We were in the process of relocating and opening up a new spot. So, I needed the funds for it, and National Business Capital gave me good deals. One of the advisors helped me out with everything, like from step one all the way to the very last step. It was easy. We did everything over the phone, and then he gave me some papers to sign. The process took about a month. Their customer service was great, and they helped out. Everything has been going good.
National Business Capital's application process was easy and took about four days from beginning to end. I was looking for general business financing and working with them has helped.
I didn't have the required scores to get my loan through a bank. I reached out to a broker online, gave them my banking information and credit score, and they provided the loan. They picked National Business Capital. The rates and terms were lousy, but it was what was available. Also, it is the system that I’m not pleased with. There’s a reason why the people who need money can’t borrow money. I would like to understand why that is a banking model. It’s one of these crazy things where your bank tells you not to go this route, it’s expensive and it’s not a good way to borrow money, yet they won’t loan you money. So, if you need to cover something, which is what we needed to do when our plumbing exploded, there was no other recourse.
I’m interested to see how we all weather this nonsense happening right now. My bank is not running out in front of me saying, “Whoa, you can’t pay your people here. Let’s bridge you a loan until people can go back to work ‘cause everybody’s sick.” It’s just not going to happen. So, unless SBA comes up with money, anybody my size is going to be gone. We can't weather this. They talk about sending checks and all that stuff that they're talking about, and that is all nice to make people worry less, but I have a long time and the government doesn’t normally write you checks and mail them to you. But other than that, National Business Capital's reps were easy to talk to about having this problem or that problem and delaying a day or double-hitting another day. They all were great and everything is fine.
I got a line of credit from National Business Capital to open another location and the rep explained everything to me well. But I'm not crazy about having to pay back the interest rate if I paid them back early. That seems an exorbitant amount. If I pay it back, it should be paid back. However, the process of applying and receiving financing went fast and easy. The application process was great and wasn’t too in-depth. And if I had made the decision quicker, it would have taken about five days.
I am an electrical contractor and was borrowing money. National Business Capital was the first one that came through. There was another company, but they couldn’t match their rates. We were dealing with them for at least a month and a half. They never told me until afterwards the money was deposited and I was $5,000 short. I told them I want $100,000, but I saw $95,000. The rep told me, “Those are fees. It was in your paperwork.” I said, “We talked about this for a month and a half plus, never once mentioned that you’re gonna have a fee in this.’” The rep said, “Normally, it’s 7%, we knocked it down to 5%.”
I won’t deal with them. I’m a very honest businessman. I tell people right up front this is what it is, whatever fees and anything, all planned out. ‘Cause who reads every word of a contract when it’s four pages long? National Business Capital needs to talk. People should not let them hang because to me that’s bait and switch. They should also make sure they read the contract and that they are told everything because National Business Capital gets a funding fee. They say everybody does a funding fee but they never even told me upfront that they were. They’re not really a bank, just a broker.
National Business Capital & Services gave me the best offer for my refinancing and their service was okay. But they need to improve their processing time. Based on my experience, it took a couple of weeks to complete the process and they kept asking for additional information that I had to send to them. Other than that, the service that I got from the broker that I worked with, Josh, was fine. Also, the refinance helped my business out until the Coronavirus hit. Right now, I am trying to fill out an application for a disaster relief loan and if I get that, I will pay National Capital off because if I can get that, it’ll be a much cheaper interest.
National Business Capital gave me a good opportunity and took care of my problem. I was very happy with the rep. They were respectful and took care of me very well.
Wanted to add that it's great being on Kevin and Duanne's team. They both do a great job!
I have worked as an Independent Contractor the majority of my career, and as a seasoned sales rep with over a quarter of a century in experience, National Business and Capital Services is by far among the top three best contracts I've worked. The government is where I primarily served until I ventured out into private sector appx 10 years ago. I was so naive in thinking everyone was ethical as not once did I ever need to fight or argue about pay with past government contracts.
What a rude awakening when I learned that the opposite is true; finding an ethical company to work as a sales rep is like finding a needle in a haystack. Nearly impossible, but it can be done. I noticed many unscrupulous companies attempt to deceitfully lure sales reps in to do their dirty deeds, and then when it comes time to pay for their hard work, many reasons surface on what that's just not possible.
Not at National Business and Capital Services. So far they have followed all Independent Contract Laws (IRS), and have paid as agreed. They have been attentive, and anything I've needed, within a few hours, I usually have an answer. I recommend National Business and Capital Services for business loans as this company is ethical, I can attest by personal experience. And if you too are in sales, this is the company to sign on with if ethics concern you at all. I hope to be with National Business and Capital Services for years to come.
I have business advisor Stephen. He was great. Try his best to get the loan. We keep in touch on Daily basis until we get the loan funded. Even after funded he try to get me another loan. I said definitely when the time come and need the loan I will contact him.
National Business Capital was easy to work with and gave the best option. But they had another department that kept texting and calling. And they were texting my personal number. It took several calls to get off their texting service. However, we got a line of credit, which we were able to use on marketing for the business.
The process of applying for a loan at National Business Capital was very good. It was very quick and efficient, and definitely better than what we had experienced with others. My experience with their team was excellent as well. Everything was good.
Tim has been great with my customers. He lines up the right products with their needs and comes up with ways to develop business.. NBC as a company has a wide range of financing solutions and I am confident when I hand off one of my clients.
