Montway Auto Transport Reviews

I moved from Florida to Seattle and I used Montway two times there. When I was searching on Google, they came first. I also liked the price. Then I moved from there to California then back to Florida, and I used Montway again. Their customer service has been good and every time that they delivered, it was as expected. However, sometimes they call last minute to say they can pick up that day. If they can work on a pick-up time and date, and make it more precise, that would be great. Other than that, it was overall good experience and I would definitely recommend them.

I used Montway for transport between Florida and New York. During pickup, we had to come up with an alternative for the truck, but everything worked out fine. The driver was efficient. He called me to let me know where he was and what time he would be here. I've used Montway for about five years and they're on time, and the reps are reasonable. The price has risen quite a bit, but at least you can count on them. They’re good about meeting the dates.

I ship cars overseas and I’ve worked with Montway more than once and all those times, I got very good service. I've been using Montway Auto Transport for eight years to ship antique cars and motorcycles. I had a problem with one driver but it was resolved. Sometimes, I need to move to a better price but when I choose Montway, everything is okay.

Terrible communication. Does not respect scheduled days. Could not answer any question about pick up because they're not the carrier. This is a middle man service. Wish I could give 0 stars. I needed to verify if the driver was able to drive down my street for pick up, if not, I needed more notice to schedule someone to assist for drop off. They could not answer until the carrier was assigned and once the carrier is assigned there is no way to cancel cleanly without owing these scammers money. I got a simple text with the driver's number. No additional information, no times, no dates, no emails. I had to reach out to the driver to get all of this information. I requested at least 48 hours notice. I have the support chat transcript confirming it. Found out through the driver after I called them myself that the car will be picked up the next day. This company does not care about the customer at all. They are a middle man only.

It took 10 days for a three-day trip. My car got put on a trailer, which looked like it should be in a junkyard. It got as far as Pittsburgh, and the brakes had to be replaced. It sat three days in Pittsburgh, then it went down to some place in New Jersey, and sat seven more days in New Jersey. Then they finally got the car to me. The lack of communication was incredible. Every time I called, nobody could give me an answer. I was extremely disappointed. Montway is also getting expensive. I got quotes from competitors for $750. Montway's was $1,300. But I decided I would go with Montway because I’ve used them before and generally speaking, they were fine. The big problem is Montway is a broker so you don’t know who the driver is. The driver couldn’t speak a word of English. But other than that, he did an incredible job.

They promise you the world, and then everybody collapse in the end. They made you on hold, on hold, on hold for a week. Everybody wants to get the money from you, and then they start looking for a truck, and then nothing happens. So, I canceled with them, and then I called another company in Jersey. One car, they picked it up and delivered it. The second one, they could not. So, I have to cancel and get somebody else. I shipped with Montway a few times, and they was good. But this time, one of the shipping I don't get lucky. So, I was a little disappointed with this.

We were moving across the country, and so I needed to ship a car. I used Montway when we moved across the country last time. They're the only people I use. Communication with them was really easy. I just gave them the information regarding my car and my ideal window for pick-up, and they gave me a quote and got it scheduled.

I used Montway a couple of years ago and I’m used to the process, which was why I decided to use them again. The transport is for the same vehicle and distance. It was always to Hawaii or back from Hawaii. The process was easy and the transport went smoothly. The quote changed a little bit and was more expensive at the end. But the price is reasonable. The vehicle arrived in good condition. It was the same as when we shipped it off. I’d recommend Montway.

I needed a transport because I was staying in New Jersey for three months. I wanted my own car here and I chose Montway just through a Google search. I used them last year too. I didn't have any issues the first time that I used them. So, I've used them three times now. Some drivers are more flexible than others, so some will come closer to your house. With my last pickup, they came a block away from my house because it was a two-lane highway, and they were able to pull over to the side. This driver dropping the car off came a block to my house and dropped it off like on a state road. But last year, the guy refused to get that close to the house. So, I had to drive 20 minutes. He said, “Oh, I can't get my truck over there,” which he can because we build houses on the island, and big trucks come over. So, it depends on the individual driver and company. You don't get a choice as to who your driver or company is. But the drivers were all fine.

A friend recommended Montway, and I used them to have a car transported from Florida to New York. Their rep was great. Everything was very smooth. Unfortunately, the quote did change. It was a lot higher than last year, but that’s okay.

My daughter needed a car and we had one, and I was shipping it to her. A friend of mine used Montway and he usually does a lot of research so I trusted that he liked the company. It worked for him. So, I went with them. Setting up the transport and the communication went well. I was surprised that it was easy. I didn't have any date and I wasn't in any hurry. They said it might take a few days but the next day, they had a person available to do it.

I've used Montway before. They were recommended by a friend and she'd been very happy with them. Once a year, we usually move from Arizona out to Washington. Their reps were all very good. I called back the same guy that I dealt with last year when I wanted to arrange the transport. They gave me a window that I had to be available. It wasn't so much being available as it had to be picked up by a certain date. Dennis was our driver and he was excellent. The car arrived in perfect condition. Montway is competitive with other carriers. Their price ia a tiny bit higher. But it was worth it. I would highly recommend it. It was so convenient, especially to be able to put suitcases and stuff in the car and not have to take them on the plane, to get stuff moved cross country.

I got a place in Florida I go back and forth to, and I got my car shipped there. I did the quote online first to see what the price would be. After that, either Montway contacted me or I contacted them. When I originally chose them, I went online and googled the car transports and they popped up. They had good reviews. I used them and it was very successful, so I've used them every time since then. The transport would be scheduled to take four days, and sometimes I need an extra day, and they seemed to accommodate well. The driver couldn't pick up on my street because a big tractor-trailer has a problem there. So, I meet them a couple of miles away in a big open area that I designate. And the same in Florida.

We go from Chicago to Austin, Texas, during winter and summer. I got quotes from several transport companies, and Montway was one of the few companies that kept their price and also hit the pick-up and delivery dates. Their customer service was very good. They were able to answer my questions and keep me informed about where my car was and when it was gonna be delivered. I've tried services before. And they come in with a quote and don't hit a number. But with Montway, each time, they've done the service for the price they quoted and also been very easy to deal with as far as the dates go.

Everything is good with Montway. They always help me a lot. They give a good cost, and they are available. It takes a short time to transport the car, I don't wait too long, and my cars come the way they are. I recommended others to use Montway.

