I met people who were involved and they were doing quite well, which made me decide to sign up for the Mike Ferry coaching. I wanted to learn to grow my business and it’s unbelievable how signing up for coaching impacted it. In my first year, I did 11 deals. The second year, I did 19 and with Mike Ferry, I was at 38 last year. I expect to do 84 deals this year. We have to do everything through webinars right now but I’ve been to three events where I went to Vegas. It was very high energy and I got to meet a lot of different people. The quality of the seminars are up there at the top. I got a lot out of them and they were very well-organized too. I work with a Mike Ferry coach and I like him a lot. He's the best in my book. The most valuable thing that I've learned so far is accountability and my weekly phone calls with my coach to help me stay on track.
I've been in coaching here and there but I have not had a whole lot of good coaches, or the ones that I can work with or can work with me. The seminars are a reminder and Mike was saying that everything is common sense. Sometimes, you lose focus and you're emotional. So it's one of the things that you go to and then you straighten yourself out and keep on doing it. Everyone is different so, if you're ready to receive, then go for it. But if not, then don't. But people should try it. It doesn't hurt.
I’m well-educated and I study every single coach. I chose The Mike Ferry Organization because they are the best. Mike is not attached to the coaching client but tells them the things he believes in, which is what I like about it. I’ve been in the business for 32 years. I become a top agent in the area from the fourth year and I still am. If it was not because of the Mike Ferry coaching, I couldn’t do it. It’s working. I went to the seminars for self-improvement, and to remind me and put me on the right track. Michael Jordan is the best basketball player ever but he had a coach. It’s the same thing. The seminars are the best and I will get into every one I can get into. It doesn’t matter what part of the United States it is.
I've been with The Mike Ferry Organization for a long time. I signed up with them in ‘97 and then I continued with another coaching program and then went back to Ferry, three years ago now. I like Mike. I also like the focus and the no ** attitude towards things. They're good. Given the fact that we're doing the seminars virtually now, they are doing the best they can. I'm happy with the coach that I have as well as with the whole program.
I was at the Superstar Retreat when I signed up with The Mike Ferry Organization. Talking to other people and their experience in coaching, and the network of professionals that I met when I was there that week made me decide to do it. I wasn't entirely sure what it would do for my career but it would be helpful considering all of the success that other people had. And it has been helpful. 50% of it would be the coach and the organization, and 50% would be myself. You have to be willing to do the work and put in the effort. You should be willing to change and take advice. I've seen a lot of personal and professional growth. Last year was my highest income earning year in real estate ever and this year will be even bigger.
In my very first seminar, I was lucky enough to hook up with somebody who had a great mastermind group and it was that person that said I should come to the Vegas retreat. So, I went to the retreat and I got involved with that mastermind group. They were also the ones that encouraged me to sign up for coaching. I continued to talk with the guy every week. Part of our mastermind is meeting at minimum, the production retreat in January and the superstar retreat in the summer. We didn't meet up at the one in Washington but we were talking about doing that when things kind of normalized.
The coaching is an investment in yourself and a commitment. On the first year, I hooked up with other Realtors who had signed up for the first year around the same time and we all found the very first year with coaching difficult. Most Realtors that sign up for coaching either quit during their first year or after. It's the second year where you start to see results and more changes. The things you've been putting into practice start to come easier. There are always new challenges but you start to get the hang of it. So, if someone's going to sign up, they need to, in their own mind, commit to at least trying it for two years.
It's been life-changing for me and I highly recommend the Mike Ferry coaching if people can do it. My first coach helped me get going. I owe a lot to Mike Ferry and Sabrina, the whole organization and all the contacts I've met and got to know. Even this last year, I went through an accident. It was a horrific experience and in the past, it would have taken me years to get over something like that. My home exploded and I barely made it out. So that week after I contacted my mastermind group and told them what happened, they were there for me. I wanted to continue being part of the group to keep me on track. With the support of The Mike Ferry Organization and all the people I've met because of it, I'm already back at work. That was just the end of November and I'm already feeling better emotionally and physically immediately after. It's the mindset that the company instilled in me.

