I had my Mercedes-Benz transported by Sherpa Auto Transport from Florida to California. The quote they gave me was good. The professionalism of the customer service was very good as well. The delivery was right on time and the car arrived in perfect condition. hey told me it was gonna be about a week, and it took about a week. The driver was a very nice man, too. Hire Sherpa Auto Transport!

I wanted to move my car from New Jersey to Florida. I went on the web and Sherpa was highly recommended. They arranged for the transport and whatever they said happened. Everybody did what they said they would do and everything was delivered on time. Of all the moving experiences I've had, it was the best one. At first, I thought the quote given was a little high. I thought it was gonna be under $1,000, but it turned out to be $1,200. I went with it anyway because of the recommendation. Plus the original quote was exactly what they said it was gonna be.

I was shipping a Mercedes G300 2,800 miles cross country to my son. I filled something out online for a quote, and I had at least six companies contact me. When I got all the feedback from my initial email, I was very concerned about the industry in general. There were a number of comments about scams and high quotes, and I was debating on whether or not I was gonna do it at all. I looked at 3 shipping companies and the pictures that Sherpa showed online were very clean and nice trucks. But I didn’t realize at that time that what they do is they lease those rides out which is fine with me. It looked like they had good transport services so I went with Sherpa.

I read that people either got charged more or weren’t getting their car picked up for the price that they quoted. But with Sherpa, I felt I wasn’t gonna get something wrong at the end of it. I had pleasant interactions with them and any questions I had, they either had the answer or they were able to research it for me. I also liked the quote that they gave me. It was exactly what they told me from day one. The truck that was supposed to bring the car here, however, broke down about 100 miles from here. When I found out about it, they arranged for me to pick up my car and they gave me a discount of $100 from the initially quoted price. So they made it right. One of the delivery crew verified my ID, got the remaining amount of money and got in their car. Overall, I was happy with Sherpa and I'll use them again.

I was moving by myself and my truck was too big to tow behind like a U-Haul. It seemed like there was a lot of negative things to say about truck shipping services but Sherpa had the best reviews online. I went with them and they gave me a good quote and good delivery times. It was a lot to ship a truck, but the quote seemed fair. It was definitely better than anybody else by maybe $300.

My husband was leaving a BMW to someone in Florida and I didn't want to drive it down from Virginia, so we got a transport service. He told us that he had to make another stop to pick up another car but he was able to deliver the car on Thursday, which was a lot quicker than we thought. The delivery went fine as well and the car's condition was great, just like when it left. I was perfectly satisfied with Sherpa Auto Transport and if you want to ship a car, I would recommend them.

We were receiving a vehicle as a gift and it needed to be shipped from California to Virginia. I looked into different transport companies, but when I saw a commercial for Sherpa Auto Transport, I figured that they were the best way to go. The rep I talked to answered all my questions without a problem. She didn't rush me or force me to make a decision right there and then. I realized that their quote was a little high, but when she told me that they make sure they get the best drivers that meet their requirements and qualifications, it gave me a peace of mind because I knew I had someone I can call to direct me if I had any issues with the driver.

The car was perfectly fine when it arrived in about a week and I would definitely recommend Sherpa.

Sherpa has really good customer reviews so out of the four companies I looked at, I went with Sherpa despite the other companies giving me $150 less. It was the first we had ever had to ship a vehicle and Sherpa made it very easy. They were very good. I hadn't heard from the driver and Sherpa got me in contact with the driver. The driver that they had lined up was very experienced. We waited until they loaded the car so that I can send my son a picture of his car that it was on the way to him. We watched them for about 45 minutes and you can tell they knew exactly what they were doing. My son's vehicle arrived in Washington a day and a half early, which was great, and in good shape. My son communicated with the driver and they had a local pick-up spot. And he said everything went fine.

