This is for all of you who complain when you bring your car into Wal Mart or Jiffy Lube and don't get a good service or the service tech gives you a dirty look or the run around.
Ok. First off these clowns only get paid minimum wage to change your oil or put tires on your car, so do you really think they care about your safety or how much time/wages you have lost? Didn't think so either. So with that said yes they are going to do you dirty. Because they don't care if they lose you as a customer.
Remember they get paid min. wage no matter how many customers they get or lose.

I'm the same that had the problem with the stripped stud. I went back to Walmart have the car fixed. On my way home I noticed a very strange noise from the brake on the same wheel they worked on. The noise got louder and louder and the brakes stopped working as well as they should. I began to smell something burning. It sounded like mechanical brake damage. I called them and told them about the problem. They admitted to working on the brakes.. (I have no idea why) I told them the car was not drivable. The service manager drove a mechanic to my house and fixed the brakes at my place. Something was bent and they had to bend / bang it back into place.
I cannot express how much frustration and time was put into this. I should have just got my tires mounted at Discount. 1. had tires mounted 2. they stripped a stud when mounting 3. next time I went back they refused to rotate / balance tires 4. Had to go back and speak with manager - he agreed to fix 5. Had to call again later and remind them to order the stud 6. they fixed the problem. they cut off part of the stud and rethreaded it. 7. IN the process of fixing it they damaged the brakes. 8. they fixed the brakes. I have no idea how many trips to walmart and how many hours of my time went into this. I got 2 free oil changes in the process. I would not go through it again for a lifetime of free oil changes.

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced at Walmart. A few oil changes later I went back to the same walmart to get the tires rotated and balanced. They said one of your lugnuts is stuck. They said that it was stripped and hammered back on. Refused to work on car. I went back and spoke with a manager. He agreed to fix the stud and gave me a free oil change. However several of the mechanics accused me. It took a lot of self control to keep my cool at that point.
I called later to see if they could fix it they said they'll call back. I'm going up there today to get the stud replaced. Oh yeah, if you pay for the upgraded oil change they don't add power steering fluid. This is one of the nicest walmart's you'll ever see. (nicest part of plano) don't be fooled. Their car service is crap.
I recently got a flat tire. I've got the spare on there but it's a donut and I can't drive much on it. Of course I have to have the stud replaced before anyone will mount the wheel back on the car.

I brought tires, warranties on all tires. My tires are warrantied as long as I own car. I went in to the store to buy a set of tires and the manager said they could not sell them to me or work on my car because of custume rims. They said it was dangerous and they could not be liable. Well they put a tire on free of charge this day. I orginally brought the tires from walmart & they put them on. Now I need more tires and they refuse to do the work. I have brought about three differant sets of tires since the orginal sell. Walmart has put them on. I have wrote a letter to higher management & submitted all my orginal recipts. I have not gotten a reply. This has happened several times. I need tires on my car. Every other day I have to put air in my tires. This is very frustating to me. I did business with walmart, payed for a service & can't get any satisfaction.
this is not safe for me to ride around on this tire and I have kids. What if they blow out. I also had to go to sevral diffrent tire shops for my patch work this has cost me money and contiue to cost me money. When I'm suppose to have warranties which cost me over $200.00 to buy for my car. I missed schol because my tire was flat & walmart did not fix it. All this is documented through receipts in which I have & I have submitted them two times to walmart. I'm wondering if I should contact my attorney & submit these documents to him, since I have no satisfaction from walmart.

I went to wal-mart to buy tires, after about an hour or so I was told they had what I needed, but it was too late for it to be done that evening. I received a Quote for 105.00 per tire. I Went back the next day and presented the QUOTE. They started the work and after about an hour and a half, I was informed it would be an additional 20.00 per tire. I was told Quote ment Nothing. I am in buisness myself and if I give a QUOTE, I have to honor it. If I am told what it will cost, that is what I expect to pay.
I lost 4 hours pay @ $40.00 each for nothing. I will no longer be shopping Wal-mart!

Daughter took her 2006 Honda Civic Si in for an oil change, all was well, for the first 2 weeks. By the end of the second week, her engine was blown. Seems there was oil leaking from the valve cover, causing the engine to lose oil. Local garage did an estimate, noticed valve cover had been loosened, for what reason, we have no idea. Walmart technicians were the only ones who had access to the engine compartment. car had never been worked on, except for regular maintenance. Oil level was full on pre-service oil check, which meant the oil was not leaking before the oil change.
It's gonna cost over $6,000. to put a used engine in this 'less than 3 year old' vehicle. Of course, Walmart denies any negligence on their part. Assistant manager offered no solutions for her dilemma, just blew her off. I called and asked why did he not offer to take her statement, or suggest her filing a claim, or review the video. Now he will have the video reviewed. We will have to wait and see.
Economic--- over $6,000.00 to replace the engine with a used one, not to mention towing services, time lost from work. When my daughter [car] broke down, she had her 8 month old baby girl with her. She has had to borrow a friend's vehicle to get to work. It's gonna cost more money that what we should have to pay, this causes much stress on our part.

My father is 67 years old. He was traveling home yesterday from Emporia VA when his back tire blew. This tire has three huge holes in it. Luckily, it did not kill him. He had just come off of a main highway driving 60mph. It was all he could do to get it over. He went to walmart this morning where he purchased the tires. They told him they could only give him $20 off of a new one. This is ubsurd! We are in fear of the other three. The set is bad and Walmart refuses to help! We need help!

I needed a battery for my Saturn minivan, went to Walmart, purchased a battery. Battery was installed and we were on our way, recently we started having a problem with our van not wanting to start, and took it back to Walmart after getting a battery warning light on the dash. At Walmart we discovered the battery cable was connected wrong and caused the cable to melt and as a result blow the fuse that controls the battery, this is the same Walmart that installed the battery and a technician informed me that this was their fault as the cable was not connected properly causing it to burn.
I was not offered resolution but told I had to file a claim and their company would decide wheter or not they were liable for the problem and if they would pay for the repairs to my vehicle. I can not operate the vehicle because of the damage the bad cable has caused to the vehicle and the damage is a direct result of them not doing the connecting properly. Now I have had to have my vehicle towed to a repair facility where they will have to correct the damage Walmart has done to my vehicle at MY expense. As I wait to find out whether or not Walmart will accept liability for their technician screwing up my vehicle.
I have recently lost my home and a vehicle due to being unemployed, I now am employed and was able to finance this vehicle however we are still economically strained and I do not have the money to shell out for these repairs. We are right now living paycheck to paycheck and am without a vehicle due to the fact this was the only one we own right now. I do not at this time know the extent of the damage this burnt cable may have done to my engine if any but do know I don't have the funds to correct the problem and Walmart wants me to cover it out of my pocket and attempt to seek reimbursement from them at that time without guarantee they will pay for their mistake.

I went to Wal-mart tire and lube in Junction City, KS to get a full service oil change. The only reason I wanted the full service oil change is because I had a low tire and I wanted my carpet vacuumed. When I arrived they suggested I get my fuel injectors cleaned. They told me it cost an extra $20 for the fuel injector cleaning however you get a $20 mail in rebate. I agreed to get the fuel system cleaned.
When I paid for my service they failed to give me the $20 mail in rebate. They also failed to vacuum my carpet and my tires were still low. I called Wal-mart tire and lube and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Jessica the manager. I told her what happened. She asked me if the receipt said they checked the tire pressure and vacuumed. I told her it did. She told me if its on the receipt the did it. She accused me of lying and told me to bring the car back in the next day. The wal-mart is over 30 miles from my house. I am not going to drive 60 miles to get a tire filled that should of been done to begin with.
I had to go to the local service station and pay $2 to get my tire aired up.(No my tire does not have a major leak I filled it 2 days ago and its still fine, so it could not have leaked out on the way home.) I also went to a local car wash and had to clean the carpet for an other $2. All this should of been included in my $68 wal-mart service! As for the $20 rebate they told me I would get, well I still never got it.

This morning I had a flat tire at a fast food restaurant near the above mentioned Wal Mart Location, I had AAA Tow me to Wal Mart to get my tire repaired or replaced upon arrival I told them my peoblem, and was told the tire was unrepairable,I agreed with the Mechanic and proceeded to shop for a new tire, after a few minutes I was shown some tires that were suppose to be the correct one for my truck so I agreed to have them installed, after looking over the new tires I noticed the load range was load range C, which is far too light duty for my service truck so I asked them to look for some load range E tires, like the one that was bad and they were located in the store and I agreed to have them installed on my truck,
I wanted them installed on the front and they told me that it would be against the law to install the Two new tires on the front so I decided to only replace one tire so I could get it installed on the front, and was told I could come back tomarrow and get the other one installed, I guess these guys think I am stupid I promise to never buy another item from Wal Mart,
if I would have agreed to have the first set of tires installed I would have probably had a bolwout because my GVW is 9300lbs and the tires that they selected had a GVW of far less since my truck has a service body and was sold as a cab and chassis and has a higher GVW than the first tires they were trying to sell me,
after checking with a commercial Highway Patrol Officer that lives near me he told me he never heard of such a thing and in his opinion it would be better to install them on the front since blowing out a front tire makes the truck harder to control than blowing a rear tire, I agree with his statement,

On Monday, July 28, 2008, at about 10:15 AM, I visited the Wal-Mart Automotive Department in Stuart, Florida to purchase two (2) tires for my Chevy Astro van. I met with MIKE and after I told him that I needed to replace my two rear tires (because they were bold and one had a lump on it). MIKE refused to sell me the tires 205 70R15 because the van had 215 70R15 tires on it. He told me that I would have to replace all four tires (my front tires were almost new and did not need to be replaced).
MIKE insisted that my Chevy van came with 205 size tires and not 215. I explained to MIKE that I needed the two rear tires real bad and that I was asking him to sell me two (legal size tires, size 205 NOT 215), he said no because by Wal-Mart policy he is required to make all my tires legal size. MIKE's tactics reflect a negative impact on Wal-Mart Automotive and was evident as the Automotive Bays were empty.
MIKE caused me to drive away with bold tires (again, one had a lump on it--ready to blow) and instead of thinking safety for his customer, he was thinking I need to sell more tires. Two females (mother & daughter) witnessed MIKE's actions (he was trying to talk them into having something else done to their vehicle but they told him that they only wanted an oil change).

