My experience was good from the first HELLO !.. I was left stranded by another broker I hired in Jan 2026 for transport April 25th or 26th. No one showed or called and it was the weekend, so broker did not answer...had to catch a plane, I had rented car and Motel needlessly... so I called 123 Transport at 9 am Monday morning. The lady, I think Michelle was so sweet!! I was in melt down...she had me a driver within 2 hrs!!! I made my plane! So big thank you to 123 Transport!!! Will use again!!

This was my first time having a car transported, and I highly recommend Ultimate Transport 123 for finding a good person to haul your vehicle. My car was dispatched to Euro Transport and he did such an amazing job! Communication was great, and delivery was successful.

Buyer beware, turn and run and don’t look back!!!! Plain and simple …. it’s a call center with zero interest in customer service. Contracted months in advance figuring this would give the company plenty of time to accommodate our timeline. Setting things up way in advance, you think would have worked to our advantage. It should have been a flawless trip from Florida to New Hampshire. After all how complicated can it be? I was soon to find out not only complicated but a nightmare. Our original sales person had left by the time our transfer was to take place. Zero communication or updates on the part of Ultimate 123 …. All information had to be initiated by me. The Three day window was to be when our car would be assigned a driver.

At the very end of the third day no info and I called the final hour of the third day only to be informed by a heavily accented individual that no driver picked up the contract to ship our car and that our car would be sent out to a whole new group of drivers to see if any of them would pick it up. This now poses a problem because of extending the timeline there would not be anyone at our home to meet the driver so now we have to hire someone to be at our house to initiate the transfer of the car to the driver.

Three days after the end of our original timeline after I INITIATED A CALL to see what was going on, we were inform that a driver had been assigned and would pick the car up the next day between 3:00 and 5:00 so we hired someone to sit our house the be there. I initiated the phone call at 5:30 asking where the driver was and was told …. Oh …. never mind they were going to be there the following day between 1:00 and 2:00. The following day comes and we have now hired someone to be there the next afternoon. By 3:00, no phone calls and no driver. ONCE again NO One called to tell us that there was a no show.

I continued to call and call and call and each time was pushed back until 11:30 that evening someone showed up and the individual we had to stay at the house to accommodate the transfer had her 2 1/2 year old granddaughter in tow. We were told that for sure someone would pick up the car by 10:00 PM. The driver shows up at 11:30 PM and I was horrified that I had made someone wait all that time to make the transfer for us. The driver at 11:30 at night told our hire, for the transfer that they HAD to get the car to Orlando (2 hours in the opposite direction that the car was headed). The reason the car HAD to be picked up at 11:30 at night was so they could get it to a truck that was specifically waiting for our car so the transport company could start the trip North.

Because it was a brand new Tesla S we knew where the car was at all time. That car sat outside two different residential homes the next day and for the next SIX days our car sat in a commercial parking lot in Apopka Florida. AGAIN … zero contact initiated rom Ultimate 123. Each time I called begging to know what on earth was going on with our car we would get the runaround. I can’t tell you how many times I was assured that someone would call back and no one did. When I asked could I talk with a supervisor I was told that there wasn’t anything a supervisor could do and if I were to get one on the phone they would tell me the same thing which was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!.

I got to the point where I seriously questioned if are car had been stolen. I am 100% sure that all this is, is an impersonal call center. At one point with the spotty info that we would get from the driver/dispatch was that they said Ultimate 123 didn’t know what they were doing because they were a offshore call center and I must admit there was nothing that convinced me that things were otherwise. I asked a dozen times to talk to a supervisor and was told none was available. Even though we were promised a certain day for delivery by the driver ….

The car finally showed up four days later. We were without a Car way beyond the service we were promised and the angst and stress that went along with this whole process was a nightmare. Trust me when I say this long narrative does not do justice the how bizarre and unprofessional this whole experience has been. What became so amusing is when you would call their number their AI …. Anna would tell us that the car had been picked up on the 15th and should be delivered on the 18th. Ultimate 123 (ANNA) NEVER updated their info and we finally received the car on the 24th. The only good news is that I will NEVER have to listen to Anna’s voice again!!!!

