Purchased a new gulf stream trailer for 40k over the phone from Bourbon RV in Missouri. It arrived with a ding in the fridge and water damage on ceiling both inside and out. I denied delivery and dealership directed driver to drop and leave. This dealership knew of the damage before delivery and now expects me to go through the warranty process for repair. I need help with this issue. I cannot use the trailer and feel like I have been scammed.

I recently purchased a 1990 Gulfstream Conquest, just 20’ long - half the reason I purchased it. The other reason was its age. (I appreciate older mechanics.) I expected problems because of its age, so I haven’t been too upset to deal with leaking plumbing (which I still, after ten weeks of living in and trying to figure it out, still haven’t); broken drawers and cabinet doors; vents that don’t close - and it had once had water damage from the roof. However, the RV drives beautifully. I feel incredibly safe behind the wheel. I can leave a cup of tea on the counter, drive hundreds of miles and it’s still there when I arrive. It’s quiet. The overall design is excellent - the most functional design with 2 huge picture windows and an openness unparalleled in a short rig. Of my five camping vehicles over the decades, this is my favorite.

I bought a new Innsbruck Travel Trailer in July 2020. I've camped in it twice. During the 1st trip, the fresh water tank burst while filling it, the stereo cut out playing CDs and the AC control didn't work correctly. I brought it back to the dealer for repair and was informed that Gulf Stream would not honor the warranty on the water tank. I have waited two months for Gulf Stream to send a replacement tank, and it still has not arrived. Stereo still isn't fixed. AC controller is still flaky.
During the 2nd trip, the awning suddenly collapsed. Gulf Stream had fastened it to the trailer with three screws instead of the six specified by the Awning manufacturer. The single screw holding the awning at the top ripped through the fiberglass support beam and the entire scissor arm assembly was destroyed. Dealer says Gulf Stream will probably not honor the warranty on the awning either. The quality control for Gulf Stream is non-existent. Do not buy anything from them.

BT Cruiser 5210. Review 8/30/2020. It's probably safe to write a first review after 10,000 miles. Traveled from Southwestern Florida to Arizona and back. Blue Ridge Parkway dry camping. Various Florida campgrounds. I am 83 and travel by myself with my Chihuahua. I expect all the comforts of home when dry camping. I have had several small motorhomes for many years so I know what I need. I added solar panel and satellite TV. Had a new 12v wire run to 500w inverter to run TV, and satellite. I have the 2 couch model. I rounded off sink end of the table to be able to slide in and out easily. Table bungees nicely behind passenger seat. Put lever control on shower head to conserve water. Sleeps 2, lives 1.
The good: Absolutely brilliant design. All the complaints I have had with previous motorhomes have been resolved. Automatic step, automatic awning, and the entry light switch is down by the step. When inside, turns off and on easily with your foot. Large rocker control switch. Large HD TV. Large round sink takes up a bit too much space, but good for washing clothes. Nice large shower (I'm 6'1"). Oven, fridge and stove work perfectly. Leave electric switch on hot water heater on and any time you run Gen or connect you have plenty of hot water. Automatic thermostat holds coach at desired temp. Awning windows can be forgotten open and rain does not get in. I leave one couch made up as bed at all times. I mostly leave table up as I travel. Adequate fresh water if you are careful. I go 5 weeks without having to empty black water because I do not use bathroom sink.
The bad: Assembly was careless. Screen door had to be rehung and adjusted. Top shower slide rod popped out while taking shower. 5" strip of gorilla tape provides permanent fix. Bottom Corner of shower needed to be caulked. One exterior door magnet missing. Someone dropped a screw driver point first on roof. Let water go down and migrate back to shower skylight. Son filled with caulk. Someone somewhere stepped on bathroom vent and cracked. Much finger pointing. This is my 3rd E350. All had driving design problems. Ford avoids addressing these.
My recommendation: If you want to boondocks, at 22' this is just about perfect. I am adding sea level gauges since the included ones are totally worthless, as are all such gauges. I am a rough user. I go wherever strikes my fancy. I expect to be able to stay anywhere for at least a week in complete comfort. This MH will do that, possibly for 2.

Our 2018 Innsbruck brand new is the worse workmanship I have ever seen. I am not letting up. If I have to gave to have it delivered back to the manufacturers I will. Seems like the Shea family doesn't really care not do the dealerships who sold us this piece of low quality poor workmanship. A court of law should put this family in the woods and make them live in this what they call a quality RV.

