This was 100% the most pleasant experience I’ve had shipping my car. From Tara that booked the car to Oleg that transported the car. They picked up & delivered on the dates promised. I particularly liked that the same person that picks up your car delivers it. If you’re thinking of shipping your car please don’t hesitate one bit to use this company. I ship my car every year and will always use them

Sourced Ultimate Transport for trucking my father's vehicle back from Florida. He had a stroke and had to be medically transported back to Michigan.. Ultimate was informed before taking the job it was time sensitive... The salesman Anthony D. said no issue.. He was informed family members would only be there for 4 days then they were headed back to Michigan.. The pick up was supposed to occur on Thursday..no call, no show..Friday no call, no show...Saturday no call, no show...
Called repeatably for 4 days straight all day long explaining there would be no one to give keys to driver after Saturday...Monday morning a driver calls who was very pushy demanded his money upon pick up (wasn't the deal)...so I had to inform him there was no one there to handle over the keys... Then ultimate hit my credit card for a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.... Buyer beware, very shady outfit.. Worst experience to date.... They are very quick to sign you up..but come thru with nothing... Read the fine print!

Chose this transport carrier over other because if the assumption that they could ship same day. This did not happen. It took several attempts to find the correct transport. Driver with the correct equipment to do the job. This was not due to an issue with Ultimate's service, but miscommunication about the location and necessary equipment needed. Resulting in delayed shipment of 3 days. A lot of back and forth communication was needed to eventually get the vehicle shipped. I've had vehicles shipped without any issues before from other carriers. This was unfortunately not the case with Ultimate Transport 123.

Must Avoid!! Order Number - **. Date Order Place - 03/27/2025 M.C.#** Salesperson - Jason H. I needed to transport my SUV from Los Angeles to NYC, where Ultimate Transport 123 was not the cheapest but sales rep kept calling me and scaring me that other companies are brokers and cannot be trusted. Jason said their company is an actual shipping carrier who transports/communicate directly with the driver, having said that I trusted Jason's word on "you can count on me for status report on the car even in the weekends." Big mistake.
The car was supposed to arrive on Saturday and no status report from the driver nor Jason. When I called Ultimate Transport 123 to see what the status is, sales rep said she will get back to me and when I asked the manager all of the managers are out during the weekend. I called and texted Jason, but no reply back. After 4 days, I had to pick up the car from middle of nowhere in Queens with car key missing. I called Ultimate transport 123 and demanded to speak to the manager and the person on the phone said he was the manager and pretty much mocked me for not understanding nature of freight forwarding. I've never dealt with this type of unprofessional people in my life and I will be filing BBB complaint against this company and I definitely do not recommend Ultimate Transport 123 at all.

The Ultimate Transport 123 company was a great choice for the shipping on my vehicle. The company stood within the bounds of their contract and my vehicle was dispatched within the 10 day timeframe as the contract guarantees. The company representatives all demonstrated a professional service in every area. The company was there to offer assistance and provide the best service for me every step of the way. They transacted fair business and were honest about the set final price. Ultimate Transport 123 were open, honest, and dealt straight in the business process. There were no hidden surprises or any false promises or anything about their business. What the representative Jerry told me, is exactly what they provided. I would recommend this company for anyone interested in a straight transaction for having a vehicle shipped.
The company provided me all of the answers to the questions that I asked, Jerry communicated with me of the details of the transaction to ensure that I fully understood what the process would consist of even before I had fully decided on any specific shipping arrangements. The great communication with Jerry made it simple and easy to transact business with the company and to understand what should be expected along the process. My initial phone conversation with Jerry was totally professional on his behalf and he did a fantastic job of explaining to me, the shipping process. Overall, my experience with Ultimate Transport 123 was amazing.

This company wrongfully and illegally took $300 out of my bank account. When I tried to talk to them about it, the staff were rude. They literally made up rules and policies that WERE NOT mentioned in the contract I signed or on their website. They refused to give me back the money they had no right to take out. They will take money from you and then make up a random reason that makes no sense as to why. Sign a contract with them if you want money stolen from you. :)

This does not happen, and they say it's because there are no drivers available, weather is bad, or it will cost more. I have been waiting over a week for this to get pick up and it still is not picked up. I was needing this done because my mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly, and we had to clean out her home to give back to the landlord. I explained all of this, and they said they could accommodate that. Here I am still waiting!!!! When I called to talk with Tara the salesperson that helped me and said this could be done. Had car shipped from Kansas to Montana. Car arrived in timely Manner. Driver had a bit of difficulty unloading the car. The car was not running and had to be offloaded manually. Driver used a strap and wheel chock to roll car back. It worked for the front half of the trailer. Towards the back where the incline of trailer started, Driver lost control of the car when it bounced over the wheel chock, and it free rolled down the trailer, for about 29 feet. The car then dropped off ramps and was high centered on the unloading ramps. Offered Driver a floor jack to assist of getting car all the way off the ramp. Luckily car was not damaged as it came off trailer.

Called Ultimate Transport (Brian 888-885-9123 ext **) as I needed to transport a Case TR320 Tracked Skid Steer loader 175 miles from Reno. As unit weighs 9600 lbs I am unable to transport in myself. On 10/1/24 won unit at RENO Auction (Bidadoo). On 10/2 signed papers and made down payment with Brian. On 10/3 trucker (Horizon Transport) was assigned and Driver Dispatched. On 10/4 unit was picked up and delivered to me. There was NO damage. Driver transported unit on a auto rack with no ramps, we were able to drive unit off onto a raised dirt berm, backing tail of auto rack up to the berm. The auction site Bidadoo didn't want to give driver a key but he insisted - key was needed to load and unload unit.
I was mainly worried about Bidadoo but once I sent them a copy of the Horizon Transport Bill of Lading and told them on 10/3 that driver would be there 10/4 they were OK with It. This is my first experience with Ultimate Transport and they (Brian) were just fine. As to Bidadoo (1 - Defective unit would not start, 2- I picked up unit in Sparks, 3- this unit won on 10/1). I am still nervous about them but that is a story for another time.