I bought a car out of state and I looked at over 25 different companies to transport it. I went with Sherpa because of the rebate they had and they weren't harassing me. Other companies were blowing up my email box. Still, was able to get someone right away at Sherpa and she gave me a quick rate. Thereafter Sherpa was able to do the pickup really quick. I used Sherpa to transport my RX Lexus van from New Jersey to California. I got their information on the web, called them, and I had excellent interactions with the customer service representative. Everything went well with the scheduling and the communication for the delivery was very good. The transport took about 5 days and we got to drive the car now in California. Overall, the Sherpa people were good, kind, and they answered the phone. As scared as I was, they exceeded my expectations. They were very prompt and timely. I would recommend Sherpa.

She gave me pricing and asked me what kind of car, different details about the car and ship dates. It was a very simple interaction with her. Then they were here almost to the minute when they said they were gonna be. I was very impressed. They did a good job. They transported my car for 750 miles and that took three days. The price was reasonable. Another company gave me $650 and they were $850 but they delivered as promised. So, I was very satisfied. The car was clean and everything was good.

I bought a car and I didn’t wanna drive it halfway across the country from Omaha, Nebraska to San Francisco Bay Area I checked out three transport companies and since Sherpa seemed to have a pretty good market share of the transport business, I went with them. Also, they were able to meet the dates that I needed. I tried one or two others, but they were talking two or three weeks out before they would be able to transport my vehicle. Sherpa used an independent contractor to do the transport but I really liked the guy. I talked to him and he obviously did auto transport before, so it all worked out.

When I first found out which carrier was gonna take my car, I read the reviews on that carrier and there were a lot of negative ones. The customer service rep assured me that she had a lot more positive than negative on file, so I went ahead with the carrier that they assigned me to. The quote was a little higher than most but because of the positive reviews, I was willing to pay a little bit more. Also, the driver was very pleasant and friendly. They picked up my car on Monday and it was delivered on Sunday. He arrived at the specified location. It went really well and I was really surprised because I read a lot of reviews and everybody expressed their horror stories but yet, I had none.

Among 4 different transport companies, I like Sherpa's professionalism and customer service. Their service was a little pricey, but they were pretty much upfront. I talked to the dispatcher, Will, and he was fantastic. I was most impressed with his promptness, knowledge, and swiftness of execution with the contract. I also like the fact that he didn’t charge me upfront ’til he found a driver. 1,300 for the quote would’ve been super fair, but he gave me a $50 break which I still have to collect. Nevertheless, they had my Toyota Camry transported for about 2,500 miles and the delivery was timely. The vehicle was in excellent condition too. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Jerome, the guy who transported my vehicle, was excellent too. He told me when he was gonna be there to pick the Jeep up and that in a couple of days, he was gonna deliver it. He picked the vehicle up at my house and dropped it off at the new house through the door. He even waited for me to get here to deliver it. He picked the vehicle up on a Saturday and dropped it off on a Tuesday. That was what I requested and it wasn't a problem. The cost was perfect too. It was what I expected to pay and everything went smoothly.

I was moving out of state but my truck broke down on me. I looked at other transport companies before choosing Sherpa but none of the others had a truck big enough to haul my vehicle. The transport took about three days and they arrived two days earlier than the day they told me. The delivery was hectic and they weren't able to drop the vehicle off on the street that I lived on, so I had to walk about a block and a half to go get the truck. It was because of the transporter size of the truck that they had and we had a tight street right there. The drivers were also good and I didn't have any issues with them. But the mirror on my driver's side of the truck was taken apart and was never reassembled. Still, they provided great quality service, were quick on the shipment, and the vehicle was picked up at home. I would recommend them.

He communicated with me all the way through the trip. Then after I got the car here, the owner, John, called me to make sure that I was happy with the service. Sherpa did a great job and I appreciate the service that they provided.

I felt that if that company was confident in them, then it would be okay to go with them too, so we did. The interactions I had with their customer service was straightforward. The person I spoke with was pleasant and confident, and the quote they provided was competitive. It was also the same upon completion of transport.