My wife regularly took her van to Walmart in Pinellas Park, Fl for oil changes. After one of the oil changes, I noticed oil dripping under the van onto the concrete driveway. Upon looking under the van I could see fresh oil dripping from several places. We returned the van immediately and the first one to look at it reported that he could see any dripping oil. A second mechanic checked and found that the drain plug had not been tightened.
My wife drives 30 miles one way to work across a 5 mile long bridge. The engine would have been destroyed due to losing the oil on her way to work. Walmart was apologized and assured us that it would not happen again.
Six months later the same thing happened. The drain plug was not tightened. Once again, as she was backing out to go to work, I happened to be outside and noticed a large puddle of oil on the driveway. Immediately she returned the van to Walmart and they tightened the oil plug. This time I asked to speak to a manager, but he was tied up in a meeting.
A day later, when I finally got to speak to the manager, he was very uncaring and acted like it was no big deal, that accidents sometimes happen. I pointed out that this was the second time this same thing had occured and that had I not been able to detect the oil leak, the van's engine would have been destroyed. He shrugged this off as if this was not important. I informed him that after several years of using Walmart's service we would be taking the van elsewhere for oil changes. His reply was a little disturbing. He said, Well, do what you have to do. Walmart has lost a good customer and we do not hesitate to tell others who are using Walmart's service what happened to us.

I have been noticing a noise coming from the left rear tire of my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue. I jacked up the car and spun the tire and noticed that it was obvious out of round. The tires on my car were purchased as a set of 4 from Wal-Mart store #2991 in Cedar Park, TX, on 12/31/05. Although I have put 34,295 miles on the tires since then, they still have plenty of tread. Tread depth was measured as 6/32 on all the good tires and 10/32 on the defective tire.
I brought the car to the Georgetown Wal-Mart this morning to replace the tire. I had purchased the tire protection plan (receipt is attached). At first, there seemed to be no problem and they began to work on the car. I was called in later and told that my rim was bent. The serviceman, Jonathan #3687, tried to demonstrate this by spinning the tire while observing a reference point next to the rim. It actually looked pretty straight to me, while the tire itself was obviously out of round as could be seen without the aid of a reference point. I see no bearing of a minute imperfection in the rim on that obvious problem. After he was unable to demonstrate that the rim was bent, Jonathan then tried to convince me that the reason the tire was out of round was because I had not had the tires rotated and rebalanced. I would have to buy a new tire outright.
I know that tires can wear unevenly if they are not rotated, but this is wear on the inside or outside compared with the wear on the opposite side of the tread. It does not cause tires to be out of round. If it did, then all 4 tires would be out of round because none had been rotated. In my case, one tire was obviously out of round and the other 3 were just fine. Balance was not a problem because the tires were still in balance. There was no vibration, only some noise from the defective tire. I do not choose to rotate or rebalance my tires provided they do not go out of balance.
I accept the reduced lifetime in return for not spending extra time at the tire store. Even with this practice of not rotating tires, I am not accustomed to seeing tires go out of round on my vehicles. I believe that my tire was defective and was coming apart internally and would have failed catastrophically had I continued to drive on it. The tire was not out of round when I bought it.
A tire that is changing shape is structurally unsound and is an unsafe tire. I believe that the store is putting its customers at risk for refusing to honor warranties on obviously dangerous tires and is defrauding its customers by requiring them to purchase replacements for unsafe, warrantied tires at full price. I feel that the auto department at Georgetown #1303 does not care for the safety of their customers.

To Wal-Mart On 7-17-2008 I had two tires put on my Saturn at the Wal-Mart in Shreveport store # 0450, after they were installed I took the car home were it stayed until I drove it to work on 7-21-2008, when work was over I walked out to my car and to my surprise I had a flat tire, I then changed the tire out and went back to the Wal-Mart were I bought the tires had a total of 20 miles on the tires, the tire tech should me that it had a busted bead from either when Wal-Mart mounted it our it was from the vendor either way it had to be replaced.
This is were it gets good, the tire tech comes to me and states that he does not have a tire that will match so he says that he will have to put on a another brand I ask if was going to change out the other side so that they will match he stated no that when the other side goes out I can match them up then. I sated that I wanted both sides to match he stated thats the best they can do.
So now I have a Goodyear on one side and a Unaroyal on the other. So now I am not happy about this but I think that I will just take it up with the manager so I go in to get my keys and the store clerk states that I have to pay another $9.50 for road hazard on the tire they just put on I stated I paid for the road hazard on the bad tire they put on that only had 20 miles on it , I stated that I should not have to pay for road for hazard again for them putting a bad tire on they should have never had of put the tire on to begin with, the Clark stated I could pay for the road hazard again or not have road hazard on the tire they just put on.
I would like two tires that match and I wont my money back for the road hazard that I paid for the 1st time and now I would like restitution for the aggravation that Wal-Mart has put me through. Thank you,

I brought my 2002 Ford Mustang V6 Hardtop into Walmart for an oil change. I had brought my car here several times before when visiting friends in the area because there is less wait time and my oil change gets done faster than the WalMarts in Indiana. I dropped the car off and went to run some errands and came back to pick up the car an hour or so later. When I picked up the car, the girl at the checkout noted on my receipt that when the mechanic had put down my window and then tried to put it back up, the window wouldn't go back up and they think it might be the fuse or the motor and they just wanted to let me know. Of course, not having had a problem with this before and having just used my window at a drive-thru the day before I was shocked and disconcerted to here this.
I went out to my car and sure enough the window would not go up no matter how many times I pressed the button. So I went back in and asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out and tried to make light of the situation (which I did not find comforting nor helpful) and tried the button himself and then him and another young male mechanic popped the hood and looked at the fuse box. When that appeared to be ok, they looked under the steering column at the fuse there and then proceeded to guess what was wrong. The young male mechanic said "it looks like its the motor because the other window is going up and down just fine and it's a shared relay". So the manager then offered to call some local automotive parts places for estimates on the motor. I immediately said, "whoa, what does all this mean?!" still in shock from having just dropped off my car from an oil change and then receiving my car with a malfunction. They then said that I would most likely need to replace the motor at my own expense. That's when I really lost it.
I asked why I was expected to fix something they broke? They then told me they weren't responsible for it because it had nothing to do with the oil change and that the motor could have been ready to go out. I told them I hadn't had any previous problems with my windows and that I had a hard time repairing something that happened when the car was in their care that worked fine just the day before. The manager basically told me I was ****outta luck. So I asked exactly how I was supposed to repair the window when it was a Sunday and everything was closed. His suggestion was to park it at a friend's house and take it first thing tomorrow morning. I told him that there were several things wrong with that seeing as none of my friends had a garage in which to secure the car and that I did not feel safe leaving my car parked anywhere when my drivers side window was down giving anyone a chance to steal from my car and the car itself.
The manager just replied that Bloomington wasn't like Indianapolis and crime wasn't bad here, to just take out what I didn't want stolen. I then told him the weather report said it was going to rain and that I had no way to protect my interior from the rain w/the window down and no garage to put it in. And he said, well I'd have to say your timing is just bad with all this happening on a Sunday. I was so exasperated and frustrated that he was so non-chalant about this happening and it being their doing. So I told him, how could it not be their fault when if the window wasn't part of the oil change, what were they doing putting it down in the first place? His response was that it was OSHA to have a window down when a car was brought into the bay area. So I told him, that that did in fact make it part of the oil change then. He then reiterated that I would need to pay for the repair an Walmart was not responsible.
So I asked to speak to the store manager. She came out and told me there was nothing for them to do that all they could do is file a claim with their insurance and wait to see what they said. She then called her "co"-manager to "back her up". So I told her that I would like to file a claim. That turned into a fiasco of me going from the Customer Service desk back to the Auto Dept so I could watch my car because it was in an open lot an not secured and being from out of town I had items in the trunk. Sonny, the initial manager I dealt with then told me that I needed to not be so paranoid, that Bloomington was not Indianapolis. After waiting almost 20mins for them to figure out where the claim forms were and which one to use,
Sonny finally came back and we sat outside (in the 90 degree humidity and heat) to fill out the form. He obviously did not know what he was doing and I had to (on several occassions) correct him on filling out the form to correctly reflect the incident. After filling out the form (of which I never got a copy, even though I requested one) and them allegedly faxing it to the insurance company (I never saw this, I was just told it was faxed), I was told CMI (their insurance company) would contact me, though they couldn't say when, and they would review video of the incident to see if WalMart was at fault. I spent 2.5hrs after picking up my car dealing with this and during the entire ordeal not a single employee or manager said they were sorry or offered me any sort of compensation.
Every single employee I interacted with treated me like I was overreacting and acted like they did not understand why I was so upset. I don't understand how WalMart practices business, but a customer should not go in for a $30 oil change and leave with $200 worth of estimated repairs done at the hands of one of their employees and be left with nothing more than "sorry bout ya" and an attitude of disdain and bother that the customer was raising questions and demanding answers.
Aside from the emotional aggravation and stress of dealing with the poor customer service and having to demand to speak to manager after manager and demand to file a claim, the damage that resulted is potentially upwards of a $200 (parts and labor) repair of the driverside window motor, potential loss of property from the vehicle, potential loss of the vehicle, and storm damage to the driver side interior from the rainstorms later that day.

