My wife’s job uses Endurance and told her about it. Other people were talking about it too. The pricing benefits Endurance has and what they cover on your vehicle are outstanding. What they offered was better than what the other ones had. That and the rating that they got made me decide to use them. When I made my purchase, the customer service was great. The lady informed me about everything and went over the prices. All over, it was a great experience.
Thank you very much for the five star review.

I went online and checked on some of the used car warranties. There were three or four companies that came out as rated highly by ConsumerAffairs and Better Business Bureau. I talked to them and got quotes from three of them. Endurance answered my questions in a timely manner and their price was competitive and I went with them.
Thank you for the five star review

Everything was fine during the purchase of my Endurance warranty. I just don’t like that their pricing is more than everybody else. They worked with me but I know of an entity that covered my entire car with the exception of the wear and tear items. My entire car only cost me $1,800. With Endurance, it's $3,000. I recently had some work done to my car and it was a big old issue about doing the turbos on my car. I have a car with twin turbos. So, I asked the other company, “What’s the sense of me having you guys for coverage when you want me to go get my maintenance on the car, which you already have, all this stuff? This stuff is in the maintenance. And then when I gave it to you, I don’t hear from you for six weeks.” I called back and the excuse was, “We’re shorthanded and we can’t get to your case.” My next few words were not choice words because I needed my car repaired.
I had to pay for that out of my pocket. I told them, “You know what? I need the money I sent y’all. I need you to replace it.” So, they sent me back my $1,800. Then I called Endurance because my cousin has Endurance on her Jaguar. I thought I’ll give Endurance a try. I just got it and everything was okay. Their rep talked me on it and then gave me all the specifics. Their charge is astronomical, but I still got it because my cousin said it’s worth it. My car is in pristine condition. But I live in Michigan. So, up here, you got potholes. It’s ridiculous up here. The roads are not good.
Also when I got the coverage, it’s during the pandemic. Because there is a recession that’s happening now, I would’ve thought the prices would’ve changed because people are not driving their cars. I put my car in a highway, I’ve been nowhere this year and it’s this late. So, from January to May of this year, I’ve put only maybe 1,000 miles on my car. I’m a disabled veteran. I’m 50 years old, why not give me some type of discount?

I currently have two policies with Endurance and both policies are a joke. The company will not live up to their responsibilities and will refuse, automatically, ANY claim at first. Its a job just fighting them and at one point I told them I demanded arbitration. When they heard that, they ask for a compromise becaause they knew, not only would it cost them a small fourtune to go forward, they would lose because they were trying to cheat me. Do not fall for their crap and avoid this company at all costs.

I wanted to get something on this car because it is loaded with heated steering wheels, heated and cooled, there’s just so much junk on them anymore, and it costs so much. The rep from Endurance answered my questions. I told him I was gonna check with another company and I called Endurance back. They have a better price than CarShield and with pretty much the same coverage so we went with them. My car is still under a bumper-to-bumper warranty through Nissan for another year so Endurance will just pick up afterward.

I tried another warranty and I wasn’t happy with a couple of things, so then I called Endurance because I kept getting notifications about them. I talked to the rep and I really liked what he had to say. He explained the coverage very thoroughly. I asked all the questions I needed and he gave me adequate and satisfactory answers. I canceled the other one that I was with. The only thing that I didn’t like was the pressure sale. He was really driven to get me to sign that day, which I did, but still, it was all he could do. No matter what questions I was asking and saying that I would not sign that day, he just kept on and on. He came down on the original price as far as how much to start with them, and then he came down to a price where I said I would do it. Due to my age and I have a very good vehicle and I know repairs are gonna be very costly, I like the peace of mind and that’s the reason why I got it. Even if I never use it, I'm okay with that.

Endurance Auto Warranty called and we spoke with them on the telephone. Their rep was very knowledgeable and patient. At first, we thought it was just a little bit too much and we didn't wanna pay that much. So, he gave us options and we appreciated that. He was very willing to work with us. We also got the $250 coupon book where we could get a discount on certain things. But a lot of the stuff, we didn’t even use ‘cause we had to use certain stores and most of the stores are 40 or 50 minutes away from us. So that was a waste of money there but other than that, we were very satisfied with Endurance.

I saw an advertisement for Endurance then I went to the internet and checked. They had better consumer rating than the one I had before and I decided to sign up with them. The rep I talked to was professional and I gave my mileage to him but the next day, I called and gave it to somebody. After that, I got three more phone calls from them asking about the mileage and that aggravated me. Other than that, I was looking for coverage for my transmission engine and I'm happy with the package that I got from them. Thank God I never needed anything in seven years. So, I'm happy with that. All in all, Endurance's policy is a good one. I got it at a wrong time though because I don't even have it for two months and the shelter-in-place happened. No one's supposed to leave the house, the car sat there because we couldn't go anywhere, and it's kinda hard generating the 1,000 miles in that timeframe.
Thank you for taking the time to put down your excellent experience with our company.
All of which is greatly appreciated and we look forward to having you as a customer.

I want to cancel my Endurance warranty. I can't even use it for a whole year. Nothing is wrong with my car and that's a long time to be paying and not being able to use the warranty. I don't even know anything about Endurance and whether or not their warranty will be honored at the dealership. I could save up the money I'm paying and fix my car myself since I don’t think I’ll be having any issues. Still, the lady from Endurance whom I talked to was great. I was really happy with her.

