I looked at four companies and BAH came up with a reasonable price. The reps were good on their communication too. The transport was from Minnesota to Washington and we had to go a little sooner with the timing. Even though I had said it earlier, it became more of a pressing issue, and I had to have the vehicle someplace at a certain time. There was an added fee for that, but it was not unreasonable.

I needed to move a few pecan trees from Georgia down to Florida and I chose BAH Logistics because they gave me the best price. Everything else was twice as much. Also, BAH gave me a good service. At first, I was beginning to wonder, but they did good. The original drop-off point was from around Dalton, Georgia down to Sebring, Florida. We had agreed to an early morning pickup to be delivered by noon.

I bought a tractor from an auction and found BAH Logistics on a website called uShip. That was the first time I ever set up a transport and I didn't have a problem with anything. It was a three-day delivery and it fell perfectly in the timeline that I requested. I was at the drop-off point and there was no problem. The tractor was in good shape, and the price matched up with what BAH quoted me. It was a smooth transaction.

I would recommend BAH Logistics. My experience was very good. The representative lost money on my deal, but they had a driver pick up the vehicle at Minnesota and deliver to Alabama in two days. I was updated through phone calls and communication was very easy. The driver was very good and the vehicle came in very good condition as well.

The broker hired BAH Logistics for me. The pickup point was Oklahoma City and then it went to Greenville, North Carolina. The transport took three days. I was on the delivery and there was no problem. The driver was excellent.

I had BAH Logistics transport a vehicle from Michigan to Georgia, and initially, the customer service was fine. But the communication wasn’t great in terms of outlining the next steps. So, they did not communicate very well. I was given a time window when the delivery would happen, and the delivery driver called three hours ahead of schedule to tell me he was there. It was earlier than anticipated, so I was not home when he called me at my house, which was why I was a little bit unhappy. I just told him I'd try to get home in the next hour and meet him there, but I was not near my house, and he had to wait. It should have been relayed to me that he would be arriving a little bit earlier. BAH is a logistics broker, and they had to find a driver to confirm the pickup, and he wanted the delivery. So, I ended up paying extra money that was above and beyond what I had contracted for. So, it was not a good service.

I was moving and shipped my Honda Accord through BAH Logistics. There’s an app that advocates all of these shipping companies and I was chatting with all of them for a better price and asking them questions about the insurance. BAH felt good, so I was convinced to go with them. I had a minor issue earlier with my car not being ready for shipping on the day of. I had to call BAH a day before for a change, and it went smoothly. I talked to the rep about it and he was not too adamant or rude. The final cost was a little on the pricier end, but we negotiated and I'm happy with the final price I got. I had a good experience with BAH Logistics and if I know somebody is about to ship, I'll give the service.

Setting up the transport was easy. I put on the internet through their system what I wanted to ship, what it was, where it was going from and where it was going to. Then I put out how much I was willing to pay. It puts it out to bid to all these companies and you basically get a review on each company. Then you have to do your due diligence to find out if you're gonna use that company. It's all up to you. BAH Logistics is just a broker. The whole process was easy because it comes up on my computer. The prices are all over the map. It's a pretty interesting way of going about it. I've used them several times over the years and I always had a good response. It was one of the better ways going, because I'm not a commercial company that moves a lot of transport. It was kind of a one-time deal. I might use them again. They're excellent.

I needed a transport service to move a one-time shipment I bought from California, and I found BAH through uShip. The uShip platform itself wasn’t great for what I was trying to do because the information I entered didn’t come across correctly. There was a pick-up window, but I needed the shipment picked up on a specific date. BAH was able to accommodate that and meet the deadline, which was good. There was back-and-forth communication during the pickup because they couldn’t tarp the whole item. We decided to tarp just the critical parts, and they sent me pictures to confirm it. The shipment was a tank, not a vehicle, and for delivery, we unloaded it at our business using our forklift. BAH Logistics was dependable and communicated well, and their final price matched the original quote.

I bought an antique truck in Utah and had to ship it to the Chicago area. I went through a broker. BAH weren't the cheapest, but they contacted me, kept me informed the best, and very friendly and easy to work with. I did the setup online and went through one or two calls, which was brief and to the point. The transport was originally scheduled for three days, and it only took a day and a half. I got my truck as expected. The cost was to the penny, exactly what they quoted me.