Absolutely the worst company you could ever deal with. Anthony lied to us so many times, I stopped counting. What a disgrace. Kept us on the hook for 3 days then never produced a driver! Never even had the courtesy to call us and admit he had no drivers!! Don't expect any customer service from this company. They shouldn't be in business. I am spreading the word to all my friends.

Terrible waste of time and money. Our experience was so frustrating. We were first quoted $150, then $400 and then $500 by Ultimate-Transport for a job that should be 3 - 4 hours in distance. Alongside the pickup date being moved multiple times. The driver said he would pick up the Motorcycle then would make an excuse for why he can’t do it, and then says he would pick it up in the night. Then it would be the next morning with the same bs, and then day after tomorrow morning. Until finally, after days of misleading us, he picked up the motorcycle and tells us that at 5 am next morning he would drop it off.

Lo and behold, we get up at 5 am before work to intake the motorcycle, then at 6:40 he says he will be here in 30 minutes. Well, guess what, he sends us a video saying he doesn’t want to drop it off at our place early since it will add time to his other drop off locations, so tells us that it will come tonight at 7 pm (didn’t happen came at 2 am next morning). I’m not mad or angry about the shipping time, but I’m very frustrated with the lack of transparency, and accurate planning. One day you mess up your plan, sure that’s fine, I can understand that. But more than 3 - 4 times! And raising the price.

This whole process feels like we are paying to get messed with. 500$ mind you, after we were originally told it would be $150. I have lots of respect for delivery drivers, but it’s hard to give respect to someone who obviously doesn’t care about you as a client. STAY AWAY from this company. And the way things have been going, I don’t expect any resolution to this absolute waste of money. I will do what I have to do to make sure I don’t recommend this company at all.

Ultimate Transport 123 questions and answers

How has your industry changed in the last 5 to 10 years?
The growth of the public's reliance on the internet for information has vastly changed the landscape of the industry and has opened the door for an over saturation of auto transport brokers. This has helped lead to the contentious, deceitful nature the industry has unfortunately become known for in recent years.
What problem is Auto Transport 123 trying to solve?
The problem our customers face – which we aim to resolve – is how to move their vehicle(s) from one location to another, without actually driving it themselves. We offer a variety of options on how to move the vehicle depending on the customers’ needs.
What sets your company apart from the competition?
There are many things that set us apart but it all boils down to managing our customers expectations. Many transport companies lead customers to believe everything will go off without a hitch and don't prepare customers for issues that commonly occur in the trucking industry. We take extra time to ensure our customers fully understand what goes into having their vehicle transported and explain how we can keep things moving smoothly even when we’re faced with some of the common issues that could arise.
What needs do your services fulfill, and how do you fulfill those needs better than your competition?
Auto Transport 123 services fulfill the need to relocate your car, and we do it better by moving our customers cars faster and more efficiently than our competitors – all at a guaranteed rate.
How does Auto Transport 123 measure success?
We measure success by the number of customers who say they had a positive experience shipping their vehicles with us.
What’s the most common misconception consumers have about your industry? Your company?
In this industry, if someone says something to you over the phone or writes it in an email, they don’t always live up to it. This is an unregulated industry and the majority of our competitors use deceitful and duplicitous tactics to get business in the first place. The most common misconception about Auto Transport 123 is that we offer the same service as other brokers, when in reality we take a completely different approach to earning the customers business and trust, and we actually complete the job.
What is something you wish every consumer knew about Auto Transport 123?
We are the only Auto Transport Broker who provides a full, legally-binding contract in which the price is guaranteed in writing. No other company will guarantee a price in writing. So many customers get taken advantage of because they make a verbal agreement with a sales representative and don't know they need to get everything in writing.
How has your company grown or evolved?
When the company was founded in 2010 there were approximately five people employed by the company – all working from our New York office. We now have two more offices; one in Las Vegas and one in Washington state, along with various satellite workers operating from the comfort of their own homes. We now employ over 50 people, making us one of the largest auto transport brokers in the country.