The guy I spoke to from Endurance was telling me about roadside assistance and all the stuff that you wouldn’t get anywhere. And we'd be paying less than we would with the big one that was on TV. He listed me the prices, gave me a lot of different plan options as to what I'd wanna do. He went over the policy thoroughly. I’m a layman and I really know nothing about cars. I had a 2008 Mercedes-Benz. It didn't have anything but 93,575 miles but a lot of stuff was wrong with it so I took it back. The Endurance reps were very friendly and they broke everything down to make sure I had everything got covered on the car. So, I did.

Still, I needed to get it as my car is at 60,000 miles and stuff starts to go wrong at about 80,000 to 100,000 miles. My car has got 100,000 miles on it and I've taken very good care of it. I made sure that the maintenance was always done on it and I'm getting ready to do the 100,000-mile maintenance on it now. I checked with several extended warranty companies and the other companies were only offering a 150,000 miles to go up to that. But Endurance would go all the way up to 200,000.
And there were a lot of loopholes with the other companies. You had to meet certain requirements and have approved documentation before they'd even honor their policy. In talking to Endurance, they told me that as long as I'm going to have my 100,000 miles maintenance done on my car and keep my receipts, that'll be all I had to have. They seemed like that they were easier to work with and more upfront on what they were saying the warranty is covering. The other companies were very vague about specifics but Endurance was not. They flat out tell you what is covered and what isn't, which made it easier for me to understand.
They sent me a letter in the mail then I called them and they called me back. We spoke then we went through with the process. They have been very nice, too. With all this Corona stuff going on, I've been laid off from work and I don't know if I'm gonna be able to keep the policy up. I called them and I spoke to a guy about that the other day. I explained to him that I'm very worried, I'm elderly, and I have Social Security but Social Security covers my major bills. I have part-time jobs to supplement that and I was gonna pay my premium out of my extra income that I was making. But with the loss of my jobs, I've been very concerned about how I would be able to swing it.
When I took out the policy, I had no idea all this was going to take place and it's left me in a pretty financial precarious place. Then he told me that he was gonna waive the premium for this month to give me breathing room and give me a month to see what was gonna happen. He was very professional, very understanding, and told me that we would talk again in June when my jobs have opened up and I'm back employed, which I hope I will be. So so far, they've been working with me really well.

I asked for the best extended warranty companies. Three of them came up. I called them and called back to Endurance. I really didn’t like my interaction with their rep because it was a sales call. It wasn’t like he had my best interest at heart. He was more interested in doing his job and making a commission. He kept not wanting to answer my questions. I told him either he answers my questions or I’m hanging up. We had to start all over again, and then he answered most of the questions.
I’m still scared because I’ve heard so many bad stories like you get the warranty and then they turn around and say that you are not covered. I really don’t know what to anticipate if anything goes wrong and according to the rep I’m covered completely. But he was hesitant with my other questions. I tried to settle with him so he can email me our agreement but it did not go through. I called back and the rep hung up on me. I called again and talked told him that we need to start looking out for each other and stop being so greedy.

Endurance has a good deal. But there were quite a few things that I was promised when I got the contract and I don’t know how it’s going. I was supposed to have a gift certificate with that purchase that I’ve never heard anything about. I also haven't received the card. They told me I had to wait until 15th of the month after I had it before going to service. The rep also had my mileage wrong and I don’t know if he misunderstood me. But he was extremely nice. He went over the part regarding reimbursement for rental car and hotel room if I was out of town and the car broke. We installed a payment plan where it’s payroll deducted out of my checking account once a month. But I hadn't heard from him since the day that I purchased the policy.

I looked Endurance up and they seemed to have one of the better reputations for after-market extended warranties on cars. There's plenty of providers out there and some of them are less than reputable. A lot of things that I saw that weren't paid for or somebody sits there and said they were good. Also, a couple of people I know that had Endurace never had any problems with them. Some of the other ones out there offer less for a lot more cost and there is no flexibility with them at all. I got the warranty for worst-case-scenario if something goes wrong, not to sit there and cost me more money than it would cost if the car broke and something went bad on it to get it fixed. That renders it pointless.
I've been looking into this for a month and a half. With this miserable plague, I wasn't gonna write checks with my ego that my wallet couldn't cover. The cost in the beginning just didn't make any sense. But the price went down and now, it's $104 a month for three years and I don't have to pay for the last two years. The warranty covers five years and that's 123,000. I also had a car before which was eight years older and has a lot more mileage on it. When I looked into getting the same kind of warranty on it, that wasn't worth it. It costs too much money. With Endurance, I only have so much flexibility with what I can do when it comes to paying for ca it but they kept finding ways to have me paying less instead of more.
We are happy to hear that you are having such a great experience with our company.

This is my first car and when the warranty went out, somehow it was telling me to get CarShield. So, I ended up getting CarShield and I paid the down payment. But Endurance called and their rep told me that CarShield was with a red flag. He said they were not telling me not to keep CarShield but they were asking me to do my research on them and to call them back the next day. He also said that they were not rushing me and gave me time. He was great and he gave me a lot of information. Once I did my research, I dropped CarShield and called Endurance. I did my research on them as well. One day, I went to Brown's Volkswagen for something and they told me that most of their drivers go through Endurance. So, I ended up going with them and they had the better deal than CarShield. And when I called them the second time to pay the price for the policy, the rep I talked to was awesome.
Aside from that, making payments for my warranty was easy with Endurance, but it was difficult with CarShield. I paid them $99 and once I told them that I didn't want to go with them, it was hard to get my payment back. All in all, signing up with Endurance was easy and all around awesome. Then one time, I swapped the lights off on my car. My lights were supposed to be on auto but because I was in front of an apartment complex, I turned the other lights on, so it dimmed them a little bit. But I forgot to turn it back on auto and my car went dead. I called Endurance and they sent a tow truck right away to start my car. So, they've been good.

