Our car’s out of its warranty, so we’ve been thinking about purchasing a new one. We’ve always had cars with extended warranties on them, and CARCHEX’s price was definitely more reasonable than a Nissan extended service contract. I also looked on the website and reviews, and the company was highly rated by various groups. It looked good, so I purchased from them. Their specialist was very knowledgeable and purchasing was an easy experience. I’d recommend them.

Purchasing the plan from them was easy and it was a pleasant experience for me. The protection specialist thoroughly assisted me - they explained it pretty well, and the contract was pretty clear. I have a Honda, and they're extremely very reliable but when you get over 90,000 miles, you’re more prone to need an extended warranty. CARCHEX has been around quite a while and it was recommended by some reliable sources so I chose to go with them. The protection specialist was persistent and very professional. They were a little more expensive than some of the other ones, but you get for what you pay for.

Once my contract was up, I renewed with them because I knew once something was wrong with the car, they approve it, everything gets fixed, and I'm out of there the same day, not to hear that my car has to sit there and wait 24 to 48 hours for someone to come and look and see what's wrong with the vehicle. Purchasing the extended coverage plan from CARCHEX wasn't a great experience for me. I've communicated with only two people from CARCHEX. The specialist did good follow-up, he sold the product well but I did not hear that disclosure - that there was a 30-month and 1,000 waiting period. I did hear the 30 days so that didn’t make me happy when I got my contract. A manager did call me back and they weren’t gonna be lenient on that so it wasn’t wonderful. I would’ve liked to have been taken care of and offered at least, maybe not 1,000 miles but 500 miles, considering the amount of miles that’s been on a year. That should be relative when considering how much miles they’re gonna allow on a vehicle. He should consider how much they drive.
