I used this service previously to transport my cars and I was happy with it and that was the reason I contacted them recently BUT I was disappointed. The agent was very rude and cynical and the whole process was stressful although I booked it with ample time. Instead of making it one trip (from West-to-East coasts) he made it half-way with double the price!, I still have to do it in second step but definitely I will not use him again. The price was not an issue for me and he cornered me in the last day with overpriced job.

Please give Carolyn 5 Stars for getting this move done during a busy time for truckers. Will be back again in Fall for help in Florida return. Will be asking for Carolyn. This is 3 or 4 years you have helped me out.

This was the second time we used Carolyn at eShip to ship our vehicle. She gave us excellent service both of these times. She is very reliable and always returned my calls in a timely manner. Will definitely be using her again. Everything went smoothly both times. Thank you!

Eship always is a great company. They are punctual and always deliver on time. I have transported 3 cars through them so far. They will remain my company of choice. Great prices is cherry on the cake!! The online process of booking is seamless. The drivers always arrive within the agreed window and deliver on time. No idea how they are so awesome!!

I’ve used EShip many times. All with the same excellent service. They call a few days before as well as on the day of pick up. The same holds true when the car is being delivered. I’ve also recommended them to my family and friends, again all with the same excellent service.

I have shipped my child's car to/from the west coast and back to our home and all three trips were easy to set up/schedule. The staff has been outstanding and answers any question(s) that I have had along the way. Very professionally run company and it has been a very "no stress" way to move my child's car since I have no worries from the time it gets picked up until its arrival. I HIGHLY recommend eShip as I will use them again anytime I need to move my car or other family cars and I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs car(s) transported.

Igor the gentleman who picked the car up was fantastic! He kept me informed on his ETA both coming and going and he literally showed up at my doorstep and drove the car off. I did not have to do a thing. He was very professional and pleasant.

Not comfortable at the outset...and it proved to be true. Go with low cost, lock it in, but no one bites till you give more money. In the future, I'll be smarter. Driver spoke ZERO English, but did get here in record time across the country.

I booked my reservation three weeks before pick-up and was quoted $675 (excluding the booking fee.) I called a few times to see if my driver/pick-up was scheduled and was repeatedly told, "Don't worry!" "We've got you." "No problems". I was never, not once, told my rate was not guaranteed. Less than 24 hours before my pick-up, I got a call from Marc saying my rate was now $1,100 - take it or leave it. I was floored. Gobsmacked. Almost twice what I was quoted and they knew I had no choice - it's not like I could find another carrier by the next day.

The service from eShip was excellent. The driver that they connected me with was very professional and was easy to work with. Our car was picked up on a Thursday and delivered the next Tuesday. Everything worked very well and I am completely satisfied.

I used eShip to transfer a car from Florida to Michigan. The process was very easy and the car arrived in a few days and earlier than expected. I was assigned the same person to arrange the transport and she followed up to make sure that everything ran smoothly. I would use eShip again.

Worked with Becky at E Ship, Good communication and follow-up. I would recommend and use eShip again. The truck was picked up and delivered according to the schedule I was given.. Remember this company is a broker and the shipments go out on a bid. So their initial estimate may be off depending on bids from the actual shippers.

I purchased my 1973 Mustang from Studio Hotrods in Richmond Illinois and needed it shipped to Ypsilanti Michigan. They recommended eShip Transport for the delivery and I'm glad they did. The car was picked up a day early and arrived at my house three days after signing the contract.

Everything ran smoothly. Driver was professional. The overall schedule of when my vehicle was going to arrive could have been more clear, but it got there early so better than late! I would use this company again. It was great to be able to call the driver while the vehicle was in route to check on progress.

I needed a car shipped across the country. Becky from eShip was awesome found a driver quicker than I expected. The driver was really good. He picked up on time and delivered on time. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and at a very competitive price. This is the second time I have used eShip and I would definitely recommend them.

Promised pick-up and delivery times not met. Poor communication with driver who insisted on cash payment, after obtaining certified check as instructed, and threatening to leave with vehicle unless his demands were met. No follow-up!

Perfectly shipped my truck from TX to the Blue Mountains of VA. No issues. Anna ** communicated perfectly and the truck driver was great and also communicated and sent photos. He also did my special request of hiding keys perfectly so when I arrived I had the keys.

I was very pleased with the communication, coordination, and delivery of my vehicle. The driver was courteous and kind and my truck got here when it was supposed to. I'm very happy with the service and I will use them again if the need arises.

I am overall happy with my experience with eShip. Jonathan was very helpful and always responded to my texts in a timely manner. The one thing that I wish would have been different was that I never once was contacted by the actual transporter, like I was told in my order email. I was completely in the dark on the whole thing, besides my friend where the car was being picked up from, letting me know that it had been picked up and was on its way to me. The driver was friendly and efficient with the unloading.

Trying to find a shipper for your car is hard to do. I searched but I finally settled on Eship. Ivy was wonderful! She communicated me every step of the way. My car broke down halfway and she found a new shipper the same day. You guys are awesome =D.

This broker and car moving company are right on time, efficient, and friendly, too. Did everything they said for my move from Oregon to Tennessee. Car was in excellent shape. I would recommend them to anyone for a long distance or local move. Thank you for the excellent service.

Our Eship experience was great, our representative Joanna P. took time to answer all my initial questions and was prompt to reply to my numerous follow up emails. Once a carrier was found, Joanna contacted me and we had it all set up in a matter of minutes. The driver, George, was also in immediate contact with us once he was assigned. Pick up and drop off of the car went perfect and the car made it to New Mexico in 2 1/2 days.

The eShip rep we worked with was very good and informative. My husband had so many questions and he was very patient. My daughter got the car for me and she said the driver was a nice person, too. We were very satisfied.

I had booked another car carrier months ago for my cross country move and they did not follow through when it was time to go. I was scrambling to find a new one with a couple days left. After purchasing a vehicle at an auction 1,100 miles away and dealing with a couple of less than professional and upfront companies, I reached out to eShip. Easy and professional to work with. Very reasonable pricing. The drivers (husband and wife team) were also very personable and professional. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
