We had the misfortune of the windshield breaking en route. A rock hit it. But the driver was nice, so I ended up paying for it. The company was nice too.

From the moment I called to find a carrier to pick up to delivery this was by far the most professional, communicative company I've ever shipped with. No hidden charges. The carrier they sent was professional and friendly, all in all, highly recommended. (I assume if you publish this review you will not include anything other than Joel F.)

I recently had a vehicle shipped from Oregon to Arizona, the day my vehicle was supposed to be picked up the driver had mechanical issues. Mark stepped up, made recommendations to me, had the vehicle picked up the next day. On top of dealing with all my questions and stress of shipping, he was very professional and exceed expectations. On top of that my vehicle arrived a day early.

I recently had to get a car shipped from IL to WV and was coordinating the transaction from CA. Carolyn did a fantastic job of securing a shipper that went above and beyond expectations at what I consider a very reasonable rate. She was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. I would not hesitate to reach out to her for future needs, and would highly recommend her services.

It was a wonderful experience. The guy who helped me was Anthony in Florida. He was super nice to work with. The guys that delivered my car were timely and very professional. They were great. I could not be any happier. I'm really glad I tried eShip. I would certainly use them in a heartbeat. I've shipped quite a few cars and eShip was, by far, the best. Michelle ** was fantastic in securing a very capable driver with a single car enclosed trailer for a valuable sports convertible when a larger competitor was duplicitous in promising but unable to deliver. The follow up was on point and the driver did what he said. Great experience all around.

From start to finish, the professionals at eShip exceeded my expectations. Administratively, things went according to plan, including any last minute changes made on my end. Moreover, the auto transport driving professionals were extremely careful with the auto, and provided updates regarding location/delivery. We shipped two cars with eShip. One was super smooth. The other one was a bit of a hassle. We were moving across the country and the car was getting picked up the same day we were flying out. It was guaranteed, but it didn't get shipped for almost a week after that. Had a driver, didn't have a driver. Also we had to pay more than our quote.

Everything worked out awesome. Our driver communicated well with us and we had a quick turnaround. The pricing was a little higher than we expected at the beginning, but it was because we needed a rush pickup.

Eship damaged my classic vehicle during transport. They bent the tie rods by attaching the cable to load vehicles to their trailer to the tie rods and front bumper. They bent both. The car was unable to be steered. They also ruined my battery by not turning off the ignition as they were instructed to. Eship is not a transporter. They are a broker. They have no insurance like they claim to. Mark ** is who I was dealing with at eship and is a liar and a scammer. For weeks he claimed he asked the dispatcher to send me insurance claim forms for damage done to my vehicle in transport, whom I never heard from. They sure haven't contacted me. The owner, Craig Gigante should have at least contacted me. Mark just flat out lied to me numerous times and even tried to change their website while I was on the phone with him.

We shipped our car to Hawaii using eShip. Anna arranged the pick up from our Santa Rosa, CA location to Oakland Port. I could not have done it without Anna's help. She was upfront, organized and extremely helpful. I made some mistakes with the paperwork but she took the time to walk me through each step. I highly recommend eShip and will use them again in the future. A+ in my book of confidence.

The rep was very good. He answered all my questions and returned my calls. When it was getting closer to the date, I texted him and he answered me right back. So it was good. I had the car shipped to a house that is only a mile from mine. The car came so quickly that it came the next day. They took care of handling it coming off of the truck. They went over the car and everything was good.

eShip transported my car from Florida to Maryland. They got the car there in one day. It went very good, and it was very good value. I recommend to many people to use eShip.

It took a little while to get the shipper to bring the car because of the weird pickup place. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The driver was great. And the cost was fine. It's expensive, but everything is now. eShip was great.

Our experience with eShip was very good. Our representative Mark Anthony, was very honest and responsive to questions at any time. The hiccups were our fault as the enclosed shipping was much faster than anticipated and would arrive before we got to our destination. Isabel and Miguel from Anedir Auto Transport were terrific. eShip was somewhat affordable compared to everybody else that was doing it. But their website could be better, and it felt a bit unprofessional at times. They got the job done, and that's the most important part, but polishing up their website will be good. As a customer, if it's a big move going across the country, I would wanna know that the company I'm going with is safe. I was worried about that. But eShip over exceeded my expectations. However, the total transport took longer than I expected. I was told it would be on a Saturday. I didn't get it until that next Wednesday. I asked them multiple times, and it ended up showing up on another day than I was told. It was miscommunication on their end.

After researching many options, I was confident to trust the eShip team with my auto shipment and they totally delivered. Easy to work with, reliable and good communication, lined me up with a driver who was great. Not the cheapest but very fair and worth it, and very quite reasonable, close to others who I'm not sure would have been as easy and reliable to work with. Recommend!

First time user and was extremely nervous not knowing what to expect. Checked out different service providers but others failed in the area that was important to us, which is fast response time to questions/concerns. I transported my Alpha Romeo from Dallas, TX to Lacey, WA and overall, I had a great experience with eShip. The service representative was very knowledgeable, upfront and prompt in responding to all my questions. All paper work can be done online and easy to use. The driver(s) engaged in the transport were very professional and reliable. They showed up on time and delivered my car without any issues.

I’ve never shipped a car before and this was the best way to do it! I initially chose eShip because it was had the cheapest starting price for the dates I needed but they also provide amazing service. My representative was always available by text which was nice because I had so many changes about pick up and drop off. And my car arrived a week earlier than expected in perfect condition!!!

Shipping a car can be stressful. The industry is served by brokers who are the ones that the consumer must rely on to contract with the ultimate shipping company. As such, the consumer is dependent on the broker for the quality of the experience. eShip earned my reliance with open transparent communication, reliability, and professionalism. The driver had obviously been vetted by eShip because they exhibited the same qualities. They also guaranteed and delivered on the narrowest pick up and delivery window I could find. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for all my vehicle transport needs.

