Purchased a new Escalade in June. Paid over 110k for this car. It has had leak after leak. Yesterday, on a family road trip, started smoking profusely and had to have the car towed. (Leaving me and my family on the side of the road) transmission was Leaking tons of fluid. It has been repaired at a Cadillac dealer for this problem multiple times and still has issues. I deeply regret spending so much on a terrible car. I have owned several luxury cars and suvs and Cadillac does not compare in quality or customer care to high end German brands. I would RUN from an Escalade if you are thinking of purchasing.

I bought a 2005 Base Deville with the Fleet Livery package, with 75,000 miles. It's amazingly powerful V8 engine reminds me of old muscle cars, except that it's smooth and quiet. Cadillac warranty's the "fleet" vehicles with a 150,000 miles, I understand. I get why: This massive V8 moves the car effortlessly at 70 miles an hour, barely over an idle. I also understand the "fleet" means the radiator is larger. You see, radiators tend to get clogged over time...this reduces the effective cooling capacity and often results in overheating. With this super large radiator, even if it's half clogged up, the other half will still keep the engine cool making it last and last, as overheating kills motors. The car is exceptionally comfortable and roomy, front or back seat. I got 27 miles per gallon, and wonder why I did not buy one sooner.

I have owned many Cadillac Escalades and loved them. My 2016 has been a problem I bought new. The brakes went out when driving 3 1/2 months after purchasing 2900 miles. Then was good for a while. When I would get serviced they would fix recalls. Have had problems with cameras some computer stuff Door locking etc and those darn running boards on passenger side still don’t work. They hit you in the ankles when you least expect it. So I took my car in for CAl on screen so cameras not working and the service rep said, "You should get your transmission serviced." It has 41700 miles. Said due at 45000. That way I won’t have to come back right away. I said ok. $1100 later. Picked the car up on Wed 9/30/20 went home.

Next day that CAl on screen again and doors wouldn’t unlock Same on Friday the Saturday 10/3/20 I parked in front on my business. I got out of my car with my employee we had stuff to unload. I pushed the clicker to open didn’t work closed all doors tried again we were pulling on pack door and nothing. Walk to my drivers side. Opened door. Heard noise. Car started rolling. Toss me on ground. Drag me. Now broken ankle and leg. Waiting to here back from G.M.

I bought a 2015 Escalade about 4 years ago, I have experienced most of the issues everyone else has, transmission vibration, leaking air conditioning condenser, and cue scream issues... however now I also have paint issues. Having bought GM for many years the last that’s the last issue I thought I’d have. My Escalade has 48k miles and has always been taken care of, now I noticed my hood and roof are faded. We contacted the dealer, but they said that issue is not covered. I haven’t gotten en estimate yet, but from the other reviews I have read it seems to be $2000-$2500 repair. Thanks, GM definitely not the quality you would expect when paying $80k +.

Cadillac Escalade Rolls Back when Start/Stop Button Pushed. I parked my Escalade on a slight incline and pushed the power button off while the vehicle was in Drive Gear. I have reached out to Cadillac and Dealer and their response was that you have to put the car in Park before switching off. I have discussed with many vehicle owners and they make the same mistake but their vehicle does not roll back. I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler and it does not roll back and is half the price of an Escalade. I hope that the new Escalade does not roll back as it is very dangerous and could lead to fatality.

Purchased a new 2016 escalade. Around 16k it would shake while accelerating to merge on freeway. Dealership said no codes show up so can't fix. I took to my buddy who is a tech at Ford dealership. He found the problem when he took it for test drive hooked up to computer. 4 out of 8 ignition coil bad. I took results back to Cadillac and service manager pissed off that I took it to Ford. He still refused to fix it and also refused to take it for test drive and have it hooked up to computer. I used lemon law. And they had to take it back and refund everything. Never again.

I then proceeded to call GM Road Side and explained situation. Was told I had to transferred to customer service and was disconnected. I called back and the 2nd time the gentleman's phone I was speaking with cut out on me. I called back a 3rd time to finally get someone to help me with this issue. My Escalade passenger side by the dash started on fire from wiring. I reach out to them to take care of the issue. They blamed it on a bigger fuse in the fuse box. Mind you, there is no bigger fuse. Then they said it was wiring to the radio. Mind you the factory radio is still in the truck and was never replaced. I still have the Vehicle and there is no sign of any of that they're saying and they're just like to hell with you and your truck and hung the phone up. These people don’t mind us Representing their product but when something happens then best believe you’re on your own. And note I only gave them a one star because you have to put something in that field.