I saw on the Nextdoor that some people had a good experience with Montway. I went with them, and my experience was good as well. The rep was pretty helpful with whatever question I had, and the quote was good compared to the other companies. The pick-up was in Virginia on the day that they scheduled and the drop-off was in Los Angeles, which was earlier than I expected. It took 7 days and I got a text message from the driver. Everything went well and I would recommend Montway.

Montway has reasonable price, and I've had a good experience for delivering my car on time and in a good condition. I tried a different carrier one time from California, and then they damaged my car. The driver did not let me know until they dropped it off and went away. After I looked at the pictures, and I found out that they had damaged my car without telling me. So, I just sticked with Montway because I've never had an issue with Montway. Almost every single time I try Montway, I like the representatives. They are very reasonable, respectful, and nice people.

Montway Auto Transport was meant to transport my vehicle from California to Georgia. After the transport company’s agent took my car, I requested to cancel the order. They informed me that they would cancel it, but I needed to retrieve the car from their agent in California. I collected my vehicle and paid $100 in cash. When I asked them to refund me the $1500 transportation fee, they gave me back $1250 and withheld $250 as a cancellation fee. I requested either the return of the $100 or the $250 cancellation fee, but they have stopped responding to my emails.

I have good friends that recommended Montway. We always transport a car from Minnesota to Florida, and Florida back to Minnesota. We have two properties. So, we transport one car for each season. Setting up the transport is easy. I've worked with other transportation companies, but working with Montway is so much easier. In the past, it's always been a regional carrier where they do one route. You have to find somebody that goes from Florida to Minnesota and that's a particular carrier. With Montway, they can provide you a route anywhere because they work with independent carriers. But then it's all automated, so it's very easy to schedule.

Montway always does a great job and they're usually right on the money. I went with them recently when I bought a vehicle that needed to be transported. Setting up the transport was super easy. I’ve done a few and during the pick up on one of them, they had a big truck. The driver parked off to the side and they walked into the house to grab the car. I'd tell others to use Montway. I do it all the time.

We’ve used Montway for eight different cars. The customer service was great for all of them. It was much better towards the end, but one time was not good. I had a brand new, white Corvette that I was transporting from Maryland to Arizona. When it got loaded onto the truck, it got loaded underneath a service truck. When it got to Arizona, from the middle of the roof, all the way down the hood and the windshield, it was covered with oil. No one did anything to resolve it. They had pictures of it. I brought it immediately to a car wash place, and they said, "This is oil. We can't get this out. You're gonna have to get it professionally detailed.” I constantly got the runaround, and my friend who had a body shop was able to get 90% of it out. But I constantly got the runaround.

I had a project, and it had to go from Maryland to Arkansas. I had used Montway twice in the past. So, I used them again. It was a good experience. I scheduled it a month prior. Then, when it was scheduled for pickup, they didn't come in the original pickup window. It was the following week. I was looking for them to come on Friday, which was the normal business day. But the guy came on a Saturday. He parked on the side of that major railway, and then my uncle drove the truck down, and he was able to load it. But that wasn't an issue. As a customer, you have to have a little bit of knowledge of the vehicle shipping thing and how it works. Because it's not Montway technically that's picking up the vehicle, because they're brokers, too.

I used Montway twice. I liked the price. The customer service was good. I was fine with the quote that they gave me. It was good and very accurate.

Montway was exceptional. I've used them three times now and it's been great. I have had no issues at all, from end to end. There was bit of delay on the delivery side, but it still worked out. They told me it was going to be there by a certain date and I got a revision that was earlier, then that revision went later, but still met the delivery timeline. So, I was very happy with it. I've used other shipping brokers before and there's better pricing out there, but Montway was on top of things. We had great communication throughout the whole process.

I've dealt with Montway before. In addition, they seem to get some really good reviews. Also, when I used them in the past, I had no complaints. So, I used them again to transport a vehicle for about 2,000 miles. The vehicle's condition was excellent when it arrived. It was the same way when I turned it over to the driver. The time frame has changed slightly because, unfortunately, the truck broke down in Kentucky. The delay was maybe a day. The price was competitive. It wasn't the cheapest, but then, the thing with Montway is, you get better service if you pay a little more with Montway. So, you can get a cheaper price with some other carriers, but you don't get the quality of service that you get with Montway.

My daughter's in college and she needed a car. Montway was recommended to me for the transport and my experience setting it up was wonderful. I called them, talked to a representative and got a quote. It was easy, convenient and quick. They were responsive as well. They worked with me when I had to put my order on hold 'cause I wasn't sure I was going to do it or not. But they came back and followed up.

I used Montway before and I would absolutely use them again. Customer service is fantastic. They got great communication, and they got the vehicle delivered ahead of schedule. The pick-up and delivery couldn't have been easier. They called a day in advance. I've already referred Montway to friends and family.

Montway was in the Better Business Bureau and that was one of the criteria that I looked at. My daughter was moving to Georgia on one way, and on the way back, she was moving from Georgia. We used Montway on both moves. The first time, it was from Elk Grove, California, to Buford, Georgia, and they got it within seven days. We had good service from the first time but on the move from Georgia, we had selected another company who was less expensive because Montway's price was pretty high. But that company failed to show up on the day that they were supposed to. We called Montway, and they were able to come the very next day, get the car and store it until they were able to get a shipper to ship it out. That customer service alone was excellent.

I was a prior customer with Montway. I've used them again. They offered both a closed or open transport. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. The delivery end is a little more complicated, and I needed extra time to get on a ferry to come meet the person for dropoff. They accommodated us. So, it was good. Prices have gone up though. I didn't do a lot of price shopping this year, but I have in the past. I could find somebody a little bit cheaper, but I don't have any issues.

They are about 2x the cost of another broker and they will not show you their commission till you book. They do not guarantee your dates or rates. They just guarantee that they will "try." The broker that brings in the business will ghost you after you sign on. The customer support team hides and/or won't return your call or texts. All fake company names. No direct email addresses. It's a crazy making broker that just posts on the same central booking system all the other brokers post on. Be sure to ask for US Dot, insurance, driver registrations as all the brokers swap out to unlicensed drivers, haulers, etc.

My son was relocating and didn't want to drive 2,000 miles. The guy that picked it up the first time used a smaller flatbed, so he was able to come into the neighborhood. This time, it was a large, more typical auto transport truck. So, they were able to pick up inside of a parking lot at the apartment, and they dropped it off.