My experience was good! I received my vehicle in good shape ! I loved the follow ups. They made sure I was a priority to get my vehicle picked up due to an unfortunate mishap with a previous driver. Very easy and convenient. Minimal paperwork and hassle. Price was fair and they did not try to gain your business by advertising an unrealistically low price. Broker had a driver for me within 24 hours. Communication was good from both the broker and the driver. The car was delivered on time in good condition.

The vehicle was supposed to be delivered a day or so earlier but eShip had to push it back. It didn’t matter to me though because we were already at the location with a different car so we didn’t need it. But if I needed the car, that might have been a problem. We were at a hotel so the driver couldn’t park in the parking lot when he delivered it. He had to leave it around the corner. The car was transported from a very cold state to a very hot state. It never had any issues before but now, it’s struggling to start. It’s possible it got jostled around during transport. But it appeared to be in fine physical condition.

Jennifer got me a truck quick and everything was delivered without issue. She got my car from Maryland to southeast Louisiana in a 24 hour window! And btw it was not enclosed and I had some reservations about that but it turned out fine and saved me money.

It was a pleasure working with you and Santana Transport LLC. Both of you provided a great service. My Jeep was delivered actually earlier than expected and in great condition. If I need Transportation Service in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again.

After waiting 3 weeks for another carrier, I switched to eShip. Carolyn had my car on a truck in just a couple days. I was very impressed. Car arrived on scheduled time, and not damaged from the transport. I would definitely use eShip again.

I had a quick turn around time need on a my vehicle shipping from Massachusetts to Washington, going to my son in the navy. I reviewed a LOT of shippers, but only 5 came up with 4+ stars, eShip being one of them. They had the fastest response time, by email only (if you've ever had a company dog you on your phone, you would know how nice it is to just receive an email), and best price.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Driver was on time with both pickup and delivery. Will use the service again. I contacted so many companies to ship my BMW from New York to Texas and nobody besides eShip made me feel comfortable. This business is full of crooks and it's hard to know who to trust, but Carolyn was so awesome start to finish. She got me a great price with a reputable carrier who got my car safely to its destination ahead of schedule. Can't thank you enough - would never recommend anyone else!

The rep gave me all the details and she was knowledgeable. The other good thing was she was able to give me a narrow window for the shipment rather than a week-long window. I was happy with her knowledge and she was very responsive. eShip communicated with the driver well too.

I reached out to someone who did exactly what I would do on my own and charged me a fee to do so. I could have come to eShip directly without a broker. The guy who gave me the quote lowballed me. He couldn't sell it out on the market with his fee on top of it so he cranked his fee up to be able to take it out to the market. Still, the car got here and there's no damage to it. At the end of the day, that's what I used eShip for.

We moved from Ohio to California because my husband found a new job here. My husband's company gave us a link if we have some shipment, like shipment for a car. We ended up using eShip. Everything was fine and the driver was very flexible. We changed schedules a couple of times for the pick-up and he fixed his time for us.

My experience with the rep who set up the transport was the best and he did a great job. When the driver delivered the vehicle, he didn’t know what was going on in the very end. But it didn't matter. eShip is a very good service compared to all others who are trying to charge you all the time in life. I was expecting a good service and they did that.

Sometimes, I couldn’t reach the third-party person that eShip sent the contract to. But all I needed to do was reach out to them and they would reach out to the shipping company directly. So, it was great. My car got picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable. The quote went up slightly but gas prices had gone up and it was difficult finding drivers so it wasn't unexpected. eShip worked well for me.

The girl from eShip who I dealt with in Florida was real helpful with me. She did what she said she would do. She followed through and kept back with me. She was straightforward with what it was gonna cost, and it fell right in line with that. The vehicle was picked up from the dealership that I bought it from and they were gonna drop it off at my house. But I had them drop it off up the street because it was a tractor trailer and they would have had a hell of a time getting down my street.

I looked up eShip and they had the best customer ratings out of everybody so I went with them. It's a solid company. They were really great. I have been working with Jennifer to book the service and everything was ready to go. I then had a family tragedy that I needed to get going so she moved up my appointment to the next day, which was amazing. The shipper himself was a really nice person to work with. He kept communicating enough throughout. If I called or messaged him, he would respond really quickly. The move was from California to Mississippi and that took a few days. They did the pick-up on a Friday and I got the car on a Tuesday. This service is expensive. I used to ship my car for $1,000 and now it's 1,500. I'd tell everybody that's how it is now.

I had a very easy process with Eship. Their responsiveness was great as was all their follow up. I was called a couple of times by the carrier who kept me informed of his progress across country and on into Florida, I had follow up after the delivery to make sure the carrier called me and to ask me if everything went smooth. Overall I gave them 5 stars because every step, of the way I was impressed with their system and the amount of follow up they did.

Jennifer at E-ship was great to work with to ship a car from Dallas to Sacramento. Easy online system, fair price which didn’t change during the process. The driver showed up on time and had great communication. I’ve used several other companies and will now stick with E-ship.

Working with eShip was good. I like their price and reliability from other people's reviews. The rep stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Whenever I emailed any questions, he was very responsive. The driver also called with updates when he was on his way to pick up the vehicle. His company had it to where he sent us the pictures of before and after when he did drop-off. He also stayed in touch with us the entire time. Everything went really smoothly.

Everything went great and eShip was good on time. The dispatcher was all right and the only thing is, he said a certain time and it wasn’t even close. Then he would say that he would call the driver and he would call me back. I asked for direct contact with the driver so I don’t have to bother this dude and he seemed to get a little frustrated. If he would have told me what it was from the beginning and it was gonna be between 4 pm and 9 pm, I would have been okay instead of saying it was going to be between 5:00 and 6:00. I get that it’s a truck caught up in traffic, especially in LA. But that’s the only negative thing, which isn’t that serious. The car got here quick and it was fine, which was all I cared about.