Cadillac Escalade is one of extraordinary luxury. I bought used one - and extremely happy with purchase. Previously owned - Mercedes Gl Class, BMW X5, Audi Q7, AND Toyota Highlander. PROS- This one Cadillac Escalade is powerful engine - and speed up fast on highway. Look is awesome - that attracts in one look. Dashboard is very attractive and easy to use - with many extra features on it. Extra room and spacious from inside for long drive - feel like mini bedroom room. Larger space between 1st row to second row and second row to third row. A five star deserving luxury for looks and for speed on highway - and comfort level.

CONS: Gives you less mileage on road which normally many large size SUVs. For good mileage, drive Toyota Prius or Corolla. We bought for enjoying real luxury after $100000 deal- really mileage is not an issue at all. REST PERFECT FOR KIDS AND FAMILY AND SENIOR CITIZENS - WITH SPACIOUS ROOM INSIDE. Everyone enjoy it truly the journey on road and worth for cost!!! 100% honest REVIEW!!!

Bought a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV and two weeks after purchase the car started falling apart. The DVD broke, the sensor in the chair broke, the appliques were falling off, the air compressor went, the on start broke. Horrible quality control! Thankfully warranty paid for most of it. Then I find my tire was going low on pressure to realize they did a ** weld job on the OUTSIDE of the rim and somehow after inspection AND getting new tires put on this was somehow missed. It could of blew and killed my family. Kelly Cadillac then argued with me about it and when I went in for them to replace the rim, they admitted they damaged the under carriage of my car that held the spare tire.

To top things off, I was signing for the loaner vehicle and this lady comes screaming at me from across the store about my son. They always asked me kids to wait in the play room and there is this super nice guy who sits there and eats the fake food my son "cooks". This female employee screamed at my 4 year old autistic son, TRIED TO PUT HER HANDS ON HIM and then got in my face and publicly humiliated me saying my child was out of control.

My son always sat in the playroom quietly and was content with toys while I was close by paying the bill or signing something. We always cleaned up any mess he made. Someone had a bug up their ** and decided to chase him out of the play room and when he ran and screamed she tried to physically grab him. UNACCEPTABLE. YOU DON'T TOUCH OTHER PEOPLE'S KIDS. He literally ran from her and was afraid. When I asked for an apology Kelly herself told me my business wasn’t welcome there anymore. She said because of my son being loud while she was on the phone and running around. Well maybe your employee shouldn’t have tried to grab him!

They literally immediately brought my car back and picked up the loaner and even the employee who came for the loaner saw I was upset and embarrassed and crying said the actions of that woman were disgusting. they still have not fixed the damage to my car or in any attempt to correct what they have done. I called corporate and they were the ones who actually were apologizing. I will never again ever, purchase another vehicle from Kelly Cadillac. When I left a review on their Facebook she deleted it and then proceeded to block me. Well I guess you can’t delete Google reviews or Consumer Affairs. They are lucky I don’t sue.

23,000 miles on a 2019 Escalade. Corners were cut everywhere. Remember this thing has a higher profit margin than a Saturn. Remember the great quality of Saturns? Me neither. Problems: The AC rattles, the dash rattles, the truck makes noises my 2008 Cayenne S doesn't make with 6 times the miles on it. It is obvious these Escalades are of very low quality and continue the widespread perception that GM is run by the effects of insane UAW contracts and not by the engineers. This car sings to you when you open the door... "Oh I wanted to be nicer but my parents had to pay out ridiculous pensions and free healthcare for people who haven't lifted a finger at GM in 25 years... So I'm half the car you were told you were getting. I'm sorry" - think I am kidding? We have 1 retired, 2 active GM workers on the other side of the family.

I know my stuff. They are all proud of their 25-year career requirement and one gets a huge pension, lifetime retirement perks and free insurance until they die and then their wives get it blah blah blah...etc etc. All of them live at the parts store because their GMs live there too. If they visited a Porsche factory their eyes would melt because they would have to tuck in their beer guts, put on a uniform, and focus. Every single one of them has admitted that they have places to sleep at the factories they work at, AND on a regular basis.