I’m satisfied with the price I got, but it would be better if I could have had it a little cheaper. I had to jump on it because I got a truck and you never know when something is gonna happen when you get over 100,000 miles on any vehicle. The purchasing process was smooth. I was looking for an extended warranty policy for my car and I was researching to see which companies were the most credible and in the top three, and Endurance was one of them. They had a pretty competitive package and they had a pretty good consumer rating. I like the fact that I could take it to the dealer, and the car is a Mercedes Benz. Also, it’s a five-year plan that I can pay for in three years. They also had a tire rebate, one tire per year for roadside damage.
I spoke to two people. The first representative was very polite, patient with my questions, and she articulated the answers very well. They were very clear and concise. Her customer service wasn’t pressurized and she was thorough. Then, there was a follow-up representative that exemplified the same characteristics. They broke up the payments into two and it made a lot easier budget-wise instead of having to pay the initial fees at one time. I even got a couple of weeks between the two payments and that was comfortable for my budget. I would recommend Endurance.

I said, "This isn't the quite price I was quoted. This is what I want." They gave me the price that was initially quoted to me. The price was the main reason I decided to use them.
The payment plan was pretty reasonable, but I hate bills and paid it off. And now, I'm covered for five years. It was a little under $3,000, while other people were offering $4,000 for coverage for two years at 60,000 miles. Others also weren't giving me the mileage and the coverage. Endurance would cover me for five years at 100,000 miles. I haven't had to use the warranty yet, but from what I read from my package, which came the other day, I'm pretty satisfied. My neighbor's car was always going into the shop and her warranty was out. She asked me about Endurance and I told her to go for it. She signed up for it.

I was highly upset about my warranty purchase with Endurance. I felt swindled when I took my stuff to the shop, shooting shots as far what would possibly be covered, I ended up having to pay $1,300. They can waive a monthly fee for me but they won't cover the stuff that they said would possibly be covered. If somebody offers you something very good, you're gonna accept that. It's the same with me. That was what I was going off of when I asked the fella, initially, that I purchased the vehicle with. We were on the phone for more than an hour. He stayed on the phone with me until I went up to the bank and put the funds on my account. I understand that they said, “You have 30 days to go over or something.” But I'm not gonna understand things from the paperwork because I'm not a mechanic. I was trying to look up extended warranties and in all the websites, Endurance kept popping up. But in the end, it seemed like all the websites were Endurance or ConsumerAffairs websites. Also, they don't advertise anything about using used parts and I couldn’t find out anything until after I bought the policy and they finally sent me the contract to read. But as soon as I got the policy, that was one of the first things I found out. And it’s all up to their own adjuster to make those decisions. We have no input on it, so that was a major factor right there.
And when I called the first time to try and cancel the policy, the guy wouldn’t let me cancel it. He just kept telling me this and this. Then the second time when I called up, I told them that I was sticking my gun to cancel it. I had to beg the guy and I asked him almost 15 times to please refund my payment and cancel the policy. I’ve lost about $1000 worth of freaking overtime hours and I still had to beg the guy to do it before he finally did it. So, even if I do get my hours back, that expense alone lets me know that I won’t be coming back to Endurance, even if I do get another car warranty.

My brother had Endurance and he loves it. He recommended it for me when I picked his used car up. The first guy I spoke with at Endurance was a little shaky and I was quoted a price of the downpayment but when I spoke to the young lady, the price changed. It went higher. That's the only thing I was disappointed in. She couldn't get it back to that price. So I was stuck paying the extra $100 for the downpayment. But after that, everything ran smoothly.
The young lady knew everything about what she was selling me. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. That's what I like. A rep shouldn't have to go back and ask the manager or somebody else. In fact, I would recommend her to friends and families because usually, the people who sell extended warranties don't know exactly what the warranty covers. They have an idea of what but they don't have an idea on how the coverage is or what you need to do in case of a breakdown. A lot of them aren't trained on the actual product itself. They just know the prices. With Endurance, the coverage was 100% explained. But there were certain things that I was told was covered but actually isn't. I also wasn't told about the extra thing they signed me up for for a year. I didn't know if I had to pay for that or maybe she didn't know. It just came as a second email. But I don't know if that's even the same company or just an advertisement.

One of my coworkers told me that he and his wife had Endurance for some time and that I should try it out. The Endurance rep was very helpful. She knew the ins and outs. I had questions for her, and she answered every question that I needed. I knew what I wanted. And she went over everything with me without hesitation and told me what was what. She also wasn’t mad about the questions that I asked. A long time ago, I went through another company. They didn’t go over everything with me and lied to me. That was why I knew what to ask for.

I found Endurance through ConsumerAffairs. The mechanic looked over the contract and he said it was the best one. He thought it was good and fair for what we're doing. Their representative seemed very patient and knowledgeable. He was very willing to work with us. But they said we would get $250 bonuses that we can use to shop online and they didn’t tell me that to use those credits, we would have to lay out money. When I went in to look, we had $250, but I can buy a gift card from Macy at 10% discount. For a $100 gift card, they pay $10 and we pay $90. That’s kinda misleading because I have to be willing to spend $90 to get 10. It's not truly a $250 bonus and they claim that I would get that twice. We got the first one and the second one comes after three months. That was not how they explained it. That was the biggest thing that I felt was deceiving. Other than that, I haven’t had a problem with them.

