I bought an item that said it would fit, well it did not and never could. That's ok, returned item by UPS and CANNOT get refund, they say they did with some sort of ID but, it's a scam. I called my AMEX as they said to do and no such refund was done, after 10 days. I had to have amex issue me the credit and they will have to take care of it. THANK AM EXPRESS AND "screw auto ** garage. Scam.

Why are so many people leaving complaints about this Auto Accessories company? After my own experience, I completely understand. I recently purchased a product from them, expecting it to fit my vehicle, but unfortunately, it didn’t. I spent $171 on the item, only to find out that returning it would cost me an about an additional $50 due to shipping fees and restocking charges. That means I’m losing a significant amount of money simply because their product wasn’t the right fit.

Ordered a cargo mat for my Denali. Description was very confusing. Called customer service, they agreed that their description was confusing. Returned and they still charged me shipping and restock. Same as all the other reviews, will never shop here again.

NOT the quality WeatherTech floor mats I have for my other vehicle. I was shocked when my two front floor mats and the 1-piece 2nd floor mats for my Subaru Outback came in a single, lightweight box. They are thin, low quality and do not fit snug to the floor; allowing debris to fall behind and underneath.... defeating their intended purpose of keeping the carpets clean and dry. I pray they are not a trip hazard when getting in and out of the vehicle. Lesson learned... I did NOT get what I paid for! At best, these mats are a $75 value and not the $230 I paid!! Very disappointing!!

After multiple attempts to obtain warranty on my Tonneau cover over a 2-month period, I was rejected by Auto Accessories Garage - supplier, and Trident - manufacturer (Toughfold II); their reason - uneven weight distribution not specified on autoaccessoriesgarage website. A complaint email to BBB website 5 months later obviously convinced them my complaint was legit. A new cover was sent 2 weeks later.

They won’t let me return a product I purchased two months that will not fit. I didn’t even know that it didn’t fit at the time because I didn’t have the money or time to install it but yeah I wouldn’t recommend them. If you're not sure because it says it’s fits my car but it doesn’t and when I’ve been to other sites and had that issue they would after at least money for their store if not a refund.

I wish I had read all the reviews BEFORE purchasing from this company. You better like the product you order (buy it from another company first) because they charge you return shipping and a 15% restock fee. I buy a lot of stuff on-line and this is the first company I have run across that does this. My return ended up costing me $40. I did not like the product so I could either keep a product I do not like and will not use or spend $40. I will not buy another product from this company.... go directly to the manufacture and get it direct. It's actually cheaper....

They wanted charge me for return shipping and a restock which basically came to about half the price of the item I wanted to return. I'll stick to Amazon Prime from now on. I will not be buying anything from them in the future.

I was lied to! The lady told me it shipped yesterday the 16th. Also I was excited to have a new go-to for my auto needs but after ordering 10 days ago and it hasn't shipped. Not to mention being lied to. I do NOT think I will order from you again unless you can make this right! Thank you. Randy **

Horrible customer Service. Purchase a $1800 Bed cover, was traveling, they send wrong model, they refused to exchange. They sent it wrongly, they don't want take responsibility, told they can't replace. I have to stay with this product that does not fit my truck. This is ridiculously bad customer service. Do not order from this company.