The transport went smoothly and it was a good experience. The guy was good. I didn't think he was gonna get the vehicle there that quick. But my daughter was happy, so I appreciated that. If I transport another car, I'll be calling eShip.

I had a whole series of people contact me from a variety of companies that I had inquired about the transport and the guy from eShip was great. He did what he said he could do. The quote was $50 higher than the one they gave online and he explained why. I'm completely pleased with how it happened. eShip was fabulous and I would go with them in a heartbeat.

Everything went well with eShip. There was a $100 difference in the initial quote and ending bill but the rep had warned me about that. The driver was what made us feel the most comfortable. He was spectacular. We were a little bit nervous. We've never done it before and he told us that he could tell it was the first time and not to worry. He picked up the vehicle on time and said he was gonna take it himself from one place to the next. He gave us updates about where he was at and dropped the vehicle off in front of our hotel room where we could walk out to him and get it. He was very good.

From the very beginning, Anna was very pleasant on the call. She answered all of my questions without me even asking them. Lol, I appreciated her attentiveness, and she even answered my call on her off day!! The company connected me with a driver immediately, and the pricing was great. I was told that my vehicle would arrive in about 5 days. I got a surprise when the driver called and said the vehicle would arrive 3 days early! I recommended eShip to other people that I know. Everything was really good. I didn't have any issues other than the driver didn't pick up on time, which affected the shipping. He contacted really timely, quickly, the day before, and gave a window, but it was after the window. He wasn't even close to the end of the time that he said he would be there to pick up the car. He was supposed to pick up the car from the guy that I bought it from, and the seller ended up reaching out to him. The driver said, “Oh, I'm running a little bit late, I'll be a little bit longer.”

I had to have my Jeep Cherokee truck delivered from Miami to Texas. Service was outstanding. Great communication by Carolyn. She made this experience go very smoothly and I received what I bargained for and the truck was in perfect condition upon arrival. Kudos to Carolyn. She's a keeper for sure. There was no hidden fees either. Basically what they quote you is the final number. No sneaky fine print either. Would highly recommend.

We shipped our Lexus from California to Florida and had no problems. Mike and Carolyn always answer their phone or text and are very honest. We have another car to ship and will definitely use eShip as long as Mike and Carolyn are there.

This was the first time I had to work with a car transportation company, and boy did I luck out when I decided to go with eShip. Highly recommended by Consumer Affairs, I connected with an outstanding Broker who worked with me tirelessly as we were connecting with a Third party friend who was selling me her car which was a challenge. The car was both picked up and delivered in perfect condition, and on time as promised. I would highly recommend eShip for any car transportation needs you may have.

The driver was really good. He texted me all the time and communicated really well.

The only issue I had is that the original driver that was supposed to pick up the car cancelled out so eShip had to get a secondary driver to pick up the vehicle. That delayed things by a few days. I was all set with the seller to have it picked up on a certain day and they had to postpone it. I initially liked the price that eShip had. But by the time they got a different driver, the price was higher so that didn't benefit me. That aside the rep and the transportation from Colorado to Arizona were good.

We needed to have our car shipped to our new address. We needed it gone from the previous house in a certain amount of time. eShip carrier was the only one that was able to get over there and get it off the property in the time span that we needed it to be done. Communication-wise, there was some text involved and I had a couple of different conversations with the driver too. eShip was prompt and had fair pricing. The vehicle arrived in perfect shape and on time.

There was a shortage of drivers that were willing to drive up to Michigan during that time of year but eShip found a driver pretty quick. When I communicated with the driver, it was short, quick and to the point, and professional. There wasn’t an overreach of information. It was perfect for what I needed.

Eship did a wonderful job getting my car to me and perfect condition and I appreciate the timely manner in which they did it with complete professionalism. The only thing I was say is that I was told the driver would be able to use Venmo and at first he said he did not accept Venmo but he was willing to download it for me and I really appreciate that. I was shipping my car from my location in Florida to my daughter living in Kentucky. I chose eShip because I spoke with their rep and he was the only one honest enough to tell me that whatever price he was giving me was also going to have an extra couple $100 on it for eShip. He explained to me the brokerage system and I appreciated that. The pickup was in South Florida, Palm Beach County. It was dropped off somewhere at Lexington, Kentucky. My daughter met the car there. My daughter called me because I told her not to sign anything 'cause she looked at the car and she saw a chip on the back bumper. I checked my records that the guy who picked up the car had said which included photos and the chip on the car had been there before. My daughter said the guy who delivered it was very nice. I was really pleased with the whole process. I've shipped cars before. This was a much easier, smoother transaction from start to finish.

She talked about the lack of drivers and how it was difficult because of the weather going from Florida to Michigan. She told me she would work with me and I would have a person picking the car up. She found a company that turned out to be great.

I used them a few months ago and it started pretty rough. There was someone who was working with me who was quite helpful initially then I got someone who wasn't as helpful. I needed to have my car shipped to the new state that I was going to be working in and my timeframe to get that done was a couple of weeks when I started working with them. But because I could not get it done in a timely manner initially, I delayed the move. The individual that was supposed to do my move couldn't make the date. I was fine with that and we planned on doing it on another day. But that day came and I learned that he couldn't do it. So I was in the process of trying to find a different company to help me take care of the move when I got someone to own it for me and found a different courier to do the delivery. That courier was on time. They were helpful. That worked quite well in the end.

Working with them was fine. Pick up and delivery was really simple. It was pouring down rain and the driver was checking my car for any little scratches or dents. He was very friendly.

