I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. They pay out on their claims unlike other warranty companies who drag their feet. Love working with them and will continue to do so. Neal is the best rep as well.

I have been dealing with Preferred Warranties for 20 years. They Have the easiest claims process in the industry. From entering a claim to payment is seamless. My account executive is very knowledgeable on products and services.

I was working late on a Saturday night and had a question so I called Sylvia V and she was very helpful. Like their mileage caps and the fact that they cover older units. I’m so glad that I found this company.

Fantastic company to work with. Very fair claims process. Rep is super responsive along with claims adjusters. Warranties are at a reasonable price and help us help out customers. The CU's we work with are very pleased with the program and help us get deals done with protection for our customers on their purchase. Preferred Warranties is a great company to work with and we are glad they are in Colorado.

All of our questions have been answered well. We have had nothing but good experience with Matt. Although it's difficult to take over for a long standing representative, Matt has stepped in with no bumps in the road.

Very Simple. Had a problem. Called the 800 number. They directed me to an authorized shop called Elite Motors. My repairs were done quickly and correctly and it cost me a $ 100 deductible. I am extremely happy with the service and will ask for the warranty by name going forward with my next purchase.

PWI is always easy to deal with from the claims department to their representatives that visit our shop. Knowledgeable about service contract products. Keeping us informed about the latest products. Lester our rep always stops and checks on us.

My rear end differential went out on the vehicle. The company searched out scrap yards to find part with the most miles on it and cheapest price to put on my vehicle. The differential is full of rust, and most likely will not last. I had a ball joints go out. They would only pay for the ball joint itself. They would not pay for any related parts to replace ball joint. If you need repairs done using the warranty, expect to pay for most of repairs out of your pocket and have worn out parts put in. When you complain, they say, "That is in your contract." Don't use this company. I paid $3,395 for warranty. If you replace all parts covered under warranty, which is not much, it would not cost as much as the warranty cost. The company is a scam!

We are a new car dealership and Lester has been so great at treating us like we are his only customer. Preferred really seems to value every customer and they truly take care of all of the customer of the dealerships. They have a fantastic reputation for paying claims and taking care of our car buyers.

The process was easy and the dealer was knowledgeable about the contract specifics. There are several options in different price ranges and I was able to choose what was best for my needs.
