Overall, I'd rate my experience with BAH Logistics a solid 4 out of 5. They were fair-priced, effective in their communication, and ensured that my shipping needs were met. If a friend or family member were to inquire, I'd confidently relay that they handle the job with efficiency. Their website was user-friendly, earning a 5 for ease of use. If adjustments were needed, they were quick and straightforward to accomplish online.

I'd certainly recommend BAH Logistics for their commendable service and pricing.

The big issue we had was we picked this company for various reasons. We were told one of the other ones we were considering. We considered all the options on how many hauls they had, and how long they've been in business. I was told this one had better employees in regard to who they all hired to do the runs that spoke English.

We had been specifically asked, "When could this delivery be picked up? When could the delivery be dropped off?" There were all these parameters that BAH Logistics specifically asked us. The driver called the company where he picked up our equipment and said, "I'm coming to get this. I need to be there at midnight tonight and I need to be able to pick this up and leave. Is there a place I can get the equipment." He anticipated someone meeting him or giving him keys and access to the place so he could pick this up at midnight, when it was very specific, 8:00 to 5:00, that he could pick this up

My salesman at the place called his rep at TractorHouse, who then called the company that we hired BAH through, and it escalated quickly to the point their driver was called and told he was not to do anything until tomorrow morning. That's what he did. I know our machine had to be loaded and unloaded several times. Between what I saw from BAH and what I saw from my shipper, when he saw it, he sent me pictures of the machine on there and I saw what vehicles were in front and behind mine. I know he unloaded and had different vehicles when he got to my place.

By the time he got here, it was in the middle of a thunderstorm. We had to unload in the rain. We did what we did in a quick fashion to get him back on the road, send him in the direction of Lexington so we could get to a hotel. We took the machine to our house. We offloaded on the road because his trailer was so long, which we anticipated. It's no big deal. My salesman said, "I don't know what it is. There's something about this guy. He's sketchy." But he was still the driver. We left it and they still picked it up and delivered it on time. The job was done. It's just things weren't done as they were asked. BAH asked us very specific questions.

During the delivery of a large machine (about 1.5 tons), the process was smooth. Initially, I needed to arrange another truck with a lift gate to facilitate unloading due to the lack of a dock plate at my location. The driver who came for the delivery was professional and performed his tasks well. He seemed to be an independent contractor working with the company.

In terms of pricing, I found BAH Logistics to be exceptional. Their final quote was much more reasonable compared to initial offers from other companies, which started at around $2,500 and gradually dropped. BAH quoted around $600-$700, which was much more aligned with my needs.

Overall, I would rate my experience as 5 stars due to the excellent price, timely delivery, and professionalism of the service. I received no incentives for this review. I'd certainly recommend BAH Logistics, as they offered a great service and ensured my equipment was delivered safely and efficiently.

When setting up the transport, BAH Logistics explained they were brokers and would solicit bids from various companies for the best service. I ended up receiving numerous offers and chose not the cheapest, but the one with the best service ratings at a reasonable price. The organization was spot on with scheduling and pricing, matching their initial quote exactly.

On the day of pickup, BAH's crew was aware of residential area constraints and planned accordingly. Despite a heavy snowfall the night before pickup, which made access difficult, they coordinated snow removal and returned later that day to successfully retrieve the cart.

The courier driver was particularly commendable, providing excellent service and effectively communicating to resolve any issues that arose due to language barriers with the rest of the crew. Although there was a hiccup with communication regarding concerns about the snow, the driver’s assistance made the overall experience positive.

I would rate my overall experience with BAH Logistics as a 5 out of 5, due to the driver’s exceptional service and the company’s ability to resolve unforeseen issues smoothly. Their website was user-friendly, and their customer service was outstanding, staying in contact to address the snow issue effectively. Overall, the process was seamless and extremely satisfying.

I like the service. They promised to get the car picked up on a certain day and they did. The driver was good. He came and greeted me. He took pictures of my car before he took it there and sent it to BAH for them to know the condition of the car before it was sent to Columbus. They told me it should be there within seven hours and it was there around the same time. When they went there, they took a picture again and sent it to me, and there was no damage to the car.

On delivery day, the driver arrived on time and was exceptionally helpful, ensuring everything was securely unloaded without any damage. If a friend or family member needed similar services, I would recommend BAH Logistics for their reliable service and reasonable pricing. Overall, I appreciate the care BAH Logistics took with my shipment and the high quality of their customer service.

I found the cost estimation and the total charges to be fair and reasonable, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff met all my expectations, delivering as promised and making the experience refreshingly smooth. I'm more than satisfied with BAH Logistics and their commitment to quality service.

The customer service from Shipley and BAH Logistics has been disappointing; communications are infrequent and non-committal, often merely indicating that they are "currently reviewing the claim". They insist on purchase documentation that predates their handling of my items, and they refuse to acknowledge their own involvement and mistakes. I was never issued a bill of lading document, which they now cite as necessary for any resolution claims, further complicating the situation.

BAH's approach and handling of the situation feel like a calculated avoidance of responsibility, giving the impression that I have been caught in a scam, even though my belongings, albeit damaged, did arrive. I cannot overstate the frustrating nature of dealing with their setup, which rides on their lack of accountability for damage during transit.

The only service BAH actually provided was sending me a telephone number for the actual freight and shipping company--I had to orchestrate the entirety of the move myself. Additionally, after the boxes arrived ten days after BAH's guaranteed date, BAH lied to the shipping company, outrageously telling them I had called the police and a lawyer against Rapid Freight! (Of course I had not.) My attempts to reach a settlement with BAH went nowhere, as they offered a settlement and then retracted their offer--as duplicitous in this as in everything else.

Ultimately I had to sue them in the Small Claims Court in Cambridge, Mass. AND I WON. Case #2452SC000744. Court date was March 11, 2025. I received payment from BAH for the judgement in full. But unbelievably, when I posted a review of BAH on UShip, where they had taken the job, they responded in part "To clarify, there was no court case involved. The matter was resolved prior to reaching that stage."

That they would continue to lie--the reason I had to sue them in the first place--is shocking. BAH cannot be allowed to lie to potential customers like that. The other one-star reviews on that site are equally telling. I'll also add they tried to bribe me for a 4-star review, which I only found out in the course of the court case was also illegal. So you cannot know any review left for them here or anywhere else is a genuine one. I'd be happy to provide evidence of every bit of what I'm saying here, as I did in court. I'm sure BAH will respond to this as well with a message full of dishonesty that only further shows their lack of integrity. But the truth is literally public record.

Regardless of the job, they've consistently delivered quality service. I've always found their customer service to be top-notch too. When it comes to pricing, I feel it's fair, given the reliability and ease they provide. For these reasons, I would confidently rate my experience with BAH Logistics at five stars overall.