Well 12:30 came around and they finally were done and they said my fuel injection kit went fine. I paid for it and started my truck up and then my check engine light was on. I went back in their and told them about it and they said to just fill my truck up with gas and see how that does.
I dont want to be driving around with my check engine light on. Its my ass if something breaks not theirs. On Sunday June 29, 2008, I took my truck to Wal Mart in Clermont for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. There was one other car in the bay area getting new tires. I was told that my truck would be ready in about one hour. I returned to the service in one hour and waited about 20 more minutes for them to finish. They were training new technicians.
I have made a habit of checking under the hood after each oil change. I've heard horror stories about loose or missing filters, lost caps, and tools left in the engine area. I lifted the hood and found that the coolant feed hose was loose. A technician happened to be standing next to me and I looked closer to find that the connection stem to the radiator was broken. I pointed this out and the technician reported it to the trainer.
I completed an incedent report before leaving the Clermont, FL, Wal Mart. This only brought hostility from the technicians, trainer and managers. Sammy the Assistant Manager over Automotive came out and looked at the radiator but never said anything to me. He instructed the crew to reveiw the video and left. Then Jodi demanded the incident report.
The rediator must be replaced. The estimate given to WalMart is for $594.00. Definetly a hardship on me. Wal Mart denied my claim. I advise every person I meet not to get automotive service from Wal Mart.

The end of May I went to my Walmart Tire and Lube center to have all four of my tires replaced. I drop my car off and am told it'll be about an hour. Not a problem. I go into the store an pick up some items I needed before coming back to wait in the waiting area. I am there four hours for them to change my tires. I live just down the street and go straight home as I worked in the morning and it's now past 10 p.m.
The next morning I start my way to work when I hear what I thought was the tire rubbing on the passenger side. I get to work and check the tire but find no heat and no signs of rubbing. I contact Walmart that day and they said to bring it back in and they'd look at it. I do so and they can find nothing wrong and I'm told that I can come back the next day in the morning to talk to one of their head mechanics. I work morning hours for the next two days, unhappily driving on this loud tire before I get back in.
The head mechanic says she can find nothing wrong either and I should take it to Les Schwab and see if I need an alignment. They did opt to rotate tires to see if it helped at all. It didn't. I go to Les Schwab, they find nothing but a bent rim, which isn't causing the noise, I have it changed and away I go. Noise still intact. My parents came to visit and my father, a hobbyist mechanic goes over the tire as well. As a last ditch effort to figure it out we check the pressure. The drivers side tire is at 85psi and the tire limit is 44psi. I had not put air in these tires after getting them changed, I hadn't done anything to them which means the pressure is what it was when I left walmart.
For supposed professionals they didn't give me very good service on my car and I could have died from the fact that they were negligent. I will never be going to Walmart for tires again. Ever.

I have been putting gas at this WalMart Gas Station for almost 2 years now. It's on the way to work (convenient) and cheaper than most other gas stations. My concern is that the gas is contaminated! My fuel Pump just went out on my VW Beetle and the Service Manager said the gas may be contaminated, so they tested it and it WAS contaminated. I'm wondering if that's why the gas is cheaper? It's a concern, and I'm not sure how to investigate this.
New fuel pump. I also had 3/4 of a tank which they had to drain out. A new fuel pump costs $510-definitely a financial hardship for us

In December 2007 I purchased a set (4) of Goodyear LS Eagle tires from Walmart. I also had the tires installed paying an additonal amount of $1.75 per tire to install to valve stems. At work on June 23, 2008 received a call from the security office that right front passenger tire was flat.
Called auto tow service to two SUV down to tire store to replair flat. At the tire store technician informed me that tire was flat not because of nail or foreign object, but because the old valve stem caused the air to leak out and that the tire had to be replaced because I had ruined the tire by driving when the tire was low on air.
HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW TIRE AT A COST OF $220.78 AND I REPLACED ALL OF THE OLD VALVE STEMS IN THE REMAINING TIRES.

I had an oil change in the past at wal-mart and later that day, my truck began to sputter. I looked at the receipt and noticed that they put the wrong type of oil in my vehicle. I had to go somewhere else and have my oil rechanged. they said I was lucky that my engine didn't lock up. Today, a year later, I decided to give them another try. I specifically told the lady that came out (aftetr 15 min.) to ask whet I needed, that i wanted the $19 oil change with 5W30 oil. I then went into the store to pick up some things.
In an hour I went to check on my vehicle. It took another 15 minutes before it was done (there was not another vehicle in front of mine either). I paid $25 and looked at my recepit. Believe it or not, they put the wrong oil in my truck again. I brought this to their attention and they just said we need your keys. I had to wait another 30 minutes, only to be charged another $13! The manager came to make the changes on the register and did not say anything to me, like I'm sorry for the inconvenience, or let me give you a discount, or don't worry about the additional fee! I caution anyone who gets their oil changed at wal-mart!

This is to report a complaint with the Wal-Mart automobile services in store # 2119 located in Milpitas, CA. I took my vehicle (97 Honda Accord) to be serviced and was told to leave the car in the oil change queue? and go register inside the store for services. I requested the following services to be done on my car 1. Oil Change, 2. Air Filter Change, 3. New battery (replacement). My service order was taken at 6/7/08 3:57 PM.
After nearly two hours of waiting I went out and checked and saw that my car was parked in the parking lot which is where cars are parked once the service has been completed. So I went in to make the payment and pick up my car. The cashier checked my order she said it was not completed yet and was still being worked on. I told her that if my car is being worked on why is it not in the queue or in the shop. She could not answer my question nor did she try to help me or follow up.
I went outside and met one of the automotive technicians who was helping another customer (he was probably the supervisor or manager of the automotive services area). I brought this to his attention. He told me he will follow up and asked me to go inside the store. He showed up after nearly 15 minutes and told me that I had parked my car in the parking lot and should have left it in the queue. I explained to him that I had indeed left the car in the queue not the parking lot but he kept saying thats not what they are telling me?. Indicating it was my fault.
I went outside to make sure they were working on my car and I would not loose any more time. The technician who drove my car in to the shop then continued blaming me for not parking my car in the queue. Eventually, they figured out that somebody? changed my car battery and thought the work order was done and parked the car outside. No further explanation or apology was offered.
Finally, I was told all service on my car was completed and I made the payment at around 7:00 PM (more than 3 hours later). But the complaint does not stop here. As I drove out with my family and stopped at a store about 10 miles away I noticed that there was smoke coming out of my car hood. I opened the hood and saw two problems 1. A plastic vent? very close to the battery was loose and out of its place. 2. The rod? that is used to hold the hood up was also not placed back in its resting slot and was loose. Once I put the vent and the rod in its place the car was fine. No more smoke.
It was an outright frustrating experience for me and the fact that the car was handed to me in a very dangerous manner is a serious concern. If I have driven further without stopping at the store possibly my car could have been on fire or further jeopardized endangering my familys lives. I find this kind of service totally unacceptable, hazardous and the staff lacking all accountability. I expect WalMart ensures once the work is completed the car be checked for any such safety issues before handing the car back to the customer.
Time lost (nearly 3 hours) when the work could have been completed in 1 hour. We were upset that Wal-mart would not accept their fault and were blaming us for not leaving the car in the queue. Finally, the safety hazaard. I still need to determine if the smoke that came out has any negative impact on my car.

I use Walmart for the quick enviroment and convinance. My last episode with thier tire center was horrible but I struck it up as a bad experiance. This morning at 11:50 am I dropped my vehicle for a oil change and a tire to be mounted on the right rear due to the fact the tire I had on the vehicle had a plug in the sidewall until I could afford another tire because I live alone and on a disability check only. My Physical conditions leave me in a position that I can niether sit nor stand for long periods of time. The customer center was full of people and there were only three hard school like chairs in the area anyway. I walked the store as long as I could; I came back to the center. My vehicle was not ready. There was no place to sit so I went outside and found a chiar to sit in.
After sitting for a period of time and relizing my vehicle had yet to be even brought in for service; I walked the store again. After returning to the Car Center agian,my vehicle had still yet to be taken care of or even brought in. There was an empty chair in the center so I sat for a period of time. After no longer being able to sit, I again walked the store. My third time around and over two hours later I AGAIN went back to the center where it appeared they were completing my vehicle. NO ONE offered any apology for the time consumed nor my inconvinance.By this time I was COMPLETELY worn out and in major pain. I paid my $35.21 ticket and came directly home. I noticed both right tires appeared to be low in air pressure and looked at them closely. There were still plugs in both right side vehicle tires. I was angry however totally exhausted and could not make another trip back to the store.
After entering my home I looked at my ticket and saw that they had replace the driver's side tire; which was a perfectly fine tire! Then made notice that the two tires on the passanger side were unsafe due to plugs. My daughter called the tire center and explained how I was handicapped and I could not be put thru the ringer like this. No Manager was on duty for the tire center and they explained they had three techs. walk out on them today. This is no excuse. They did however offer at my conviniance to change the tires at no cost.
My Husband later took my vehicle to the store to have the tires put on correctly. They did what they were suppose to do and might I add at no cost. However, after being promised that once the vehicle got to the center they would get it in immediately; again sat for a total of 53 minutes for them to switch the tires over. He spoke with the store Manager being that no Tire Center Manager was available on Saturday and no one knew his phone # nor how to get hold of him. The Manager of the store only offered a mere ( I'm sorry.)
After arriving back home I had to take medications for the pain I was in, not to mention being exhausted. This put me in bed for 5 hours and making me miss a wedding that I was to be present at. The fuel back and forth of my cost in which my vehicle had to be taken back for the correct repairs. A total of over 4 hours in travel time and thier repair time to get the vehicle right. Thier customer service center needs to be more handicap equipted and more than a few VERY uncomfortable chairs available to customers.