We bought our 2019 Kingsport 199rk in August of 2018. It is now may 2019 I’ve already had to reply the vent covers because they became brittle and leaked into the bathroom. I believe they use the cheapest parts they can find so make sure you do your research before you buy.

We bought our 2014 Conquest in 2013. We have had nothing but trouble with it. Refrigerator doesn't get cold, the hot water has never been hot, even though we had the pilot light lite, lights on outside and inside didn't work. We had a leak right off the bat, they, Rockwood Boat and RV in Rockwood, Tennessee, and now the whole front of the camper has water damage. It smells like mold! And to top it off we were told it wouldn't be covered under insurance. So we are out a 15,000. camper!! What a lemon!! Will NEVER buy a GulfStream again!!! We have only camped in it 6 times!!

We used the campground showers and bottle water to drink and make coffee. Used anti-freeze (the pink stuff) to flush the toilet and pour down the sinks after used. Always draining the tanks too....we continue to do this for 3 days after arriving in TX due to the cold weather.
First time we used the shower it leaked. Dried up the mess. Tried again the next day. More water leaks. We contacted the GulfStream but everything was closed due to the Holidays, no one available to assist or look at the camper. After that we went back to using campground showers. No authorized dealers near by or repair shop that was authorized to do warranty work. Three weeks later we're still in TX, still using campground showers... The first new camper I ever bought and last.
Shortly after we returned home I contacted GulfStream to find there was an authorized dealer just 23 miles from home. Called, setup and appointment to drop off the camper and did so the next day. We'll have it done by Friday. Almost 3 months later we get a call camper is ready... Picked it up only to find it still leaks, plus the wall behind the toilet is now busted from the repair shops attempt to find and repair. Panel is pulled out about 3 inches and the staples will not hold it whenever I push it back in, just pops out again. Warranty is useless as the dealer stated GulfStream DOES NOT. WILL NOT PAY for warranty work, the dealer had to just eat it. They do so trying to maintain some sort of business relationship with customers...
We have approx. 7 months of useless warranty service. The rest of the camper just a can full of loose screws, loose panels, bad lights, broken trim pieces bad wiring and missing parts. Other than that it a perfect POS Camper... I had heard bad things about GulfStream but stupid me did not listen and not I pay pay pay. Please do your research. Listen to your interself and run don't walk and get the blank out of the. Use a tent, save your money. If you must have a camper I suggest a hard side popup. For long term try Holiday Express. Cheaper in the long run.

Well I bought a 2019 Gulfstream conquest and I had nothing but problems with it. I have nothing but empty promises and every time they take the camper to fix it comes back worse. I had a major leak with the water tank. Very bad workmanship. The slideouts leak, the wiring was bad - oh wait - still bad. We cannot even open up our bunkhouse because the wire broke off and I have left many messages for the owner of the company to call me to make things right and I get no callback. They have bad customer service and I tell them I want a refund or a rebuild and they refuse to help with that. I bought it new. I did not want to buy a fixer upper but lesson learned. I will never buy from them again. I am just sick of this whole process.

We purchased our Conquest 274QB in October 2018. From the beginning it started having problems from the door not locking, the screws falling out of the outside trim, the trim not matching up on the corners, the windows did not latch. Then after using the oven for 5 times it quit working, the bathtub had to be recaulked, we had to tighten the water pipes to the bathtub, the trim inside the trailer was coming apart, the electrical outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work. But then 4 months later the slideout started leaking and we can’t find out from where so we started looking at the front corner and the bottom front corners do not match so water comes in there. Great workmanship!!

I purchased my 2019 GulfStream Vintage Cruiser from Camping World in April 2018. I am not happy with them or GulfStream. I am a fulltime RVer and I have had a shower leak since day one. I took my camper to a dealer that honored my warranty and they replaced the caulking around the enclosure to the shower. First time I use the shower it leaks. I took the camper to Camping World and waited a month to have the work denied because apparently they submitted to have my caulking replaced when I explained to them where it was leaking. I am now at a park that does not have showers and my shower still leaks. It isn't from the caulking. It runs out into the hallway behind the shower and under the shower. It isn't the lines because I have checked it when it was running. Either the shell doesn't fit the tub correctly or it's behind the enclosure.
Chains not long enough. Battery had to be replaced at the very beginning. Storage area under the bed is not really "finished" and has plywood that was not cut but looks as though they just broke it in half and put it in. I still have metal and plastic shavings that come out of the air conditioning unit when turned on. I STILL clean up wood shavings on the dinette, the countertop and the floor around the slide every time I drive to a new destination. Like I stated earlier I am RVing full time. Is it too much to ask for a camper that’s worth the money you paid for it? Literally I feel like I live in **!

