My name is Charles. I had Ultimate Transport 123 to pick up my car from the East Coast to Vegas. The operator that was assigned her name is Deirdre. Her professionalism and service was top-notch. The way she handled things showed me what a professional she is from one to 10. I will give her 10. She stayed in contact at all times with the truck that was picking up my vehicle and keeping me posted as a customer a performance was outstanding and incredible. Had an excellent experience with UT123, after using other companies to ship my car in the past. I texted UT123 asking why so many companies were reaching out to me about my vehicle (accidentally put my email in a blanket list for brokers) and Jimmy took the time to call me JUST to explain how the broker list worked. I was so impressed by his above-and-beyond response that I went with UltimateTransport123 for my service because of him and have no regrets. Jimmy was incredibly helpful, transparent, kept me informed, and really instilled a confidence in me that everything would go smoothly. We were trying to transport a vehicle from New York to Arizona. I contacted several companies and went with Ultimate because of the salesperson I dealt with. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I even mentioned the mixed reviews and we had a discussion about them. I signed the deal and immediately received the transport company info and confirmed date and price of pick up. Everything was per the agreement with the salesperson and contract. The car was picked up and even delivered 2 days earlier than expected. The driver made great time. I would definitely use them again.

This company was wonderful!! Everywhere I called, some companies would change the price when the car was delivered. Not this company, they worked hard for us, gave us the exact amount, no switch and bait. They were kind, professional, and True to their word!!!! Please use this company, I recommend them due to their honesty about the price! My car is home and safe. The Driver was awesome too. He called me the day before to touch bases. I love that. Hands down, the Best Customer Service I have ever seen.

The Ultimate Transport 123 company was a great choice for the shipping on my vehicle. The company stood within the bounds of their contract and my vehicle was dispatched within the 10 day timeframe as the contract guarantees. The company representatives all demonstrated a professional service in every area. The company was there to offer assistance and provide the best service for me every step of the way. They transacted fair business and were honest about the set final price. Ultimate Transport 123 were open, honest, and dealt straight in the business process. There were no hidden surprises or any false promises or anything about their business. What the representative Jerry told me, is exactly what they provided. I would recommend this company for anyone interested in a straight transaction for having a vehicle shipped.
The company provided me all of the answers to the questions that I asked, Jerry communicated with me of the details of the transaction to ensure that I fully understood what the process would consist of even before I had fully decided on any specific shipping arrangements. The great communication with Jerry made it simple and easy to transact business with the company and to understand what should be expected along the process. My initial phone conversation with Jerry was totally professional on his behalf and he did a fantastic job of explaining to me, the shipping process. Overall, my experience with Ultimate Transport 123 was amazing.

Excellent customer service and they take good care of you and vehicle so they are AAA plus company. Will use again with no hesitation. Driver is very prompt on getting you taken care of and there were no problems. The driver they sent Joe was very kind and he got my truck loaded no problem.

Very competitive pricing. Communication was spot on. There was a issue on the COD price but the company fixed this without any problem and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

This company was top-notch from start to finish. The agent, that set the transport up, was polite and professional. She answered all my questions with patience and was very knowledgeable. The driver was also very professional and, without a doubt, knew what he was doing! We didn't hesitate to hand our car over to him. Delivery was smooth and on time. Pricing was reasonable. I would absolutely use them again!

My car was supposed to be picked up 29 and delivered the 3. I told this people I needed my car cause I start my new job Monday Jan 5. Still today my car haven’t been picked up yet. They took $400 deposits already. Now they telling me different stories. They will pick it up today then change. They finally said it will be picked up tomorrow so praying it gets picked up tomorrow even though it won’t get there on time before I start my Job. I would never recommend anyone uses this company. Communication was poor. Very very poor.

Everything went very well. Price was very fair. They met time deadlines. Transport was for a semi-operable vehicle movement from one shop to another 185 miles away. The movement was done completely without anyone at either shop. Money transactions were by Zelle. I would use them again.
