BAH Logistics shipping estimates
To get a shipping estimate for a vehicle, you’ll have to set up a phone consultation with the company. BAH Logistics gives you two options for setting up a consultation: You can contact the company directly or fill out its online quote form and wait for a call.
During this call, you’ll chat with a customer service representative who will work through a questionnaire to gather the details of your move, including the type of vehicle, preferred delivery method, preferred pickup and drop-off time frame, and more. It’s unclear if you’ll get pricing estimates during that phone call.
Because it’s such a personalized experience, BAH doesn’t offer any sort of information about how much it costs to ship a vehicle with one of its partners. In general, car shipping costs anywhere from 53 cents to $2.30 a mile, depending on the vehicle and service level. For example, open-air shipping will always be cheaper than an enclosed trailer.
As for the payment process, BAH Logistics doesn’t require payment until a driver is assigned for pick-up. This payment is only partial; you’ll pay in full after the vehicle is delivered, inspected and approved.

I recently used BAH Logistics for a transport service after comparing about 25 to 30 companies through a platform called uShip. I chose them because they offered a liftgate truck and the best price. My experience with the transport organizer was mostly online, making it convenient to review bids and ask key questions. Some other options didn't suit my needs as they used flatbed trailers, which I wanted to avoid.
During the delivery of a large machine (about 1.5 tons), the process was smooth. Initially, I needed to arrange another truck with a lift gate to facilitate unloading due to the lack of a dock plate at my location. The driver who came for the delivery was professional and performed his tasks well. He seemed to be an independent contractor working with the company.
In terms of pricing, I found BAH Logistics to be exceptional. Their final quote was much more reasonable compared to initial offers from other companies, which started at around $2,500 and gradually dropped. BAH quoted around $600-$700, which was much more aligned with my needs.
Overall, I would rate my experience as 5 stars due to the excellent price, timely delivery, and professionalism of the service. I received no incentives for this review. I'd certainly recommend BAH Logistics, as they offered a great service and ensured my equipment was delivered safely and efficiently.

I needed to transport heavy equipment from California to Las Vegas and chose BAH Logistics because they offered the best rate. I researched about 5-7 companies before deciding. BAH Logistics stood out because of their excellent customer service; I got a call back in a fair amount of time and they responded to my calls and emails.
The shipment was from West Covina, California, to Henderson, Nevada, and it took about a month. We had a couple of issues with the guy that we were picking it up from. He wasn't home. There was some miscommunication, but I wasn't in a huge rush and the shipping company knew that.
The pick-up process was smooth, and the equipment arrived in the same condition it was sent. Although it took longer than expected, the reliable customer service compensated for it. Whenever I called, they knew about my shipment and provided updates, which I really appreciated. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend BAH Logistics to friends and family.

I recently had the experience of using BAH Logistics to transport a golf cart from Ohio to Florida. I initially looked into using Pods but found out they couldn't transport a golf cart. However, they recommended BAH Logistics, which turned out to be a great suggestion.
When setting up the transport, BAH Logistics explained they were brokers and would solicit bids from various companies for the best service. I ended up receiving numerous offers and chose not the cheapest, but the one with the best service ratings at a reasonable price. The organization was spot on with scheduling and pricing, matching their initial quote exactly.
On the day of pickup, BAH's crew was aware of residential area constraints and planned accordingly. Despite a heavy snowfall the night before pickup, which made access difficult, they coordinated snow removal and returned later that day to successfully retrieve the cart.
The courier driver was particularly commendable, providing excellent service and effectively communicating to resolve any issues that arose due to language barriers with the rest of the crew. Although there was a hiccup with communication regarding concerns about the snow, the driver’s assistance made the overall experience positive.
I would rate my overall experience with BAH Logistics as a 5 out of 5, due to the driver’s exceptional service and the company’s ability to resolve unforeseen issues smoothly. Their website was user-friendly, and their customer service was outstanding, staying in contact to address the snow issue effectively. Overall, the process was seamless and extremely satisfying.

The driver that we dealt with was awesome and my husband was so pleased with him. It seemed like it took quite a while before BAH Logistics was finally able to find somebody but that was part of the process. The driver kept in constant contact with us the whole way and so did BAH Logistics. That man knew what he was doing. He had some problems on the way, but he he let us know and he was still at the destination in plenty of time.
We wouldn't have gone with BAH Logistics to begin with because the site that we were on was under a different name when they got the bid and when we looked, that company had bad reviews. But we're glad that we went with BAH Logistics after all because they did a good job. The vehicle was picked up in Iowa and delivered to New Mexico, and the transport took three days.

When I accepted the offer on the Shiply website, BAH gave me a call right away to confirm that I was the one making the order. I also made the initial deposit. They gave me information as to each step of the way, when the person would come in and what time it would take for them to get to their destination. They were honest with the transaction and kept me updated. It was a good price as well. BAH said because they are using Shiply, Shiply will take their commission, and they will also take their commission. What is left is given directly to the driver. They broke it down to me saying, "These are the three kinds of transactions that will take place."
I like the service. They promised to get the car picked up on a certain day and they did. The driver was good. He came and greeted me. He took pictures of my car before he took it there and sent it to BAH for them to know the condition of the car before it was sent to Columbus. They told me it should be there within seven hours and it was there around the same time. When they went there, they took a picture again and sent it to me, and there was no damage to the car.

I had to use BAH Logistics to transport my 2001 S 25020 truck from Florida to North Carolina after the transmission went out. I received numerous quotes, but I ended up choosing BAH based on their high ratings and detailed service description, although I thought I was choosing a company named American Wheels due to the write-up I saw.
I interacted with BAH multiple times over the phone to coordinate the pickup and delivery details of my truck. During these interactions, I was informed of an additional charge for a bill of lading, which surprised me as it was not included in the initial quote. The original estimate was just under $800, but I ended up paying over $1,000, which was quite disappointing as I was pressed to get my truck home and didn't have the opportunity to contest the increase. Despite this, the customer service was exceptional, and I would rate my experience with BAH Logistics a 4.

I needed a piece of equipment moved from Michigan to Montana and posted a generic load on the load board, FR8Star. I've gone through FR8Star four times, and BAH Logistics was top-notch as far as timing and keeping me informed. It was the middle of winter and I was happy that they were able to get the piece of equipment. The driver had to go through nasty weather to get to there. At the drop-off, I had him meet me in a big, open lot. It was easy enough for them to unload the equipment off their step deck and right onto the ground, then I loaded it up on mine. BAH Logistics was very professional, and their quote was spot-on. It was well within a competitive price range, even better than a lot of rates, and they were very quick on delivery.

I used BAH Logistics for a move from Washington State to Florida. I chose them after researching about ten different companies online. My interaction with the transport organizer was great, and their professionalism and knowledge stood out. The quote they provided was spot on with the final price, which I found quite competitive. There were lots of companies that offered cheaper rates, but cheaper isn't always the best.
Throughout the 5 to 6 days of transport, communication with the driver was good. For the drop-off, we met at a parking lot behind a hotel near my new apartment, which was a convenient location for both of us.
The vehicle arrived a little dirty on the outside, which I expected since it was transported on an open carrier. Overall, my experience with BAH Logistics was excellent in terms of customer service, and I would definitely recommend them.