We were looking for a well built, lightweight travel trailer to tow behind our Toyota 4Runner and we found what we were looking for in the GulfStream Vintage Cruiser 19CSK. We only took three trips before winter set in, but all three trips were great. Wonderful towing with a sway stabilizer hitch and great amenities. Roomy for a small trailer with excellent headroom, I am 6'5" tall and have headroom throughout, even in the shower. I would highly recommend this trailer if you're looking for stylish retro trailer with modern features.

I am so ANGRY! We bought the 2019 Bunkhouse Ameri-Lite. We have only had it for 2 months. And it's 2018. Which tell you it BRAND NEW. It sucks. Pipes under sink leak. Behind toilet leaks, had to have a new part. And the hot water tank leaked as well. When I buy brand new I expect it to work. I wish I would have read these reviews. It would have saved me heartache and time and money. We have a warranty. But we are living in it. And it's skirted. So we can't move it to get our repairs done in the shop. So we have to pay out of pocket for the repairman to come and fix it. I have e-mailed GulfStream. So I guess I will do my research before I buy again. :(

2018 GulfStream 198BH. Not sure what to think about it. Bought brand new in March 2018. Used it 3 times this summer and overall it’s a decent budget camper. My only complaints so far is the cosmetic flaws like misaligned screws and the fact that I lost 3 of the top and side clearance light covers because they were too loose and came off in tow. So far no leaks and everything still working as it should but I’m just a little unsure but this is my first travel trailer purchase so I plan to upgrade to something with a little more quality in a few years.

We always get compliments when we're camping and everyone wants to see inside and asks us questions about it! :) We cannot wait for next season!

I made a mistake and bought a GulfStream trailer. Please spare the grief and shop other brands. Day one: Broken lights, Screw falling out of the front of the trailer, the dealer has to rebuild so the screw actually go into the wood. Interior stained where they attached the lining to the interior. The aluminum box that holds the electric cord was split open because they installed a box that was too small and forced it in, water/dirt was coming in under the dining seat. The dealer had to rebuild. The CO2 detector was faulty/broke. Splash guard was falling off, not glued. Bathroom vent was not even screwed incorrectly. Water was leaking underneath the sink.
I called the company, the operator said, "We didn't sell the trailer to you. Call the dealer." LOL - what a joke this company is, do not buy a GulfStream. JUNK... no quality control. I looked at another brand new Innsbruck at the dealership and the screws were falling out of the front of the trailer just like mine. AMAZING. The company would not reply to my complaints sent via email, no service. Thank goodness for Parris RV in Salt Lake, they finished building the trailer for the manufacturer.

We purchased this travel trailer new in February 2018. At the time we noticed that there some bubbles in the flooring in 2 corners near the refrigerator. The dealer indicated on the bill of sale that he would have a new floor installed if we wanted to pick something out at a local flooring store. We waited a few months, in that time the entire floor bubbled up, not water but like the glue came loose from the flooring. We took the trailer back to dealer and he told us to pick out some flooring and they would install it. We have waited and waited, they have my trailer on their lot and nothing has been done because they don't know to reinstall the floor. So we wait. I am very disappointed in the quality of this trailer overall.

I am very disappointed about a 50,000 dollar purchase made by myself and my husband. Product named Trailmaster by GulfStream a new Unit Towable Class 1. I have contacted service at GulfStream multiple times with my complaints about terrible quality within my trailer. On the walls and wood areas there are terrible defects as in wood chipping, holes in the wood that are not suppose to be there. The walls are all covered in holes with fillers and are very visible. They are not willing to give me another trailer the same as this or to even get some service to repair damage done by their own corporation. Something needs to be done about this for customer service is an important factor to the purchaser. I am angry and hope that I do not have to get a lawyer or sue this corporation.