Ultimate Disappointment 123! I was having my vehicle transported from Los Angeles, CA to Georgia. The company was to pick up my vehicle on Friday or Saturday. They never contacted me. I called the guy that brokered the contract several time trying to figure out when are they coming to get my vehicle. It is now Monday. My flight is Tuesday morning at 9am. I called him again. He finally responds and said he fell and injured his ribs. He said he would call me back at 11am. Carlos didn’t call me back and now I have to find a company that can pick up my vehicle same day. I somehow found another transportation company and they charged me more.
Ultimate charged my card $200.00 and then $100.00 that evening. I contact them and I was confused. Why would you charge me and you didn’t deliver my vehicle. So they wanted to refund me my $200 but charge me $100.00 because they said the driver was on his way. I stated that was impossible because the driver has to contact me to set up a meeting location. I never spoke to a driver. So now they stated I can have that $100.00 as a credit for my next vehicle transportation. As if I would use that company again. They text me stating they would refund $200.00 immediately if I agreed to being charged $100.00. I said absolutely not! The company then said they wouldn’t refund me anything and stated that I double booked. I laughed. If I had double booked, my car would have been picked up on the weekend already, not on Monday.

I waited about 24 hrs & made contact with Joe to advise my husband found another company that can pick up the car the same day & if he can’t find someone then there’s a possibility I may have to cancel.
Joe asked me the name of the company and right after I told him the name he bashed the company so bad & said they were, not reputable, they're liars & they don’t have a driver to pick up my car. I was thinking how does he know this & he works for a different company. I was taken aback by his actions of bashing another company. Joe assured me he was going to find me a driver immediately & call me back. I agreed with him & did not cancel the service. It was advised that the driver will be dispatched within 24-72 hours for the pickup. The Transportation 123 Customer Service called me & my family member repeatedly on the SAME DAY for the pickup. This was a huge inconvenience & seriously annoying with the repeated calls 2 hours after the reservation was scheduled. I explained, my family member is at work & cannot leave unscheduled to meet the driver. They called so many times, the car was brought to the driver on the same day, NOT 24-72 hours.
On Thursday, I saw the deposit was incorrect! The deposit was supposed to be $300 as also listed on the contract. My card was charged $500! I did not receive a new contract or call advising the reason for the change. I called to speak with my contact, whom I requested by name. The Customer Service Representative did not let me speak to him. She tried to explain the deposit was an estimate & I said, NO! Not when there is a contract, but before I could finish my sentence, she hung up in my face! I called back & asked for my contact again or the person that just hung up on me. Customer Service Representative Anthony answered the phone & also hung up in my face!!!! He was EXTREMELY HOSTILE, UNPROFESSIONAL, ARGUMENTATIVE & SPOKE VERY HARSHLY TO ME!!!
I was unhappy about the change with my deposit. I never spoke harshly or used profanity. When I spoke to my contact, he explained what happened. That was a short & professional call....AS EXPECTED!!!! That is what Anthony & the other female Customer Service Rep should have done!!!! When a customer is upset & an employee in "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is contacted, then the reasonable expectation during the call is for the Representative to HELP the Customer!!!! It also explained that they've farm out my transportation to a dispatcher. I immediately attempted to cancel (because he lied on the phone), and they charged me a $250 cancellation fee. AND threatened to bill me for the ENTIRE amount ($1500) if I did not pay up.
The second part is ILLEGAL - YOU CANNOT BILL FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. As a last ditch effort, they begged for $100 to "part on good terms". (Lucky I'd already locked this credit card so they could not bill me.) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Believe the other reviews you read here. They bait-and-switch to get the contract signed, then threaten/harass to extort money from people.

First of all, this is my honest personal experience. No one is paying me for this review. Do NOT give these people your card information or your car. They will lie and say that they have their own drivers, they do not, they use third party carriers just like everyone else. They say others will charge you first and never dispatch a driver and that it exactly what they did to me. They charged me immediately, I called to cancel, they never dispatched a driver but are lying to my credit card company, the better business bureau and every review site possible in order to steal my money. They state they will only give me back my money if I promise to take down my honest reviews and never share my experience.
They acknowledge that I should get the money back, they were not supposed to charge me until the driver was dispatched, but are attempted to extort my silence for my money. If this is how they act when a person is just trying to get a deposit back, there is no hope if something happens to your car. Save yourself the time and stress, there are so many better shipping companies at significantly cheaper prices with much better customer service and trustworthiness.

Jason is a complete and total scammer. If you don't wish to read the entire review, jump to my screenshots and see for yourself if this is how a reputable business operates. First, they will call you and claim that they own their own carriers etc, that is FALSE. Secondly, they place a bid on your route even without you signing anything. Thirdly, they will LIE in order to get you to sign a contract, which they try to do because Jason is only after a cancellation fee, and nothing else. I have him recorded as saying that they own the trucks used for transport, which is a total lie, they bid just like all the other brokers. When informed he was being recorded, he IMMEDIATELY hung up. When called out, he mentions their website is ranked "at the top" on transportreviews.com, except ALLL transporters apparently are 5-star services on there. Strange, isn't it?
After realizing he lied to me in order to sign the contract, I immediately requested cancellation within two hours, and somehow magically he claimed to have a carrier already assigned. I asked for proof to be emailed to me - their online tracker showed that NO carrier had been assigned. He never emailed me. 3 days after requesting cancellation, he sends me a message saying that a carrier has now been assigned and I owe $795. Absolute scam of a business. The best part? He sent an email requesting a response to confirm cancellation, which I did (again on Friday, 72 hours before he attempts to say he has a carrier). But then you see in text message he says you can only request by certified mail? What a shady scam of a business practice.

