Initially, our CEO set up the shipment through the Shiply website, and I took over the process mid-way. Things started off poorly as they promised to reach out a few days before the scheduled pick-up on September 20th, but they didn't. Despite repeated follow-ups, they seemed unprepared, and I had to push them to find a driver.

I recently used Bah Logistics to transport a combine I had purchased to my farm. I found their service through Tractor House and considered two or three companies before choosing Bah Logistics. It was a little bit pricey but it was the lowest bid. The process involved submitting the equipment measurements on a haul board and accepting the lowest bid. They then contacted me to arrange pickup and delivery from Toledo, Ohio to Auburn, Kentucky, which took about three or four days.

I moved and I needed to transport a personal vehicle for 500 miles, give or take. I liked the quick response from BAH Logistics and everything went smoothly with them. Their quote was competitive and it was listed pretty clearly online.

My daughter needed a car so we sent the Lexus to her. It was from here to Raleigh, which was about 800 miles. BAH did a good job and the price was very good and reasonable.

BAH Logistics was very helpful and they kept me updated the best they could on what was going on and where they were at. The driver was on time and helped us unload the best he could. Overall, it was a good experience.

I bought a tractor out of state so I needed a transport service and my experience with BAH Logistics was great. They communicated well and it was an easy transaction. Also, the quote was reasonable.

We're located in Puerto Rico and like to buy heavy equipment from government or private auctions. We don't have a way to transport the equipment down there. I discovered uShip about eight years ago and since then, we've been doing bidding auctions via uShip to get the transports, and BAH Logistics was one of the ones who got a good price and review. Most of the time, I'm in a hurry because once you bid and you win, you have about a week and a half to get the shipment out. So, sometimes I don't have the luxury of waiting longer to get my shipment. So, all I have to do is put my terms into the shipping description, and after that, I just follow the bidding process.

I needed BAH Logistics to move a motorcycle for me and I paid them with cash or Zelle. It was scheduled to have it picked up and then have it delivered the next day, and it was done on time. The driver parked on the street in front of my house and I just drove my motorcycle right up the ramp into the back of his truck, and then we secured it. It wasn't hard at all. BAH charged me exactly what they quoted and there were no additional fees.

I went through Shiply and BAH Logistics gave a good quote. They had good reviews, too. So, I used their service and the car reached its destination safely and quickly.

After they receive your money, they are totally rude and unprofessional. They charged me $381 for Express delivery, then upon delivery they charged an additional 1350 when the balance was only $1000. I have not been able to get a refund for my overcharges and they also damaged my vehicle And told me I only had until Monday to turn the information over to their insurance company. They have never gave me their insurance company information and I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude ever. I just want to be treated fair. Please never use this company. They are a total scam. This is so sad that this going on.

The experience with BAH was easy and simple. The transport went smoothly and there was no damage to the Ford truck.

It was a good experience with BAH and I'd recommend them. They have the highest star rating out of the 5 companies I looked at. They answered all my questions when I called and setting up the transport was easy. The driver communicated with me and was there when he told me he would be there. I told him in advance an alternative site if he couldn't get in. But I also told him he probably could 'cause the trucks come through there not infrequently.

I shipped my Jeep with BAH Logistics. They had a good price. They were fast and on time as well.

BAH moved a mattress for me and did an amazing job. It was interesting how it worked out because I was having a hard time finding a service that would do it that was affordable and accommodating for what I needed. I was searching for everything and BAH ended up being the company that I found that could do it. As soon as they told me they could do it, they were clear about sending over the expectations. The communication was quick. It was a lot better than what I expected it would be. When the truck got there, I helped them move the mattress.

It was my first time using BAH Logistics and they had on-time delivery and pick-up, which was great. They were quick to respond and they kept the driver in the loop, which was a little concerning at first when you couldn't speak directly to the driver, but they handled it well. Their quote was a little high, but understandably because it was last minute and I needed a guaranteed delivery. Considering that, it was fine.

BAH Logistics' bid wasn't the best, but it was competitive and I like that they had good reviews. They did what they said they were gonna do. They found someone to do it at the price given and the person who did the job did it very well. They did it very fast, and I had no problems with him. My interactions with the driver was positive.

I had a motorcycle shipped from California to Central Florida and they had it to me in 5 days. Excellent communication the whole way, the bike was strapped down securely and arrived in perfect condition. I was very pleased with their service. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

It was very straightforward with BAH Logistics. I told them what I needed and they gave me a price. My whole experience was a very positive one. If I needed to do something, I would use them again.

I had to change the drop-off location and they were very responsive. Any time I would try to get ahold of them, they were easy to reach and easy to work with. The rep who helped me was good, communicative and flexible.

I went through an intermediary broker called Shiply who gathered the information and then sourced it out for quotes. I got about 50 quotes back. BAH was not the lowest, but they were near the lowest and had a better stack of reviews. So I contacted them. They were very proactive in terms of reaching out to me and coordinating everything with great communication along the way. It was pretty straightforward. They delivered on time and on price.

My experience with BAH Logistics was great. They were very nice to deal with. I called on a Tuesday. They said somebody would be there by Friday. They would call me as soon as they got a driver and they did. They picked it up on Wednesday. Their quote was reasonable, too.