I had an accident when we were in Ouray, Colorado. I wanted to get the car fixed in Southern California. I had it towed to the Ford dealership up there in near Ouray. BAH picked it up from there, took it to the Galpin Ford in Southern California. We did a lot of text messaging with the driver. The drop-off process was great.

I had my son's car transported from my house to his school down in Alabama. BAH Logistics was ready to transport it before I was. They wanted to take it on a Friday. But I asked them if they could get it on Monday. So they came and picked it up on that Monday. The next day, they had it down to my son's school. Everything went well. My son was very pleased with the way they handled it.

BAH Logistics gave a better price when I had farm equipment shipped. The pick up and delivery was good. If using BAH Logistics, make sure that everything goes well and make sure to have a point of contact with them.

I shipped some books up to a museum conference from Las Vegas to Reno. Everything arrived on time and was unloaded. It was a fantastic experience. I would use BAH Logistics again.

They were on time and the service was overall very good. The price was fair but I always think things should be cheaper. They were recommended to us through a third-party that we got on.

There was some confusion during the transport because I paid for a specific pick-up day, which BAH did finally offer. But they were supposed to give me notice 24 hours before the pick-up and I didn't get it. I also thought it was clear that I couldn't take delivery until Friday. But then they said, “Well, no. No one's gonna keep the load for that long on the day of pick-up.” But we worked it out. They picked it up on Wednesday and I was able to take delivery on Thursday. It was a little frustrating, but the driver was fabulous.

I had a great experience with BAH Logistics. Their rate was competitive, and they had better customer service. It was a timely 2,500-mile transport. The amazing driver even took pictures to help us unload the vehicle faster. He did very good.

This was the second truck that I've had delivered through BAH Logistics. For the price I got and the type of unit it was, it was in the range of acceptability. They are easy to deal with and they deliver on time. I've never had a problem with them.

I shipped a gravity wagon, a piece of agricultural-based equipment, that I had hauled 75 miles from Iowa to Northeast Kansas. It's too awkward to pull down the road, so I had BAH Logistics do it. And it's an interstate highway in between there. It was easier to have BAH haul it. They did a great job. I booked them through uShip. The final cost was right on the money.

The pickup was prompt. They were here when they said they were, and they delivered it on time. The cost was very reasonable. BAH Logistics was easy to work with. It was the first time we were transporting a car, and it was easy to do.

I transported a couple of vehicles through them with BAH. They delivered a machine for me and everything was fine with that one. So, I used them again and they delivered a semi-truck for me. They do all right. Their cost wasn't the lowest one, but it was in the ballpark. I would highly recommend them.

I had to transport my truck from Houston to Mississippi. I put it on with Shiply and compared to all the estimates I got from the site, BAH was very competitive. BAH Logistics did a good job. The customer service rep was very helpful, kept in good communication, let me know when my truck was getting picked up, and ETA on a drop-off. He worked with me as far as what was more convenient for me for drop-off. And it went well. I had no issues.

The quote from BAH was spot on. It didn’t change even though I made a mistake on my end. I indicated a Corvette instead of an Impala. One’s way heavier and longer, and they didn’t even charge me for that. It would have been fine. It was fair. So, quote was actually the same. And when I was comparing, I can’t say it was the lowest price. It was probably closer to the lowest, but like I said, it’s a peace of mind. The reviews were also what sold me.

We’re a heavy equipment dealership and I used BAH to transport a piece of equipment. It was done through uShip, so we take the lowest bid. Everything worked out. It was back in June and it was an attachment for a piece of equipment that they picked up for me in Tennessee and brought here. I didn’t have any issues. We would do business with them again.

I had a semi wrecker that was brought down. BAH Logistics’ customer service team kept us in touch from pickup to delivery. There was just delay in response once to get ahold of the driver, but it wasn't more than 12 hours. The whole process only took 3.5 days from the time of pickup to drop-off. It was right within everything, and didn’t look like it disappeared or was used for something else. There’s no new damage, only the pre-existing one. Everything was good.