Montway is a company that we've been using for many years. They transport what we need. We transport two vehicles a year and they always do a good job for us. They communicate and I get the information I need. They provide me the driver information. Sometimes the issue with the driver is that they don't speak English. That's a negative, but for the most part, they’ve handled all of our vehicles fine. We haven't had any issues. I'd tell people to do their research and cost quotes. That's always a good thing to do and odds are they'll get a better rate with Montway.

We had used a different auto transport company and we had some issues with their service. Then, I had a friend that has a car dealership who said they had experiences with Montway and that that they thought they were pretty good. So, we hired them to ship my daughter's SUV from Florida to near St. Louis. We booked it online, then the driver texted me the day prior to the pickup to make arrangements for the pickup. He kept in contact regularly until the pickup date and when I met with him, he looked at the car, reviewed it, took pictures, then loaded it up and got it back to us in two days. He was awesome. It's costly to ship a vehicle, but the price we ended up paying was within ranges of what we've paid in the past. All in all, Montway was great to deal with.

We recently used Montway Auto Transport to bring the car that we shipped down to Florida last September back. We liked their follow-up and they made it happen quicker. We had gone with a different company to ship it back ‘cause Montway's pricing was about more than that company. But that other company had it out there for a week and didn't move the car so I contacted Montway again.

I bought a new vehicle from a dealership, and the dealership recommended Montway. I went with them and the setup of the transport went very smoothly. The pick-up was in Chicago, and the drop-off was in Charlotte. They planned for five days, and it was actually four. The driver was good, and the condition of the vehicle was perfect when it arrived. The final pricing was accurate as well. I was really pleased with Montway’s service, and I would use them again.

Horrible experience with Montway Auto Transport. I do not recommend them. Their communication was terrible from the start. The online chat reps were rude, had an attitude, and came across as completely unprofessional. They gave me a 5-day pickup window, and I scheduled it so the last day of that window lined up with the day before my relocation. Instead of handling the shipment properly, they waited until the day before the window ended to call me and say they did not have a carrier available. Then they told me the pickup would have to happen days later, which did not work because I was relocating.

I called Montway and spoke with a person there. We set everything up by phone. It was smooth. With the initial call, they asked me where do I want it picked up, address, and contact name, which was at the dealership. Then, they asked where it was going, and right then, I could pay if I wanted. The quote was $600 for non-covered transport and around $800 for covered. They took a picture of the vehicle before it was in the trailer and then when it was in the trailer. The guy texted the pictures and then said he was gonna be in Phoenix approximately on a certain day. Then the day before, he texted, “Hey, I came a little earlier.” When he got close to town, then he started calling. Overall experience was really good. The car was fine.

I got Montway's information through AARP when I needed to move two vehicles. One vehicle was picked up in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and it was transported to Albany, New York. The gentleman pulled right up in front of the house and loaded up the vehicle by the house. But for the pick up of the vehicle in Venice, the driver didn't think he could get in and turn it around where we were located. He walked in, and I had to drive the vehicle out to meet him on Tamiami Trail, Route 41, which is the main highway. Other than that, setting up the transport was easy. Montway did everything they were supposed to, and they followed through on what they said they would do.

I relocated to Texas from Connecticut and I had my SUV transported by Montway. The quote was very decent. I made my reservation quite in advance. Montway disclosed that they could not guarantee the arrival time, but they gave me a window of seven days. I was able to plan ahead. They picked up the car on Friday, around 3 o'clock. Then Sunday evening, it was in Texas, safely delivered to my brother's house. So, it was 1,700 miles. My jaw was on the floor when I heard. They probably drove straight through. Maybe they have drivers that they go together. Because it was just way too quick. They were fabulous.

Montway was easy to work with and helpful. I found them somewhere online and I chose to work with them because of their communication. The customer service representative I dealt with was very good and the quote that I got was decent. The driver was good as well. I'd give them 5 stars.

I went through a broader referral program, found Montway through them, and contacted Montway directly. The process was seamless. We went from the State of Washington to the State of Georgia, and they were early on one of the pick-up dates. But on two of our cars, they were late by over a week. Other than that, the driver was great. The quote was exactly what Montway said it was going to be, and it was fairly competitive.

I needed to move a car I had down to a dealership I was trading it in to because I didn't want to drive it that far. I searched on the internet and found a number of transport companies, looked through them, and finally called Montway. They seemed very reliable. Also, I needed to get it done the next day and they are the ones that could do it the next day as well. My transport organizer was great. He walked me through everything. It was the first time I'd ever had to have a vehicle transported. He realized I'd never done this before and went into great detail about how he selected the transporter. I was impressed with the follow-up. I was even more impressed with the transporter himself, the one that came that get the car.

The Montway rep ran me through a bunch of details. I went with the cheaper option because it was a cross-country move. It was a couple of thousand dollars for a full-size truck. The delivery guy was friendly. He was a real keeper. The truck was over here within three days. I was very impressed. Taking everything in the equation today with how stuff is, the price was fair. The customer service was very good too.

I shipped a Ford F-250 through Montway. They had better reviews and comparable price. Their representative was good. The driver was excellent and very respectful. They took good care of my vehicle, which I appreciated. My vehicle arrived the same way that it left.

The Montway rep I worked with was awesome. He did a really good job of letting me know what my options are, even convincing me to get a little extra insurance.The transporter did excellent, too. He actually beat me back, ‘cause I flew me back. It was a little earlier than the original delivery time. But we stayed in communication. And he even waited for me from the airport to my house. The quote stayed the same as well. The experience was good. I’m a happy camper.

We needed to get a truck from my father-in-law, who can no longer drive, to my son in Florida. I told ChatGPT what we were doing, and in the blink of an eye, it came back and started telling me about the different brokers that I can have for moving my car. I called the top four, and three of them were almost identical in price. I went back to the ChatGPT reviews and picked Montway. The representative that we dealt with was online. We were messaging back and forth online, and they were great.

Stay away from Montway Auto Transport. I shipped a brand new 2026 Cadillac from Las Vegas to Washington. Someone in their transport chain removed the factory tow hook cover, reattached it improperly, and their carrier drove it 1,000 miles on an open hauler until it was gone. Their own inspection photos show it hanging at pickup and missing at delivery. Their response? "We're just a broker." They closed my claim, blamed the weather, and told me to figure it out myself. Two carriers pointing fingers at each other, a broker hiding behind fine print, and a customer left with a damaged new car and no resolution. The documentation is airtight. Their accountability is nonexistent. If something goes wrong with your vehicle they will leave you alone to fight carriers they chose, insured, and profited from. Save yourself the stress.