I had my 2017 Z06 C7 3LZ Corvette worth close to $100,000 transported by the family owned world famous Ultimate Transport 123, Inc. It was being relocated from Port Charlotte Florida to Cookeville Tennessee, being picked up on the 7th of September and delivered on September 9th. I was told by Danny from Ultimate Transport 123, Inc. that the company that they hired were going to have a large 18 wheel semi truck and my Corvette would be put right behind the cab of the truck so it would be protected. Well the company that they hired had a regular dual axle pickup truck with only a 3 car hauling trailer. My friend was at the location of the pickup and videoed the whole process and called me when that company came to pick up my car. When he told me what kind of vehicle was transporting my car I told him to stop them and don’t let them take my car, but it was too late and they were already gone.
The driver for this company that was transporting my car didn’t know how to drive a manual transmission car and when he drove it down the driveway of the house where he picked the car up, he popped the clutch and rammed the front end of my Corvette into the bottom of the house's driveway. He continued to try and get the Corvette onto his tow trailer and did more damage to the front spoiler in the process.
When he finally got the car delivered to my house in Cookeville the damage was very evident, which he denied doing. We argued for over two hours until he and his buddy who was traveling with him finally admitted that they were responsible for the damage done to my car. His friend pulled a part for the car up on his cell phone showing the cost of the part that they had damaged at $300, but that didn’t include the cost of the labor to remove the damaged one and then install the new one. The driver finally said to me just pay me $250 instead of the $550 that the final contract amount said to pay him. Obviously this showed total guilt on his part that he was willing to do what he thought he had to do to close the deal and move on. However, I told him $300 isn’t even going to come close to fixing my car, I knew it was going to be much more than that.
The situation was getting more and more heated so I thought if I don’t take his deal I probably wasn’t going to see any compensation for the damage he did to my car anyway. Also he said he wouldn’t give me my car unless I agreed to his deal, I certainly didn’t want that to happen. During this whole ordeal I had a supervisor on the phone from Ultimate Transport 123, Inc. and he told me, "Take the deal and get your car back." During my conversation with Alex from Ultimate Transport 123, Inc. I told him that we had audio and video of the entire incident.
I sent Alex everything we had, videos and paper work from this incident and he told me he would get ahold of this company’s insurance and something would happen in my favor after things were worked out. Well an agent from this company’s insurance named Dillon who works for Progressive said send him everything we had and he would take the necessary steps for me to get compensation for the damages, which totaled almost $3,600. After about a week to 10 days had gone by, Dillon called me and told me that they’re not going to give me any compensation because the company that transported my very expensive vehicle had no authority or the right equipment to tow my car. I was very upset to say the least and told him what nerve he had to call me and tell me that I wasn’t going to get a penny for what they had done to my car.
How can I have a well known company like Ultimate Transport 123, Inc. take responsibility for my car and then destroy it and I don’t get nothing because the company they used should have never transported my car in the first place. To not take responsibility and not offer any compensation to the customer in this situation is absolutely unbelievable. I hope someone will do the right thing and take responsibility and compensate me for the damage that was done to my car, someone needs to do the right thing and take responsibility.

It is phenomenal that a bunch of scammers like this can stay in business. Jason lied to get my credit card info to hold a spot. Promised my card would NOT be charged until after vehicle was loaded on one of their trucks. Problem is they don't have any trucks. They just post your move on bulletin boards for really low bids so that they can mark up a hefty profit for themselves. Also they claim every other company is lying when they are the biggest liars of all time. When I discovered they actually had a 1.5 star rating on every legitimate reviewers' site AND when I noticed that every time they called me it was from a different local exchange even though they are not from this area, I really checked into them.
They didn't have a driver lined up so I cancelled. They then proceeded to harass me with a barrage of phone calls and charged my credit card. Jason (if that is even his real name) said NO we have to pay the driver (even though there was no driver) BUT because we are such a great company you will receive a $200 credit for the next time you move a car. WELL after dealing with a super reputable company (who was $300 less and picked up my car the next day) I wouldn't use Ultimate Transport 123 if they paid ME. Also beware this company racks up negative reviews and changes their name periodically but it is the SAME BUNCH OF CROOKS. BEWARE LIKE THE PLAGUE.... I wish I had.

