Dealing with National Business Capital was a great experience. It was definitely painless and it wasn't time consuming with the paperwork. The staff was very professional and and very detailed. They listened to our business needs. This was our second time using them and it was worth it.

I spoke with an agent named Matt today at National Business Capital and Services who, after asking a couple of questions about my business, told me that I needed a 680+ FICO and a credit card with a $10K+ limit to do business with them. I said that I understood that his company did startup business loans for bad credit applicants. He said that they did, but the applicant must meet certain criteria. By this point I realized that this was nonsense, thanked him for his time and hung up the phone. Exactly what kind of company is NBCS and what is actually going on there?

I was referred to National Business Capital through a local bank. I don’t have the greatest credit and I’ve only been in business for a year, so they seemed like the best option for me. They worked with me and I enrolled in a small business loan so I can expand a little bit. The process was a little long. I had to keep going back with different paperwork, but, all in all, I thought the experience was good and it still got done quickly. They got a guy who is part of their team that text messages me every day, which was annoying, but as far as the other part of it, everything else was good about their team. Working with National Business Capital made things a little bit easier especially around the holidays. I’d definitely be working with them again as I continue to grow. My experience with them is well and I'm very satisfied.

Vish made the process very simple and got me the loan in a day. Ask for him if you need a loan. He will make the whole process as easy as possible. He also helped me work out a plan to improve a few things with my business so it's not just about this 1 loan for him. If you need a loan ask for Vish.

We researched a lot of companies and National Business Capital came out with the best rating. The process is still going on and it's taking weeks, and it really upsets me at this point. They have to make the customer realize how long it's gonna take if the process is gonna get drawn out. Other than that, they have really tried. The calls with the reps have been fantastic. And John has been fantastic.

When I went online to look at small business loans, National Business Capital was highly rated. I got a cash advance, which is funds based off the credit cards. The process was pretty quick and the service that I got, talking to people and getting the loan organized was good. However, the loan is horrible and I’m kicking myself for jumping into it so fast. It ties up my money for about six days because they take the credit card first. I used to get 24-hour funding, but now it takes me almost a week. A week's worth of my funds is not worth it. I got money in advance, but they’re taking a big chunk of my money away so, it has been challenging. The loan helped pay off a few of the debts that I had looming. But had I known that everything was gonna be held up, and it’s going to be for another year, I probably wouldn’t have done it. In the long run, my business will be negatively impacted.

We’re seeking refinancing of a long-term loan. We have a loan with Agile for about 50,000 left, and we’re looking to get that, plus a little extra, like about 75,000 for like a 5 to 10-year loan. National Business Capital was affiliated with Sweet’s Logging, so I checked them out. The process of applying and getting financing was relatively smooth. I got a $60,000 line of credit. I took 10,000, and then I kept it for three days and I gave it back just to activate the account. I'm working with John at National Business Capital, and he has recommended me to a payroll processing, bookkeeping processing, and we’re looking on HR. So far, the HR is cost-effective. It’s 49 a month versus an app which is 99 a month. The fact that they referred me to a company that’s $169 a month, and I’ve been paying 450 a month, Bench for bookkeeping is good. I was looking to automate my bookkeeping so that we could be more organized as a company and not depending on somebody that’s just doing data entry. So, I’m happy with that.

I approached National Business Capital about an SBA. There was a lot of passing of the football. They got me through the qualification process, and then they handed the football off to somebody else that got me through the pre-qualification process. Then they handed the football off to the lender. It was the process, so it was okay. But it would’ve been better if the football wasn’t handed off so many times. The total process took 30 days. Their team was very responsive, receptive, and definitely professional. They always got back to me in a timely manner with answers to questions. Since working with them, we achieved our goal for the SBA.

I got equipment finance from National Business Capital, and it was very easy. I just give in the bank statements and that was it. Everything works very good. They were quick and kept in touch with everything I needed. If I missed something, right away, they contact me and we get it all done. They were there when I need it. It was an easy process. That’s the reason that I used them because it's so hard when you wanna get something through the bank. I might end paying a little less, but then the paperwork is a lot more. I was seeking financing for a working capital and with National Business Capital, it was an easy process. Working with them helped me. It's good so far and I will suggest others to go with them.

Initially the transaction was seamless. We got approved for a high dollar LOC. Even though we only needed about a 1/3 of the amount approved, our rep strongly encouraged us to take the full draw to avoid the "draw fee". We did as advised. What were NOT told was that an additional fee would be applied if we kept the money for more than 3 days, which was higher than the draw fee! Our rep said that as long as we paid back the unused portion before the first payment date, there would be no additional fees. In fact, he advised we keep it for "about a week" to make it look like we used the funds and could then increase our chances of an increased limit or better rates in doing so.

They enrolled me in an 18-month line of credit and then a six months loan. It’s a quick and easy process and they're willing to fund your business. We’re definitely going in the right track with National Business Capital.

My loan amount was $450.00 less than what was expected due to fees after paying fees to underwriting and processing. I paid more in fees and interest than expected. I understand the risk factor but paying $850 in fees and $5,000 in interest for a $9,550 loan is a bit much. I will look for financing elsewhere once this loan is paid off.

I got a line of credit with National Business Capital. Applying and receiving the financing was quick. It took one day. I've had very good interaction with them, except one little thing. And I felt ripped-off. I placed an online search and they never told me that they collect by the end of the month. And I get the money seven days. That means my first payment was in seven days, when it should be at 30 - no prorate, no this, no that. And they never told me. So If you're gonna get the money by 29, your first payment is going to be the following day. I can wait another day, and have 20 days left.

So far I have had two loans through National and will most likely continue business with them. They demonstrate quick and timely service, easily signed digital documents, as well as great customer service. I feel that would recommend National in the future.

We were looking to leverage off some of our assets for the proceeds to settle a lawsuit that we had and we were referred to National Business Capital by a business finance broker. Although we applied in several areas, the only one that came through was a working capital credit. Everybody was great to deal with.
