The energy from the crowd gave me a new perspective on coming back to the office and doing what I know I’m supposed to do. The notebook that they put out is very professional, upgraded some, especially 10 years ago. The staffing, the directions to the meeting room, the hotel and the bathroom facilities were all good. Also, they accommodate breaks and the lines of the groups of people that go in there weren't very long. I like supporting Mike Ferry. They support us in their thinking.

I love The Mike Ferry Organization and I like everything about them. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I was opening a real estate office and I wanted some coaching and some direction. And so I had worked at an office that had taken their coaching before, and I was exposed to it. I opened my office in 2000 and I’m still in coaching. The seminars and events are perfect. He handles them perfectly. He starts on time and he ends on time. It’s the same information over and over again, but we learn something new every time. So I enjoyed the experience.

They don’t really understand why they can’t make money because they don’t treat it like a business.

I learned how to do business from them and how to sell. My first year, I did $40,000 and in 2018, I did $400,000. So, I 10x’d my business. I wanna make $4,000,000 now so I will remain with them. I had been in the Mike Ferry coaching several years ago and that was a really good event. The presenters were well-prepared and there was really good information. I’ve been with the Mike Ferry Organization for nine years and initially, I wanted to learn selling. I have attended events and the retreats are my favorite. I have been to the Superstar and Production Retreats. By signing up for coaching, I have earned over two million dollars from commissions.

I'm learning different ways to handle different clients, ways to get more clients and ways for me to become a better agent. Mike always has a fun and informative message and we hear from a lot of high-powered agents across the country and get some ideas from them. I have a business partner and together we are on coaching calls. Every week it gets us pointed in the right and in the same direction, so that we can accomplish our goals. One of the most valuable things is the community of other realtors and you can scratch the script. There’s a lot of energy and excitement in the room. I absolutely love Mike Ferry.

I decided to sign up for Mike Ferry Organization so I would be more accountable and to increase my income. I attend a minimum of two events a year and if they have an event here in Texas, I would attend that one too. Their seminars are very good. They're very energetic wherein there are a lot of participation involved and I could learn new things. Then Mike would repeat all things just to reinforce. I've also learned from their coaching to be more efficient, effective and consistent in everything that I do.

I saw a video blog over 10 years ago. I decided that I needed coaching, and I had the choice between Brian Buffini and Mike. I decided Mike had the right song for me. I hoped to learn how to get more listings. Your broker doesn’t teach you how to be a better realtor and more successful realtor and Mike definitely puts money in your pocket. I attend the seminars and events four times a year, two at the big events and two prospecting classes a year. it is sometimes repetitive, but I never come back from there without nuggets, going, “I heard that before, but now I know what they mean.” So, it’s a consistent method and it drives accountability.

I worked at Century 21 Northside and my broker trained me and said that I needed to reinvest in my own career. I wanted to learn with the Number Analyzer and the coach. I wanted to know what went on the week before and I was looking for accountability. Mike Ferry's Organization is the number 1 trainer in the country, so I went with them. But I'm no longer in coaching and the only thing that made me exit the program was if we had a homework assignment or we’re working on a project, the next week, it was never discussed again. So there was no way for me to grasp anything because we were moving forward in different directions. I knew they kept notes on the file or in the computer, but it always seemed like it was a new topic and I couldn’t ingrain into my brain what they were trying to teach, so I never could grow.

I have been in real estate for 15 years, and I’ve been with the Mike Ferry Organization in that same amount of time. The first year I was in business, we did 50 transactions with the help of their coaching, so it was a hell of a turn very quickly. The coaching gives you all the tools you need to go out and sell real estate, from scripts and dialogues to back at the office, to working with buyers, to training your staff. Tony did a great job keeping it interesting and informative. I had taken the course last year and since I understand more about MFO I was able to understand so much more. I would really love to attend an event that was structured like the coaches training by not having to hear daily the pitches to the crowd to sign up for coaching. There should be a more practical event for current coaching clients with more hands on training and sharing best practices.

Tony did a terrific job, as usual. It is wonderful having someone who is in the trenches and follows the system. One of the magical things about the MFO experience is Mike encouraging top producers to share their techniques and experiences with people in different market areas. When I first got my real estate license, I went to The Mike Ferry Organization and I loved it. I’ve signed up for every coaching thing he has ever come up with from day one, and have been going to two events a year. It has proved to be very stimulating and motivating. We get great information and hear from superstars with the way they operate and do things. We incorporate as much as we can of that into our business and it always proves to be productive. It had an impact business-wise wherein for every dollar I spent with him, I make 10. My wife and I pay over $1,000 a month for us to receive coaching even after 27 years as we’re still enjoying it and we still profit from it.

I signed up for the 3 day session but after the first day no actionable content was covered. It was all motivational and the speaker kept recommending that we sign up for coaching to learn the techniques. This isn't appropriate when I paid for the class.

The Complete Listing Workshop in Santa Clara was a great event. Three days flew by and was very informative. A lot of great content and ideas provided by our event facilitator Tony. He was engaging, entertaining, and provided a lot of great ideas and anecdotes. Wish he was my coach! Parking also wasn’t an issue at all which was nice.

Tony did an amazing job, an eye-opening on how to handle different situations for the listing process. Thanks. Workshop location was great, unfortunately, the room set up was uncomfortable, especially if you want to have the most out of those 3 days sitting having to look sideways most of the time.