Dash cracked below CUE screen can't be fixed. Seat heaters come on all by themselves in all areas of car. Can't be fixed. I also own a Porsche Cayenne S and never had people try to hit me like they do in the Escalade. In the midwest people think you are Bill Gates because at least once a day they break check, step out into traffic from the sidewalk, or otherwise try to "earn" a collision with this car. It's way more stressful to drive because of that mantra that caddie has. Don't know why it is so much worse than much more expensive cars.

There are NO BUTTONS on dash! Just "touch sensitive" icons. TERRIBLE TAKES. FOREVER TO CHANGE THE HEAT SETTING. SO BAD. The person who thought of this should be fired, rehired, and then fired again just for effect. Literally takes 25 seconds and 50 presses to turn the heat from cool to hot. Half the presses don't even register. Whoever designed this dash, must hate dials because there are no dials in the car except for the lights.

The shifter on the column is terrible, loose, flimsy, and looks like it is out of a suburban or something of much lesser trim. Incredibly difficult to get the right gear in a hurry! A vehicle of this tier should never have a column shifter. It's terrible. I HOPE YOU LOVE FINGERPRINTS EVERYWHERE. They put plastic over the main nav screen and it attracts fingerprints like no other! Why? Why GM? Rear view mirror camera system already broken, cannot turn it off anymore, so I am stuck with the terrible camera at night, can't see anything.

If you have kids you want to see in the rear view mirror, this is NOT the car for you. The mirror is basically black when the camera is turned off. Very hard to see. I am 6'5" and my head hits the ceiling even with the seat all the way lowered. The CUE screen is LITERALLY FACING THE CEILING. It is oriented about 20 degrees higher than your head or your passenger's head. WHY GM? WHY? Who signed off on that stupidity? Is there a mouse up in the sunroof that needs to see the CUE screen more than the passengers?

Sunroof smaller than a 99 Saturn. The second-row seats do not slide back because they are AGAINST THE WHEEL. Well Good luck putting a big car seat in them. LOL. My baby seat faces backward and my wife can't even put her passenger front seat back hardly at all. THERE IS NO CARGO ROOM WITH THE THIRD ROW MINI-SEATS UP. NONE. NONE. Briefcase if you're lucky. Enjoy a 7-day hotel stay with a briefcase. Hope you like being flashed on the road by every car because the low beams violate state law (120ft on the ground max) and project way too high. This vehicle plain sucks. It is like someone designed an ESV version and then tried to cram it all into the non-ESV. It just doesn't work.

Oh and the center console will eat a credit card like a stray dog will eat steak. Don't put your cards down. They will disappear behind the sliding covers into the dashboard. Lost 2. Really made for a wonderful vacation. In fact, this vehicle single-handedly brought our entire trip to a crawl and really lessened the entire experience. TINY GAS TANK for the mileage it gets. It looks big on the outside, but the door and interior body panels are like 6" thick because of poor engineering so the inside of the vehicle feels like a mid-size SUV. Leather is way too sticky. Alcantara accents in the wrong place.

Seat heaters are colder on 3 than the Porsche is on 1. Vented seat blower makes so much noise. I never use it because it is annoying. Shifter does not have a stop in place at drive, so you're shifting into 1 every time you want to take off. Other cars do this from park so you don't go past drive. Plainly, this is a Tahoe dressed up with some upholstery, but lacks any additional quality or forethought. There is nothing truly higher quality about this than a Tahoe or Yukon. Nothing. The Caddie soul is just gone. It has no soul. It shares so many parts with those cars, that the Caddie badge has no soul and basically means nothing except that you enjoy paying 35k more for literally a badge and some Alcantara.

This was my first delve into GM in 15 years and clearly nothing has changed. They are up to the same tricks they were before, have low quality, MASSIVE margins, and make sure you get the customer in the car then abandon them. This car is half baked, some controls are STRAIGHT FROM A YUKON CIRCA 1999 like the lighting control dial with the fins on it... Thought you slipped that one by me? Lol. Then there are some niceties like the high beams. But they are very far and few in-between. It was clearly rushed in the design phase and someone from pension accounting went through and said "Nope, we can use a Tahoe part for this, this, oh and that, too." We all know what GM is doing, it's just a shame they are repeating history by letting the UAW gut them AGAIN and this time there may not be a bailout.

Purchased new 2018 Escalade on 10/25/18 in Lake Lanier. Worst Cadillac I have ever owned. Foam in seats were already separating and they promised to get me complete new seats (they never did). They overcharged me on my contract and said they would compensate (they never did). It is now 3/13/19, I have already had two bad tires replaced.