I have had an Endurance warranty for several years. Any opportunity to deny a claim they will. In December of 2019, I brought my 2010 Fx35 to my local Infiniti dealer for transmission issues. The dealership said it was the valve body but couldn't be sure until the tore down the transmission. When you have a valve body issue it is often a transmission problem as well. The endurance response to the issue was to request service records. The only problem is my model has a 7-speed transmission which according to the service manual doesn't require service because it is a sealed transmission with no dipstick. The schedule maintenance for my transmission to 120,000 miles doesn't require any scheduled service. The last entry in the service manual at 120,000 doesn't require changing transmission fluid. So I ask why was my claim denied due to a lack of records when no records could exist for a service free transmission.
I was told on numerous occasions that it would get approved if I took it from Infiniti to a certified transmission shop since the labor rates were lower than the dealer. But the policy states that I could service my car at a repair facility of my choice as long as it was certified. I chose to have it serviced at the dealer but Endurance did everything in its power to get the car out of there so they could save money. I begged and pleaded with several associates Lorel **, Leonard **, and Art **. Both Art and Leonard are managers. Go figure. They have a well-oiled machine geared to ripping off the consumer. I was denied service and I was forced to tow it to AAMCO in Amityville.
The car was towed using endurance roadside assistance. All conversations were recorded and logged. My car never should have been denied for transmission service due to the fact my transmission never requires service because it is a sealed transmission. Endurance then had me send my car to AAMCO via a tow truck just for them to deny the claim again resulting in a $4800.00 transmission bill. Endurance is not a trustworthy company. The way Endurance treats its policyholders during a pandemic Is unconscionable and disappointing. I recommend you run for the hills when considering this company. Better companies are Zurich and Geico mechanical. They are both reputable companies with excellent reviews. For me to be sick with Covid 19 and the fact I lost my dad and got ripped off by this horrible company has made 2020 a memorable year, to say the least.

The Toyota delaer talked me down to 70,000-mile warranty or 10 years, and I’m rapidly approaching 70,000 miles. The customer service did a very good job. When I initially bought it, I put it on a credit card, and that credit card was due to expire. I had a number of questions, a number of phone calls made to them, and they responded very quickly. They always put me in touch with the right person for the right answer too. It would be beneficial though if there was a brief outline of the features of the warranty available so that somebody didn't have to ask a lot of questions to go through the lengthy agreement. You don't even see that until after you sign up for 30 days. We haven't had a very long relationship, but so far, so good and I would recommend them to other people.

Horrible. My transmission went in my car and Endurance did not cover it. Because of a sensor failure when the transmission blew it damaged the sensor. So they told me they didn't cover heat sensors. On the phone for 20 minutes every time you call. They end up transferring you to another company. And they make the decision. So I'm stuck with a car with 14000 Dollar loan and a 5000 dollar transmission repair. Plus paying 3800 for a warranty that is crap.

-10 stars. I Took my 2014 C7 Corvette into the dealership because of a clunking sound one morning, called Endurance and they seemed like it was fine, sent in what I had to, and 5 days later I get a phone call from the dealership telling me that endurance was not going to cover it. They said it was “pre existing”. I've had the car for 2 months and one oil change. They left me with a 5300$ bill and was zero help to me. The dealership's manager and advisor said they’ve never seen anything like this before. And that they even told the adjuster it wasn't preexisting. The whole point of an extended car warranty on a used car is to cover pre existing stuff that comes up.
A total rip off and has been reported to the NC State attorney generals office for consumer protection. They are a scam and a trash business. I never leave reviews but after costing me 5300$ unexpectedly when everyone is out of work, is the lowest of the low. They even wanted to try and tell me that “my car would be covered in the future”. If it's covered in the future, why wasn't it covered when I really needed it to be? I sincerely couldn’t rate this low enough.

The package I was signed up with was a little high, price-wise, but I'm getting a good policy. BMW actually accepts Endurance Auto Warranty so there would be no issues if I have to take my vehicle in.Unfortunately, there is confusion and lack of information. I purchased it thinking one thing, and then I called to follow up to find out what was going on, and I’m still waiting to actually hear back even though I’ve exchanged a couple of emails. They said they’d get back to me. That was a couple of weeks ago now but nobody’s getting back to even let me know. I have the Silver Plus and the Elite membership but I have no idea because I have no idea if my vehicle is actually covered based upon the contract. I’m debating if I should cancel it within the 30-day period to get my money back
My problem is that the engine blew, and I replaced the engine. It’s a BMW engine, but it’s not the engine that came with the car. While everybody says that they’re 90% sure that it’s covered, the contract is very specific that everything has to match up. The serial number on the engine and the serial number on the car are not going to match. I put a better engine in it, and lower miles, and replaced all the seals, gaskets, from top to bottom and electrical. It was professionally done at an ASE-certified shop. But despite all this, if I had an engine problem, my engine may not be covered.
The welcome package shows me the contract, but the contract has all these fine points that have to be met. And based upon me putting in a new engine, I have no idea if my engine’s covered. I also have no idea if my PDC system is covered. At this point the only thing I know my warranty covers is my transmission. If my transmission goes, I could replace that for less than two grand, which means that I’m basically spending $6,000 for a warranty to cover a less than $2,000 fix.

I'm not that good with cars, so I wanted a warranty. At the dealership, the warranty was really expensive and I paid cash for my car, so I decided to see if I could find one that was less expensive than what they were wanting me to purchase there. I checked out three companies and one of them was Endurance. I liked that they had a five-year plan instead of a three for equal prices, but one at the end of three years would have to be renewed. And when I signed up, everything was fine. But I still haven't received a copy of the warranty and it's been on my list of things to do to call them and say that I would like a written copy of the policy mailed to me.

