Dealing with National Business Capital was a great experience. It was definitely painless and it wasn't time consuming with the paperwork. The staff was very professional and and very detailed. They listened to our business needs. This was our second time using them and it was worth it.

I spoke with an agent named Matt today at National Business Capital and Services who, after asking a couple of questions about my business, told me that I needed a 680+ FICO and a credit card with a $10K+ limit to do business with them. I said that I understood that his company did startup business loans for bad credit applicants. He said that they did, but the applicant must meet certain criteria. By this point I realized that this was nonsense, thanked him for his time and hung up the phone. Exactly what kind of company is NBCS and what is actually going on there?

I was referred to National Business Capital through a local bank. I don’t have the greatest credit and I’ve only been in business for a year, so they seemed like the best option for me. They worked with me and I enrolled in a small business loan so I can expand a little bit. The process was a little long. I had to keep going back with different paperwork, but, all in all, I thought the experience was good and it still got done quickly. They got a guy who is part of their team that text messages me every day, which was annoying, but as far as the other part of it, everything else was good about their team. Working with National Business Capital made things a little bit easier especially around the holidays. I’d definitely be working with them again as I continue to grow. My experience with them is well and I'm very satisfied.

Vish made the process very simple and got me the loan in a day. Ask for him if you need a loan. He will make the whole process as easy as possible. He also helped me work out a plan to improve a few things with my business so it's not just about this 1 loan for him. If you need a loan ask for Vish.

We researched a lot of companies and National Business Capital came out with the best rating. The process is still going on and it's taking weeks, and it really upsets me at this point. They have to make the customer realize how long it's gonna take if the process is gonna get drawn out. Other than that, they have really tried. The calls with the reps have been fantastic. And John has been fantastic.

When I went online to look at small business loans, National Business Capital was highly rated. I got a cash advance, which is funds based off the credit cards. The process was pretty quick and the service that I got, talking to people and getting the loan organized was good. However, the loan is horrible and I’m kicking myself for jumping into it so fast. It ties up my money for about six days because they take the credit card first. I used to get 24-hour funding, but now it takes me almost a week. A week's worth of my funds is not worth it. I got money in advance, but they’re taking a big chunk of my money away so, it has been challenging. The loan helped pay off a few of the debts that I had looming. But had I known that everything was gonna be held up, and it’s going to be for another year, I probably wouldn’t have done it. In the long run, my business will be negatively impacted.

We’re seeking refinancing of a long-term loan. We have a loan with Agile for about 50,000 left, and we’re looking to get that, plus a little extra, like about 75,000 for like a 5 to 10-year loan. Another loan company recommended National Business, and I did some research and they were really highly recommended in reviews. The process was also very fast.

National Business Capital was affiliated with Sweet’s Logging, so I checked them out. The process of applying and getting financing was relatively smooth. I got a $60,000 line of credit. I took 10,000, and then I kept it for three days and I gave it back just to activate the account. I'm working with John at National Business Capital, and he has recommended me to a payroll processing, bookkeeping processing, and we’re looking on HR. So far, the HR is cost-effective. It’s 49 a month versus an app which is 99 a month. The fact that they referred me to a company that’s $169 a month, and I’ve been paying 450 a month, Bench for bookkeeping is good. I was looking to automate my bookkeeping so that we could be more organized as a company and not depending on somebody that’s just doing data entry. So, I’m happy with that.

I approached National Business Capital about an SBA. There was a lot of passing of the football. They got me through the qualification process, and then they handed the football off to somebody else that got me through the pre-qualification process. Then they handed the football off to the lender. It was the process, so it was okay. But it would’ve been better if the football wasn’t handed off so many times. The total process took 30 days. Their team was very responsive, receptive, and definitely professional. They always got back to me in a timely manner with answers to questions. Since working with them, we achieved our goal for the SBA.

I got equipment finance from National Business Capital, and it was very easy. I just give in the bank statements and that was it. Everything works very good. They were quick and kept in touch with everything I needed. If I missed something, right away, they contact me and we get it all done. They were there when I need it. It was an easy process. That’s the reason that I used them because it's so hard when you wanna get something through the bank. I might end paying a little less, but then the paperwork is a lot more. I was seeking financing for a working capital and with National Business Capital, it was an easy process. Working with them helped me. It's good so far and I will suggest others to go with them.

Initially the transaction was seamless. We got approved for a high dollar LOC. Even though we only needed about a 1/3 of the amount approved, our rep strongly encouraged us to take the full draw to avoid the "draw fee". We did as advised. What were NOT told was that an additional fee would be applied if we kept the money for more than 3 days, which was higher than the draw fee! Our rep said that as long as we paid back the unused portion before the first payment date, there would be no additional fees. In fact, he advised we keep it for "about a week" to make it look like we used the funds and could then increase our chances of an increased limit or better rates in doing so.

Working with National Business Capital seemed to fit what I needed to fund my business. Their team was professional and it was really good dealing with them. They enrolled me in an 18-month line of credit and then a six months loan. It’s a quick and easy process and they're willing to fund your business. We’re definitely going in the right track with National Business Capital.

My loan amount was $450.00 less than what was expected due to fees after paying fees to underwriting and processing. I paid more in fees and interest than expected. I understand the risk factor but paying $850 in fees and $5,000 in interest for a $9,550 loan is a bit much. I will look for financing elsewhere once this loan is paid off.

I got a line of credit with National Business Capital. Applying and receiving the financing was quick. It took one day. I've had very good interaction with them, except one little thing. And I felt ripped-off. I placed an online search and they never told me that they collect by the end of the month. And I get the money seven days. That means my first payment was in seven days, when it should be at 30 - no prorate, no this, no that. And they never told me. So If you're gonna get the money by 29, your first payment is going to be the following day. I can wait another day, and have 20 days left.