Local dealer tried to "fix" foam in seats and made it worse (looks horrible now), stirring column squeaks in cold weather, dash squeaks, sunroof makes popping noise, gas collar fell out when pulling gas nozzle out, transmission is constantly surging when you try to drive a constant speed, rear axle sounds like it is rubbing metal when you go over a speed hump, seat heaters or a/c comes on when you start the car and it has nothing to do with current temps, vibration when driving, and much more. Dealers exact words these days are - "Meets specs." or "no code thrown" or "within specs" or "normal condition" or "no problem found".

When you sit in the service department and listen for 2 hours you will hear these exact phrases about 50 times. "No code thrown" is their go-to one! If it does not throw a code to tell them what to do they have no clue how to fix the problem! Traded my 2013 Escalade because they could not figure out (after 12 times in the shop) how to fix the problem. Vehicle would start right up and then die. So I traded thinking I was getting rid of my problems and now after spending $87K I now have MORE problems. Do NOT buy a new Escalade! Quality is the cheapest in the industry. Look at the trim, and what they call carpet (nothing but some fuzz), the road noise is horrible, ride is subpar, tons of problems, and Cadillac service is the WORST! Incompetent and Liars!

It was poorly painted, with very little primer and paint. I spoke with Ed Morse's service technician supervisor and he said is was not covered under warranty. I also spoke with General Motors and they said Ed Morse will not warranty the vehicle. Ed Morse always does routine services to my vehicle. I have taken matters in my own hands and getting it repaired. The total cost for the repair is $2,144.48. We purchased our 2015 Cadillac Escalade in 2/2016. Within a few months of owning it my owner steering suddenly went out while we were on a trip. Took it in and got the problem fixed. My husband also noticed the transmission was slipping especially at take off. Took it to dealer various times with the same complaint and every time got the same answer “nothing is wrong with it.” Within a few months my air conditioner compressor went out. It was apparently on back order and my car was in the shop over a month. Again told them the transmission was acting funny. Of course nothing wrong with transmission. In addition to all of the above the side pieces to the doors began coming off! All of the chrome began peeling from the wheels and the door lock cover fell off.

Recently my car began riding very bumpy immediately after I had a flat tire. Took it in and front strut is locked up and both now need replaced. Well now suddenly my transmission needs replaced!! Of course warranty is out and extended warranty says pre existing condition. So here I am with a $90000 vehicle that needs $8000 in repairs and both dealer and GM are not willing to help me out. I don’t even care to own another GM! I’ve been a faithful GM owner but this is beyond ridiculous and definitely disappointing to pay this much for a product that the manufacturer doesn’t even stand behind!!

This was the last year before the current and much improved Escalade series. The interior was lined with fake wood trim. The console was wobbly, and the door locks were loud and ugly. The leather was pretty good. The rear seats design was subpar and when the third row was installed you could fit a briefcase or something equally small in the back. The 6.0L Vortec was adequate but got horrible fuel economy, usually 11 to 13 mpg. Skip this and get a Tahoe which is exactly the same and substantially less expensive.

I have had this 2016 ESV for about 2 years. My wife hates flying, and we have kids, so we use it to haul them around and go on vacation. It is much better than the 14 Escalade, which was like a really expensive Tahoe and totally not worth the price premium it commanded, but happy wife, happy life. The fit and finish of this truck is amazing.

The wood trim is beautiful real wood with a smooth finish. All of the interior controls are gloss finished except for the ones on the door panels which have nice aluminum looking inserts. All the interior surfaces are upholstered in actual leather including the dash. The lower panels and footwells are lined with a surprisingly durable velvet like fabric, and the headliner is made of this material as well. The seats are very comfortable and not the same as those found in Chevy or GMC models. The rear space is large even with he third row seating up. With it down, it easily accommodates road trip supplies and luggage. The mid captains chair seats also fold flat giving the truck a considerable interior cargo space.

These seats can take some abuse too. My kids have not managed to wreck them yet. The passenger seat, to which I am routinely relegated, is comfortable.

I am not particularly fond of the CUE system. It is relatively complicated and has a lot of submenus. The touch based interface is also somewhat insensitive. The entire head unit is operated in this manner, so it can be kind of annoying. It is very attractively finished though, so its pleasing to look at while it annoys you. This thing has an independent rear DVD in the ceiling and in the headrests. Therefore, one does not have to listen to the movie your children are watching. It also has Bluetooth enabled headsets, which is nice because one of my kids always breaks off a 3.5mm jack in its port at some point which proves difficult or impossible to remove.

