Ford Motors is so Heartless. You sell these cars to people that you know ain’t worth a damn and when they break down you don’t want to fix them! I have been through it with this 2021 Ford EcoSport Titanium. I need answers from Ford Motor Company because this is NOT okay. Last year, my 2021 Ford EcoSport had a recall and the engine was replaced. Now here we are, April 18, 2026, and the head gasket has blown — and They denied fixing it. Straight up No because the car is over a hundred thousand miles and I’m being told I have to pay $5,000 to fix it. How does an engine that was JUST replaced fail like this! This is on y'all because I’m sure all put in a refurbished one! That is not my fault. I am on disability and me and my girls have medical conditions that require frequent appointments all year long. This vehicle is not a luxury for me — it is a necessity for our health and survival.

Ford, how do you replace an engine and then refuse to stand behind the work when it fails? This is a direct result of that repair. I cannot afford $5,000. I should not HAVE to afford $5,000 for something that should have been done correctly the first time. I need Ford Motor Company to:
    ✔️ Take responsibility.
    ✔️ Fix my vehicle.

    ✔️ Do what is right.

Right now, my family is without reliable transportation because of this. Giving it over to God. I have to because I can’t afford to be stressed about it. 🙏🏾💙Ford Motor Company #Ford #FordEcoSport #CustomerService #DoBetter #RecallFailure #HelpNeeded

My father has been buying and driving a Ford since 1970! His front yard currently has five Ford vehicles in it. But our family may very well be done with Ford. He has a 2016 edge that has the coolant intrusion defect that Ford sent out a service bulletin acknowledging. He is now being told that it will cost him $6,000.00 to replace an engine due to the coolant intrusion.

I called Ford customer service but was told sorry and rather rudely at that. I see numerous reports online all stating the very same issues related to coolant intrusion. The rep even tried to lie and say it does not exist until I gave her the number linked to the bulletin. Numerous class action lawsuits filed due to the ongoing repairs that consumers are being forced to pay. Reports that Ford knew this was a defect and continued to sell these cars, knowing the issues that would arise.

My father would have never purchased this edge had he known upfront the issues on the Ecoboost engines. Ford hid these facts from their consumers and longtime repeat buyers. We even bought an extended warranty through CarShield, but they are denying this claim, stating this is a FORD DEFECT and Ford should be paying it. He didn't trade this car in when he purchased his new Ford truck, but now, we sure wish we had. This will be the last Ford purchased by our family unless we get a better resolution than sorry about that.

If I could give Ford no stars I would, you get a recall on your truck and you call ford, and you called the dealership that you got it from and you call the bank and you call whoever else and you just get a runaround so in other words, ford does not care about the people driving their truck, or if they get in an accident due to the recall issue, I thought when I got the truck that we finally got a decent truck until we started having issues due to the recall and the issues started coming on fast, I hope to never buy a Ford, Ever again, and I hope no one else ever wants to buy a Ford either 'cause nobody deserves this runaround, Recommend to your friends and family. Absolutely not.

After 30 years - Ford is trying to garnish my wages for a vehicle. Wtf! The most predatory and racist shit I've seen, gone through, and or heard of. I wonder how many ** people Ford has gone after 30 years.

My 2018 F150 with 52,000 pampered non-towing miles needs a rebuilt transmission at a cost of $9500.00! The issue is a transmission design flaw that Ford admits. Ford offered me nothing to cover this, so it is all mine to pay. Lesson learned: Don't buy a Ford vehicle.

Bottom line up front: Expect the bare minimum required by contract or law with sub par customer service. Poor experience with DARCARS in Lanham, Maryland and with national Ford Customer Service. Background: I brought my Ford in for transmissions problems covered by extended warranty. The service department did not correctly diagnose all the issues on the first or even second try. On the third try they finally fixed the transmission. I was not provided a loner and only received the bare minimum required rental assistance of 10 days, even though they had my car for 6 weeks (Ford logistics couldn’t move parts quickly), through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

To top it off, I had to move to my new work assignment in Florida while they still had my car. I had to fly back 2 weeks after moving to pick up my car and drive it back down. I’m a single car household so I had to get a rental for the majority of this time…I’m out a few thousand extra dollars in rental fees and flights now because their service department couldn’t fix my car on the first or even second try. And to top it off, even to get the $350 for the 10 days of rental assistance it took them two and a half months to get that to me. I wasn’t expecting 100% coverage of these expenses, but even an attempt at extra coverage would have shown some ownership for their service quality and some compassion/empathy for my situation. I have been a lifelong Ford owner and now I’m questioning why I would want to continue to do business with this organization at any level.

I am, wait, no.. WAS a 5 deep Ford truck loyal customer and I found out my 2018 has a costly repair for a CAM Phaser rattle and I called in a claim, but Ford won't help pay for any of it. Boo on you. I will shop for another make of truck and make sure they have good reviews (unlike FORD).

I have a 2015 Ford Fusion and after less than a year coolant leaked onto the engine and required a whole new engine. Ford took my car Feb 12 it is now March 30th, and they have continuously told us dates that they were going to have it done. Today was another one of those days and after asking about the car once again the woman told us that it's "not a job you want to rush" Which I understand, however this makes no sense when they have told us 4 different dates and it's been over a month and a half, so clearly there's been no rushing and no urgency.

Beating your pinky toe with a tack hammer would be less painful than trying to find a Ford Dealership that will do warranty work. I have a 2024 Expedition Max that appears to be missing a front grill clip. I've now called 4 Ford Dealers within 30 miles of me, but am yet to find one who can/will do warranty work. What's going on with Ford???? This just shouldn't be that hard.

I got a Ford years ago. The first one I bought spent more time in the shop than on the road. They called this slightly used. Then after months of back and forth and writing reviews let me tell you they gave in and gave me a choice between two cars that ran. I thought wow ford cares. They even gave me the “employee” plans on it for maintenance, protection ext. I was happy. I made sure to get gap! Then fast forward and I get hit by a car. My beautiful red ford totaled. Back to no car but at least it was paid off thank goodness for gap. But guess what apparently their gap does not pay it all off. So we had arbitration. So unfair it was a lose to start and I get told I owe 2520.00 on a totaled car with gap. Never heard such a thing. I am 58 been through some hard times and now have paid 1000 of this off, but ford has lawyers who make sure you never pay it off and they just keep collecting this money I should not owe.

I didn't even get refund on the gap lol. So 2520 original dept, 1009.00 paid but i am being garnished for the remaining balance that is 2750 (more than the original debt) because I am poor and make very little money. I now do not make enough money to survive. My checks are 985. A paycheck and just mortgage is 1233. I like my job but as it appears the courts won't help me and ford has robbers as lawyers and it is made clear I will never pay off because another 1k will be added at the end of this 6 months in fees and in interest. I may never pay it off. No one can tell me how I owe this having gap but meanwhile no car and now may lose my home while they get to collect three times the amount of this money I shouldn't of owed anyway! Way to screw me over ford. Buy Chevy.
