Later on in the day, they said, "We're picking it up." It was 2:00 in the afternoon. "We'll be there tomorrow." I said, "No, these are bare-root trees and they can't sit in the truck overnight." They said, "Is that what you agreed to?" I said, "Yeah." They got back on the phone and said, "Yep, you're absolutely right. It was supposed to be picked up early and should've been delivered by 1:00 or 2:00. Instead, they picked them up around 1:00 or 2:00 and delivered them by 8:30. The courier driver was excellent. Pick up the phone, call BAH, and make arrangements.

Original pickup point was Pennsylvania. Drop-off was Iowa. As far as getting it scheduled, once I said it was good to go, they were available for me instantly. I needed it a certain day, but I was out of town. They could have done it sooner, but it wasn’t until I got to PA. So, scheduling was great. I had no issues with that.

Pickup was smooth. I have sort of a narrow street with cars parked on both sides. His trailer was easily accessible. He didn’t have issues and I didn’t have issues. The driver was great. We were able to communicate through an app or just figuring each other out, and everything went fine even though he didn’t speak English very well.

I bought the tractor from someone and I told him that the shipping company would come and pick it. He agreed with me But they sent about three drivers before the last one was able to pick it.

The drop-off was almost smooth until documentation was required. Maybe there was a change of policy in the car and that caused a little bit of delay with the driver. But they eventually were able to drop it off.

It was sent to the port and they sent me a picture. If I have anybody that wants to use BAH, I can definitely tell them to use it.

When it came to the transportation quote, it seemed fair and matched my expectations, especially considering they fulfilled the delivery within the stated timeframe. There was a bit of a delay in finding a carrier initially, but they managed to sort it out and complete the task on time.

Overall, I'd rate my experience with BAH Logistics a solid 4 out of 5. They were fair-priced, effective in their communication, and ensured that my shipping needs were met. If a friend or family member were to inquire, I'd confidently relay that they handle the job with efficiency. Their website was user-friendly, earning a 5 for ease of use. If adjustments were needed, they were quick and straightforward to accomplish online.

I'd certainly recommend BAH Logistics for their commendable service and pricing.

The big issue we had was we picked this company for various reasons. We were told one of the other ones we were considering. We considered all the options on how many hauls they had, and how long they've been in business. I was told this one had better employees in regard to who they all hired to do the runs that spoke English.

We had been specifically asked, "When could this delivery be picked up? When could the delivery be dropped off?" There were all these parameters that BAH Logistics specifically asked us. The driver called the company where he picked up our equipment and said, "I'm coming to get this. I need to be there at midnight tonight and I need to be able to pick this up and leave. Is there a place I can get the equipment." He anticipated someone meeting him or giving him keys and access to the place so he could pick this up at midnight, when it was very specific, 8:00 to 5:00, that he could pick this up

My salesman at the place called his rep at TractorHouse, who then called the company that we hired BAH through, and it escalated quickly to the point their driver was called and told he was not to do anything until tomorrow morning. That's what he did. I know our machine had to be loaded and unloaded several times. Between what I saw from BAH and what I saw from my shipper, when he saw it, he sent me pictures of the machine on there and I saw what vehicles were in front and behind mine. I know he unloaded and had different vehicles when he got to my place.

By the time he got here, it was in the middle of a thunderstorm. We had to unload in the rain. We did what we did in a quick fashion to get him back on the road, send him in the direction of Lexington so we could get to a hotel. We took the machine to our house. We offloaded on the road because his trailer was so long, which we anticipated. It's no big deal. My salesman said, "I don't know what it is. There's something about this guy. He's sketchy." But he was still the driver. We left it and they still picked it up and delivered it on time. The job was done. It's just things weren't done as they were asked. BAH asked us very specific questions.