Well like so many other complaints that I have read I was in need of 4 new tires. My father was helping me purchase them so we were calling around to compare prices. Well that is like comparing apples to oranges, they are round. I have been told recently that Wal-mart's tires that bare the name Goodyear are just that a name not a product of. I spent almost $400 on the tires and all that goes with the purchase along with the road hazard. I only have 14,000 miles on my tires but they told me I had well over 34,000. I had to do the math for them and that stopped their line of defense. The location in Blue Springs has a waiting time of 3 hours to have your tires rotated and balanced. It does not matter the day of the week or the time of day that you arrive. The men that work on the cars, are also the ones who run the register most of the time and they must have very little training to do so.
The first time I took my car in I waited for about 2 hours when they called me and told me they could not rotate my tires because they did not have the key to my locking lug nuts. When I saw my van they had every compartment opened and had searched through them. This made me feel violated and I wasn't sure why I was not called before they searched through all my stuff. They had been given my key along with my van keys when I checked in. My total wait time that night was 3 hours and 20 min. When I picked up the van they said, "sorry but we broke the key to your lug nuts". Wow when did that happen? Were they lucky and got all 4 tires off and rotated and then back on before that happend?
Only after I asked who is paying for the key did they offer to buy me a new one. I of course had to go buy it and then bring in my receipt to prove I bought it. The second time I took the van in at 4:30 and again I was told the same amount of wait time about 3 hours. I was told that they have to do the oil changes first because they offer the drive through service. The more people they pull for oil changes the fewer there are for tires.
Finally at about 7:30 I checked on the van and they told me it would be at least another hour making it a total of 4 hours wait time. I hadn't been home from work and had 2 children at home who hadn't eaten or seen their mother. I told them I would have to call and see if I could get a ride to pick me up. I worked it out and told them I would wait. They told me I would have to go at the bottom of the list. I was furious. I went home and called for the store manager Dave K. He is never available and does not return phone calls. I went back the next night and talked with a manager and told her what happened. She worked me in but I still waited about 1 hour. She said it is no excuse but they can't hire and keep help in automotive.
Well then maybe Wal-mart should quit taking consumers money for a product and warranty they can't service. When I left my car seemed to be bouncing and the steering wheel was shaking and over the next couple of days it became worse. I returned to Wal-mart and once again waited to have the tires looked at. They said there was nothing wrong with the tires and I had an alignment problem. I left and went to another dealership and had my alignment checked. they told me the alignment was fine but I had a bad belt on the drivers front tire. Then within about 2 days my driver side rear tire was flat. I aired it up drove to wal-mart and asked for the manager. He looked at my tire said the belt was bad and they would replace it for $55 dollars and there was nothing wrong with the back tire that had been flat. He could take care of it in a couple hours they were short help.
I left and started to make phone calls. I was told after a week and many calls that they would give me back $175. I had to go down and pick it up and of course go over it all again wait for someone to try and figure out how to give me the money even though they had the message to return the money to me. I had to settle for $170 and when I went to purchase 2 tires at another dealer they said that the other 2 tires will need to be replaced before long. Why is Wal-mart being allowed to continue with this type of false advertising and lack of customer care. I feel that all my money should have been refunded. Get the word out that Wal-mart is not a savings to the consumer.

On May 25 2008 (Sunday), I went to this store for an oil-change. When I went back to get the car back and to pay, they said I had an oil-leak so they could not change the oil. Gave the key back to me. I drove back home, 5 miles away.
Tuesday morning I drove to the doctor's office and JUST BY CHANCE got to look at the front side, and saw that oil was POURING out of my car. I opened the hood and guess what. They had forgotten to put the cap back on. When the engine became hot all the oil was boiling and evaporating, and there was almost none left in the system. The oil-vapor got everywhere in the front of the car - the engine, the radiator - and all the parts. There were small puddles of oil here and there, which could start a fire if I hadn't noticed it, and run the car further.
Thank God I did notice and I had a whole big can (new, which I had bought just a few days before - from Wal-Mart, and I still have the receipt) of engine oil in my boot. I had to pour almost all of it in, to get back to an acceptable level. And I had a rag with which I quickly cleaned the bigger part of the mess, and headed for the doctor.
After I came home I called the store manager who said his name was something like Mckenzie K. (I don't know if I spelled it correctly). I told him what had happened. He said he would take care of the situation (whatever that meant - I didn't bother to ask him because I assumed he would act like a gentleman and do what he should have done). He asked me for a contact number (I gave him my cell number) and said he would get back to me later that afternoon. And he never did.
First and foremost, I was at severe danger. Anyone who drives a car would understand this. And this could have caused immense economic and physical damage. I had to use the whole can of engine-oil. I had to ask someone to clean the whole front-part of the car.

In the spring of 2006, I took my car for a routine oil change at Hampstead Wal-Mart. I had previously had my car serviced there and never had a problem before. The young man who waited on me took my info, keys, and told me my car would be ready in about 45 minutes to an hour. My fiance and I did not have any shopping to do at Wal-Mart that day, so we walked to a neighboring sub shop to pass the time. An hour later, we returned to the Wal-mart auto center, and there were no employees to be found in that department. We waited about 20 minutes at the counter and still no employees showed up to assist us or ask us if we were waiting to pick up the car.
Finally, we decided to track down an employee from another department to see if they could call an employee from the auto center over to assist us. While passing the electronics section, we spotted the employee who had helped us before. However, he was standing in a group of fellow auto employees, playing the video game Guitar Hero in the aisle that houses the video games. We stood next to them for a few minutes to see if he would notice us and ask if we were ready to pick up my car, but he did not look over.
Finally, my fiance walked closer to the group and said, "Excuse me, sir, we've been waiting for over an hour for my fiance's car; can we pick it up now?" The employee looked over at us with an incredulous expression and said "Hey MAN. I've been trying to page you guys for about an hour. We can't work on your car, there's a really bad, dangerous oil leak and we're not allowed to touch it. You shouldn't drive your car like that. And you should really get your oil changed more often, it's a little over the due date."
I was aware that the oil had needed to be changed, but at the time I was a college student (ie. broke and pressed for time). However, I was taken aback by this employee's bad attitude and the fact that he was so unwilling to help. I was also TERRIFIED to drive my car, thinking that something horrible might happen in the 50 mile commute taking my fiance back to his dorm and then back to my house! I was crying and shaking and even phoned home to see what I should do.
Needless to say, I made it home alright. The next day, I took my car to Sears to see if they could fix the problem and/or change my oil. When I picked up my car, they acted like everything was normal and told me what I owed them. I asked, "But what about the dangerous oil leak? I'm surprised you guys were able to work on my car!" They looked at me and said "What oil leak? You don't have an oil leak. Why would you think that? We were able to change your oil just fine. Granted, you were a little overdue for an oil change and should probably come in more often, but there was nothing horribly wrong with your car."
I have not dealt with Wal-Mart's auto center since.

Bought new tires with Walmart. When I purchased them I had them include rotation and balance free for the future of the tires. I was in accident and paralyzed but am mobile today thanks to good surgeons, but my neck is fused. This will tie in with the rest of my story. I was foolish enough to think that if there were any issues with my tires they would tell me when I come for oil change and rotation and balance every 3000 miles. Now, since I cant bend to look under the truck at my tires, I was told by someone that one of my front tires was getting smooth and these are still pretty new. Maybe back about 3 previous oil changes I even asked a service manager to take a tire depth gauge and check my tires. He reported to me that they were wearing evenly.
So, I asked the service manager, Do you offer alignment here and he said No. I replied, OK so it that why I have a bald tire now and nobody ever told me it was happening. All he said was I am sorry sir. I told him, Well you have the usual 2 hours plus to figure out what you can do about it. I feel the store owes me tires. I am depending on them to report to me about my tires since they rotate and balance them so often. Not to mention that everytime I go in to have service I spend at least 2 hours waiting and I realize thier plans. They do it intentionally so you will buy things in the store while you wait. I was even told that by a competitor that I went to and spoke with for my next tire purchase and oil service.
To end this, the service manager made sure he wasnt around when my vehicle was finished and ready. Now I am stuck with it. Unable to depend on the tires to take my family on the road. Sounds like good terms to get a lawyer maybe. Unsafe for family. 400 dollars for new tires. Vehicle driven once per week so tires are practically brand new.