We looked for a transport service as we didn’t want to do the drive from Florida to Minnesota. Out of the 3 different transport companies we looked into, we went with Montway as they seemed more professional. The reps were good. They knew what was going on and were on top of things. The vehicle was delivered in good shape and the cost was appropriate. Montway did what they said they were going to do and the driver was very good. He called me when he said he was gonna call me and he was there when he said he was gonna be there.

My experience setting up the transport was pretty good. Montway changed the price on me at the end, but that's fine. They were a little bit late. They changed the schedule and when I called to cancel, they said, "Oh, we can do it on this day, but it's gonna be an extra $200.” I went ahead and paid for it because I wanted it. It was originally scheduled to take 10 days. But it went to 21 days in total. The delivery was smooth. The driver was great.

The customer service was good and very helpful when I was setting up the transport. The price is fair. The pick-up and delivery were on time, quick, and seamless.

I spend the winter in Florida, so I ship my Subaru Forester down in early January, and I ship it home to Massachusetts in mid to late April. Usually, Montway wants reservations done online. But they just want to chat and set everything up that way. They have been good and I have never had anything missing from my car. But there were a couple of things missing with the last people who shipped my car home. Nothing was valuable, just things that I knew were there in my car, and they're not. But I’ve been using Montway for at least a year and that was the only time it has happened to me. So, when I call them in the fall for January, I'm going to tell them that I don't want those people to ship my car.

Their reps were very pleasant. Our experience with them went really well. It was our first time dealing with Montway, and we had no problems. It was great. We will use them again.

I had a friend that had a Corvette that was transported through Montway Auto Transport. I got their phone number from him, then I did the follow-up and went with them. It was a conversation going back and forth and it got a little dicey a couple times due to a lack of communication when they were gonna pick up the car. I understand they broker it out and try to find somebody to drive, but it went right down to the D-Day and I said, “Where are we at?” A couple different times, nobody knew where. They were still looking for somebody, but once I had the driver in communication, it worked out very well. The driver did an excellent job. I’ve used Montway twice, and I’ll probably use them again. Still, I'd tell people to do their homework.

I have used Montway for the last 2 auto transports. Their pricing has been fair and pickup has been within the timeframe given. Overall, I've had a good experience using Montway and I plan on using them for future business. Thank you!

I shipped a car from Gardner, Florida to Oak Lake, Michigan. I went with the closed transport and the car was delivered in great condition. I liked that it had no scratches or dents. The quote that they gave me was a little high but Montway did a good job.

Montway Auto Transport was referred to me by my aunt and a friend who are particular. So, I had no worries. I submitted a request, they called me right away. Every time I sent an email or a text, somebody emailed me, and they were on top of it. It was so easy. The vehicle was great when it arrived. I would give others whatever the guy's name was that I called.

The vehicle was picked up promptly and delivered in excellent condition without any damage. The pricing was fair and affordable, and I was satisfied with the transportation service itself. However, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. I was initially quoted a specific amount for the down payment, but a larger amount was charged to my card without prior notice. While the additional charge was ultimately applied toward the total cost of the transport, I believe it is important to communicate any changes before charging a customer’s payment method.

We are in Milwaukee from May until December and we’re in Florida from December until May. We transport our cars, a BMW X7 and a Toyota Highlander, back and forth. We had used a couple of other transport companies but one of them went out of business and the second one was a real problem. Somebody gave us the name Montway and when we reached out, the rep was pleasant, helpful, and provided me with the information I needed. They were sort of in the middle of the pack as far as cost was concerned, but they do a good job. Other than the water spots on the cars from the rain, and that’s not their responsibility to wash it, there were no scratches and no dents, no problems. I have already recommended Montway to people.

I asked ChatGPT for the best company from Clemson to New York, and I listened to ChatGPT. They compared the rates for me, and they did everything and Montway was the number one rated. My experience with their rep was good. The drivers were great as well. It went smoothly. I had to wait to get a date until the last minute, but it happened. Everything worked out. I was very satisfied.

I was extremely satisfied that I chose Montway Auto Transport. They kept me updated from the moment they picked up my vehicle until they delivered it. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I needed the car, a Ford Escape, to come to Reno for an auto trade-in. I shipped it through Montway and the representative on the phone was fine. The experience was smooth. The guy who dropped off the car was fantastic as well. He was very polite and professional. The drop off was quick and easy. However, I was under the impression the car would be here as soon as it was picked up. I asked for it to be an immediate pick-up so I paid extra for it. That was on a Thursday.

My son is in the military and got stationed in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I needed to send him his car and I decided on Montway because they took credit cards. Everybody else wanted me to give them cash at the end and my son had to give them cash. And I've heard horror stories about them wanting more money at the end. We had started to deal with a different company, and they lied and gave us different quotes. But Montway was 100% accurate and the price was competitive. I was impressed with them.

Driver was a good communicator and answered the phone whenever I called him. Delivered on time as promised. I will use this company again. I worried something would go wrong, but to my surprise, everything about this delivery was perfect. Please keep this driver!

2 weeks have passed since I placed my order. My car has not been picked up yet. I used the service in the past with no issues. Not sure what happened this time. I just know I won't be using the service again.

I was told that this would be door to door delivery at pickup and drop off. This was not the case. At pickup, driver required us to drive short distance to meet off highway because he told us he couldn't get trailer into neighborhood. Inconvenient but doable, so we met him to load vehicle at a McDonald's parking lot off of highway near pickup location.

The driver was terrific. Pick up and drop off were done as promised. When he delivered the car it was pouring rain. The driver gave me his jacket while unloading the car, while he was in the pouring rain. He was very considerate. The whole experience was great. I have recommended your company several times.

I needed to transport my car to Texas for some revisions to be made and when I spoke about it with one of the employees at the shop, he mentioned Montway. It took three and a half days to get down there, and almost nine to get back. Birdsong was the return company and when I looked it up, it appeared to be a one-person operation. I called and texted two times without a response as the voicemail was full. I was concerned since I was left in the dark. I contacted Montway and they contacted the guy with Birdsong, and the range for expected delivery was Monday to Thursday. And Montway texted me back to expect it on either Friday or Saturday. I got an email on Saturday saying the delivery would be between 6:00 and 8:00. At about 10 p.m., I got a phone call from the driver. He was going over to Syracuse to pick up another car, and then he finally dropped my car off about midnight.