The superb MagneRide suspension has a sport and touring mode. They drive about the same. My truck has 4WD. It's not an off road vehicle but that came in handy during hurricane evacuation. The 6.2L engine is phenomenal and this truck is fast. It does take 91-93 octane gas though which isn't really that big of a deal. It routinely gets 18 to 20 mpg which is pretty great for a 7000lb 4WD vehicle. In city traffic it does about 13 to 14mpg. Overall this Escalade is a very nicely made vehicle that is quite enjoyable and very easy to drive.

I bought a Cadillac Escalade ESV in Wisconsin May 19, 2018. We were driving it back home to Upstate NY. We stopped for dinner in Toledo Ohio and it would not start. We had it towed to the nearest Cadillac dealership via AAA as I did not have the Cadillac CS app downloaded on my phone yet. AAA driver gave us a ride to a hotel. It was a Saturday night so no rental vehicle places open. Finally found a rental place 18 miles away open on Sunday. Called Cadillac customer service for help and they said since I did not have them perform the towing service there is nothing they can help me with. Got to the rental via Uber. Took the rental to where the vehicle was towed to. Just to see if it would start after being jostled on the tow truck.

Because we were 9 hours from home and did not want to have to come back. It started. We got all the way home and shut it off, tried to start it again and it would not start. Had it towed up to the nearest dealership to us. I emailed customer service and still had no response. I called customer service and they gave me a case#, so I emailed again. Still no response. My Escalade sat at the dealership for 4 days. It would not, not start. I went up and got my vehicle. Emailed customer service and called again, still no response. While at home with my vehicle it would intermittently start and not start. We own a Towing, collision and service center.

My husband has been working on vehicles literally his whole life. He knows it has a bad starter. The dealership told us per the VIN # this vehicle had a starter put in it in November 2018 20 miles after they put a new motor in it. We knew it had a new motor put in it but we did not know about the starter. Finally a customer service "senior rep" called me back and told me there is nothing they can do until the vehicle would not start at the dealership. I took the vehicle up again as it was not starting over the weekend and my husband would literally go under the vehicle jostle the starter a bit and it would start again. Again, it would not, not start at the dealership for an entire week.

So, again I went back up and got my vehicle not knowing when it would strand me again. Anywhere I would go, post office, bank, grocery store, to pick-up the kids I NEVER dared to turn it off. This past weekend we went away and the customer service "senior rep" called me over the weekend and left a message that if she did not hear from me by Monday morning June 18th she would close the case! REALLY!!! I called her Monday morning and got her voice mail and she never called back... Today June 19th my Escalade will not start again. I called the dealership to see if they could send someone to my house because we know if it goes on a tow truck it will start by the time it gets there from being jostled and the starter armature moving off the "dead" spot. I'm awaiting a call back from the dealership.

Meanwhile I called a different phone # for customer service and they transferred me 3X and then the 3rd person tried to get ahold of the same "senior rep" I had been dealing with and she could not get ahold of her either. She told me the "senior reps'" manager's name but conveniently did not have that person's extension. Said they would have them call me. When I asked if it would be today she said they would try. Here it is a month to the day I purchased this "Buy Back" Escalade and I've had it at the dealership more than I've actually had the vehicle. NOTHING has been resolved as far as being reimbursed for our inconvenience in Toledo Ohio and the vehicle has not been fixed.

It's not that I need the money for reimbursement. It's the principle. Cadillac customer service is suppose to be the ELITE of Customer Service. I was assured by buying this Buy Back Escalade that our customer service and satisfaction would be a priority. IT HAS NOT!!! I am at a loss on what to do or where to go from here. I went on the computer for the Cadillac review forum and as soon as I put my email in my "registration" on the forum site was kicked- out. Coincidence? I think not. Unless Cadillac makes this right this will be my LAST Cadillac. I will put bad reviews on every site I can find. I am more than disappointed!

Unfortunate owner of a 2015 Escalade Premium. Allow this to be a fair warning DO NOT BUY AN ESCALADE. By far the worse vehicle anyone can own. So far with 37k mi I have had the transmission rebuilt as of which did not fix it and of course the dealer just doesn't notice that it lurches on take off. They think it's perfectly fine, moving on now the fuel injectors went out not to mention all the little junk that breaks on a monthly basis. All together I've had my vehicle in the shop nearly 2 months given all the times I've brought it in. I will never buy another GM product, makes me want to throw up. Paid over 88k for a vehicle that drives worse than a 20-30k suv.