I went to have my normal oil change with Wal-mart on10/10/07, they put the wrong weight of oil in my car. It takes 5w/20w, they put 10w30w. A sales rep. informed me after they had completed the oil change and I notified the manager and he told me that it did not matter. So, I left Wal-mart furious. The next oil change which was in 2/07/08, again, I went back to Wal-mart (stupid me), and this time, they ended up breaking the oil filter housing unit as well as not changing out the O ring.
I took the my 2006 Sonata back to the manager on 2 occasion, the first time after pleading and insisting that the oil change was not done correctly because I had started noticing puddles of oil on the ground; the manager changed the oil and tighten the oil filter after making the comment that they do not change those type of oil filter that I had to have brought it in when it clearly stated on receipt that Oil filter was done. Long story short, I'm out of $540 for lost of usage of vehicle, transportation to pick up vehicle that was towed to nearby dealership since was still under warranty,
The dealership's mechanic stated that the problem was that O ring was not changed and that the housing unit had been broken off. The manager wanted to reimburse me just for the oil change, but I said NO DEAL, he immediately put in a claim with their insurance, but he said that it will not be approved because I should have brought my vehicle to him prior to having someone work on it. Well, I did as a matter of fact 2 times and the second time he took pictures, diagnosed it to be the Oil sensing Unit was broken and pointed me to the Dealership at this point what was I to do.
My vehicle started making rattling sound that luckly was under warranty, due to the oil being so low. I ended up losing 8 hours of loss time from work (160.00), $52,72 for oil filter and oil change, 38.00 for bus ticket to pick up vehicle that was towed some 120 miles to nearest dealership, bumping a ride for 3 weeks that cost me $250. and gas to return which was (52.00)

A few years back (at approx 102,000 miles) I purchased 4 tires from Wal-Mart with the Tire Protection Plan (an additional 7.50 per tire). The plan was supposed to give me a 60,000 mile warranty on the tires.
Then today one of the tires goes flat. I inspected the tire and noticed it went flat due to normal wear. All of the 3 other tires are worn also. My car has approx 140,000 miles now. So, I've only had these tires for about 38,000 miles, when the warranty says they are covered for 60,000 miles.
I take the tires to Wal-Mart Tire center (the same one I purchased them from) and the technician tells me the wear is from mis-allignment, so they cannot give me anything for the warranty (I have my warranty receipt). The trouble I have with this is that I had my car alligned at 111,000 miles (about 9,000 miles after I bought the tires from them), and it is obvious that the tires are worn significantly on both sides. The tire that went flat did go flat on the inside, but both sides of all the tires were significantly worn (and not going to make it to 60,000 miles). This is just a convienent excuse to use, so they do not have to honor their warranty. Beware! I will not go to Wal-Mart Auto centers anymore.
I ended up paying $360.00 for a new set of tires, and wasted money on purchasing a protection plan that they wont honor.

The tires had to be ordered and would cost about $200 each.
I was told that I would have to go elsewhere to have the struts repaired. I didn't have my credit card on me so they did the paperwork for the tires and I said I would come back later to pay for them so they could be ordered.
I then took my car to an independent mechanic who laughed when I told him what Walmart had said about the struts. He looked at my tires and said that yes, the one with the bulge does have a broken belt and needs to be replaced. But the struts were fine and all the front tires needed were to be rotated.
So on to tiebreaking opinion #3....
I go to another large store with an automotive dept. with a fairly good rep. They take the time to put my car up on lifts, look at the tires and the suspension and confirm what mechanic #2 had said - one tire needed. Bad news was they found that a wheel bearing also needs replaced - I had had a lot of vibration and loud noise for about a week and that explained it.
They were able to order a tire for $133 - Walmart would have ended up costing me over $400 for 2 tires, one of which I didn't need. (Bad news is that the wheel bearing has to be ordered thru the dealer for $177...... but this seems to be a legit repair). Mechanic #3 didn't seem surprised when I told him my Walmart story, apparently he had heard it before. Someone needs to put a stop to their ripoff routines.....

I took my vehicle (2007 Chrysler 300) into Walmart to get an oil change, it took some time, but with many vehicles I can understand. Now, about 2 months later, my wife tells me she sees an oil spot underneath the car. I went under my vehicle and check it out, and my oil pan nut was so loose it was about to fall off. There was NO oil in my NEW car and it's a lease. If she had not noticed it I'm sure it would have ruined the vehicle, if it hasn't already! I will never go to walmart for a oil change again. I had called them up about it and they said if I had noticed it earlier they would have fixed it but it's been so long (about 2 months & only 1000 miles later) that they can't be sure it was because of their employees.

Wal-Mart changed my oil and either put in two much oil or didn't drain it all out, I don't know since I was not in the shop. I took the car back because it was leaking oil. I thought at this time that they just left something loose. As it turned out, it had way too much oil in it. So they drained it out and put the correct amount of oil in the engine. After that they cleaned the engine and watched for leaks. Two techs told me that it was leaking oil at all the seals and head. The manager came and told me he would take care of it. He had me fill out a claims form and send in an estimate, to which I did. The estimate was for over $2000.00 This estimate came from TD Performace which is right across the street from Wal Mart. They faxed the estimate to Sherry Butler.
The next thing I heard was a call from Jack Martin telling me that they were not going to pay a dime to repair the car. That putting too much oil in wouldn't cause this problem. He says that they are not responsible, that they had a video saying it was done correctly. I can't believe this because it would be a camera that took pictures on top of the car and under the car. I know in the man's heart that he knows this is not true. All I was asking WalMart to do is the right thing.

On 3/3/08 and 3/7/08 I went to the walmart tire lube to have a simple slow leak repaired under the tire warranty that was purchased with the tires at walmart . The service tech said that they had a no service flag on their computer. I requested, politely, to speak with a manager to get a explanation as to why they refused to service my leaky tire. Well, I waited 45 minutes and the assistant manager stated that there was no further documentation as to why they were servicing my tire. I requested that the asst manager provide me with any documentation as to their refusal to service and he refused to do so. So I politely stated that I would return later in the week if I had time.
Then on the 7th, when I once again returned to try to get the tire serviced, I went directly to the customer service to ask for the store manager and spoke with a co manager RON and waited another 45 minutes and the co manager said he also could not find anything as to the exact reason for the do not service flag. I requested that he provide me with anything in writing to document their refusal of warranty service. He stated that he would contact me on my cell with any further information on my warranty, and said that if they would not service the tire, they may refund the amount paid for that. I flatly told him that I am not fishing for a refund and only wish to had a very simple tire service provided.
This whole thing is a bit weird and I am a bit creeped out that I can get no straight answers as to what the exact problem is. I am openly very Jewish and wear a kippa and peots and heard the tire dept service techs making off color comments on my kippa and peots. I always try to give all the benefit of the doubt as to anti-semetic conduct, but this situation is creeping me out a bit. I am a board member on the temple of my local synogog and own and operate 3 companies and do property management for over 100 rental units, so I provide quality customer service 24-7 to my clients. I am shocked at the way walmart is treating me.
Time and trouble getting the run around 2 times with no information forthcoming from walmart. And I personally felt very distressed as to the off hand anti-semetic comments I overheard when I tried to get service on 3/3/08 (very rude).

I took two of my cars to Walmart for an oil change. One of the cars had a hard gear shift due to non driving for 6 weeks and hence I selected the Value package service plan that tops all fluids, vacuums the interior and cleans the windscreen, etc for about $26 each. After the service, next day I open the hood and find the fluids not topped. No washer fluid, Also no Vacuum done or window cleaned. Also gear shift is still hard. I looked at the bill for the charges and find some charges for Battery terminal replacement. I took the car back to Walmart and the technician fills the Transmission fluid and says the windshield washer pan may have a hole and that's why no fluid was there! Anyway, I got the car battery terminal charges reversed and took the car back half satisfied.
Next day I check the other car and find oil is black. So I take it back to Walmart and the manager there says it does not look okay and that the black oil could mean no oil change was done. He gets it done again for free. Also this car also no vacuum inside, no fluids topped even after getting a promise the second time I went and also no windshield wash done. I WILL NOW NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO WALMART FOR SERVICE AGAIN. I DO NOT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES THIS BUNGLING/CHEATING HAS BEEN HAPPENING AS I USED TO TAKE THE CARS ONLY TO WALMART. I do remember that I was dissatisfied one time earlier too. But this time, it's too much.

Took my 1996 Honda Odyssey in for 2 new tires, so while I had it there decided to have an oil change done. That's where I have always gotten them. I knew that my handicapped child had to go 2 days later for a surgery in Dayton Ohio, about a 2 hr. drive. Left the store on the 17th after oil change. They were super busy that day and it was a long wait. Drove van straight home, about a 1/2 hr. drive, then parked it. Seemed to be fine as usual, never had no trouble with my van and had it for along time. Never took van no where else until 2 days later for my daughter's surgery.
When I came home that day from the hospital, I parked it and the next day there was oil all over the drive where the van was and when started the oil light came on. I was devastated as my daughter was sick and needed to see doctor again. I didn't know what was up with my van and the weather was really bad, deep snow, etc. So the next day I had to borrow another vehicle to take her back to the doc.
The following day I took my van a 1/2 block up to my mechanic to see what was wrong. Sure enough it was Wal-Mart negligence. They had held on to a part behind the oil filter while screwing or unscrewing it with a pair of plyers and messed up the part that they should not have even been touching. The part is called a oil coolant which was 300.00 and some dollars. Then on top of that I had to pay for labor. All together my bill was 700.00 and some dollars for a van that never had anything wrong with it before my oil change at Wal-Mart. I called the Wal-Mart manager and took pictures of all the oil in my drive way and all my receipts in. Now they say anything over $300.00 and I have to fill out a statement and I did. I told them I needed this money back, that I had to miss work and my daughter is still not well and I use that money to help with her care. My van had just been fixed and I hope not to have any other problems due to there negligence. I really hope they call tomorrow and do things right. I really need my van for my daughter's wheelchair.
I have been under a lot of stress do to my daughter's health and the timing of my van breaking down and the amount of money I have spent repairing my vehicle. Also the stress of not knowing if they will make things right.