I previously had CarShield and I was not very happy with their customer service, so I chose not to go with them even though I know they're also very popular. I did some research and I had some ads popping up on my Facebook and stuff like that, so I thought I would call Endurance and get some pricing information. And since it was pretty much the same price that I paid with CarShield but with a little bit more coverage, that sounded even better to me so I went ahead and just bought the warranty on the spot.
The reps answered with ease the questions that I had. It didn't take much time for them to answer any of my questions at all, so they were very knowledgeable. I love the fact that I can transfer my services. Like if I were to sell that car, I can either have the person who takes that car, transfer it into their name or I can transfer it to a different car. I couldn’t do that with CarShield. The car is mine but my husband primarily drives it. So once it's paid off, it will go under his name. I wouldn't have to worry about it if anything were to happen between us. God forbid, but if it were, he could take over payments and all that stuff on it and keep it a good running vehicle since we have kids together.
I have the dashboard downloaded on my phone. I don't know if I have actually really been on the warranty because right now, I'm paying on it but since all this quarantine lockdown, we haven't driven the car much so we haven't hit that 1,000 miles. Right now, there's nothing to use it for, so we're just hoping nothing happens to it where we have to use it but it's nice having it in case we need it.

I didn't have Endurance because I had the factory warranty for three years. It was a little bit more expensive for the warranty though. Then the factory warranty wore out and I figured I better get something because you never know if something's gonna happen and can't afford it.
The reps are very cordial. We went over some things what I'm looking at and I got the full coverage, from head to toe, on my car. They asked me if I had any car trouble and I didn't. My buddy just hooked up with Endurance because they are covering way more than what Toco does. I was gonna hook up with Toco and they never got back to me. I thought of finding another provider and Endurance came up online. They were number 3 or 4 on the list of top-rated companies. The said, "Put 160 down and we'll give you 209,000 miles on your truck." After I got off the phone with Endurance, Toco finally ended up calling me. They were gonna offer me 225,000 miles on my truck, 3 years, for $91. I called Endurance back to cancel and they offered me way more miles so I thought of staying with them. I went from 209,000 to 234,000 which works for me.
When I was on the phone before I got hooked up with them, they stated the engine, the tranny, and anything pertaining to the rear end and front end were covered, but I wasn't sure about the wheel bearing. I wanted to see if I have a wheel bearing on my vehicle coverage or not. The rep was rude. I didn't like him. He said, "I don't understand why you got to call up to find out. You need to take your truck to a garage." I said I wanted to find out if it's under warranty because I have not yet received any papers from Endurance. If I take my car to a garage and it's not covered, they're gonna charge me for looking at my truck. If that's the case, I'll just buy the wheel bearing myself and stick it in.
The guy who hooked me up and took down all my information was really good. But with the second guy, I didn't get explained a lot of things. Aside from not getting my paperwork, I didn't know anything about the app. All I know is I got an email on my phone. Every time I turn around, my email wants to delete it, so I have to say undo. I'm afraid that one of these days, I forget to do that, and there that goes.
The other thing is my vehicle broke down on Saturday and Endurance wasn't even open until Monday. What the hell will happen if my truck breaks down on a weekend and I can't get it fixed? With Toco, it's a 24-hour thing. So, if it happened, they just say to take it over to the Dodge dealer, drop it off, and they'll assess what it is and go from there. I've been without my truck since Saturday. I'm not able to drive it very far because it's pretty bad. It's sitting in my driveway. I was supposed to go pick up a pickup truck bed for my truck 'cause it rotted out. I ended up having to rent a pickup truck to go and get it.

The process was easy and they helped us out and we finally got it where it needed to be. So we’re happy about that. One less thing for us to worry about right now. It was pretty clear-cut insurance for a year. It all worked for us.

He helped me and answered my questions, and didn’t seem like I was putting him out. Everything was fine with the purchasing experience. The only thing that could have been changed is maybe not as pushy. It was like, “If you only do it today, we can give you this. But it's only good for today, and you have to do it today.” I know they wanna make a sale, but they didn’t really have to push it on me like that.

He wanted me to buy Endurance because of what the package covers. He told me how much it would cost. So, I told him I'd think about it and I'd call him back. Then, two hours later, they called me back, and then the next day they kind of pressured me into buying, which I did not like. The process of getting it wasn't very good.
I got the premium package. It covers everything. The payments are very difficult right now since I'm not working because of the virus. You would think with something like this, no one's driving anywhere. I'm going to the grocery store and I drive to go to a park to walk, and that's the only places I drive. You would think my insurance company is cutting breaks on people because they can't make payments because we're not working because of this virus. Endurance is out to get their money. I'm not going anywhere so there's no threat of me getting into an accident or anything going wrong with my vehicle, but as long as Endurance is getting their money from people, they're fine. They're not gonna cut a break on people.

I owed somebody $7,000 on the car and I wanted to keep it going until I got it paid off. I found on the internet that Endurance is the second best in the country. When I put in the information, they were the first one that contacted me, and the man was outstanding. He was a helpful and very knowledgeable gentleman. He even answered questions. I had a list of stuff and I asked him what they would fix and different things that some of the other ones wouldn’t do. I liked the way he talked and what he was spitting, so I went with Endurance. He did an excellent job and he was the whole cause for me to go with them. Making payments is easy as well. They pull the payment out my bank account and I don’t have to worry about it.