Mark Anthony, the broker, was fabulous. The setup was pretty quick. But I had issues with the truck service that took the job. I got my truck a couple of days late. Also, the communication with the truck company could have been better than what was offered. Other than that, it was all good to go.

eShip identified a quick and cost effective route. Within 2 hours, I had a pick up date and within 48 hours, the car was off to its destination. It arrived safely and on time. They followed up along the way.

Although you were fast, you were the most expensive and I expected more. You made me pay partially upfront before you would ship, your driver demanded cash! When I asked for a receipt he told me that you have it. Sorry not with you never again!!

Mark ** at eShip solved my problem in 10 minutes. I hired another company and after 11 days could not get car picked up. I called E Ship and Mark said "give me two hours". He called me back in 10 minutes and the car was picked up the next day! And delivered in two days! Everyone else said 3-5. They sure brought my stress down. And the car was delivered in the same condition it was shipped. I can't say enough good things about E-Ship.

I filled out a form at one point, which was easy. After that, someone human got in touch with me, which was nice. I provided a range of dates for which pickup was desired. That date fast approached, and I never heard anything back. So I had to reach out over email a couple of times. The one thing that could have been a bit better was proactive communication insofar as scheduling the pickup date. Once it was scheduled, and the car was picked up and taken down, everything went smoothly. It took about 48 hours. And the driver, overall, was good. I would use eShip again in a heartbeat.

I have to give the overall experience an A+. The communication and responsiveness was excellent and all my questions and concerns were answered upfront in a pleasant way. The delivery driver was just as friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My daughter and I were moving from San Diego to Germantown, Tennessee. The distance was 1800 miles and we had two vehicles. I didn't want go caravanning across the country in January, so I contacted a lot of different auto transport companies. I chose eShip and the process with them was flawless. I've heard so many horror stories about auto transports but with them, our vehicle arrived faster than I even thought it would. On the day that it was coming, we had to meet the guy a mile away near a Walmart parking lot where there was a long street and it was easy for him to unload the vehicle. It was a great experience because the car was in great shape.

Everything went smoothly with eShip’s rep. She answered a lot of my questions and informed me that you don't have to book it like an airline ticket. You can do it with a reasonable amount of time in advance. She also let me know how the process worked and helped me through that. Somebody received the delivery on my behalf but they had no complaints and I had no issues with the pickup. Overall, everything went good. I was happy and if a friend was asking who to use for shipping my vehicle, I would say that I had a positive experience with eShip.

The guy did a good job. There was communication. He let me know when he was going to get close to my house. He showed up, was extremely respectful, helped unload the car, ensured that there was no damage on the car and everything was good. Called for a pickup on Wednesday in Washington, and had the car in my driveway in California on Wednesday. I literally had the car delivered, the day I had scheduled for the pick-up. That's how proactive they were. Everything as promised. Would definitely use them again.

I shipped a high-end sports car with eShip from Washington state to Southern California and was very nervous at first. Those concerns were put to rest after corresponding with Jennifer. Her communications as well as those with the driver were outstanding every step of the way! My car was delivered in perfect condition and I would use eShip again in a heartbeat!

I worked with Jennifer to have my car moved from Florida to Michigan. Her communication was excellent over a two month period. She located a transport service that was awesome and went out of their way to deliver my vehicle. Would highly recommend both of them.

Working with eShip was efficient and fast, and my shipping was done well. The main eShip people were super helpful. We had a time restraint and they were very flexible to try to find the right driver. When the driver came, he was quite young and he would text us in a very, "Yeah, man," kind of way but he was very professional. He was communicative with us and he got it here fast. It was just funny because he would do a whole lot of, "Dudes," and, "Yes," but it was great. My mom doesn't understand a lot of dudes and yes and man, but I did. I had the vehicle shipped from L.A. to Miami. He did it in a weekend and I couldn't believe he drove that quickly with all those trucks.

I thought we could put 100 pounds of additional stuff in the car. That was what made me choose eShip. Because we were moving across the country. We have a lot of odd-shaped items because my husband is a doctor. So, it was easier for us to be, “Oh, we could just shove that in the car while it's gonna ship.” The first person I worked with was great. She sent it up, then she would text me. And as it got closer to the date, I didn't hear anything from anyone. So, I had to reach out to them to confirm. It was January 10th that we dropped it off. And it was supposed to get there around the 20th. But because of the bad weather, it got delayed. So, it got delivered on the 22nd.

When the gentleman got closer here, he stayed in detail with me over and over. He was in a snowstorm, so he worked his butt off to get the car here, and he did an excellent job. The trailer could have been sealed a little tighter, but that's no biggie. There was just a lot of snow in the car. Other than that, he got it here promptly and safe and sound. He was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The price is not the lowest, and it's not the most expensive. But it's a good, fair, honest price. I’m satisfied with the price too. If I ship another car, I will get ahold of eShip. They did an excellent job. I'd strongly recommend them. God bless their drivers.

The guy there at eShip was very accommodating, helpful, responded quickly, and was the complete opposite of the other company that I dealt with. He said that the driver would contact me two to three hours before he was scheduled to deliver. My office is an hour and 15 minutes from our house. And we were having it delivered here to the house. The driver contacted me 30 minutes out. So, there was no way I could get back to be here when he was here. If he contacted me like he was supposed to, everything would have been a lot smoother. But my wife handled it. The driver brought the vehicle to my wife. eShip said that we could pay with an office check because it's a company vehicle. But the driver didn't want to accept the company check, so we just paid him in cash. If we could have paid with the company check, we could have taken it off as an expense. Other than that, I was very pleased.

Have used company for several years and have received excellent and prompt service with scheduling and driver service. Would highly recommend company. Never had any problems with cars or delays. Definitely a five star company. Have used both the covered and open transportation.