Then I started to notice oil in my driveway. I took the car up there to see if something was left loose. They told me nothing was loose, but oil was coming from my oil pan, front and rear seals. I told them that was strange--that it never leaked before they did the oil change. So we went up on top of the lift and raised the hood, and there was oil everywhere. The valve cover was leaking oil, the head gasket was blown; and to top that off, it was all so leaking antifreeze out the back of the head. After the tech checked the oil he replied that it had way too much oil in it. He tried to let some out, but after that attempt he just decided to drain it out. He refilled it and put some stop leak in it. After this he cleaned the engine where it was leaking.
Richard Franie came out who (the manager there) and said that we have to fill out a customer complaint. He also told me to get 3 estimates to fix the car. I Immediately went to side of road changed tire to spare donut. I then proceeded to Walmart were I purchased the new tire. They told me I didn't purchase roadside hazard warranty. So I asked person in service just to find the hole and plug it and I will pay because I can't ride any farther on a donut. I waited for two hours when a service person came out and told me tire was not fixable because I had ridden on it. I told them the tire was a brand new goodyear so how could it not be fixable. I said the tire must be defective if it can't be fixed after one flat and I would like a new tire covered under warranty on receipt.
TheService manager said he didn't have to give me another tire because I rode on it. I explained to him I rode from right lane to shoulder when it blew out. He proceeded to say it was my fault. I asked to see the store manager and an assistant manager (Dave) came out. I stated my case to him and he proceeded to tell me and I quote, "tire is not made to withstand puncture." I'm sure goodyear would like to hear what walmart is saying about their tires to customers. Dave then stated alll warranties were void when tire was purchased. Dave then threatened to have me thrown out of the store. Then 30 minutes later another manager came out, Terri Schloendorn, and said they didn't have to replace tire and threatened me with calling the police to have me removed fom store because I said I wouldn't leave without my tire being fixed. I asked for their names and Terri and dave started laughing at me! Police came and made me leave the store. I called the auto service department and one of the service advisors told me they had run out of regular fluid so they had used a concentrate off the shelves and it was likely that the person who mixed it added too much water. She told me to bring it in to thaw the system out. I brought it in and they thawed it out (It was 10 degress outside). Unfortunately, the service advisor who was helping me, left for the day while they were still working on the vehicle. A few minutes later I noticed that the vehilce was no longer inside the shop. I approached the other service advisor on-duty, Mark, who informed me that they had thawed the system, but they did not remove the weak solution and that I should do this as soon as I get home. He somehow thought it was my responsibility. He also seemed to think that water does not refreeze once it has been thawed. I demanded to speak to a store manager, who quickly grabbed a siphon pump and gave it to the service tech. The service tech pumped the tank and had it refilled in less than 10 minutes. While waiting, I overheard Mark, the services clerk, loudly telling everyone in his sight that this was somehow my fault because they had nobody else complaining. He thinks everyone brings their cars in for an oil change with the washer fluid almost on empty and that their service people all mix washer fluid exactly the same. I had been pretty happy with their service, but I am now very skepticle and probably will not return because of the attitude of Mark.
Fortunatly, it does not appear that there have been any damages. This could have caused severel hundred dollars worth of damages had the weather been much colder. Or worse, it could have caused an accident had I hit the butten expecting my windshield to wash, but ended up with winter smear.

My husband drives off and within 1/4 mile, the car starts sputtering and black smoke coming out exhaust. He takes it back and they have no idea. So we fill out the claim form and have it towed to the dealership. Apparently Walmart topped off the oil after discovering the unsecure screw, without checking the current oil level. The dealership drained 7-1/2 qts of oil and the car takes 6. This caused the engine to hydro-lock and it now has to be recalibrated AND I still need an oil change. I don't know the final cost yet or whether Walmart will reimburse us, but I will never go back there.

Finally, some kid walks out and explains that the guy that did the oil change has the keys and left the store to go on his lunch break. Ridiculous. Their solution: wait around until he got back. My issue here: First or all, this little incident made me unable to leave the Wal-mart store with MY vehicle. Second, what if the employee was out making copies of our key? It's not as if they all didn't have access to our personal information on their database or even on my registration in the glove box.

The whole time that they were at my house they did not say a word about what had happened. They asked if I had anything to put the oil in, they said that while they are here they will just change the oil again. I got an empty oil change container out of my truck to let them use. I was observing them doing this. The Walmart employee removed the oil drain plug. I didnt see any oil come out. I asked the Walmart employee if there was any oil. He stated very little. I checked my oil container and it has about a half a cup of oil in it.
He then put the oil drain plug back in and put the correct oil filter on. When they were replacing my oil the first thing they put in was a container of a Slick 50 product and then the oil. After that we took it for a drive, the engine sounds louder now but didnt appear to have any loss of power. (we just drove around the block once) I saved the oil filter that had fallen off.
I am concerned that this incident has caused damage to our car and I dont know if the Slick 50 product they put in my car is masking a bigger problem. I also have the receipt of the oil change and it states that I was charged for a PH4967 oil filter. They installed a PH7317. This car is rated as being the most reliable sub-compact car (2006).

On 10/6/07 I took my daughters car in for oil change, lube job and tires rotated and balanced. I was told by one of your expert technicians that he could'nt rotate the tires. I asked him why not, he snapped back because there worn out. Now the front tires were getting close to needing replacing, but they still had some useable thread left, thus the hole idea of rotating the front tire to the back. Then I asked about the back tires, he said they were shot too, the thread was all wavy.
I asked about the warranty cause the tires which I bought from the same store only had 30,000 miles on them and they were rated at 60,000 miles. He says there's no warranty if there's mechanical wear. BS. He claims that the front end is out of alignment. How does he know this, did he check the alignment, no. He says that the uneven wear on the back tires was from bad shocks.
Now I've been around a long time and I've never heard that excuse for that type of wear pattern. I've seen it on new vehicals and the cause has always been the same TIRE FAILURE.

I went to Wal-Mart to have an oil change and air filter change. They had a new technician working on my vehicle. The service was performed and I left. After driving for about less than an hour I heard a shaking in the engine compartment. After examining it I noticed that the clamp that holds the air filter compartment was loose and the plastic piece that holds the screw was broken.
I went to the store the following week and asked to speak with a manager. The manager, I am not sure of his training or his ability to examine and make a ruling on my vehicle, stated that Wal-Mart was not at fault and that I must have broken it myself.
After arguing with him he filed a complaint with the store insurance company and they called me to ask what happened. They never looked at my car and made a ruling in the favor of the store.
According to them, the store manager told them that they were not responsible for it for the following reasons:
1. the engine heat caused it to break
2. they think that the chain of custody of the car was faulty so someone else could have done it and they feel I am trying to blame them
3. the check engine light would have come on if they broke it, mind you that check engine light is not on, has never come on and it is still broken
4. vibrations caused it to break
I did not ask for anything other than that they replace the screw and clamp the air filter house back in place. They flat out refused and claimed that I am the one at fault. I also believe that they fired the technician that worked on my car.
When I went back to the store the first technician I saw remembered me and apologized for the incident. After the manager showed up they all changed and started to blame me.
All I want if for my housing unit to be fixed. That is it. Nothing more.

On 08-26-07, I dropped off my Subaru Outback at the Auto Dept for an oil change. The tech informed me that if an air filter was needed, would I agree, for a fee, and I said yes. When my instore shopping was done, I returned to pay for all of my items and the oil change. I paid $130.70 and did notice that $7.46 was charged for the air filter. I proceeded to my car and drove away but the more I drove the more a huffing/gushing air noise was coming from my car.
Upon arriving at home my husband opened the hood and noticed the sloppy and lazy way the techs had done the job. The air filter was shoved in crookedly into the casing which then broke off a chunk of the air filter's rubber sealant. Then the casing was broken along with one of the clamps that holds the air filter in place.
So my husband went back to the store with my receipt and was met by a rude and condescending Dept Mgr and her two techs, who vehemently denied they had ever replaced an air filter because they didn't do air filters! My husband then told her then to look at her own receipt and she kept arguing and denying the whole incident and that we had had it done somewhere else! I am livid with anger at these rude and unprofessional people that should have their licenses revoked!
I was so mad that I called their Corporate Offices in Arkansas on 09-07-07 and have yet to receive a call from them! So, I've gone on the web and have done a Formal Customer Complaint via their Contact Us link and see what excuse they come up with. I've demanded an apology and reply with compensations needed to repair my Subaru Outback. Let's hope and pray for a miracle!