As a result of my complaint to this Federal agency I was able to successfully get a refund. Ultimate Transport 123 is a husband and wife tag team that misleads the public. After requesting a cancellation the company insisted on charging $300. I refused, no service had been rendered and I had been grossly misled by the sales department. Had no problems reaching her or any of the other staff when trying to get a quote. They required that I provide them with a card on file. I had no problem with this since the transport was across country. My issues came after we agreed on numbers and provided them with the CC. Directly on their website it states that they will have a driver and the truck pick up within 1-3 days. I called and had everything set and ready to go on 3/10/2021 in the morning. They told me they had a driver ready to go and could be there the next day, just had to sign his papers.
I waited the rest of the day for a response and got nothing. When I called nobody picked up. The next day I was told the same thing. This went on until today 3/16/2021 when I finally got hold of Casey a manager. He informed me that he was aware of what is going on and they are working to find a driver and he would call me with updates through the day. I called into the office about every hour and got no one on the phone until almost 7pm. At this point I cancelled my transport with them. This company has the highest rating on **. But I should have heeded terrible Yelp and other ratings! I am of the opinion that reviews here on ** are either purchased or fraudulent. There is no way the company that bad will have such a high review on one site and terrible on all others. I signed up with them because of high rating on TransportReviews, despite them being one of the highest quotes ($100 above the average quote). I worked with Amber. So nice in the beginning before I signed the contract! She promised that their advantage is that they have a network of the drivers they contact, so they do not rely on the Dispatch board. That is total lie!
Another huge lie is that they promise guaranteed price. Within a day they started calling me and saying that if I want to move the car, I need to pay them $200 more (and they are already high)! When I ask them why they can not find the transport they would say - "We offered you transport ($200 more), but you refused." Amber turned nasty, rude and inattentive right after I signed the contract and refused to talk to me and take my calls within 3 days. I would call customer service every day and would hear the same answer: "you will get confirmation before end of the day".
I later discovered that they put my car on the dispatch board for $450!!! Less than they are charging me (industry average is $100 broker fee) - no wonder they could not get anyone. If they were to put the car on the board for the going rate their fee would have been $150 (much higher than other companies) So, wasted 10 days (contract length) of my time, a lot of sleepless nights (plus parking fees for the car). I know that this industry is dishonest and hard to deal with, but this company is the worst - they give you so much lies and false promises, and do it a very "truthful" way. This is fourth time I am shipping the car and my worst experience! I am hard to be duped and am very cautions, but Ultimate transport managed to dupe me. HA, I wish it was like that. What this joke of company would do is basically list your car in database offering as little as $300 for a trucker to pick it up. Obviously no one would do it for that much. Why? Cause they are obviously a greedy, money hungry bunch of fools.. So when it comes time to have your car picked up, they would not deliver on their promise. If you call they would simply say "Yes we're calling dispatch and we'll get back to you" OR they would just simply ignore your call. They wait until you get so desperate and cancel, then guess what? They charge you a $100 cancellation fee! Wow what a way to make money huh?
So we reached out to a different local company and what a world of a difference. We found our car in the database and knew all along how we got scammed. Everything you read in the reviews is 100% accurate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I am 3 pages in on notes about our experience with them and all the different people from here which, with no disrespect, do not speak very good English. They never picked up the car and actually asked me to hide a key on the property, tell them where it is, and the driver, whoever that is, will find it and take the car!?! After paying in full, up front, they told the pick up company which they didn't even contact until the day they were supposed to pick up that I had a balance due of $513.00 in cash. I told them I had a receipt showing no balance due and Ahmed from the pickup company told me that no driver wants to pick up because they are not getting cash.
Ahmed also offered for me to drive the car to the "driver's" house and leave it there since I was flying home the next day, the day after the car was supposed to be picked up and was verified the day before. Anthony, who told me he was one of the owners knew I was only in Mo. for 4 days when I booked 10 days before and assured me it would be no problem since they do that "run" every week. Turns out Anthony is not an owner but Mark is but Joe from "customer service" could not disclose Mark's last name. As per "Joe" the company canceled our contract. Our credit card company is working with us on the "pending charge" and the card has been closed. I really think this company should be put out of business. I think the whole thing is a scam.

I was contracted with another carrier on August 10, 2018 to pick up my 2016 Corvette. Candice with Auto Transport 123 'called me' although I had never spoken to this carrier before and said she had a driver that could pick up my car immediately. I informed her that I was contracted with another carrier and she said that was okay. So she sends me a contract on my email and told me to open it up and click everywhere that was highlighted. So she asked for my card number and I gave it to her. Big mistake! So I didn't hear from a driver and I called and called and could never get in touch with her. Just some foreigners that I couldn't understand would answer the phone. Well I got tired of waiting on them so after about 4 days I called them and told them to cancel my pickup and I booked a flight to go to Wisconsin and pick up my new car that I had purchased. After I got back with the car they called and said they had a driver that would pick up the car again. I told them I had already gotten it. They charged me 275.00 anyway. In the beginning, we contracted with Jason to move a Louisiana State Police Van from BTR to LAX. We were told that we needed to send a company check for the move, but the check would not be cashed until they had a driver secured for the move. Well, the day they received our check which was on 12/24/2018, it was cashed. Ten days later, they still did not have a truck. We called every day, sometimes three to four times a day to see if a truck was secured. We were constantly told that they had a truck. They were just waiting for the driver to sign and send back the contract. These were all lies.
I have been in the transportation industry for over 45 years. The reason we gave Auto Transport 123 a try is because Jason was calling us on a weekly basis asking us to give them a try since we move a number of vehicles for our customers. From what I can tell, in order to be hired by Auto Transport 123, you must first take a class on how to lie to customers. They are one of the worst transport customers in the US. This is also the company that we found out later, was paying for great reviews from previous customers. Stay clear of Auto Transport 123.

They tell you that so you will sign a contract for a deposit. Unfortunately, I quickly learned they do not have their own trucks and will not pick your car up immediately. Once you pay the deposit they won’t answer your calls and you’re lucky if a truck shows up. If someone answers, you get routed to some Asian you can’t understand. When you cancel they charge you $100 and they say they it’s legal because you signed the contract. It’s a HUGE scam. Beware. I used KVG Auto Transport after dealing with this scam. I am in the process of moving from California back to Illinois and researched over 20 auto transport companies before I selected Auto Transport 123. My main reason for choosing them over everyone else is because I was advised that I would access to their online GPS system to track my car during the entire process, which I was not offered with any other company. My sales agent was Amber ** who was initially very helpful while trying to secure my order. After receiving my initial quote, she advised me to check out their reviews on the website ** which I could also research other auto transport companies as well before making my final decision.
I explained in great detail that I would be flying out of Fresno, CA on the morning of 12/15/18 so it was imperative that my car was picked up no later than 12/14/18 however the earlier the better, so we arranged a pickup time frame of 12/12 thru 12/14/18. Now keep in mind, I confirmed my order with a signed contract on 12/3/18 to avoid any delay. I was promised by Amber that I would be able to transport additional personal items up to 200 pounds and that I would be assigned a driver by 12/10/18, which initially put my mind at ease that I made the right decision in going with them.
My contracted price was 875.00 upon delivery plus a 225.00 reservation or booking book for total cost of 1100.00 which they matched to another 5 star rated company based on the website **. My problems began on Tuesday 12/11/18 when I started to contact Amber ** in regards to my driver, I left several messages in which I received no return calls, so I eventually contacted their dispatch center and spoke with Anna who advised me that they were simply waiting on my driver to sign the contact and I would be sent an email with his contact information. For 3 days straight, I was given that bogus excuse with no return calls from any representative of the company.
Finally, on 12/12/18, I decided to Google other websites for reviews and was amazingly shocked at all of the negative reviews about this scam of a company. They have a "F" rating with the BBB and most complaints from customers were for charges on their credit card for services never performed. I immediately started calling other reputable auto transport companies on today (12/13/18) and was also told that my order with Auto Transport 123 came up on their dashboard and that my cash on delivery quote was actually 1205.00 and NOT the 875.00 as stated in my contract which is why NO driver would pick up my route because of their horrible reputation and unethical business practices. Basically Auto transport 123 low balled the amount to the driver to make a larger profit for themselves and no driver would accept my order.
The employee of the company that I decided to go with also sent to me via email a screenshot of the dashboard information so I could have in the event that Auto Transport tried to charge me a cancellation fee once I cancelled the order. I politely sent Auto Transport 123 an email as well as called their dispatch center to cancel my order and also blocked my credit card to prevent any charges from being sent thru. Please beware and DO NOT USE this company for ANY auto transport needs. They are definitely scam artists and can not deliver what they promise during their initial sales quote. The customer service is HORRIBLE and I would NOT recommend them for any business needs!