I went on the Consumer Report thing and it gave me a whole bunch of different providers. Endurance was rated the top or second one and when they gave me pricing, I said I was taking it. The rep was amazing. She even got me a discount for my down payment and everything. I wanted bumper-to-bumper all the way to cover everything just in case and I did the payment right over the phone. According to everything I read, Endurance sounded the premier auto insurance group. I used another one before that was supposed to be one of the best. It was CarMax and they didn't cover anything. They charged me up to wazoo and then what they did cover, they didn't pay for. So, I had to cancel them. So far, I've been satisfied with Endurance. They haven't disappointed me.
About a week ago, my water pump started leaking. And I called them and the girl said, "Well, do you have a place?" I said, "Yes, I've gotten one. I don't need a rental car or anything." They said they'd get to it and have it out the same day. I told them that I could get the water pump through my auto parts place here and I could get it at a discount. So they told me to go ahead and get it done and then just send the bill in. The people who work for Endurance have been nice and friendly. When I saw some Endurance commercials, it sounded good. Then, when I called and found out how much it was, it sounded really good. Last week, I called Endurance Auto Warranty. We had to get some tires and I got it. They were really good on the day that I called. However, I kept getting emails or voicemails telling me that they wanted my mileage over and over again. Finally, when I called in, I asked why they kept asking. Also, I know the mileage was an issue. It kept changing, so I was thinking, “When is this gonna cap out so that I can do what I wanna do?”
We purchased a 100,000-mile warranty from Mopar when we purchased the car, but we did not know until the other day. I had to take the car in for service because it was still under 36,000. The man said that I was fine. I said that I wanted to get the car fixed before we hit the 36,000 miles and he said that I was good up to 100,000 miles. So, we wanna cancel Endurance since there's no sense of paying for both. The big difference is what our co-pay would be if we had to use it. We also won't get free tires.
I wanna stop the payment before it comes out again on the 11th of May. I have called them for over a week and I left messages, but nobody has returned my calls. I understand people are out of work and that they're working at home, but I've dealt with some other companies like Verizon and they still answer their phones even though they're working from home.

I am changing this to a 5 star review. Endurance went above and beyond to take care of me after my horrible experience with the repair shop. It made me feel like I mattered.
Original Review: April 22, 2020
My transmission claim was dented through Endurance because their 3rd party could find the issue with my car that the Nissan dealership found. Not only did I have to cover the rental cost, I had to pay for the diagnostic testing as well. That’s $225 out of my pocket. When I got this coverage I was assured that there was no red tape and I would it would be no issues with coverage. Being that I am a first essential personnel, I need my vehicle. It’s terrible that the coverage I paid for is not helping me in this dire time. Horrible and rude customer service to boot. After referring 6 friends to them, this is how I am treated. Please beware of this company. They will find any reason they can to not cover your claim.

The reps explained and answered all of my questions pretty well and I decided to go with Endurance for the price and the reviews that I've seen online. The cost of it on a monthly basis is around the same amount that I was actually saving for car repairs – $130 a month. The majority of the reviews were also good. In fact, I haven't seen any negative remarks about the company. Then when I was reading the contract, I found that the warranty covers a lot of the essential items, like the main components of the car. It'd be kinda costly if I wanted to repair it by myself.

I did an online search and based on the vehicle I had, Endurance was my best chance of obtaining some kind of insurance. The process of signing up with them seemed fairly simple. I tried to be clear with the reps because I have not a stock vehicle. So, they were able to check into all of my questions at the time and get them answered. They were able to satisfy my needs with a warranty based on the vehicle I had. They were good about getting quick responses and were able to go to a supervisor to find out if the coverage was there.
I paid for a different company's insurance and then when I went to Endurance, I came to find out the policy was never valid because I have oversized tires on my vehicle. If those questions would've been asked originally, I would've never signed up for that one. The Endurance reps asked a lot of the appropriate questions but they could be a little bit more thorough on the questions they asked pertaining to the vehicle. I was able to ask the questions because I had already dealt with another company.

The purchasing process was perfect. There was really good customer service in explaining everything very well. It was a good process -- easy and understandable. But sometimes they skipped something intentionally, or maybe they were not telling you exactly unless you purchase the warranty. New things came out. Like, “This thing is covered. This thing is not covered.” When I was purchasing the warranty from Endurance they pretty much told me it’s not bumper to bumper warranty, but it covers whatever the factory warranty is. But whatever they told me it’s not in the policy.
My Honda Accord has two touch screens. One is you can touch, the other one is connected with a camera. Sometimes they work, sometime they don’t. I called the dealer. They said it might be a software problem. They told me, “You can bring it out and we can look at it.” So I wanted to call Endurance to know if something would happen to this screen if it's covered or not but they didn’t give me any satisfaction. There was no direct answer. The rep was telling me the part that’s actually not covered, and I didn’t even know all the parts’ names -- what it is, where it is. How can I know if this part is important or not? And they said I will receive a gift card for 250, my ID and everything pretty much in 10 to 14 days. But a month has passed that I haven't received anything. I’m definitely looking to cancel back the warranty because it’s not what I asked for.