It was excellent with eShip. The young lady who took care of me was available even on weekends. We had a wonderful chat and she fully educated me about how shipping cars work, that everybody was a broker, and you put it out for bid then somebody would come and pick up the car. They get their fee, then the shipper gets their fee too. She was always there so I was very pleased with the situation. The driver was driving a big rig with multiple cars behind him, so he couldn't pull it to where we were. We met about less than half a mile away to a shopping center near where I live in and it worked out fine.

eShip had great customer service, but without being pushy. Everybody was nice. I was told that I would receive the car in two days from pickup, but I ended up receiving it the same day. I received a call from customer service. They asked me if it was okay if they just deliver the car the same day. I also got the driver's phone number, who was also good with getting in touch with me. He was awesome as well. I called him at some point to see what time he thought that the car would be delivered. And he said that he would get back to me to let me know the ETA in the afternoon, which he did. He followed up a couple more times later on. The driver could not go down the street where I am on. I thought it would be enough space for one of those big trucks with the cars. But he couldn't have turned around if he went down the street. So he ended up parking at the end of my street, which is a quarter mile or a little more. He drove the Jeep over to me.

Jonathan reached out to me pretty quickly after I contacted eShip. It didn't take him all that to get me all set up. He was quick to help find me an alternate company as weather affected some of the usual shippers on my route. Within an hour I had a replacement and my car was picked up that same day. The drivers did a great job with communication and arrived well within the estimated delivery window.

The communication with the driver was good. The process was quick, nice and neat. I really appreciated their support. They helped me a lot.

This is my second time using this company, from MA to FL then back up to MA again. On both occasions, my car was picked up and dropped off without incident. Also on both occasions was an ahead-of-schedule delivery right to my door, which I super appreciated! I'm so glad I found eShip. One last thing to note if you're considering this company: your representative AND your carrier are both super accessible for your questions. You're given their phone numbers, which you can text/call whenever. Anyways, enough rambling from me - thank you, and I'll be back for a third time soon enough!

The first carrier assigned backed out because of weather conditions but you sent out an SOS and got another carrier in a few hours. Pickup and delivery went smoothly. Driver was courteous and very professional. I am a very satisfied customer. Car was delivered in 4 four days.

Before my okay, they already reached out to the shipper and the shipper was already calling the person who had the vehicle. When the driver was picking the vehicle up, he told the guy that he was going to be there at 7 o'clock at night. Then all of a sudden, it was 9 o'clock. The communication was tough and it could be a little better. But in the end, it worked out well. The driver gave me a good heads up when he was delivering.

Working with eShip turned out better than I thought. There was a big snowstorm and they couldn't pick up the car until the following day. My plane flight was at 11:00 so they had to be there by 9:00. They were there even though it was 10 degrees outside. I commend them for that. The transport went smoothly. When the car was dropped off, it was dirty but that was because they had come through all of the northern states and there was a lot of snow.

They gave me a wonderful quote. However, that wasn't the quote that I ended up paying. But other than that, everything was wonderful. The truck came through.

The customer service team was following up timingly and they did their job. The movers picked the vehicle up on time and they informed me when they were gonna be dropping it off. They informed me one hour before. The only problem is because of the lesser number of transport divers, they're auctioning the price. The price went over and I was not expecting that price. Other than that, they always work great. I would love to refer to my friends and colleagues.

eShip was fantastic when we were setting everything up. I had a designated person who really kept me in the loop and I would recommend them for that. I had her contact number, so I could call her at any time and find out what was going on. The feedback was immediate. Another thing is that I could talk to the driver during the transport, which was comforting. The first time we shipped with eShip, the driver's truck broke down and he had to wait for quite a while for the specific part. He was a week late but we were informed of that all along. Then, when I was meeting him, he was at the other Home Depot in our town. I had given eShip the specific address of where we would meet but they didn't put that address in his work order. But the second time we shipped a car was totally smooth. It got here earlier than we wanted to get. They say they pride themselves on the truckers they use and the truckers were terrific and responsible.

eShip was on top of things even though I didn’t ask for it and they were in communication via text and phone constantly, which was great.

Jennifer, the rep from eShip, was super responsive and communicative. When I sent out inquiries, she got ahold of me within 10 minutes. She got right back to me with a price and once they got it arranged, she texted me. I was asked if I got the email that they picked it up as well as when it was dropped off. Then, they followed up with how my experience was. They contacted my son a day before and when they were two hours out, and brought he vehicle directly to his place.

I just had my car shipped from IL to CT with eShip. They did a excellent job! They explain the entire process from the car ship price quota, place ship order to the ship process in great detail to help me understand how car ship works. Everyone I contacted with from eShip are courteous and professional. The day for the car to pick was in single digit degree in IL, I thought car ship might be delayed due to extremely cold weather, but the driver still came to pick the car. They also accommodate my delivery date for me. I will use eShip again if I have needs to ship car again.

Everything went fine with eShip. I dealt with Michelle and she kept in touch with me the whole time. The guy who picked up my cars was great and I had them out here the next day when they pick them up from New York to Carolina. I'm getting ready to ship my boat down and I'm going to use the same company.

I was happy with the service. I had a lot to ask and they were helpful with the tracking. The guy that shipped the car knew how to speak in English and the guy who handled my case was super helpful.

The initial communication with eShip was good, but after I set up a date and time, I had to stay on top of them to make sure they were picking my vehicle up. I had to do a lot more work than I wanted to. They said they would be in contact with me the middle of the following week, but they never called. I had to call to make sure we were still on for pickup. If I had not stayed on them, I don't even know if it would have happened. We got the car picked up two days before I was ready to and it kind of threw everything off. Once I couldn't get in contact with eShip, I was able to get a number, at least, for the driver, but they gave me the wrong number. He gave me another driver. But he was able to get me to the driver and I contacted directly with the driver from there. The driver was very good with the communication so that made it very easy. Everything made it safely so I'm happy about that.