Long story short I had to get dropped off 20 minutes away to pick up my vehicle. I called and complained. They explained that they were basically a booking service and did not have their own trucks. Was inquiring about auto transport services from Robins Air Force Base Georgia to Los Angeles Air Force Base California and spoke to Dana. Due to a recent issue with Montway and that company not fulfilling their pickup/delivery (booked 3 weeks prior my departure and they could not find a driver supposedly), she made false promises to assist us and find transport for us. Given the short time we needed it completed by, she explained that she would definitely find a driver and if it was not possible that no deposit charges would be incurred even though it states it in the contract they draw up. We kept trying to contact her to find out status and suspiciously was never available or returned messages. Ended up that no driver was ever contracted to do the pickup/delivery so we had to hire a friend to drive the car instead.
After reviewing my credit card accounts, I of course found the charge that shouldn't have been there. I attempted to contact the company's accounting department to dispute the charge and request a refund of the transaction and all I got was yelling at me, talking over me, making it impossible to get any communication to refund the $100. For a company of this size with a pretty sizeable profit margin, they were adamant not to refund the money. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told there is no supervisor to speak to. I asked to speak to someone else, was told that she was the only one. How devious is all this given the magnitude of what this company does? They make sure to frustrate you enough that you give up and just leave. I hung up on her while she continued yelling at me and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
All this occurred due to the booking representative promising one thing and the accounting department not fulfilling that promise. WORD TO THE WISE: this company and all the other auto transport companies work together in providing a service. Your name and request goes onto a networked board where all the companies will see you and then a bidding process takes place of who will take it and what they will charge. In addition, the quote you receive up front is not the actual price, there are additional charges that the driver themselves will apply and the overall cost will increase. If you decide to cancel, that will also be noted on the board and you now will become a leper to all the companies and in turn they will not assist you in any way, you'll be ignored and pushed off until you find alternative methods.

Was promised the world and was treated wonderful when I called for a quote. Their quote was higher than others. Irene bad mouthed other companies saying they promise you the world and then make up excuses when it's time to deliver. Well the deadline pickup day came and they called saying their driver got sick and went to the hospital. I know someone in the trucking industry (unfortunately he doesn't transport autos). He had a resource and found out that they never had a driver. They offer drivers the lowest amount in the industry and then the drivers don't choose to take their order or they are such poor service providers those drivers don't meet any deadlines. They make you submit an e-signature and credit card at time of booking. The contract was not available online to read before signing. When they called and said "their" driver went to hospital and they were looking for another driver I canceled my order.
Irene who was "an owner" who was sweet as pie on Sunday was rude as could be today. She kept transferring me to other people. I finally got a man who said he canceled my order. I asked for an email confirmation. He said he had to talk to a manager to get permission to send an email and there were no managers there. Wait a minute, Irene an "owner" just transferred my call to you, isn't she a manager? He hung up on me. I immediately called my credit card company and they charged me $100 one minute prior. THEN AND ONLY THEN was I able to open the contract link. It read they will bill you $100 if for any reason they can't meet their agreement, for things beyond their control. They can control lying. They NEVER HAD A DRIVER because they chose to ask drivers to work for little money so they can make a bigger profit. It's impossible to access the contract they make you esign before you sign!!!!

I started to research a company that could transport a vehicle from IA to CA since I just got a new job. I've had previous history with this company and have not had an issue. This time the customer service was absolutely horrible and they forged my e-signature. It started by getting a quote for 2 cars because I didn't think my new company would pay for relocation of vehicles. I got in contact with Jason, who is the owner's son (or so he says), go over the details of the contract. While still on the phone with him he is asserting that if I don't sign the documents then I don't get locked in to that rate, he used high pressure sales tactics over the phone to get my signature, which at the time I didn't care for since I thought I would be going this route.
I signed a contract on Aug 17th with verbal promise from Jason that I can cancel up to 10 days prior. I don't see this as an issue as the initial pickup was Sep 10th-14th for the window. I call them back Aug 28th after finding out the company I will be working with does pay for transport and ask to cancel. Jason happens to be out this week and I speak with Casey **. She states the agreement and fine print states 10 BUSINESS days prior and I was not in that window. Alright well that sucks. I'll eat the $100 cancellation fee per vehicle. That fee can be used at a later time as stated in the contract if needed. Still not terribly upset.
Things get interesting when I then I call back when Jason is in (week of 9/3-9/7) and get a hold of Jason who tells me he will call me back due to being absent the last week. Only problem is that I don't get a call back that week. I call again 9/10 and get through to Jason. I explain I would like to use the $200 fee towards another transport, this vehicle doesn't run and it would cost more except I have that credit. I get told over the phone that it would $1095 for transport Oct 1-5th window. Works for me, unfortunately I can't sign it at home and said we would be in contact the following day.
I was not able to reach out to Jason at work, but what happened next is not something that any stand up moral company would do. I received an email at 2:37 pm central time with the document to sign for this new contract. Jason did say he was going to reach out with that tomorrow. 7 minutes later I received another email stating the contract was approved with my signature.
I never gave any consent, and honestly was not able as I was in a meeting for that hour. I have called them today, 9/13/2018, to cancel that fictitious contract that I still have yet to see the details of. This is one of the shadiest, underhanded things I've ever seen any company do. All Jason could say is that he thought we were all good and he tried to reach out to me (which he did, I got a voicemail that day but it was too late to call them back). I honestly think this is a violation of my rights and would never recommend this company for anything ever again.