We were relocating from Texas to Indiana. The people who were taking our furniture mentioned Montway and said that they trusted them. We went with them and our experience with their rep was nice. He gave us a pretty reasonable price and time to pick it up, and the delivery time, and everything was pretty good. I want it on the 30th. And he was here on the 30th, bright and early, and everything was smooth. The car was in great shape. Just like it was when we loaded it up on the truck. There was no money exchanged between the driver and me. Everything was done on the card. So, that helped out a lot, too. 

I had a Toyota Highlander shipped 3,000 miles, coast to coast. This year, with the fuel prices spiking, I shopped around, but I found out that Montway Auto Transport was very competitive. They went up a bit since March, even the last three months. But I shopped around, checked a couple of prices, and they were right on. The driver exceeded my expectations. I had it delivered to my sister's place. It was in a gated community. He got the vehicle inside the gate and brought it right to her condo, which amazed her and me. It's very good. For 10 times, Montway Auto Transport moved my car correctly. There's no damage to the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered the way it left. It was excellent service. The quote was the same as the final cost.

After booking with another company who then proceeded to default on our agreement, we contacted Montway. Our plane was leaving in 2 hours and they did not hesitate to make art for our vehicle. They were on time, respectful of our dilemma and very understanding. Would highly recommend them.

I've used Montway once before, so I knew about them. The original pickup was Maryville, Tennessee and the drop-off was in Burleson, Texas, and the booking process was easy. I had to pick up both drivers, then they came back to the house and drove the cars to the trailer. They were both professional and courteous. I wanted to make sure that my vehicles arrived there when my wife was there to receive them. So, we had to change the schedule and delay the drop-off for a day. The price was adequate and the quote was very accurate. If you are shipping your vehicle for the first time, make sure to find someone reputable who has referrals from people who have used them before.

Montway did a great job; no damage to vehicle. Driver was courteous and timely. Have used them several times and no issues. Have recommended them to friends. Will use them again in the future. Highly recommend them.

We had our car shipped from Florida to Connecticut in April. Overall a good experience, driver communicated with us, was professional and picked the car up close to us. Only, comment would be that delivery was not "door to door"... Pick up was approximately 30 minutes away at a rest area, would prefer it to be closer.

Pick up on time, delivery on time, vehicle traveled well, no unexpected costs or issues. Pretty near ideal experience... particularly when conditions forced me to cancel my first pick up reservation and get a new reservation on very short notice. Driver was a good guy.

I was unhappy with the company you chose to transport my Jeep from Florida to Illinois (Asian Auto Sales). When you assigned them I questioned you because of their small size. You said you had used them "many" times with no issues. They were late for pickup and delivery and unprofessional. I will not accept them again if I do business with you.

Montway was extremely professional and everything was on time. They gave me a good price as well and kept me always informed of what was going on. However, the experience was very chaotic and nerve-racking because of the company Montway contracted to deliver my car. They could not find my car and had no idea who I was. They cost me a few years of my life.

Montway had the best reviews when I did a research online and their customer service people were excellent. I liked the fact that they transport cars all the time and their experience was important to me. The whole transport took about a week. They said the scheduled pickup and drop-off points were my house, and it was supposed to be door-to-door. But for the pickup and drop-off, I had to wait for a long time for them and I had to go pretty far away from my house. Then, the pickup was over an hour away and that was really rough. They said that they had issues with their vehicle, so it had to be that way.

Everything was fine, everyone I spoke to was polite and nice to speak to. I was given a price that suited me and so I decided to go for it, so far so good. the pick up was okay, then some time after he texted that he was not able to deliver at the time promised, that was not acceptable, but it worked out that the receiver got sick and had to go home, so she was able to be there when the driver got there. I was satisfied.... Here comes the big stink, when I checked my account lo and behold, an additional $50.00 added to my bill that no one can give me a plausible explanation to. In my mind that constitutes dishonesty. Not ever using you again! Word of mouth goes a long way and my mouth will go the distance. You asked, I answered.

A good timely job. Car was well cared for. Only problem is that the delivery was not to my house (where it had been picked up before). The trailer was too big for going up my street, so I had to drive 25 minutes away to meet the delivery. That is not good.

They guaranteed pick up same day but my car was in their garage 30 minutes far from my house for one whole week before any movement. I was stressed cause there was no news about my vehicle for so long.

The Driver & Care he took was amazing. Communication was excellent thru the entire process. Price was fair and I know I would use again especially if it was same driver. The timing stayed on track and was actually earlier on the pickup and drop off which was good.

Car was delivered quickly, 1500 miles in about a week from sign up to delivery, price was very reasonable. Approx $1,800. Car was very dirty inside and out, driver who did not speak good english said he had to pull out to get another car out in a duststorm. My almost new 800 mile Black Hellcat Jailbreak was filthy top to bottom. 10-14 days after delivery I get a call from guy named Chris asking about the balance I gave the driver in cash at time of delivery in 100 bills. No findy, are you sure you gave driver the money. Yeah, I'm sure delivery was COD cash. Car was not dented or scratched but filthy from top to bottom. The disappearing money was also troublesome.

Unfortunately it took our car 9 days to ship (then 2 days shipping) with very little communication. Also, I had to text both carriers, both ways on my own to get any idea of when they were arriving, where to meet them, and all the pickup/dropoff details. Very stressful experience all around and frustrating for the premium price I paid.

I was happy with the service of the contract pickup and delivery drivers, and the car was delivered when promised, and in good shape. One area needing improvement is customer communication with the Montway representatives. They were not very proactive in their communications about pickup and delivery timing, and were slow to get back to me when I had questions about timing and other details of the pickup and delivery.

Terrific service by car carrier driver. Easy booking. Would recommend firms to others needing coast to coast service. Likely to use same service again in future. Would be of some help to new clients to describe limitations in pickup and delivery locations.

While they were efficient, the car was delivered with terrible scratches on both sides of the car. I paid for insurance, but they said it had run out by the time I filed the claim. The transport service they outsourced never returned my calls and assumed no responsibility. So, basically my car was moved, but is now severely damaged and the whole thing will cost me three times as much as I originally paid to have it transported. I would not trust this company.