The way he handled the phone call and his professionalism over the phone, as well as communication and thorough explanation of everything (including the billing process, how the warranty service would be, the things I would need to do and the things I don’t need to do) was spot on. He took his time and although I didn’t have many questions because he had explained them prior, my questions were thoroughly answered as well. I was dissatisfied a lot and I’ll never go with Endurance again. I called to talk and see if they could do a claim but they said it was a little too early. Then I talked to a lady, who was one of the managers, and she told me that if I waited a couple of days, I could see if I could file a claim. I wasn’t past my 30 days but it was my 28th day. She said she could still get me a refund if I went past the 30 days.
Then another warranty company I had took care of the claim for me. I had put a couple of warranties on while I had Endurance just to see which one was the best and which one would take care of me. The other company did and I left Endurance a voicemail. I told the manager about it but she kept trying to bribe me stay with Endurance. Then she told me they couldn't give me a full refund then because it was past the 30 days. I told her that she had told me otherwise on the phone before but it was not a recorded line and she said she never said that. She was also putting down a bunch of car warranties. As a professional, someone that’s in that kind of business doesn’t put down another company. But she was saying that the other company was not all that they say they are. She said they don't pay for anything and that's why they're in lawsuits. I told her that that may be but they were taking car of my car a little bit more quickly.
Then I had to call again and speak to a different manager because the other lady hung up on me. The first manager was like, “I’ll process the refund whenever I feel like it.” Another girl I spoke to said there was no request or anything like that. It was just one of the problems with the manager. Amy was the last one who helped me out. She took care of everything and got my refund.
When I enrolled with them, it was quick and easy. In fact, it was too good to be true. The dude was saying they would covered everything. He also told me to go over 1,000 miles and I could come up with a couple of days short. I thought that was cool. That was how my other warranty for the car was. I went over 1,500 miles and although I was two days short, they said it was okay and that they would let it slide. That was when I first got the car. The dude didn’t say anything about I had to wait a full 30 days. In fact, he didn’t really have too much knowledge about what they were covering on the car. I asked him what would be covered on the car and he was like, “Man, you’re gonna be a league pro. You’re gonna have a lot of good stuff.” I asked him what all the good stuff was and he didn’t know.
He was like, “You have to buy it first and then I can tell you.” I asked what if I bought it and there was nothing and he said he couldn't send me a contract unless I bought it. He was making it real hard for me to go with them.I asked what would happen if he did and he said I was gonna be covered. Then when we got down to it, when the warranty was supposed to cover something, they didn’t. The reps were nice and very respectful when we were signing up but not so much on the leaving side.
I've had Endurance before with my Mustang and then my sister got it for the Avenger but the thing is we never used it. That’s why I took it off my Mustang. It’s under factory warranty still and when I asked for extended warranty, they gave me one at the dealership but I bought the Endurance on top of that. With the Mustang, I didn’t have any problems canceling. I just stopped paying it. Then for the Avenger, we called and canceled, and they took everything fine. I didn’t have to get anything notarized or anything like that.

They do what they say they do. Another reason is they're 0% interest. I could’ve paid for it, but I thought, "Why not use their money over mine?" that was a big deal to me because it was going to cost me almost two grand more to have that rolled into the loan. It worked out good for me.
I tried to negotiate with Endurance as well, but they held to their value. The warranty the dealership tried to get me to pay for was $400 less, but they didn't match the price. The service representative appeared knowledgeable and forthcoming. He was able to address my questions. The sales process was fine. He told me that Endurance is the actual administrator of their warranties. CARCHEX kinda sends their policy to one of their four or five administrators, but Endurance actually handles everything in-house. So it’s a very quick and efficient process in terms of claims, as well as ensuring that you know exactly who you’re talking to and what company each person is represented. From that perspective, it made sense to me to have everything connected.
Endurance also does add the concierge and kind of those added perks that if you’re gonna spend significant money on an extended warranty. It’s nice to kinda have those niceties thrown in. But they should give additional instructions around best practices on how to set up the dashboard and how to use the concierge service. Also the best practices for submitting claims, and do I need to submit service records or anything like that prior to submitting a claim. So any type of FAQs that customers ask would be nice that could help me. I like a step-by-step on how to access or do certain things so that when the time comes, I’m not scrambling and having to call them and go through all the different automated prompts to get to a representative.

Although it’s more expensive, that was wonderful pricing. It was like almost matching the same price. We called this company the night before we went to purchase a used vehicle to get a price quote. The salesman told us that day was last day before price increase and that whether we bought the vehicle or not all we had to do was call within 30 days and we could cancel the warranty and get our deposit back. (That was a lie because later that evening we went into their website and it said prices were good through April 15.) When we called two days later to cancel the policy they kept asking who we were going to use and insisted they could match any other company. My husband told the rep 3 times “Sir we just want to cancel the policy!!!” We continued to badger us and finally put us on hold when we asked for his manager. He came back and said our policy had been canceled and we would receive our refund in a few days. OMG. I can’t imagine what it would have been like to have a claim proceeded if we had to go with this company!!!

I did some internet research on Endurance and found out that based on feedback from a lot of people, they were the best. I gave them a call to inquire and spoke to a young lady. She went through what they would cover, what they wouldn't cover, and the different aspects of the program. I'm in the financial services industry, and I found the young lady to be very knowledgeable about all the different options that were offered by the program. She went in full detail. I was really impressed by her going step by step, even to the point of saying to please stop her if she's going too fast if I misunderstood something several times. She was a professional in doing that.
However, I have not received the card yet. I've been waiting for about eight weeks now. I received a couple of notification from where we do the deduction out of the account. And based on the two payments that have been deducted from me, I would expect to have the card in my possession so that if something happens, I don't have to call to get the card for a repair to be done. Other than that, I had a good experience with the service or the salesperson who called me.
We greatly appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review.
We welcome you to the Endurance family and Can't wait to work with you throughout your entire contract.