So, if I do not wait a month from them to find me a truck to ship my cars I have to pay them a forfeit fee? Am I the newest (???) individual of many others suffering the fraudulent practices of this "family owned" cunning, shameless, piece of... business. Rather than cry out on the shoulders of this website and explain the kind of grievances this company has rendered me (take your pick, the stories of what they do/done to other human beings is plentiful and right to the point) I am more interested in finding a permanent way to stop this abhorrent type of abuse.
I am reaching out to the moderators of this website and to the many, immensely frustrated customers who trusted (under a false promise) a service would be performed and when those customers realize it was all a scam and decide to take their business somewhere else due to the urgency of the service find themselves hit with a cancellation fee for a service they most likely did not intend to render. In my case, after almost two weeks of all kinds of bull I decided enough was enough and went somewhere else, so I put a block on the credit card, and lo and behold, I receive a call from Janine (at this point I do not even believe they use their real names) which was the very first time in almost two weeks someone on their end called, and said they had "secured" a carrier and were ready to pick up my vehicles but to confirm pick up they needed $400.00 deposit and could not get due to the blockage I put on the card.
I replied to her of my intent to cancel for non performance and that in order to give them any money I needed the name of the carrier, their phone number and a copy of their commercial liability and cargo dec. page and physical proof the vehicles were loaded in the truck. She did not provide me with any of the info I requested, just hanged up. I cancel via email and never heard from them again until I saw a charge on my credit card for $400.00 (I removed the blockage 3 days after I cancel with them) from Auto Transport 123. So, there you have it folks! Auto transport 123 "way to do business" in a nutshell. As I described in my cancellation to them, they are in the collections business instead of the auto transport business and because of that they have to go. Let us work together to stop them. They will then charge you a fee for cancellation of service even though they provided no services whatsoever. I froze the credit card they had on file, and it's good that I did, because before calling me and trying to resolve anything, the tried to charge my card. Because I did so I then receive the following threatening email... Note the part that says they will turn you into collections for the full amount of shipment...
"Please reply to this email as your acknowledgment upon canceling as follows: I am requesting to cancel my reservation with Auto Transport 123. I understand a one-time cancellation fee of $250.00 per vehicle will be assessed and is deemed non-refundable per the contract I had signed with Auto Transport 123. I was contacted by Janine with their customer service group to try to get this resolved and for them to retain my business. Now I was really getting stressed out as they are closed on the weekends and they had only Monday and Tuesday left to pick up my car. Not hearing from the driver over the weekend, I called another company who was ready to pick up Tuesday night. I called and cancelled 123. Completely stressed out.

Great news :)! Your carrier has been assigned! Estimated Load Date 04/15/2018. Estimated Delivery 04/17/2018. DRD Motorsports Inc => Cocoa Beach, FL DRD Motorsports Inc David ** or **. After the first delivery date in March couldn't be met the second driver communicated by phone that he would be late because of the weather. I was OK with that. He later updated me that he had driven all night long and need sleep to continue. The next communication was that he would deliver my Motorcycle by about 10 AM the next day so I didn't need to hang around and wait all day. I was OK with that. What follows is actual copies of text messages from the driver.
DRIVER: I am on my way south. I have to make one stop in Jupiter and then I will be to you. Then time @ 900 AM unloading time about 3/4 hour and drive from Jupiter to Boca at least 1 hour. MY RESPONSE: For sure you won't be here by 10 AM, maybe 12 or one and I have to be out of here at 1 o'clock. NOW READ THIS! Keep your nasty New York attitude to yourself. There's no guarantees on delivery times. I have more work that I have contracted that requires me to pick it up before I get to you. $275 doesn't even come close to covering my bills. Try saying thank you for the update. I immediately called dispatch and recalled my conversation (TEXT) to them.
The driver then called me back and talked down to me like I've never experienced before to include "you can take your $275 and wipe your ass with it". and much more followed. I was rattled by all of this and went to the Chief of Security in my gated community and explained the situation and that I was dealing with a psycho and needed help to witness the delivery. He sent two armed guards to my house when the truck came through the gates. To say the least, this company will never get another dime from me!

This company will promise you the lowest prices and on time delivery when transporting your vehicle. They will try to lock you in a contract so if you decide to cancel they will bill you for $175 cancellation fee. The issue that I had was that I needed my vehicle to be picked up and delivered to Florida by a certain date. AT123 Auto Transport subcontracted to a guy name Luis. My vehicle was suppose to be pickup on a Friday to arrive on a Monday. Never picked up, never got a call. I called and spoke with Nika and Luis and they gave me the runaround. They both kept telling me they will call me back and never did.
I had to continue calling explaining myself again. Luis tells me the wrong truck was sent to pick up my car and that they won't be able to pick up my car as scheduled. AT123 every time I called said, “We will contact the dispatcher to see what happen.” Luis stop answering my calls, I had to call from a different number to get him to pick up. I had to find another reliable company to pick up my car before I boarded a plane to Florida and had to rent a car for several days because AT123 failed to keep their promise on delivering my vehicle by a set date. My first mistake was not googling AT123 Auto Transport and reading about how they took other people's money and provided such bad service.