I know that this most likely will not be posted and I am fine with that. I just wanted to let people know that Walmart is a mass market company with under paid, under staffed, under qualified, unorganized workers in a lot of places and the workers deal with a large array of problems. Having worked for them and having many people try to blame they vehicle problems on Walmart to get there vehicle fixed for free. Because they are either to cheap or to broke to keep their vehicle in good operating order or buying junkers.
What most people do not tell you when they tell you about their vehicle problems is that they don't do it often enough or knew that they had a problem in the first place. They put it on the paper work that there is something wrong with the vehicle P.T.S. (pier to service) Some people will change there oil on their own at home to and mess the vehicle up and bring it to Walmart and then blame them. I have seen this for myself and had it admitted to me that they had someone else look at the car to change the oil but they couldn't do it. So they brought it to Walmart. So people will then try to make Walmart pay for their mistake.
And on a daily basis I have people that bring batteries in and say it has to be the battery but running the high dollar testing machines on it they still blame the battery and it couldn't be their vehicle and it has to be it. The people at the register doesn't care if it is good or bad. But we have to follow the policies that if the battery is good then we can not do anything for them.
Most cars need a expensive battery and people now of days being cheap as they are will want to get a 1 year battery that is not made for they vehicle and then blame walmart when it messes up their vehicle or doesn't work.
90% of everyone that comes into Walmart's Tire Lube and Express don't think about others.
You will not be getting in and out in 20 minutes or less.
They are not the only person waiting to be helped.
If you come in on a weekend or the first of the month you will not get out in less than a few hours unless you got very lucky.
Walmart is not always to blame but sometimes they are.
Remember that the people working on the vehicles are under paid and paid by the hour. They have no reason to hurry up. If they do hurry up and they mess something up you will be there even longer.
If you want to be rude to the people trying to work on the vehicle. Then do you think they will be nice to you?
If you buy a junker or do not maintain your vehicle expect problems from it.

It was one and a half quarts low, had I left thinking my fluid levels were fine, my transmission would have been blown, I specifically asked about the fluid because the truck was jerking all that morning. The tech stated that it was leaking a little but the levels were fine. I complained to the co-manager, she insisted the manager was not in. Prior to 1 pm on the afternoon of Saturday the 11th of August we dropped our car off for an oil change. It took us nearly 20 minutes to find an agent to check in our car because they were closing early due to low staffing. Reluctantly the agent checked in our car and informed us that we would be the last car of the day. There were three cars ahead of us and we were informed that there would be a two and half hour wait for the oil change.
Instead of going elsewhere we decided to tough it out. We spent 45 minutes at a nearby restaurant as well as over an hour walking around the store looking at merchandise we had no interest in purchasing. When the time had elapsed we went back to the auto center. There was no one there to check us out. After 30 minutes of speaking with people who barely understood what we were talking about, we found someone who told us that our car had been ready for 40 minutes. We paid for the over priced service and got to the car.
Our 99 Pontiac Grand Am SE has a safety feature that tells us when the oil needs to be changed. There is a reset button under the oil filter that will count the mileage and click when time to change the oil again. This was either not reset or the oil was actually not changed. I have given them the benefit of a doubt that the oil was changed. I did however pay for full service and was shocked to find that no fluids were filled, our brakes were not checked, nor was our air filter. The car was not vacuumed. I also discovered through checking myself that our tires were under inflated by nearly 50% which does not happen unless the air is let out.
I was forced to make sure all was well by taking the car back to another service center and paying an additional $40 to change the oil correctly nearly 1,500 miles after the initial change. I inflated all four tires to the designated level and then had our tire shop rotate them. After the second oil change and tire rotation the car went back to normal working order. I will never go back to any WalMart for auto service. I can not trust the poor employees to do the job they are paid poorly to do.

It was about 11:30 PM. About 20 minutes later a truck was dispatched. I had my car towed to a local mechanic shop. The next morning I received a call from the mechanic and he stated he had some bad news, he said my car was starved for oil and as a result my engine was gone.
I explained I had an oil change at Wal-Mart Tire & Lube a little over a week ago and I could not see my car not having any oil in such a short period. He informed me that I should notify Wal-Mart immediately. I contacted Wal-Mart and explained my situation and the fact that I had just had an oil change and a tire rotation completed at their store. I was contacted the following day by CMI and asked where my car could be inspected. I was informed that I would have to have my mechanic break down the engine. I questioned who would pay for this and CMI stated, Wal-Mart would cover the cost once a determination was made.
I also had to rent a vehicle. I received a call a day or so later stating that CMI had completed their investigation and it indicated that Wal-Mart was not responsible for my loss. Frustrated, I began to research Wal-Mart Tire and Lube Centers and was shocked to learn of the tremendous history Wal-Mart has with cases just like mine with their Tire & Lube departments across this country.
I have learned that the engine for my car is a rather costly (5000.00), because the Axiom is not a common car. I have incurred expenses from simply have the engine broken down to rental fees to loss days of work just to name a few. I have not been able to afford the cost to have my engine replaced even at this time.

Four employees returned from lunch. The man behind the counter seen that we were irritated and said he would check us out, they were done with our car. We checked out, I looked at the receipt. It was not ours, and our car was still in the bay.
My husband pointed out the error, and then one of the mechanics that I had just seen returning from lunch came to advise us that the previous people that changed the oil in our car (which was ANOTHER Wal-Mart) had put our air filter in wrong and the oil cap was broken. We have had NO oil leak or engine problems to substantiate this.
They told us that they were calling around for a part to repair. Finally, after being there for 4 hours, we were told that the part would not be in until Tuesday (Mem. Wal-mart's insurance is refusing to pay for the full amount of the body repair because it is a "used" truck. It is 2 months old, with 3K miles!
They say they will pro-rate payment for all parts used to fix it. They will not pay for the tire, that has sidewall damage or the rim that is cracked since the truck is "used" and they might not have caused the damage! I took it to a local repair shop to have the brakes looked at. Well, they come to find that there is motor oil where the brake fluid goes. As a result the entire brake system has to be replaced. The damage to my brake system is not the result of normal wear and tear.
The first estimate was $2,500 until he realized I had ABS Brakes then the repair went to $5,000. I called Wal-Mart and they asked me to fax the information to them and they would have someone get back to me. They didn't see where it could have been their fault since anyone could have been under the hood. A young employee had great difficulty getting the tire off the rim on the machine and after several attempts, he summoned another young employee over to help him. They then resorted to force it off, using a tire tool. They fixed the flat, which had a leaky valve stem.
When they tried to balance the tire/rim, they were unable to. I was then told that my rim was cracked. I told them it was not cracked when it arrived. The crack is 4 inches long and very visible. We would have seen the crack had it been there when we took the rim in to Wal-Mart.
I returned early the next morning and the manager turned the claim in, but it was denied because the rim was “already cracked“. I went back to the store and spoke with yet another manager, who told me that he would do further investigation and that there are 10 cameras in the work area that film all activity. He was to check the films to verify that the 2 men had a problem getting the tire off the rim and that they used the tire tool on it. He assured me he would call me back that day. No call.
After days of phone calls and rejection, I called the Wal-Mart store to ask if they can change 18" tires and I was told, yes, unless they are aluminum! I then called the claims adjustor who told me that the machines are designed to remove tires unless they are 18" tires. DUH! This is what they worked on....an 18" tire and rim! He then told me that no matter what the tapes showed when viewed, that the claim is denied and will remain denied.

Checking the service record, Walmart's printout showed they had lubed only 2 fittings. Going back through my previous Walmart records I found that they had lubed anywhere from 0 (zero0 to 9 fittings.
I always trusted that when you pay for a lube job, you get a complete lube job. When I returned to the last Walmart, they took my car in and greased two additional fittings. I was told to always mention that there were 6 fittings on the car. Not 9? Not 2? Not 6? I don't know how much damage was done to the car. I take all 3 of my vehicles to Wal-Mart for an oil change. $25.96 for an oil change and fluid check is not bad. I had never really had a problem until I got my diesel truck. The problem happened the first time I took it in for an oil change. I was in such a hurry that I did not catch the problem until I got home, and I never got around to going back. Well, my truck was due for another oil change so this time I made sure to check everything before I left. Here is the problem. My ford diesel truck holds 15 quarts of oil. When you get the $21.95 oil change it includes 5 quarts oil. However, since this is not enough oil, Wal-Mart charges for the additional oil they need which in turn is all the oil they use. So, on the receipt, I was charged the $25.96 (which includes 5 quarts) and then an additional $28.67 for 14 quarts of oil. I was charged a total of 18 quarts for a truck that holds 15, and only got 14 quarts put in it.
Since I caught it this time, I brought it to their attention. The gentleman in the shop understood the dilemma, but the cashier was the one who needed to correct the problem. Since she did not understand what was wrong, a manager was brought in. After a long while of explaining the problem, he agreed to give me a credit back for the 5 quarts- a difference of nearly $15. Again, I was in a hurry and said, just give me the oil that I was charged for since the return would have taken another 30 minutes out of my day. I ended up leaving with a gallon instead of the 5 quarts, but I was happy to get that and be on my way. I live in an area where several Winter Texans visit. A lot of them drive diesel trucks along with so many other people. Without a doubt, Wal-Mart gets away with overcharging like this on a regular basis. They did it to me once before, but I caught it.