The experience with eShip was nice and not complicated. Everything was good.

Mark, the rep I worked with at eShip, was very nice and helpful. He was also very patient with me because I kept changing. I was looking at different cars and it was very difficult. And I'm glad he stayed patient with me. Then during the transport, the driver kept me informed of anything that was happening or gave me an ETA. He was consistent with telling me, throughout the day of delivery, what he was going to do and when he'd be there. In the end, the vehicle arrived in good condition.

Great service, courteous staff, and well managed operations! Shipped my new vehicle across country and was very impressed to receive a message from the driver, right after I landed at my new destination, that my car would be delivered the next morning, 4 days ahead of projected schedule!

My experience with eShip was very simple, easy and straightforward. There were no excuses. There were no delays. The car was picked up when it was supposed to be picked up, and it was delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. The driver met my expectations. He came to where I told him to be, which was around the corner because it's a dead-end street.

When I first got a quote, the eShip broker and I talked about timing. All I cared about was when the car was gonna get there, and there was a bit of back and forth as to what that meant for the pickup of the car, depending on the transport getting there, whether it was a two- or three-day transport. I shouldn't have to worry about it though. It's not my problem to figure out how long the transport takes. When I found out the time change had extended to the five days, that wasn't going to work for me so I requested something else sooner. The broker had to find a different driver, and the different driver was able to do it in a day but he wanted more money so I ended up paying more.

Dana helped us so much and found a carrier for our 2 vehicles quickly. The whole process was very easy. The driver was friendly and fast with delivery. If I had to ship vehicles again I wouldn't hesitate to use Eship!

They did a great job. Jennifer was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had a limited window for the vehicle pickup, and she found me a driver. The driver followed instructions to avoid any problems at the pickup and contacted us a day in advance for drop off. No complaints, highly recommend!

The eShip reps did an excellent job. They were very communicative and laid out everything that I needed to know about the shipping, what kind of details and the do's and don'ts. It was very informative. I wish they would be able to work with the customer at a more approximate location though. The first driver who picked up my car worked with me. I live in a large street, but he was concerned about double parking and blocking traffic. On the other hand, delivery was a little awkward because the specific location that was picked out was far away and at the time, I only had public transportation to get to it and a nice 30-minute walk. I tried to see if I could arrange for a closer location, but unfortunately, it didn't happen, which is nothing against the second driver. I was able to get to it and get my car. My vehicle was fine, no dents or scratches, and I didn't even wash it at all.

eShip had good customer service, and with the timeframe they gave me, they were on time, if not early. Their price point was high though. I was expecting to get a deal. Other than that, Dana the sales rep was very focused and attentive to details. The delivery driver was good as well. He was down to earth and very communicative.

eShip didn't bother me a lot, and I had to reach out to them to see where things were at. Other than that, it went good. The transport came from Oklahoma to Georgia and it could have been done in one day, but they picked it up late, stayed overnight somewhere, and delivered it the next day. They called me to tell me where the vehicle was at, and when the guy delivered it, he called me as well. I went and met him because he couldn't get to where I was located. He backed the car off, I paid him, and he did his inspection and left. eShip couldn't get anybody to pick it up for the price they quoted, so I wound up having to pay at least $200 more. Still, I would recommend it.

I was transporting my vehicle from New York to Florida and the reps I talked to at eShip was very good. They kept me updated and when the driver brought the car to my house, he was very congenial. I was very happy overall with the entire experience. They were comparable to other shippers. I was looking for reliability and I got that. I would like to have gotten the service cheaper, but nobody else was offering.

The guy I worked with from eShip was very honest with the pay and the brokerage, and how they looked for drivers and transportation companies to work with us. During the transport, the communication with the driver was great. He called a day earlier than was expected but it was because they had to go to another location, out of the way, the next day. It was the driver’s understanding that if I wasn't available to be at home when he showed up that night the day before, he would just have to come the next day. But it ended up working out anyways for him and for us.

We transported a small SUV with eShip and everything was fine. It took around three days from beginning to the end which was within the timeline they told us and they kept in touch. They gave us a heads up on when they’d arrive and the delivery was good.

I needed my car shipped from Michigan to Georgia. Time was of the essence as the car HAD to get moved from its location before Christmas Day. I called eShip on the 21st or 22nd of December, and they got everything going. Scott “promised” me they’d get it all taken care of. I thought that’s some heavy words to use. BUT, he TOTALLY kept his promise. Got my car picked up in Michigan on Christmas Eve, and it was sitting in my driveway in Georgia on the 26th. These are the people you want to use. The price was comparable to others I checked into…but the service and the follow through are what sets them apart.

Shipped my two fj40 Land Cruisers here to Texas from California. One was not running and in the middle of a registration. It had a very expensive paint job, no running motor, or brakes. Car was picked up Mon noon 11/29/21 as scheduled and delivered on Thursday 12/2/21 at 7:00 am, one day ahead of schedule. The pickup and delivery was basically door to door. The driver was personable, courteous and very efficient and business like. The car arrived in the same condition. It was in when picked up and the price was as quoted. I don't what else I could say other than it was the best experience I have ever had in transporting a car.

The scheduled pickup and drop-off times were accurate. It was a good experience but once we scheduled the transport, I didn't hear anything. Being my first time having my vehicle transported, I didn't know exactly what the process was. Understanding that we were not going to know who was going to transport it and what the dates were going to be for a few weeks made me a little nervous.

I talked to David and he worked with me to make sure that I could get the vehicle. He kept in contact with me.

