    I Ordered My Truxedo Tonneau cover for my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. It took no time to install and really looks good. It took me longer to get the old off and get it clean for the new one. Thanks again. Mike Florida

    I ordered back seat floor mats of my F150, There was 2 options to pick from, not being sure I went on the chat line and was advised as to the correct one for my vehicle and made that my selection. When I received the order the item did not fit. Should have selected the other option. Called to return and they first tried to tell me just take a knife and cut out the part that didn't allow proper fit. I declined said I wanted the correct one. S they said I would recieve an email from the return team. Well They did that but without mentioning anywhere in their email that they were also addiing to my credit card a new charge for over $31. I found out about the charge thru my Card alert process.

    I called them, asked what the charge was for, they first lied to me and said that was the price difference...I called BS....There was no price difference. So then they admitted it was a refund charge....I was and still am very upset that they would add a charge that no one spoke of then lied about it. I told them to cancel everything to remove the charge....no longer wanted their product....I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER....They made a UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE... My card company said I should cancel this card, I did. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

      I ordered some jeep seat covers, and was very disappointed. They fit pretty good, but looked nothing like the pic online. I only give 2 stars for the fact that they fit decently. Otherwise it would only be 1 star.

      Dashboard cover looks like it was made by monkeys on **. Too much fabric in some places, not enough in others. It looks. like an unmade bed. I won't even bother asking for a refund. Based on most of the other reviews, it would be a waste of my time anyway. Do not buy anything from this company. I certainly never will again.

      Mislead by their website, which indicated the 3D mats I ordered for my 2007 Nissan Frontier would fit. In fact they did not, as the "retainer" (hold in place) set up DID NOT match my vehicle. I contacted them immediately upon delivery to have the mats returned, only to be charged exorbitant return shipping and restocking fees that exceed 40% of the purchase price. Unbelievable.

      This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!! After placing an order someone called to confirm my purchase, I explained that what I ordered is the same as the picture on their website. Received the order and it was wrong. They asked I send pictures of what my current one looks like and what they have sent. I sent back the wrong items with pictures and they sent me back after two weeks the the same wrong items items!!!! Again I sent a picture of what I want and they said that the manufacturer only makes my Item one way. You would think that after a month of going back and forth and sending pictures they could have said that from the start. Think about this, the website shows the item I want and I send pictures of what I want and then they say, "Oh no we don't make it like that.... Is it me or just bad business.

      I purchased a "bedrug" bed liner for my 2025 Silverado. Paid over $400. It arrived in a flimsy poorly packaged cardboard box. When I removed the product it was crumpled and creased as though it had been hastily stuffed in the box. Then I looked at what I got. This is not a BedRug product although it has a cheap logo stitched on the front right side. The bottom is a cheap imitation of the actual Bedrug product. This is a knockoff imitation sold as if its bedrug quality. After reading the reviews it's useless to request a refund. I'm stuck with a cheap knockoff. Lesson learned! Stick with Amazon if you don't want to get scammed.

      I bought an item that said it would fit, well it did not and never could. That's ok, returned item by UPS and CANNOT get refund, they say they did with some sort of ID but, it's a scam. I called my AMEX as they said to do and no such refund was done, after 10 days. I had to have amex issue me the credit and they will have to take care of it. THANK AM EXPRESS AND "screw auto ** garage. Scam.

      Why are so many people leaving complaints about this Auto Accessories company? After my own experience, I completely understand. I recently purchased a product from them, expecting it to fit my vehicle, but unfortunately, it didn’t. I spent $171 on the item, only to find out that returning it would cost me an about an additional $50 due to shipping fees and restocking charges. That means I’m losing a significant amount of money simply because their product wasn’t the right fit.

      This kind of policy is frustrating and unfair to customers. Many reputable companies offer free returns and don’t charge restocking fees, making the purchasing process much smoother and more customer-friendly. If you’re considering buying from this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid unnecessary expenses and hassle. There are plenty of better options available that won’t penalize you for a return.

      Ordered a cargo mat for my Denali. Description was very confusing. Called customer service, they agreed that their description was confusing. Returned and they still charged me shipping and restock. Same as all the other reviews, will never shop here again.
