Terrible waste of time and money. Our experience was so frustrating. We were first quoted $150, then $400 and then $500 by Ultimate-Transport for a job that should be 3 - 4 hours in distance. Alongside the pickup date being moved multiple times. The driver said he would pick up the Motorcycle then would make an excuse for why he can’t do it, and then says he would pick it up in the night. Then it would be the next morning with the same bs, and then day after tomorrow morning. Until finally, after days of misleading us, he picked up the motorcycle and tells us that at 5 am next morning he would drop it off.

This was my first time having a car transported, and I highly recommend Ultimate Transport 123 for finding a good person to haul your vehicle. My car was dispatched to Euro Transport and he did such an amazing job! Communication was great, and delivery was successful.

This has to be the worst transport company I’ve ever done business with. They gave me a price. I booked it. They charged me 300 upfront. Said they would have my car picked up within three days. It has now been two weeks. Car's not been picked up and they don’t respond to me. Stay away from this company.

I got ripped off right out of the gate. If moving isn’t hard enough, this company ripped me off for 300 right from the gate. I gave a deposit and scheduled pick up. The driver never came and I was crunched for time. I called the office and some illiterate answered and said I was scheduled for the time. I actually had to be at the pick-up spot and I told them no, Casey scheduled me for yesterday or today.

Excellent customer service and they take good care of you and vehicle so they are AAA plus company. Will use again with no hesitation. Driver is very prompt on getting you taken care of and there were no problems. The driver they sent Joe was very kind and he got my truck loaded no problem.

Very competitive pricing. Communication was spot on. There was a issue on the COD price but the company fixed this without any problem and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

This company was top-notch from start to finish. The agent, that set the transport up, was polite and professional. She answered all my questions with patience and was very knowledgeable. The driver was also very professional and, without a doubt, knew what he was doing! We didn't hesitate to hand our car over to him. Delivery was smooth and on time. Pricing was reasonable. I would absolutely use them again!

My car was supposed to be picked up 29 and delivered the 3. I told this people I needed my car cause I start my new job Monday Jan 5. Still today my car haven’t been picked up yet. They took $400 deposits already. Now they telling me different stories. They will pick it up today then change. They finally said it will be picked up tomorrow so praying it gets picked up tomorrow even though it won’t get there on time before I start my Job. I would never recommend anyone uses this company. Communication was poor. Very very poor.

Everything went very well. Price was very fair. They met time deadlines. Transport was for a semi-operable vehicle movement from one shop to another 185 miles away. The movement was done completely without anyone at either shop. Money transactions were by Zelle. I would use them again.

Very courteous from start to finish. Car came on time in perfect condition. I was updated in plenty of time to plan my day and get the car. I use them twice a year and am always very satisfied. Very good company.

Contacted Ultimate Transport 123. I spoke with Anthony.. Very professional. I was told a good thing about UT123 is they're family owned and the same person that picked by vehicle up in NY would hand me the keys in Florida. Based on that statement I hired them.. A subcontractor, not UT123 picked up my vehicle and said he was just a local guy. The driver pulled up in a new rig and was very careful.. I thought ok I think I'll be alright.. I wasn't. My classic BMW roadster was delivered on a small truck that "needed boards to extend the truck bed to the ground".... My bumper had some paint chips when it left, but when I got it, the under portion of my bumper cover was tore up. It also had 3 more miles on it than when they picked it up.. I didn't see this on delivery..

My name is Charles. I had Ultimate Transport 123 to pick up my car from the East Coast to Vegas. The operator that was assigned her name is Deirdre. Her professionalism and service was top-notch. The way she handled things showed me what a professional she is from one to 10. I will give her 10. She stayed in contact at all times with the truck that was picking up my vehicle and keeping me posted as a customer a performance was outstanding and incredible. Great service. Timely pickup and timely drop off. Driver staying in communication and it was a very easy process. Highly recommend and will use if needed in the future. Driver went above and beyond throughout the process. Happy customer.

This company is terrible. They told me the day my truck would be picked up then changed what they said so the next day comes they sent out the wrong truck to pick up my truck so I had to wait another day. So when the next day comes they sent the same wrong truck to pick up my truck so at this point I’m frustrated because now I’m seeing that they’re unorganized and unconcerned about when my truck will get delivered to me. It’s going on a week now and I still haven’t received my truck. I’ve called to speak to a supervisor but he refuses to give me a call back. I will never use this company ever again and I would not recommend this to anyone. I know most of the people working there don’t speak English. Well it’s just a mess. Terrible terrible terrible. Zero stars.

The only reason we give one star is because we finally received our car, after much frustration. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL AND IN FACT, IT SHOULD BE FORCED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. In fact, we felt threatened by the driver about payment before we even received the car. The story is a long one regarding the shipment process and we had to threaten the company with the state police and lawyers so that we could get the car. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! In fact their phone answering message refers to them as world class family owned! NOT EVEN IN THE USA!!!!

So I called this company for a quote, just a quote. I spoke to Jason, probably some little kid that work here. He said he called me back because I was going to think about, he proceeds to text me saying I answered the phone and told him some kind of lie. After all this, he proceeded to text me and tell me I was a liar, a criminal, deceitful. I told him I recorded all my calls and he said I broke the law. Here in Arizona, I can record conversation without the other person knowing as long as I'm part of the conversation. So he continued to text me, call me names, whatever. Very unprofessional.

Bike was picked up exactly when they said. And delivered on the same day as agreed. All my calls was answered. Very smooth delivery. The driver even communicated with with on his ETA of delivery window. I’m very happy with the service that was provided!!!

Had an excellent experience with UT123, after using other companies to ship my car in the past. Unbelievable experience with Ultimate Transport 123! I was shipping one vehicle from Florida to Los Angeles and the day before decided to ship a second vehicle. Not only did the company make that happen, seamlessly, pick up and delivery was smooth and easy. Customer service, fantastic, and transporter communication above and beyond to make everything happen on time and seamlessly. I truly expected it to be a tough process and an expensive process, but it was neither. Five stars all around, highly highly highly recommended!

They were professional and timely with pick up. Drop off did not happen on the date expected. However when I called they found out why and kept me updated the delivery details. The car arrived with no problems. I guess because of the size of the truck I had to meet it for pickup in a supermarket parking lot which was annoying because it arrived after 9pm.

We were trying to transport a vehicle from New York to Arizona. I contacted several companies and went with Ultimate because of the salesperson I dealt with. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I even mentioned the mixed reviews and we had a discussion about them. I signed the deal and immediately received the transport company info and confirmed date and price of pick up. Everything was per the agreement with the salesperson and contract. The car was picked up and even delivered 2 days earlier than expected. The driver made great time. I would definitely use them again.

I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from 123 transport. They were able to communicate effectively and deliver on their promises. My vehicle is low and they took extra care when handling it. Would use their services again.