I went to an event that Mike Ferry coaching held in Newark about four years ago and I was feeling a little burned out. I was working seven days a week and I saw that it was possible with their help that I could increase my business and take some time off at the same time. The coaching exceeded my expectations and I’m highly satisfied. The Mike Ferry coaching is a journey and not an overnight thing though and I still have a lot more to learn in order to keep growing. My manager said that 95% of top agents have coaching in their entire career. The first time I had a seminar with The Mike Ferry Organization was virtual. But I'm highly encouraged by the seminars when I can go in person. Online, I haven't been able to do well. But I did better with the one-day classes. Right now, I'm pretty content. I've had a steady increase between 25% or doubling my business every year since signing up.
I've been a follower of Mike Ferry since 1986. Mike used to have some recorded material from the early 90s, which at the time were in the format of cassette tapes. Some of those materials are gold but I can't find them anywhere. If they were to create a library of even old materials, like audios, that we could download or access, that would be really great. Other than that, when I attend the seminars, they’re a 10 out of 10. Signing up has impacted my life greatly in that it creates structure to the business.
My broker believes in the Mike Ferry system. He brought us all to an event and I liked it. In life, no matter what you do, you need a coach to help keep you on track, remind you, keep you focused and give you suggestions. It's very valuable. My coach is very knowledgeable. She's had children so she can understand where I'm at. I like that. She knows how to guide me in the right direction and I am slowly getting on track.
Mike Ferry has really upped his game. The amount of seminars that are available is good. I just signed up for the couple hours he's doing this week. The seminars are fantastic. There are lots of information. I just finished the Production Retreat and the 7-Day Pass wasn't enough for me. I would have liked even just the audio but at least I have the notes.
Everything that Mike Ferry says makes sense to me. It's common sense and it sounds like the right plan to get business and sustain that business over the years. I decided to sign up for coaching and it’s affected my business tremendously. It's allowed me to think bigger and it's helped me with my own interpersonal relationships, with communication. It's also helped me become a true professional versus just trying to get by in this business.
The seminars are professionally done. They're simple and it's more focused on the content. Pre-COVID, I attended in the events in person and everybody's happy to be there. During COVID though, I attend online. As I go to each seminar, the message seems to stick a little better and each time, I get more acquainted with how to be more productive.
I signed up with Mike based on a referral of another successful agent. Mike is an incredible instructor. His personal knowledge and his statistics he knows inside of his head are phenomenal, and I believe everything he says. However, I think that he could augment his presentation with some graphic data points to validate and support what he's saying.

I've been in coaching with The Mike Ferry Organization for a few years and my production keeps going up. It's been great and I've been making a lot of money, thanks to Mike Ferry. So, joining them has impacted my business and everything that you can imagine. It has impacted my personal life with the way that he handles objections and the way that I learned how to ask questions. I've been to every Superstar Retreat since I got my license. My first year, when I went to the superstar retreat, I was not even a coaching client and that was when I fell in love with Mike Ferry. I thought that he was the man and that was what I wanted to do. Then, I attended production retreats and the academies. I have also been to prospecting clinics and it's not my favorite, but I've been to one.
I'm always trying to recruit agents to sign up for coaching, too, because I would love to have a better industry. I would like to work with better Real Estate agents on the other side of the table. There is a huge lack of great professionals nowadays and when I have to coach on how the other agent has to deal with his client for us to go to closing, it's very unfortunate. And every time that I have the opportunity, I talk about Mike Ferry.