Avoid this company at all costs. This vehicle tells you that they are not a broker and that they have their own personal drivers. This is not the case. Further these people will tell you that they ensure that their drivers all carry proper insurance coverage should your vehicle be damaged in the process. Again, this is not the case! They are nothing more than scammers operating under the guise that they are better and different from the other companies. This is true. They run the very best scam!
These people were hired to transport two vehicles from different locations to the same destination. I was told numerous times that both vehicles were picked up and on their way to the final destination. This was not true and I incurred storage fees because the vehicles were not picked up. When the one of the vehicles was finally picked up and delivered the driver would not give me the vehicle until I provided him either cash or a check. Despite me Paying Auto Transport 123 in full using my credit card and incurring an additional fee of 3% for paying by credit card I had to pay the driver in order to get my vehicle. I made numerous calls and sent numerous emails to the company trying to get a refund yet the company ignored my calls. I had to call the credit card company and dispute the charges.
After the experience I had with the first vehicle and being called by the yard where the second vehicle was still not picked up after more than 8 days after hiring AutoTransport 123 I notified them both in writing and via telephone that I was terminating my contract for the transportation of the second vehicle and not to touch this vehicle. Imagine my surprise when 24 hrs later I am notified by the new company I hired that the vehicle was missing and was illegally picked up by a carrier hired by Auto Transport 123! I called AT123 and demanded that they return the vehicle to the yard, advised them that the vehicle was unlawfully in their possession, and I would be filing charges or theft.
I was asked for them let them make it up to me and let the transportation continue. I declined. They called to tell me that they were in touch with the driver and that the driver was more than halfway to my chosen destination. When the vehicle arrived it was smashed up with multiple dents all around the vehicle. The windshield was cracked in half and the tires were flattened. When I notified AT123 of the problem and asked them for the driver's insurance they were unable to do so. I asked, "How are you unable to do so? After all these are your drivers and you verify that all insurance records are verified as part of your written contract." Needless to say despite numerous calls and letters and now filing a lawsuit AT123 refuses to take responsibility for their fraudulent actions!

Yesterday on Nov 28th, 2017 I made a reservation to get two cars picked up from NH to be shipped to TX. Pickup date would be Jan 31st, 2018 and dropped off guaranteed (yeah okay) February 5th, 2018. Sales guy Jeremy ** and the owner's son Ross both tell customers that there are no fees for canceling 72 hours before the pickup day. (Jeremy said that) No fees for canceling 24 hours before pickup day. (Owner's son Ross said that.) So this morning, after reading all the bad reviews on YELP, BBB and Here I realized my mistake. So I called first thing my credit card company to LOCK it. Just so in case Auto Transport 123 does charge it without my consent... Hey guess what they did! They tried and it was declined! Thanks Capital One for your great customer service and integrity!
I then called customer service, this girl Jeanine told me there is a cancellation fee and Jeremy should have told me. I said, "He did tell me there were none!" So she said I should call him and get the issue taken care of. WOW. Called Jeremy, he answers. I tell him, he tells me to call him back in 20 min. We play phone tag and he stops answering and at this point I have gotten my issue resolved yet. No cancellation confirmed and I get an illegal charge on my credit card. I am upset, I called up their inquiry line, pretending to make an inquiry to see if another agent of theirs would lie to me about the cancellation fee nonexistence. Guess what? I get the owner's son Ross on the phone as the current sales rep. He mentions it twice with pride and give me a speech about how great his dad's company is and been in business for 30 some years... Wow.
Finally I asked him about the cancellation fee and he tells the same thing as Jeremy, "There is not cancellation fee, don't worry we're not like that", and then he says as long as I call them to cancel 24 hours before the pickup day. Now I just confirmed that I am being lied again. So I tell him the reason of my call, and explain to him I was charged and I was told by Jeremy his sales guy that there were no cancellation fees if called before 72 hours (in this case I called 3 months before pick up day). Now he explains, "Oh it's a case by case thing" on and on... Blah blah blah. He hangs up on me. In the meantime I already just posted a review on Transport Reviews dot com... It went live.
I get a call from this lady Michelle. Another customer service who is insisting for some reason that I haven't spoken earlier to an employee named Jeanine... Which exist, and how could have I made up some random name. Anyways, she insist I spoke to someone else, but not Jeanine. She says she will try to resolve my issue, which is to send me a confirmation email stating that I shouldn't and will not be charged any fees and this reservation was canceled. In return, she wants to send me a link to the posted review I made on Transport Reviews dot come to permanently delete it. I said, "No because I want people to know the truth and I would gladly put an update that my issue was resolved but still want people to read it". She said, "No", that she did me all this favor to help me so I in return would have to delete the review I wrote...
HEY MICHELLE thanks so much for your GREAT FAVOR... I am being sarcastic... You charged me illegally, without my consent, your owner's son and your sales guy lied to me about the cancellation fee nonexistent and you are asking me to delete my honest review on your company dishonesty and no integrity... NO. No thanks. Here let me give you an update as any honest reviewer should. Auto Transport 123 has sent me my email stating that my reservation was canceled and that I will no longer be charge of any kind of fees, this issue RESOLVED (11-29-17). You haven't yet given me a good reason on why I was charged without my consent earlier, issue NOT RESOLVED. I will update to everyone here reading in February 2018 if my card will be charged again without my consent! Hey, don't believe me, I am just some stranger... Read for yourself on BBB, YELP and here! BE AWARE!

I recently accepted a job promotion that is relocating me from Hollywood FL, to Orange County CA. I need to ship two cars; my 2017 Subaru WRX and my Fiancée's 2016 Lexus NX 200T. The order process went well with Martha. She seemed genuine and was a really good salesperson. She promised me that they are the #1 rated transport company in the United States and that they have 100% online tracking, so I would be able to track my car 24/7. Not to mention on their website they promise 7-10 days shipping.
In addition to all of this Martha insisted that our cars would arrive earlier than 7 days. Well our cars were picked up on October 24th and it is now November 5 and still no cars. I have reached out to the carrier and driver more than 20 times and have been lied to about where our cars are. At one point I called and asked where our cars were and they told me they were in Arizona. Then called a day later and they are in Houston. Apparently the driver broke down. At this point I plan on disputing all charges and have never been so frustrated. This company is fraud and promises the world and they can’t even follow up and give a paying customer a courtesy call. If you care about your cars don’t even think about using this company.