I had to ship a skid steer from Massachusetts to Florida and went with BAH Logistics because of pricing. It took them a little while to get me a driver. The delivery driver was very pleasant and patient even when we had some technical issues. It was a decently good experience.

My experience with the representative from BAH Logistics was positive. They shipped a Mustang for me and they recommended enclosed but I ended up sticking to the open carrier. Unfortunately, the driver went through a whole bunch of weather so the car was pretty dirty. But that's expected for open delivery. Everything was fantastic and very professional. The quote was fair as well. They weren't the most competitive, but they offered the best service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I set up a vehicle transport with BAH Logistics through uShip.com. I had used them once before and had a great experience, so I anticipated a great experience this time as well. Pickup and delivery had about 600 miles in between, from St. Louis, Missouri down to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and they were excellent.

Our company used BAH Logistics before. My boss told me to contact them. So, we used them again here. They handled the transport of our equipment from Florida, covering a distance of roughly 1,000 miles. It took a couple of emails back and forth and the trucks were there two days later. I would use BAH Logistics again.

I went on the uShip app and put a bid out. People gave me quotes and I went with BAH Logistics as they were the first one to get in touch. Their customer service was perfect and I was happy with their quote. You can't get cheaper than that. However, they said I could pay cash but when the driver showed up, he had to double-check to make sure he could take that. They really wanted a credit card.

We found BAH Logistics online and had them transport a piece of construction equipment which is a Genie Boom Lift. We dealt with three different gentlemen there and they did a good job. It was a big piece of equipment and it was hard to find somebody to move it but BAH Logistics did good. They got us somebody and the people that moved the equipment did a fantastic job. We had a very short window for pick-up but they met our deadline which was really nice. They had to load the equipment themselves ‘cause it was in California. We're in Kansas, and we weren't there to help load it. We were there to help them unload and it was a good experience. They stuck with the quote as well. We'd use them again.

I had some equipment I needed shipped and I utilized a web page called uShip.com. I placed the size and weight of the equipment on there. That website then put it out for bid and BAH Logistics came back with not the best bid but they had good reviews. Their quote was a fair one based on what the reviews were and their performance which you could see online. Their customer service was good as well. They shipped my item timely and I had good communication with them throughout. I got electronic messages to let me know where my shipment was, how it was being transported and the vehicle that was transporting it. The folks that were on the shipping end also sent me information to verify what was going on so there was nothing to be concerned about.

I needed to ship a Sea-Doo, and so I looked it up through the search engine to get a quote, and BAH came up. And just because of their reputation and feedback that I had seen on there, I chose them. And also the price. 

We run a rental business, so we’re always buying generators. We usually go through uShip for shipping. I picked BAH because they take credit cards. A lot of the other people wanted cash on delivery. We’re a business, so we don’t just hand out cash.

I placed a looking-for-somebody on uBid. It was for a move from Utah to Iowa. I liked BAH Logistics’ price and reviews. The price was reasonable for what it was. They had great communication and they always let us know what was going on every step of the way. The pickup and delivery were fine as well.

Everything went good with BAH Logistics moving my vehicle from one state to another. They have good marketing.

I was using some service called Shiply then the company I hired was American Wheel. But BAH Logistics ended up transporting my vehicle. That was weird but I had nothing against it. The guys were very excited about driving my vehicle and they tried to get it to its destination in one day. I told them the place wouldn't even be open, but they sure got it there quickly. The drivers also called me to tell me they were there. It would have been nice if the price was a little more competitive, but they did their job and everything went well.

I had to move a forklift and booked through uShip. BAH farmed this out to somebody else and the pickup was satisfactory. Overall, BAH did an okay job.

I was looking for a company that would use a box-type truck that was enclosed so that the shipment wouldn’t be out exposed to the weather. Most of the companies that bid on it were not an enclosed trailer. Also, some people were not too interested in giving me all the details I needed.

I had a tractor moved and chose BAH Logistics through uShip. The guy who did the pick-up was a good transporter. But through no fault of his own, the tractor came in with a busted door. He made it right, although I still had to order a door.