My wife had an accident with our car. We had a Prius and we got 50 miles per gallon. She was at a four-way stop sign, and two cars took off at the same time and one of them was my wife in our Prius, and just hit her car, or a van and it totaled our car. We decided that we were not going to buy another Japanese car. It got totaled when we just barely hit the car. So, we bought a Buick, an American car, and I immediately got an extended warranty from Endurance on it. An extended auto warranty is very important to have. They all seem to cost about $3,700 for their warranty and they make it easier to pay for it. You can pay for it every month and it just comes out of our checking account.
The Endurance representative was really nice. When I bought the extended warranty, instead of giving me a booklet or something, they told me to just simply go onto the computer and get all the information about the warranty off of there. Well, who wants a bunch of computer pages that are not put together and not enjoyable to read? They did send me a really nice booklet. They should give that to the people that buy the extended warranty right upfront. Other than that, everything went really good.

Endurance has been awesome, and being involved with them has been great. I found them online and they were one of the only ones that looked like they were direct, where I would be working with the people that would take care of the claims as opposed to working with three middle men. When I emailed, somebody called me and that was great. They were friendly and helpful, and they took their time. There was no hard sell and there was very low pressure.

They took a couple of days to get my contract. They sent me back and forth quite a few times, from one department to the other, because I wanted to pay my contract upfront. I was put on hold each time and everybody explained the contract all over again every time I talked to a new person. It seemed like that was an issue because they wanted to put me on a monthly payment plan but I wanted to pay it all at once. But other than that, everything went well. They did let me pay it all at once. The reps were very friendly. It’s just that it could’ve been more of a one-stop.

I got a car and I figured I need a warranty. I had seen the Endurance commercial and I looked it up a little bit. They had about the same things insured but the price was a little better. The reps also explained everything that was covered like the motor and air conditioner, everything that needed to be covered. Then I got the payment coming straight out of my direct deposit. So it's pretty easy. Everything went like it’s supposed to. I had to call customer service once afterwards. I had forgotten my due date for the payment and they told me about when the payment was.

I was looking for an extended warranty and when I contacted Endurance and did some research, it looked like they were number one. They offered me the best deal, which was important, and the best coverage. I was happy with what the end results were. The representative that I spoke with was also fine, and that was more of the big reason why I decided to go with them. I, however, called and asked them to send me the card. The rep told me about 10 days ago that it would never take a couple weeks.

I looked at some of the consumer comments and narrowed it down. Also, I looked at the coverage packages. I placed a call with Endurance and had a really good service so I decided to go with them. From the point of not really knowing which plan I was ultimately gonna go with, the agent that I dealt with was very thorough with the packages, the pricing, and the coverage. I bounced around a couple of options with them and he seemed very supportive and non-pushy. That was a pleasant experience.

When my husband bought a new car, he purchased an extended warranty. He then asked me if I purchased one when I purchased my vehicle. I said no and he said that I should probably get a warranty. I said that I wasn't going to pay an extra $10 a month and did a Google search for the top 10 extended warranty services. Endurance was one of the ones that popped up. It all went pretty smoothly with the rep I spoke with.

The rep from Endurance was one of the first people to call me back and that's why I went with them. But initially, they couldn’t give out too much information unless I accepted the terms and I felt very uneasy. They didn’t really give me too much information other than the basic things that I asked about. But after the phone call, I did my own research and I’m satisfied with how they made the payment work for me.

I bought two policies from Endurance Auto Warranty. My car is 2016 and it’s in good shape. I didn’t really wanna get a new car, but the warranty had expired after three years so, I thought if I got a service warranty, it’d be like getting a new car. I also bought one for my son too. He just got out of law school and he had a car that was a 2017. The car was out of warranty but still in good shape. I paid for him so that he wouldn’t have to worry about that. It just seemed like the package that was offered to me was good, and I could get out whenever I wanted to. The rep was as cordial. He explained the policy pretty well. However we didn’t get a membership card yet.

When my car broke down, I took it to the dealership and they gave me three different warranties that will pay for service. Endurance was one of them and they made sense. I went with them and the reps were very nice and helpful. They gave me the pros and cons. They were very knowledgeable and told me about the different coverages. I went with them but then I never got my contract. I had to call the company twice to get my contract mailed to me. They sent it to me in hard mail. I have since recommended them to my friend and she is now on Endurance too.

I did a web search, and then I went to the ratings where a number of the insurance companies were rated. I based on what was offered and what covered on the particular vehicle that I have, and Endurance came out with the best coverage. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. I told them what I had and what I was looking for, and they found me the right plan. Setting up was very easy. I made the purchase over the phone and it was pretty smooth for the most part. At that time, I had recently acquired another vehicle and one of my first BMWs, which was a dream car for me. For the most part, I really feel like they did the best that they can do in ensuring that I had the coverage needed for that particular car. Although I didn’t feel like the sales guys had to bash other companies to try sell the name up a little bit more, they were pretty transparent. I even went away from the car because at the time, I was trying to figure out the best extended warranty company for me. I told them I was still weighing my options and asked if I could call back. Then when I went back, I actually got a better quote than what I got the first time. So it worked out.
I did call Gold Standard as well but I hated speaking with them. The lady won’t let me off the phone and following my call with Gold Standard, I received all these crazy follow-up calls, like “Oh, we heard that you wanna do this extended warranty.” So I didn’t like that and although the prices that they were giving me were okay, after reading a little bit more into the services that they offer, I found that they kinda fluffed up what they covered on certain categories. With Endurance, the call was pretty much like, “Hey, if this is for you, this is for you. If it’s not, it’s not.” That’s what I personally look for when shopping for things that I know I want but I don’t know if the particular company is the best. So I liked that.