Bought a 2015 Cadillac 3 years ago. Multiple problems. Took it in 3 times because it was leaking water on my head! Finally after 3rd time in they discovered it was an antenna issue. The auto shimmies all the time, they said they have aligned and balanced it. Still rides rough. Just recently had issues where all the chrome is coming off all four wheels! Do you think for $80K they could put decent wheels on this thing?! Took it in because it was under warranty to David Taylor Cadillac. They said it is not a warranty issue because I have slight rough marks on the edges of my wheels! I have a 6 year Toyota that has slight rough marks on the edges and the wheels are still silver! This SUV looks like ** now. Will cost $2K to get new wheels. Just going to drive until it's paid off and trade it in. Also the service at David Taylor Cadillac is horrible! Customer service is non-existent. I had a call into management about this wheel issue. No one ever called me back.

Who in their right mind would put a vehicle out to the public that has headlights that are "un-serviceable" $2500 a piece for the headlights in the (2011 Escalade) Platinum Cadillac. If your HID bulb goes bad $2500. If your LED marker lights go bad $2500. This should be illegal. It's a safety concern that Cadillac knows about and fails to do anything. Who has $2500 to replace a bulb? I've had nothing but issues with these headlights from day one. Now out of warranty you are at the mercy of Cadillac. Could they of made the headlights serviceable? You bet they could of. Moisture in the headlights, faulty LEDs. I've had to replace two headlights already and now another one has lost the Marker LEDs. This is a scam and Cadillac should be sued for screwing people over. Not all people have $2500 to replace a headlight.

2011 Platinum Cadillac Hybrid Escalade - For the price of this vehicle, it is astonishing how fast things start to break down. That is testament to the mediocre parts used. My engine misfires and truck would not go past 60 miles per hour. Passenger mirror failed already and the check hybrid system light came on. Cruise control failed. Heater doesn't work unless vehicle is moving so good luck in cold weather in stop and go traffic. Hybrid is painfully sluggish. You have to constantly be on the left lane for fear of being run over on the fast lanes.

This has to be the greatest car cons going in America. The price and bling doesn't match the quality. Cheap parts guaranteed to fail as you approach 90k miles. It's no surprise that GM gives this truck a mediocre 5 year warranty or 50k miles, because they don't vouch for the integrity of this vehicle. So disappointed and have to sell it and get the equivalent in Lexus or Range Rover. GM Escalades have to be exposed for the con they are and we got to do this on other social media platforms.

My 2016 Cadillac Escalade has all 4 wheels delaminating. I took to local dealer in Clearwater and service manager stated it is because of the way the car has been washed??? Probable caustic chemicals. The car has been washed by hand three times only with mild soap. I have had off road Hummers that had no problems with the chrome flaking off? So, said this is not a warranty item but they would be happy to repaint the wheels for 2 Grand? Bumper to bumper warranty??

I bought a new 2017 Cadillac Escalade and for 3 months, perfect vehicle. Took it in for routine oil change and went back to pick it up a few hours later and on the drive home all of a sudden the air stopped working. South Carolina heat 90s. I have a grandmother who's 96 and a son with allergies 5! Took car back to dealership few hours later couldn't find problem so they kept it a week, claim there is some new freon Cadillac is using. Well got it back. Air wasn't blowing as cool. Few weeks later issue arise again! Told this time maybe didn't get enough freon in it. Then a week later when I called them BC I didn't have an update on my car, told they ordered a new system for freon for the new Escalade. 2 weeks later they tell me it's ready. Pick it up again and I be damn if 3 weeks later she's back at the dealership, same issue and now finally they admit they have no idea what's going on.

But me in an Escalade ESV, bigger, heavier, uses more gas! Going on week two, third time in shop last 2 months for a total of 5 weeks, contact Cadillac customer service which is a joke, contacted BBB, even funnier. How do we have a lemon law that does cover lemons. If Cadillac was humble they would replace it and apologize or even remove me from this problem all together. How can I ever trust this car? Should have gone BMW X5 and sacrificed the size. I hate my current situation, please please please do not buy this. Go cheaper with Denali or Suburban at least save 10-20 grand up front. Or better yet don't buy GM products at all. First and last!