When you're a Christian, you're always trying to talk about God so people can know the truth. In the Real Estate business, I'm always talking about Mike Ferry. I'm not trying to be disrespectful with God but that's how much respect I have for Mike Ferry. I want everyone to know the truth and the truth about Real Estate is Mike Ferry. I see the wonderful customer service experience I have every time I call them and somebody always follows up with me when I have a question. So, he really delivers what he's teaching us and that is really important to me. What I appreciate the most about Mike Ferry is that it's not a gimmick. They teach us to be honest and tell our clients that his house is not worth that much. It's self-love.
I noticed that some other top producers that are making some money were following the Mike Ferry system and I wanted to give it a try. By signing up for it, I've met some other strong agent dedicated to the business that wants to be as successful as I'm reaching out to be. So with the Mike Ferry system, I found like-minded individuals that are doing it every day.
We've done Vegas for the Superstar Retreat a whole bunch of times as well as the production retreats locally. Whatever there's something that has to be done, we got to go. My experience has been doing wonderful so far and it's been getting the results that I need. It's just going to take time to see if I feel comfortable with removing it or staying on the coaching. But most likely, I'm going to stay with it. I really believe that you need a coach. The seminars were a little choppy in the beginning but once they were up and running, they were working smoothly. We're also never disappointed with the ones that we're attending right now, which are the live ones. I've learned to do your job and to do it again the next day, and the day after that, and the day after that.
I've been in coaching and it has had a good impact. I've gone through several coaches and it has helped me think bigger and have a good-structured business. If you are considering Mike Ferry you should know that it's okay to change coaches if you don't feel like one coach is a good fit for you. Also, going to live events and being able to interact with everyone is a lot better experience than virtual. I get some value out of virtual events but not nearly as much.
Mike Ferry helped me grow in a good way. Originally, I worked with a team when I got into real estate. They were very heavy into my career at the time. That was my first exposure to the industry in general and about a year in, I got involved with Mike Ferry's coaching. The first year I was in it, it doubled my business and then I’ve been more profitable every year since. The summer Superstar Retreat that they do is normally my favorite one of the year. This past year has been a little weird for everything. Without the in-person stuff, it's not quite the same. Overall, The Mike Ferry Organization is a great company. I've been with them for a while, and I plan on continuing that.

About three years ago, I needed some help with accountability and i signed up to coaching again in November of 2017. I've learned that the most valuable thing is I need to get myself out of my way. It's been a great benefit. In fact, my wife and I just got back from spending a week in St. Thomas down in the Virgin Islands. I never could have done that before I get into coaching. So, it's been awesome. The last virtual seminar he did was fantastic. The coaching, to me, is not just the activities that we get from our one-on-one activities with the coach, or even the seminars that we attend with Mike, it's also the broad relationships that we create to other agents around the country that can, through those interactions, really propel our business to another level. I've been with Mike Ferry for about four years now. I signed up with them, initially, because I wanted to get that next step to push my career a little bit further. I feel that Mike has a solid foundation with pretty much everything that he teaches. He has a way of just breaking information down into digestible ideas that you can put into action. Working with Mike enhanced my knowledge as to how to succeed in real estate. I've been in real estate for 20 years. And the last four years, I've learned more than I have in the previous 15 years. There's so much to learn. I feel like every coaching session is like a new degree that you get in real estate.
In 2020, I attended all of his events like the Superstar Retreat. A lot of it was online. I have like 95% attendance on the weekly coaching sessions. I have missed a couple of weeks. I really enjoyed the Management Retreat, the ones that he used to do in San Diego and stuff or back East because it allows you to interact and exchange ideas with other top-performing brokers across the nation. I like that high accountability that Mike puts on you. Even though he doesn't always call you by name, you feel that pressure when he's talking to you.
In 2020, he was doing the webinars. Before that, he wasn't. My personal preference is the in-person ones. The Zoom meetings are great, and they're still impactful. I just like that personal connection, that face-to-face, sitting in the audience, you're tightly packed in there and you're taking notes. I enjoy that format a lot more. Overall, I like the level of accountability the coaching brings to you, the camaraderie that you build with your coach, and they connect you to other top performers across the nation. I recommend Mike to everybody. What's interesting is we consider ourselves a Mike Ferry office, and we'll hire Tom Ferry agents, but we try to push them over to Mike’s side. Mike is knowledgeable. He's a great communicator. He's passionate about building professionals. He shares his knowledge and passion and builds top producing professionals.