He found oil all over my engine, so he cleaned it up the best he could and I called the nearest Walmart in Franklin, VA. They told me to check the oil and immediately bring it into the store. Larry729 check my car and discovered that the oil was blowing back from the oil filter because it was not tight, so he called the Florence SC Walmart to inform him what he had found and that his store was going to replace the filter and oil. No one ever contacted me about the mess up in Florence SC.
My car now has damage from that incident and the Becks Imports Mecedes Dealer in Charlotte NC is telling me that the care may have damage to the Mass Air Flow system because of the oil blowing back for the three hour drive or oil damaged a sensor or the plugs which has caused a safety device to kick which has caused the transmission not to come out of low gear to help prevent damage to the engine. The Service Manager at Becks Imports told me to take the car to a local Mecedes Dealer in Florence to have the car checked and it would cost $140.00 just for the test and repairs could be as much as $4500 depending on what they find. I wish I hadn't of listened to my husband when he told me to forget about it back in May when Walmart didn't contact me back, because I never would have throught that I would have this damage 2 months down the road. I got a regular oil change service from the Walmart Tire and Lube express at Sayre. A few days later I started smelling some fumes in my car, especially when I switched on the fan or Airconditioning. I did not have the time to take it to a mechanic at that time. A few days later, the check-engine light went on. Now, I knew for sure something was wrong, so I brought it in to a mechanic in Pittsburgh. The mechanic told me after a checkup that whoever had done the oil-change had not screwed back the oil cap on properly. As a result, the engine oil had sputtered ... there was no engine oil and the sputtering had soaked the oxygen sensor which had damaged it. It cost me 605 dollars to repair.
The next time I went to the walmart tire and lube express, I complained against their negligence. First thing, the management there went into a tizzy, they had several closed meetings, and then they came back and told me that they had sent it to the insurance department, and I would be contacted. So, the next monday I got a call from the insurance agent. He was rude and looking for ways to deny my claim. I hope the fool rots in hell.
First he said that why didnt I contact walmart in the first place when I came to know the damage. I explained to him, that in order to see what the damage was, I had to bring it in to a mechanic. And then, I would have to drive to Sayre to show it to the Walmart people, so I had no option but to get it repaired. What do these people think, that we are sitting free the whole day just so that we can keep calling walmart, waiting for them to repair the damage they caused. Then he pulled out his trump card ... the oxygen sensor is a wearable part, so it could have been damaged on its own. And that I cannot give evidence that someone had not been under the hood of my car since Walmart finished its repairs.
How does one give any such evidence ? Even if I had gone the next day, instead of a month (which is the time it took for the problem to surface completely and for me to take it back to Walmart), they could have still said that they have no evidence that someone had not been under the hood since then. Preposterous. A month is a short time in the lifetime of a car and I do not open the the hood of my car to tinkle with stuff, like most other sensible people.
The fool denied my claim. Like all such people (may they all rot in hell), he had been trained in the art of aggravating, by continously and periodically shouting, will you let me finish, SIR... an age-old tactic.
The cost to me was 605 dollars at the repair shop. My car has never given me any trouble in the engine oil department before. I was also agonized by the treatment of the complaint by walmart ... of course, the negligent employee must be smirking. The whole system sucks.

Drove my car into Walmart Tire and Lube area to have oil changed. Car was in good condition and windsheild was also. After car returned after service noticed that windsheild had a crack underneath the sticker. Did not leave the area but called service manager to concerning area. Walmart does not want to take responsibility for damaged windsheild.
The windsheild now has a spreading crack from the original crack done at Walmart going across the windsheild. Windsheild will cost me 260 out of my pocket.

Went to Walmart to get an oil change. Drove the car home that night and the next day I drove the car to work which is about 40 miles there and drove home which is another 40 miles. When I got just about home I notcied that my car was smoking and i pulled it over and noticed that i did not have any oil in my car. I called Walmart and they sent someone to look at my car and saw that the oil filter was not on so they tighted it and added oil. My car did not drive the same afterwards so Walmart told me to take it to the dealer to have it check out. The dealer stated that it was low on oil and needed the fittings tightened. My car ran better for about one day and now I am having problems again with it not running right.
Walmart refused to have thier people look at it and will not refund my money until i close the case however i do not want to close the case because of problems i am still currently having with the car. MY car is still not running right and Walmart keeps giving me the run around and only wants the dealer to look at the car when they do not have the time to take a good long look at the car.

My son's fiance, Carla, took their car (still titled in my name) in for a oil change and lube. When she went back to pick it up, it sounded like a deisel instead of a four cylinder gas engine. Three technicians came out and checked the oil, listened and made some suggestions as to the potential problem. She didn't drive away, but called me for assistance. I called a tow truck and headed to the store. Upon my arrival, the shop foreman Steve was waiting with Carla. He introduced himself, and began to explain how he was surprised at what happened. The car was running great when it came in and now it sounded horrible. He instructed me to save all receipts and bring them back so they could submit them to their insurance company to reimburse us if it was something they had done wrong.
The car went into the shop and it was determined the hydraulic timing chain tensioner had failed. The cause, no or low oil pressure. The shop was sure to inform me they couldn't tell who might have done it, but the mechanical problem was straight forward, a component failed due to lack of oil. Tow and repair cost just under $500. The event goes down from here. Carla took the receipts back and turned them in. Checked back about a week later and was told it hadn't been submited nor would it be reimbursed because they didn't do anything wrong.
Amazing; the car goes in running just fine, comes out needing to be towed.

I wanted an oil change for $16.95. Then I realize that for $5 more dollars, I can get a package that included interior vacuuming. When I was signing for the higher package, I asked if I should put my things in the trunk to make it easier for them. The cashier replied that the vacuum machine has been broken. At this point, I said I wouldn't pay for a service that I'm not getting and decided on the $16 package. When I got up to pay, I was handed a $22 bill. The cancellation didn't go through and the cashier told me synthetic oil is better anyways. At this point, the manager comes over and the cashier made me look like an idiot by leaving out the part where I wouldn't pay for a service that I didn't receive. Finally, she just charged me $16.95, which was my original purchase. I'm not a cheap person but I value integrity. The amount of trouble I went through for $5 was incredible. Whatever happened to customer service?

I took my car in for an oil change. Nothing unusual happened. After that I drove the car about 100 miles immediately after I left the store. It was just a round trip to a neighboring city. I didn't drive the next day (sunday) then when I started my car on Monday morning to go to work I noticed a sound from my engine. It definitely wasn't making any sounds before the oil change. I thought it was strange, but I had to go to work. I drove about a half a block and the check engine light came on and the car died. I couldn't start it back up.
I checked the dip stick for the oil and when I pulled it out, smoke started rising out of the tiny hole. There was no oil on the dip stick. I called Walmart immediately and talked to the Lube service manager, Courtney. I explained the situation of there not being any oil in my car when there should be some since I had an oil change only 2 days before. He personally drove out to where my car died to check it out. He brought some oil to put in the engine. When he poured the oil in I noticed that it was just pouring right back out the bottom onto the street. Yes, the drain plug was gone.
No idea how long I drove the car without oil. My guess is that they didn't tighten the plug and it fell out. Courtney went to a parts store, bought a new plug and more oil. Put in the plug and some oil. Luckily the engine started back up. He recommended I get a systems diagnostic. So I took it to a dealer to get looked at.
When I had the car checked out at a dealer. They recommended more thorough checks by opening up the gaskets, dropping the oil ban and checking some kind of bearings. They also did some pressure checks. I guess I got lucky, there was no damage internally. But it cost about $600 to make sure. The good part is I didn't have any problems with walmart's insurance company. Courtney was very kind and quick with filing a claim to get me taken care of. They had my reimbursement check to me in just over a week.

Had my oil change done Dec 24, 2005 and after work was done I drove about a block and the oil light was flashing on and off. I stopped and check the dip stick and it indicated that there was oil in the van. Drove a few more blocks and light was still flashing on and off so I stopped into another Walmart (Pickering) and told them what was happening, so the Service Manager came out to look at more van and checked the dip stick and again there was still oil in the van. He then asked me how many kilometers were on my van so I went to check the dashboard and the oil light was on so I showed him. I told him my van had approx. 211,000 kms on it and he said that it was getting up there for high mileage so I should add an oil additive.
I went into the store right away and purchased the additive and put into the van. I drove home and had the van sitting for 2 or 3 hours, then my son had to go out. He went a few kilometers and he heard a loud bang and pieces of metal shot out from undernear the van, the oil poured out onto the road and the van was filling up with smoke. I had to get a rental car and have the van towed to my mechanics. Walmart sent their insurance people and they checked over the van and said that the engine blew as a result of an internal failure in the engine and not their oil change. My son had picked up the pieces of metal that came off of the van and at no time did anyone ask to see them in their investigation. I spoke to my mechanic and asked him what he thought had happened and he had said that there obviously was a lubrication issue.
I have used Walmart for my oil changes for the last few years and never had a problem and I always get my oil changed every 5,000 kms. It seems very strange that within hours of having my oil changed the engine blew and I had no problems prior to that with the van (no engine noises, oil light had never come on). As a matter of fact in the beginning of December of drove from Ontario, Canada to St Louis, Missouri without any problems.
As a result of this I had to rent a car which cost just over $400.00. To replace the engine I have an estimate of approx. $7000.00 for new and $3000.00 for rebuilt. Today is January 9, 2006 and I have been without a car since Dec 24, 2005 (the rental was taken back on Dec 30, 2005 because I couldn't afford it anymore) and I am getting rides to and from work by co-workers.

i had my oil changed and while driving home i could smell oil burning. i got home popped the hood and found oil all over the engine and frame. i called back to the store and spoke to the automotive manager Alan. I told him what had just happened and he told me to go have the engine cleaned and they would pay for it. My husband called him back and told him how do we know whether the car has oil in it or not, then the manager said he would come by our house (we live very close) but have heard nothing as yet. I drive a very clean 2000 Lexus and i will be contacting an attorney over this mess.

I took my car into walmart to get an oil change, like I do frequently. Although I did not notice a problem imediatley, a couple of months later, I noticed my car making a weird noise. I then took it to my mechanic to see what the problem was. He told me the last person who changed my cars oil did not put the oil plug in all of the way, and caused my oil to leak. Eventually it drained out so much it caused the head gasket to crack. Now I need a new motor.
I am a true college student. I am just trying to get by with the same car until I graduate. I have absolutely no money. Walmart told me my car is old, and it was going to break down eventuallly. They have been nothing but rude, crude, and horrible. I dont deserve this. I have no car, no money, and they dont care about my service to their company. I now have to ride a bike everywhere I go. And have almost been hit twice, while on my bike.
