I needed to transfer a boat that I purchased from California to Iowa. BAH had a lot of reviews and most of them were positive. I went through Shiply and they did everything for me, made it really simple.

I was relocating from Pennsylvania to Florida, so I just looked at BAH Logistics, and they had good reviews. My experience with them was good. It took three to five days. And whatever quote I got on the call was what I ended up paying. The only inconvenient part was that they couldn’t get through our residential area, and I had to get a friend to be there because I was not there at the time of drop-off. So, the truck not being able to get to the final destination was a lot of work. And during pick-up, I had to drive, and then the driver had to drive back with me. But it was okay. The driver was transparent, and he tried to do his best.

I bought a tractor that I need to send internationally and I need to move it to the port. It’s my first time doing this and I searched online to see what are the options I have. I found out the website for uShip. So from uShip I put my information, signed up, and they sent several offers. Before I accepted the offer, I went through the review of each of the brokers and found BAH the moderate one in terms of review and I did my business with them.

I discovered BAH Logistics through the platform called Shiply. I booked my car's transport through them and it went smoothly. Their pricing was justified, though I would have loved a cheaper price. All in all, I had a positive experience with BAH Logistics and I received my car in a timely manner.

I went online and checked out transport companies. I looked at their ratings and it seemed like BAH Logistics was pretty solid. My experience with them was really good once everything got situated and they found a driver. The day of the pickup was originally supposed to be on a Sunday. But they reached back out the following day on a Monday. So, they picked up on Monday then the vehicle was delivered by Thursday. It was a pretty quick turnaround. Aside from that, the dispatcher and the driver were very communicative with me.

I did a Google search and someone from BAH Logistics replied to me promptly. The customer service was very good and the quote was fair. They did well. They were very good with communications.

I needed to move a scissor lift from Nevada to Florida. I posted a job on uShip and BAH Logistics reached out to me and I signed them up. It was a business-to-business transport and it took five days. Communication was great and they lived up to the contract. Everything was great.

I had to move an old tractor from Litchfield Park, Arizona up a mountain to Snowflake Arizona, three hours away, and doing it myself was not feasible. With BAH Logistics, it took one day and everything went very smoothly. They had one of the cheapest prices and the final price was perfect. If someone needs something moved, they should use BAH.

BAH Logistics took good care of the equipment being hauled at a reasonable price. I bought a tractor at an auction, and I needed it shipped across the country. They were in touch with me every step of the way, from pick-up all the way to delivery. They dealt with the auction company at the pick-up end, and delivery was fine. They let me know when they had it on the truck, gave me heads up on when they'd be arriving, and the driver showed up promptly. He was real helpful in getting everything unloaded and made sure everything was tied down well and nothing got damaged during the delivery.

BAH Logistics was fantastic. They were to-the-minute, they were what they said they were gonna be, and it was a refreshing experience.

I have emailed Shipley and BAH Logistics multiple times. BAH Logistics said, "To access your insurance, you have to submit a request in the bill of lading.“ I never got a bill of lading, so I can't submit a request for one because they didn't give me any documentation at all. When they delivered the goods to my house, they did it in a day. I thought there was gonna be more time involved. I did not have time to get down from Virginia here to meet the goods. I had my 90-year-old mother meet them and they had her sign something. She asked to try to see it but its on this tiny phone, and the guy said, "It doesn't matter. We just need your signature." If you sign the document, you're saying that it's all good. They didn't tell her what she was signing for or to verify if everything was in good condition. They never gave me a copy of it, either. They've been disreputable.

I needed to ship a large construction vehicle from Iowa to New York. I did it on uShip and just looked at BAH Logistics’ reviews. When I set it up online, I had to set it up again ‘cause it didn't carry over. But it worked, so that was good. The price was reasonable and they got it done in the time frame that they said they'd get it done. They were having a little bit of difficulty finding a truck to do it at the beginning, but they got the job done and were good with their communication.

We were purchasing an all-terrain vehicle online. TractorHouse was the sponsor, and they provided to BAH Logistics the ability to have the equipment shipped. We went through working with the group, through the process. I was recommended this company by my salesman through the freight company and he suggested that we use them because it was a bid that we were okay with.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I hired BAH Logistics, LLC (6333 Coldwater Canyon Ave #10, North Hollywood, CA 91606) to help me move across the country. From the first, they lied and mismanaged the move. At nearly every point--(1) the pick-up; (2) while my belongings were in transit and (3) when the boxes actually arrived--they were not in touch with the actual shipping company and had no idea where my things were. I had to step in and handle everything myself, even as they lied that they had done so. While BAH partially admitted their lies at first and gave me a very small partial refund, over the course of the month-long SNAFU that followed, they continued to lie to me and also to the shipping company (Rapid Freight, who were wonderful) that actually moved my things. In other words, though they are a logistics company, they did not aid in the logistics of the move at all.

I needed something hauled and decided to use BAH Logistics because they answered the phone. I've used them probably five times and all of them were really easy.

BAH Logistics gave good and professional service. I had to transport multiple vehicles, including an SUV and a truck. Their people are super nice and very positive. They were quick to communicate every time I tried to reach them. They gave super service. I will definitely ask for their help again if I need it.

I went on to uShip, and I put my shipment out there. From reviews we read, BAH was the one we chose to go with because they seemed like they could fulfill our needs. We were shipping a large truck from North Dakota down to Texas. Communication in the beginning was iffy, though. The first driver they dispatched to us was unable to take the load. I was very disappointed.