National Business Capital is a reputable and reliable funding source. They have time and time again found successful solutions for my clients when others could not. Working with Kevin ** and Nick ** has been delightful. They are some of the most courteous and knowledgeable people I have worked with in the industry. On several occasions they have secured better funding options and terms for my clients than other funding sources could offer. Looking forward to sending more business their way.
Working with Tim has been delightful. He is quick via call, text, or email all days of the week. I have referred my direct clients, and other partners of mine to use NBC&S as a resource and they have all given me positive feedback on their experience. Looking forward to working with National for any unique financing opportunities I come across now, and in the future!
Timothy S and Robert D are a great team! I have been partnered with National for two months now, and they have been a great asset in assisting my business owners customers who are having trouble finding traditional financing programs. Great customer service and financial advice to my clients.
Faisal was exemplary in conducting the process for my loan. From beginning to end he was there and understood my situation. It was more than just a loan. It was the beginning of a relationship that incorporates the human aspect of understanding the circumstance behind the reason for the loan.
I needed a little piece of loan and I wanna build a relation with National Business Capital. It's quick funding. That’s what I love about it. Rather than borrowing money from friends and family, it is better to get money from them within 24 hours. That’s why I got attracted to them. One thing I didn't like was that they told me I was gonna get 19,000 but I didn't and the guy who helped me, Joseph, told me it was gonna be a $750 fee. Out of $19,000, they took $650, plus he took $750. Nobody explained to me the 650. Joseph never told me that they were gonna take some money out of my original loan, too. I got 18,300 something. Plus, they’re taking $231 payment daily, which was fine. I can afford that and that was what they told me. Other than that, I'm happy. Joseph helped me walk through everything and everything’s fine.
Has always performed for me in the last 24 months with exactly what was quoted with no bait and switch programs. My sales rep was on top of everything. They never pushed me into taking money that I did not need. They stayed in touch with me during the year to see if additional funds were ever needed.
Talking to National Business Capital's rep and feeling comfortable, I decided to work with them. I went with the program where there’s a daily repay. Everything was done over the phone, and then once we got to a certain point, they sent a link. And then I finished it up through that. The process was really quick. It took about 24 to 48 hours just because there was a few extra steps that were needed. We’re a newer business and we’re kinda establishing business credits, and working with National Business Capital helped in establishing ourselves.
The National Business Capital agent was very persistent, so I enrolled in a short-term loan and the process was very easy. Working with NBC gave me some freedom.
Enrolling for with National Business Capital was no problem. It was for business equipment financing and the process of getting it was easy.
The process with National Business Capital was pretty quick. They were very positive and professional and the salesman was on top of everything. I filled out the application and I heard back from them the same day. They asked for all my information and I sent it in. I was funded within two days. It's the 90-day program and you get the money back. They check the money out of the account.
Dealing with National Business Capital was a great experience. It was definitely painless and it wasn't time consuming with the paperwork. The staff was very professional and and very detailed. They listened to our business needs. This was our second time using them and it was worth it.
I spoke with an agent named Matt today at National Business Capital and Services who, after asking a couple of questions about my business, told me that I needed a 680+ FICO and a credit card with a $10K+ limit to do business with them. I said that I understood that his company did startup business loans for bad credit applicants. He said that they did, but the applicant must meet certain criteria. By this point I realized that this was nonsense, thanked him for his time and hung up the phone. Exactly what kind of company is NBCS and what is actually going on there?
I was referred to National Business Capital through a local bank. I don’t have the greatest credit and I’ve only been in business for a year, so they seemed like the best option for me. They worked with me and I enrolled in a small business loan so I can expand a little bit. The process was a little long. I had to keep going back with different paperwork, but, all in all, I thought the experience was good and it still got done quickly. They got a guy who is part of their team that text messages me every day, which was annoying, but as far as the other part of it, everything else was good about their team. Working with National Business Capital made things a little bit easier especially around the holidays. I’d definitely be working with them again as I continue to grow. My experience with them is well and I'm very satisfied.
Vish made the process very simple and got me the loan in a day. Ask for him if you need a loan. He will make the whole process as easy as possible. He also helped me work out a plan to improve a few things with my business so it's not just about this 1 loan for him. If you need a loan ask for Vish.
We researched a lot of companies and National Business Capital came out with the best rating. The process is still going on and it's taking weeks, and it really upsets me at this point. They have to make the customer realize how long it's gonna take if the process is gonna get drawn out. Other than that, they have really tried. The calls with the reps have been fantastic. And John has been fantastic.
Vish ** made the process easy and straightforward. He responded back immediately to any questions and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He made the process quick, easy and painless. Highly recommended.
Small business owners know how overwhelming owning a business can be. Jacqueline ** has truly gone above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. She has shown excellent customer service and delivers quick response times! She is very knowledgeable and has done a tremendous job fulfilling every request that is asked of her. We are very please to be working with National Business Capital & Services.
When I went online to look at small business loans, National Business Capital was highly rated. I got a cash advance, which is funds based off the credit cards. The process was pretty quick and the service that I got, talking to people and getting the loan organized was good. However, the loan is horrible and I’m kicking myself for jumping into it so fast. It ties up my money for about six days because they take the credit card first. I used to get 24-hour funding, but now it takes me almost a week. A week's worth of my funds is not worth it. I got money in advance, but they’re taking a big chunk of my money away so, it has been challenging. The loan helped pay off a few of the debts that I had looming. But had I known that everything was gonna be held up, and it’s going to be for another year, I probably wouldn’t have done it. In the long run, my business will be negatively impacted.
