STAY AWAY!! AutoNation on South Broadway in Littleton, Colorado, is the most deceiving dealer I have ever come across. They do not deserve even one star: They would not honor their own website price and instead added $799 dealer handling fee (which was included already on the website price), $749 appearance protection, $749 dent protection, and $1,298 for tint and clear mask. When I was clear that I didn't want those items, they went into crickets mode. This literally was a 3-day process. By contrast, I bought a new 2026 Ram 2500 diesel from Carvana in 15 minutes - no haggling and up-front pricing. It gets delivered April 28!

Found 2017 advertised for $9,995. 64,000 miles. Got approved set a appt drove over 1 hour to get there, 1 hour back. Got there. No car. Said they just sold it & actually had 120.000 miles on it. Their bad. Lies. Doubt they ever had car. Only had one pic of it. No inside pics. Said they just got it. Tried to sell me a different red ride. They just got, with 88,000 miles on it. Rode hard, huge dent in the door, wrecked missing part of the trunk piece, that covers spare tire. Engine covered in dirt like it been sitting a while. Wanted 14,000. Needless to say I walked off & never looked back.

The finance department will change the term lengths and hope that you don't catch it. Unfortunately, this happened to me and I didn't realise this until a couple of days later when receiving loan information from the bank. The GM defends this practice by saying that you signed the documents, which I did, but it's not what I agreed to. What a terrible way for a business to operate!!!!

We were very disappointed with our experience at AutoNation. Their customer service was good and so was their sales staff. But their pricing was not reflected in what CarFax.com had told me. They had added at least $2,500.00 more to the price. We managed to get $1000.00 off from the quoted price. However, when we got my paperwork 3 days later, the finance guy, Robert **, had added $133.00 to the final sale price. The finance guy was more interested in selling the maintenance package, which we refused to sign up for. Later we noticed that AutoNation’s dealership service department has poor ratings.

If I could give them negative stars, I certainly would! I bought two Mercedes from Fort Lauderdale AutoNation Mercedes within six months. On the last deal I traded in two cars. Make a long story short. Can you believe that they supposedly paid off one car two months later than cancel the check and so I still continue to have to make payments on it?! Finally, the company was paid off just before the third payment was due. However, since AutoNation paid the last payment, the overage got sent back to AutoNation. I reached out to a manager, who said he would CC me his name is Mo by the way after dealing with another manager who also got nothing done on another situation.

Two weeks later, Moe has not gotten back to me and I still have not received payment and I have never received an email or any return phone calls. And I have made three of them and left messages after each. This place is a scam. AutoNation only wants your money. Once they have it, they don’t give a you know what about taking care of your needs! It’s a shame because I have bought many many cars from here, but I will never buy again from an AutoNation company.

Submitted my car car online and got an offer. Asked to come in to look at the vehicle and they confirmed the offer and agreed to sell them the car. They proceeded to make me wait 2 hours and 45 minutes for them to complete their portion of the work while helping several others who came in after. You could see I was not the only who had been kept waiting a long time. I dealt with the employee Nerses at the Encino location. Finally left with a Venmo in the account. It's been two weeks since the sale and I just checked the DMV. They have not filed the transfer of liability that they swore up and down the would take care of. I asked at time of sale and wanted to do it myself, but they insisted. Supposed to be done within five days of sale. I called and they said Nerses would call back right away. That was yesterday, no call. Did it myself online. Just a crappy experience overall, but car sold.

These people have no shame, plain and simple, they told me to claim my titles after I paid my car in full, in the DMV, like I paid my car to them. Oh, and this person sent inquiries to more than 16 lenders to ruin your credit. Totally disappointed.

Tried to sell used car. Was told they usually give close to estimate. It's a come on. Don't waste your time there. Offer was less than half what they said and I was honest in my descriptions. Stay away from them if you want a fair price.