The dispatch operator was courteous and informative when he answered my questions. The driver called me in advance on the date I had scheduled to tell me what time he expected to arrive to pick up my car. He arrived on time and was very courteous. After I checked the markings on the cab of the tractor trailer as I was instructed by the dispatcher, I handed him the key and watched as he carefully loaded my car onto the tractor. He arrived at the destination in Florida in three days. I texted in advance, the Florida contact information and it went smoothly upon his arrival. He parked my car in my assigned parking spot and handed the keys to my designee. Then several days later I boarded a flight to join my car.

They were very professional and took good care of vehicle. Also called to let us know when there was no one there to let them pick up vehicle with getting upset about it. They took good care of our vehicle.

Everything about this was great. First time using a service like this. From booking, to pickup, to getting info and tracking, to arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was, and the people were friendly and responsive. Great job, guys!

I used Montway Auto Transport to deliver my 2025 Porsche Cayenne to Hilton Head Island, SC in January. Used them again to transport my vehicle back to my Porsche dealership in Clifton Park, NY in May. They did a super job & I highly recommend them. My Cayenne was safely transported. I was notified when the car would be picked up & delivered. The man was very polite & carefully loaded the car. I was very pleased with the service & plan to use them again in the future.

Incredibly smooth and professional once the driver was assigned. It took a couple more days than expected to get the driver assigned, however once the driver was assigned, it was a smooth & efficient cross-country delivery in around 24 hours from pickup to home delivery. This made up for the longer than expected driver assignment timeline.

My whole experience start to finish was so easy with Montway! I was reluctant to ship my car from Florida to Colorado (because I have never shipped a car before and I was nervous about EVERYTHING). With Montway, I got a quick and easy quote online, timely pickup within a few days, and the driver communicated with me from start to finish. My driver was Rafael ** and he was excellent!!! So kind and communicative, and kept me updated every day. I would trust my family shipping their car with him in the future.

It was easy to arrange the shipping and return of our vehicle to and from the Southwest for the winter. Both the Montway personnel and the carriers they contracted with for transporting our vehicle were professional and friendly. Always very responsive to any questions we had during the shipping process. Definitely will use them again next year for our "Snow Bird" trip to California and Arizona for the winter.

I was not happy with the Montway experience on the way down to Florida. My car was picked up from my house in a timely manner but it was 5 days late in getting to my condo in Florida. All told it was 9 days from the time my car was picked up at my house until it was delivered to my condo in Florida. On the way back everything went well and my car was waiting for me in Winthrop when we arrived home. I will give Montway one more try this winter as they have been very reliable in the 3 years we have used them.

Everything was on time and well done. Excellent communication. I will absolutely use them again. I would recommend them to anyone. Used several times never any damage. Price is fair.

We were new to this service but were so pleased with the outcome. We called on Monday, our car was picked up by solo carrier on Tuesday afternoon in Alabama and was delivered Wednesday noon in Wisconsin. The driver was careful in loading and securing our car. We are very pleased with this service.

The initial driver was on time and very profession in loading and friendly. I was not told that my cars were going to another place to be moved to another transport vehicle. Also had a difficult time establishing where my cars were on the day of promised delivery. Again, a different driver and transport vehicle.

The transport of our Rav was a few days earlier than originally scheduled. The pick up of the Rav in Michigan and drop off our vehicle in Minnesota was prop and communication was good. The transport driver was careful loading and unloading the vehicle onto the transport trailer used and had good communication leading up to delivery on each end of the approximate 800 mile transport trip.

The steering wheel of my car was damaged and can’t get a response from Montway about damages, even though I sent 3 emails, called few times and got no proper response. That steering wheel rash is very noticeable to touch and has been bugging me since I received the car. When I called regarding the damage they told me the interior of the vehicle is not covered which is concerning.

The first driver had mechanical problems. I was not given good communication, and he was very late. He could not move the car and eventually had to abandon it. The second carrier was perfect. While this was not Montway's fault, I can't give it five stars. What was well worth noting though was that I was always able to reach Montway, and they were professional and helpful. This is what distinguishes them from the rest. I would use them again.

Once we got the right pickup date all went smoothly. Car was delivered as we gave it to them, no issues at all. I was surprised that the cost had jumped but that was consistent among all shippers. Both the pick up time and the delivery time were just as requested!

It took a lot of phone calls on my part and back and forth with carriers/drivers that Montway assigned to get this done. First driver had an issue and could not pick up as scheduled, but didn't contact me to let me know. 2nd driver could not drive a manual transmission - after I had talked with the carrier and stressed that it was a manual vehicle and driver needed to be able to drive a stick. The carrier suggested my representative who was with the car drive it onto the trailer. When questioning the liability aspects of this, the carrier just laughed and kept saying "it will be fine." However if something goes wrong, the carrier would not be liable, I would. After contacting Montway AGAIN, they sent a 3rd driver. The 3rd driver was very communicative, was able to drive a manual transmission, and did a good job.

Montway provided a quick and competitive estimate for my job. They provided a transporter very quickly. My vehicle was picked up the next day and delivered to the destination on the following day. Montway was easy to work with and very efficient. I would use them again.

The contracted company never went to the intermediate pickup point for final delivery.... When I called they claimed they went there and the car would not start and denied the pickup based on the car not running... I called the owners of the yard of the intermediate pick up point and they said the contracted company never arrived. Further, I asked them to try and start the car and it started without problem... A new contractor was assigned and delivered the cars without a problem... The original contractor was a liar. How about compensation for all the time I spent tracking down the lying contractor....

Price was incredibly high, did not purchase vehicle because cost of transport would eliminate any profit. It was a long trip, but still priced at close to $2.00 a mile. No indication that they could do any better. Aside from that, they have been decent to work with. Last trip could have avoided storage fees, but they did not put it out for acceptance for a couple days after contract.

I needed the car from my father and had to get it shipped from Ohio to South Carolina. We went with Montway because they were the ones who were able to do it the quickest amount of time. It was an easy call. I just said I needed the car transferred from Ohio to South Carolina, and they said they could do it the next day, and they did. The driver was very friendly and helpful as well. Price was comparable to everybody else as well. I would recommend them.

We had driven the car from Florida to New York and didn't wanna do that again. We set up the transport with Montway and were concerned that the car would get scratches. The rep assured us that they do this all the time and it would be fine. The pick-up point was Palm Beach, and the driver that picked up the car noticed we hadn't taken off something from the car and pointed it out. They told us the transport could take anywhere from three to five days, and it took three days. The car arrived safely. We had a good experience with Montway. Everyone was very professional and helpful.