Five years ago, I was introduced to Mike Ferry's seminars through my office up here in Seattle that promoted some of the stuff that MFO teaches. I liked the idea of it. It took about two years before I went to his first little seminar. So I think I’ve been with them for a little over three now. I'll remain a Mike Ferry coaching client as long as I keep on improving. That's the whole point of coaching.
The biggest thing is not necessarily the same stuff that he's repeating and things of that nature. It's the people that were around, mindset-wise, coaching clients, fellow mastermind groups that we've been able to connect with, and other realtors across the country to get a real established feeling about not only our area, but we have clients and coaching people that we work with all across the United States. It's nice to have that experience, to refer someone to Austin, Texas within two minutes of speaking to them. They're trained the same way I am. I recommended the company to plenty of people. If I had any issues, they do take care of them relatively quickly.
Mike Ferry is geared towards helping their coaching clients achieve more sales, and I believe that what they're doing is the way to go and it's for the best. It helped me achieve the goals. It works if you're willing to work. They have good seminars and good content. They were delivered well and organized well.
I signed up for Mike Ferry Coaching three decades ago. That's a long time ago. Why did I sign up? Because it was the best and most consistent type of teaching that I could find. It comes down to sticking to what makes real business sense and growing my real estate business. Telling the truth about what works, and not confusing that with new widgets.
For me over the years, what has been great is there are three messages that are given at these events for me. One, it's a message of what Mike is sharing and reminding me about, that I need to implement in my business. And then there is the collaboration with the great agents that he attracts to the events. And finding out what other agents are doing across the country that are working well. And then, it is whatever is in my own mind that seems to go in another direction of just thinking about different things. Because I get away from the office from the daily grind, and having the opportunity to just think about what I should be doing in my personal business based on those thoughts I'm getting from Mike, from agents, and through the meetings.
I signed up 16 years ago. I was a brand new real estate agent and my broker at the time was in Mike Ferry coaching. That seemed to be the best path to success. I find a lot of value in both of the large annual meetings - the superstar retreat and the productivity retreat. Those are access to people who are doing bigger and better things, whether they're up on the stage presenting, or it's Mike Ferry, or it's meeting them inside of the audience. The one-on-one coaching is far more beneficial than simply attending the events alone. That really focuses on the day-to-day parts of managing our business. The average agent in the US sells three or four houses a year, and I'm consistently north of 75 so I feel good. If someone wants to be successful in real estate, and they're looking for a clear path to build their business, I would strongly recommend Mike Ferry.
I heard about Mike Ferry coaching from someone that I worked with at my old company. He turned me on to Mike Ferry, just using a script. I then went to one of his events, and then I was sold. It pays to have a coach. Because of accountability, getting a phone call once a week to keep you on track and where to guide you to go, and to work on your shortcomings. Also, the seminars are very motivating. I'm looking forward to going back to his in-person seminars when that time does come. Being a client changed my life. I tell everybody to sign up.

The seminars are not only a chance to recharge your batteries, but also to network with other people that are like-minded and have similar business and personal goals. They're top-notch. For anybody that is serious about his real estate career, The Mike Ferry Organization is an absolute must. You have to have a coach. You have to have somebody holding you accountable, making sure you do what you're supposed to do to maintain the consistency in my business. I can't even imagine being in business without this.
My friends have had good successes with The Mike Ferry Organization so I've signed up as well. My businesses pretty much tripled since signing up and it gave me a good direction for work. I attend to as many events as possible. They are good networking and learning events. All are upbeat and organized. It's very helpful, friendly, inviting and well-run. If you're in real estate sales or any type of sales, you need to be coached and Mike Ferry is a good one.