Please beware of this company. Hands down the most inefficient business I have ever worked with. Although this has 1 star, I give this company 0 out of 5 stars. I made the mistake of ignoring all of these other very low ratings because I spoke to a sales agent there, and she seemed very nice, claimed she had been working there for 10-12 years and appeared very knowledgeable.
I was shipping a car from Puerto Rico, and other shipping companies provided a long list of diligences to be completed prior shipping. This information was not provided by Auto Transport 123, and after asking repeatedly about the requirements, I was told that the other lists provided by the other companies must be the requirements of those specific companies, but was not needed here. As such, I moved forward with executing the agreement given how much less complex the process appeared to be.
For the next few days, I had a few calls and emails with the sales agent where I inquired about what the actual requirements from them for shipping were. After being told repeatedly that only the letter from the bank authorizing shipping was required, I was finally transferred over to a customer service agent named Casey for further information. Casey then proceeded to email me the EXACT SAME LIST of requirements that all other companies had sent. This was after my many requests for information, not automatic after booking. Given the time that had passed before I received this information, there was no possible way to get everything done in only a few days. Additionally, they never provided any information regarding when the shipment was leaving, or when I needed to deliver the car to get it on the next ship. Apparently, Casey is the only person in the entire company that knows anything about shipping requirements.
I sent her follow up questions to the obscure list she provided, and received no response for days. Finally, I called and a guy answered (the nicest, most helpful person at this place), told me she was on vacation and tried to help answer my questions. So basically, I booked a reservation, and no one thought it was necessary to provide (1) Date of shipping; (2) Date of drop-off; and (3) Requirements for shipping. I've literally had to be chasing down answers with this place.
Finally, I came to an agreement with the sales agent (in writing by email, which is a binding agreement by law), that if I was going to sell my car, I would be able to cancel the reservation without receiving a cancellation fee. I called the sales agent to cancel, and spoke to Casey (ironically since I had been trying to reach for the last few days, but she had not answered my emails or returned my calls). She asked me to send her the aforementioned email, which I did. I was on hold for approximately 10 minutes in this ordeal as she looked for who sent me the email, although I had already told her it was the sales agent. I told her that I didn't understand what difference it made who sent me the email, if the email was sent from auto transport 123, and also complained to her about the horrible service I received.
Rather than being the least bit apologetic, she thought it was appropriate to raise her voice at me, be extremely rude and nasty, and tell me that the difference is that if she cancels it, she will charge me the $400, regardless of the email. I literally had to hang up on this woman because she was so obnoxious and disgusting. Additionally, she had the nerve to point out a mistake that THEIR AGENT made (further exhibiting their inefficiency) and state that although the email said I had until Monday, August 22nd, Monday was in fact the 21st. She told me on this call that the sales agent would be contacting me about this. However, IMMEDIATELY after this conversation, SHE CHARGED MY CARD. So unprofessional and petty.
I will be charging this fee back and/or suing them in small claims court to recover the amount, given the fact that I have an email in writing from them stating that they would not charge me. Any company that values their customers and reputation would never respond in that way to customer feedback, or charge a customer after one of their own agents made an agreement with a customer. Long story short -- DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM. They are inefficient, unprofessional, rude, and will agree to things in order to get you registered, but then push back on complying with those things. This will be a waste of your time, money and effort.

I called back within 3 hours to cancel due to an unforeseen family situation. Brian became argumentative and said he's trying to save me a cancellation fee. He said I can move it.
I wanted to cancel especially now that I was seeing that this was a shady company. I told him that I'm seeing red flags. "If you're going to take 225 for a service that you didn't perform and the cancellation call was only 3 hrs after booking then why would I want to use you in the future? And if I wait till the 4 month dispatch day to change it then what are you going to charge me?" He waived all fees and transferred me to Jessica. BTW as soon as I canceled with Brian, my credit card got charged. They probably did it as I was talking to them.
I called back a day later and couldn't get Brian but I got Regina who transferred me to Kasey. Kasey said I was lucky they weren't charging me 400.00. She said to provide paperwork from Brian saying he waived all charges. (I asked Brian and Mark, at the time of cancellation, for that but neither will even give me a cancellation form). I asked "how can I make your employees do their job. Maybe you can ask them for it". I asked her if they taped conversations? She said "for training purposes". "Well this is a great training session, pull up our conversation and you can hear Brian telling me exactly what I'm telling you". She reiterated for "training purposes only". That was a no.

I contacted several companies a week before my departure for quotes and some of the more honest ones warned me that they might not be able to find drivers before the 4th of July weekend because of obvious reasons.
The Auto Transport 123 agent (Sherry **) assured me that she would find a driver because they have a huge network and have been in business for 35 years with top reviews on **. I was not aware at the time of contract, but AT 123 is a broker company that hires a vehicle transportation company to transport cars. I thought they transported the vehicles but learned they contract this service out. Although the contract gives them coverage from expected dates of delivery and expenses incurred by the customer for additional expenses caused by late deliveries, the arrival time was represented as achievable. To my extreme disappointment, the vehicle was delivered three days later than discussed, even when it was picked up by the transporting company (A1 Transport in Maywood, CA) eleven (11) days earlier.
My main complaint was I had no leverage to obtain the vehicle earlier. AT123 said there was nothing they could do, which demonstrated that once they received their money upfront, they were going to do little to rectify the problem. It took numerous phone calls by me and emotional pleas for help to get AT123 to pressure A1 Transport to do anything. This is what happens when one hires a broker vs the transport company directly. This should be communicated clearly to the consumer. As a side note, I learned that A1 Transport let the vehicle sit for days due to a driver not being able to be obtained.

This is the business that Auto Transport 123 does. They count on you not following up with discrepancies.