I was relocated for work across the country. I put out a BCC email to about 10 different providers, and there were a couple that were within the price range. Then I went back to Montway, and I asked them if they could be at a certain price and they said, yes. Setting up the move was a seamless process. I didn't have to upload anything. I was very clear about the car, the year or the make, and the model. They came to my house, picked it up, and then took it to my house in Texas. The driver wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but he got the job done. The car arrived pretty much the same as it left.

It was a seamless transaction with Montway and I'd recommend them. They did everything that they said they would do. I was happy with it. The delivery of my vehicle went pretty good as well. They gave me an estimate of when it would arrive, and the guy was there. He offloaded the vehicle, and it was the same condition as it was when they picked it up. I'm satisfied with my experience.

I contacted a couple of other brokers before deciding on Montway. They had good reviews and when I talked to somebody there, they were able to line up a transport carrier very quickly. The whole experience was very good when I set up the transport with the rep. I went from Virginia to Texas, and the quote stayed the same and the vehicle was undamaged. The pricing was a little higher, but they got it done right away, which was what I was looking for.

I was doing some book comparisons and looking at some reviews, and decided to go with Montway. It was my first time using any kind of service like this. So, at the beginning, I wasn't sure how things worked. So, I had to talk to them a couple of times to get an idea of the process. But once that was clear, everything went smoothly. The customer service was good and the driver was great.

I put out three bids, and Montway was the first to respond. My experience with them was easy. I put down the deposit, and they came, picked up the car, and boom, next thing I know, there it was. The driver was really friendly as well. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Their price was reasonable as well.

Montway's customer service is good. There was a lot of miscommunication on scheduling, and they hooked us up with an earlier date, but it was not workable. When it came down to executing on a Friday, they said, "Oh, we're going to be there Thursday day of," and it was impossible. That stuff was clunky. My daughter felt a lot of pressure from the drivers to, "Fine, let's get going." It was unprofessional, but that may be due to the nature of transporting across the country. At the end, it was pushy and not practical.

Terrible decision on my part. They are a brokerage based company. They do not deliver the cars themselves. They pass them on to a unreliable company. I will not use or endorse the company again.

I needed to ship a Ford Mach-E for about 1,200 miles from Fort Worth to Tallahassee, Florida. I did an internet search and it looked like Montway had a large network. Their prices were also competitive. They offered both open and closed transport, and I did the enclosed. They initially said somebody was coming out to pick up the vehicle on a Friday, which was the next day after I had booked. But they canceled, because they said that my vehicle wouldn't fit in their trailer. Then I didn't hear back for a day or two and I started getting a little worried. But they sent me something that Sunday saying that somebody was coming out to pick it up that Monday, and somebody actually did. So, there really was no harm, no foul. Overall, Montway was good and they did their job. The price seemed like a lot of money, but it was really quite affordable compared to other companies. So, I haven't had real complaints.

My son recommended Montway, and I used them to ship a Subaru Crosstrek for 1,200 miles for about $1,600. It was the most I ever paid to ship the car. Somebody else picked it up, and we met them out on the street. Montway was good. The only thing I didn't like was the price.

I had a good experience with Montway Auto Transport. It's easy to recognize poor service, but sometimes we put aside the time to recognize good service. We had a last-minute move, my son, from Los Angeles to Detroit. Vacillating whether or not to have him drive the car, we finally decided to ship it. We did a little research online and Montway came back with some good reviews and good comments. We had a couple contacts with them. They were very forward and arranged to pick up and deliver the car. Both were on time, if not a little early, and there were no issues.

I used Montway to transport my car from our winter location to another location. Their rep was very good and their price was competitive. It was also accurate. But the transport took a very long time. It took a full week. I requested a guaranteed pickup date, and they picked it up on that day like they guaranteed, but they were not able to get a transporter to deliver it all the way. The car got to within a couple hundred miles of our destination and it sat there for almost a week waiting to get somebody to transport it to us. I was not satisfied with that part. They don't guarantee when it'll get there, but that was a little disappointing. It was so close but still far. We had it done once and it didn't take quite like that. Other than that, everything with Montway was great. They have always been very prompt at answering my calls.

I purchased a new car from a dealer in Illinois right on the other side of Chicago, and I hired Montway to pick the car up and bring it to Marlboro, Maryland. I was given pictures from a dealership of them picking it up and putting it on their flatbed before the transport. I gave them directions on where I wanted them to deliver the vehicle. They delivered it within one hour of our pre-scheduled projected time frame the next day. And at that point, I paid them the balance of what was due at the time. The whole transport was 800-some dollars but the company that was orchestrating this took their fee off the top of 300-some dollars. Then, I paid the actual transporter $500 on the spot.

Montway was prompt. The price was good though it went from $1,190 and some to $1,529 within a month and a half. But they told me the quote was good for 15, 30 days and it may change again. I also figured it was ‘cause gas prices went up. Other than that, it was good. I am glad that I paid for it because they took good care of my vehicle. I was also expecting for the delivery a couple of days later but they ended up coming in earlier. I would recommend Montway.

Not only did Montway find timely transportation, even though the first committal canceled last minute, and get vehicle transported on time, but they also backed up their promises. And the shipper they brokered Kazakh LLC, also came through as promised.

Montway could not a find a carrier within 6 days of the preferred pick-up date. Also, I was forced to agree to a $500 increase but still, they were unable to secure a carrier. After 6 days, I cancelled and was forced to make alternative plans. It was a miserable experience, waiting on hold and more waiting, and NO CARRIER! If I could, I would rate them -5 stars. I would never recommend Montway based on this experience.

I had a really good experience with Montway's representatives. Their quote was very reasonable, too. The pick up and delivery went smoothly. And it was on time as well.

I was relocating from Tennessee to Florida. And I needed a transport for my classic '71 convertible, Chevelle. Montway had great ratings. And I had used them before to transport a 1966 convertible Lincoln I had from Oklahoma to Tennessee. My car was beautiful when they left. And it was beautiful when they dropped it off. They were fair. The number was great. People came in $400 or $500 higher than them sometimes. And another thing, each time I used them, they came a day or so sooner than what was projected, which worked out for me in both cases. I didn't have to rearrange my life at all for either pickup. The driver was also great at communication. He let me know when he made it. Then he let me know when he was heading, and when he was about to pull up and drop the car off.