I used eShip to bring a car home to me and they communicated well. Being able to get it to me in a relative time frame and the price were the deciding factors why I went with them. I needed the vehicle picked up on a very specific timing and they were able to pick it up and get it back to me effectively within that timing. When the driver got close to the drop-off, he called, arranged the timing of that, and made sure someone was here.

The experience was perfect. The fellow that did the transport was excellent.

Overall, my experience was very good. The pricing was fair. There could have been better communication from eShip and the car carrier driver. The pick up from Texas was a day late, so the delivery in California was a day late. If I had been notified earlier, I would give the experience a 5 star rating.

The representative was excellent, very responsive and answered every single question I ever had. The carrier that eShip contracted with to do this was absolutely top-notch. I would source that guy out again and again. He was amazing and friendly. The pick-up, which was my uncle, was older and I was a little concerned that they would treat him with kid gloves. But the reps were polite and nice. It’s how I’ll do the transport again if I ever need to.

eShip had the best price. They gave the information to contact them if I was happy with the quote. I ended up contacting them, and they told me that they would email me over the contract. Everything pretty much flowed from that point. They picked the car up on a Monday, and it was to delivered us by Friday. They held it until Friday so we could get settled in.

The rep took the time to explain everything to me. She worked hard to try to get me the people to do the work. They got here before they even mentioned that they were going to get here, which was good. The guys were accommodating and on time to deliver the car. Everything turned out great.

I got the eShip contact from a friend and that's how I knew I could trust them. I could tell right away that it was better than the company that I used prior by having a direct contact person. I felt I wasn't just talking to a company and I had a real person that I connected with and actually cared about me. Carolyn who I spoke to stayed in contact with me throughout and everything was pretty upfront. There was a lot of transparency which the other company didn't provide me. Prices changed a lot with the other company I used but with eShip, there were no surprises and I really appreciated that.

When I called eShip, the gentleman explained to me that it's difficult to foresee what a carrier is going to charge to ship a vehicle. He said, "I can tell you specifically what our broker fee is then we can estimate what it'll cost for the carrier, but I'll have an exact dollar amount once a carrier actually responds." The fact that he broke it down to me that way made me question the other two companies that I spoke with because they gave me an exact dollar amount. It was very transparent with eShip and that gave me a little confidence in dealing with them.

The driver was great, really helpful and on time. There was good communication and he made everything go a lot easier. I got the vehicle on time and everything was good. All my cars should be shipped with eShip.

I sent eShip a message and they shot back within 24 hours to give me a quote. Reading through all the reviews of eShip, the service and communication were good. On top of that, the quote that they gave you was 9 out of 10 times the one that was utilized. This was the third time that I shipped a vehicle. I used different brokers and this was one of the better experiences.

It's a great experience in car/truck transport that I've ever had. My 2021 Tundra TRD Pro was picked the next day after I called eShip to carry my pickup truck from Toyota of Greenfield, Massachusetts to Southern California. It's a long distance across the country and especially this time of year, weather is not favorable for any driver with eighteen wheel trailer. However, with their experience and professional drivers, my Tundra was well taken care of long distance and arrived on time as contracted. My lovely Tundra TRD Pro was delivered in a great and safe way, no issue/damage or any signs of scratch or dings.

The communication and service was great, we were well satisfied. The driver kept us informed with time of arrivals and did exactly what was promised. The broker also stayed in touch and did as promised. I will definitely use them again. The price was a little higher but it was worth it. Great Service.

Setting up with eShip was great and the communication with the driver was good. The only problem that I ever had with them was during pickup. They were quite handsomely delayed. I tried to fight back when they were delaying so much. But once the vehicle was picked up, everything fell in place.

eShip shipped my car from Texas to San Francisco and I had a really good experience with them so I went with them again. I worked with Tom and he communicated really well and did a good job of staying on top of things, making sure I was consistently in the loop. The carrier was super professional. They picked the car up from a residential address and dropped it off right outside my apartment. It's not like I had to do a whole bunch of travel or do too much additional coordination to get the car picked up or dropped off. eShip provided a professional service with pretty appropriate and fair rates for transportation. I'm happy to work with them again.

They emailed and called me as well, kind of confirming the vehicle, where it was going, and all the details for the car. It was early so I waited because they said to call them back when we were closer to moving. I might be able to get a better price. I did and saved a couple hundred dollars by waiting.

From the moment we called till day they dropped off both cars safe and sound was top level service!!! I would recommend to anyone… price was in line with others and service was way above!!! Thanks to the team for all help with all my cars.

eShip was very prompt in getting back to me with a quote and with any information that I needed. The woman was super knowledgeable and my experience was very straightforward. It was a seamless transaction. They told me what it was going to cost and that it shouldn't go up or down. They were also helpful in reaching out to the seller I had purchased the vehicle from.

When moving from TX to AR, there were some items that had to be put into storage. The 9.5-10 hour drive each way became too much for me and I decided to use eShip. I submitted my request and received competitive bids almost immediately. It was important to me that the carrier have great reviews and a reasonable cost. It didn’t take long for me to select a carrier who was enthusiastic, friendly and reliable. Despite having to add a day, I had no time limit and everything was delivered in perfect shape. I used eShip a second time to move a 90 gallon bow front aquarium and stand and a third time to transport a 46” rough cut tow-behind mower. Every time I used them, the results were beyond satisfactory. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future should the need arise.

I was worried about the time because eShip is in the East Coast and I'm on the West Coast. I was worried one day that I was calling too late but they took my call and they said that they would take care of it. So, I was able to do it at my own pace. I wasn't sure that this is what I wanted to do or not and how I was gonna get it out here, and they were very patient. The quote was a couple hundred dollars less than the actual final price. It was a couple of hundred dollars more than some of the other estimates that I got. eShip costs more but it seemed like there was better communication. There was always somebody that I could contact with concerns.

