And whatever quote I got on the call was what I ended up paying. The only inconvenient part was that they couldn’t get through our residential area, and I had to get a friend to be there because I was not there at the time of drop-off. So, the truck not being able to get to the final destination was a lot of work. And during pick-up, I had to drive, and then the driver had to drive back with me. But it was okay. The driver was transparent, and he tried to do his best.

I bought a tractor that I need to send internationally and I need to move it to the port. It’s my first time doing this and I searched online to see what are the options I have. I found out the website for uShip. So from uShip I put my information, signed up, and they sent several offers. Before I accepted the offer, I went through the review of each of the brokers and found BAH the moderate one in terms of review and I did my business with them.

Overall, my experience with BAH was positive. They delivered my car promptly, which was a huge relief. The booking and scheduling process was smooth and customer service was efficient.

After the initial time that BAH Logistics was supposed to deliver, they didn't reach out until the day after. But they were able to follow up and were solid once everything got situated and found a driver. They picked up on Monday and the vehicle was delivered by Thursday. It was a pretty quick turnaround. I have emailed Shipley and BAH Logistics multiple times. BAH Logistics said, "To access your insurance, you have to submit a request in the bill of lading.“ I never got a bill of lading, so I can't submit a request for one because they didn't give me any documentation at all. When they delivered the goods to my house, they did it in a day. I thought there was gonna be more time involved. I did not have time to get down from Virginia here to meet the goods. I had my 90-year-old mother meet them and they had her sign something. She asked to try to see it but its on this tiny phone, and the guy said, "It doesn't matter. We just need your signature." If you sign the document, you're saying that it's all good. They didn't tell her what she was signing for or to verify if everything was in good condition. They never gave me a copy of it, either. They've been disreputable.

I needed to ship a large construction vehicle from Iowa to New York. I did it on uShip and just looked at BAH Logistics’ reviews. When I set it up online, I had to set it up again ‘cause it didn't carry over. But it worked, so that was good. The price was reasonable and they got it done in the time frame that they said they'd get it done. They were having a little bit of difficulty finding a truck to do it at the beginning, but they got the job done and were good with their communication.

We were purchasing an all-terrain vehicle online. TractorHouse was the sponsor, and they provided to BAH Logistics the ability to have the equipment shipped. We went through working with the group, through the process. I was recommended this company by my salesman through the freight company and he suggested that we use them because it was a bid that we were okay with.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I hired BAH Logistics, LLC (6333 Coldwater Canyon Ave #10, North Hollywood, CA 91606) to help me move across the country. From the first, they lied and mismanaged the move. At nearly every point--(1) the pick-up; (2) while my belongings were in transit and (3) when the boxes actually arrived--they were not in touch with the actual shipping company and had no idea where my things were. I had to step in and handle everything myself, even as they lied that they had done so. While BAH partially admitted their lies at first and gave me a very small partial refund, over the course of the month-long SNAFU that followed, they continued to lie to me and also to the shipping company (Rapid Freight, who were wonderful) that actually moved my things. In other words, though they are a logistics company, they did not aid in the logistics of the move at all.

I needed something hauled and decided to use BAH Logistics because they answered the phone. I've used them probably five times and all of them were really easy.

BAH Logistics gave good and professional service. I had to transport multiple vehicles, including an SUV and a truck. Their people are super nice and very positive. They were quick to communicate every time I tried to reach them. They gave super service. I will definitely ask for their help again if I need it.

Most of the time, I'm in a hurry because once you bid and you win, you have about a week and a half to get the shipment out. So, sometimes I don't have the luxury of waiting longer to get my shipment. So, all I have to do is put my terms into the shipping description, and after that, I just follow the bidding process.

I needed BAH Logistics to move a motorcycle for me and I paid them with cash or Zelle. It was scheduled to have it picked up and then have it delivered the next day, and it was done on time. The driver parked on the street in front of my house and I just drove my motorcycle right up the ramp into the back of his truck, and then we secured it. It wasn't hard at all. BAH charged me exactly what they quoted and there were no additional fees.

I went through Shiply and BAH Logistics gave a good quote. They had good reviews, too. So, I used their service and the car reached its destination safely and quickly.

After they receive your money, they are totally rude and unprofessional. They charged me $381 for Express delivery, then upon delivery they charged an additional 1350 when the balance was only $1000. I have not been able to get a refund for my overcharges and they also damaged my vehicle And told me I only had until Monday to turn the information over to their insurance company. They have never gave me their insurance company information and I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude ever. I just want to be treated fair. Please never use this company. They are a total scam. This is so sad that this going on.

The experience with BAH was easy and simple. The transport went smoothly and there was no damage to the Ford truck.

It was a good experience with BAH and I'd recommend them. They have the highest star rating out of the 5 companies I looked at. They answered all my questions when I called and setting up the transport was easy. The driver communicated with me and was there when he told me he would be there. I told him in advance an alternative site if he couldn't get in. But I also told him he probably could 'cause the trucks come through there not infrequently.

The driver that we dealt with was awesome and my husband was so pleased with him. It seemed like it took quite a while before BAH Logistics was finally able to find somebody but that was part of the process. The driver kept in constant contact with us the whole way and so did BAH Logistics. That man knew what he was doing. He had some problems on the way, but he he let us know and he was still at the destination in plenty of time.

When I accepted the offer on the Shiply website, BAH gave me a call right away to confirm that I was the one making the order. I also made the initial deposit. They gave me information as to each step of the way, when the person would come in and what time it would take for them to get to their destination. They were honest with the transaction and kept me updated. It was a good price as well. BAH said because they are using Shiply, Shiply will take their commission, and they will also take their commission. What is left is given directly to the driver. They broke it down to me saying, "These are the three kinds of transactions that will take place."

BAH moved a mattress for me and did an amazing job. It was interesting how it worked out because I was having a hard time finding a service that would do it that was affordable and accommodating for what I needed. I was searching for everything and BAH ended up being the company that I found that could do it. As soon as they told me they could do it, they were clear about sending over the expectations. The communication was quick. It was a lot better than what I expected it would be. When the truck got there, I helped them move the mattress.