Mike Ferry had the most logical real estate sales process I had seen in the 11 years that I’ve been in the business. If you prospect, follow the script and do what you’re supposed to do, the system works. It’s a great system too. There is no fluff. If you do what he says, you will make more money. That’s what I’ve done and I’ve about quadrupled my deals. When I started, I wanted to do more deals and increase my business and now, I make more money in less time. I’ve been in coaching for about 20 years and I’ve learned that the most important thing to keep your business going is discipline and making your prospects everyday. The people at Mike Ferry keep me accountable and on track. It's good to have someone watching over you to make sure you're prospecting and doing the deals that you're supposed to. The seminars and events also keep me motivated and doing what I'm supposed to be doing.

I wanted to make money easier and more efficiently and I hoped to learn how to sell and to manage my hours with Mike Ferry. They look at your life in the long run and it's not a quick fix. Their coaching helped me as a single mother. It helped me put kids through school and to take my kids with me to help me with my husband every year to Hawaii for Christmas. They also help you how to run a business. They always kinda said that you should buy property. I did quite a bit of that but not as much as I wanted to. I've only been able to go to the Superstar Retreat every year. I plan to stay with them and I still have more to do. The coaching taught me to get up in the morning, keep going, and keep doing things. I would always recommend Mike Ferry.

I attending this awesome workshop in Dallas last week. Tony was superb! Tony delivered great information, and since he has prospected on a very regular basis (I don't remember how many years and not missed a day, but it was a lot!), he was speaking from his experience. I wanted to make more money, and if you want to make more money in real estate, you gotta talk to Mike. Before I joined the organization, I had heard some of his stuff and I had also gone and seen him at a thing. He was spot-on and and way ahead of anybody else I had ever heard in real estate. Now, I've been with The Mike Ferry Organization for over 25 years and the coaching has certainly helped my business. The organization is helpful in terms of the group of people who go to their events and the message Mike gives. Those things make an unbeatable combination.

This was the VERY BEST! What a powerful presentation, Tony was the best! What makes him the best is he keeps it going and with her personality, he is funny and interesting making it easy to remember and learn. I will attend all of Tony's workshops... in the area. One of the most impressive things I thought was the limited seating, it wasn't overcrowded and just the right amount of people in that type of learning/training.

They will lock you into a $600+/month (12 month) contract and you will talk with a "coach" for 30 minutes a week. The conversations you have are basically just reporting what you've done and motivate you. No matter what goes on with your life they will not let you out of the contract. All they care about is locking you in. Not worth the money no matter what they say. DONT SIGN UP!!!

Mike Ferry has a great program. We're a team of five agents and Christa, who I've been working with, has been enjoying it. It has greatly helped the business. The program is very efficient as long as you keep with it. Christa and Andy have attended the seminars and they took lots of notes while they were there. We, as a team, discuss the things that they’ve learned and we implement them. Consistency is the key. The quality is there. It's proven time and time again, not just with us but with tons of agents around the country.

I had my first experience with the Mike Ferry Organization last year in May of 2017 when I signed up for a Listing Workshop. I thought the price was reasonable in comparison to other workshops I was attending and I wanted to see for my own self if MF was relevant for today's work as a Realtor. Now I just finished the Prospecting Clinic and I am going on my first Listing appointment tomorrow from that!

I have been a coaching client of the Mike Ferry Organization since 2002. It has been a life changing experience and helped me grow my business to heights I never thought possible. The coaches are outstanding and the support and advice I have received from MFO has been second to none! If you are considering a career in real estate, I can't recommend these folks high enough!

I was at a Mike Ferry event and signed up for coaching. What a mistake!!! It's expensive and the coach doesn't really care about you. The coach was probably reading me a script on all our coaching calls. The approach is old school hard-sell. The only thing the coach will do is give you info from the scripts and tell you to ask good questions. You can get the scripts free online, and every time I asked a coach the question he would say, "What questions are you asking, think of good questions to ask." I was ripped off, but at least I now know what I want: negotiation tips, someone to call when I need out of the box solutions, someone who actually knows who I am. You won't get that here... ever.

They are in the business of tricking you into a contract. The Mike Ferry Organization is more into getting you into a coaching contract and then will not allow you to get out when you realize that the coaching does not work. They prey on new agents that are looking for an answer to grow their business. Once they have you they won't let you out. It is the old world cut throat business mentality.

I've been a consumer and client of The Mike Ferry Organization off and on for 20 plus years. His events are uplifting and motivational. He comes across as honest, professional and caring of people in Real Estate sales or Realtors. When I've been coached by Mike and his coaches I've definitely had some of my best years in selling Real Estate in downtown Chicago. His information has allowed me to be the best I can be as a Realtor. The knowledge allows me to provide great customer service to my clients. In my opinion his message is so clear.... produce better results as a Realtor by using personal growth and development training lined with specific goals set and you'll become a better person and Realtor in the process. Simple but not always easy to do. I'm glad I found Mike Ferry and his message. I have someone to look up to in the business world and it's created a ton of opportunity for me and my family.

On 09/19/16 Mike Ferry's Organization (Alex, phone # **) called wanted to sell me an expensive Mike Ferry retreat to take place in Hollywood, Florida in 10/11 til October 14, 2016. I told him I could not attend due to illness in my family, he suggested I purchase M Ferry's tapes as contain the same topics presented in Retreat. I agreed/paid/purchased tapes. Alex promised the tapes would be downloaded to my email address. Since 09/19/16 have been waiting from M Ferry Org/Alex send me the tapes/CDs? No results as of 10/16/2016. Please help. Thanks!

And next day I went to the event of one of my friend who I met at the real estate school where I studied to get my license and just by chance met another lady who has been doing real estate and she told me she had one on one phone call training with him for six months that changed her real estate business and career.