I purchased a 23RSS Crimson and Cream Vintage Cruiser in January of 2018 In Oregon for nearly $30K. It came to me with some warranty issues and though the distributor I purchased from did try to fix one major problem, it didn't work and that was the door. Below is a list of items that need to be fixed, still. I'm traveling with it and find it's very difficult to find anyone to do warranty work. I'm currently in New Mexico where Gulf Stream has zero distributors. I'm so disappointed because my belief was Gulf Stream was the superior manufacturer.
1. Air conditioner spits out tiny metal fragments. Also, it doesn’t cool the bedroom area. And the vent slide, on the bottom doesn’t. 2. Water leak under the bed storage area, right rear side, odor of mold/mildew now present. 3. Electric Jack failed and I had no way to disengage from the truck. Another person in the RV Park, helped me find the problem and do a temporary fix. It still needs to be replaced or fixed 100%. 4. The light over sink failed, but it's not a bulb, I've no way of knowing how to fix it. 5. Carbon Monoxide/propane alarm began blasting at 2:30 am. I could find NO way to stop it. Push the button to reset, lasted for a total of 4 minutes then had to be pushed over and over and over. So I removed the front part and cut the hot wire to hit. Needs to be replaced. 6. Door, as well as the screen door does not hang correctly, big gaps allows for heat and cold to escape and invade.
7. Spray attachment, on the outside, appears to be missing a piece? It won’t connect. 8. Table is too narrow to be able to use as a bed. It collapses and does not fit into the opening it is suppose to go in to. 10. Awning appears now goes out, when the IN button is pushed and visa-versa. It didn't use to be that way. Again, I am so disappointed in the workmanship of this trailer. Including the lack of finished wood, inside the cupboards and closets which I discovered with more than one giant splinter in my fingers.
11. In the beginning the toilet refused to allow paper and water down. Eventually, I found a plastic kind of cage(?) in the throat of the toilet/neck of the tube to the black tank. After breaking lose the fingers of the "cage", I've no longer had any problems. I'd like to know what on earth that was? 12. The bottom of a kitchen drawer, simply fell out. There are only 2 drawers... This was the bottom one.

I like the amount of space that it has. Very easy to drive with amazing gas mileage. The appliances are new and easy to clean. The shower is large and as well as the bedroom. Lots of storage and seating. I wouldn't change much, just maybe the color of the carpeting and the front seats. Also, I would put a better sound system in for whole driving. I would also like to have a tv in the bedroom and a little larger hot water heater.

Bought a GulfStream Conquest Class C Motorhome from in Tennessee because we loved the design and features. We found water leak in bedroom closet... Bubbled out... Took to a dealer which we bought elsewhere. GulfStream would never get back to you as a professional company does. I would have to call back after couple weeks then I would get excuses, so I would wait. Call back again and more excuses why no return call. So the other dealer we took to said looks like from manufacturing problem... That it had been leaking while on lot for sale and caused the aluminum to pit from inside out and just started showing signs to us. Unpleasant and terrible. Would not recommend.

I bought an RV at Ron Hoover, Boerne. Sevice was great right up until I paid cash for my purchase. I pointed out a loose showerhead before leaving, which they tightened. By the time I got home the showerhead had come loose again due to the fact that it was screwed into 1/8” panelling... no support behind the panelling. I tightened it again, but it pulled out of the wall after just three showers taken. I noticed that the whole panel, to which the showered AND the faucet were attached, had no support behind it. In other words, the faucet and shower head were attached to a 1/8" piece of flimsy, paper-thin paneling. The 1" long screws for the showerhead could barely grab anything, since only one-eighth of the screw had anything to grab onto.
Ron Hoover refused to take care of the problem, or to even address it as a problem, turning it over to GulfStream as a warranty issue. I sent videos showing that the wall would move in and out more than an inch, and showing the shower connection dangling by the screws. GulfStream refused to call this a faulty issue. No reputable builder would ever attach a shower head to a 1/8" piece of unsupported panelling. No reputable builder would attach ANY plumbing to such an unstable piece of wallboard. No human being with basic knowledge of physics and gravity would secure ANYTHING to a thin piece of paneling, unless of course it was done with tape, and the item was not to be used, especially as plumbing.
After the screws pulled loose, only due to the pressure of the water, there were holes in the wall that would allow water seepage, eventual water damage and eventual mold problems. GulfStream does not see this as a problem. Additionally, when I turned on the water in the kitchen sink, the kitchen faucet jumped out of its socket and water sprayed all over the wall and the window. The dealership DID send me a new faucet to install myself. I don't believe GulfStream is a reputable business if they can accept this poor workmanship as representative of their work.