The rep from eShip did an excellent job and the quote was very accurate. All things considered, it was a fair price. The driver was going to arrive that morning and he let me know his whereabouts within a three-hour time frame and then called an hour before. It wasn’t inconvenient. If this is what you want to do, eShip is probably the company to do it with. If money or pricing is not the sole consideration, then I would use these guys.

The entire experience was A+ from start to finish. My classic car was picked up as scheduled. It was handled with kid gloves from start to finish. I appreciate that my baby got where it was supposed to be safely and on time promised. Driver even drove it right into the garage. Couldn't have been a better experience. I filled out a contact form online, then I received a phone call, and went through the process. The rep laid out what the steps were and discussed price. The quotes would come in four or five days before the vehicle would get shipped out and then they would keep track of it the whole time it was in transit. If I needed updates, I could always contact this guy individually, which I did a few times. He kept me updated and then went from there. The vehicle was picked up in my driveway in front of my house and it went door-to-door which was very nice. They took photos and were very thorough with their photos. I watched the driver load it up on the truck and unload it. They had a lot of high-value cars on the carrier with my car, which made me feel good too. It’s a really good company. I'll definitely use them again if I have to ship vehicles.

Carolyn was wonderful and honest with the process. Everything went smooth. My vehicle was picked up and delivered as scheduled. There was no damage to my truck. There were no issues with Sap transportation. I was skeptical initially as I had read some mix reviews about the whole auto transport business and I wanted a company I could trust. Carolyn opened my eyes to how the business operates and I put my trust in her to find me a dependable transport and she did just that. If I ever have to transport again I’m going with Eship and working with Carolyn. I recommend everyone to ship with eship and work with Carolyn. I don’t feel she steered me wrong.

After doing a lot of research, we went with eShip and we’re glad we did. Seamless empty pod drop-off, even when we weren’t sure we could fit all three pods in our driveway. We ended up using two and not being charged for the third. We were proactive in calling the estimated day our were to arrive and they were in town that morning. We schedule the delivery for a day that worked with our schedule and were amazed by how they maneuvered the pods into our new, smaller driveway. We’ll unload this week and call to have the empty pods removed. Easy peasy.

HIGHLY recommend! I could not be happier with every aspect of my experience with eShip. The coordinator was extremely professional, super helpful, and definitely went above and beyond job description. I could speak to her anytime I needed, and she got back to me immediately. Outstanding! She guided me through the whole process of getting a vehicle I purchased on eBay delivered from Michigan to NJ. The truck driver was excellent as well! Car arrived in perfect condition, and was very well cared for. In fact, it arrived a day sooner than expected! Do not hesitate to use this company.

Everything went very well with eShip. The driver was good. He took care of the car and was very good with it. He got it here on time. He called me when he was on his way. The person that I picked up the car from was very happy with him as well. It's a very expensive exotic car. So, we needed it treated very tenderly. I had a good experience with this certain shipper and I would highly recommend them.

The freelance shipper that eShip used to ship my car was great. I would definitely use this shipper again. It has not always been the case but this carrier picked my car up at my home and dropped it off on the day promised at my front door. They were great~!

I needed to ship my daughter's car from Denver to New Jersey and found Mark Anthony and eShip. Everything couldn't of worked out smoother. Communications were all fast and prompt, shipping was done professionally and on time. I've shipped vehicles before and this was by far our best experience. The price we received was also very competitive. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again I will definitely use them again!

I used eShip for my auto transport needs when moving from CO to TX. I ended up having to use them twice, but each experience was fantastic! The communication was on point with eship as well as with the drivers of the vehicle transport trucks. If I'm ever in need of a vehicle transport service again I will use eship again. I got a text from eShip within 24 hours, just giving me a quote of the pricing. I got back to them as soon as I could. They locked my pricing and we shot text messages back and forth. Once I paid for the first half, everything was good. The professionalism was awesome and the conversation was in a timely manner. Shipping it from East Coast to West Coast, it would gonna go towards that $2,000 range. It was below that and it was good for me.

My daughter moved to Florida, so we shipped the car out to her. We used eShip and everything was easy. The driver was nice and the transport took about four days. These guys were a little more expensive than some of the other ones. But other companies would quote you one price, then they would come back with taxes and other fees on top of it that weren't disclosed initially, and it would be more expensive than they originally quoted. Compared to that, I appreciated that eShip was completely straightforward with everything, so I felt more confident going with them even though their quote was a bit more expensive.

The girls that coordinated the whole thing were a little overwhelmed. But it was completely forgivable, because it was just two of them organizing everything. Then, the driver was amazing and super friendly. He never failed to communicate with me and he did everything flawlessly. Plus, the delivery was quick and seamless. With COVID and all things considered, eShip did a spectacular job.

eShip is by far the best company to use for shipping vehicles. They provide honest quotes, without any hidden cost “surprises” like other companies. The vehicle I needed shipped was on an unusual route but Anna and the team were able to locate an exceptional carrier meeting all of our needs, with wonderful customer service and communication throughout the process. Also, eShip works with the most reputable carriers and has longterm working relationships with them. This particular driver/carrier was absolutely meticulous and had the vehicle in perfect condition on delivery, unloaded it perfectly, and even wiped the vehicle down- he clearly handled our car with care the entire trip. 10/10 on all aspects. I highly recommend them and would never use anyone besides eShip.

eShip did a great job with the setup and everything went well with the the auto transport. We tried to call the driver to make sure to see what time he was coming. The company just drops off within a 20-mile radius, so we quickly had to drive out to where the driver could unload, which was a shopping mall. He was patient because he even told us an hour before he was gonna be there that he was coming and we said, "Well, we thought you were gonna come earlier in the day." He waited for us, which was nice.