The delivery was one day over from the date that I was told but it wasn't a big deal. My car got there all right and I would recommend Sherpa.

If I emailed a question, I'd always get either a phone call or a response back right away. I worked with a couple of different reps and I found the customer service to be the same with each individual.

The persons I worked with at Sherpa were good. I hoped the car can be shipped on August the 10th and it took a long time for the company to search for a driver for me. But it worked out on that day so I’m very happy with that. The car was delivered after three days and there were no damages. Everything’s as good as before. I paid exactly the same as our quote at the beginning. I'm satisfied with my experience with Sherpa.

The driver had several stops to make across the country as he was heading out there. So the drop-off was on schedule. Maybe it was even a little early.

Nicholas has an exotic vehicle and we moved it back and forth across the United States. His parents live out East and I, his assistant, arranged to have the 911 shipped to his father who was 1,000 miles away. It was really easy to get it all set up with them. And I get a quick turnaround to hear back, to get scheduled for a truck driver. The vehicle was transported for 800 miles and it got to its destination almost a day before I had asked for it. That was really great. It was convenient, and it worked out for me. The delivery driver got a hold of me the day prior to the delivery and we had discussed, meeting the following day to do the entire delivery. The quotation was pretty close to the average cost. So, that was good as well. I would recommend them to friends or family and I would use them again.

The cost was a little bit on the higher end but I wouldn't be as sensitive to price knowing some people I hear wait two to three weeks for a pickup. So, I was happy with what I did.

They were very professional and as far as insurance coverage, they were plain about how things were handled. They explained that if they gave me the price quote, no matter what, even if they couldn't find somebody for that rate, they were still gonna charge me that quoted price. That made a difference since not a lot of companies are gonna do that. I went with them so that there would be no surprises later and there weren’t.

Plus, I couldn’t find any really bad, negative reviews of Sherpa online so that made me feel they were a safe bet. I had checked the company before them and when it came down to the pickup date, they had started giving me the runaround. I called Sherpa and they picked up a day earlier than they said they would. Everything was very straightforward. They gave me the quote, explained that the car needed to be fully cleaned out and I couldn’t have any personal items in there.

But the guy drove his back wheels upon the big blocks that flatten the trailer out and the car slid right off. Everything was perfect. We were very satisfied and I would recommend them.

The drivers were very friendly and were able to accept PayPal which was very convenient. I didn’t have to worry about bringing $1200 in cash out to a parking lot somewhere.

They just acted as an outfit that went ahead and got the transportation and I didn’t quite understand that until very late in the game. Other than that, the delivery process was quite good. They picked up the car between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM then they delivered at 11 o’clock PM, but that was okay. Overall, we were pleased with the service.

I did the little test that matched you with somebody and then it came up with that. When Sherpa said their rates, they said there would be no extra fees and I took that. It also seemed reasonable compared to the other top three quotes I had. They were all within $10. The customer service was excellent too. The people there were really good. We're Canadian and my daughter moved to California and had the car there. We thought we could import it but we found out that we couldn't do that. So I had a car stuck in California that needed to get back. The delivery with Sherpa went very well though. The time it took was also about what I thought it should be and what they had committed to.

It was a long way from San Francisco to the New Orleans area. I also expected my car to be really dirty, which was what Sherpa said. A lot of people see their cars as sometimes dirty because they hit rain but my car was fine.

The location where I met the driver also changed but the vehicle was in great condition. The cost of the service was fair too. Sherpa did a very good job. They followed up and corrected the issues I had so I was happy with that.

I called the number that I found on the website and spoke to their rep. I had other quotes that were quite a little bit lower than Sherpa, and the rep explained to me that they are a broker and that they have to sell the load to a trucking company. So if I go way low, they will have trouble selling that load to a carrier and I’ll never get my car delivered. She knew what she was talking about. She also projected confidence and didn’t pull any punches. She then got the information out right away. It was on a weekend and by that Sunday, I had an email that the load had been sold to a transporter.