On February 26, 2026, AutoNation Ford Sanford issued a written $69,500 Certified Offer to purchase my 2023 Audi SQ7, valid for 7 days or 500 miles. The offer was manually increased by salesperson David Rodriguez and confirmed by both text message and the official Certified Offer document. Despite repeated documented attempts to redeem the offer before it expired on March 5, including emails to the salesperson, multiple phone calls requesting a management callback, a direct email to General Manager Ryan **, multiple online chat escalations, and escalations to AutoNation Corporate, the dealership never responded. The offer expired.

Because the offer was never rescinded or corrected, I relied on it in good faith when evaluating my options for the disposition of my vehicle and a potential replacement purchase. That reliance was reasonable given that a written guarantee had been issued. Being harmed when the offer expired through no fault of my own while the issuing dealership remained silent is detrimental reliance in practice.

AutoNation Corporate's March 12 response claimed I had been "notified of this discrepancy" regarding a pricing error before I attempted to redeem the offer. That claim is false. No documentation has been produced to support it. Their response also implies I knowingly attempted to redeem an offer I had been told was invalid, which calls into question the integrity of a disabled veteran who did nothing but make repeated documented good faith attempts to complete a transaction.

AutoNation Corporate's own conduct contradicts their stated position. The day before expiration, they called me and committed to scheduling a redemption appointment at this store. If the offer had already been invalidated and I had been notified, that call would not have happened. They proposed a $62,000 goodwill offer conditioned on signing a release of claims. I did not accept it. Issuing a written certified offer, allowing it to remain active without correction or withdrawal, and then claiming after the fact that it was never valid while producing no supporting documentation is precisely the conduct Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act is designed to address.

This matter is currently under formal review by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles dealer licensing division, the Florida Attorney General's Office, and the Better Business Bureau. AutoNation submitted their disputed response to the BBB late Friday night requesting the case be closed before their own deadline passed. I rejected their response and the case remains open. As a disabled veteran who acted in good faith throughout, I deserved better than two weeks of silence followed by a response containing an unsubstantiated claim. The issuing dealership chose silence over resolution at every turn.

OMG. It's still going on. AUTONATION Ford Corpus Christi (ANFCC) sold me a 2014 Ford F150 FX4 Red w/ blk Leather. Awesome truck. I was a suckered for it. But I wasn't expecting what came with it. I was sold an extended warranty that I was told would cost a li'l more But it was 100 more a month for 6 years. I gave 5000 down. It was used to pay off the warranty. I finally received the truck 10 days later. I looked at the paperwork for the loan. It said 80k miles. Well my truck had 98k miles upon purchase. I called ANFCC and The loan Co. ANCU. Both parties were made aware of the discrepancy. A month after I had the truck it broke down. It was at ANFCC a month. No rental car, no reason why and worse no fix on the mileage falsification on the paperwork. A year goes by I have a breakdown. It was towed to a dealership DALLAS. I waited about a week and called and said, "What's the deal."

I was informed I no longer had a warranty. I was over the mileage. Here's the messed up part as if it wasn't bad already. I was only even with the extra 18k miles that were on the paperwork as it being over the warranty milage 100 miles. But in reality I was under 18000 miles. But they dropped me for a fraudulent overage of 100$. Li'l did they know I was really 18100 under. But it was never taken care of and after around 3 months the credit union who knew about the fraud but still took payments repoed my truck. I told them about the fraud several times. I have proof. They said, "We'll we turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to ANFCC as they're our biggest client." Wow. After the truck was repoed because it was around 7000 to repair it and since I couldn't get to work and the warranty was voided due to mileage even though they knew about the fraud they repoed the truck.

A week later Tony in finance who's not there anymore says, "Hey Buddy I got that warranty taken care of." When it was at the shop they avoided me. They still avoid me and Tony sent fake warranty papers to the dealership in Dallas trying to buy time. It's been a nightmare. Now the credit union put the repo on my credit and I can't get a vehicle. They say they're gonna take care of it. It's been almost 4 years and nothing but false hopes. They destroyed me. I lost my truck, my job, my side job, my house and my credit for what so the largest used car place in the world can make a bigger profit and scam my life away. Now they say they're going to help. But they haven't done anything. The credit union changed names when Tony stopped working at AutoNation. I'm not 100 but they were in cahoots. Ok if anyone can help me please do so.
