Great experience dealing with Headway, I would like to thank Headway. I was able to finance an electrical contract using the finances from Headway, 2024 was a very bad year for McCloud Electric, today business is thriving, work picked up in 04/2025, the money has not been at the flow point but I know it is on the way.

Put my name and info on the internet like a smarty. This company called me and I listened to their offer. Approved me for 100K line of credit. Was about to go through with it, but the terms were not as they said. Also they are horrible at communicating. They not very professional which made it feel like a scam. Calling me multiple times a day. I decided to back out of the loan and this guy Arron starts arguing and talking down to me like I’m a child. I think there is better money out there. Don’t waste too much time on this one

Well, I'd have to agree that the over the top reviews must be fake. Who would give a 5-star review to anyone who charges 56% APR?! Standard response below, haha, many factors, bla, bla, bla. If you are DESPERATE for cash these guys (dark money?!) can throw you a lifeline. But you'd better have income coming in FAST to pay them back. For sure not for long term capital expenses. Only reason I'm not giving them a 1 star is they do pay out in 24 hrs. That's worth the pain of the interest if you know clients are paying you soon. I needed a short term loan because I had to pay crew in N30 and my clients pay N60. ;(

I work with a business that has had this loan for over two years, and still owes the same amount since the APR was 84%! They were taken advantage of because English is not their first language. It is a very, very shady practice.

Headway Capital was a big mistake. I was offered this funding through a broker and honestly did not really know how any of this worked. The broker told me at any time I could change the term and that the interest rate would be lower once I used the line and made a payment. When I asked Headway that was not true. I was stuck with a very high payment. At that point I contacted them and requested a hardship assistance. They allowed small payments but interest kept accruing and ended up owing way more than was used. (like 5x)

Nearly 90% of these reviews have to be FAKE. This is the worst company to deal with. If you borrow a dollar from them plan on paying back 4 because their rates are ridiculously expensive. Their customer service is horrible. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and uncaring about the hardship this loan will create. You will be worse off than before, there is no upside. It looks like 5 % but it's really 65% interest.

I only got this loan because they said it would help me get a SBA loan. Now I am in a never ending loop. Each payment I make hardly decreases the amount owed and they put a UCC out on my company so I cannot get funding from another lender to pay it off. Let's just say I don't recommend them at all and as soon as I can pay this off I will and I WILL NEVER BORROW ANOTHER DIME FROM HEADWAY.

My experience with Headway & LendingTree was amazing. I was not expecting it to be so simple and fast! There was very little paperwork, I had an approval the same day and funding the day after I signed the agreement.

Finally, entrepreneurs have an ally. Headway Capital is That ally. A credit line with fair monthly draws reasonable rates is a far better ally than any weekly short term loan. Headway capital gives you the tool to finally, make some headway, even uphill or upstream, as you climb your own path toward success.

Initiating contact with support was completed in real-time with a live rep who was courteous and knowledgeable. The online system to update my aged profile was efficient and easy to navigate. Follow-up communication with clear steps also set reasonable and defined expectations. Completing the transaction was equally simple and efficient.

We've been working with Headway Capital for a few months. They are a refreshing change from the norm. They've been professional, courteous, respectful of our time, with zero heavy-handed sales efforts; and ultimately very simple, efficient, and easy to work with. Definitely the kind of company we desire to build a sustained relationship with.

It was quick and effortless. I needed a few draws over a short period of time and I was able to accomplish this in a few minutes.

Headway Capital was easy and quick to work with. They do as they say. You get your money fast. However, you pay dearly for using it. You would think after paying off your line of credit one time that they would start lowering the interest amounts for good payments.

Time of response for pre-aproved was very low, excellent service for the representative and the Team of Headway Capital and quick transfer of found. The Line of credit is the best mechanism for support the business for IT companies.

Their platform made for such a fast and easy lending experience. I do not know why I did not contact them six months ago. It has been a great experience that is made so easy, it is seamless. The website is easy to navigate as well. Because of this, I have never needed to contact customer service. They have done what they said they would and that is important to me.

I highly recommend Headway Capital as a financial backup for small businesses especially during these tough times. The terms are easy which supports an owner in getting money when it is needed quickly. The payment options allow for monthly installments, so it is easy on the budget.

The loan experience was quick and easy, funds delivered on time and rates are what you expect with this type of loan. However, product was misrepresented by Lendio as reporting to Experian Business Bureau. It does not, so this product will not help business credit outside of Headway. If you need cash quickly they do a good job. If you're looking to build business credit it is not the right product.