0 stars if I could give them. We booked auto transport with Montway back in March for a quoted price of $1,069 for our 2017 Subaru Crosstrek from Texas to California. We planned our entire cross-country move around this reservation and pickup window. Then, during the actual pickup week, the price suddenly increased to $1,309 — over $240 higher than the confirmed quote we originally agreed to.

I went online and did a bunch of research, looked at a lot of reviews, and Montway was hands-down the winner on reviews and just looks like a quality company. So, I decided to go with them. I was nervous because I had never used a transport company before. I was not in the same state that the vehicle was in. I'm across the country. I was going to be there in that state for a three-day period and I wanted to be there when the car was picked up. And they offered a service where, for not very much more money, they could guarantee a pickup date for me. For me, that was huge because I wanted to be there when the car was picked up.

My experience with Montway was good. The reps were helpful and answered my questions. They kept in contact with me while they had my vehicle. It was delivered in a timely manner as well.

I have been a customer of Montway for a few years and have been very happy with my experience.. This year's transport from Florida to RI is the exception. My car was delayed a week getting to RI because a driver could not be found who was going to RI in my timeframe. The driver who picked up my car never mentioned he was going to NJ. I made many calls to Montway's customer service (waiting periods were exceptionally long) but no one had an explanation (until the very last, extremely helpful customer service representative) explained the difficulty with the lack of a driver.

I've used different transport companies in the past and Montway came up when I was searching. I was satisfied with the customer service rep when I inquired about the service. The quote seemed reasonable and the final cost was what they quoted. I had the new vehicle I bought transported about 1,000 miles and it took just a couple of days. Everything was satisfactory.

I needed my vehicle moved from one state to another. I was told by my daughter that Montway was who the military used and they were very satisfactory. I used them and they did exactly what they said. I'd recommend them. Both the communication with Montway and the communication with the truck driver went very well and they kept me in touch with what was going on.

Montway Auto Transport helped. The cost is competitive, and you can, at all times, reach somebody. Also, they were responsive. We had an issue where the driver's hauler broke down. But it was confusion about which company it was because he worked for multiple people. There was a bit of confusion on one of our trips, and the car got there 10 days later, which meant we needed to pay for a rental car. That's the only thing they weren't very responsive about. Other than that, they let us know what was going on. They are good about giving the direct contact, and the driver let us know what was going on once we called because we could see he was stuck in Providence. The vehicle is in perfect condition, but they were very good about it. We used them again to drive back. Overall, a decent and honest company. Compare them with somebody else to give yourself a sense of pricing.

Montway was recommended by a friend and I shipped an Acura RDX based on that referral. After I went online and used Montway’s app or website to get a quote, I kept getting texts and emails from five different people and it was confusing. I was hoping the first person I talked to was who I would stay with, but until I signed the deal, I kept getting a ton of messages. I drove an extra five miles to help the driver load the car, which made it easier for him. But the delivery was not what Montway advertises as door-to-door. I understand some streets are probably not conducive to a semi, but I felt that I got forced into flexing his way. He knew the location but he wanted an easy parking spot close to the freeway. So, I arranged pickup at a fire department driveway so I could walk to it.

It was absolutely horrible experience. It was a nightmare which I never thought. I thought literally my car would be stolen. The company had no idea the driver they assign to me was totally irresponsible. They kept asking me my personal life matter why I was transporting my car whether I am selling or buying some other car. It was so creepy.

We went from Florida to Colorado and it was the first time I ever used a broker for an auto transport. I saw Montway in a magazine saying that they're one of the two or three reliable brokers to use, and my experience was surprisingly good. The driver was excellent. I found out last week that if someone's an AARP member, they get a 10% discount. They did not tell me about that, but the next time I use them, I'm going to sure mention it.

The process was smooth from the initial quote to final delivery. When an emergency came up over the weekend before pickup, customer service responded quickly and professionally, which I appreciated. After dispatch, communication stayed clear and consistent, and the driver arrived on time and handled delivery professionally. My vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Montway Auto Transportation was reliable from start to finish. I’m very pleased with the service and would use them again.

I made a cold call to somebody at Montway Auto Transport. They were so accommodating. I signed up that night. I got a call the next day, and right off the bat, I was engaged. It was an A+ experience. I knew I was gonna write an email. I never did. The conversations I had were very good. Montway farmed the job out to somebody else who did the transportation who were good. They contacted the seller in Arizona. They contacted me. They took a picture of the car when it was on the trailer, so I could release the money. They said they would be here in seven days. They showed up almost three days early. And they drove right to the house, which is great. Those things are huge. The plan was to meet at a local Home Depot, because it was easier right off the highway. But the person ended up driving right to the house.

I searched online and it looked like Montway had good reviews. Dealing with the rep who set up the transport was seamless throughout the whole process and the vehicle arrived in good condition. The transport was perfect.

Navigating all the offers and ads for auto transport was terrifying and confusing. I took the chance and used Montway and I couldn't be happier. They stayed in constant communication. They picked up my truck when they said they would and delivered it safely with no issues. No up charges, no games, no problems.

Great service, clear, fast, efficient. I used Montway multiple times to ship my car back and forth between CA and MD and have had no issues. I would definitely used them again. They picked up my car nearby and delivered it to where I am staying. No problems.

I set up my move mostly online. I spoke with one person briefly, but most of it was done online. The confirmation to move forward with them was a phone call. It was a very easy transaction. Also, the quote was very reasonable. There was a possibility that I would drive the vehicle myself, because I thought it would be much more than what it was. But when I got the quote, there was no question in my mind that I would ship my vehicle with them because it was very reasonable. My wife was more involved with the pick-up. We had someone that we work with at the condominium handle the delivery. But there were no issues with it.

Montway provided an auto transport for one of our vehicles. They were transparent and kept in touch with us all the way. Our car reached its destination on time and with no problems. Their pricing was realistic as opposed to other companies offering very low rates that made me uncomfortable.

Our scheduled pick-up was on-time pick and the delivery was announced with sufficient time for the recipient to come and accept delivery. The vehicle had no damage and driver was friendly and professional. Will use again if needed.

Done as scheduled , good communication. Rep on the phone explained to me that the other quotes were BS. I checked other quotes. He was correct! They all upped their quote by a lot when I contacted them and then added tax. Montway was exactly what they quoted.

I used Montway about five years ago when I bought a car from Vancouver and they did a good job. This time, they did another good job. I tracked the progress all the way from LA and the car got here in Texas on time. There was no damage and the price was reasonable. Plus, the people were very professional. I'll use Montway again if I have to.