My 2001 S250 truck’s transmission went out when I was in Florida, so I needed to have my truck shipped home to North Carolina. I Googled different transport companies and my email was flooded with quotes. I probably looked at about 10 of those based on price and star ratings.

I needed to move a piece of equipment from Michigan to Montana, so I posted a generic load on FR8Star. BAH Logistics was very professional and good. Their price was spot-on and very competitive, and the delivery was very quick.

The process was real straightforward with BAH Logistics. Their customer service team did exactly what they said they were gonna do, and the driver was top notch. Everything was really flawless. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I had something shipped to me and researched about 30 companies. I went with BAH because they had a liftgate truck and the better price. Most of it was handled online. After going through the bids and asking a few questions, I narrowed it down to three or four companies. Some were using flatbed trailers, and I didn’t want my equipment shipped that way. Overall, BAH had the better price and the most secure way to transport the equipment.

I needed heavy equipment hauled from West Covina, California to Henderson, Nevada, and BAH Logistics had the best rate. Customer service was good. I got a call back in a fair amount of time. I got through emails and calls. When I called the staff, everyone was up-to-date on the shipment, so I liked that. It took about a month because we had a couple of issues with the guy that we're picking it up from. It was a little bit longer than expected, but I was okay with that because their customer service was pretty good on staying on top of the item and it arrived in the same condition.

The experience with the BAH Logistics transport organizer was good. They told me they were a broker, explained the process, and said to fill out the information about the golf cart I wanted shipped. Afterwards, I got 15 to 20 bids and I picked one that had the best service at a reasonable price.

I had great interaction with the transport organizer from BAH. My vehicle was picked up in Washington State and transported to Florida in about five to six days. Communication with the courier driver was good, and I had no issues with him.

BAH has been good. I deal with several trucks and as far as everybody that’s come in for the past year, I’ve had no issues with them. Everybody was on time that I know of and that I've unloaded. I’ve had five different companies come in the last half a year and I’ve had no problems as far as communication.

I just needed a car to be brought to Florida. BAH gave me an accurate quote, and it was picked up and dropped off at the correct locations, so that was fine.

My experience with BAH Logistics wasn’t great. We were transporting a vehicle, and they didn’t really follow the directions that we gave them. We were told at the last minute that they were on their way, and there wasn’t really any advance notice of when they were coming to pick up the vehicle. It was poor communication.

For what I paid, I got very good service from BAH Logistics. The vehicle was as it looked in the pictures, and the driver was awesome.

I bought a couple of big trucks cross-country that I needed to be shipped for me, and BAH Logistics had a good rate on them.

BAH Logistics was the one I was matched with on Shiply. I needed to move an extra vehicle for about 400 miles, in an open transport. Setting up the move was great. It was very easy.

I had a bad experience with others delivering large TVs. So I had BAH Logistics deliver it instead. I went on Shiply and I hired them. The customer service representative was okay, and the quote was very fair. They had a little slow driver, but they did a good job otherwise.

I had an ad on uShip and BAH contacted me. Everything was perfect with the scheduling. It went smoothly. They tried to help me out the best they could. But being that they used a third party, the drop-off time was a little off. Other than that, it all worked out. It was good. I'll call them if I got something that I need delivered.

I needed a transport service to move a piece of equipment about 500 miles and I looked at several companies. The price with BAH Logistics seemed reasonable and I decided to go with them. The reps seemed to know what they were talking about and did a fine job. The pickup and delivery took just a few a days and went about as I expected.

The quote seemed economical. However, I didn't like how BAH Logistics raised the price after we already made a deal. After they found a driver, they said it was a more expensive than they thought it was. So, they charged me more money. There was dishonesty in their pricing. Other than that, it went great. I had 20 something offers. I picked them. They took the full five days to find a driver, which is in their right.

I needed to transport an old car and using BAH Logistics was convenient. Somebody was coming and going and snuck it in one of their loads. The guy was really sharp. We got it loaded up quickly and he went on his way. But I wasn't the one that paid the service, it was the guy that bought the car who paid BAH. He was happy about the price, so it must have been pretty reasonable. He also said the car got there all right.

Issue resolved.

My vehicle was shipped about 1,500 miles with BAH. I chose BAH because of the price, mostly. Interactions with customer service was through email, mostly. I sent them the requirements and the addresses and information and so on through the website, uShip. Then they were basically coordinating via phone calls about when the driver was coming and so on. It was a positive experience. The final cost did not change at all from what I was quoted. I definitely would recommend BAH.

We purchased BAH Logistics out of our local area, through Ritchie Bros and uShip. The quote was very fair. The original pick-up was in Connecticut, and the drop-off was in Wharton, Maryland. And the timeline was within five days. But it took three days.

I had a great experience with BAH Logistics. I needed to transport a dump truck body from New York and didn't have the time to do it myself, so I got them through uShip. It was fantastic – they were fast, taking only four days from start to finish. I am using them again right now. They're gonna go pick something up in a couple days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a transport service.

I used BAH Logistics to transport a piece of equipment I had sold. They offered the lowest price among the bids I received. However, it felt like pulling teeth to get any information from them. I wanted to speak with the driver and get his phone number, but they wouldn't provide it. They said they would give me information, but they never did. I hope I never have to use them again for this reason. Thankfully, I had no issues with the driver, who delivered the load without any problems. The price wasn't exactly like it was supposed to be, but it was alright. They got the equipment to its destination.