Between the rep from another company and the loan company that we used, there was a lot of confusion, the back and forth, and conflicting information. They just wanted to make the quick fund transaction. NBC asked me what my needs were, and then they sent me an email with a proposal. If I had any discrepancies, I got back in-touch with them and they would fix them. When everything was good, they did the DocuSign. They kept it quick and professional. We got a loan for the business 'cause we expanded and it helped me get the shop equipment that is needed and the updates.

I dealt with Duanne at National Business Capital and he was very informative. I got an equipment loan for my business, and Duanne helped me with the kind of loan it was. He pretty much took care of a lot of the stuff. He put me in contact with the other people, including his underwriters. I wasn't getting bounced around between five different people. It seemed like Duanne was my personal agent, which I really liked. It made the experience feel personal.

I’ve had National Business Capital for consolidation of a couple of notes and a lower payment. They now deal with Principis, the front organization for a company that I’m dealing with as far as payback of the loan. But my concern was I was told that the daily draw was gonna be quite a bit upfront. They also said that after three months, I’d be able to extend the length of the term and lower the daily draw. I’m going through that now and it’s just taking a little time.

We believed in National Business Capital's rate and we were already engaged with them. In the beginning, it was supposed to be a very low rate, but we ended up with a lot of money lost. Then we have to get until the end with it. There is supposed to be a very good rate then you are supposed to pay the money back before and you end up with lower interest. But it wasn't like that with National Business Capital. Also, talking with their rep could be improved.

Greg, the salesman that I dealt with at National Business Capital, used to work for me as a kid in a Christmas tree lot. As he progressed through the years, he went into insurance companies. We were having trouble with credit card companies and he said his company at that time was doing credit cards. He explained the loan situation to me, which was much easier than dealing with Uncle Johnny on the corner. Things started out great. I contacted them because they were supposed to be able to work with tax lien and eventually get SBA loan. I gave them all info needed immediately. Everyone worked hard, but at the end of a 2 week ordeal we ended up with more short term ACH debt, $1900 in loan fees for a debt consolidation loan that got turned down due to the tax liens that I was very forthcoming with before it all started.

I spoke with one of the salespeople from National Business Capital and I told them what I needed. I was getting crazy rates from other companies and they came in as the best rate with no collateral. I sent them three months of bank statements and then, they asked for 12 months. After that, I signed a document so they could pull my social security number. I wanted them to do a soft pull, but they did a hard one. They offered me a larger amount of money, but I didn't want it. So, I reduced it to where I was comfortable and they funded me. It wasn't as expensive as some of the other companies which charge 40% interest. Everybody was nice and I didn't have any problems. The underwriter asked me a few questions and somebody called to tell me that I was qualified for more money. It was a good experience.

Most incompetent group of people I have ever done business with. Withheld information on my contract until time of payment which would have otherwise changed my mind on continuing with this company, ignorant to requirements and paperwork needs, gave false information including a drastic exaggeration of when the funds would be available costing a week's loss of work for my company, and finally lied about there being no prepayment penalties withholding the fact that there are no prepayment discounts which legally is in fact a prepayment penalty. Highly unprofessional group of people, next to impossible to get on the phone when needed, and once you finally get them on the phone you are told they dont have the requested information because they havent been informed by their "underwriter". Out of all the financial compaines I have ever worked with this one is by far the worst I have ever seen and will never use them again.

We have gotten some really big jobs and whenever we need to start that we have to rent big heavy-duty equipment, buy the fuel upfront and hire new people. I’ve used National Business Capital before and I used them again for a small business loan. The process wasn’t very difficult and they fax some paperwork. The turnaround took three days and it’s probably because I was an existing customer. I spoke to the team directly and I dealt with Nick who was able to get everything done as quickly as it did. National Business Capital has definitely helped my business by allowing me to have funds to purchase inventory. It was a good business experience.

I needed to consolidate some debts and have a little extra on hand for marketing opportunities. The terms with National Business Capital were better for a small business loan. The application process was stretched out to about a month because of some delays on my side but they stayed on top of things. I was a little disappointed that some fees were not disclosed better upfront and I’ve expressed that to them, but nothing’s come out of that. It was a $2,000 fee, which was pretty significant, that I do not recall and I don’t have in my notes from talking over the phone because that would have affected my decision. Still, working with National Business Capital has done what I needed to do.

They were very responsive, they're communicating whenever they had a response and answer from the underwriters. We're out in the field all the time, so if they couldn't get ahold of us via phone, they sent an email with updates and we had a good outcome. We definitely got peace of mind and we were able to fulfill the project we landed. I've recommended National Business Capital to a few friends.

Don't waste your time. They have very very high rates and it seems they don't know what they're doing. They tell you, you're approved, just send in a particular document. Two days go by, they say good news again, just send in this other document. Again, days go by, they say then, "things are looking good" and your sales rep is trying his hardest to make it happen, but now all they really need is one more document, and it's done. This went on for two weeks, wasting precious time. They play good cop/bad cop a lot. Finally, when you lose your patience, they say, "Ok. Give us the password to your account, and it's done."

One of my friends used National Business Capital before and he told me about them. I was expecting the process to take longer, but it was quick. They helped with whatever we need so everything was all right. It was also not very hard unlike with other companies who ask so many questions. I got a business loan and used it for my store's merchandise. Now, the store is full and I'm going to have more customers. I may go back for a personal loan soon.
