Everlyn of Lexington Park MD (01/06/09)
i was a month late due to personal reasons. i called chrysler to inform them that i was late but il be making my payment .after 10 days late they started calling me off the hook. they called my work place so many times and rude to my bosses, of which my bosses where so mad and i almost lost my job because of that. they called my phone a million times frm 8am til dawn .this is rediculious. when you decide to get a car u dont intend not to pay it.

have been a good payer for more than a year but when i got some personal problems they dint understand instead they insult, rude and very unprofessional. their representatives needs to go for training all of them. they are disgusting. i never wil i purchase a car with its company again. BE WARNED THOSE WHO WANT A CAR FROM CHRYSLER.

Suzanna of Hartland, MI January 5, 2009

Suzanna of Hartland MI (01/05/09)
I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty which I am curently leasing. This is my second vehicle through Chrysler. I really love this Jeep when I got it and my Husband and I decided that we were going to purchase it before we moved from Westland MI to Hartland MI. My lease is now up and I was/am in the process of buying it UNTIL I received the information regarding the finance rate.

They want to charge me 13.79% to purchase a USED vehicle. A vehicle that I leased NEW. I was told that the % rate was based off my credit score and that they did not even run my credit report. As everyone during this time is having difficultiues my father has always taught me that your credit is very important. I pulled my credit report and my score is 685. I only have had 3 payments that show past 30 days.

I proceeded to ask if this was Chryslers way of setteling their debt problem by sticking it to their customers. I just want them to give me a reasonable explanation on why it is so high and all they will tell me is thats what it is. It is common knowledge that the rate for a used vehicle is always higher then a new vehicle. When I told the Remarketing Rep Tisha that I didn't know it was common knowledge. The attude from this rep started flying.

I politely asked for her extension, her Supervisors extension, then the name an extension of any rep that was assigned to my account (James Kellem). I am over my miles on this vehicle and my husband and I will decided how we will handel that, but at this point I don't think that I want to deal with them any longer. Not even to try to go to another financial institution for the loan to buy it out.

Sam of Hensonville, NY January 1, 2009

Sam of Hensonville NY (01/01/09)
I have owned 4 vehicles with chrysler.I will basically list there violations here as the actual stories would be too long to wite. Calls before *am and after 9pm. As many as 6 calls a day. Contact ANYONE(neighbors ,relatives, tenanrts, etc.) in regards to account and say they have the right to do so.Help incapable of taking and making payments from overseas accounts.Set up dates for withdrawals from my bank account and they withdraw in a time span of up to 10 days from actual date set up. Tried to withdraw up to 6 times from account when there was no funds available. Threaten to repo vehicle all the time. Demand payment on a certain date if not there then please return your vehicle to the nearest dealer.

Had 12 transmissions replaced in 3 vehicles ..they just replaced damaged parts rather than rebuild ,clean coolers or complete other actual normal repairs costing me 10000.00 of dollars of loss in my business. One time they kept the vehicle for 7 weeks doing repairs. Agents are extremely rude demanding . Do not answer there calls and pay them when you get it . Don't put up withthere intimidation. Hide the vehicle usually in the eary morning hours.....especially if you are only one payment behind .

10's of thousands of dollars lost due to downtime of vehicles. Threats continously .Contact neighbors relatives anyone who they think knows me. Hundreds in bank fees by trying time snd time again to withdraw money that is not there.THREATS THREAT THREATS

I purchase a Dodge truck in 2003 and it was finance by Chrysler Financial. About six month ago, some one from Chrysler Financial call to collect a payment and with out my autorization they set to withdraw paymetns from my checking account. Now my bank account has been ruined, in addition, they always disclose information to my syster inlaw. I m very upset of the problem they have created.

MY BANK ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEMAGED. IN ADDITION, MY PRIVATE BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE.

Willie of Houston, TX December 29, 2008

Willie of Houston TX (12/29/08)
well i leased a 2007 nitro back in may of 2007. everything was going fine for about 3 months. i sent them a money order for my payment. now the nitro is leased in my mothers name. i then recieve a call from a very rude csr stating that the money order had been returned. how does a money order get returned? well i then contacted money gram and paid 20 dollars to get a copy of it and sure enough chrysler had cashed the money order because their info had been stamped on the back of it. we then contacted them and then they stated it had been lost or stolen... another lie.

we got so sick of the calls we contacted a lawyer who has been dealing with them. as of 2 months ago they then said that while they were sending the money order through the machine it shot out and landed behind a computer and was not found untill 2 months ago. so far nothing has changed except for the calls have stopped but still showing a month behind and tons of late fees have been charged to my account. they even went as low as calling us and telling us that they would repo my veh.

come on they screwed up big time but yet they want to punish us for doing what we are suppose to. to make matters worse they have raised the payoff on the car and now we cant trade it in or anything. if anyone else has had this problom with these people please let me know. a lawsuit may be filed against them
